Some of these these reviews make me laugh. "I used once and I broke out" OR "I used for a week and I broke out" these people do not know how to introduce skincare into their regimen. This is why I take many reviews lightly on products. I am aware that everyone's skin is different. But EVERYONE knows to slowly introduce a new skin care product slowly into their regimen. I have noticeable acne scarring (dark spots and a few pitted scars). I have tried an INSANE number of products, I mean literally I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on products targeted for dark spots, resurfacing, and acne treatment & prevention. This product is one i picked up on a whim, and actually kept under my bathroom sink for a month or two before I even tried it (since I had so many other products to try first that to me seemed more promising). Eventually I made my way to this toner, and honestly the first time I used it, it burned like crazy. To be fair, I had been using a ton of other exfoliating-type products prior to this so my skin was already hypersensitive. I put the toner away for another week or two and focused on restoring my skin's biome, and when it didn't feel super red and hypersensitive anymore, I came back to this toner. This time, it still burned a bit in certain spots (namely where I had active blemishes), but I persisted. I used this twice a day for the past 2-3 weeks and OMG, my face looks insanely GOOD!!! I have absolutely NO visible pores, my dark spots have lightened up SIGNIFICANTLY, and for the first time in forever, I actually have a smooth glow to my skin and feel confident enough to be seen without full coverage foundation. I think generally people try to avoid talking about the serious toll dark spots can take on a person's self-esteem, and the lengths we will go to in order to avoid anyone else ever seeing them. But it can be pretty damaging mentally and emotionally! The heritage store rosewater vinegar toner is AMAZING!!! I have oily skin that especially gets oily when I sleep and I have a huge problem with millias clogging my pores all the time. When I started using this toner I noticed a huge difference with my skin. My pores weren't getting millias and the oil seemed to calm down a lot. I really love vinegar products which I didn't expect but this year I have tried multiple different products ranging from apple cider vinegar shampoo and cond to face masks. They are always unbelievably great. If you have oily skin or skin that gets dirty from makeup or texture I recommend this. I especially think you should try this if you have millias as well or any sort of cystic acne or clogged pores. You will notice a huge difference within the week. Oh and the spray bottle nozzle is my favorite type of dispenser for toners so that's a big plus for me. I was lucky enough to receive this product for review and now use it every day. I'm so glad this was brought to my attention if not I doubt I would have known and would still have the same issues with millias wrecking havoc on my skin. I actually bought it by mistake thinking it is the same as the Mist or Spray version. I have tried and don't really like it. It has a subtle rose scent that lingers for a while but not for long. This is a comparatively more heavier version of the other heritage store products. The ingredient composition is purified water, glycerin (vegetable), sodium PCA, sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid), aloe barbadensis (aloe vera) leaf juice, potassium sorbate and rosa damascena (damascena rose) flower oil. This ingredients blend gives a quite "slippery" feeling to the face. It has a somewhat thicker consistency compared to the "Rosewater Refreshing Mist" or "Rosewater Refreshing Spray" version. This is a very moisturizing toner. I like the light rose scent, but the consistency is a bit too moisturizing for me. I prefer the regular plain rosewater in the spritz bottle. The squeeze bottle means that I need to pour this into my hand and then splash the toner on my skin. This one was too emollient and left more moisture on my skin than I am comfortable with. I think that the plain rosewater one without the glycerin is much more refreshing and less sticky on the skin. This might work for dryer skin types or for colder weather.iHerb Customer

It keeps my cholesterol levels down (i have a family history of high cholesterol) and it has been a big aid in my weight loss ! it doesn't taste very good and has a very strong smell, but in the end it's totally worth it. This is one potent apple cider vinegar. I take a tablespoon 2x a day to help with digestion and to keep a balanced gut culture. This does the trick. This does have ginger, cayenne (for better absorption) and maple. I cannot taste the maple due to the power of the ginger and cayenne. There's a slight burn as you swallow but it goes away pretty quick. If you incorporate ACV into your diet be sure to drink water right behind it. I use apple cider vinegar on a regular basis and was very pleased to receive this one that came already mixed. I poured a tablespoon and tried to chug it the way I do my acv drink. Big mistake! It is way more potent than mine. I recommend diluting it in at least 6 to 8 ounces of water rather than taking it straight. The ginger is an added bonus and I noticed significant boosts in energy over the next few weeks. I took a tablespoon twice a day and the bottle lasted me 6 weeks. I could really tell the difference in my skin and in my joints after I ran out. With the cold weather lately, my knee joints have really been giving me problems. HOWEVER, the product which she gets looks NOTHING like the rich golden orange version I ALWAYS get from Netrition. Why is this so? I really cannot say.
