I was a bit worried with so many negative reviews, but I love this vacuum. It is so light and easy to carry around. It picks up everything as long as you frequently empty the filter. I also take a can of compressed air to blow the filter clean from the inside out. It is well made, and all the parts fit well. I like the floor cleaner for picking up pet hair because it has no rollers where the hair gets tangled. The blue color is beautiful, and the unit leans against the wall without falling over. The cord could be a bit longer, but I have a lot of outlets, so no problem. I am very happy with the purchase. The price was very reasonable.Nancy

I received the Dirt Devil Vibe 3-in-1 Corded Bagless Stick Vacuum to review in my home. I have 3 kids and two dogs so we are always vacuuming. My memories of Dirt Devil were the rechargeable handheld from the 80/90's that my parents used to have. So for me it was a pleasant surprise to see what they are now. The vacuum was easy to put together and the handle and power head are easy to remove. Everyone in my family used the vacuum for one thing or another and it was nice not to have to worry about the battery running low. The corded feature is nice in a small vacuum. Always having the same consistent suction power is definitely a positive. The main vacuum that we have in our house is a Dyson. While it does a great job at vacuuming, it's clunky and hard to maneuver when I need to vacuum tight spots like the car or furniture. While the Dirt Devil Vibe 3-in-1 Corded Bagless Stick Vacuum doesn't have the same vacuuming power as a Dyson I thought it would still be great to use on areas like the Furniture and my Car and I was right!We tried to use it on our fluffy rugs and it did not fare very well but on tightly woven surfaces it did well. It's a lightweight vacuum so my 4 1/2 year old was excited to get to use it. Where we ended up using it the most was on the furniture. Since the long stick is removable it made it easier to use on the cushions and since it has an actual power head it really did remove all the debris off my couch. I couldn't imagine using my Dyson that way. Even with the attachment that Dyson has for furniture it doesn't clean as well as the Dirt Devil Vibe 3-in-1 Corded Bagless Stick Vacuum did. A couch without dog hair was awesome! It was also great to vacuum the floors of my SUV as well and not just use the hose on my Dyson. The floor mats actually looked fully clean in my car. Half of my house is also hardwood, so we are constantly sweeping and use the Dirt Devil Vibe 3-in-1 Corded Bagless Stick Vacuum to also pick up the piles we swept up. The removable power head made it easy to turn this into a quicker picker upper for us. The output motor is strong and if you are not careful you will blow your collection pile all over. We learned that the hard way. It was very easy to empty the collection bin but I noticed that most of what was picked up would stick to the filter, needing to be removed by hand if it did not shake free. Overall for the price and size, it performed as I would expect. It's hard to compare it to my Dyson because the Dirt Devil Vibe 3-in-1 Corded Bagless Stick Vacuum is not the same caliber of vacuum. As I said for my family it worked great to keep the couch clean and the inside of the car picked up. Any on the go parent would enjoy having this when it came time to clean out the minivan. With regards to losing two stars, as I said in my review, the output motor has a powerful blower but that doesn't equate to suction power. You will blow debris around if you aren't careful with what direction you point it in. I also was not pleased with having to touch the debris that would stick to the filter when I would try and empty it. I received the Dirt Devil Vibe 3-in-1 Corded Bagless Stick Vacuum as a free sample from a sampling company for my honest opinion. I have 4 children and 2 dogs. This is NOT the vacuum for us or for anyone who needs a quality vacuum. This IS a vacuum for someone who lives in small quarters and just needs to do a quick vacuum. I have 3 other vacuums and this Dirt Devil is the last I reach for when a mess needs to be cleaned up. On the other hand, this vacuum is fantastic for my children to use. The handle is CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP and I do not think it will withstand 4 kids. I expect that to fall apart first. The part of the vacuum that I do LOVE is the fact that the bottom part of the vacuum (where the roller brush is) can stay connected to the dustbuster and my kids use this vacuum to vacuum the stairs (picture included below)! I have a different hand vac that is used for the stairs but it is too heavy for my children to use, so this dirt devil will now be used instead. I do like that the Dirt Devil Vibe 3-in-1 Corded Bagless Stick Vacuum does have a cord. I do not have to worry about running out of battery or of decreased suction power (which often happens with cordless vacuums). The "button" that you press to release the roller brush part from the dust buster is poorly made and hard to utilize. This design makes it hard to release the roller brush from the dust buster. In review, this vacuum is not a perfect fit for MY large family. I DO like that it is light weight and my kids can use it to vacuum the stairs. I received this vacuum about a week ago as a sample to give an honest review. First, let me say that I have multiple vacuums that are multiple different styles that I am comparing this one against. The Dirt Devil Vibe 3 in 1 is VERY light weight and quite small. It was very easy to put together, minus attaching the brush head. Attaching the brush head takes a bit more strength than I would expect and it took me a while to get the connection. My 8 year old daughter was able to put the rest of the vacuum together on her own. When she saw the size of it, she was very excited because she thought it was for her! When the brush head is attached, you can select whether you want to turn the roller brush on or turn it off. It is part of the vacuums power switch. While I think this vacuum would be great for someone with a bad back because it is so light, the power switch is very low…most people would need to bend down to turn it on. It worked fine on low pile area rugs, but I'm not sure how much it would do on regular carpet. While vacuuming on hard wood floors, it was SO light weight that it kind of slid all over the place. This vacuum is essentially a dust buster with a power cord, stick and roller brush attachment. It is meant for smaller spaces. Because it has a power cord, it does have and keep decent suction. It can be used with or without the roller brush and with or without the stick. It is very easy to empty and it also comes with a little attachment to get into corners/creases while using it as a dust buster. For me, I'd prefer to just grab me cordless hand vacuum for quick clean up or smaller areas rather then pull this vacuum out and plug it in. I think the cordless that I have has more strength and suction. I guess my final thought is that it would be good for small spaces and someone who requires a lighter style vacuum. It cleans and does everything it's supposed to do but if you already have a cordless stick vacuum, it's an unnecessary purchase. I also feel that it's priced a bit high.AliBArt77

Since they haven't responded to multiple requests regarding 2 issues that make my Hydravac unusable, this review is ALL about their customer service. I'm left with a wet dry vac that is useless. When your teenage kids say they want to clean, then you know you're purchase is a success and worthy of a five star review. I have used the standard broom and pumped up cleaners with pads. Name it, and I've tried it. This Hydra Clean has saved me so much time and arguments. I received it, read the instructions, charged it and put her to work as soon as it was fully charged. It is highly recommended to read the instructions to get the entire experience from the Hydra Clean. It has voice commands which are very sophisticated and techy, so it's like an interactive experience when you clean. On the upper part of the device it has icons which tell you battery life, running time, and provides the self cleaning time needed when you have to clean after moping. I have wood floors, tile and rug so I was able to use it on multiple finishes. The battery life is good for about 30 minutes. I don't mind how long it lasts because it is worth not having a cable to plug in and plug out. As a vaccum, it performed above my expectations. Usually with these types of two in one models, one feature works better than the other. We have 2 Frenchies in the house that are tan in color. You can't really see how much they shed until you actually have to clean it. The vaccum feature picked up all the hair, where with my standard broom sweeps it up but the flying of these tiny hairs are stubborn and frustrating. So I am replacing a handheld vaccum, a full size vaccum and a broom. Less clutter and cables. As a mop, score! I can mop and vaccum at the same time. That's half of my cleaning time. I've had the fancy pricy pads with a squirting feature. With those you have to be careful how much you spray, we're you spray and wait, change the pad, and repeat. With the Hydra Clean you don't have to do all that. It doesn't squirt all over the place and it dries right after you have used it in an area. You also have the control of how much water you want to use, it is not a one squirt fits all model type. I don't have to go clean a pad or wait around for my floors to dry. Before I had to barricade the area because either a dog or a human messed it up. It also has a timer for the self cleaning. This is a feature which I've never has before even when I had the very high priced ones. The other ones don't do this and the water gets really yucky and smelly too. With these moping features I have replaced the traditional mop and my other picker upper with pads. Overall, I'm very pleased with my Hydra Clean based on the performance and the feedback I received when my kids said they wanted to clean. I'm on my second return in three months. I love this machine… when it works. Like others have stated, after just a few uses there's a burnt smell and a grinding noise before the brush eventually stops rolling. We took both machines completely apart to thoroughly clean them, but cannot get the noise to stop. It's between the little rubber belt and the part where the roller attaches to the machine. Theres no dirt, hair, or other debris trapped. Not sure what the issue is, but I really wish they'd fix this. If you vacuum up hair, you have to clean it out pretty quickly or it will leave muddy puddles on the floor. It is a great product while it lasts. Also the battery charge could last longer, but it has bigger issues to handle, like actually out-lasting it's return policy.Kristen

I bought this to clean up kitty litter my cat tracks everywhere. I had been using a Dirt Devil (similar small vacuum) but as not pleased with its performance. So far, I prefer this one. This little guy is super awesome and makes clean up super fast and easy, just what I was looking for as with having osteoarthritis I can't always sweep my wood floors, this even vacuums small rugs in the bathroom that are thick and shaggy. Not a carpet vac but it does clean bare floors and scatter rugs. Doesn't suck the rugs up like a really powerful vac does. No brush roll but nothing for long hair to get tangled in, either. More powerful than a cordless vac and the cord is long enough.margaretw465

This Kenmore vacuum is a piece of Junk. I would give it zero stars but that is not an option. We had a Kenmore vacuum that was awesome for 20 years before it finally died. We thought we could buy the Kenmore BC4026 as a replacement. Wrong. The vacuum has been redesigned with none of the utility of our previous vacuum. The BC4026 is bulky and heavy making it difficult to get in tight to reach places. The end of the wand has a huge locking mechanism for attachments, which makes it impossible to vacuum along baseboards. I used our old Kenmore to vacuum the car interior, but the BC4026's handle is huge which makes it cumbersome to reach tight car interior spaces. Also, the hose swivel that attaches to the vacuum is not the L-shaped fitting shown on the box, so it does not swivel and keep a low profile like it should. This make maneuvering and storage of the vacuum difficult. They have plastic fittings on the BC4026's telescoping wand that make it difficult to extend. The old design was much better. Our old Kenmore vacuum was smaller and more streamlined with the same vacuum power making it more functional and a better design than the BC4026. Bottom line is that the BC4026 was not designed for its intended purpose of being a household vacuum.Michael

Overall this is a decent canister vacuum but the motorized vacuum head is of an ackward design. In order to vacuum more than a foot under furniture, you have to get down on your knees and move the motorized head in arcs left and right; the joint at which it attaches to the control handle prevents it from moving straight ahead without tilting up so that the agitator and suction end no longer makes contact with the carpet. If you move it to the left, the head may detach due to a poorly designed release lever on the left side; designed to make it easy to remove with your foot but making vacuuming under a bed a long and difficult process to get full coverage. I found myself having to reach repeatedly under the bed to retrieve the disconnected head. I was able to modify that release lever slightly by tightening the screw that attaches it but it is still an arduous task to vacuum under a bed; which was the main reason we bought a canister vacuum! You have to sweep in arcs and make sure you get coverage. This would be difficult for someone who has trouble laying down on their knees, pitching themselves forward and moving the wand back and forth in arcs. On the plus side, the "pet" motorized head is great for vacuuming carpeted stairs; no pet required to make good use of it.Jeffrey

Worst Vacuum I have ever bought. Seriously a joke. Hard floors it just shoots debris out the back. It takes 3 times longer to do any vacuuming because you are constantly going over areas you just vacuumed trying to get debris back up that it just shot back at you. It does mediocre on carpeted areas. Super lightweight which is nice but the cord is so short I can’t even vacuum one room without having to switch plugs which is super annoying. Great for a toy vacuum but not for any real cleaning.Jessica

I am very, very disappointed with this vacuum. It looks great, lightweight, easy to put together and was shipped fast. And on my tile floors it works quite well. Then tonight I attempted to vacuum my carpet and the vacuum just stuck right to the first spot it rolled on to. It would not BUDGE no matter how hard I pull, pushed, or sweet talked my cute little new vacuum it would not move. Seems that there is no adjustable setting to let you choose what height or bare floor, low, med, high carpet. I am handicapped and no way I can get it to roll and I have short low carpet. Since I had used it on the tile with no issues, I had felt comfortable tossing the box and all the packaging so I can’t even return it. Very, very disappointed by this. The vacuum was supposed to be my Amazon Prime weekend gift to myself, but Walmart impressed me with the cute look and low price, so I stashed my gift card and paid cash. I wasn’t expecting more than a basic vacuum at this price, but I didn’t even get that. It does not have an option to turn off the spinning brush. I could deal with that. There is no on off switch. There is a cheap plastic pedal to turn it on and off instead. I could deal with that. The cord is pretty short. I could deal with that. But it DOES NOT pick up much of anything! That I COULD NOT deal with. In fact, it often spins out the back what it does pick up! Oh and sometimes it pops open in the front while vacuuming and puffs out a cloud of dust and lint! The item was bought as a gift. The first one arrived and I wrapped it and gave to my mother and when she opened it and took it out of the box, the item had been used. It was dirty and had "trash" in the suction holder. I sent it back and got another one and the suction does not pick up like the video shows. I was very disappointed in this item. I purchased it for my 73 year old mom so she would not have to bend over to sweep the dust/trash into the dust pan. Horribly designed product. A waste of money! I am taking time to give a review. I bought for $30 at local store. Looked great as don't have to bend to sweep. Well, the suction is a little shoot off side of broom very awkwardly placed and it only suctions if you push down really hard on the shoot and suctions only that little dime sized section at a time. IT RUINED MY FLOORING tiles PUTTING AN INDENTED DART INTO IT! THIS IS A HORRIBLY DESIGNED PRODUCT. Positive: the broom sweeps like any $5 broom. DO NOT RECOMMEND! The product can be improved with suction within the actual broom section like a vacuum or finger button to suction at top with a larger suction funnel. Do Not waste your money!kelley

I purchased this out of a need due to physical challenges. The weight is about 1/2 gallon of milk well made materials. Suction is amazing and easy to operate … no need for push down on device to activate the suction … battery life is amazing . The weight of the broom and thickness of the handle give assurance. My whole family is impressed with this product. Having lower back issues some movements are difficult but consistently bending is my pet p ! No more of that and handle is decided no loosing and slim built to put in area of houseware not bunky … there is so much more to say but I will say it is reasonable price and worth every dollar … good job to the designers ☺️gypsirulez

i was very skeptic when ordering this vacuum mop, compared to the crosswave. Well the Euerka is equally if not better then then the crosswave. The suction is remarkable, the cleaning is on point, the self clean mode is a bonus, the cord is long enought, the noise is reasonable , the dispense of water and cleaning solution is perfect and the cleaning of the two containers is easy. i really love this purhchase and for he price compared to others is a steal.sharzach-0

Shark Rocket Pro Corded Stick Vacuum is light weight & really easy to remove the canister from the stick stick. Glides nicely over our entire house which has mostly wood floors and tile, but did well on multiple rugs with different pile heights. It even comes with attachments to clean the stairs, furniture or our SUV & truck. We had a different cordless one but needed a vacuum we didn’t have to worry about running out of battery 1/2 way through our home. The cord is super long so that helps us from having to re-plug every few feet. The dust compartment is simple to empty and clean out with a press of a button. We have 2 dogs and 4 kids so we’re constantly vacuuming, the power is awesome and it’s convenient to easily unload the debris. It’s lightweight too, so it’s easy for me to move around the house without it being a hassle. There is a little downside to it, which is that it doesn’t stand on its own, so you’ll have to either prop it on something or fold it (which is easy) in order to do something else if needed while vacuuming. So I’m taking it down a star for that since I do have to stop and pick up toys etc having kids & pets constantly playing.Heathermthomas

The Shark Rocket Pro, picks up VERY well. The area I first vacuumed with it, was a area that had been vacuumed the day before. Within five minutes, the Shark had picked up A LOT more. The vacuum was easy to assemble and the attachment comes apart easily to be able to vacuum the ceiling and other had to get to areas. The Shark glides across any floor easily and turns easily. The only drawback I found with this Shark machine was the motor was near the top of the handle and it made the machine top heavy. It doesn’t stand on it’s own. There are two small attachments that didn’t have anywhere to attach to the machine, that I could find. But, as well as this machine works, I find these to be minor problems. As you can see from the photo, it picked up quite a bit after only a five minute vacuum. I have animals and cleaning hair has always been a problem.adcatex6

This Shark Rocket Pro Corded Stick Vacuum works GREAT ! I really like how light weight it is, I can very easily maneuver it around the house with little effort and let me say how GREAT it picks up all the dirt and debris from my floors. My carpets are much cleaner/fluffy and my hardwood floors are cleaned better than when I sweep. I am very excited and satisfied at how much debris/hair/dust/dirt was in the debris container. This vacuum has PLENTY of attachments that I can use on my stairs and I'll even be cleaning my curtains and window seals. As small as this vacuum is, is does the job QUICKLY and very EFFECTIVELY, much much better than my current canister vacuum. This Shark Rocket Pro Corded Stick Vacuum is much quieter and very stronger in terms of suction than ANY vacuum I've ever owned. I went from 45 minutes of vacuuming to 15 minutes, WHAT A GREAT IMPROVEMENT ! Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend the Shark Rocket Pro Corded Stick Vacuum if you want clean floors with little effort AND multiple attachments that can simplify and clean the most hard to reach places and other areas.liljayp

I LOVE DYSON. It’s been a love affair for @15 or so years. I had the V-6 and made an excuse that college child needed so I could get the V-11animal. No one in my house were allowed to use. It WAS my baby – empty nester at the time. I bought it shortly after it first came out so it has the screwed in battery. I needed a cordless vacuum that was able to pick up Belgian Malinois Shepard fur from H _ _ _, easy to use, lighter than a full vacuum BUT WORK AS WELL OR BETTER than a full-size – I have chronic back pain and fibromyalgia and numbness… Yes in my crazy perfect vacuum dream world this existed and it DID! Thanks Dyson! It checked EVERY box of my needs, well except price. It was the most I have ever spent on something for me but dang it I deserved it and NEEDED it. It has been absolutely incredible! I would have told you 2 years ago do whatever you need to and buy bc it has incredible suction, awesome holders for tools with wall mount and on pole, adjustable suction on torque floor tool, adjust able power – Eco for low dirt area, Auto and Boost for deeper and stronger suction. So those are PROS. CONS are you need to press trigger to power it so with my neuropathy in hands at times I cannot vac, need to remove any attachments to empty dirt bin, after @8-12 months the bin empty slide started to stick, and then at 2 years (WARRANTY EXPIRED) and @5 months it started to shut off and then turn on. Called customer support and and they did a video troubleshoot and said it’s the battery. Well no battery in stock. Actually ABSOLUTELY ZERO SPARE PARTS for my baby have been in stock for over a month now! A week or so later it stopped more and then shut down. Called again and told it was the cyclone part (a guy on YouTube had same exact issue but his warranty was still active) BUT NO PART available. He told me to call or go to my nearest Dyson service center. Well the nearest in @1.25hrs. away. I do not have a car – getting divorced so I took my Dyson V11 animal and he got our 25 y/o car worth about the same. He fought for my V11 which was honestly a no win – I don’t know what he was thinking. Lol Plus the service center when I finally reached a person said that maybe it’s the trigger and I could mail it in. I still haven’t decided bc why pay to ship something that there’s no parts for? I rarely ever leave reviews but this thing is great! This is my first Dyson purchase and I have a German Shepard mix who sheds constantly, this V11 handles his hair with ease. I love the flexibility to use it anywhere with the attachments that are included, my personal favorite is the mini motorized tool. The simple design makes it easy to clean and maintenance. This thing picks up dirt that you don’t even see, especially in carpets and area rugs. I am also one who cares about packaging and this thing is packaged perfectly. The only downside, like all electronics is the battery life. 5 to 6 minutes on boost mode is not enough for a vacuum of this cost. I would like to see Dyson sell an additional king power cord that can be used to power the vacuum directly more like a traditional vacuum if needed for those of us with bigger houses with lots of carpeted areas.Jxustin

After reading these reviews I can't help but think that these machines are designed to last for roughly 2.5 years. My machine did the exact same thing that others have written about. I purchased this machine back in January 2020, about a month ago it started cutting off during use. The cutting off started getting more frequently to the point where the machine stays on for about 2 seconds before cutting off which makes it inoperable. So I call the service center to be told that my machine is out of warranty as of January 2022 and a replacement motor will cost $116. It is really unfortunate that a $700 machine is designed to last 2.5 years before you have to put more money into it. The sad part about it is that most people will pay the $116 because you can not get a new decent vac for that price and secondly, you have already invested $700 in this machine. It is very disheartening, and I wish I would have went with a different brand.Trise

Got this because my wife loves purple. No greater reason to buy a vacuum cleaner than the color. It works great on non-carpeted floors but is impossible to move on carpet. Good thing it's for a home without carpet. Everything works fine except the hose falls apart. You are vacuuming away and suddenly the head is on the floor and you are pushing an incomplete hose. I fixed that with a piece of masking tape around the top of the head piece. Shouldn't have to gerry rig a new vacuum in my opinion.No Body You Know!

I always used Bissell canisters for the easy conversion and parts sharing between machines(since we use them a lot). As Bissells age, the motors naturally get a bit less efficient, and that's expected. The Bissell Zing was a huge mistake. I had to duct tape all of the extension hose connections just to use it at all. Now I can't use it for small crevice jobs unless I rip it all off and retape constantly. It needs a click and lock function on the extension adaptors. It may not be as much of an issue as it ages and it can't lift a cotton ball, but new, it has suction that rips the plain plastic extensions that attach the heads, off onto the floor. I'm going to go with a more pricey manufacturer now. This Green thing is going in the garbage. I had a feeling the price was too good to be true. If you have a roll of duct tape and never plan on using the extensions and only use floor head, or never plan to use extensions and floor head, it will be fine for you and has great suction for that. If you need to ever use the floor features, it may be irritating and require taping. OH LOOK, MADE IN CHINA. Now everything makes sense.Brandy Lewis

I love the Bissell Zing. For the money it works very well. My only complaints are that it is all plastic. While it makes the vacuum light, its durability is questionable. Also the hose has no way of staying on to the floor tool. You push it on and hope for the best. I can see this being a problem in time and also a frustration. One other thing, the electric cord is very short. For the cost in todays world it is very good but you barley get what you pay for these days! My expectations aren't very high! I wish there was a company that would take pride in the fact that they give the consumer a well made product, at a fair cost, that would last longer then a year. I know, by doing this you wouldn't make huge profits but you would still make healthy profits and loyal customers! It would also help the environment with keeping waste at a minimum! Just moved to new state, left old vacuum for daughter. It was a larger Dirt Devil that we needed for all the shag carpet in that home, but our new home is a lot of hardwood and low pile carpet and I didn't feel I needed another large vacuum. Read some reviews and as with any product you will read "best" and "worst" – so you just have to decide if it's a chance worth taking … for me, IT WAS! I absolutely love this little devil 😉 lightweight and so very easy to use. Does a FAR better job than the traditional dust mop I was using before it arrived. I will say that we don't have children or pets, so it has a pretty easy gig. Doesn't have real strong suction, but very sufficient for our needs. Nice long cord. A snap to put together. Seems sturdy as I've dropped it 2x already and still works perfectly fine. Because it is small it won't hold a lot of debris, but again sufficient for our needs. I like that there is no belt that needs to be replaced and there is not rotary brush that needs to be constantly cleaned … I hate that! The only con is that it doesn't stand up by itself (need to lean it against something) but that was just a matter of getting used to leaning it on something and not just letting go of it. Works equally on hardwood and our low pile carpet. VERY pleased.Carol

I live in senior living, and not that strong; I moved into here with a Dycem. All the floors are laminate except bedroom rug. To use Dycem is difficult, is too heavy, and mars laminate. This little vacuum fills the bill, does not have beater bars, is maneuverable, goes up against baseboards and flattens out underneath things. The suction is excellent, gets dust, hair and whatever, and is very lightweight. Great simple solution, it was easy to put together and get out of box.Helofu

Really great at collecting fine particle dust, etc. Picks up from carpet, incl deep pile, or hard surface. Good power/suction and easy to switch from 'floor mode' to 'dustbuster' mode. Seriously, I couldn't wait to use this thing. I didn't wait for it to charge fully when I got it home, but it still lasted long enough for me to do my entire entryway, alcove, half bath, kitchen, master bath, and walk-in closet. My home isn't enormous, but it's not small either. I didn't time how long it took, but I wasn't rushing…. I have 2 dogs and this thing is going to be a lifesaver! I have a chronic illness, work full-time, and have 2 teenagers, so pulling out the broom and dustpan constantly just wasn't in the cards. I was getting so tired of the tumbleweeds of fur (they pile up after like 3 days) that I contemplated getting rid of my hard floors. But this saved me from that! I can't speak for longevity, because I just bought it tonight… But even if it only lasts a couple years, the $40 was worth it for me. I mean, one meal for my family costs more than that these days.Angela

I’ve used these vacs for 8 yrs, they last a good 2 years before battery life begins to diminish. New location of power button makes it easy to turn off by accident and Yes! I agree battery time could last a little longer, Mine is a solid 15 minutes of vacuum time.I use two vacs to do my whole house when I want to take my time under furniture. I gave it 5 stars because where can you find a vacuum that dusts the floor at the same time. I have used my regular vacuum on floor settings and while it does pick up loose dirt/hair it still leaves the dust and dirt on floor and unfortunately will scratch my floor as well. I have beautiful dark hardwood floors and a dog, a swifter without the vac just pushes hair and larger size debris around. This vacuum makes my life so much more easy, even with its flaws I LOVE IT!!! Tip for cleaning: dump loose dirt in trash and use toothbrush to clean filter or reg vacuum house to clean it, your filter and suction power will perform at peak level longer.Mindy

Love this lightweight broom vac! This is the second one i've owned and was difficult to find as Swiffer has discontinued them. It picks up dust, dirt, crumbs and most importantly dog hair! So much easier than sweeping and picking up with a dust pan as it is a vacuum with a bag less container. It also uses a dust cloth as well that traps and picks up hair and small particles the vac may miss. I'be ordered a second one to put up in the garage and save until the day comes that i'll need to replace the current one. Definitely recommend this item to replace a broom and dustpan!HOLLY

I bought this to clean up kitty litter my cat tracks everywhere. I had been using a Dirt Devil (similar small vacuum) but as not pleased with its performance. So far, I prefer this one. But be real – this is a "toy" vacuum, meant only for light sweep ups. This one was easy to put together, its light weight, and works fine with small messes.anniedancer50

This little guy is super awesome and makes clean up super fast and easy, just what I was looking for as with having osteoarthritis I can't always sweep my wood floors, this even vacuums small rugs in the bathroom that are thick and shaggy. I am super happy. Only issue is the head rolls around while using I guess to get every direction but it's easy to maneuver.ramgar17

Not a carpet vac but it does clean bare floors and scatter rugs. Doesn't suck the rugs up like a really powerful vac does. No brush roll but nothing for long hair to get tangled in, either. More powerful than a cordless vac and the cord is long enough.margaretw465

I purchased this vacuum because my house has hardwood/tile floors and I have cats. The vacuum is lighter in weight than other competitors in its class. I have only used it on high suction power, but the hard floor tool picks up cat litter like no other vacuum. I can even put it up to the baseboard and it gets all the dirt. I don't need to go over the baseboards with an attachment anymore! The handle grip is very comfortable and makes vacuuming easy. Lastly, the dirt tank is small, but removes and empties very easily, making up for the size. Thank you for making an affordable product that outperforms most vacuums.Ruth

We have had a MooSooXL-618 cordless stick vac for over a year, purchased on Amazon, and it has been reliable and convenient. I sometimes wished for stronger suction when I had to go over & over. I decided to look for another MooSoo, a bit stronger but no heavier, and when I could not find you on Amazon, I thought MooSoo was gone. I purchased another brand on Amazon, but returned it. Then I searched and located your MooSoo website, selling directly! But I did find your website difficult to navigate, or compare products, or hunt for particular features. It seems kinda jumbled, and lacking information important to me. So I called and spoke with a very helpful, professional representative. My needs: 1. as light-weight as possible because I am about 5' tall, 100 pounds with little muscle, and a painful back. Could not find weight info on your site. 2. more suction than our current XL-618. We have 2 kittens, and they scatter litter. I vacuum at least twice a day. Nice to have:- able to stand up, and not fall over. The rep enthusiastically recommended your K17F, which he said weighs 2.8 pounds (less than our XL618A, which he said weighs in at 3.3 lbs.) But it FEELS heavier. Suction is better (but I had to push on the rug). One disappointment is that there is no regular power cord that plugs directly from the vacuum into the wall outlet. I find the plug/base gizmo annoying. I do not want to mount that gizmo on our wall, so it the unit must be stretched across a bench with the head removed for access to the plug. Plus sometimes I bring it upstairs and want to charge it there in order to be ready to use up there. Bottom line – it's a good vacuum (and I have some customer confidence in MooSoo; I even hunted you down after I had thought you had disappeared!). Worked great the first few day but feels very cheap. The brush seems like it won’t last very long it was missing bristles after the first use. Battery runs down quick on high but it works good enough on low for a quick pickup of dog hair. My low review is due to the fact it doesn’t stand up by itself and it fell over one time on carpet and now the extended attachment feels like it’s rubbing metal on metal I can’t even use it anymore because it’s like nails on a chalkboard to me. I did love it at first but a very cheaply made product which I expected but I didn’t expect the tube to break so quickly.LarryT

Shipping was delayed a week from original delivery date but that wasn’t a factor. The packaging was excellent. The battery had a short charge so I used it as soon as I got it together. Much quieter than I thought it would be. Vacuum power was really good. After charging it overnight I installed the charging port; four screws and five wall anchors were included. It doesn’t say which size drill bit to use but you can figure it out by looking at the screws. I bought this cordless to use primarily in the upstairs bonus room and stairs which have new carpet. My Riccar upright is an awesome vacuum but too heavy to drag up and down stairs. I vacuumed on the high setting the entire room in about 10 minutes and it worked beautifully. Lightweight, powerful, no bags, no cord, four accessories…what’s not to love.Karin B.

It works great. Suction is great. It’s light and I like the size. The color is nice. It swivels so you can turn it to get into harder to reach areas. Easy assembly. The only thing I don’t like is the placement of the spare brush storage part. It’s a little too close to together and short. If it was maybe half an inch apart, would be better. The spare brush keeps falling off. But that’s a minor issue. I just removed the spare brushes and store them in a large ziplock bag.Elizabeth

I had an older model Dirt Devil Quick Path which was a bare-bones vacuum that was also bagless and had no attachments. The dirt devil got the job done but after upgrading to this Insignia-Bagless Upright Vacuum the difference in performance was night and day. The 75w suction power left my carpets ultra clean and looking as if they were new. The power cord is 30 ft long so I didn't have to replug it into another wall jack when I went in to vacuum another room. The hose is 7 ft. The handle has a full range of motion after you unlock it, meaning it's not limited to up/down or back/forth. It also came with two extra belts. The set-up was very easy. Just a snap of the top handle to the base, a turn of a screw at the back of the vacuum stem, a snap of both ends of the hose, and the attachments snap in place. I was able to get this vacuum at a daily deal price, almost half off. My only complaint is that I did not see a latch on the vacuum itself to harness the pet tool attachment. But easily one of the best vacuums I've ever owned if not the best!Oram787

This seemed like a promising vacuum, it has a replacement belt, a filter that may be cleaned/rinsed. It is somewhat small though and although it was easy to put together, months after using it and not very often.. a screw or something at the bottom seems to have snapped and now when I vacuum I hear an awful rattle. Thank fully I did get their protection plan and will be taking it in for a replacement. Given the price point in the future I may opt to spend a bit more to get a sturdier vacuum. Previous to this one I had either a Hoover or Dyson which worked pretty well but when the retractable cord frayed I decided I would try something a bit more economical. Anywho to summarize this is an okay vacuum Insignia normally has great items, this just did not meet my expectations too well but its not a horrible product, I’d be inclined to rate this 3.5 stars since that is not an option I rounded up to a 4.Kimmm
