This is the only cleaner that has successfully removed deep stains in my shower grout. The bleachy cleaners did not work and they stunk up my bathroom (and my towels). The steamer required a lot sweat, left me with a basket full of soggy towels, and still couldnt wet get the stubborn stains out. Then I stumbled upon Wet and Forget on a YouTube of all places. It not only removed the stubborn stains, but did it with no effort and had a surprisingly pleasant smell (I realize that was intentional until after it worked its little miracle). Functionally this product works very well. We are on the second bottle. Their web site implies a long hose allowing one to keep the container on the floor while spraying but that is not the reality as you need to hold the container in one hand while spraying. If the sprayer hung down it dripped the solution on the floor after using.
The second container now has an on/off valve in the cap that the first container did not have. Is it a safety feature or to prevent dripping? With the on/off valve added, a pause is needed after each spray to allow the solution to fill the sprayer to get a full spray. If the spray is pulled too fast, only a small amount of solution is sprayed taking twice as long to cover an area. To get a full spray you squeeze, pause, squeeze, pause. Did the company really test the added on/off valve as it appears to be restricting the flow to the sprayer. Fortunately I had the first container and switched the spray/hose assembly to the new container to solve the need to pause between sprays.
Sure hope the company can fix the new spray issue being experienced and solved by using the old spray assembly.
A real product improvement would be to have a place to store the spray assembly between applications.Carroll Dudley

I've tried many products to remove the soap scum from the marble shower walls. Marble is a soft stone and sensitive to low pH. Many cleaners warn not to put the product on stone. Well. This Rejuvenate really does the job without damaging the marble! I first tried it on a single column of tiles what WERE so scummy that there was no shine to the surface. Hmmm, pretty good. After a second application, WOW. Nearly as shiny as the new tiles at the top of the shower. So I treated the whole shower and vinyl shower curtain. Wonderful results. To speed things up (this layer of scum was pretty thick), I used a net scrubby over the worst areas near the bottom of the shower walls. After thorough rinsing I have applied a protective product to help keep the scum at bay. Looks nearly new again. To be honest, the shower curtain had some dark mold stains that lightened, but were still visible. Probably will need to wash with some bleach to eliminate those stains. Pleasantly scented enzyme cleaner that works. I tried it all and this is the best cleaner on showers and glass doors with buildup. Shower cleaning now takes minutes. I spent an hour on shower doors before, relentlessly scrubbing. The vinegar solution was smelly and not effective. I have my own cleaning business and need products that work and save time. I have used the Comet Deodorizing Cleanser with bleach that comes in the powered form for close to a decade. It does an incredible job of cleaning the hard water stains from my bathtub. Due to the wonderful results, I decided to try the trigger spray bottle version. While the Comet Deodorizing Cleanser with bleach that comes in the powdered form provides excellent results, I wanted something a little more convenient. The spray bottles are easier to use as the solution is already diluted and allows for portability. Unfortunately, the results with the spray bottles were not as effective, especially with regards to cleaning the hard water stains in my bathtub. No matter how hard or how often I clean using the spray version, I just couldn't get my bathtub to look clean and shiny. The Comet spray bottle was effective at removing soap scum and lighter stains on my skin, but not as effective as I had hoped on the tougher stains. It is because of this that I have gone back to exclusively using the powdered version on my bathtub. In summation, the Comet Bathroom cleaner that comes in the spray bottle is good at cleaner lighter stains and would recommend it for disinfecting and cleaning the sink, but not for tougher jobs. I would rate this product 4 stars. The portability is a plus, it is good on light stains and for disinfecting but not as effective as I had hoped on cleaning the harder stains, especially water stains in my bathtub. Performance Not as effective as the Comet Deodorizing Cleanser with Bleach Powder. It didn't fare as well at removing the hard water stains in my tub. When I fry food I use a tall deep non-stick pan and even though I am careful I still end up with grease splattering on the range top, counter and backsplash of the range. Some spray on cleaners do nothing more than smear the grease making it even harder to remove. When I tried the liquid version of Comet I had already had previous experience with the powdered version to clean the inside of the tub. Even though this is marketed as a bathroom cleaner it can be used in other rooms of the house with amazing results. I don't consider this a general all purpose cleaner because it is on the strong side and can damage some surfaces; there is no need to wipe the area clean once you have used this so it is a little more convenient to use than the powdered version. The trigger styled spray bottle is easy to operate and there is a turn dial on the nozzle that allows you to close it completely so that it will not squirt. I have used this in the bathroom on the vanity countertop, on the inside of the toilet, in the kitchen for grease, in the basement to clean the outside of the washer and dryer and on the outside of the house to remove dried on egg (Halloween pranksters). For tough or large stains you can spray this on and leave it for a couple of minutes so that it has time to break down the grease or dirt; I use cleaning rags when I use this because paper towels (even the thick ones) just aren't strong enough to be able to absorb the Comet and remove all of the dirt. You are going to want to wash your hands after using this and avoid spraying it near exposed food; to play it safe when I use this in the kitchen on the counters I do wipe the area down with a damp rag just to make sure that any food that comes in contact with the counter won't come in direct contact with the cleaner. This product is labelled as a commercial cleaner and is the best of the cleaners that I have tried for removing soap scum. Just spray it on and let it sit for a bit. Don't let it dry on. Be careful if you sprayed the base of your shower as this chemical is slippery! I then use a non scratch sponge to remove soap scum, hard water stains, calcium deposits, grime, and dirt. Was using for shower tiles with hard stubborn stains that nothing seems to work on. Bought this for something else to try. Not sure it helped much with the intended stains but worked well on other areas. Be very cautious with washing the surface thoroughly after or you’ll get very obvious drip streaks. It foams, but will slide down if there's any water on the surface and dries down really fast if the surface is dry. I have a shower/tub insert so the shower isn't tile, which may respond differently. It works best if you spray it on a dry, small section, then scrub around with a barely damp sponge and let it sit for about 60 seconds and rinse off. You have to rinse it off quickly after scrubbing or it'll dry down and leave a smear. Because of this you need a lot to clean the whole shower. Don't get me wrong. I love Rain-X products. With that said, I've been having fits trying to find a good cleaner/protectant for my shower glass doors. I occasionally use the window protectant in the spray bottle. However, I still have hard spots (and probably etching). Was hoping this would help with those. It didn't. This is the second paste that didn't get the job done (also tried the diamond one to no avail). They're all messy and require a significant amount of work to utilize as you put it on and then have to rinse it off. I'm going to stay away from them moving forward….just not worth it.William

I've used this product for years. I've tried other brands but prefer the Scrubbing Bubbles. I have a water softener so I can't attest to rather it cuts through hard water grime easily but it works great on my bathroom sinks, counter tops and tub. It doesn't streak or leave any residue behind. I just spray and wipe to clean and sanitize. It leaves behind a fresh, non chemical smelling scent. I do have a complaint though. The can can get rusty on the bottom and from time to time I get one that doesn't spray correctly and have to return it to the store. Purchased this bathroom cleaner after seeing this YT video. In the video this cleaner had supposedly removed older and stubborn soap scum on glass shower door. I applied this cleaner all over my bathroom shower door and let it sit for 5 minutes. I then reapplied another layer and started scrubbing with my Clorox stick. Scrubbing bubbles did remove newer soap scum but did not remove the older stains. I am happy with how clean my shower ended up looking. I first purchased the lemon verbena scent & did not care for it BUT it cleaned my porous tubs & showers (they're the builder grade insert kind) great! I've searched forever for something that would deep clean these surfaces! I have just about tried everything to get a deep clean w/o wearing my arms off in the process. With this I spray all over, use the 'rough' side of the sponge & let it sit while I clean the rest of the bathroom then rinse. I have noticed when I first started using it too that those really suborn stains wouldn't come out. So off the bat I was disappointed until someone had taken a shower, the dirt that was "stuck" gets rinsed away with that running water & the shower gets cleaned as you clean yourself! I've never come across a cleaner like this before. The lavender is AMAZING smelling too!!! I am sensitive to certain smells & lavender is one of them which is why I first purchased the lemon, I am SO in love with the lavender!!! The name sounds good. I would probably do my best not to let the rust get so bad that you need something extra. Its very difficult to get rust off toilet bowls and other items. This didn't really seem to help a whole lot although I have other family members who object to that statement and really like this brand. I bought this originally to use in my shower because of some calcium or limescale spots. I was having to deal with little white stains corroding the metal in my shower. My shower head and faucet system are all made of stainless steel. I don't know if it's my water being hard or soft or just full of chemicals but after a week or so, I notice these white spots all over my faucet system and shower head after I have gotten rid of them. I've used cola a few times in the past and elbow grease but since I bought this product, it truly does work magic. With this, all I have to do is spray a good coating on the area where the spots are and let it soak for a few minutes. Sometimes I wander off cleaning for a half hour before coming back to clean up. Usually there is very minimal scrubbing involved in removing these spots after I let it soak in Lime-A-Way. I've even noticed that when I use this product, it seems to take several weeks, instead of several days, for new spots to develop all over again. A few words of caution are that it doesn't work so well on rust. I notice when I use it on rust, it does get some of the red staining away, but once rust has set in, the item really needs replaced. This merely cleans up the stains and doesn't help the rust. Another thing to keep in mind is that this stuff smells bad. It's strong and not recommended for inhalation. I open the shower roof panel and the window in the shower while I turn on the ceiling fan to vent some of the stench out. I've had fits of coughing several times when I wasn't careful not to breathe near this stuff. One final thing to keep in mind is not getting this on your skin and rinsing well. I always take the shower head and spray down everywhere I used this product. I rinse it thoroughly. I am also careful to wear my long gloves when I use this. I have sensitive skin anyway but this is not a product I want on my skin. My guy made the mistake of letting some get on him and he had very minor chemical burns that made him sting and itch for a couple days. Our family doctor told him to just rinse it thoroughly and apply a very light antibiotic cream just in case. I wouldn't let kids use this. It's strong and powerful so be careful and protect your skin and lungs. Otherwise, it works great, just a strong chemical. Performance It eradicates lime and calcium and helps significantly remove rust stains. Scent The scent is terrible and causes me to cough uncontrollably if I am not careful to ventilate the room well enough. Be careful with kids around this product.clinen11

I've tried many products to remove the soap scum from the marble shower walls. Marble is a soft stone and sensitive to low pH. Many cleaners warn not to put the product on stone. Well. This Rejuvenate really does the job without damaging the marble! I first tried it on a single column of tiles what WERE so scummy that there was no shine to the surface. Hmmm, pretty good. After a second application, WOW. Nearly as shiny as the new tiles at the top of the shower. So I treated the whole shower and vinyl shower curtain. Wonderful results. To speed things up (this layer of scum was pretty thick), I used a net scrubby over the worst areas near the bottom of the shower walls. After thorough rinsing I have applied a protective product to help keep the scum at bay. Looks nearly new again. To be honest, the shower curtain had some dark mold stains that lightened, but were still visible. Probably will need to wash with some bleach to eliminate those stains. Scrubbing Bubbles Foaming Bleach Bathroom Cleaner — This foaming cleaner performs like no other bathroom cleaner we have experienced. It is "foaming bleach" and it cleans, and smells, just like you would expect from a bleach product. This eight pack is a bit more economical than buying one bottle at a time, if you have a need for a larger quantity. This product sprays out of the bottle in a thick liquid/foam stream that sticks to wherever you spray it (that's a good thing… it does not just run down the wall and into the drain), and then it foams up a bit while it is working. It is extremely effective on stubborn stains and mildew, and it works on those tough-to-get-to corners and cracks. The only thing to really be aware of is that this stuff truly is industrial strength and has an industrial smell. Take care not to get it on your skin and don't hang around the shower breathing in the vapors when spraying walls. Spray it on, let it work for a few minutes, and then wash it down the drain. The longer you let it sit, the more the bleach smell will creep through your house. If you can, turn on an exhaust fan and open a window where you are cleaning. Great stuff. I don’t normally write reviews on products but OMG! This is a GAME CHANGER!! I sprayed it on the grout of the bathroom tile which had visible mold and walked away from it while r cleaning the rest of the apartment. I circled back around about 20 ish mins after initial spray and it COMPLETELY REMOVED all mold! It just washed away. It gave new life to my tub! My husband said I should have taken before and after pictures because this was a see it to believe it kind of moment. I didn’t have to get down and scrub I simply rinsed and boom new tub. I now swear by this product I will not be trying anything else. Seriously just try it, spray and walk away for about 15-20 mins and it will do the work for you! I'm a 65 yr old single man, I still get around good. But I have various breathing problems and really didn't want to clean my bathtub and tile. I was sure I would have breathing problems cause of it. But based on other reviews I chose to give this a try. The instructions are easy to read and follow and the very slight citrus scent is pleasant. I was like sure 100% removes scum…lol But to my wonderful surprise and amazement this Grime fighter does just that.. WOW !! It's my own fault I allowed my tube to get this way, but with this product I set out to clean the shower area. For someone that can be easily bothered by smells to my lungs, Scrubbing Bubbles Grime Fighter did not to that to me (I know not all will be effected the same). I don't write reviews often unless something really works and I chose to write this because this product does what it says it will do. Even more important that that the amount of hard work I had to put into rubbing as I clean was at a minimum, but of course you have to do some. I toothbrush or a fingernail brush works good on the grout, but Scrubbing Bubbles takes the hard work out of it. If you have lung or breathing issues but you still clean your place, give this a try. If you spray this all over your shower and liner, you will NOT have to scrub! It is an awesome product. You do need to spray it at least every other shower. Use hot water to spray off any bubbles or soap that might be on shower, shower floor, or inside shower liner. And then spray everything. Do not rinse. Only issue is that you can't get all of the solution out of the bottle when its almost gone. You need to start out with a clean shower or tub for it to start working immediately. I have been using this product for years. Sometimes I can't find it in the stores and have to buy a substitute. Bar none, nothing works like this product! Start with a fresh clean shower/tub and then use this after every shower and your tub/shower will remain clean. This product is labelled as a commercial cleaner and is the best of the cleaners that I have tried for removing soap scum. Just spray it on and let it sit for a bit. Don't let it dry on. Be careful if you sprayed the base of your shower as this chemical is slippery! I then use a non scratch sponge to remove soap scum, hard water stains, calcium deposits, grime, and dirt. Rinse off the remaining solution. Using this often helps keep mold & mildew away. As a commercial cleaning product, it has a very strong odour. Make sure you have your bathroom ventilation fan on, and door open. My wife has asthma and can not cope with this strong chemical. Maybe that is her way of getting out of cleaning the showers…. The label states it can be used on: acrylic, fiberglass, ceramic tiles, porcelain, laminate, and Corian. Not for use on: marble, granite, terrazzo, or natural stone. Was using for shower tiles with hard stubborn stains that nothing seems to work on. Bought this for something else to try. Not sure it helped much with the intended stains but worked well on other areas. Be very cautious with washing the surface thoroughly after or you’ll get very obvious drip streaks. When that happened and I noticed later the same day, thankfully it wasn’t irreversible. Sprayed it on the drip streak and managed to get it off.Panda222

It foams, but will slide down if there's any water on the surface and dries down really fast if the surface is dry. I have a shower/tub insert so the shower isn't tile, which may respond differently. It works best if you spray it on a dry, small section, then scrub around with a barely damp sponge and let it sit for about 60 seconds and rinse off. You have to rinse it off quickly after scrubbing or it'll dry down and leave a smear. Because of this you need a lot to clean the whole shower. I finished the bottle, but it took me several tries to make it work for me instead of it creating more work for me.Ingrid

Used according to directions on a newly-installed bathroom tub and tile. The spray went on so smoothly and wide; covered a large area in just a little time. Nozzle is tight without any leakage. Wiped off with a sponge and then rinsed with hot water. After it dried, I noticed a streaky film on the white tile and chrome, so I wiped back over the area with a microfiber cloth and that did the trick. Not sure I'd buy it again for that reason, but we'll see. Because we have a new bath, I can't say how it would clean a very dirty/grimy bath, but I suspect you won't be disappointed. The can is very large but easy to manage. I have nerve damage that extends from my elbows to finger joints, and I didn't have any problems using this product. I had a well 90 ft deep that kept running dry every 20 minutes. The pump had that black sooty sand like stuff on it. Its called Manganese. Manganese occurs naturally in rock fissures in wells. I dumped 1/2 gallon of CLR down the well and let it set for a few weeks over Fall. I fired up the well and a bunch of pink water and cloudy water flushed out. Now I have water almost 24/7.. CLR will turn Manganese pink. Chlorine does nothing to dissolve minerals. I tried it. CLR is like chemical fracking. and its biodegradable.BubbaRay

I filled a wrangler heater core full of this because it lacked heat. Let it sit for an hour then blasted it out over and over with a cooling system flush gun. They say not to use CLR on heater cores but worked fine for me and others on youtube.james102377
