Surprised when I saw the awesome job it had done on my old carpet. The carpet was in this old house when we bought it 17 years ago. It almost looked new.Kathy

I just tried if after waking up to a present from my cat. it was reddish food on beige carpeting. it got it right up with no issues. then tried a few more older spots and it even helped with them. it looks like you better not wrap the hose back up on the machine to try to prevent it from kinking. ez to empty. it appears a lot of water doesnt come back into the tank but i found it didnt take long to dry. i dont like how the spray of the cleaning fluid comes from the rear underneath but you get used to it.todd

I read a lot of reviews and watched a lot of videos prior to purchasing this. So disappointed. Pros: Looks cute. It did remove a chocolate stain from my upholstered chair. Cons: It left an ugly water ring, so now it looks like I spilled something on the chair. I tried to clean it again the next day, and cleaned the whole seat of the chair instead of just the spot in hopes it would even out the color. Nope. Still there. The unit also leaked water as I carried it and where it sat on the floor. Also, the dirty bucket container never filled. I really hope I can get a refund. I've already lost a chair.BBB Customer

This product is okay. It's not as phenomenal as a small shampooer would've been, but it does a good temporary job. I have a sectional which 3 dogs occupy basically all day long. There's dirt, there's hair, and there's a few mystery spots, which is what leads me to buy this product. Price isn't terrible, especially seeing as a little goes a long way with the foam, so, this will last you a while. What knocks stars off for me is the fact that a lot of the foam gets trapped in the bristles that I can't get use out of, and the foam sprays out of everywhere, making it a bit messy, and the part that sucks the most is it didn't get every stain out completely. It lightened them, definitely, but it did not fully remove, but from a distance, you wouldn't even know. I'll use this product again, hopefully a second go around will remove the stains I have. #springcleaningjayd.m

I have a cat who will pee on bedding or furniture if something is wrong with the litter box. We recently tried to switch to the litter robot and it was a disaster! For Bissel my nissel. This product was purchased in the hopes of removing a foul p ussy urine odor from my p ussy named Galore. It’s been a few days of foul stench the likes a pu ssy has never made before. I had a friend who is a dwarf come over and because of its height was closer to the ground than most and could smell that dirty pus sy smell. Nevertheless my friend vomited near the same stank pus sy smell making it twice as bad. I used this product on that cringe worthy pu ssy odor numerous times to no avail. I was babysitting my fur-nephew for a couple of weeks back in the summer, my parents actually gave me this with his belongings. Well, with the puppie being 4 months at the time and still toilet training this came in very, very handy. Took away any hints of accidents. Both left me underwhelmed with its results and overwhelmed with its dry times. Resolve Powder in combo with Resolve Sprays gave me great results, fast dry times, and an unnoticeable reoccurrence of stains. The hardest part was using a small push-broom to scrub the high traffic areas + spots/stains. We've become a shoeless household, too, because our carpet feels so soft underfoot after a cleaning. So I have an older dog that is having trouble with using the restroom inside the house. She is constantly peeing on the carpeted area at my front door. So I bought this product, hoping to get that area cleaned do deter her from going back to it. I'm not sure if it's the product or the fact that its so heavily soiled, but I followed all the directions and used it twice and it wasn't the best. It did clean the carpet pretty well but it did nothing for the smell. I ended up getting a similar product from another brand that worked wayyyy better.kimberly.c

Bought this at the end of February of 2022(this year) after having a Hoover basic carpet shampooer for 10 years(seal started going bad around year 9 and at year 10 it just stopped doing a good job cleaning so I needed an upgrade.) Bought this because it had the hose capability if I needed it. First week of using the deep and express carpet features on the carpet were amazing. Then around week 3 I noticed a little water would pile up if left on the floor after a cycle of cleaning. Assumed it was the bristles that were still wet so after a cleaning cycle I would let it run a little longer hoping to pick up excess water. It helped a bit. Fast forward to July of 2022 I finally needed to use the hose on a couch cushion. I used the hose and noticed some leaking happening on the floor. Assumed I didn’t tighten the cap all the way, I didn’t think much of it. Fast forward to august of 2022, I needed to use it again on the couch cushion but decided I was gonna do the entire couch. I was shampooing and didn’t see that were was a pile and I mean pile leaking that got under the entire couch and then just around on the floor in the opposite direction. Did not notice till I went to walk to get to another couch cushion to wash and I slipped and fell. Thought maybe there was a block in the system-I have 3 dogs but I always vacuum before using the system. Checked it out and no blockage. Husband checked it out and it leaked for him. So he popped the top off where the hose connects and noticed both seals were bad. One was ripped and one just didn’t stop water from leaking out. So immediately upon it coming out of the factory it was bad. I had a warranty that I bought. Not exactly thrilled when I went to exchange it, I was given a gift card for the amount and I can purchase any item and have to repurchase a warranty when the item was defective straight out of the factory. I am having a really hard time wanting to give Bissell a second chance. Because I do not want to buy another bissell machine and warranty to have a defective product. Attached are photos of some of the smaller leaks that occurred. The larger one where I fell, I didn’t think to take a photo of it. It was just too large and needed to be cleaned up immediately! Also attached is a photo of a close up of the hose attached. It’s harder to see(better in a video) where it shows the water pulling upward and goes out of the seal and leaking downward. But you can faintly see the bubbling of water and the water building up on the plastic front cover.Anne

With 2 Great Dane puppies and 2 19 year old cats I have a tons of experience with removing animal odors and stains. Most less expensive products, that I have tried, mask the smell temporarily. They do not, however, neutralize the protein in the urine which is what smells. Nature's Miracle contains ingredients to neutralize that protein. This results in odor removal. It leaves a fresh scent behind. Notably it also is a great stain remover on upholstery and carpet both. Just wanted to mention here that Nature's Miracle also makes a separate product for removing skunk stink from animals. I keep a gallon of Nature's Miracle on hand at all times. And, a bottle of de-skunk. You never know when you might need it!elissa.y

I decided to give this a shot after trying a few different shampoos with varying results. This stuff is great! I cannot believe the difference in my carpet color, and it smells great! It got out all the stains from when my dog was a puppy, and some older stains left from an elderly cat we had. My carpet looks just about as clean as it did when I first moved in! Because I had 6 senior dogs (with one paralized for the mid back down) itvwas nit uncommon for one of them to have an accident in the house. I tried every brand of carpet shampoo until I finally paid the few extra dollars and tried Natures Miracle. It removed the spots and the odors immediately. It is a little more costly than the other shampoos but because it works on the first shampoo you actually end up saving money on the long run.lisa.f

Folex is the BEST stuff ever. It takes wine stains out of everything. Someone spilled a glass of red wine on our light beige carpet. We sprayed the carpet, blotted with paper towel (or white rag), and voila it was completely gone within minutes! Removes red wine from cloting too. this stuff is magic! i have cats and one that is long haired so he gets hairballs and barfs on my carpet. and of course some cat food comes up with that and i now realize that cat food has coloring in it and it stains my carpet! i had used everything under the sun and nothing worked. one day i saw this in the store and decided i might as well give it a try. OMG! i couldn't believe it! I use this in my bissel pro heat carpet cleaner. It gets way more dirt out than the bissel brand name products. I used it after I had used the bissel product on my rug today and even after it had been cleaned once already it got out so much. I purchased this item in a pinch. I was visiting my mom and walked into a house of fleas! Pest control was unavailable for 4 days, and offered a flea bomb service. which meant all animals and people would need to gone for a day. This was a huge problem! My mom has 4 cats and a dog. 2 of the cats are saved strays, so she can not touch them yet. Anyway after googling our options we got some flea meds from the vet, and purchased this item, as my research said fleas drown easily, and any soap will also kill them. We choose this item because it was small and lightweight as neither of us are young anymore. We got it home and assembled it easily. Added water and soap and began flea control! We cleaned the wall to wall carpet in her 2 bedroom flat! It cleaned nicely, and looked good. Everything soft was put in the washer and dryer. It dried in a few hours with the ceiling fans on! We didn't know immediately if we removed any fleas. After pest control came out a week later, they didn't find any! She was given the all clear! Although my first night visiting was spent carpet cleaning the rest of my visit was very nice! This little machine was easy to use, and I ended up purchasing one for myself a couple months later. Neither of our homes are big, so since this is easy to use and lightweight, I can get it upstairs. You have to fill and empty nearly every room, sometimes more depending on size. The dirty water tank looks big but stops picking up water when the noise changes. Which is intensional, so you know when to empty. Looks like it would hold much more, but after a quick empty, it was cleaning again. The power button is in a really weird location, can't hit it with your foot, but is way low down. Again not a big deal, but I would prefer not to bend if I don't have too. This item was decently priced. It was better than renting one of those giant store machines, which would have been a struggle for us to transport and use ourselves. This thing works!Vallerii

This is the best carpet cleaning formula I've ever used! I have used a ton of different brands, none compare in the slightest. This gets my carpets super clean, removes stains, and refreshes as well. You only need a little amount, so you're not going to go through this super quick. Only brand I will use now and I highly recommend!! I will start off by saying that I had problems with my order but Bissell Customer Service was very good. I would like to thank customer support agent Nilka for their help in resolving the matter. When I finally received my carpet cleaner it was easy to assemble. The instruction manual is well written and easy to follow with diagrams explaining everything in detail. Included in the box is a sample of cleaning solution which was good for just over 3 full tanks of clean water. In use the machine is light weight and easily maneuverable. There is a noticeable change in motor sound when the dirty water tank reaches the full line which is very helpful. I was surprised at how much water was extracted from the carpets. The carpets were just damp after cleaning and dried in about 5-6 hours. Just be sure to go slow during the extraction passes and allow the carpet cleaner to do it's work. The 2 tanks are small but they are easy to remove, drain, refill and replace. I went through approximately 12-14 full tanks to thoroughly clean a large 1 br apartment with wall to wall carpet. (Living room, dining room, bedroom and hallway). The carpet cleaner does an excellent job of cleaning the carpets. Afterwards the carpets are clean, fresh and look revitalized. After use the PowerClean TurboBrush pet advanced carpet cleaner is really easy to thoroughly clean before storing it away. I highly recommend Bissell for both their customer service and superior product.GeoM

As a professional carpet cleaner with over 15 years experience, I am always investigating new products and since our Canadian dollar has dived so deep, it is no longer practical to order more expensive professional products from across the border. So I tried the Zep with our $30,000 machine and find it to be a decent cleaner, but not the best I've tried. It is low foaming, not fumy and safe to use according to the MSDS I've studied, but Zep makes another product that performs better (greenlink) which I prefer, but cannot find any additional info on it so it may be discontinued. For the average consumer using a store rental I would say this product is acceptable for use.Richardus

Having had several litters of kittens in my apartment, the rugs would get stained. Bought this to help clean and then they replaced my rugs. Never got to use it but gave some to a friend of mine who's puppy had little accidents. She raved about it to me as it cleaned it right up. We have been very happy with this product. Thanks goodness we do not have to use it often. But we use to have an older cat that would pee outside the little box while inside it. We were always cleaning. We ended up getting a gallon. The price worked out way cheaper for us at the time. We would bounce between this product and the white bottle one. We ended up using this product more though. I would recommend all Nature’s Miracle products. But just remember this just because it says miracle on the bottle sometimes it isn’t. So items just can not be saved. But for carpet, floors, even clothes I have had good luck so far.michelle.d

When my cat had a urinary infection she went every where and the smell was awful. I tried many products nothing got the smell out of the floor and basement area. My cat is a grade A jerk. She's cute and fluffy, but kinda a poop head. That said when she gets surly she will protest pee (my vet says shes fine, just that Torties have catitude) This stuff is pretty good I use a few products from them, the smell is mild and completely cuts cat pee smell, and removes stains including blood. Woolite Carpet PET Stain ODOR Oxy l absolutely love this product. It works well on cat diarrhea and vomit. It does an outstanding job cleaning carpets including light colored carpet that is beige. Don't know how I managed without this product, before. I have been using this for almost a year now for times when my dog can't get out (really severe weather) and misses the wee-wee pad (which does happen on occassion). If it is solid matter, I just pick it up with toilet paper, wipe the spot gently with a paper towel to remove any excess material, then spray the area and wait a few minutes. I wipe afterward with more paper towels and — all better, no oder, no stain. If it is urine, I usually use enough towels to blot it up first, then spray liberally, wait a few minutes and blot away! No odor, no stain. This item is truly amazing and I am so glad I found it.Reelnurse

Very disappointed with this item. It does clean cat messes but not dirt from carpet. Also, what is in the box is not what is pictured on the front of the box. The brush attachment shown is black with a clear front adn 3 rows of red bristles, actual attachment is all clear and has only ONE row of bristles. The attachment is also supposd to have a button to release if from the hose. There is NO button! You cannot remove it unless you pry it off with a screwdriver! The box shows a button and the instructions also show a button. You are supoosed to remove the attachment & hook the hose to the machine to run water through but you can't take the attachment off so you can't clean it. Using a screwdriver to pry it is going the break the cheap plastic attachment. I did try to contact Hoover but the bot said it was too busy and booted me off. When purchasing anything I expect to receive what is pictured on the box not some other cheap junk. Disappointed!!DawnyLouWho

Love this wet vac! We just got a new puppy and the only handheld wet vacs like the discontinued Bissell we had in the past are impossible toclean. They don’t come apart like they need to. This Hoover is bigger, but just as portable and does a MUCH better job than the handhelds. It was super easy to set up, and I can’t believe how easy it is to clean after use. The hose cleaning feature is phenomenal and is one of the main reasons I got this over the Bissell Little Green Machine. Well worth the investment to keep my carpets clean while puppy learns how to comply with socially acceptable bathroom norms. Walmart delivered promptly and had this in stock which wasn’t the case with a couple of other vendors.Jackie

I have owned this unit for 5 years after previously owning a Bissel Little Green Machine (the Bissel nosel stopped spraying after a couple years, and unit would constantly leak). About a year ago I noticed it was getting more difficult to place the handle back in the holder (the hose did not stretch as far as it used to). I didn't think much of it, but then. Few months ago I noticed that the hose tore near the sprayer. I loved using this machine, therefore I wanted to try fixing it without having to buy another one. I used hockey tape and that seemed to do the trick. Then about a month ago, I noticed that the hose has also torn right at the base (I am unable to fix this with tape unfortunately). I wrote Hoover about this, however, I am far out of warranty, so there isn't really much they can do. Now I'm trying to decide if I should buy another one or try something new. I noticed another customer also had the same problem with the hose tearing, so obviously my issue is not isolated.Kryss

As a mom of three, and dog owner, I was absolutely ecstatic to learn I was selected to review the CrossWave X7 Cordless Pet Pro vacuum through the Stellar Review Testing Panel. Everyday messes are definitely a regular occurrence in our home, and I'm usually left with three options: Lug out the large vacuum, and haul it from room-to-room, changing outlets every few minutes; hunch over with my dust-buster for 20 minutes (which is not kind to my neck and back); or leave the mess until later. As a neat-freak, the latter of the options is never my favorite, and I'm generally left either killing 20-30 minutes when I could be doing something more productive on top of becoming frustrated and left with a stiff neck. So, needless to say, when the option for a cordless stick vacuum (dedicated towards pets and kids), I was like a kid at Christmas. I love this product! The three settings make it easy to switch between our hardwood floors, area rugs, and there's a turbo setting that is great at getting those stubborn areas that can really use some extra attention. The product is lightweight, holds a charge (I can vacuum our entire home easily on one charge), and I've found it's a great alternative to throwing my rugs in the washing machine. We have quite a few area rugs throughout our home (all washable due to kids / pets), which is great – but they are a hassle to wash / dry, lay down properly after-the-fact. With the wet / dry function on the CrossWave, I can literally run the vacuum over my area rugs for 1-2 minutes, and when done, they look like they've just been washed. Pet hair, cereal, everyday messes are easy to clean up, and the product is easy to charge / set-up and use. If I had to review any negatives, it would be two features. First, hard to reach places (under furniture, and particularly stairs), aren't the easiest to clean. Just to start off this is a fantastic product. We bought some appliances so we got $400 best buy gift cards and i had a $55 certificate from best buy(which the online guy that was supposed to help us never applied still a lottle mad about that and its expired now but whatever). Did some research it was between this and the Tineco floor one S5 but we ended going with this because we do have a few rooms with carpets. The pros: .It can clean our house (roughly 2,000 sq ft) on one charge. .That turbo mode is WOW!! .Easy to maintain and clean .Very lightweight .it makes cleaning so much faster The cons: .Maybe its the formula we are using but it is extremely soapy but started using less and it works much better. .it doesnt get the carpets the best( we know ots for area rugs) but on turbo mode it will do a room full of carpet just wont pick up too much of the water but man does it pock up some stuff! .the dirty tank gets full quick The 4 star is mainly for the price of it it is a lot of money for what you get, but honestly we have no Rugrets not even one letter! We are going to order the brush specifically made for carpets and try that out and see how that works and also some little tips. . Run the clean cycle after every use . After you are done cleaning and ran the cycle and cleaned your equipment take off the roller and put it in the holder to let it dry .once a week (i tried doing it every day but its too much) do a nice deep clean of your machine if you take care of it, it will take care of you.Ivan
