Best At Home Sleep Study (2023 Update)

The Levoit PlasmaPro 600S True HEPA Air Purifier has been a breath of fresh air in our home. The quality of air in our home has improved significantly. We received this unit about 2 days ago and there is a noticeable difference in the air that we breathe in our home. We are currently using this air purifier on the first floor of our home and it does an amazing job removing everyday dust and pollen and removing those strong food smells from our kitchen area. The purifier uses a 3-stage filtration system plus a really unique feature that I have not seen before. So, lets go over the features, PROS and CONS of the Levoit PlasmaPro 600S True HEPA Air Purifier. Setup: The setup process for the Levoit PlasmaPro is rather simple. Before you begin to use the unit, you need to twist the top portion off and remove the plastic off the HEPA filter. Simply place the filter back in and you are ready to go. But, if you would like to be able to control the unit, then I would highly recommend that you download the accompanying VeSync app. To sync your machine with the app, you simply hold down the power button for 5 seconds until the WIFI symbol on the unit starts to blink and it should connect. If you like, you can also connect the unit to either Alexa or to your Google Eco System. Now, you can control your unit from anywhere and also with a simple voice command. Your unit is ready to go. Features: Unit Specs -12.5 X 12.5 X 24 – 14lbs This air purifier can be used for large room up 1500 sq. ft, but in the room that large the purifier will only clean and recirculate the air twice per hour, which is still not bad. Our first floor is about 850 to 900 sq. ft, so we estimate that it is cleaning and recirculating the air about 3 to 4 times per hour. PlasmaPro – So this is something new for me and I have yet to see on any air purifier. So, to make it simple, once this option is turned on it breaks down the pollutants, odorous gases, aerosols and VOCs. So, to put this unit to the test, I sprayed and aerosol air fresher and the unit sucked it all in and after a few seconds I was not able to smell the scent at all. So, I can tell you that this thing works. Touch Sensitive buttons – The unit has 8 touch sensitive buttons with a really nice display LED display in the middle. In the middle you will also find a light senor. The light senor mode when activated, the purifier will adjust itself based on the light in the room and once the room is dark it will power it self off. Air Sight Plus- The Air sight plus mode will adjust the fan based on the air quality in the room. Overall, I am very happy with this air purifier. I have tired and tested out multiple units and this one had all the features that I wanted. Its affordable, it works for large rooms, easy to maintain, WIFI connection and the ability to add this to my Google system and best of all it does what it is meant to do and that is to provide you with pure clean air.Maslam

This thing is astonishing. I have a high powered humidifier in an area with bad water so I get the white dust all over the place. I bought the biggest thing they had on the shelves and I am more than impressed. 635sqft? Try whole house – it brought my entire large house (6200sqft with high ceilings) down from 900+ to under 10 in just a few hours. I couldn't believe it, so I tried it out all over the house and it was under 10 everywhere. It can handle the fine white dust very easily. Once it got it clean, I just put it in Auto mode and it takes care of erything – I'm at 1 ug/m^3 all the time now. Once the air is clean, it doesn't have to come on that much so it makes zero noise. The lowest setting is super quiet anyway. Highest moves a lot of air but you won't need to be on that setting for very long. Beyond that, the Wifi control is useful – it leverages some 3rd party app called VeSync. Note: The Android setup process has a flaw: it doesn't tell you to press the fan button for 5 seconds to go into bluetooth pairing mode – Apple version worked perfectly the first time. I have been using the Levoit Plasma Pro 600s for about a week now. I have dogs and cats, so that means a lot of dander from them. My seasonal allergies have just started acting up this week also. With that being said.. This air purifier has helped a lot. I haven't been sneezing as much as I was. I have also noticed that my house isn't as dusty as it was before getting this machine. I like that it has an auto feature for the fan speed. It has a wifi feature to connect to smart devices and and app. The app can be downloaded to control the machine. I have used Amazon Alexa to control it without any issues. There is a schedule that can be setup for the machine to use. The fan speed can be manually turned up or down. Which I great for that little extra burst of fresh air though the house when it's needed. The fan is a bit loud when it's on high but nothing that makes it hard to hear others in the room or that would wake a sleeping baby. The colored dial on the top let's you know what the air quality is in the area that it is placed in.Holly W

I absolutely love the smell of this since it’s similar to my mom’s oils at home. The roller is also perfect because it gives that cooling effect. However, it seems to run out fast? I haven’t even used it for a long time. So I’m still debating whether to purchase this again. Hence, the 3 stars.SANC

When I was pregnant last year I struggled to sleep. I struggled to fall asleep and stay asleep. I hoped that using this at night as part of my "wind down routine" would help me sleep better and begin to link the scent to sleep. So whenever I put it on my wrists my body would associate the smell with bedtime wherever I was. I think I was too lofty with my goals. I was skeptical of this oil, having previously tried the pillow spray from the same brand which did not work for me. But I thought the longevity of the scent in the version may be better – and it was! Pros – calming scent, easy to apply (I dab in the area between my nose and lips, as well as on my wrists), lasting scent, definitely helps me to fall asleep even when I have those anxious feelings that make sleep difficult, once I’m asleep I don’t wake up until morning. This product has, quite literally, been a life saver. I suffer from anxiety and insomnia. And with COVID19 creating so many issues at work in regard to trying to get 3,000 employees up and running to work from home, my stress level is through the roof! I can turn on the Calm, Renew, or Restore setting on a low volume, and it really helps keep me grounded. I can pause for 30 seconds to just blank out my mind and breathe to the spa-like sounds. And when I can't sleep at night, i love to turn on either the Thunderstorms or Ocesn Waves. Again, it gives me something to focus on to clear my mind and allow me to fall asleep. You can set a timer for 6 or 8 hours to have it shut off automatically. It's a great quality device, and very affordable. The sound quality and volume settings are excellent! I am so happy to have this sound machine! I highly recommend this to anyone – especially if you have anything like depression, anxiiety, PTSD, insomnia, fibromyalgia or chronic pain syndrome. I used to only be able to sleep with the fan going. But during the winter I couldn't because it was too cold with a fan. It still is pretty cool at night so that's why I love my new Marpac Whish White Noise Sound Machine. It has 16 different sounds, including rain, a stream and ocean sounds, a couple fan options, white noise options, music for meditation, relax, restore and calm. It also has a timer and volume settings you can adjust. It is very simple looking with all the sound options around the edge like a clock's numbers, easily recognizable by their labels. The power button is on the front side of the machine. And it came with a power adapter cord. Very simple to set up and use. It does have a direction booklet which helped to set timer. What was unique about this was the packaging was very attractive with cute sleep phrases and inside the box where the machine were side parts of the box with cute cutouts of a sleep mask and door knob hanger saying you better not wake me or something. I definitely cut them out. Very cute addition to the product. Definitely recommend. It is very helpful to fall asleep with and I find myself listening to the calm music while cleaning and reading. The design of the sound machine is lovely! It's very cute and small and the sounds have been very helpful to both my toddler and also my husband (who works nights and sleeps in the day). The only gripes I have are that it can only work while plugged in. Now, this is on me because it actually states that in the description, but somehow I must have glossed over that and thought that the USB charger port means that it can be charged and then used later. But that's not the case, it literally has to be plugged in to work. So that means that I need to keep it near to the wall socket at night, and can't move it to be closer to my son while he sleeps. It means that he continuously wants to play with the electrical socket and pull it off the plug and yank on the cords. If I'd properly been aware of this then I wouldn't have bought this exact product and would have gone with something that can be charged to use later, or can take batteries. Having this for a toddler would be much better if it was portable and mobile. The charger cord is also only 1-metre – so keep that in mind when planning where you want to use this device. We had to rearrange our room to have the little table near to the wall socket otherwise we would have had to keep the sound machine on the floor while in use. (Again, this was all written in the product description with: "Uses a USB cord plug in – no batteries required" but I mistook this thinking it was chargeable. But it's not.) The other thing is that it says it has "16 sound options, including Marpac's signature white noise", and honestly, the 'dohm 1' and 'dohm 2' sound the same to me, and 'dohm 3' & 4 are all VERY similar. I can't tell how they're so special, nor what makes them different to the white noises. I feel like saying that there are 16 different noises is a bit of an over-exaggeration. The signature dohm sounds really just seem like generic white noise variations. The ocean noise is also very similar to a white noise. (you can find examples of all these noises on their website before you buy it) However, on a good note: the chimes, meditate, relax, restore and calm noises are all very different and all very very lovely. I sometimes use these while I'm working for background noise and really enjoy them. I also enjoy the 'rain' noise for sleeping and this seems to be the one my toddler prefers too. My only other issue is that there is a 'timer 1' and 'timer 2' button which I believe are timers for 6 & 8 hours respectively, but there is no light on the machine (probably good for night-use I guess) but that means I can't tell which button has been selected nor when it was selected. So if I put our son to bed, and I push the 'timer 1' button, then I can look at my clock and know what time it will turn off. But if someone else turns on the sound machine and makes a selection then I will have no idea of knowing if it was set to 6 or 8 hours nor when it was set. This is slightly annoying to be honest. So, one of the features of this explains: "Compact, sleek design fits in anywhere. You can even take your sleep environment with you to get a better rest on the road."… but I'm really not sure how someone could take this on the road. You'd have to make sure that while you're on the road you have a viable electric source, or could plug it into your laptop while you sleep. So I gave this 3-stars. It's very pretty, some of the sounds are just lovely, and it does it's job – but it's also very inconvenient and you have no way of knowing which button you've selected after you've selected it. In hindsight, if I'd done a bit more research I don't think I would have bought this one. But, it does it's job and we're stuck with it now 🙂Anna B.

So far, so great! I live in a small one- bedroom apartment and my apartment no longer has a “humid” odor that I used to notice when I arrived home. I can see the indicator lights change any time I open a window, use an aerosol (like hairspray) or if my cats get the “zoomies” and start running around anywhere near it. I bought the unit as part of bigger plan to improve the air in my apartment and help with my newly diagnosed allergies. I chose this model so it would clear my 700 sq foot apartment quickly while still being portable and with a small footprint. I move it between the living space and the bedroom every day, and the built-in handle and size/shape/weight make this easy. One last thing: I was worried about the noise it might make. I am so pleasantly surprised. It is a soft, steady sound with no rattling. At low speeds, it is barely noticeable. At high speeds it is still a pleasant steady white noise.Cindy T.

I’ve only had my unit for a couple weeks but I can say the customer service has been good and , the unit was packed well with great directions. It was easy to set up and appears to be cleaning the air well. It’s very important to get the right size for the space you have so be sure to ask a lot of questions about that before you purchase. Also I would highly recommend not putting it near your kitchen as cooking smells make it go into the turbo mode easily. I was advised that the unit cannot clean through doorways so be sure to get one specifically for the size room or area you want to clean. I was also advised not to move the unit around from too room to room as it takes four weeks to completely purify an area. I did not get that information from the first person I talked to — so be sure to ask lots of questions!!! But so far I’m quite pleased and I would recommend it! I have two friends who also have an Alen and they are happy also. One of my friends has three units and she takes care of maybe 20 animals in her house and she’s very pleased. We got this filter specifically for the auto feature that ramps up and down depending on how dirty the air is. But when you turn the control pad lights off (which you have to do at night, when we really want this thing to do its job), it doesn't ramp up of down. It just gets stuck on whatever the fan speed was when you turned the lights off. So in the shoulder seasons when the people across the street who heat their house with wood stove are dumping a bunch of smoke into the air, and we want to keep the windows open to keep the CO2 from getting too high, this filter doesn't ramp up and clean out the smoke like we bought it for. I called Alen customer service about it and they didn't offer a solution, nor a replacement unit. They obviously knew of the issue and didn't want to deal with it. Said that it would still filter the air, just not as fast. This is definitely just a firmware issue. And an unacceptable one for a $450 filter. Before getting the UPPAbaby playard, I thought all playards were the same. I had a hand-me-down one from another brand that got the job done. I could put my baby in it and knew he was safe and not going anywhere. Then I was given the UPPAbaby playard as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The first thing I noticed was how well designed the traveling case is. There is a place for everything. While it is not "I'm going to carry this on a long walk" light, I didn't find the weight to be unreasonable, and the case isn't awkward to carry. The second thing I noticed about the UPPAbaby playard was its style. I am not a fan of baby products that scream "baby." The sleek design and gray color fit in perfectly with my living room décor. That is one of the reasons we keep it set up all the time. Third, I am not very good at putting things together. I always needed a second set of hands to put together our old playard. I was able to put together the UPPAbaby playard in no time at all. I love how the mattress zips for different configurations and has velcro to ensure it stays put. My baby loves to lift up anything not tied down, so I appreciate the peace of mind that he won't figure out a way to lift up the mattress and put it over his head. Speaking of the mattress, the mattress cover is a welcome addition, and the Greenguard Gold Certification makes me feel good about letting my baby use it. The UPPAbaby playard is exponentially better than my hand-me-down playard in appearance, design (love the side zipper and see through mesh), packaging, and ease of putting it together. I received this playard from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My daughter is 1 year old, and I primarily use it to keep her entertained while I get ready in the morning, but I have also used it to travel. Pros: – Very easy to set up, it literally took me a few seconds to unfold the yard, maybe a minute to put the sheet on and secure the mattress – Equally as easy to fold – The mattress and provided sheet are breathable, which is a big deal to me since my daughter loves to sleep with her face in the mattress. Bonus points that it's Greengaurd Gold certified, so I don't worry about what she is breathing in. – The mattress is machine washable and was easy to clean (seriously the mattress, not the cover is MACHINE WASHABLE, amazing). – The sheet securely attaches to the mattress and the mattress to the playard, so you don't have to worry about anything shifting – The front unzips, making it easy for my son to go in and play with her if he wants – Even though it has the same size mattress as my other playard, the footprint of this playard is somehow smaller. – It looks so sleek, it definitely isn't an eyesore in my bedroom! Cons: – The price is more than your standard playard, but you're definitely getting more bang for your buck – I question the longevity of the provided sheet, it's very thin. The Uppababy Remi lives up to every part of its renowned product line. It has an air of elegance and sophistication to it, yes I am being totally serious in describing this playard. If you've ever owned other playards, you know that it ends with frustration and random missing parts when it's all said and done. The Remi is the exact opposite. I can put it together and take it down in probably 5 minutes with 3 kids hanging off of me. The fabric is similar to that used in the stroller line and is easily wipe able. They make the mesh mattress so easy to clean by just pulling out the inserts. It also gives me a sense of comfort knowing that they use top notch materials including Green guard gold certified fabrics. I have not had a chance to use the bassinet insert yet but one of my favorite features about the bassinet is that you unzip the sides of the mattress and it becomes the bassinet mattress! We mostly use the playard as a spot that my kids can climb into using the side window opening to take a nap or play with their toys. My favorite thing about the Remi is that it grows with my babies and I don't have to think about getting another playard since this ones does everything. The Remi has by far exceeded all my expectations of what a playard could and should be. If you are a hot sleeper, this mattress is for you! I love this mattress. It's cooling affect keeps the temperature just right all night. I also love how soft it is. It was a good mix of soft and supportive. I usually like my mattress more on the firm side, but this mattress definitely worked for me. The process was really easy. The mattress came fast in one big box and it was in perfect condition. I was easily able to take it out and set up on my own. This is the mattress of my dreams. It’s literally like sleeping on a cloud. I went from a firm mattress where I would frequently wake up with back pain to this. This mattress i would say is medium textured. It’s very soft at the top, but very dense. I don’t sink into it. I impatiently waited the 48 hours to let the mattress decompress. It was worth every minute. It fits perfectly on my queen sized bed frame. I was most intrigued by the cooling technology. I have tried every “cooling” bed product on the market. This mattress is everything you need. I am a naturally hot person. I typically wake up sweating. Not with this mattress. If you want the best sleep of your life you need this mattress. This has got to be the comfiest mattress I’ve ever slept on! Getting in to bed feels like laying down on a cloud. I’m not even kidding. Once you settle you can feel the support though. We came from a very firm mattress that left us both in pain every morning. I can now sleep on my side without waking up with a painful hip. My husband says his shoulder no longer hurts in the morning. I still get some back pain if I sleep on my stomach but I think that’s just me getting older. We set the mattress up and within minutes it had fluffed up. We slept on it the first night as the instructions stated you could. It was great from the very first time I laid down. The one thing I noticed right away though is there is little side support. Meaning if you sit on the side of the mattress it will sink. This got better after the 72 hours but I would still prefer more. The bottom of the mattress on the corners didn’t come down all the way but once the sheet is on you can’t even tell. I was so hesitant to order this mattress. But I'm so very glad i did. I ordered a cal king it is absolutely comfortable. The mattress comes in a box pressure wrap. I did not have to wait for the matress to fill up to it's potential capacity. It did it immediately. Best sleep i have had in a very long time.Gia77

I typically have to set up furniture and such alone due to my partner's mobility issues, and this is the first mattress I've set up that didn't make me feel like I was in a losing wrestling match with a marshmallow. Took it out of the box, which could be moved with a Dolly if needed, unboxed it, opened the vacuum seal after setting it on the box springs, and removed the plastic. That easy, and while I'm still breaking it in 3 days later, it's the most comfortable new mattress I've slept on. No weird seams that require a thick pad to compensate for. My brother purchased a Sleep Innovations bed and recommended it to me. I bought one for our master bedroom and it's given us years of comfortable sleep and continues to do so. My mom needed a new bed, so we recommended it to her. She bought one. Now I need one for our guest room. I've slept on it for three nights now…like a baby. This bed has consistent quality of product and support–firmness with "give" to cradle hips, back, or shoulders. I'm amazed at how the quality has not changed over the years or place of purchase. I bought these to replace some wired noise-cancelling earbuds that I had been using to mask snoring sounds from my partner using a 'sleep sounds' app on my phone. This had been effective, but I wanted a wireless solution instead, as my wired earbuds were inconvenient and too large for side-sleeping. I had found that even with my previous noise-cancelling headphones, my partner's snoring wasn't totally silenced, and a 'sleep sounds' app on my phone was required to mask the remaining snoring sounds. So I was confident that the Bose claims that 'masking' was more effective than noise-cancelling made sense. The Sleepbuds are every bit as effective at masking the snoring as my previous noise-cancelling headphones. They are very comfortable, and the small size means that side-sleeping isn't a problem – I just don't notice them physically when they're in my ears. I use the 'Rumble' sound, as it has a combination of higher and lower pitched sounds that I find especially effective at masking my partner's snoring – but there's a good range of sounds to pick from. I only use the Sleepbuds when my partner's snoring is disruptive, so when I go to bed I take them out of the charge case and put them on my bedside table, then start the 'Rumble' sound via the app – then they're ready for me to pop into my ears if my partner starts snoring. The only way they could be better would be if I could take them out of the charge case (in the middle of the night) and have them start up with the correct sound automatically, rather than having to manually start the sound on my phone. However, the workaround of setting them up on my bedside table when I go to bed is fine. Altogether I'm very pleased.Scytmo

Recently, I've been testing out the Bose Sleepbuds II and wow, what can I say, they have been fantastic. I have always really struggled to get to sleep and get into a consistent sleep schedule so for my new year's resolution I decided to get at least 8 hours of sleep a day and purchased these to maybe help me get into that routine. Yes, it is a large investment for something that only plays a certain select range of sounds which I found annoying at first, but then I started to realize that that is the exact beauty of these earphones. You can't play anything else through them except Bose's sleep sounds – it's designed that way so you can't accidentally watch videos or scroll scroll through social media with them on. After a few days, as soon as i started putting these earphones in, my brain instantly knew it was time for sleep as I've now associated the sleepbuds with sleep time and so it really helps to minimize bedroom distractions and fall asleep on time. They are also fit snugly in my ears and they have yet to fall out of my ears during sleep and I'm a rough sleeper tossing and turning all night! The sleepbuds have been helping me in my college goal of achieving 8 hours of sleep a day by getting me into a consistent sleep schedule and the sound library is also not too shabby either. Yes, they are a bit expensive for something that purely plays white noise, but if you're someone that wants to sleep good every night, I would definitely recommend if you're someone looking to get a better night's sleep! Earbuds work fine but with light use twice a week and no travel, the case broke and stopped taking a charge about three months past warranty. I know they had problems before and that things break sometime but the terrible follow-up when something that should break breaks just past warranty: -There is no way to puchase a new case when the earbuds are fine. -The earbuds are thus rendered useless. -After going through the process with bose, they magnanimously offer you a special deal to sell you refurbished sleepbudsii at $185. -When I checked, if you just check refurbished straightaway the price is $179. So while it's only $6 more, their solution is to sell you a refurb for more than they normally sell refurb'd sleepbuds ii. This is really poor form for a product that was well taken care of and used on average twice a week. There are so many better solutions. Sell me a case. Offer to fix the case–I'll pay for it. Or just fix/replace a product that shouldn't have broken. But don't offer me a "special deal" for refurb'd product that is more expensive than the standard refurb price. Poor form. In terms of the product itself, the positive: earbuds are comfortable. For me they are easy to sleep with but fall out occasionally. I understand why but it's too bad, you can't upload your own tracks for sleep. There is a decent selection but wish they would continue to develop their selection. After 2 solid weeks of the nectar, i have daily minor discomfort. I wouldn't call it pain, but definitely distracting tightness and a feeling like I am sleeping wrong and never relaxed the entire night. The bed feels soft to the touch and pressure, like i would be excited to hop on, but when I lay on it, it feels like a thin comforter on a wooden floor. I am willing to tolerate the discomfort for the full trial, though will most likely go back to my budget queen size purple mattress (comparable price point) after the trial. This mattress is not even CLOSE to the purple hybrid 4, but.. there is a huge price difference so not a good comparison. This bed is significantly better than my son's older 1000 dollar Sealy pillow top (i already threw away, so i don't know the exact type anymore). For this, I would have still given the mattress a 3* as it isn't really a horrible, and it is definitely better than standard spring mattresses, not a bad price, but not as good as a purple. The reason it has a 2* is for the pillow and sheets it came with (maybe even a 1 star for extra annoyance). I imagined i was getting quality nectar themed pillow and sheets (for the advertised price, 100 each pillow, 200 for sheets, 100 for the mattress protector) similar to the purple pillows and sheets that I also received for free with the purple mattress (which is 5* still in my book, but this intended to be a purple ad, just a point of reference) , but it was not even close. I ended up putting my 29 dollar bed set and 15 dollar (each) pillows from Amazon back on, which blows the Nectar "Resident" sheets and pillow away in terms of quality, coolness, softness to the touch, and just general luxury feeling. The Resident sheets are ultra flimsy, "plastic", feels like sheets i bought in college that aren't even as good as the Wal-mart disney sheets i use for my children's room. The pillows are no better than a $5 pillows. Just basic, stuffed pillow. Maybe if i use it for a a year, i will be surprised and think "oh hey, this is better than a 5 dollar pillow because it is still fluffy," but other than that, there is absolutely nothing unique about it. Nothing. The "499" value free items shouldn't be considered a discount or a factor when you're deciding to buy a nectar bed. Worst of all, they don't even fit right. The fitted sheets barely pull over the corners and the sides are exposed about an inch and pop off the mattress occasionally. I think it's because they were designed for the standard nectar and i paid the extra 400 for the "premier" that made it an inch thicker. The sheets are SO cheap, that it barely has enough material to stretch over their standard bed (again, comparing to purple, their sheets cover under the mattress by about an extra foot all around, so it stays snug and works on thicker mattresses with no issue), and failed to completely cover an extra inch. After getting a tempurpedic we realized the benefits of a good firm support for improved back comfort. I had a low back ruptured disc repair and our old innerspring mattress was killing my back. The tempurpedic was great. Finally, minimal discomfort in the mornings. Moved the old sealy to the spare room, figured it was ok for occasional visitors. Unfortunately sleep apnea often results in my moving to the spare room for the night every so often and that old mattress was miserable. Since it’s not used regularly, I wanted something more cost effective so spent a lot of time researching various “bed in a box” options to tempurpedic. Several reviews pointed to the Nectar as one of the better choices for stomach/side sleepers. I must say I’m thrilled. I’ve slept on it about a dozen times now and my back feels as good or better than on the tempurpedic. I’m completely thrilled. The mattress has what feels like the same type of firm base with the top layer about the same as the tempurpedic that has just enough give to conform to my curves so there are no hard pressure points like on an extra firm board stiff type mattress. I’m extremely happy with the nectar and would recommend. One thing is that not all back problems are the same so I can’t say it’ll be great for everyone with back problems but for my L4-L5 area, it’s been as good as our tempurpedic. Note: I spent 2 weeks in China on a biz school educational tour about 15 yrs ago, 1 yr after my back surgery, and the Chinese hotels has the hardest mattresses – our tour guide explained most Chinese prefer a hard bed as being more healthy since it makes us move during the night and just slump into one position which is bad for your back in particular. Sort of made sense but there is firm and there is painfully hard, a yr after disc surgery, some beds were not very pleasant. It arrived in good shape even though the box had a large gash along one side. I had already added some extra slats and then laid down 1/2” underlayment for a solid base. I put a layer of corrugated cardboard over the underlayment since it’s not the smoothest surface. A decent plywood costs significantly more with no greater benefit. So far it’s working fine. The included pillows, mattress cover and sheet set seem decent, although I have some memory foam pillows that I tend to use, these are a little puffier and softer. I think the listed retail price is quite a bit inflated, but as a free add-in, it’s a nice promo perk. Overall, we are really happy with the nectar. Time will tell how well it holds up. We are small and not very heavy people so not hard on a mattress. Our tempurpedic is 10 yrs old and still feels new. Hopefully the nectar is equally durable. Just wanted to let folks know that nectar has reformulated the mattress, and it is no longer made of a firm molding memory foam. Now it is made out of plush non-memory foam which has no support whatsoever. If you are a bigger person or you need lower back support and hip support when you sleep this matches will not provide that. The older mattress was really great with that, but unfortunately it wore out pretty quickly for bigger people. The new version is terrible and has no support whatsoever. Unless you like a really plush mattress that is not memory foam that you could literally buy it any cheap foam mattress store or a place like Ikea, don't bother with this mattress. It is not the same as it used to be. If you are reading reviews on this that are pre 2021 then you are reading about a completely different mattress. They may have a "forever warranty" but they will not replace your mattress with one that feels like the old one. I actually have had to have this replaced twice because I found that the mattress lasted on average about a year and a half in the old version. The new version already feels like it's terrible from the get-go. Don't get me wrong, it feels soft to lay down on but when she sleep on it for a few nights you will hurt unless you are much smaller build and don't require as much support from your mattress. If you plan on cheering the mattress with a partner please realize that there is no edge support to the mattresses whatsoever so if you sleep close to the edge you are likely to roll off or sink a lot towards the edge. My partner started sleeping next to me and on this mattress it was so bad we had to go borrow a mattress full a friend so her could sleep comfortably because of the lack of edge support. I used these prior to getting a prescription sleep aid. I gave these 5 stars for several reasons. They are generally always on sale. Cost can be a factor when you use something on the daily. I could usually get a least 2 hours of uninterrupted sleep while using these. Alot, when you wake up for no reason, or need to use them in the daytime because you didn't sleep at night. No groggy feeling for me. Were they strong enough? Absolutely not. I’ve never used this for sleep, strange as it may seem. I have used it during pregnancy to help control my intense morning sickness. I would take one at night with vitamin b6, and my nausea would be gone by the next morning. The prescription that is basically the same thing was about $400 for a week’s supply! I had to take something pretty much my whole pregnancy otherwise I literally couldn’t keep food down, so this was a huge life (and money!) saver for me. Do not buy this airbed unless you are sure you want it b/c this company will not allow you to have any refund if you want to return it. You can only exchange it for another one. The built in electric pump works really well, and it does self- inflate, but the problem is that the pillow rest juts your head forward in an extremely uncomfortable way, and if you try to avoid it by lowering yourself down on the air mattress then your feet fall off the bottom edge. It could only be used for small children who could avoid the built in pillow and are short enough to not have their feet go over the bottom edge. Also the raised part of the mattress keeps you crowded in the middle of the thing and you can't move around as you are hemmed in by the raised edges. so it is really only good for people or children who are less than 5 feet tall. Easy setup. Integrated pump inflated the mattress in less than 4 minutes. Two options to Inflate/deflate. No need to roll on the mattress to let out the trapped air. Like that I can focus on other things while it's inflating but will need to stay close. Other air mattresses come with a carrying bag with no strap but this one comes with a carrying bag that has a shoulder strap! Mattress is surprisingly comfortable. This is by far the best air mattress I've ever owned. It is extremely comfortable. You don't sink into the mattress. This air mattress is a dura-beam deluxe high rise pillow top. It sits nice and high making it easy to get in and out of. This mattress comes with a super easy internal pump. The cord is placed in an area next to the pump which is very convenient. You simply turn the pump on and turn to one side for inflation and the other to deflate. Took about 4 minutes to fully inflate. This product was not as advertised. It is not 12” high, nor 74 inches long. Rather, it is 72” long and the middle of the mattress crowns at 11 1/2” after sitting and inflating for 2 weeks. The sides of the mattress measure 10” high. The mattress width is as stated in the description. We bought this mattress to fit on a platform frame for a full size bed and have had to place spacers at the head of the mattress to keep it from shifting. The mattress is comfortable for a mattress in this price range. I would caution against trusting the dimensions if you have a frame that needs a mattress with standard measurements. First off let me say that I hate to complain.. but this purchase is probably one of the most disappointing purchases I have made. This mattress provides a really bad sleep because it never inflated all the way and it’s very lumpy because certain portions of the mattress inflated higher than the other ones. When this purchase came in we let it sit in a spare room on a floor for 72 hours before attempting to put on the bed. The middle of the mattress is the highest point so there is a huge lump running across the middle of the mattress. One corner inflated halfway so there’s a huge dip at the head of the bed. The mattress may say 12 inches but it only inflated to 10 at the best. Once we had it set on the bed and we saw the way it looked I attempted to make a return, however because it was bought through walmart.com but purchased through a third-party I had to go through Hayneedle to make the return. Once I was directed to Hayneedle, their website list a big disclaimer that states they do not except returned mattresses once opened.. completely upset with that due to the fact that we didn’t realize anything was wrong with the mattress UNTIL we opened it! So unfortunately because of the money that we paid for this mattress, we are stuck with it until we get a new one.disappointed

The myLan COVID-19 and influenza home test is pretty convenient, especially if you’re at home, as I am and do not drive. I ordered my kit, received it in the mail and I think I had my results within 24-36 hours. I was a bit concerned because I’ve had some congestion and sore throat, so I definitely was waiting for my results. Thankfully they came back negative. I’m guessing seasonal allergies. I was so happy. Definitely glad I took the test. You are supplied with a swab and tube with an ID label, requisition form for the lab, kit ID label, a bio hazard baggie, the box you receive is your transport box, alcohol pad, shipping label and a poly mailer that comes with a pre printed ups label. So everything you need is there. You also receive an instruction sheet that is concise and easy to follow with 10 numbered steps. You will need an email address and access to internet to register your myLAB kit. You’ll need to mail the kit by dropping it off at a ups location near you, or you can give it to your ups driver, which is what I did. I get shipments daily as I’m home all the time. Fill out the form carefully, but maybe use a fine tip sharpie or an ink that will dry, as my pen ink smudged, but not bad enough to make it illegible, since it is going to a lab and they will need to identify your test and send the correct results. I would say you should also have a pair of scissors handy as the swab is supposed to break off so it will fit into the tube. It does not break, mine didn’t, it’s supposed to snap off, but I had to just cut it with a pair of scissors. But, you need to use it while it’s long to swab your nose. You insert it up your nostril until you feel resistance and twirl it. You do. It’s sides. It not terrible, but not fun either. You will be fine. Careful with the tube, it has liquid in the tube. If you spill it the lab will reject your sample. Just read the directions before beginning and do step by step. You’ll also need a clean place to do this and a clean counter or table and wash your hands as directed. Then you just label as directed, box it up and put it in the poly mailer. Then affix the ups label. You will receive your results via email, and before you do the test you register and put in a username and password so your results are confidential. Depending on your results, make sure to follow up with your doctor and their is always a local Covid hotline you can call in your area. It will definitely put your mind at ease. I have been suffering from stomach and gastrointestinal upset for a number of years, but I have never been able to understand why! Even though I am a Type II Diabetic and take Metformin for this, my doctors have been very hesitant to assign blame on the drug for my problem. I purchased 2 testing kit and I am so grateful this company exists! The test was very simple to take with clear instructions. I am very happy this company exists as it lets you avoid going to a lab or a doctor's office for the results. The only reason I only gave 4 stars was because my labs took quite a bit longer to process than they claimed. After contacting them, I understand that it was because they had to reprocess one of my labs; however I would have appreciated someone letting me know that before I had to reach out to inquire. I really like this machine. Its very quiet. Akthough , it will ramp up to clean the air as it detects the need to quickly remove foreign air particles. But it completes the job and goes back to its previous quiet state. Like a Ninja in the background waiting to capture any bad air particles. The Airmega 400 is worth every dollar. It arrived early, was very easy to set up and started working immediately. We're had it for a week now and we absolutely love it. I can finally breathe! I suffer from allergies, in particular sage and dog dander. I've gotten by with Flonase but I hate taking more medication than is absolutely necessary. Unfortunately, I live in a rural area with lots of sagebrush and I have two dogs that I allow in the house for short periods of time. Enter the Coway air purifier. The Casper mattress has been a revelation for myself and my partner. We were on an older spring mattress that was keeping us up, giving us aches and generally just a terrible sleeping experience. We received the Casper and it came neatly packed in a box. The box is definitely heavy, but has convenient handles and we were able to get it upstairs to the bedroom without issue. Once out of the box, the plastic wrap was easy to remove and within minutes, the bed was open and on our frame and expanding already. We couldn't really wait so we laid down on it pretty immediately and from that moment on we were in love. The mattress has great support and is somewhat firm while also being soft, receives and holds the body well, and feels like a dream. I can't say enough about how much this mattress has improved our lives. We were hesitant after getting burned on previous attempts to get a new mattress from other companies but Casper has outdone itself. It really does help relax me before bed, but you have to do a little work too. Have to get yourself ready to relax and go to sleep. So, no phones in bed or TV watching. Just take the supplements, get in bed and relax and you will go to sleep fast. I have been taking this now for about 2 weeks. Sometimes I take 3. I still wake up in the middle of the night sometimes but not as often. I have good days and bad days as far as sleep goes. I would recommend taking this to help relax your mind and get ready for bed. I bought these from FabFitFun because I was looking for a more natural way to get to sleep. Sure, it makes me sleepy at night, but I wake up feeling foggy and with a stiff neck. It might be a coincidence, but probably not! Started drinking SOM 2 weeks ago and from the onset I noticed significant quality of my sleep. I’ve always had trouble sleeping. Always. So much so that I’ve sought incredibly unhealthy and addicting avenues just to try to feel normal. I deal with symptoms of multiple sclerosis. Sleep is a problem when you have multiple sclerosis. Even though you’re extremely fatigued all the time you don’t necessarily sleep for long periods of time. Having the tendency of waking up and being wide-awake staying awake and then eventually going back to sleep which is completely inefficient and disruptive… an absolutely terrible cycle. I have had a bottle of sleep mode for over a year that I didn’t try because I have a hard time with melatonin for some weird reason. I happen to be hyper super sensitive to everything in life it’s just the way it is . I was on the medical cannabis to help me sleep which was incredibly helpful at the beginning however my biology changed again and medical cannabis can be a little chaotic in reference to the different strains that you get . After a while my sleep pattern changed for the worse . I decided to try to sleep mode. The first night I took two as directed. However I woke up at 11:45 pm ( I had gone to bed at 10 PM )with a wailing headache which does happen with me when I have tried melatonin in the past .What I did notice though I was in a deeper sleep before I woke up with the headache so the next night I only took one . I didn’t wake up with a headache and I slept for four hours straight which is quite an accomplishment and it was a good sleep . I’m not taking the medical cannabis for sleep at this time I do a lot of other supplements and practice several other bio hacking suggestions for longevity and over all a better quality of life . It’s a combination of everything I do that I think it is working. I am actually getting now 5 to 7 hours of sleep a night without the help of the medical cannabis. I strongly feel that sleep mode helps me and is keeping me in a deeper sleep but once again it’s not the only thing that I do but I would recommend this product .
