I read a lot of reviews and watched a lot of videos prior to purchasing this. So disappointed. Pros: Looks cute. It did remove a chocolate stain from my upholstered chair. Cons: It left an ugly water ring, so now it looks like I spilled something on the chair. I tried to clean it again the next day, and cleaned the whole seat of the chair instead of just the spot in hopes it would even out the color. Nope. Still there. The unit also leaked water as I carried it and where it sat on the floor. Also, the dirty bucket container never filled. I really hope I can get a refund. I've already lost a chair.BBB Customer

I know this is meant to be a pet stain remover, but I primarily bought it to be used to clean my car. I like it a lot. It seems powerful, holds quite a lot of solution, and has a pretty big dirty water tank. Something I noticed related to detailing is the default brush is very restrictive for getting smaller areas, especially in tight corners. I plan to get the crevice style tool to see if that helps any. The point I docked though is related to the efficacy of the float-suction-stop. I had a case where when cleaning the Cleaner after I was finished using it by sucking clean water up, the float must have an imperfect seal because it let way too much water in to the point of almost flowing into the motor suction of the dirty water tank. I caught it because I was watching it. I don't see this as a real issue mainly because in normal use it's not filling that quickly. Apart from that I like this machine quite a bit. I would imagine it would work really well for pet stains. It would be cool if there was a way to make a powered attachment (with an electric motor, not suction turbine) to scrub like their Pro 2x carpet cleaner brushes. It would make working on detailing a bit easier. Again, I realize it's not the intended purpose of the machine.

This product is okay. It's not as phenomenal as a small shampooer would've been, but it does a good temporary job. I have a sectional which 3 dogs occupy basically all day long. There's dirt, there's hair, and there's a few mystery spots, which is what leads me to buy this product. Price isn't terrible, especially seeing as a little goes a long way with the foam, so, this will last you a while. What knocks stars off for me is the fact that a lot of the foam gets trapped in the bristles that I can't get use out of, and the foam sprays out of everywhere, making it a bit messy, and the part that sucks the most is it didn't get every stain out completely. It lightened them, definitely, but it did not fully remove, but from a distance, you wouldn't even know. So I have an older dog that is having trouble with using the restroom inside the house. She is constantly peeing on the carpeted area at my front door. We have a Golden Retriever mix dog, a Siamese cat and four energetic kids so having messes on our floors and carpets is a common and frustrating occurrence. I was so excited when we received the TurboClean DualPro Pet Carpet Cleaner from Stellar Product Testing Panel to try out! We've had other carpet cleaners in the past and they were so heavy and bulky that we didn't get them out of storage very often because of the hassle. But this Bissell Pet Carpet Cleaner is surprisingly lightweight and easy to carry and roll around! I also love that it has a much smaller footprint than older models of carpet cleaners. Since we live in a smaller home and have limited storage space this was definitely an added bonus and probably some of the top reasons why I love this carpet cleaner. This machine was very user friendly and easy to use. The instructions to get started are straightforward and clear. With pets and kids in our home, we have a mix of messes and some darker spots on our carpet especially in our living room where we spend most of our time. I also have varying amounts of time to devote to cleaning based on our crazy schedule so I loved the fact that there are two modes and this way you are able to customize your particular needs throughout your home. There are definitely certain stains and messes that required more of a Deep Clean so I appreciated that I was able to use that option. And the Express Clean is great option when I don't need to or am not able to spend as much time cleaning. I used both modes and they seem to do a great job for what they are programmed to do. The DualPro really does have strong cleaning power and was able to get out some of the most stubborn stains. I also love that it neutralizes odor-causing bacteria as well as deep cleans. It is also pretty quick and does not leave the carpet sopping wet like others I've used. It's very lightweight and comfortable to use and overall I was really impressed with the results!

I was given the Bissell TurboClean DualPro Pet to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I absolutely love it! This machine is powerful, effective, and easy to use! I love the dual tanks – one for clean water and one for dirty water. The power cord is extremely long which is very nice when cleaning a larger area. I also really like that the hose is already expanded (not collapsed like most cleaners) making it easy to maintain control. I was surprised that even though the cleaner is large, it is lightweight and easy to maneuver. I love that there are two different modes of cleaning with this machine. So far we have only used the express clean. I love that after cleaning, the carpet dries relatively quickly (which is SO important when you have kids and pets that need to continue their day). The express clean does an excellent job of cleaning, so I imagine the deep clean would do just as good. I had a hard time seeing the fill lines on the clean water tank. I think it would be easier to read the lettering if it were in black rather than white. I wish that there was a feature to turn off the main brush roll when the hose and tool attachment are being used. I would hate to risk damaging a section of carpet while trying to deep clean with the hose. We have a LOT of hair on our floors (human and pet). Long hair gets tangled very easily in the main brush roll and it is difficult to remove. I would love to see an alternative type of brush that is easier to clean. The user guide was easy to understand and provided a lot of good information. It was also very nice that the information was condensed, but thorough. This is a great product! I think that the challenges I see are more of suggestions, but they are merely preferences. Even without those changes, this is effective and it's great to have the convenience of a cleaner right in your home! Bought this at the end of February of 2022(this year) after having a Hoover basic carpet shampooer for 10 years(seal started going bad around year 9 and at year 10 it just stopped doing a good job cleaning so I needed an upgrade.) Bought this because it had the hose capability if I needed it. First week of using the deep and express carpet features on the carpet were amazing. Then around week 3 I noticed a little water would pile up if left on the floor after a cycle of cleaning. Assumed it was the bristles that were still wet so after a cleaning cycle I would let it run a little longer hoping to pick up excess water. It helped a bit. Fast forward to July of 2022 I finally needed to use the hose on a couch cushion. I used the hose and noticed some leaking happening on the floor. Assumed I didn’t tighten the cap all the way, I didn’t think much of it. Fast forward to august of 2022, I needed to use it again on the couch cushion but decided I was gonna do the entire couch. I was shampooing and didn’t see that were was a pile and I mean pile leaking that got under the entire couch and then just around on the floor in the opposite direction. Did not notice till I went to walk to get to another couch cushion to wash and I slipped and fell. Thought maybe there was a block in the system-I have 3 dogs but I always vacuum before using the system. Checked it out and no blockage. Husband checked it out and it leaked for him. So he popped the top off where the hose connects and noticed both seals were bad. One was ripped and one just didn’t stop water from leaking out. So immediately upon it coming out of the factory it was bad. I had a warranty that I bought. Not exactly thrilled when I went to exchange it, I was given a gift card for the amount and I can purchase any item and have to repurchase a warranty when the item was defective straight out of the factory. I am having a really hard time wanting to give Bissell a second chance. Because I do not want to buy another bissell machine and warranty to have a defective product. Attached are photos of some of the smaller leaks that occurred. The larger one where I fell, I didn’t think to take a photo of it. It was just too large and needed to be cleaned up immediately! Also attached is a photo of a close up of the hose attached. It’s harder to see(better in a video) where it shows the water pulling upward and goes out of the seal and leaking downward. They do not, however, neutralize the protein in the urine which is what smells. Nature's Miracle contains ingredients to neutralize that protein. This results in odor removal. I decided to give this a shot after trying a few different shampoos with varying results. This stuff is great! I cannot believe the difference in my carpet color, and it smells great! I will start off by saying that I had problems with my order but Bissell Customer Service was very good. I would like to thank customer support agent Nilka for their help in resolving the matter. When I finally received my carpet cleaner it was easy to assemble. The instruction manual is well written and easy to follow with diagrams explaining everything in detail. Included in the box is a sample of cleaning solution which was good for just over 3 full tanks of clean water. In use the machine is light weight and easily maneuverable. There is a noticeable change in motor sound when the dirty water tank reaches the full line which is very helpful. I was surprised at how much water was extracted from the carpets. The carpets were just damp after cleaning and dried in about 5-6 hours. Just be sure to go slow during the extraction passes and allow the carpet cleaner to do it's work. The 2 tanks are small but they are easy to remove, drain, refill and replace. I went through approximately 12-14 full tanks to thoroughly clean a large 1 br apartment with wall to wall carpet. (Living room, dining room, bedroom and hallway). The carpet cleaner does an excellent job of cleaning the carpets. Afterwards the carpets are clean, fresh and look revitalized. After use the PowerClean TurboBrush pet advanced carpet cleaner is really easy to thoroughly clean before storing it away. I highly recommend Bissell for both their customer service and superior product.

I purchased this item in a pinch. I was visiting my mom and walked into a house of fleas! Pest control was unavailable for 4 days, and offered a flea bomb service. which meant all animals and people would need to gone for a day. This was a huge problem! My mom has 4 cats and a dog. 2 of the cats are saved strays, so she can not touch them yet. Anyway after googling our options we got some flea meds from the vet, and purchased this item, as my research said fleas drown easily, and any soap will also kill them. We choose this item because it was small and lightweight as neither of us are young anymore. We got it home and assembled it easily. Added water and soap and began flea control! We cleaned the wall to wall carpet in her 2 bedroom flat! It cleaned nicely, and looked good. Everything soft was put in the washer and dryer. It dried in a few hours with the ceiling fans on! We didn't know immediately if we removed any fleas. After pest control came out a week later, they didn't find any! She was given the all clear! Although my first night visiting was spent carpet cleaning the rest of my visit was very nice! This little machine was easy to use, and I ended up purchasing one for myself a couple months later. Neither of our homes are big, so since this is easy to use and lightweight, I can get it upstairs. You have to fill and empty nearly every room, sometimes more depending on size. The dirty water tank looks big but stops picking up water when the noise changes. Which is intensional, so you know when to empty. Looks like it would hold much more, but after a quick empty, it was cleaning again. The power button is in a really weird location, can't hit it with your foot, but is way low down. Again not a big deal, but I would prefer not to bend if I don't have too. This item was decently priced. Hi, just tried out my new 2806D rug cleaner. I'm a senior with arthritis issues especially in the hands. It is a light a weight machine (good for my hands), it's easy enough to assemble, has a great design (2 compartments, clean water and dirty), it has a good length cord but I had to add an extension cord due to logistical plug outlet situations, but, I did find a couple of challenges…. I find the on/off button to be very difficult to navigate as in it takes several attempts to get it on or off. It is a weird button in my opinion. And I find the latch releases on the dirty tank to be difficult as well; to even be able to open them is challenging. Compared to my last Bissell rug cleaner, this machine seems like a "baby" machine, as in not as big as my original one. But as the reviews state, it does great job! I am not sorry I chose this model and maybe it will get easier with each use.

It is practically the same size as our traditional vacuum, which I love. My favorite feature was its size and ease of use. It is not too difficult to maneuver and move around the house. (However, if you have stairs, and are starting with a full water bucket, you may need to take the cleaner up first followed by cleaner bucket, since the water can add some weight.) It was pretty easy to follow directions and assemble. I was a little hesitant to pull the water/cleaner solution bucket off at first because it didn't seem to slide out as easy as instructions showed, and I didn't want to break it. However, it was okay to pull a little harder, and it pops right out (and easily pops back in too). This deep cleaner was great at getting stains and pet odors out of our carpet! It made the carpet look new too! I also was super grossed out and surprised with how MUCH dirt was being pulled up from our carpets… the dirty water bucket was soooo dirty. I love seeing the results and knowing that the carpets don't just look cleaner, but actually are so much cleaner (especially with a small baby who spends a lot of time on them). The tough stain hose and tool worked well and were easy to switch to and use too. I would prefer if it was a little wider though. It's a great size for upholstery but would have been quicker for my narrow carpeted staircase if the tool was wider to cover more ground quicker. I will start off by saying that I had problems with my order but Bissell Customer Service was very good. I would like to thank customer support agent Nilka for their help in resolving the matter. When I finally received my carpet cleaner it was easy to assemble. The instruction manual is well written and easy to follow with diagrams explaining everything in detail. Included in the box is a sample of cleaning solution which was good for just over 3 full tanks of clean water. In use the machine is light weight and easily maneuverable. There is a noticeable change in motor sound when the dirty water tank reaches the full line which is very helpful. I was surprised at how much water was extracted from the carpets. The carpets were just damp after cleaning and dried in about 5-6 hours. Just be sure to go slow during the extraction passes and allow the carpet cleaner to do it's work. The 2 tanks are small but they are easy to remove, drain, refill and replace. I went through approximately 12-14 full tanks to thoroughly clean a large 1 br apartment with wall to wall carpet. (Living room, dining room, bedroom and hallway). The carpet cleaner does an excellent job of cleaning the carpets. Afterwards the carpets are clean, fresh and look revitalized. After use the PowerClean TurboBrush pet advanced carpet cleaner is really easy to thoroughly clean before storing it away. I love the look and feel of this carpet cleaner! It's slim, sleek and lightweight and the crystal clear tanks are beautiful! I feel like it did a good job of getting the carpets clean, as most carpet cleaners on the market do. It was easy to assemble and the accessories are great. I love that it came with a mechanism to clean out the front where the water and debris gets sucked up, because with our previous machine there was no way to get this clean and it would get pretty nasty and stinky. I also love how the dirty water tank has smooth pieces instead of foam, it's far easier to clean. These both were huge pluses for me. There are a few downsides to this machine, which is why I rated it four stars. The running time of the clean and dirty water tanks don't match up and the dirty water tank is deceptively small (it looks huge!). Both are not deal breakers by any means, but I found it odd that the machine doesn't have a way to signal when the clean water tank is empty, especially since they don't fill at the same rate. When the dirty tank is full, the pitch changes, but there is no way to tell when the clean is empty besides bending over to look. I often found myself thinking I was making progress only to find that I had no idea when the clean tank ran out. The dirty water tank is also a little bit difficult to remove without making a noise that sounds like you're going to crack the plastic. The beater bar also continues to spin when you use the attachments, which is unfortunate. In Bissell's defense, they do mention that you'll need to keep moving the machine while using the attachments so it doesn't ruin the carpet, but it would be far more convenient if it could just stop when the attachment is put on. Overall, I think this is a good machine, even with these quirks. It definitely does the job it sets out to! As a professional carpet cleaner with over 15 years experience, I am always investigating new products and since our Canadian dollar has dived so deep, it is no longer practical to order more expensive professional products from across the border. So I tried the Zep with our $30,000 machine and find it to be a decent cleaner, but not the best I've tried. It is low foaming, not fumy and safe to use according to the MSDS I've studied, but Zep makes another product that performs better (greenlink) which I prefer, but cannot find any additional info on it so it may be discontinued. When I used this product to get pet stains out of the carpet, I remember at first it worked good, but then after awhile the stains would slowly creep back in, even if it looked like they were gone after following the instructions. So I did not really like this product as much as I wanted to cuz the product did not get rid of the stains, just made them go away for a little while before they would end up coming back. It would work on the newer, not as deep stains, but the deep stains that were maybe a little more set in, this product did not work as good as I wanted it to. Bissell Is usually the brand to go to for pet stains, so I was a little disappointed it didn’t work as much as I wanted it to.

Don't know how I managed without this product, before. I have been using this for almost a year now for times when my dog can't get out (really severe weather) and misses the wee-wee pad (which does happen on occassion). If it is solid matter, I just pick it up with toilet paper, wipe the spot gently with a paper towel to remove any excess material, then spray the area and wait a few minutes. I wipe afterward with more paper towels and — all better, no oder, no stain. If it is urine, I usually use enough towels to blot it up first, then spray liberally, wait a few minutes and blot away! Very disappointed with this item. It does clean cat messes but not dirt from carpet. Also, what is in the box is not what is pictured on the front of the box. The brush attachment shown is black with a clear front adn 3 rows of red bristles, actual attachment is all clear and has only ONE row of bristles. The attachment is also supposd to have a button to release if from the hose. There is NO button! You cannot remove it unless you pry it off with a screwdriver! The box shows a button and the instructions also show a button. You are supoosed to remove the attachment & hook the hose to the machine to run water through but you can't take the attachment off so you can't clean it. Using a screwdriver to pry it is going the break the cheap plastic attachment. I did try to contact Hoover but the bot said it was too busy and booted me off. Love this wet vac! We just got a new puppy and the only handheld wet vacs like the discontinued Bissell we had in the past are impossible toclean. They don’t come apart like they need to. This Hoover is bigger, but just as portable and does a MUCH better job than the handhelds. It was super easy to set up, and I can’t believe how easy it is to clean after use. The hose cleaning feature is phenomenal and is one of the main reasons I got this over the Bissell Little Green Machine. I have owned this unit for 5 years after previously owning a Bissel Little Green Machine (the Bissel nosel stopped spraying after a couple years, and unit would constantly leak). About a year ago I noticed it was getting more difficult to place the handle back in the holder (the hose did not stretch as far as it used to). I didn't think much of it, but then. Few months ago I noticed that the hose tore near the sprayer. I loved using this machine, therefore I wanted to try fixing it without having to buy another one. I used hockey tape and that seemed to do the trick. Then about a month ago, I noticed that the hose has also torn right at the base (I am unable to fix this with tape unfortunately). I wrote Hoover about this, however, I am far out of warranty, so there isn't really much they can do. Now I'm trying to decide if I should buy another one or try something new. Bought this on Saturday as I have a new dog that has had a few accidents in the house, on the carpet of course! I was shocked at how quiet this machine is, no need for ear protection to use this. Has great suction power and leaves very little moisture behind, carpet dried completely in about 2 hours. Easy to clean when finished. Love the hose cleaning attachment. I added white vinegar to the final rinse when cleaning out the machine. Machine keeps the solution warm while working. Easy to set up, easy to use, and easy to clean and put away. Works pretty decent but the heating element seems a little weak, needs an option to just heat w/o running the vacuum so you're not stuck listening to it while it warms. Would have been nice if it came w/a small separate brush for tight spaces. Suction could be a little better but overall not bad. The hose needs to be an inch longer, it's a stretch to get the head to wrap around and mount in it's holder. Did a pretty good job, although required a bunch of passes, cleaning old dirty seats in an old project car. I legit thought they were gray for the last 2.5 yrs I've owned it…

I have used this to clean wine stains and dog potty accidents. This is excellent at cleaning wine stains but I did not feel like it really penetrated down to the urine stain left by my dog. I even used the PET PRO OXY Spot & Stain Formula for Portable Carpet Cleaners and still noticed a faint urine stain afterward. I had to use a different product altogether to clean this. I am disappointed as the dog messes are the primary reason I purchased this product. Otherwise, this is easy to use and easy to clean.

I have always had good luck with Resolve Carpet Cleaner getting up whatever spots and stains we end up with, so when I saw this while trying to finish filling a box of "Prime Pantry" products, I didn't hesitate to add it to my order. The CrossWave X7 Cordless Pet Pro it is perfect for everyday messes and though ones too. Being a mom of 2 toddlers and dog mom of 2 dogs having a wet and dry vacuum takes a load of my shoulders saving me from the need of having too many gadgets for cleaning. Vacuum comes with a wet and dry function that helps through deep clean and also on the spot dirt. Bissel products has a differential in their vacuum by adding LED lights which is a big plus helping to find fur and other debris otherwise not visible without it. The CrossWave has 3 functions: Hardwood floor, Small rug area and Pet turbo clean. So it can be use anywhere in the house. I had the chance to use the 3 of them and could see the difference in cleaning, as well helping to save battery life. Now talking a bit more about the wet function, the ergonomic handle has a trigger that when pressed sprays water helping to clean even more of your house and can be used on all 3 modes mentioned before. The assembly was easy and although the first couple times I had look back at the manual, eventually I got the hand of it. The product isn't very light, but the wheels helps to maneuver with ease. Cleaning the parts was very surprising for me, as I confess I'm not the kind of person who does maintenance o in vacuum, because most of the times it is difficult to take apart, but not with the CrossWave, everything is so easy to clean and take apart that it became natural to do so after each cleaning. Another shout out is for the auto clean function which helps with better functionality eliminating any dirt that might be trapped in the tube. The box comes with two brushes and two cleaning solution, which is necessary for effective cleaning. Last but not least, different from other vacuum that the base charger needs to be mounted on the wall this one does not which simplifies my busy life. As a mom of three, and dog owner, I was absolutely ecstatic to learn I was selected to review the CrossWave X7 Cordless Pet Pro vacuum through the Stellar Review Testing Panel. Everyday messes are definitely a regular occurrence in our home, and I'm usually left with three options: Lug out the large vacuum, and haul it from room-to-room, changing outlets every few minutes; hunch over with my dust-buster for 20 minutes (which is not kind to my neck and back); or leave the mess until later. As a neat-freak, the latter of the options is never my favorite, and I'm generally left either killing 20-30 minutes when I could be doing something more productive on top of becoming frustrated and left with a stiff neck. So, needless to say, when the option for a cordless stick vacuum (dedicated towards pets and kids), I was like a kid at Christmas. I love this product! The three settings make it easy to switch between our hardwood floors, area rugs, and there's a turbo setting that is great at getting those stubborn areas that can really use some extra attention. The product is lightweight, holds a charge (I can vacuum our entire home easily on one charge), and I've found it's a great alternative to throwing my rugs in the washing machine. We have quite a few area rugs throughout our home (all washable due to kids / pets), which is great – but they are a hassle to wash / dry, lay down properly after-the-fact. With the wet / dry function on the CrossWave, I can literally run the vacuum over my area rugs for 1-2 minutes, and when done, they look like they've just been washed. Pet hair, cereal, everyday messes are easy to clean up, and the product is easy to charge / set-up and use. If I had to review any negatives, it would be two features. First, hard to reach places (under furniture, and particularly stairs), aren't the easiest to clean. Just to start off this is a fantastic product. We bought some appliances so we got $400 best buy gift cards and i had a $55 certificate from best buy(which the online guy that was supposed to help us never applied still a lottle mad about that and its expired now but whatever). Did some research it was between this and the Tineco floor one S5 but we ended going with this because we do have a few rooms with carpets. The pros: .It can clean our house (roughly 2,000 sq ft) on one charge. .That turbo mode is WOW!! .Easy to maintain and clean .Very lightweight .it makes cleaning so much faster The cons: .Maybe its the formula we are using but it is extremely soapy but started using less and it works much better. .it doesnt get the carpets the best( we know ots for area rugs) but on turbo mode it will do a room full of carpet just wont pick up too much of the water but man does it pock up some stuff! .the dirty tank gets full quick The 4 star is mainly for the price of it it is a lot of money for what you get, but honestly we have no Rugrets not even one letter! We are going to order the brush specifically made for carpets and try that out and see how that works and also some little tips. . Run the clean cycle after every use . After you are done cleaning and ran the cycle and cleaned your equipment take off the roller and put it in the holder to let it dry .once a week (i tried doing it every day but its too much) do a nice deep clean of your machine if you take care of it, it will take care of you.Ivan
