It?s hard for me to say this because I really do like spectro but i feel the same way about yamalube. It lubricates fine if you warm it up right and your ratio is good, and your jetted right, and it burns pretty good. The thing is that it?s semi-synthetic. If it were full synthetic I would definitely be running it because it smells so good and then it would burn clean. All I can say is that if you just like to ride on the track then the semi-synthetic burning thing won?t be a problem. Just warm the bike up and have the carb rich and crisp at low end and just slightly rich and high rpm just to be safe and don?t idle too much then you?ll be fine.Bradley

Have been using this oil on my 2 stroke engines last 20 years. Use it in my Stihl PRO weed eater and Husqvarna chain saw. The Stihl is 20 years old and the chain saw 15 years old. Use on farms for fence cleaning and cut hundreds of ton of wood, including hedge tree, a very hard wood. Run 100:1 for smoke free operation, no oily mess from exhaust muffler, dry like a 4 stroke. Dealer did not believe me so took the equipment to him for compression check last year and he recorded 180 psi. Just like a new engine. Only thing done to the equipment is change of air cleaner and spark plug. Starts and runs strong still, no evidence of engine wear when coming to performance and noise. VP has a good reputation so I bought it. I like to use quality 2 cycle oil in my saws, leaf blowers, and trimmers. I mix 5 gallons at a time and the packaging of the oil doesn't lend it's self to that. It's more suited to 1 gallon at a time.Morgantown

Runs in everthing, and I use it at 50:1 most of the time. Fast starts, even in cold weather. Smell is not too bad, better than anything I have used before. For one old saw, I run it at 40:1, and it's hard to see any smoke. I love the convenience of the measuring cup at the top to vary the concentrations and quantity you want to mix. Myself and my family have used this for years and had good luck. My dad has used it in his his Mercury outboard for as long as I can remember, I used to run it in my quad, I run it in my own boat now, we own a lawn care business and use it in all of our 2 stroke equipment, and usually the motor lasts longer than the rest of the whatever equipment it may be, so I'd say this stuff does it's job. The only thing I don't run it in is my dirt bike, but that's it's basically a race bike so I run high end synthetic oil in it.Ragnar
