This is not effective cleaner. It’s just meh. I used this in a pinch when I ran out of my Organic seventh generation cleaning spray. I found it under the kitchen sink where we keep our cleaning supplies and sprayed it came back an hour or so later to clean and it hadn’t even dissolved any of the toilet grime like my seventh generation does. I've used this product for years. I've tried other brands but prefer the Scrubbing Bubbles. I have a water softener so I can't attest to rather it cuts through hard water grime easily but it works great on my bathroom sinks, counter tops and tub. It doesn't streak or leave any residue behind. I just spray and wipe to clean and sanitize. It leaves behind a fresh, non chemical smelling scent. I do have a complaint though. The can can get rusty on the bottom and from time to time I get one that doesn't spray correctly and have to return it to the store. They have improved the can over the years and it seems that there are less problems now.ginger.s

Purchased this bathroom cleaner after seeing this YT video. In the video this cleaner had supposedly removed older and stubborn soap scum on glass shower door. I applied this cleaner all over my bathroom shower door and let it sit for 5 minutes. I then reapplied another layer and started scrubbing with my Clorox stick. Scrubbing bubbles did remove newer soap scum but did not remove the older stains. I am happy with how clean my shower ended up looking. However I had to use dawn soap and bar keepers friend to help remove soap scum from almost a year ago.VLO

The name sounds good. I would probably do my best not to let the rust get so bad that you need something extra. Its very difficult to get rust off toilet bowls and other items. This didn't really seem to help a whole lot although I have other family members who object to that statement and really like this brand. I bought this originally to use in my shower because of some calcium or limescale spots. I was having to deal with little white stains corroding the metal in my shower. My shower head and faucet system are all made of stainless steel. I don't know if it's my water being hard or soft or just full of chemicals but after a week or so, I notice these white spots all over my faucet system and shower head after I have gotten rid of them. I've used cola a few times in the past and elbow grease but since I bought this product, it truly does work magic. With this, all I have to do is spray a good coating on the area where the spots are and let it soak for a few minutes. Sometimes I wander off cleaning for a half hour before coming back to clean up. Usually there is very minimal scrubbing involved in removing these spots after I let it soak in Lime-A-Way. I've even noticed that when I use this product, it seems to take several weeks, instead of several days, for new spots to develop all over again. A few words of caution are that it doesn't work so well on rust. I notice when I use it on rust, it does get some of the red staining away, but once rust has set in, the item really needs replaced. This merely cleans up the stains and doesn't help the rust. Another thing to keep in mind is that this stuff smells bad. It's strong and not recommended for inhalation. I open the shower roof panel and the window in the shower while I turn on the ceiling fan to vent some of the stench out. I've had fits of coughing several times when I wasn't careful not to breathe near this stuff. One final thing to keep in mind is not getting this on your skin and rinsing well. I always take the shower head and spray down everywhere I used this product. I rinse it thoroughly. I am also careful to wear my long gloves when I use this. I have sensitive skin anyway but this is not a product I want on my skin. My guy made the mistake of letting some get on him and he had very minor chemical burns that made him sting and itch for a couple days. Our family doctor told him to just rinse it thoroughly and apply a very light antibiotic cream just in case. I wouldn't let kids use this. It's strong and powerful so be careful and protect your skin and lungs. Otherwise, it works great, just a strong chemical. Performance It eradicates lime and calcium and helps significantly remove rust stains. Scent The scent is terrible and causes me to cough uncontrollably if I am not careful to ventilate the room well enough. Be careful with kids around this product.clinen11

I first purchased the lemon verbena scent & did not care for it BUT it cleaned my porous tubs & showers (they're the builder grade insert kind) great! I've searched forever for something that would deep clean these surfaces! I have just about tried everything to get a deep clean w/o wearing my arms off in the process. With this I spray all over, use the 'rough' side of the sponge & let it sit while I clean the rest of the bathroom then rinse. I have noticed when I first started using it too that those really suborn stains wouldn't come out. After spending a fortune over the years on different products and DIY cleaning solutions, I happened to see this in someone's bathroom and decided what the heck I'll give it a try. I sprayed it on one stone wall and used a brush to evenly spread it around. I did not scrub. Came back about 5 minutes later and just rinsed it off, wow, 95 percent of the scum was gone. Great product. Horrible bottle. The dispenser stops working if you pump out about 2-3 pumps of products. Then you have to wait about 30-45 seconds for it to start working again. Also, the shape of the bottle is hard to grip and its slippery. Packaging is an overall fail. Product does make cleaning bathtubs easy. Spray it on and I let it sit and sure enough, it was easy to clean. And without any bleach which is a great thing. There are four things that really impressed me about this product. First and foremost is how powerful a cleaner it is. Even though we live in the city, our water is very hard. I'm constantly cleaning hard water deposits off of my showerhead, and my previous cleaners never did a very good job. This product wiped out a good 90% of build up on my showerhead with just one application. Second, I love how thick the product is. Whether I put it on a horizontal or vertical surface it stayed where I put it. Other products would drip off my showerhead or my walls, leaving behind streaks and dirty spots. This spray stayed right where I put it! Third, I love how I can change the direction of the spray. Instead of having to turn the bottle, or my wrist, the directional spray cap takes care of this for me. Not only does it cut down on the amount of time it takes to clean, it makes cleaning a lot easier on me physically because I'm not straining. Last but not least, I am in love with the smell of this product. Cleaning small areas like shower enclosures can be very difficult when the harsh chemical smells build up. With other products I've had to spray and then leave mid cleaning just to get some fresh air, and this is with the fan running. With this product I don't have that issue at all. It leaves a nice pleasant scent behind and does not overwhelm you while you're using it. I got this right when I moved into my new apartment, so the shower was already very clean with no mold in sight. So, I can't speak for how well this cleaner removes mold, but I can say that it has helped keep my shower very clean and without mold. I live on an island and I was concerned about the humidity, but this product has has been great! I am IN LOVE with this product. I have switched away from harsh chemicals when I started having amphibians as pets. Vinegar is what I use to clean their tanks but it just smells terrible. Straight vinegar works excellent for cleaning my house, but the smell causes coughing. This has a wonderful smell that made my bathroom smell wonderful and get the deep cleaning job done. I’m pretty frugal and the product works so I’m going to use it but the smell is awful to the point where I clean my bathroom, light a candle, and close the door with the window open so I can get the smell out ASAP. I've tried many products to remove the soap scum from the marble shower walls. Marble is a soft stone and sensitive to low pH. Many cleaners warn not to put the product on stone. Well. This Rejuvenate really does the job without damaging the marble! I first tried it on a single column of tiles what WERE so scummy that there was no shine to the surface. Hmmm, pretty good. After a second application, WOW. Nearly as shiny as the new tiles at the top of the shower. So I treated the whole shower and vinyl shower curtain. Wonderful results. To speed things up (this layer of scum was pretty thick), I used a net scrubby over the worst areas near the bottom of the shower walls. After thorough rinsing I have applied a protective product to help keep the scum at bay. Looks nearly new again. To be honest, the shower curtain had some dark mold stains that lightened, but were still visible. Probably will need to wash with some bleach to eliminate those stains. It is "foaming bleach" and it cleans, and smells, just like you would expect from a bleach product. I sprayed it on the grout of the bathroom tile which had visible mold and walked away from it while r cleaning the rest of the apartment. For someone that can be easily bothered by smells to my lungs, Scrubbing Bubbles Grime Fighter did not to that to me (I know not all will be effected the same). Even more important that that the amount of hard work I had to put into rubbing as I clean was at a minimum, but of course you have to do some. I bought both Seventh Generation's Toilet Bowl Foaming Powder and their Bathroom Powder Cleaner at a discount in exchange for my honest review. I'm kind of enjoying using the Toilet Bowl Powder. (Not that I ever actually enjoy cleaning the toilet but, you know, relatively speaking.) I've never used a powdered toilet bowl cleaner before and it's kind of cool watching it foam up inside the bowl. And it definitely does a good job of getting the toilet visually clean. It only foams a small amount, so I do have to put some extra effort into moving it around with the toilet brush to get the cleaner up under the rim, but otherwise, it's easy to use. It's also unscented so no harsh chemical smell or unnecessary perfume. To give it a real test I even braved going into my partner's bathroom and cleaning his disgusting toilet using both products. (Normally I won't go in there, and he's not allowed to use my bathroom. If you check out the before and after photos, you'll understand why.) The Toilet Bowl Powder made the grey bowl look white again and the Bathroom Powder Cleaner did a great job of cleaning the gross-looking seat and outer bowl. Unfortunately, the cans were shipped in a big box with insufficient padding and the Toilet Bowl Powder can arrived dented and leaking powder. The mess made it impossible to recycle the cardboard shipping box. Clearly, that shouldn't be a problem if you're buying the product in-store. But I'd still love to see Seventh Generation add a strip of environmentally friendly paper tape all around the edge of the can lid to prevent this type of leakage in shipping. It would also be great if they made the lids a bit easier to remove. They're fitted so tight that even using a rubber jar opener I was barely able to remove the lids and now don't dare put them back on tightly for fear they'll never come back off. When the Toilet Bowl Powder lid finally came off it was full of powder because the inner seal wasn't in place and the powder got all over my bathroom floor. So overall they're both great environmentally friendly cleaning products that I'd be happy to purchase again, the product packaging just needs some minor tweaking.Verdancy

Once it hits the water, it starts to build an easily visible foam, and then you can begin brushing as usual. I wish it also helped tackle the rust deposits from our super-hard water, too, but that would’ve just been a bonus. After you’re done, storage is easy and clean too since there’s no mess or risk of having touched the dirty toilet with the container. I think many people will appreciate the scent-free formula, but I really wish it had a nice fragrance to elevate that clean feeling. Now I'm a big fan of the green clean movement, and I've tried Seventh Generation dishwashing soap and enjoyed the dye free aspects ect. Now that I've tried this new no plastic line of bathroom cleaner the old: bad for your health, bad for your septic bleach based cleaner will not be used again. Instead that of antiquated cheap bleach based stuff I'm going to use this from now on. Any parents out there can appreciate the safer formula of this cleaner as we all know how powerful a bleach scent can be, and no one enjoys that! This trumps the competition in every way! The design is great! I used the lid as a container to store the water/cleaner paste so I could dip my sponge in it, fantastic! The pouring spout is much more efficient than the old bleach cleaner, it's designed better, in a 6 or 12 I'm clock position instead of right in the middle where there isn't any weight. Also the no plastic, ingenious! You can recycle the container, refill it, or repurpose it. There aren't any unnatural scents or dyes so there aren't any strange color residues to worry about or a artificial smell to mask odors, this cleans the root of the odors and germs for a complete clean. Did I mention it's safer? Ever worry about mixing harsh chemicals like bleach and ammonia together? Me too! Well not with this so much. I mean it's still abrasive but by no means on the level with bleach or ammonia. Those are outdated chemicals of the past, now is the day of more tolerable cleaning agents such as hydrogen peroxide, oxygen, and plant based cleaners. Spread the word to others to discontinue using those harsh chemical both for your family and your guests, maybe others will join the Seventh Generation movement. Overall I'm super satsifed with the cleaning power of this product and the lack of harsh chemicals, it's an absolute no brainer to make the switch from the harsh, antiquated bleach powder cleaner of yesteryear to this newer, better formulated cleaner of the present. I commend Seventh Generation on this fabulous cleaning product that I feel a lot safer using around my two year old daughter. Bravo to Seventh Generation and bravo to bleach free!CharlieO

It cleans well, is streak free, smells great, and is safe to use. We have a toddler and a dog so our windows and patio doors need to be cleaned often. the glass cleaner cleaned sticky fingerprints and dirt from our doors and windows without any scrubbing involved and I didn't have to go over it several times to remove streaks. I love that it is safe to use and made without synthetic ingredients. The scent is nice and subtle, not overpowering. Also, it has a nice sprayer on the bottle. So i received this seventh generation new seaside sparkling scent glass cleaner few days back for Free from #generation good. Before trying this new glass cleaner we used to use All purpose cleaner for cleaning glass and realized later that it used to leave a residue on the glass. When Generation good offered me to try this product for free then i took this opportunity and requested this product. After trying this product i would say all this long i was using a wrong product (All Purpose cleaner) for cleaning glass. There are few rhings in this product i would say are best 1) YOU HAVE TO APPLY A VERY SMALL AMOUNT TO GET THE RESULTS. I have applied only a small amount of this seventh generation new glass cleaner on the huge glass in my bathroom and it cleaned all the marks and everthing at one go. After cleaning it was shining as if the glass has come straight away from the market. Before this i used to apply large amounts of All Purpose cleaner on the glass and even after applying large amount i never used to get satisfactory results. 2) IT HAS NO FRAGNANCE AND IS CHEMICAL FREE. Earlier i used to apply my All purpose cleaner on my Glass dinning table which used to be full of chemicals and strong fragnance which was actually pretty bad. The smell was so strong that it used to stay for hours even when we used to have food there. But now after using this seventh generation product i dont feel the smell of any chemicals. 3) IT DONT LEAVE ANY RESIDUE. My All purpose cleaner always used to leave the residue on the glass snd gave the glass a blurry look but this product cleanes it so perfectly that it shows thats its absolutely meant for cleaning glass. After using this product i would say definitely that i am going to buy it in future. Infact Generation good has given me such a huge bottle and since the small amount is enough for one time, i would say this bottle can be used for long run. So it shows that it can be COST EFFECTIVE. I was skeptical of this one. But, the Seventh Generation Glass Cleaner works great. It leaves my windows and mirrors clean and streak free and has a very subtle fragrance. I'm sensitive to dyes and fragrances, so it's nice to start seeing cleaning products without them. With small children in the house, it's also nice that the smell is subtle and not strong. Even the actual spray nozzle was better. It disperses the product so well that I can use just one spray to clean my bathroom mirror. The first couple times I used it, I used way too much product because I'm accustomed to using a more typical spray nozzle. I received this bottle in exchange for an honest review. I've always been a big fan of Mr. Clean products, I can truly say they do stand up to their products name….Mr. Clean! Just the other day I tried Mr. Clean Bath Magic Eraser Lavender Scent and WOW did it work great, Didn't take much scrubbing at all and the lavender scent is just the right amount of fragrance. The sponges are so easy to use, just wet them, squeeze it a few times to activate the suds, and get to cleaning your bathroom sink, shower doors, or bathtub. Before long your bathroom will be clean and shining like new. I decided to try my Mr. Clean Bath Magic Eraser on my bathroom sink since it was time to clean it and WOW once again the soap scum was removed just like that! It left my sink clean and fresh looking, along with a nice smell of lavender fragrance. I'm so glad I had a chance to use the Magic Eraser and guess what, inside the box came two so once the old one has been used enough I can bring out my second one and get so cleaning my bathrooms once again! I don’t always write reviews but these are AMAZING! I’ve used sprays, scrub brushes, bleach, vinegar and NOTHING worked so effectively and EASILY against my shower door soap scum like this!!! And the scent is pleasant and not overpowering (unlike bleach or vinegar!). With a few swipes my shower glass doors were clear and clean again – and the remaining product I used in the tub. Again- NOTHING worked on my tub floors and they’re back to white now. Magic is an understatement here. Again, a few swipes and tub soap scum and bath bomb stains are gone. HUGE fan; highly recommend. Not paid or incentivized to review, just excited to share an amazing find and high quality product. Yes it did start to fall apart towards the end (because I went on a cleaning frenzy) but it’s disposable- that’s ok!! Will absolutely be repurchasing these. Apm123

These are by far the best erasers. They make it easy to remove dirt because the cleaner is built in, as well as a fresh scent. I has no problem removing stains in an old shower with little effort. If I tried this with a regular cleaner and a towel I would still be cleaning instead of writing this review. A 4 pack is about $5 and it will make your cleaning experience easy and rewarding because your shower won't smell like the usual cleaner smell.

If like me you have a bath with a fixed shower screen, cleaning it means getting into the tub! This nifty little tool with an extending handle significantly eases the task! I no longer need to get into the tub but instead can just extend the handle to reach all areas – much more civilised! Because the head flexes, it can easily be manoeuvred. The sponge pad also cleans off any grime without serious scrubbing. Like all Oxo Good Grips products, this is well made and its not particularly expensive, I'm sure it will last me many years. I'm purchasing this for my mums house now. If your bathroom is tiled, kitchen, where ever, this cleaning stick does a great job getting into all the corners. The stick is extendable, and the pads you can purchase replacements from other retailers not JL, they should consider stocking the replacement pads. Another tip- I clean my floor with floor wipes and put the pad on the floor with the floor wipes and it gives it a great clean. It's good scrubbing action and you won't regret it. Gift it to any one with a bad back.. even if you don't have a bad back, it prevents you from bending/kneeling.nad89

This would be nice if it worked, but it telescopes and is suppose to twist to lock in place but it doesn’t twist. Therefore the handle keeps moving. I hope mine is just defective. I plan to return and try another. Hopefully they have them in the store. I bought mine online and had it shipped. I also think it would be better if the scratch pad didn’t move so much. I am reviewing this product because I received a free sample from Ocado. The product works just as well as the various other cleaners I have tried over the years. There are other products with a nicer and more natural smell but they are more expensive. So, for the price this is very good and economical.
