Nice Bike – But the seller (PACIFIC CYCLE) is useless. I assembled the bike with ease and attempted to adjust both derailleurs unsuccessfully. Contacted Pacific Cycle to determine who would handle the warranty to complete the adjustments to make the bicycle usable, but was told that it was my responsibility. UNACCEPTABLE that a sales company won't stand behind the product they sell. Had to pay $75.00 to have the bicycle adjusted so I could use it as intended. You're better off buying a Schwinn through a retailer – they will assemble, adjust and ensure that your bike works the way it is supposed to before leaving the store. Bought online. Quick delivery however video provided didn’t cover this model. Put together and when riding chain was catching on the side and front wheel wasn’t moving smoothly. Took into the local Halfords who made some gear and brake adjustments on the spot which was great. All seems good now but still early days.Mike ss
Great looking bike. Easy to assemble. Instruction manual in the box did not apply to the bike in question, however once we came to this realization, the rest was easy enough to figure out. Seat height is very easy to adjust (nice feature). Stand included. Hand breaks are a little difficult to reach for our seven year old, however it may just take some practice. Bike pre-set was in 6th gear, so make sure to change before having your child ride for the first time (otherwise difficult to start pedaling). Bike does not have predrilled holes to accommodate a water bottle holder (a bit disappointed in this, but perhaps this is standard for a 20"). Overall very happy.First time purchaser

While putting this together I noticed the nut where the handle bars was damaged and the handle bars wouldn't slide in, Also the end of the handle bars were damaged. After finding some parts locally I managed to get the handle bars on, only to find that the bolt for the seat was missing. My kiddo and I came across this bike in store. I have been eyballing it for the last year or so. It was marked down to $84 so I grabbed it. It was the last one they had. Got to the register and it rang up for $40! Heck yeah! This is my kiddos first bike with gears. He could size up to a 26" but i want him to have something he can handle to learn how to use a bike with hand brakes and gears first. He is 11 years old. About 4'10. He really likes it. The gears are easy for him to learn on. Braking is smooth. His only complaint is that the seat is too hard and uncomfortable. Thats an easy fix. The seat adjusts easily. No tools needed for that. It fits into the back of my Honda HRV.Lisa
We bought this as a first bike with gears for our 10 year old. Several other 24 inch bikes were too tall for him, but this one, because the frame slopes down, allows for a lower ride height than most other bikes this size. The tires are a little fatter so it works great for riding off-road, but they aren't the super fat style which might make it hard to ride on normal streets and sidewalks. We did have to teach him how to use the gears, but they are very forgiving and work very well. We got it shipped to us and the gears worked great right out of the box with no adjustments at all. The disc brakes are also really nice. This bike looks great and feels built really well. I have a Huffy cruiser and I think my kid's bike is nicer than mine now.Ryan
This is an awesome bike and doesnt look or feel like a Walmart bike whatsoever. Assembling it wasnt too bad, besides some brake rubbing that I had to fix. The suspension feels nice but while the bike is a little heavy at 40 pounds, it has very solid tires which are nice. Thats where the fantastic parts end, and I will be returning this bike. Im 5 ft 6 and although the specs say it should fit me, I had to put the seat as high as it would go in order to ride comfortably. Then I have to bend over far to the bars and this is why Im returning it. The 15 inch frame size is just too small and anyone over 5 ft 6 will not have fun. Also, the brakes were very bad, as it slows you a little bit but could not stop the bike whatsoever.Leah

I bought the Men and Women's bike from BJ's. I just started riding a bike after 30 years of not riding one and this one is basically an intermediate bike to me. (probably would be to others as well) I had to replace the tubbing in my wife back tire after she rode the bike 200 feet or less from the house and there were no nails on the street and I couldn't find any type of indication of why the tire went flat. (tubbing must've been old or dry rotted-idk) Changing the gears on my bike is pretty easy, but since I did that, I still haven't been able to get my bike to stop making noises while I'm riding it. (chain noises) The only reason why I didn't return the bikes to BJ's is because it's too much of a hassle and the price was economical.JB
Poorly made bike that had many problems from the time we unboxed it. Would not go into multiple gears initially. The tension was so far off that it basically had to be refine from scratch. After 3 hours of work and additional adjustments, the bike worked. Our 9 year old was ecstatic. After each ride around our neighborhood on roads/sidewalks, something would need tweaking. Then, after 6 days of light use, he was riding down the street and fell over on the bike. He was unharmed. We asked what happened and he said, "It felt like the bike just collapsed when I pushed down on the pedal." The back brake was grinding badly. My husband started resetting those when my son noticed that the wheel looked "wobbly;" my husband looked at the wheel and noticed it was significantly bent. That explained why the brakes were not working! Not sure if the wheel was bent and just got worse as he rode it or if it was compromised and just snapped, but it was not normal. This seems like a very nice bike, it came well packaged with padding around the bike and inside two boxes. Everything seems to operate smoothly and be well made. The paint is in good condition. The emblem on the front is not attached well, but that’s not a big deal. It has hand brakes but does not have coaster breaks (does not stop if you pedal backwards), this is ok as long as your child knows this.JBob
My husband reports that this bike was quite easy to assemble (less than an hour). My kids (13 and 12) absolutely love it. Definitely more of a stunt bike, and my kids aren't really into extreme sports, but they love it just for fun. It's a good size for both of them, and it's fairly light weight. I had this bike assembled by Academy, and luckily I know how to maintain a bike. The brake pads were installed upside down. The headset was cranked to the point that you couldn't move the front fork. The fenders were installed in the wrong guide holes. The tires were not inflated. All this was easily fixed but unnecessary for a "fully assembled" bike. The only issue I had was that the tire size is not as advertised. They are not 24 inches x 1.95 inches. The tire is a 24×1.75.CorpsmanUp
This was the only bike my wife was comfortable on, bought in store so it was assembled. Freewheel sounds horrible, wheel bearings were over tightened, grease was gritty, brakes and shifter weren't adjusted properly, a fender bolt fell out on the drive home. Chain side rear wheel bearings can't be serviced without removing freewheel. It's a decent bike, but I feel "free professional assembly" shouldn't need the buyer to go through the entire bike for it to ride right.bobb
The read fender on the bike came dented, the front brakes don't work because they came in broken, and the handlebars cannot be adjusted because the handlebar clamp was tightened so hard that it is impossible to loosen with regular tools. I have inquired about receiving help in assembly but have had no responses. It is a pretty bike and I would love to give it a stellar review, however seeing that it is marketed as a comfort bike and that the handlebar is fixed to an uncomfortable position, I cannot recommend this product.kath_dlf

I purchased this bike and was sorely disappointed. The rear brakes did not work due to damaged cable. The front derailleur was inoperable. The front tire was defective and the brake handles were not installed properly. both front and rear wheels had excessive wobble. Be sure there is a Huffy service provider in your area. Be aware of their return policy-you bear the cost to return. I took the bike to a local shop and $100 later, it's rideable. I contacted Huffy service and they are sending me a tire and a few tubes. I realize it was not a high end bike, but it should at least arrive in a non-damaged, rideable condition.DaleMc

I purchased this bike first by having it shipped to me. After putting it all together I discovered that the frame was bent and it was never going to work without serious repair. It was very poorly packaged, there is nothing protecting it it's just a bike in a box with all the metal parts slammed up against each other and zip tied. I thought perhaps getting one in the store would resolve this issue. So I returned it, and waited for them to have one in stock in the store. They only carry one color but I decided that was going to have to do. I purchased the model in store and took it home to inflate the tires at which point one of the tires had a massive bulge. I took it back and returned it, then waited for another to be in store (weeks). I bought it a third time, inspecting everything I could in the store before I brought it home with me. I finally thought I had a winner until I took it for my first ride at which point the left pedal fell off. I then discovered that that pedal had broken striations and would never screw all the way in. I returned it, and they had only two models in store, both with defects. Could I get these things repaired? Yes. But why should I have to pay to have a brand new bike repaired before I have even had a chance to ride it? I have not tried again. I really want this bike. It's perfect for my needs and height (5'). I have an e-gift card for the exact amount of the purchase because that is the only way they would refund the money in the first place and the subsequent times. But, Walmart seems determined to only sell me/ship me broken bikes.Jennifer
I love riding my Nel Lusso Women's Cruiser Bike! It's perfect for cruising at the beach with the family, and even around the city park. I love the Pink color, and the 24 inch is perfect for a short lady like myself. The handle bars are wide and sit nice and high, no forward back strain, the pedals are nice and wide and have reflector strips, there's an awesome basket on the front for your perfect book and beach towel, and it has a comfortable cushion seat. The wide tires make it easy to maneuver through all tipes of terrain. There is even a place on the back to strap a small bag. This bike offers a smooth and comfortable ride. We bought two of these. Men's and Women's. The woman's bike assembled OK, but a lot of adjustment was needed and the shift only has about 50% usable distance. The men's bike was missing a screw on the front brake adjustment and the front derailleur was bent. I tried to fix as I did not want to bring this back, but then found out that the gear change on the left handlebar only had less than 50% movement as well. To see what was up, I completely loosened the cable to increase the movement, but no dice. The fault was inside teh shifter. Back to the store for a refund.Sharon
Was preassembled when purchased. Went through all the nuts and bolts to ensure tightness before riding. Although preassembled, I had to align the seat and handle bars. No big deal. It was pretty light considering the price. I’m 65” and bike felt comfortable. I didn’t like the seat and got a wider one nothing against current seat just my preference. Bike handles well. One word of caution- the front tires did come close to my feet when turning. It didn’t touch but just something to be aware of. U did purchase quick disconnects for the tires. Bought this bike 1 month ago and already had to have it worked on. The shifters, main derailluer are the worst! (I have another Huffy bought around the same time with the exact same problem!!) They are very cheap making it nearly impossible for my 13 year old to change gears, even when the bike is being ridden. The repair person informed me that Huffy is known for the low quality parts and that replacing them all might solve the problem. He recommended buying Shimano parts to replace the original cheap parts so that my child might get some real use out of it. This is supposed to be a new bike, yet it has a lot of internal rust like it was left outside in the rain before it was brought inside to be sold. Lesson learned, I will never buy another Huffy bike nor any other bike from Walmart!!Angela
