I don't really do reviews but I have to for this product. After the first month, my nails had grown quite a bit and my skin actually improved, a positive side effect I guess. I'm almost halfway through my second month so here is my own personal experience. My eyebrows have grown back in spots where overzealous threaders took too much off the ends of my eyebrows. I use to purchase gnc amino 3000 in the red bottle, which had aminos and amounts listed on bottle. This time due to inventory, I purchased the gnc amino 3000 in the new white bottle. This bottle does not list aminos and amounts contained in the product. The serving amount simply states 1 pill for light activity, 2 pills for moderate and 3 pills for high activity. If I could give 0 stars I would. Now I'm not one to leave a bad review but I feel that you, the consumer needs to know. After taking these for only a couple weeks, I noticed my pants were tight and the scale went up a few pounds. I thought, that's weird because, I am not eating out, i am eating healthy , I'm excersizing and I'm not socially drinking anymore all due to a pandemic.. how could I be gaining weight?? I started experiencing some heart arrhythmia a few months ago. Sometimes the heart would miss a beat entirely, and do this repeatedly every three to twenty beats over a period of a few minutes. I was experiencing small bouts like this at some point nearly every day. After doing some research I started taking this product, along with magnesium powder and Quercetin. I take the magnesium and taurine together, as they work synergistically. I thought I noticed a slight improvement within just several days. Now, some two months after starting the supplements, I can definitely say the bouts of arrhythmia are much less frequent, almost none at all except when I do some heavier exercise. Absolutely worth trying. I take the magnesium and taurine along with vitamin C (all powders) mixed in a drink in the mid-afternoon and again just before bed.
