I cannot recommend this dirt bike. We were so excited to find it. When ours came in, my brother who is a lifelong motorcycle rider and mechanic, came over to assemble it. If he would not have shown me where the choke was, I'm not sure we ever would have found it. It's almost under the seat. We almost never got it to start. After him taking it apart and going over the wiring harness, we were finally able to start it. Our grandson rode one day for about 2 hours and the next day, it wouldn't start. We're still trying to figure out what the problem is. The owners manual is very little help with troubleshooting any issue. And the manufacturers response is to disassemble the bike and return it for a new replacement which may take up to 8 weeks.Lisa

I ordered this in October as a Christmas gift for my son. When it arrived I opened the box to make sure everything was there but did not put it together at the time being I needed to hide it so it was left in the box for easy hiding. We assembled the bike the week of Christmas and when we went to pull the cord to start it wouldn't go back into the assembly. We had to take the entire assembly off and take it apart in order to wind the string back up. After putting the box back on we tried again and same thing happened. The parts inside this assembly are poorly designed and cheap. We were able to finally get the bike started and opened a support ticket with the manufacturer. I received a message from the manufacturer that the parts only have a 30 day warranty and that we would have to purchase a new pull start assembly for an additional $25. This is absolute crap. If you are going to sell crappy parts at least make it known that there is only a 30 day warranty. This is not disclosed anywhere on the packaging or the manuals. All it says is "If service is needed do not send back to store. Contact Manufacturer". So now my son will have to wait to use his gift until we can get this part replaced. Should have spent a little more and bought a name brand that stands behind their parts and not some cheap piece of crap from China.Julie

This bike arrived bolted to a metal frame inside a big box, had to install the front wheel and the handlebars and attach the battery leads. After double checking the oil level, I added about a half gallon of premium fuel, set the choke, hit the starter button, and it fired right up! Even though this is a kid's size dirt bike, I got it for my wife and she loves riding it. A lot of features to like; electric start, automatic transmission, front and rear hydraulic disc brakes, adjustable rear shock, and the 70cc engine even pulls me just fine at 215 pounds. Engine has a nice healthy sound, reminds me of my old Honda SL70 I had as a teenager. Overall a really good value for the money.my69ssnova

Packing was like it was a return. Spring missing for the chain …unbelievable not even available on line..tank smelled like gas n it appears oil was also put it. So upset. Needed to give to my grandson today because it’s his birthday. Will be returning asap..if you purchase make sure you look at it asap to make sure all pieces are there…I’m devastated for my grandson..MARGARET
Packaging was very bad…and the box was really damaged. The bike was pretty easy to assemble, but there were multiple scratches on the bike from the poor shipping. Haven’t ridden yet, but the throttle clicks when testing it during assembly, as the instructions direct. I hope it works okay, not very optimistic so far.TD
