After reading the entire manual for this new glass top electric oven I was really nervous. I was so glad that there was a very small sample of Cerama Bryte and the nylon scrubber included inside the oven. This cleaner is amazing. I clean the top of the stove every time I use the stove if there is anything on the top. It is easy to use … pour a little of the cleaner on top of the glass and using the nylon scrubber scrub the entire surface. When it's dry (almost immediately) take a soft paper towel and just rub off the residue from the cleaner and the top looks like the day it was delivered. I had trouble finding Cerama Bryte but Bed Bath and Beyond was able to order it for me and with my 20% off coupon it was so cheap and it was delivered quickly.Maggie47

My cooktop is old and has been used well over many years, so I wasn't expecting a miracle here, but I was still underwhelmed. Our glasstop stove is "smoothtop" technically but it has an unusual texture that makes it tougher to clean. We have used other glass top cleaners in the past and a problem with them is how difficult it is to wipe the product off of the cooktop. This is superior in that feature – it goes on easily and then comes clean with paper towels. Any cleaner will take work if you have baked-on or cooked-on food sticking to the glass; this cleaner is no exception. I found that for hard spots another (smelly) cleaner loosened the gunk a bit faster, but then was difficult to wipe clean. On balance, I prefer this cleaner to others I have tried. The Scotch Brite Glass Cooktop Rejuvenator Polish is good at polishing. If you are like me and tend to have pots overflow or spatter then have a cooked and caked cooktop to clean, this product will not remove burnt food. I had tried the Scotch-Brite Scrub Dots earlier so I used it with the Rejuvenator to try to remove half of the burnt food. Both used together failed to remove or make a dent in the burnt food. On the other half, I compared the Rejuvenator with another cooktop cleaner that works on burnt food and the other cleaner seemed to do better. Switching sides, I applied the two cleaners on the remaining burnt food. Again, the Rejuvenator with the Dots scrubber didn't seem to remove as much burnt residue as the other cleaner. I received this product free from 3M as a sample to evaluate. I didn't really see any difference in the end result from other glass cooktop cleaners I've used. It looked the same. But I will say that it went on nicer, spread much easier, smelled much better and seemed to have a creamier texture to it, thus making it easier to apply to the entire cooktop. A little seemed to go a long way. So for those reasons I would purchase and use this brand over the others. I try to keep up with mess using antibacterial wipes, but they usually don't do much for the grease spots. This is the first time I have tried Affresh on my stove top. It is easy to use – just shake, squeeze, and buff. The instructions say you can use paper towels or a cloth, I used paper towels, but in the future would use a cloth. Some of the grease came up easily, but some of it needed extra arm work to remove. After I was done I stood back to take a good look and was very impressed with how well this cleaner did, my stove top looked almost brand new. I used this to clean the top of my stove and was shocked as to how easily it got everything off. With very little effort and a decent scrubber sponge and you've got a brand new stove. I have a black stove so everything shows even when cleaned. I have never used a specific cooktop cleaner before, I normally just use soap and water. This stuff is amazingly effective and there's no harsh chemical smell a little goes a long way. I used this on my flat top stove. Like the diections said I scraped the cooktop with a scraper blade first. After that I applied the cleaner with a paper towel and rubbed it in a circle motion. After about 30 seconds the cleaner dried and wiped right off with a ckean paper towel. It took 2 times to get my stovetop looking brand new but it was worth it. I love it! I use the spray each day after using the cooktop use the solution with a glass cooktop sponge about once a month to clean the top well. In addition, the solution is especially effective for overspills with baked-on residue. We recently purchased a glass top stove. Bought the Cerama Bryte Ceramic Cooktop Cleaner, which works great for hard to remove stains and it included the razor blade which is helpful. However I didn't want to use this for everyday little splatters and had a really hard time not getting streaks on the glass top. This Range & Stovetop Microfiber Cleaning Cloth is awesome. I wet the cloth with warm water, wiped down the glass top (had a mix of tomato sauce and ground beef splatter). Then dried with the Glass & Polishing Cloth from the E-Cloth Microfiber Home Cleaning Starter Pack. Done! Everything came off and no streaks in less then a minute. I'm sure there are other ways to clean the glass top successfully but I tried many and these cloths are awesome. Still need the Cerama for tough stains or just weekly to give it a film for easier cleaning. Also bough the Weiman Ceramic and Glass Cooktop Cleaner but don't find it very helpful. Electric cooktops are very convenient nowadays. A drawback however is that sometimes food will spill onto the cooktop and burn onto the cooktop due to the high heat. Those stains are tough to get out. This cleaner did the trick for me. Added some to a microfiber cleaning cloth and was able to clean and buff out the caked on stains. Rutland white off glass cleaner – IT’S A MIRACLE WORKER. AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME! I was wanting to try to send a picture of our stove before and after but it’s not letting me do it. I have tried several different products over the last few years and nothing has worked. When we moved into our house the lady had a kettle on one of the burners. Pastes don't do a great job as they don't wipe away as well as they did on our previous cooktop. Weiman's Cooktop Cleaner is the best for us.
