This product simply does not miss for me and my minimal routine. After cleansing in the morning, I mix three drops of this with my moisturizer and I love how it makes my skin look and feel. I usually don't use it by itself, but I have used it as a daily moisturizer while on vacation and low on quart bag space! I have a very minimal makeup routine (skin tint, not traditional liquid or powder foundation) but this has always been a great base underneath. This serum works wonders on even sensitive, irritated skin. I was a bit worried as my skin condition has been all over the place for a few months now (probably mean hormones soon turning 50, face masks, super dry cold weather…the dream team at work). I used to have very beautiful skin and it has turned into some red, acne prone, dry and sensitive mess. So, hoping for some miracle help, risked a vitamin C serum but was a bit worried it would be too harsh. This serum feels a tiny bit tingly for a few seconds – not as in painful rest assured – and then is fully absorbed and your skin is ready for your moisturizer. as somebody who struggled with cystic acne and has been left with hyperpigmentation, this product saved my skin. i have dry, acne-prone, and sensitive skin. this product is not harsh at all and is unscented. i had been looking for a good vitamin c serum, and i found it! for people who say they broke out after one use, after trying a new product, your skin will most likely purge depending on what you are trying! i say give it a chance and if you aren’t seeing a difference after one month, stop using it! i was already seeing a difference around 5 days into using this twice a day. totally recommend 🙂yay

I bought this product about a month ago and I use it at least once a day, sometimes twice. I started noticing a difference in my skin within a week! For the record, I have terrible skin. It's red, blotchy, uneven, and on top of that I would get terrible breakouts. I chose to post some before and after pictures because even though my skin is still not perfect this product has helped A LOT! It helped reduce the redness of my breakouts within a few days of using it and I'm convinced that it has also helped prevent more breakouts. This past month I've only had about 2 bad pimples (which is great for me since I used to get a new pimple every couple of days) but other than that my face has been doing great!maleniux.s

At first I was worried about this product because there are no clear indications of the concentration of these ingredients. I wanted something with vitamin C but I would prefer a higher, clearly stated concentration. I'm not sure what happened here. I currently use their vit C as well as their cleanser and enjoy both. While I haven't seen any difference with their vit C, it sinks into my skin nicely and causes no irritation. I've also used countless other vit C and haven't seen any drastic difference so maybe my skin just isn't a fan of vit C. Their cleanser is awesome and I'll repurchase that. As for this product, the superserum, I think I got a bad bottle. For one, I truly wish Naturium would provide clear bottles. These bottles are a bit heavier than most glass bottles that skincare comes in which makes it hard to tell when you are almost finished with the product, which is very annoying. But the main reason I dislike this product is that every time I try to use the product hardly none comes out. Maybe I have a bad dropper, but since it is a thicker consistency I've been forced to literally just try and pour on my hands. Even doing that, the product only lasted like 2 weeks which makes me think I wasn't given nearly enough. I bought this with the retinol complex serum, which I began using first, then had the worst skin reaction of my life. So it took me a good month before I got the courage to attempt this serum. I asked Naturium whether I should even try this one after the fiasco with the retinol serum and they said I should give it a try. I did, and I'm glad I did. I was using it at night, and when my skin healed enough to add in a different retinol product (granactive retinol by a different brand, recommended by Gothamista a couple years ago at the beginning of her retinol journey), I was alternating 2 nights with the granactive retinol and 3 nights with the vitamin C. I decided mixing actives in the same routine was not a good idea for my sensitive skin. A few weeks ago I began moving this to the morning routine (I wasn't using an active in the morning at all), and I think that's when I started seeing real, perceptible results. My hyperpigmentation seems about the same, but overall, my skin appears more refined and brighter. I did also add in a heavier water cream sleeping mask at night, so maybe the combo of that and the vitamin C in the morning is really helping. Or, it could be that I'm now using a vitamin C serum daily by moving it to the morning routine, and I can also use my granactive retinol more than 4 nights a week. Overall, I am happy with this vitamin C serum, My sensitive skin accepts it, and it seems to have some visible results before I finish the first bottle. Skin type: dry, non sensitive (The white on my face is sunscreen lol) Super cheap for all the must have serum ingredients in one! I was a little worried because of the high vitamin C with retinol and the witch hazel. I feel like the skincare gurus I watch might not love the idea of this product haha but it was on sale for $8 and had all the products I was shopping to replenish. I have been using vitamin C and retinol in my routine for about a year prior to this. I don’t know if I’d recommend it for people new to those ingredients since it’s a high % of vitamin C. I’ve been using this for a little over a week and am already seeing great results! I’ve noticed a decrease in forehead lines and lines around my eyes. My makeup is also going on smoother and holding up longer. I recommend using this after a cleanser, letting this product sit for 20 or so minutes then following up with a ceramide moisturizer. I usually just review products on the odd occasion and this is one of the good occasions! I don't know if it's just this product or a combination of me using Aveeno Positively Radiant face lotion too but OMG! I recently had a baby and my skin freaked out right afterwards with acne and also got infected with Staph, just bad luck I guess! So, my face was left with a lot of hyper pigmentation. Usually my skin takes months for the hyper pigmentation to subside even a little. For me to see any change is a miracle! My skin is brighter and the texture is a lot smoother. This serum is a bit watery and smells a little strong but I just mix it with some lavender oil (an antioxidant too). I received a 1 oz. bottle of Olay Coconut Oil Serum , Nourishing Antioxidant Booster for free from PINCHme. I use this product after washing my face and it has made a huge difference in my skin. I have pretty dry skin and always moisturize really well after washing my face. I've always used a lotion, but have tried different oils as well that I put on before my normal moisturizer. I really like this particular serum. The Olay Coconut Oil Serum makes my face feel really smooth and soft without leaving an oily residue and it's a plus that it's odorless. Most of the other oils I've used before has had some sort of smell that while not necessarily unpleasant, I'd rather use something with no smell at all. Olay Coconut Oil Booster Serum is an antioxidant boost for your skin focusing on clean beauty with only 2 ingredients. This is simply made with coconut oil and capric triglyceride which is a skin conditioner. This product has no parabens, phthalates, artificial dye and is fragrance free. So this is exactly as it states it is, coconut oil. I personally will use it likely as a second cleanse specifically around my eyes for helping remove extra make up. I experienced no irritation and can not detect any fragrance. There is no heavy feel at all and actually absorbs quite quickly. I used the Olay Coconut Oil Serum Nourishing Antioxidant Booster on my face for 3 nights before writing my thoughts.. I applied the oil as part of my nightly skincare routine, using a minimal amount, applying directly from the dropper onto my forehead, cheeks, nose, and chin. I used my fingertips to massage the oil into my skin, covering my entire face. I was surprised to see that the oil absorbed into my skin, and didn't leave an oily mess on top of my skin like I expected. I slept for 6 hours and when I woke, to my surprise, my skin didn't look oily AT ALL. It felt incredibly soft and I couldn't even tell that I had applied an oil product. Also, no oil spots or mess on my bedding or pillows. I continued to use the product for 3 total days, and the results continued to improve each time. I got a sample of this product and I was really excited to use it. Upon application, it smelled really bad, like rotten citrus. I did not get any rose smells or hint of rose from this that other reviews have mentioned. I can't attest to the results garnered by this product through continuous use due to the small size of the sample but the smell is off-putting enough to make me not want to purchase the full size.Anonymous

This oil serum comes in a duo kit which seems a holiday promotion. It is a lightweight all-in-one face oil, which makes it perfect for normal skin in the winter or dry skin in all seasons. I also love the antioxidant formula of this product, so during daytime I simply apply this face oil on bare face and follow it with a sunscreen if needed. This product is AMAZING, BUT there is a caveat. Often times when I buy this product it seems spoiled, like how vitamin C can go bad if not kept correctly. The product should be a light orangey color, but when it's gone off it's a darker orange. I've used this for years and return it before I even walk out of the store most times because I know to check to see if it is bad/old/whatever is going on with it. If you do get a good bottle, you'll be writing a great review, trust me. But if I got my first bottle or two and it was sticky and smelled odd, and didn't do what others claimed it would, of course I would be skeptical too. 75% of the bottles I buy, whether Sephora or Ulta, are always bad. This is one of those products that you didn't know you needed until you try it. This is a very high quality serum that I received a sample of. My skin is mature with fine lines, very dry, and prone to acne breakouts. As instructed I placed three or four drops in my hand and applied it to my face. It easily spread over my skin and my skin absorbed it quickly and it left it feeling extremely smooth It even looked better after the first application. So far I really love what I'm seeing with this product. I applied a light nighttime moisturizer afterwards so far I have not broken out and my skin already looks a lot better. I am someone who takes care of their skin or at least I thought I was but this product may be something that I will add to my regimen. I got this sample of Multi-Action Super-C Retinol Brighten and Correct Vitamin C Serum from @strivectin months ago I've been using it for over a couple of months, so now it's time to give my honest opinion. I'm usually incredibly sensitive to Retinol, so I was hesitant about trying this at first. It's actually very, very gentle. Idk the % of Retinol, but I did start off slowly. I used it 2X a week, then built up to 3-4X a week. I do feel a slight warming sensation after applying it, but it does go away after about 5 min or less. The serum has a strong scent to it, like a strong citrus type scent, but it does go away after about 2 mins. It's a thick, orange serum that will feel tacky at first, but it does absorb into your skin. I put on toner first, then this serum, then a thick, moisturizing cream to keep my skin calm. I have noticed a more even texture to my skin my skin just looks overall more healthy than it did before. I have quite a bit of serum left (you only need a drop or 2), so if any changes happen, I'll update. Note: I had absolutely NO purging, dryness or redness when using this serum. If you're not used to Retinol, start off slowly. 1-2X a week, then work your way up. I've suffered from a mild form of hormonal acne for 15 years and I've had both major and minor breakouts which caused hyperpigmentation and (fortunately) very few scars. My skin texture has improved significantly after only one month of use and the red and dark spots are slowly starting to fade out. I break out A LOT less and the small pimples that actually come out look way less inflamed and swollen than before; they usually dry out in 24/36 hours. My skin overall feels more hydrated and softer. I use it both at night and in the morning (when I'm not going out since it can make your skin more sensitive to light) and in addition to C2 and M3. Summary: Used a WHOLE bottle of this serum and my skin looked its best ever! So, Im 30 year old skin of colour person. I have very dry sensitive acne prone dull skin so its very tricky to find a suitable product and NEVER has a product worked well for me. About to buy my second bottle. This is a great and very gentle product. It really does help my combination acne/breakout-prone skin. I especially notice the difference when I have to wear face masks for 12h a day. I apply a few drops (less is more) in the evening every other day followed by a basic moisturiser (I use tretinoin on alternate days) and can really tell the soothing and calming effect it has on my skin, in addition to preventing and/or treating existing breakouts). I also have the 15% azeleic acid serum which is great but found that this one works just as well (you don’t always have to go for higher concentration, lower % can work just fine). Great product and I would really struggle to find an alternative for it that combines all those ingredients and delivers the result this serum does for this price. 10/10Sofia

I found this vitamin C serum to be a fantastic replacement or alternative to the serum I've been using. I like to try a lot of different products rather than stick to just one, and this is one of the better I have tried. I do not like a chemical smell and to me this did not smell the chemicals. It also absorbs quickly, and there was no sticky. A lot of different serums feel sticky for a few minutes and then absorb, or leave a film on the skin. I have received trial mini packs of TruSkin Vitamin C serum as a part of their promotion. However, this review is solely based on my honest opinion and experience with this product. I have SUPER SENSITIVE skin. And I have not found a vitamin C serum that suits my skin yet. I have used this a few times, at night, after washing and toning. And then layered with moisturizer. My skin started irritating after a few minutes giving me the feel of itchiness. And the next day, it did not give me the radiant glow like other vitamin C serums would. So, for me it was not a success. People who have very sensitive skin, I'd recommend them to use the trial version first, see how your skin likes it, before buying the full-size. Recently, I have been looking for a new serum that contains Resveratrol and came across this little gem. The ingredients are really good, addition of the ferulic acid is nice and unlike other products – the concentration of the main ingredients is 3% rather than usual 1%. The serum has a consistency of a thick gel, which feels quite oily at first, but as you spread it across your face – it sinks in beautifully and does not leave a greasy residue or sticky feeling. It does have a slight warming sensation during the application, but that is normal and does not bother me at all. The product does not smell at all, did not cause any reaction or sensitivity. It did not break me out as well, which is a big plus. I tend to use it at night mainly and every morning I wake up to a glowing and rested complexion. My skin is smooth, hydrated and I have noticed that minor breakouts heal much faster. I really like this product and will definitely repurchase!Rada D.

I've always had oily, acne prone, sensitive skin. I stopped taking hormonal contraceptives about 2 years ago, and my skin has been changing. I now have dry patches, and have noticed more fine lines, but I'm not breaking out as much. I normally wouldn't try many products on my face, because they almost always seemed to end up causing a breakout. I started getting facials recently, and am making more of an effort to take care of my skin. I have some sun damage, and this is where I hoped this C+E Serum could help. I’ve used many Vitamin C serums and this is my least favorite. It’s tacky on the skin, thick and doesn’t absorb well at all. I also didn’t see any visible changes in my skin like evening of skin tone or glow like I have with other serums. I've been using this every day for the past few weeks and it is great! It goes on easy and is not sticky. It smells a bit like hot dogs but not as bad as a much more expensive version of this product. I am pretty lazy when it comes to skincare routines at night when I'm tired and in the morning when I'm rushing and using this serum is a quick and easy way to make my skin feel and look healthy. For reference: My skin type is oily combination, prone to dehydration, dealing with hormonal cystic and nodular acne for ~10 years. I don't really leave reviews but I'm putting one here for this product because I am so taken aback by the fact it has ACTUALLY HAD A VISIBLE IMPROVEMENT. I bought this a while ago on a whim out of curiosity, but didn't give it more than a couple of uses of and on as -although it did seem to 'wake my skin up' – I found the initial oily finish off-putting and having had some unpleasant breakouts from other oil-based The Ordinary products I was kind of wary of having similar breakouts from this. HOWEVER – 2 weeks ago I put it on on the weekend because my skin was looking and feeling dehydrated and generally 'bleh' after some heavy cystic break-outs, and kept applying it each day (AM and PM) as the final step in my routine and its really made a noticeable difference – although not in the way I was expecting. Since applying it regularly, my skin has been less oily throughout the day (we're talking maybe blotting once at midday instead of having to blot 3-4 times), and my makeup has stayed in place the whole day (pre-resveratrol my skin has usually shed most of my makeup by mid-morning). The oiliness of the product sinks in after a couple of minutes and my skin just feels hydrated and balanced – like its shifted from 'Oily-Combination' towards 'Normal'. As well as the reduced oil, my skin has generally had more of a lit-from-within glow and translucency that I have never really had before. (Don't get me wrong, my PIH, acne scarring are still present, but I now feel like my skin looks like it does on the models you see used for spot treatment adverts, where they have acne scarring but their skin looks Glowy and Good – anyone who has had cystic acne will know this feels like a Big Deal). I've also noticed a reduction on the amount of redness/ uneven skin tone, and it feels good to come home from work and have my skin looking as fresh as it did when I first did my skincare that morning. I'm still trying to figure out how/ why it is introducing this product in particular that has reduced my oiliness – whether it prevents the other products I apply from oxidising, meaning they're effective for longer (?), or whether the antioxidants just help my skin function better in general, meaning less sebum is needed to try and compensate for moisture loss throughout the day (?). This is quite a long review for a small bottle, but having had a proper dedicated skincare routine for 5 years now, it feels like a pretty big deal to be seeing effects this early on into trying a product I had put in the 'Waste of Money' pile. This isn't the most comfortable or fun to apply serum in the world but I still give it 4 stars because it combines two of the most scientifically proven and strong antioxidants that aren't as easy to find at this price point. I also like the minimal formula. It's very straightforward. Yes, it's a little greasy since the carrier is propanediol which is essentially an emollient (feels oily). To solve this you can add a couple of drops into your moisturizer. This helps it absorb a little bit better into the skin as opposed to applying it to plain skin. Plus, remember, you won't be applying a ton of this product (2-3 drops max) like a normal serum so this method makes it easier to apply and spread. I really do think those who think this serum is greasy will enjoy this product a LOT better by mixing it with other skincare products. You can also try mixing it with other serums; but try mixing in the palm of your hand to see if they mix together well before you put it on your face. This product does seem to be a little hydrophobic (repels water) so it mixes together a little better with products that contain oil or emulsifiers. Most products contain emulsifiers so you should be good.Stephen

Full disclosure: I use this in addition to other actives so I can’t say how transformative it is on its own. So, I purchased this because I know resveratrol is a great anti-aging/brightening ingredient and I wanted to include it in my nighttime routine without paying $$$ for it. Caudalie uses it in almost all of their products but it’s so pricey. So I have been using it at night for about two months with my Retin-A (tretinoin) and I must say, I can see a difference. ( fyi- I have been using tretinoin for over a year so I can actually say I saw a difference) It helped to fade dark spots in conjunction with the tretinoin and my face looks smoother. It does feel a little warm upon application as the other reviews have said but it doesn’t burn and it fades quickly. I have acne prone/dry skin and I have not experienced any breakouts. I would dare to say it may have improved my acne. This product just doesn’t get enough love and it’s so underrated. It works well with almost every active and it soaks into the skin quickly. It may seem oily but it really does absorb. Now I do have dry skin so my skin may just soak this up quicker than someone with oily skin. This product is a lifelong keeper for me and I’m so glad I gave it a try. It’s worth it folks!MelCatColl

The serum is a lightweight liquid but it is not a thin serum. It is light but has enough "weight" to protect the skin. It is easy to apply and it does not feel sticky. This product does keep my skin hydrated and I do see the firming of the skin (but I also have a firming moisturizer that I use from Derma E so it could be the duo of the moisturizer and serum working hand in hand). I have fine lines underneath the eye area and around the eyes; and also some on my forehead. For the most part, they weren't too problematic or prominent so I haven't really noticed any change in that department. One thing I wish this product had was a dropper application. The bottle can be squeezed so the product can be dispensed but I feel like a dropper would be better or a squeeze tube. Those are all minor cons and aren't deal breakers, in my opinion. So far, I am loving this serum. It does contain 1 fl oz for $6.99 which is a good price. However, keep in mind that 1 fl oz when used daily does not go a long way. I recently stocked up and picked up another bottle. I should have picked up two bottles. So far, I am loving all the products I have purchased and used from The INKEY List and this one is no exception. I am fan and highly recommend it.reni.b

I have been using the hyaluronic acid serum, then this Q10 serum with the peptide cream during the day then I exchange the peptide for the bakuchiol cream at night. It’s been about a week, but I felt like I needed to comment. My skin has been feeling dried out and just doesn’t have that normal glow as before. Maybe it’s the combo of all these products at once, but I am developing a slight break out on my nose and along my forehead. I noticed some difference in skin texture on my forehead and some wrinkles that I never noticed before.. I highly doubt I am going to keep using these products for a month to see what happens.. I was hoping for the price point these could become a staple in my routine. But, guess I will go back to herbivore. With the Q10: I did not notice any increase in moisture even with the hyaluronic acid. The bottle is weird, becareful when you squeeze or you get way more then a pea size amount. A better design is needed. It goes on smooth; not sticky, seems to absorb well. Just not a beauty product for me.Magans

I am an Inkey List fan – I think that there are few brands that do such a wide range of active skincare, and certainly not at such affordable prices. Q10 is one such offering – aimed at protecting your skin from environmental stress, this antioxidant is easily absorbed, and doesn't contribute to your skin feeling "heavy" if you layer it with other serums / moisturisers. So, why the 4 rather than 5 star review? The container. The first couple of uses is fine, but then it is really difficult to get out. I know there is a decent amount of product left but you really have to fight to get it out – or open the bottle and get to it that way, which seems to defeat the objective of keeping it sterile. A pipette dispenser, pump-action or even a squeezy tube would all be better options.jackie.w

I have NEVER been able to use a retinol product prior to using this product, wow! I'm in my 30's, so prevention is important to me right now. I use a lot of different Paula products, but I felt I was needing something a little "extra" in these dry and cold winter months. Usually, I'm an everyday BHA person, but in the winter, I tend to back off due to drying and flaking. I have tried retinol in the past and it has always caused breakouts and sensitivity. I have really tried to avoid retinoids of any kind, so when this product was a free gwp, I was nervous to try it due to my past negative experiences with retinol. I did a little research and saw this is a good option for "beginners" because of the low dose of retinol. I'm glad I tried it because I love it! It is helping with my dry skin, flakiness, and has not caused any breakouts for me. I am using it 3 days a week currently, at night, and will slowly increase frequency of use. I'm still not convinced I'll be able to use a higher concentration of retinol due to my past issues, but I'm hoping this product continues to do the trick, or functions as a stepping-stone to a more potent product for deeper wrinkles in the future!Jp29

I began using this twice a week for two weeks, then three times a week for two weeks and so on. Now I use 5 days a week Monday-Friday. I did experience a retinizing phase, this is my first retinol product. The peeling and sensitivity were over by two weeks. Three weeks in, I noticed a rough patch of skin that has been on my forehead for about 6 years has smoothed out! Amazing, I can now wear makeup (not that its needed) on that patch of skin without it looking like a crepe, I do have a lot of redness so I like to wear concealer for special occasions and now after so many years I am able to do so because of this product. I generally have good skin, its patches of skin that have decided to become rough, bumpy, red and dry. These patches of skin cover parts of my chin, small areas around the nostrils, and on my forehead. I've been using this product for 4 months now and the peeling is almost non existent, the rough patch on the forehead is gone, but the awkward texture on my chin is still there (I can't wear make up on it without the afore mentioned crepe look). My hyper-pigmentation fades much more quickly, where before a pimple spot would last 1-2 months, now it lasts 2-4 weeks, and those spots aren't as dark during the fading process. I love this stuff!!! I don't think it's potent enough to fix my chin so I'm gonna move up to the PC Clinical 1% once I finish this tube (In reality, I started it once a week two weeks ago so I can transition into the strength). This is a fabulous retinol starter with a beautiful finish, and the night after use I wake up with baby soft bright skin.Fabby the engineer

I have very dry skin. In summer days also have too much flaky on face. I used Estée Lauder, Olay and also some Paul's product but there was no change. Gradually i lost my hope and i always carried everywhere so many creams because i had to apply them after 2 to 3 hours gap. Then i thought let's try this product and i was not prepared for the result. As usual after using this product on the 1st day, i was expecting same result like other products. I was given an opportunity to try this serum. And, I have to admit, there was a learning curve for me as far as application. After receiving it, I was using it like any of my other moisturizers. But, I found it just sat on top of my skin and never really sank in. I then, re-read the directions and realized this moisturizer is best used on damp skin. So, I took a thermal water mist to my face and applied a dime-sized amount of the moisturizer. Game changer!!!! It sank in beautifully on my skin. It plays well with my sunscreen and when applied correctly, it feels light and nongreasy. My skin is move even in tone, less oily and it causes no breakouts. I will continue to use this moisturizer in my daily routine. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a light moisturizer with many skin benefits and that will also prep the skin for makeup.Christine

I prefer to use L Ascorbic Acid under my sunscreen during the day and decided to try this serum because of the C, E, Ferulic formula and the price. I do not find vitamin c derivatives provide the same results as the real thing. It passed my skin texture test and the effects last for 3 days so this is an effective product for me based upon my experience. The formula is gentle on my sensitive skin and it makes my skin feel wonderful. The serum is fresh and performing exactly as a vitamin c serum should. Although I will never “stock up” on L Ascorbic Acid because I want a fresh product, when I run out I will be repurchasing this. 2 thumbs up!Bianca A.

This serum has a lovely amber colour, and feels nourishing to the skin. The scent is sea buckthorn and pumpkin. I find it great value for the quantity, as I usually buy Odacite .30ml and this is one full Oz. In terms of overall effects, I find it perfect for Toronto’s winter weather. I haven’t noticed any tightening or brightening effect yet, but it seems like it’s an overall vitamin for the skin.Eva D.

I love this product. The serum smells great, feels great on the skin (again, you don't need a lot) and it gives my skin a glowing look. I like to pair the serum with a hydrating cream with hyluoronic acid. With this combination it is enough to keep my face looking and feeling fresh for the whole day. I was using Laurel night balm and it’s wonderful but I didn’t have a day time moisturizer and I needed something that wasn’t so heavy. After talking with a staff member she recommended the unburden Serum. So far it’s exactly what I needed. I have pale combination skin with a few dry patches on my forehead. The night balm is great for the dry patches but I found if I used it during the day my skin would be too oily and I would get the odd pimple. The Unburden Serum works great for me during the day. I only use 2 drops in the morning after spritzing with toner and it’s enough to cover my whole face. It does leave a dewy look or glow so if you don’t want any shine then this might not be for you. I haven’t been wearing any makeup since I started using it so I can’t speak to how well that will go over top of the serum. But it will last me while since I only need 2 to 3 drops in the morning and absolutely love how clean the ingredients are. It’s definitely on my the more expensive side but I feel like it’s totally worth it!Jess C.

This serum totally surprised me. I nervously took a plunge to buy this as my skin previously reacted very badly to a vit C serum from another brand. So I started looking into something suitable for sensitive skin. Even then I was still nervous about trying any vit c due to reaction that took me 3 weeks to heal! This serum is a-ma-zing! My skin absolutely loved it from a first contact with the skin! I couldn’t believe it. If you are new to vit c this is a brilliant introduction. Once I built up tolerance to a daily use(start slowly if you aren’t sure) my skin looked bright, glowing and even my hormonal breakouts started to vanish! I highly highly recommend it. So maybe I am weird, but the CE Ferulic product broke me out. Nevertheless, I kept looking longingly at Vitamin C products, because I know they really help improve skin quality and when you reach your 50s, you want to make sure you're doing everything you can to help your skin. So I was pumped to see this product, which has a lesser concentration of Vitamin C and is less triggering for sensitive skin types. Upon first application, I immediately noticed a stinging sensation, but I've been rotating through various products on a daily basis and so this product only gets applied every 4 days. I think I've applied this product 3 times now, and while it doesn't sting, it does itch slightly for about 30 minutes following application. Still mulling it over. Omg, I did not expect to love this so much. This is the first Vitamin C product I have ever tried and I’m never trying any other brand! Having sensitive & dry skin with many contact dermatitis allergies makes it difficult for me to find products that don’t irritate my skin. Originally I was looking to order the CE Ferulic, but while exploring the website I stumbled across the Serum 10 AOX+. When I read it was made for first timers & those with sensitive skin I knew this was the one for me. Despite my initial fears of irritation, my skin has been LOVING this.
