The myLan COVID-19 and influenza home test is pretty convenient, especially if you’re at home, as I am and do not drive. I ordered my kit, received it in the mail and I think I had my results within 24-36 hours. I was a bit concerned because I’ve had some congestion and sore throat, so I definitely was waiting for my results. Thankfully they came back negative. I’m guessing seasonal allergies. I was so happy. Definitely glad I took the test. You are supplied with a swab and tube with an ID label, requisition form for the lab, kit ID label, a bio hazard baggie, the box you receive is your transport box, alcohol pad, shipping label and a poly mailer that comes with a pre printed ups label. So everything you need is there. You also receive an instruction sheet that is concise and easy to follow with 10 numbered steps. You will need an email address and access to internet to register your myLAB kit. You’ll need to mail the kit by dropping it off at a ups location near you, or you can give it to your ups driver, which is what I did. I get shipments daily as I’m home all the time. Fill out the form carefully, but maybe use a fine tip sharpie or an ink that will dry, as my pen ink smudged, but not bad enough to make it illegible, since it is going to a lab and they will need to identify your test and send the correct results. I would say you should also have a pair of scissors handy as the swab is supposed to break off so it will fit into the tube. It does not break, mine didn’t, it’s supposed to snap off, but I had to just cut it with a pair of scissors. But, you need to use it while it’s long to swab your nose. You insert it up your nostril until you feel resistance and twirl it. You do. It’s sides. It not terrible, but not fun either. You will be fine. Careful with the tube, it has liquid in the tube. If you spill it the lab will reject your sample. Just read the directions before beginning and do step by step. You’ll also need a clean place to do this and a clean counter or table and wash your hands as directed. Then you just label as directed, box it up and put it in the poly mailer. Then affix the ups label. You will receive your results via email, and before you do the test you register and put in a username and password so your results are confidential. Depending on your results, make sure to follow up with your doctor and their is always a local Covid hotline you can call in your area. It will definitely put your mind at ease. I have been suffering from stomach and gastrointestinal upset for a number of years, but I have never been able to understand why! Even though I am a Type II Diabetic and take Metformin for this, my doctors have been very hesitant to assign blame on the drug for my problem. They even put me on the Low FODMAP diet, which is a regimen where you take a whole host of foods out of your diet and then add them back in one at a time until you figure out which one is making you sick. Well, it didn't work for me, and I am still sick. The variety of testing kits available, rapid delivery, ease of collecting specimens and farely quick turnaround time of results is truly awesome on all levels. I have no negative thoughts. This is certainly the best way to test yourself for all personal health test. No uncomfortable calls to make appointments, doctors visits with judgmental/unhelpful personnel, wait times etc. It’s secure, safe and accurate! It's great to be able to get a test like this done for only $50. It's more affordable than all of the clinic based lab work I've gotten, and I don't have to schedule appointments either. This was great for satisfying my curiosity. It had a bit of a problem with the instructions though. There were a few contradictions between the web instructions and the paper instructions (drink water for the blood test, but only after finishing the saliva test). It was pretty hard to get blood flowing for the blood test, so it would have been good if the paper instructions mentioned all of the techniques from the web instructions. Because of that, I'm not 100% confident on the results; but it is a good starting point for getting more confidence in my hormone levels without spending a bunch of money on doctor visits.John Engineer
I bought the comprehensive sensitivity test and it was interesting to see what foods I was sensitive to. It helps me to be mindful of these things in my food choices. I only give it 4 stars because I was hoping it would analyze more thorough rather than just based off my current diet. For example, I have been lactose intolerant since I was a child. It didn't give me that sensitivity though because there was a disclaimer that it wouldn't show up if I haven't been consuming it in my current diet. Of course I don't eat dairy but to me that was disappointing to know. So to me it was not worth the cost that I paid for the analysis that I got. I could not schedule a test when I needed it at LabCorp, Quest or Minute Clinic so I thought I'd try the Everlywell Lipid test. It was very convenient and lower in cost. The kit had everything in it. I liked the instructional video. Getting the results electronically was faster. I wish I could import the results into my Providence on-line test results so they all could be in one place. My results were significantly different from my last Lipid test. The lower LDL was expected since I recently changed my meds. However, the higher Triglycerides and lower HDL was not expected. I may want to compare it to a standard test at LabCorp, etc.

I bought my scale four years ago and I love it! I must confess that the first time I used it, it was a bit confusing, and I was a bit annoyed that it didn't display the weight "correctly"… of course it was correct hehe. This scale is pretty cool. It reads out a ton of info on the user. You do however need to download the app, and have to have your phone with you over the scale for the Bluetooth connection to be made. It takes several seconds and then you should see all of the info on the app. This keeps it simple. No more trying to memorize or write down everything scrolling from tiny scale screens on the scales! One side note on using this scale. If your feet are completely dry upon standing on this scale it will possibly read only your weight. I ordered this scale online for store pick-up. After picking it up and taking it home, I found that it was dead on arrival. After trying two sets of brand new batteries, I took it back to the store. I knew the store inventory had showed two in stock, so after returning I purchased the 2nd one. Before leaving the store, I went to the in-store Starbucks and opened it, installed the batteries, and made sure it worked. Once I got the scale home, setup was very easy and it works great. I like being able to use two of the eight user settings so that I can weigh unclothed or clothed and not have the statistics get confused. I also like the app's presentation of a weight chart for the week and a summary of +/- status for the week, month, and from the start of setting a goal, rather than a list of weights. This scale is garbage. Bluetooth is extremely slow, and weigh-ins are inconsistent; some of the readings just seem random and way to different. I try to weigh-in 3 times before fully committing to a reading, and all three readings are completely different. I have been on less than 30 carbs a day every day track by food measurements and nutritional information. These tests have not budged. I was told some take 3-4 days to show a result. This is day 5. They work! Im New to all of this, but I had been following a keto diet for several days Im not totally confident that Im even doing this whole diet correctly. But I got these Keto Test strips so that I could test and see if I was remotely close to being in Ketois. I tried them immediately and the first one reacted, changing to shade slightly lighter than moderate, but darker than small. I was skeptical so I decided to just stick one under warm water to see if it would change color and it turned the tan meaning negative shade. So then I asked my husband if he would pee on 1 seeing how he's 200 lbs and dosent diet or watch anything that he eats. And it was still negative. So I feel pretty confident that these do work, but it can be a little tough to tell between the color shades, but for the price, it is an excellent way to know you're on the right track. I have been following the intermittent fasting method of eating where you have a 8 hour eating window and a 16 hour fasting window. Technically, I have not been counting my carbohydrates, but the theory behind fasting claims that your body should be entering a state of ketosis in the time that you are not eating. I have been curious to test out whether or not I have actually been achieving ketosis or not, so I decided to give these strips a try. The day that these came in the mail, it just so happened that I was on about hour 17 of fasting, which is a little longer than usual, so I was very excited to give these a try and to find out if my body was actually in ketosis. I followed the directions on the box. They say to wait 40 seconds before you compare the color of the strip to the color on the chart. After 40 seconds, I could barely tell a difference in color! It may have been a teeny tiny tad darker than the original color, but that may just be because it was wet. I was pretty disappointed, but at least now I don’t have to guess. I plan to keep using them because they are super easy to use and I am genuinely curious to see if I can ever really achieve ketosis from fasting alone.Agomoljak

I test myw4 urine a lot less now than when I first decided to live a ketogenic lifestyle. I have used other ones before too. I'm a nurse, so I have been using urine test strips for many years now. Based on my experience with different brands of keto urine tests, I can only give it 3 stars. Lately, I've been using the strips to check my 3ketones after eating a new food. That way, I can easily see if consuming the particular food causes any significant changes in my ketone levels. If so, I can easily correct that issue. The problem is, they aren't very accurate. I also test my breath and blood, using a device that measures my levels exactly how a diabetic checks their blood sugar levels. Certain conditions can, and frequently do, mask the actual problem, like hydration level. I won't be purchasing again.
I've been following a ketogenic diet for about 4 weeks now and noticing some results. I accidentally used some sugary salad dressing and wanted to know if this was enough to boot me out of ketosis. I tried these test strips, using them according to the directions on the packaging. I got a pale pink indicating I was no longer in ketosis and after a week of getting right back on the diet, these strips had no change. I questioned the quality of the strips and ended up buying a different brand from Walgreens. The other strips instantly changed color indicating that I was in Ketosis again. We have the most accurate (but non-transferable) version of InBody (InBody720) at our faculty, which cost over 20.000 USD, and I can say that this cheap version H20B fared surprisingly well, when compared with this "top" product. The difference in % body fat was about 0.5%, and the difference in muscle mass was about 0.25 kg on average – if I remember correctly. This is much better than I thought. It may not be so accurate in every individual (depending on the eccentric amount of muscle or fat) but the most important thing is that the device doesn't tell utter nonsense (like almost all other portable devices of this sort) and you can reliably monitor changes in your body composition.grasg-0
