I bought the Chemical Guys HOL121 – Best Car Wash Bucket Kit. FINALLY ! everything I need to properly wash my new 2016 new black Volvo. The "system" allows me to properly clean the car. So I just got the package in the mail today after finally grabbing the package before it sold out again. I've always loved washing and maintaining my truck but wanted to step it up a little more and heard great things about CG. I don't have a power washer so I went with the foam blaster instead of the cannon. Got home from work today, got the truck rinsed and was ready to go. All I can say is wow! The foam blaster produced way more suds then I expected and covers my whole truck multiple times with soap in the blaster leftover. After rinsing and drying the truck looked incredible already! I then did a quick wax with the butter wet wax and now my truck looks glassy clean! Beyond happy with the results so far. Didn't have the time to do a full top to bottom but I can't wait for a weekend to really get into it.

I have a black Porsche Turbo, and every product I was using on it didn't give it the finish I wanted. I gave in and started paying a detailer to start doing it. It was very good but not exactly how I pictured it. I finally ordered the Black Car Care Kit, and it is fantastic. People keep asking me about what I used. Used in succession this kit works perfectly on any dark paint car (I have used it on four different ones so far), and the wash/optical high gloss spray maintains the finish better than expected. For a first time user instructional videos could be a little more detailed, but as for the product itself I can't think of one single complaint.

I have a GreenWorks 1.73GPM, 1500 PSI washer (claimed), changed the 1.2 mm orifice out for a 1.1mm, used a quality specific foam soap (thank you! Chemical Guy's) filled my never before used Trinova Foam Cannon with 2 oz of soap and filled the rest with store bought distilled water. Shook it up and proceeded to produce some thick azz foam. This a great way to get some Chemical Guys products at a great discount. The bucket, grit guard, lid, and wash Mitt would cost almost $35 so it's like getting the car wash, wheel cleaner, and interior dressing free. Funny how I’m scrolling through the sales section in the app and found this. Today. Same day as I bought the last one at my local Walmart. Just the night before I was browsing the Chemical Guys store as I never used their products and felt like it’s hype and overpriced. Yes their website is overpriced , and this same deal was the same price as here, I think. Maybe more on chemical guys. Anyways. I always use meguires, turtle wax, and other brands that local stores carry because you can get a huge bottle or whatever liquid you want , for like half the price of 1 chemical guy $19.99 bottle or the 9.99 bottle which those are what 6-8ounces ? Nobody measures caps or uses a measuring cup for the wash their doing. Anyways. Decided to get this cause I needed a bucket, needed a wash mitt, car wash soap, and the dirt trap plastic piece that goes on the bottom of bucket. Little more for this bucket but with all contents included. It was a win win. Besides I wanted to give them a shot. So, I used the soap only, and worked pretty good. Like any other car wash soap. I did actually buy their detailer spray for $20 as well and that worked little better then meguires detailer. I’ll prolly stick to my usual brands but once n a while I’ll get these products. Found this brand new sealed with plastic label, and had to break seal to open the lid. Give it a try and at least get this bundle to start you off right. Be sure to use 2 buckets tho! 1 clean soap and other just water to rinse your sponge after you wipe your car, then dip the rinsed sponged back in the clean soap bucket! They say you get what you pay for, and the quality of these products is reflected by the low price of the package. The glass wipes are absolute trash, and deposited a substantial amount of lint anywhere they touched. I had to reclean all my glass with a microfiber towel. Defeated the purpose of a disposable wipe. The interior protectant is mediocre… very slimy and difficult to apply, did nothing to improve shine or appearance, just left a mildly greasy feeling I don't care for. I have no idea if it "protects" anything, and I won't use it long enough to find out. The tire foam, on the other hand, is actually nice. Big canister, easy to apply, and surprisingly effective. Just sprayed on and walked away for a few minutes, came back to beautiful, shiny black tires. It's the one saving grace of this package. I would recommend buying the tire foam separately, then finding alternate products for the rest.Ben
The cleaner for inside the car worked great same with the wash/wax. However the glass wipes didn't work at all they made huge smears and left fuzz behind now I have to figure out how to get them clean. The tire foam sucks too it just made the tires look even more faded then they were before I do not recommend this set just use a different brand.Me

After car wash, I used the wipes to clean some still dirty spots and gave it a wax. They are so easy to use and I am pleased that I do not need to carry a bucket of water and dirty cloth to the garage. The tire & trim shine also came really handy. I ordered the ultimate kit because I’m starting a new detailing business and thought it would be great to have all of the chemicals in order the 5 gallon refills for them I also ordered the holders for the bottles four of them I ordered and I see almost $2600 in merchandise and I got my orders yesterday and the only thing I received were my bottle holders polish holddrs Brush holddrs bucket caddy and detail seat that I ordered I have none of my chemicals Or the bottles that go with them I either would like the chemicals and bottles and everything that’s in the ultimate kit or somebody to contact me to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
