This product works great for reviving my kitchen table. My table has definitely seen better days before having little kids in the house but this helps bring some life back to it. In the left side of the photo I left my table untreated and the right is treated. You can definitely tell the difference it makes. It has a nice light scent that's not overpowering. I actually wished the smell from it lingered around longer. A few downfalls is it does not spray very well and i've noticed it leaves the table slightly slippery after application. Ive only given this product 4 stars as the ingredients does not break down sufficiently which of the top 14 allergens may be contained in this plant-based product. Having read the description more fully, it refers to almond-scented and with my daughter having a severe allergy to nuts, Id hate to hear reports of a toddler who has put food or a toy in into mouth and then having a severe anaphylactic reaction which is life-threatening. Target Haul!!!! So I hit the local Target, yesterday. Here are some of my favorite cleaners. 1.Pledge multi surface cleaner smells really nice (fresh citrus). You can use this on a variety of surface, not just wood. I like that it does not streak my glass surfaces. Shines and cleans my granite, metal, wood and electronics. It says it is antibacterial and kills the flu virus. I personally just use it on my wood surfaces and kitchen appliances. 2. I use Method Daily granite for my counters, I feel like I great better results (cleans, polishes, protects). A bit pricey but does last me quite a while. Method Daily Granite (orange tangerine) smells so good and it is surface safe (granite/marble/stone), non toxic, no nasty residue, plant based. 3. Windex is just a staple around my house, basically for all my windows and mirrors. Streak free and inexpensive. I buy the large bottle and refill my old containers. Saves a little bit of money. Less plastic out in the land fills too. 4. I love my Swifer sweeper wet pads. They make my house smell amazing. I use on all my hard floor surfaces. I use this in the kitchen, bathroom and wood floors. I have 3 kids and a dog so I find that I touch up my floors probably every other day. 5. Bounty paper towels are my go to paper towels. My house is 98% natural 1934 oak flooring and im always on the hunt for a good but budget friendly wood floor cleaner . I love pledge and the quality of the products. So i grabbed this 16 fl oz bottle and away i went after sweeping . This spray bottle makes it so easy to clean and restore my beautiful oak floors ! Plus it smells good ! Not overpowering smell of orange ,just enough. I used a dry mop after spraying it and immediately wiped it . My floors have never looked better ! Just be careful trying to walk on the floors, it is slippery, wear slippers or socks! After applying, you have to buff with towels . Let sit overnight and then wash your wood floor, let me tell you i saw a huge difference after!!!!! My wood floors have a nice shine to them , doing this process is hard work and a lengthy process , but it is worth it! When I read that this cleaner was plant based I wanted to give it a go because who knows if it turns out less harmful to yourself when smelling or touching it while cleaning? I wasn’t wrong, it definitely didn’t have strong fumes that made me feel disgusted nor made my hands dry when I did the whole process of cleaning barehand…I know that the last thing is not a good idea at all but I wanted to do it to have and idea of how good a plant based cleaner would be. About how effective it was: just as good as a degreaser to strip old oil stains and of course the floor looks good after cleaning. What I didn’t like: the almond fragrance, for this type of cleaner the only fragrance that is available is almond so there was not much eligibility for other fragrance that I consider more likeable.Marita Y.

I really wanted to love this. I like that the Method line is somewhat "cleaner" than many other household cleaning products, and I actually really do like the smell. But I don't like this product. One of the main reasons that I got it was because the entire first floor of my house is super dark hardwood. My thought was that I would use the Orange Glo monthly hardwood floor cleaner and protector (which I LOVE, by the way), and then use this to spot clean in between the monthly treatments. But this stuff does NOT play nice with the Orange Glo finish. The Orange Glo leaves my floors so sparkly and shiny and just gleaming, and this stuff takes that finish totally off, leaving the spots that I clean with this all dull and dingy looking. You can tell exactly which spots on the baseboards I spot clean with this, because they get that same dull finish. And when I use it as a dusting spray on my wood furniture, it almost seems to attract MORE dust and lint, making me need to dust more often. I generally love Method products, but this one is a flop.Jay
