First of all I have to say this stuff is VERY messy. That being said I haven't used it for very long and I don't use it twice a day or even every day. But I have had good results and will continue to use it. Unlike other teeth whiteners there is no peroxide that can burn your gums and make them raw. The first time I used it I noticed the staining between my teeth was almost gone and my teeth appeared whiter! because it is a powder and you don't need much it should last a long time. After spending tons of money on tooth whitenings at at the dentist's office and trying other over-the-counter products, I decided to try this tooth whitening powder (so glad I didn't read the reviews first, or I wouldn't have). It's not a toothpaste, it's a powder. So, be prepared for a different experience. It doesn't have a great taste (I've never tried a tooth powder that does), but it's not bad. And it's black, so use a different toothbrush and be careful not to get it on other stuff (kind of like when you color your hair). The instructions clearly state that you should use it BEFORE your regular dental routine, so you have to rinse first and then floss/brush your teeth as you normally would. It rinses out perfectly if you follow the directions. I've used it twice a day for two weeks (morning/night). I have been using a competitors teeth whitening system for the past few years. Their vials were so difficult to use, it was impossible to get all the gel out of these pods. Wow, the before and after even shocked me and I'm still in disbelief. My daughter's boyfriend stays at our house throughout the week and just recently turned twenty one. He really wanted to whiten his teeth so I told him about this kit and he really wanted to try it. Since it comes with twenty eight strips that are individually wrapped which equals fourteen treatments and two per foil I didn't mind sharing. This was his first time whitening and using an at home kit. He liked how convenient it was while allowing him to be comfortable during the hour wear time. He did chores and the time flew by plus it didn't budge and felt lightweight. No irritation and easily came off with no nasty residue left over. The results are amazing and the color change was noticeable especially being he only did one set on his top and bottom teeth. No mess and less waste is why I highly recommend this and also for the quick results with no waiting period in between uses until finished!AmberRose0069
I was excited to try the 3D White Whitestrips with LED light as I never tried this combo before. The directions were easy enough to understand and I placed both strips on my upper/lower teeth and set a timer. Once it hit an hour, I immediately applied the light. The whitestrips were comfortable to keep on and so was the LED light. The strips were a bit difficult to remove but not that much. After the first application, I felt some pain/sensitivity in my teeth and that continued for a day. I took one over the counter painkiller and that helped a lot. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to use them again but I read in another review that someone recommended drinking water right before to wet the teeth a bit, so after a couple of days, I tried them again. This time I had no sensitivity and that was the result as well for my following applications. I did notice a marked difference in my teeth after the 3rd application. Personally, I don’t like using these every day – just to ensure that I don’t have that sensitivity again, though the water trick seemed to work. Also, they’re a bit of a pain in terms of planning when to use them – ie not too close to brushing teeth or drinking coffee. This isn’t my first time using Crest Whitestrips, which should say something that I keep coming back to them. I’m sure individual results will vary based on how well you take care of your teeth and what foods you eat and drink, but for me, the results were noticeable. These aren’t going to jump your teeth from one end of the spectrum to the other, but they did make my teeth several shades whiter and give me pleasant results. I use with Crest Whitening toothpaste and Crest Whitening mouthwash and I’m happy with the overall results. They were easy to apply and stuck to my teeth without issues. I did make it a point to try to apply then to “dry” teeth, meaning my mouth wasn’t full of saliva. They seemed to stick best in that situation. I only felt very little sensitivity to cold liquids right after I removed them, and it was nothing of concern for me. Overall, a great option for the price when compared to a dentist treatment.vjr23

Overall, I am satisfied with this product; however, there are definitely pros and cons. PROs: – It's very comfortable to wear. I can still have a conversation while wearing these and don't struggle with producing lots of saliva – It's easy to put on. The material is nice and thin and is adjustable for any mouth – The effectiveness is pretty average. It does make somewhat of a difference (however, not as much as I would have liked given the length of time I had to wear them). CONs: – This product requires you to wear the whitening strips two times/day for 30 minutes each. After each 30 minutes, you should not eat or drink anything except water. This was a huge issue for me as finding 2 full hours of free time with no food/drink in a day, particularly during the work week, was very hard. It took me waaaay longer than a week to finish this product because I kept forgetting to do the second round of the strips and/or didn't have enough time to fit in two sessions. I definitely wish it was a once/day product. I question how much the effectiveness of the product was affected because I ended up missing so many sessions.Cari33

I drink coffee and I smoked for years. (Not anymore) I’m on a medication that dries my mouth which causes enamel to deteriorate. I thought my teeth were just going to be permanently yellow. I’ve tried several other brands that left my gums tender and my teeth sensitive with little results. I used these and after the first day, I had a very noticeable difference and zero sensitivity issues! On the second day, I had even more of a lift and still no sensitivity issues. Today is day 3 so I will use the last one tonight. I’m so impressed with the 2 days that I’m already planning to purchase another kit for the next time I need to whiten my teeth. I think my teeth look good now however I might just go ahead and use another kit in a week or two just to see if I can get them any whiter since they don’t irritate my gums or teeth. Also, I think it should be noted that these aren’t slimy and don’t slide around. They stay put and are easy to “wrap” around your teeth. Kind of like a sticker. I’ve used several whitening products with minimal results. I was hopeful that this product would finally give me the results I was looking for. Sadly, once again, I saw minimal to no changes. I will say that the product was easy to use and I left the strips on for 3 – 4 hours with minimal discomfort. So I was very satisfied with that part of the process.
Being in the dental field, I know a lot about whitening teeth. This is the best AT- HOME whitening strips on the market. To get these, I know they sell them on amazon or your dentist may sell them (because we do)! They are very effective and you can wear them for a hour or two. Personally, I wear them over night. Before trying to take the strips off, I recommend rinsing with warm water then taking off. If your teeth become sensitive, I recommend sensodyne toothpaste, and all should be great!!taylor.k

I was chosen to test & review this product as part of the superdrug community. As a dental hygiene & whitening enthusiast I was happy to try this product. I have previously had whitening treatments but I am a tea lover, so therefore staining often returns to my teeth very quickly. I used the whitening strips as directed on the box. I left in place for 30 minutes upon first use. I usually struggle to leave whitening strips on my teeth for the directed amount of time, as I struggle with sensitive teeth when whitening, but I was pleasantly surprised with this product that it did not occur. Things I like about this product; *No sensitivity whilst using or post use. *No bleeding of gums, sensitive gums or sensitive teeth – a common side effect of whitening products, I was pleasantly surprised that none of these occurred. *Easy to put in place. *Teeth appear instantly less stained and brighter – I imagine upon more use the results would only get better. *Travel friendly, due to small packaging and each strip being easy to fit in your makeup/wash bag. *No bitter taste. *All HiSmile products are 100% vegan & cruelty free! – HiSmile state ‘We use ethically sourced Glycerin that is certified by the RSPO to ensure no deforestation has occurred to produce it’. I will continue to use this product, I initially plan to use for quite a few days in a row and then maintain once a week. I received this product as a member of the community. I have tried teeth whitening products a few times, and found they whitened my teeth for only a few hours after using (which is fine for an event or a night out). I found that these did the same. I am not sure if you would have to use them over a period of time for the whiteness to last longer and come through stronger, but I did see my teeth look whiter (only by a shade or two) straight after using but the effects seemed to dimmish after a few hours. They make work a lot better if your teeth are really discoloured – but it may take a few goes with this product to see a colour difference. You get 14 applications (28 in total, a set for the top and a set for the bottom), which I think is fantastic value. I for some reason presumed you would only get a single application, or a few at most, as this is what I commonly see with other teeth whitening strips on the market. They were really easy to apply (they say you have to apply to 'dry' teeth, so I just wiped my teeth with a towel and applied). They covered my teeth well on both top and bottom and sat in my mouth really comfortably. They didn't come off through the entire 30 minutes in which you are supposed to leave them on. I did find them kind of hard to remove as they were so stuck (which I guess is a good thing!). It doesn't say you have to brush your teeth afterwards, but I just used a wet toothbrush to remove the rest of the teeth whitening solution once I took off the strips. There wasn't a lot of residue like there is with other teeth whitening products, which made me wonder how effective they had been. The taste is a slight peppermint taste – kind of sweet. Some teeth whitening products taste horrible, but these didn't at all. The result was slight, but I think at the end of using all of the patches, my teeth could look very white, but I will have to give them a go and wait and see. Hismile Pap+ Strips A pretty pink cardboard box holds 14 individually wrapped strips for the upper and lower teeth. (28 in total). The advantage is the fact that we can take them even on a trip, because they take up very little space. They are very simple to use. Peel off the long strip and apply sticky side to top teeth. Press strip down firmly and fold over back of teeth to secure. Repeat for short strip on bottom teeth Keep them for 30 minutes. Remember to dry your teeth, e.g. with a towel. The strips stick well to the teeth, do not run down and are able to cover all front teeth. They have a delicate, mint flavour that is very pleasant. The manufacturer promises that by applying them we will not experience tooth sensitivity. I confirm that if you have sensitive teeth, you don't have to worry when using them. The hypersensitivity effect did not occur in my case, even though I usually have teeth that are susceptible to various weakening factors. After a few applications, the teeth are definitely a bit whiter, I am satisfied with the effect. I still have a kill to finish the treatment, I think the effect will be very good. I was sceptical about trying a tooth whitening kit as I always thought that they didn't really work or that they were quite harsh. This kit is actually very good because it doesn't feel harsh at all, the taste of the gel isn't too overpowering and that mouth tray is reasonably comfortable. The results are also great – My teeth definitely look brighter after a few uses (I have used it for 20 minutes for 4 consecutive nights and there is definitely a difference). The recommended usage is for 10-30 minutes for 6 nights, which is easy to commit to and this also means that you can monitor how white your teeth are getting and stop when you feel that you are at the right level of whiteness for you. The light is also easy to use – you press the button and the light stays on for 10 minutes, and then you just repeat that process if you want to keep your kit on for 20 or 30 minutes. Would highly recommend this for anyone who would like to brighten their teeth in a safe and comfortable way.Gls28
I'm really impressed with this set. I must admit that I struggled with the instructions in that it says use 1/4 of the gel from 1 tube and yet the measurements written on the tube are in 1/2mls – although this is most likely me being not-so-Miss-Bright. Apart from worrying about using too little or too much gel, I love it. The packaging is rather plastic-heavy and in my opinion, didn't need the case as well as the box but the design and presentation of it is stunning nonetheless and gives off a real feel of luxury and something special. The LED light that attaches to the mouth piece is genius! I actually don't mind wearing it – much more pleasant than whitening at them dentist. I thought I would forget or it would hurt too much to use consecutively for 6 days as advised but I soon got into a routine of using after a shower each night and was glad to not experience any gum discomfort or teeth sensitivity that I have felt with other whitening products. I gave it 4 stars because the actual effect is not that spectacular. However, the difference is visible and I recommend combining it with a good whitening toothpaste and appropriate dietary adjustments such as tea/ coffee/ wine considerations. I've seen many negative comments here that it doesn't do anything etc. I think that this kit is good for people whose teeth are not very much stained. I can't see that kit working on teeth of a tea/ coffee drinker who smokes from 15 years. The effect is too subtle to satisfy such customers, I would recommend them professional whitening treatment with a dentist and then, Mr Bright to sustain the effect (as this is what I did; I don't smoke but I love my tea hundred times a day 🙂 ).Jojo17

The instructions are super simple, the total set up time is under about 3 minutes. Once you get it set up it's pretty straightforward. I haven't experienced any sensitivity issues. The result seemed good, noticeable each time you use it. I would imagine you have to use it somewhere around five to seven times to really see some significant results. I have been using the Crest whitening strips for 2 weeks. I can see that my teeth have gotten brighter. I have sensitive gum but this strip does not hurt at all compared to other strips I have used before. However, I can see the whitening effect is slowed down when I stopped using it for a few days. I used crest white strips about ten years ago and really liked the results! I had some minor pain and hated the taste. I find these ones stuck to my teeth better and didn’t have as much pain. There was on moment of shooting pain but it passed. Another thing to note is that in have a couple of filling in my two front teeth from being chipped in sports. The package warned that it would only whiten real teeth but I didn’t have any issues with my false teeth! I tried the Crest Noticeably White Whitestrips. I followed the instructions on the package and used the whole box, which is 10 days. After the full treatment I haven't noticed any difference. I also found that my teeth were overly sensitive while using this. The instructions indicate that sensitivity is common, but I don't think that the sensitivity is worth it given that I didn't see results. Unfortunately, this product is a miss for me.Tricia

Extremely easy and convenient application. It only takes a few seconds to get the strips in place and begin the whitening process. I recently tried the ARC Teeth Whitening Strips and thought they worked okay. My teeth were noticeably whiter for a few days after using the strips however I found it really difficult to keep the strips on my teeth only. The strips went down on my gums on my lower teeth causing some burning like sensitivity. I know it says on the package not to touch your gums, but it's difficult to keep the strips on your teeth only. I also didn't really like the feel of the strips in my mouth for an hour, it's a little uncomfortable.
