The only reason I say it is not a good value is that I bought it for $1 to $1.50 for years. This is the only cleaner that has successfully removed deep stains in my shower grout. The bleachy cleaners did not work and they stunk up my bathroom (and my towels). The steamer required a lot sweat, left me with a basket full of soggy towels, and still couldnt wet get the stubborn stains out. Then I stumbled upon Wet and Forget on a YouTube of all places. It not only removed the stubborn stains, but did it with no effort and had a surprisingly pleasant smell (I realize that was intentional until after it worked its little miracle). Functionally this product works very well. We are on the second bottle. Their web site implies a long hose allowing one to keep the container on the floor while spraying but that is not the reality as you need to hold the container in one hand while spraying. If the sprayer hung down it dripped the solution on the floor after using.
The second container now has an on/off valve in the cap that the first container did not have. Is it a safety feature or to prevent dripping? With the on/off valve added, a pause is needed after each spray to allow the solution to fill the sprayer to get a full spray. If the spray is pulled too fast, only a small amount of solution is sprayed taking twice as long to cover an area. To get a full spray you squeeze, pause, squeeze, pause. Did the company really test the added on/off valve as it appears to be restricting the flow to the sprayer. Fortunately I had the first container and switched the spray/hose assembly to the new container to solve the need to pause between sprays.
Sure hope the company can fix the new spray issue being experienced and solved by using the old spray assembly.
A real product improvement would be to have a place to store the spray assembly between applications.Carroll Dudley

I've tried many products to remove the soap scum from the marble shower walls. Marble is a soft stone and sensitive to low pH. Many cleaners warn not to put the product on stone. Well. This Rejuvenate really does the job without damaging the marble! I first tried it on a single column of tiles what WERE so scummy that there was no shine to the surface. Hmmm, pretty good. After a second application, WOW. Nearly as shiny as the new tiles at the top of the shower. So I treated the whole shower and vinyl shower curtain. Wonderful results. To speed things up (this layer of scum was pretty thick), I used a net scrubby over the worst areas near the bottom of the shower walls. After thorough rinsing I have applied a protective product to help keep the scum at bay. Looks nearly new again. To be honest, the shower curtain had some dark mold stains that lightened, but were still visible. Probably will need to wash with some bleach to eliminate those stains. You must try this product. You will love it! I bought a bottle of this over a year ago, maybe two years, and I lost it but remembered it worked more than great. I tried a bunch of other "cleaners" which claimed to remove soap scum from shower tiles, but none of them did a darn thing. Then I found this stuff. I Will Never Order Anything Else Again!!! Buy it, you won't be disappointed! If your shower tiles have a LOT of soap buildup, you might have to wipe them a little bit, after you let this product sit for about 4-5 minutes, but you won't have to scrub and scrub. Just a little wiping took the soap scum right off, and BAM! our shower stall looks as good as when it was new, a year ago! From now on, I won't let the buildup go for so long; I'll spray this product on the tiles once each month, and spray it off with the wand set on a concentrated stream of hot water. I clean homes and business and I have used pretty much every cleaning product I've come across with many mixed results. All the products promise great results and not all of them deliver on said promise. The works line of cleaning products absolutely work wonders on lime, rust stains and nasty build up with little effort after application. I have cleaned some pretty rough bathtubs and sinks that had really bad stains from hard water or rust and after using other products the stains were mostly still there even After using a stiff brush and lots of work. I like that the works only needs to be sprayed on and let sit for a few minutes to dissolve the stains. It literally turns the rock hard build up to a slime that can be wiped or rinsed away. It is a very strong chemical smell, but it's worth using once in a while for when there is build up. I don't use it every time I clean but I use it every now and then to reduce the build up. The works also makes a toilet bowl cleaner that works the same. I have seen toilets and tubs so bad it seemed like there was no hope for ever removing all the stains and after the works they are totally free from the yucky stains. Most cleaning products can't remove hard water and lime scale like the works. The only draw back is the very strong smell and it's not pleasant but I can deal with it because it doesn't need to be used a lot and once every few weeks of use isn't bad. I hate scrubbing stains so this is great for me. Spray it on and leave the room for a few and wipe it away and the stains are gone. O wouldn't recommend standing over the product while it sits because it probably isn't good for the lungs! I don't mind using it but some people can't get past the smell but I think the stuff in it that smells bad is what works so well. You have to pick and choose your battles with cleaning products! Our tub has always been difficult in removing the ring after bathing. I didn't need a cleanser for a light job. Have so many products that can acheive this. The Works also list a long list of precautions on the back of the label..such as but not limited to not mixing with bleach or other household chemicals. It is bad for your eyes and you must definitely keep out of reach of children. Being that this product did not acheive even mediocre results, I do not recommend. I will not be buying again. I've tried many products to remove the soap scum from the marble shower walls. Marble is a soft stone and sensitive to low pH. Many cleaners warn not to put the product on stone. Well. This Rejuvenate really does the job without damaging the marble! I first tried it on a single column of tiles what WERE so scummy that there was no shine to the surface. Hmmm, pretty good. After a second application, WOW. Nearly as shiny as the new tiles at the top of the shower. So I treated the whole shower and vinyl shower curtain. Wonderful results. To speed things up (this layer of scum was pretty thick), I used a net scrubby over the worst areas near the bottom of the shower walls. After thorough rinsing I have applied a protective product to help keep the scum at bay. Looks nearly new again. To be honest, the shower curtain had some dark mold stains that lightened, but were still visible. Probably will need to wash with some bleach to eliminate those stains. If you spray this all over your shower and liner, you will NOT have to scrub! It is an awesome product. You do need to spray it at least every other shower. Use hot water to spray off any bubbles or soap that might be on shower, shower floor, or inside shower liner. And then spray everything. Do not rinse. I've been using this cleaner for several years… It's difficult to find in stores, so I was glad to find it on Walmart's website. It's a very good general cleaner for bathrooms and kitchens. I mainly use it for cleaning/whitening the kitchen counter tile grout, and cleaning soap scum in the tub/shower. This product is labelled as a commercial cleaner and is the best of the cleaners that I have tried for removing soap scum. Just spray it on and let it sit for a bit. Don't let it dry on. Be careful if you sprayed the base of your shower as this chemical is slippery! I then use a non scratch sponge to remove soap scum, hard water stains, calcium deposits, grime, and dirt. Rinse off the remaining solution. Using this often helps keep mold & mildew away. As a commercial cleaning product, it has a very strong odour. Make sure you have your bathroom ventilation fan on, and door open. My wife has asthma and can not cope with this strong chemical. Maybe that is her way of getting out of cleaning the showers…. The label states it can be used on: acrylic, fiberglass, ceramic tiles, porcelain, laminate, and Corian. Not for use on: marble, granite, terrazzo, or natural stone. It foams, but will slide down if there's any water on the surface and dries down really fast if the surface is dry. I have a shower/tub insert so the shower isn't tile, which may respond differently. It works best if you spray it on a dry, small section, then scrub around with a barely damp sponge and let it sit for about 60 seconds and rinse off. You have to rinse it off quickly after scrubbing or it'll dry down and leave a smear. Because of this you need a lot to clean the whole shower. If you spray this all over your shower and liner, you will NOT have to scrub! It is an awesome product. You do need to spray it at least every other shower. Use hot water to spray off any bubbles or soap that might be on shower, shower floor, or inside shower liner. And then spray everything. Do not rinse. Only issue is that you can't get all of the solution out of the bottle when its almost gone. You need to start out with a clean shower or tub for it to start working immediately. I have been using this product for years. Sometimes I can't find it in the stores and have to buy a substitute. Bar none, nothing works like this product! Start with a fresh clean shower/tub and then use this after every shower and your tub/shower will remain clean. Used according to directions on a newly-installed bathroom tub and tile. The spray went on so smoothly and wide; covered a large area in just a little time. Nozzle is tight without any leakage. Wiped off with a sponge and then rinsed with hot water. After it dried, I noticed a streaky film on the white tile and chrome, so I wiped back over the area with a microfiber cloth and that did the trick. Not sure I'd buy it again for that reason, but we'll see. Because we have a new bath, I can't say how it would clean a very dirty/grimy bath, but I suspect you won't be disappointed. The can is very large but easy to manage. I have nerve damage that extends from my elbows to finger joints, and I didn't have any problems using this product. Purchased this bathroom cleaner after seeing this YT video. In the video this cleaner had supposedly removed older and stubborn soap scum on glass shower door. I applied this cleaner all over my bathroom shower door and let it sit for 5 minutes. I then reapplied another layer and started scrubbing with my Clorox stick. Scrubbing bubbles did remove newer soap scum but did not remove the older stains. I am happy with how clean my shower ended up looking. However I had to use dawn soap and bar keepers friend to help remove soap scum from almost a year ago.VLO

This product is labelled as a commercial cleaner and is the best of the cleaners that I have tried for removing soap scum. Just spray it on and let it sit for a bit. Don't let it dry on. Be careful if you sprayed the base of your shower as this chemical is slippery! I then use a non scratch sponge to remove soap scum, hard water stains, calcium deposits, grime, and dirt. Rinse off the remaining solution. Using this often helps keep mold & mildew away. As a commercial cleaning product, it has a very strong odour. Make sure you have your bathroom ventilation fan on, and door open. My wife has asthma and can not cope with this strong chemical. Maybe that is her way of getting out of cleaning the showers…. The label states it can be used on: acrylic, fiberglass, ceramic tiles, porcelain, laminate, and Corian. Not for use on: marble, granite, terrazzo, or natural stone. I buy the 3.78L (1 gal) jug to refill the spray bottle to be more cost effective. It is strong and works great, just make sure there is ventilation when in in use.knucklebuster

Was using for shower tiles with hard stubborn stains that nothing seems to work on. Bought this for something else to try. Not sure it helped much with the intended stains but worked well on other areas. Be very cautious with washing the surface thoroughly after or you’ll get very obvious drip streaks. It foams, but will slide down if there's any water on the surface and dries down really fast if the surface is dry. I have a shower/tub insert so the shower isn't tile, which may respond differently. It works best if you spray it on a dry, small section, then scrub around with a barely damp sponge and let it sit for about 60 seconds and rinse off. You have to rinse it off quickly after scrubbing or it'll dry down and leave a smear. Because of this you need a lot to clean the whole shower. Do not purchase this product. The trigger is so cheaply made that it will not stay attached to the 32 oz. bottle. It came off in the grocery store checkout line and subsequently twice more while I was trying to use it. I ultimately transfered the contents to my own spray bottle.

The product itself excels as a respiratory irritant but its performance on bathroom cleanup and in particular mineral buildup was lackluster at best. The fumes were so horrendous that I thought it must be doing a fantastic job. Much to my dismay, my hard water stains remain intact on the shower glass.Kevin Stark

It really is Scrub free! I do still use my extendable shower brush to move the product around otherwise it can leave streaks but I am not scrubbing anymore. Also if people are coming over and there is no time to clean the whole shower just spray this over your fixture and rinse and it will look like your whole shower is clean. However, you want to use this with the fan on and a window cracked and close the door so the smell doesn't get into the rest of the house. I just pull my t-shirt over my nose and that works. And, once you rinse the product away the smell goes with it.Nita

This stuff really works! But don't let the name fool you: "Scrub Free." It IS true that you don't have to scrub and scrub. But you do need to wipe the surface after letting the spray sit a few minutes. I say this because my teenage son understood it to mean that he only needed to spray the surface and rinse it off.
