I feel like I am taking crazy pills! Most of the reviewers for this product say it made their skin smooth and clear and bright, and very quickly, too. I had the opposite experience. I've been using it for three weeks and see no positive changes in my skin. It stings a little when I apply it, and dries to a sticky/tacky feeling on my skin. It has caused redness, irritation, and pimples. I've tried using less of it, but wanted to use it regularly for three weeks to give it enough time to work in case my skin was just purging or acclimating to the new product. This exfoliant helps me fight against milia. Moreover, it helps clear pores, smooth fine wrinkles, and improve skin tone. I apply it at night and wash my face in the morning. The scent is not very pleasant, but it fades away after a while. I would suggest applying it 30m before going to bed so your pillowcase won't get dirty. It doesn't irritate my skin nor dries it out. Hence, I even don't apply moisturizer after it. I use it twice or once a week depending on how oily my skin is. Also, I like to use it when I have breakouts around my chin. Ok. So I had two really bad scars from my belly button piercing that I took out many years ago. I'm 2017 I got scar removal surgery and it did nothing basically besides make my it a tiny bit less noticeable. Last year I spent over $1,000 on fraxel laser to remove it.. once again this helped the appearance slightly. However my scars were still dark and noticeable. There was no redness, no damage, no discomfort for me with this stuff. Maybe–MAYBE–a slight tingle at application, but that was it. Another great thing is how easy it is to use this product. Two-sided pads come presoaked with product, so all you have to do is open an envelope, remove the pad, slip your fingers inside it and glide the pad across your face, neck, and chest. Wait 15 minutes to apply your night moisturizer (skip other treatments) and go to bed. The product dries into your skin, so there's no mess on your sheets. I don't have any criticism of this product, though I would caution against expecting big immediate results. I had hoped to see beautiful glowy skin the following morning, but didn't really notice much difference. I do exfoliate pretty regularly using other chemical exfoliants, so maybe there was less dead, dull skin to remove in the first place. I can't say I was disappointed because I know it takes time for results to appear with virtually any skin care product, but don't think this product will change your life overnight. And since the recommended frequency of use is once or twice a week, it could take a while to see results. I would have to use this product for a lot longer to know if it is something I recommend. Ive been using a 7% glycolic product once a week for a few years now. I received a sample of the Goop 15% product with a Goop purchase I made. I have sensitive skin that reacts quickly to a product it does not like and leans toward dry if not highly moisturized regularly. I was hesitant to try a higher percentage glycolic product, but also very interested. I ran a test on my neck and had no issues, so I decided to try it on my face. I had little to no tingling and my skin immediately started to glow. I woke up to soft, smooth, glowing skin just as advertised. I was so pleased with the results I decided to purchase a box. I'm currently on week two with the 1x/ week 15% and the results remain the same beautiful effect so far. Between both of them, I 100% see improvement in skin texture. My skin type is combination. I’m really happy with this peel so far (have been using it twice a week for a month). I was using the ordinary 30% peel and then babyfacial before that. I like that this peel has some soothing ingredients included, unlike the ordinary (although that is a great peel!). I don’t feel like it’s too expensive either as it’s a rather large bottle. I LOVE that they put this in an opaque bottle (light is not good for essentially any ingredients that will help your skin). I also love that there are no fragrant/citrus oils, fragrance or drying alcohol in this. I contacted the brand and they said they don’t use these in any of their products, which I love. I have lots of experience with acids so I apply this twice a week and leave on for 10-15 min, rather then the 2 min they recommend. Is my adult acne prone skin suddenly perfect? I would say I have fairly good skin – as I’ve gotten older i can see a few more lines and it’s sometimes less “glowy” as I would prefer. These are game changers. I received this as a sample in the mail since I had not ordered anything recently. Even though it was only one application, I used it "just to see" if the description was accurate. It was! I liked the sample so much I immediately ordered it and, in fact, am re-ordering tonight. I have been doing peels for at least 12 years. Sometimes I do "light" peels, sometimes heavier peels. Depends on how much visible peeling I want to deal with. I don't, however, do them during the summer. I don't spend much time in the sun, but never know when I will be outside for several hours in someone's pool. I purchased these to use for the summer but have decided to continue using them long term. It is a very easy, simple application — much less work than a regular peel. It takes only a few minutes and there is no mess to clean. I love the "refreshing" feel from part one of the two part system. I do have extremely light peeling in certain places but nothing horrible to deal with. I have been using these now for a month and have noticed small improvements, specifically on my neck area. I am truly a fan of this product.

Most peels sold on Ebay don't come with everything you need to do it at home and feel like a spa. This kit came with a peel prep to prep the skin, the glycolic acid, a neutralizer to stop the acid from penetrating the skin and then a hyaluronic serum to help heal and sooth the skin afterwards. I have combination skin and glycolic was recommended to me to reduce pores and fine lines and since this peel only had my skin light flaking and not huge peeling pieces I've repeated it every 2-3 weeks. I have gotten so many compliments on my skin and I notice such a difference I find myself leaving the house without any makeup on! this mandelic acid for chemical peel makes the biggest difference for me here. A friend of mine was using it and let me try. I am using it to address my whiteheads and larger pores. This is an effective product. I began to see a slothing after several days. I used a cotton gauze, applied thin layer horizontally across face and then vertically waited approximately 1-2 minutes and rinsed with cold water. I followed with Hydraulic acid. I by no means have the best consistant skin care regimen but I did make sure I used the Hydraulic serum twice a day sometimes I would use an additional night cream with it. Please be careful I did give myself small chemical burns, 1 was where a zit wasn't healed enough apparently and just another small spot on my chin for no apparent reason so I guess just a sensitive area. It didn't hurt just had another ugly spot until healed. So yes this is strong and effective, I like the result of lighter look to my age spot/ unevenness so far and skin is brighter already. This is actually the second bottle of the stuff that I have purchase. That is how much I love the stuff I actually bought a second bottle. When I first got it it took me awhile to use it. I was a bit intimidated at first because of the instructions and I had never done or used any kind of chemical peel before. So fast forward to about two weeks after I get the first bottle. To me sitting at my vanity with a bowl of baking soda and water, a timer, and my bottle of Divine Alpha hydroxy acid skin Rejuvenation therapy. I reread the instructions just to make sure that I don't do anything I shouldn't do and I decide I'm going to test a very small area on the bottom of my jaw. I dab a little bit on and wait two minutes. I'm not feeling any pain so I went one more minute. Then I wipe it off with plain water. I decided to wait about half an hour before I made a decision. About a half an hour later, since I did not have any discomfort, I decided to test a little bit larger of an area. I applied about a 50-cent piece size on my cheek and jaw. I waited 3 minutes and wiped it off with plain water. I did not experience any discomfort or any burning sensation so I decided I would do my whole face and neck. The results were RIDICULOUS! It made my face look softer, cleaner, brighter!I wondered why I was so worried LOL. No seriously the instructions are scary, and I definitely recommend that you read all the instructions twice and follow them closely to make sure you do everything right. Even though it is SUPER EASY, and very fast. At first I did not really notice any wrinkle reduction, but I've used it for quite some time now and it really does make a difference in the wrinkles as well. My go-to peel pads have always been the Peter Thomas Roth ones so I was pleasantly surprised to see Sephora come out with their own version the last time I went in. And these are good. Really, really good. When I first used them, I was a little underwhelmed at how "dry" they seemed but overtime, I learned to smooth these over my face for longer than other peels pads. I really think Sephora got the amount of saturation just right with these. It almost seems to be the smarter option, as I'm paying far less for the right amount of product and the pad is dry when I'm done, rather than far more for a peel pad that I'll throw away with a considerable amount of the solution and is still wet. Due to the drier nature, these are also almost like a combo of a physical and chemical exfoliant, as you rub it over your face for longer to get the most out of the peel pad, the solution works in tandem with the material to get your skin to feel just as clean as the others. I'll even forgo my toner sometimes because I feel these do the better job while still being gentle enough to use twice a day, if I want. Overall, for the price and formula, these are so worth it, even to only try. It definitely took longer to see the same amount of results as with other peel pads, but the natural ingredients ensure me that my skin won't get used to the stronger formulas of other pads so that I can continue to use those as a backup if my skin just won't cooperate.jackiejokester
I truly like these Glow Peel pads. My face feels so clean after I use them I use one in the morning and one at night. You can tell it gets the dead skin and extra lotions and water else off of your face because you will see it on the pad as I showed everyone mine. These pads are awesome! My skin is normal/combination depending on the season and I’ve never had acne or bad breakouts; just one or two small pimples during my period. I used a facial oil that made me breakout on my cheeks and forehead plus gave me tiny little bumps all over my forehead. I don’t have sensitive skin so this was surprising and I had no idea what to do so I gave these a try. My breakout was clear within a few days and the tiny bumps are gone. After the breakout pimples cleared there were a couple dark spots that I was worried about but I kept using these and the dark spots are almost completely gone. I’ve only been using them for a little less than two weeks and I’m really impressed with the results. These worked so quickly to clear my breakout and didn’t have any negative effects on areas where my skin is a little drier; if anything my skin feels more balanced overall. I’ve used other much more expensive peels but these seem to work a lot better.
