I bought this product on a whim and have been using it for a little over a week. I didn’t have any expectations going in but I have never been so soft and smooth. I feel like my legs are smoother after shaving and overall my skin is just silkier. The pump is bothersome as some others mentioned but it doesn’t bother me so much since the product has been so wonderful. I don’t worry about the lather because I don’t solely use this product as apart of my routine. I coat my skin in this and let it sit for a few minutes then rinse and follow up with a moisturizing then oil body wash. It sounds like a lot but it only takes around 10 minutes and I’m so smooth and hydrated that it’s worth it. Will purchase again.Tompki922
You hardly get any product from each pump and it doesn't lather, so you really need a *lot* of pumps for each wash. I used 50 pumps and that still wasn't enough for one wash. And I am an average sized person. Because it doesn't lather, I feel like it doesn't clean that effectively either (I used a loufah). It also smells like some combination of Dove body wash and some really bad smell. And it seems like that Dove body wash smell is an attempt to mask the bad smell. Though there is no fragrance or masking fragrance listed in the ingredients, so that's strange. And that Dove body wash smell sticks with you even after you leave the shower for a while. I have been using this for almost a week and I’ve seen a noticeable results for my acne in the arms. It’s just a span of days and my acne are getting disappeared. What I like about it is non-fragrance and very moisturized and gentle for my sensitive skin since I have prone eczema skin. The formula is great and the package can last you a months. Disclaimer is don’t use it everyday because it can cause irritation and just apply it every other day and apply a thick moisturizer to prevent any irritation. The Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Body Wash in the 33oz bottle was underwhelming, but it got the job done! I just wouldn't repurchase this Aveeno body wash, but would definitely repurchase a different Aveeno body wash again. This has a very subtle fragrance that dissipates once washed off the skin. Although my skin loves collodial oats, I have tried other body washes from Aveeno that left my skin feeling smooth AND clean. With this, I felt I needed 2 soaps for almost a double cleanse if u will. I would not repurchase this exact body cleanser again, but I didn't dislike it. It didn't cause harm. I just expected more as the other body washes from Aveeno delivered and I will purchase those. One was an unscented one and another was a soothing version. There are some good ingredients in this body wash, but nothing that truly wows me…and it didn't provide a nice feeling on my body afterwards. I recieved a sample of aveeno daily moistuzing body wash from pinch me. And I will say I am shocked how good this soap felt during and how my skin felt after my shower. I always had issues with dry skin from head to toe. I've tried another brand who we all know advertises their Soap to be moisturizing and I hated it. This aveeno I was skeptical but honestly I LOVED IT. It didn't have that thick lotion feel to it and I'm weird to where I like to see bubbles when I'm washing my body and the smell i can say smelled good not perfumy or weird natural smell. I used a small amount and it was enough for more than half my body and i am a thick person. This product goes a long way. As for after the shower this aveeno doesn't leave that filmy layer feel on your skin that others do. It felt as if i was using a clear or clean soap that people use now a days. I recieved a sample of aveeno daily moistuzing body wash from pinch me. And I will say I am shocked how good this soap felt during and how my skin felt after my shower. I always had issues with dry skin from head to toe. I've tried another brand who we all know advertises their Soap to be moisturizing and I hated it. This aveeno I was skeptical but honestly I LOVED IT. It didn't have that thick lotion feel to it and I'm weird to where I like to see bubbles when I'm washing my body and the smell i can say smelled good not perfumy or weird natural smell. I used a small amount and it was enough for more than half my body and i am a thick person. This product goes a long way. As for after the shower this aveeno doesn't leave that filmy layer feel on your skin that others do. It felt as if i was using a clear or clean soap that people use now a days. I had bad ashy elbows and knees and I could tell a difference later that day my elbows were smoother and not grey looking. I highly recommend this product. I typically love Naturium products, but was disappointed with this purchase. I bought both the salicylic acid wash and hydrating oil wash. Both were difficult to use due to stuck pumps and I had to keep opening to pull out dip stick and reinsert. Then, upon using, the pump for salicylic acid wash cracked! Very disappointed. I was a bit skeptical before buying this product because its ultimately fragrance free and i do enjoy an aromatic shower gel. However, i get acne spots in my back that leave dark spots and i absolutely hate it. Now being pregnant, my back got full of red acne and i had to do something. I’ve showered with it twice and the dots are no longer red and they seem to be fading. A few of my regular acne spots are also almost gone. I absolutely love this! My only disclaimers are theses if you have really dry skin as I do, although this product isn’t drying, It doesn’t have enough moisture. This has been my daily body/face/hair wash for about 8 years now. Every now and then I try a different body wash but keeping coming back to this one. It's the perfect balance of cleaning power and moisturizing power. I find most body washes either too weak to clean properly or too strong which dries out my skin. This Jack Black body wash has a mild scent. It makes you feel nice and clean. If you like to use cologne quite frequently. The scent of the body wash won't overpower the scent of the cologne. I was sent a bottle of this shower gel for review purposes. The consistency and feel of the gel is pleasant; it lathers well, feels quite nourishing and does not leave my skin feeling tight or dry. I followed with the Necessaire Body Serum and feel they are a good combination. The packaging's appearance is non-offensive, although not particularly appealing to me, but I really like the twist top. The fragrance is subtle, which is fine as eucalyptus can be quite overpowering, but I'm not sure I would have recognised it as eucalyptus and didn't particularly like it. I love this body wash. The scent is so subtle but it lingers. The smell has a relaxing quality which I love. It lathers up very well. I use a loofah and a few drops works the whole body. While The Soap Works Just Fine I Made This Purchase Because I Thought It Would Lightly Smell Like Lavender. Shame On Me I Know But I Should Have Read The Description Better Because Not Only Does It Smell Nothing Like Lavender It Also Has Ylang Ylang And Chamomile. The Chamomile I Still Would Have Been Fine With But Because It Has Ylang Ylang As Well It Is So Overwhelmingly Scented. I like to start my reviews by giving background. I do not have sensitive skin or any issues. My review is based on someone who eats lots of fresh food, drink water and exercises so is it generics, lifestyle or what that contibutes.? I do not know With that being said, this line of skin care, beauty ,hygiene products are like a little inexpensive gem I found. I spend hours trying sampling at stores trying to smell , feel and just see how my body chemistry reacts to a product. This Mango Shea body wash works well. I find that I literally only need a dime size on my loofah. There is not this need to rinse and rinse and rinse to insure that this product is not just sitting on my skin and creating lather but not absorbing. A very popular brand does this on my skin. I feel it just smells oh so nice but it sits on my skin making lather that makes me feel like I am cleansing. This body wash is very sheer and the aroma is enough not to compete with a follow of moisturizering lotion. I just really find that a little goes a long way in this line of Tree Hut. I am excited to experiment with more from this brand. For this brand to be budget friendly and decent ingredients is a major win for me This is my everyday wash with 1-2 days with the tree but Himalayan salt scrubs to exfoliate. I follow up with another brand moisturizer or the tree hut almond and honey lotion depending on if I have spent a lot of time in the sun or inside depending on work week. I love the idea, and yes, it does moisturize well. At least I think it would if I could just get it OUT of the badly designed container. It's nigh unto impossible to get out, even with two hands. Make it thinner, and make the bottle round, adding a pump for good measure. Then maybe I'll consider trying it again. I absolutely love and use quite a few Cerave products daily. I just recently started using the Hydrating body wash. I dont have an issue with the soap itself, as its hydrating, non-scented, but doesnt leave a fowl smell some unscented products leave. However, the bottle is super hard to squeeze the product out of. I even have the bottle turned on its lid but still have to use both hands and some umph to squeeze the bottle enough to get a dallop.Jess
I just opened my second bottle this morning and found the color and odor were very different than my first bottle. The first bottle had a tan colored body wash with a strong “playdough” smell… when I first opened it I wondered if t had been sitting on the shelf too long but continued to use it. The Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Body Wash in the 33oz bottle was underwhelming, but it got the job done! I just wouldn't repurchase this Aveeno body wash, but would definitely repurchase a different Aveeno body wash again. This has a very subtle fragrance that dissipates once washed off the skin. Although my skin loves collodial oats, I have tried other body washes from Aveeno that left my skin feeling smooth AND clean. With this, I felt I needed 2 soaps for almost a double cleanse if u will. I would not repurchase this exact body cleanser again, but I didn't dislike it. It didn't cause harm. I just expected more as the other body washes from Aveeno delivered and I will purchase those. One was an unscented one and another was a soothing version. There are some good ingredients in this body wash, but nothing that truly wows me…and it didn't provide a nice feeling on my body afterwards. It left me feeling tight, having to use more which I didn't like since I felt I was robbed of a good deal as this was a 33oz package. My theory is this was an older version and Aveeno has been revamping their products for a while, but I do appreciate Aveeno's other products. I recieved a sample of aveeno daily moistuzing body wash from pinch me. And I will say I am shocked how good this soap felt during and how my skin felt after my shower. I always had issues with dry skin from head to toe. I've tried another brand who we all know advertises their Soap to be moisturizing and I hated it. This aveeno I was skeptical but honestly I LOVED IT. It didn't have that thick lotion feel to it and I'm weird to where I like to see bubbles when I'm washing my body and the smell i can say smelled good not perfumy or weird natural smell. I used a small amount and it was enough for more than half my body and i am a thick person. This product goes a long way. As for after the shower this aveeno doesn't leave that filmy layer feel on your skin that others do. It felt as if i was using a clear or clean soap that people use now a days. I had bad ashy elbows and knees and I could tell a difference later that day my elbows were smoother and not grey looking. I highly recommend this product. As I got older, I was starting to have skin problems. I developed dermatitis. My doctor recommended that I switch my body bar soap to this. I got a free sample to try. I will say the initial smell puts me off, very medicine smell, but then as the bar slowly disappears the smell goes away. The initial out of the bag is intense. Today this review is after 8 years of use. If you struggle with skin issues, I recommend this to people. It is a gentle cleaning bar that deep cleans but does not dry out the skin. NOTE: I live in Texas, HEB has the best prices on this product in store. Costco once a year has a sale of these online. Keep an eye out for the Costco price.christina .p
I used to use a hand soap that was abrasive to my skin, it would dry it out. I had preconceived ideas about soap bars before using this one but this one is extremely gentle, and my hands feel soft and moisturized after using it. I can see a clear improvement when it comes to the dermatitis on my hands, it feels great. The 3-pack is a better deal and that way, it lasts you a while too. Worth it!

The body wash is great! The rest of the review centers around the “Delivery system” As others have said the two bottles are very tightly heat shrunk together. One of my bottles had a kink in the top edge of the bottle due to the heat shrink. Next issue was trying to release the pump, slip joint pliers helped here. Then the kink in the top of the bottle along with the squared off bottle top design allowed the top to collapse when trying to pump. Let’s talk about the pump. I’m sure the viscosity (thickness) of the body wash added to the top of the bottle collapsing, the viscosity also prevents the pump from returning to the top of the stroke. I need to manually pull the pump to the top of the stroke. Did I say the body was is great. The addition of a compatible pump, a redesigned bottle top, and adjusting the heat shrink of the two bottles would serve Sam’s Club best. My wife thinks I have too much free time!PAlefty
I love this body wash, this is my second time ordering it. It has a pleasant scent, not overpowering, I never have to use a lotion after showering with this, my skin is never dry. Like the title said it was very difficult for me to figure out how to open this bottle. There were no instructions on the bottle on how to open. I had to find a YouTube video with a similar bottle style just to open it. But once I figured it out it was well worth it. Great value and feels amazing on my skin.EJB

I received this product to test out from Influenster but this is my complete honest review. When I received this package, I had a week long bad reaction from another brand’s body wash to help clear body acne. That one left my skin with hives so I’ve been meaning to get another wash with moisturizing and soothing properties. Within a day of using this Shea Moisture body wash, my skin felt baby smooth again and even softer than before my reaction! This does smell like oatmeal but doesn’t smell artificial at all. Imo, it’s very soothing and reminds me of oatmeal baths that I used to take as a kid with bad eczema. Omg. Just purchased this body wash for the first time a week or two ago and it’s everything I’ve been looking for for months!! My skin has gotten more dry and sensitive as I’ve gotten into my late twenties, but I’m also prone to folliculitis/acne and I exercise a lot, so I really do need to wash my skin frequently, which of course can cause dryness and irritation when using some products. This body wash is PERFECT. It’s unscented but it still smells nice because of the shea butter and oat. It lathers enough that it stays on your skin as you’re washing and you don’t need to use an excessive amount of product, but it is not drying at all. My skin feels so nice and so CALM the morning after using this. It does not cause any sort of breakouts or irritation. And it isn’t super expensive! I will absolutely be repurchasing and I would highly recommend this to anyone who has been searching for an effective body wash with simple ingredients that won’t dry out or otherwise irritate their skin.kittygirl
