I was impressed by how quiet this unit is even though it has great power. I have a Cross Wave that I've had for years and this does a much better job on hard floors. I cleaned three large floors and a hallway on one charge.jaspen24

I just purchased this product and have used it one time. Set up was a breeze and it charged quickly. The vacuum works very well. I have Pergo floors in light oak, so they don't show dust, but do show dirt and debris. The vacuum had no problem with any of it, including onion skin. The mop part works well as a cleaner. I have some dried on liquids it would not remove, but neither would my Swiffer, which this replaces. But the problem is, the cleaning fluid, once dry, leaves a filmy residue that dulls the Pergo. Under the right lighting, you can see where the liquid was and where it wasn't. I tried buffing it to no avail. It remains to be seen if walking on the floor with buff it out. So as a vacuum and mop, it works. But that residue from the cleaning fluid is barely acceptable. Your results may be different. But I'll be keeping it because if does the job and I will use it more often just for the vacuum. I may forego the mop.lochnez49

I got this in hopes of making it easier to clean my floors with something that is an all in one. But I will be returning it. It is nothing more than a glorified swiffer. The pads are disposable. You even need a pad to do the vacuuming and you can only vacuum in one direction because that's where the suction is. So it takes twice as long. Then the pad is extremely dirty afterwards and you're supposedly supposed to use the same one. Why would I use the dirty pad to then mop with? I wouldn't. So I had to use a new one. Once that pad is wet it begins to flop around and you have to apply pressure to get it to stay in place while mopping. Applying more pressure and holding the vacmop a certain way will in turn cause back pain. The compartment for the liquid also does not come off. So you need something to use in order to pour the water into it. Just bad overall execution on this. I would not recommend and I will be returning. I bought the mop system from my shop club which has reusable pads. Yes I will have to sweep or use my regular vacuum beforehand, but it will still take less time than fighting with the vacmop.Mindy Burnette

I usually use a spray mop but it wasn’t getting the stuck on food from the floor. I’ve tried many other mops and nothing worked. This Bissel eventually gets the stuck on food off- you just have to keep the spin mop over the food for about 60 seconds. It’s better than getting on your hands and knees to scrape off the food. I didn’t notice much of a difference between the regular mop pads and the scrub ones. It feels like you’re operating a professional floor cleaner. I used an all purpose cleaner rather than the Bissel solution. It works well without their solution. I like that the water canister comes off completely and can be cleaned. I’ve used a steam mop of theirs in the past and it would get moldy because the canister couldn’t be removed. I’ll still keep my spray mop for quick messes. The Bissel takes longer to clean the whole floor but does a deeper clean.Sarah B

I debated long and hard about shelling out the money for this product and decided to go ahead and try it….. bottom line: it's okay but not sure it's worth the money…. I do like the low prodile design that can reach under cabinets, tables,etc…. However you would think that for this amount of money it would come with some sort of a stand that you could put it on with the wet pad in between cleanings… I don't intend to remove and wash the pads every time… That was disappointing… It's also hard (impossible) to tell how much cleaning liquid is in the reservoir – which does seem pretty small and I found myself running out (only by noticing that nothing was coming out when I sprayed) and having to refill it…. also noticed that power button and spray buttons are pretty close together and I found myself hitting the power button numerous times instead of the spray button. Also found that I still have to scrub many spots to get them off completely . It does feel fairly well made and sturdy and I have had no problem with battery life……ned4759

Love this mop but it does not last but about a year. Have tried to clean the sprayer with a pen and it still will not work. When I try to see if I have unclogged the sprayer the mop turns off. Love the way it cleans if you can keep it working. A lot of money for something that does not last😡Rida Yates

I only write reviews for excellent or problematic purchases- This appliance cleans quite well, however the battery run time is 10 minutes, not 20, and even in a 700 sq foot home, three uses were required, and the charge time is four hours each time. It cannot angulate under furniture more than 1-2 feet. The waste water reserve is only 150 ML – tiny. The fresh water is 300 ML, double, so the waste water could fill while a great deal of fresh water is still in the tank. The FC-5 corded unit would eliminate the tiny run time, and allow one to clean floors at one time in a small home. It is actually less expensive too. Its waste water reserve is 200 ML, larger, than the 150 ML on this. I cannot recommend this unit to anyone who is serious about cleaning and wanting to be efficient. For the higher price, it is not a reasonable purchase. The guarantee by QVC is helpful as Karcher wont help much. . I even read that their customer service requires pre payment to ask questions but I have not verified myself and have no intention as this must be returned. I would suggest consider the corded FC-5 or the Hoover Flooormate, now called Pet Dash, however that uses scrub brushes, can leave water pooling, and is too bulky to get under any furniture to any serious degree. I hope this helps someone else to avoid spending so much money and time only to realize the unit ought not be on the QVC website. I mentioned all this to customer service. Super noisy and has too much stuff to clean and wash. Plus you have to wait for the rollers to dry. Ain’t no one got time for that. I like to put things away right away but with this the rollers are hanging around in my laundry room cuz I have to dry them. It says you can put rollers in dishwasher but that’s kinda gross. Hah I have a steam mop and got this as a gift. Def didn’t need it because my steam mop is nice and quiet and works great! This mop is too pricey for me to even think to spend that much on it.Lkop

When I originally used this product I thought it was great, easy to use and did a good job. However the charge lasted for part of my floors so I had to empty it and put it on the charger for an hour before finishing the family room, bath room and laundry room. I had to charge it again to do the landing by the front door. Once I took the rollers off the first time I couldn't get them back on correctly and the booklet stopped before telling me how t reinstall them. One of the rollers tends to start coming off during use. Its too bad because I really like how light it was and how it cleaned well. I have now seen the newer one you put out with the cord but all the reviews say the cord id too short.Eileen

I've tested a decent amount of vacuums over the last decade. This is the first one I've tested that was made for hard surfaces and I was excited to get it mostly for my wife who always uses whatever other vacuum on our hard floors almost interchangeably as our carpeted areas. While I normally would sweep hard floors and them vacuum up the pile or let our robot vacuum with mop attachment do all the work for me. Setup was a little overwhelming looking at first but not too bad. The whole thing comes in more pieces than I would normally expect to find but the instructions lay out what everything is pretty nicely and after the initial shock it wasn't too hard to figure it out. I put it all together and let it charge over night (it suggests at least 4-5 hours of charge time before the initial use). I'm pretty happy with the steps required to actually use this vacuum. It's mostly a supplement to our robot vacuum/mop. I'm happy with the robot but we usually go around the are and pick up/move everything off of the floor in the entire upstairs before we run it so it's a process. It does a good job but the setup and reconstruction of the area before running it makes us use it far less than I'd like. So having a vacuum that's made for sweeping and mopping that I can easily setup and break down is key. When you want to use this, just fill up the clean water tank with mostly water and a small cap-full of soap. Then you're ready to go. The first time I hit the power button, I was surprised as it kind of drives itself forward. Pretty nice to lighten the load but you're also fighting against that push when your pull the vacuum back again. Overall it was a nice little assist, I think. The vacuum and mop did a pretty nice job of cleaning the floor pretty quickly but it did require an empty and refill of the tanks before I was finished. That doesn't take too long so it was no big deal. After I was done doing the whole upstairs area, the battery still had about 60% left (I was worried because when I first started it up, it looked like the battery was draining very quickly). The nice thing about having a screen with all the information on it is that you can see at a glance how hard the vacuum is working and what battery level is remaining. After you're done the instructions recommend you clean the dirty and clean water tanks as well as the roller and roller protector after each use. This is the only annoying part since you can't really just grab the vacuum to do a quick job and put it back but the cleanup of these things doesn't take too long. The base station does include an auto-clean feature for the roller so you have that going for you and there were 2 additional rollers included with this vacuum so you can always just rotate them if you need to clean one. Apparently there's an app that goes with this vacuum. The instructions just said that you can "perform all functions from the app" but I don't really know what functions those are. I did not download the app and can't imagine what I would possibly need it for. The functions on the vacuum are very minimal and can be adjusted with just a few pushes of the 3 buttons on the vacuum. I just didn't want another app on my phone. The only weird thing I didn't love about this vacuum was how it sat on the charging station. It leans forward quite a bit for some reason. I would expect it to just sit straight up and down but when the head is locked and you place it on the charger the handle leans forward at what feels like a 30 degree angle. Far more than you'd expect. Enough that I thought I was doing something wrong. I couldn't figure out a better way to place it on the charger though so I'm going to assume it's just how it was designed. I got used to it quickly enough but it was a weird thing when I first saw it. Overall, I like the vacuum. It does a good job supplementing our robot vacuum by being easy to get up and running and being easy to break down and clean when we're done (while not needing to break down the entire upstairs before using it since we can move things while vacuuming). If you're looking for a nice hard surface vacuum/mop and this fits your budget, give it a look. I was impressed with it for the most part.swemoney

I never taught about using a vacmop before i was kind of skeptical and it would take me a while to clean my hardwood floors .. was kind of an event to say. Not anymore… thanks to this Tineco Floor One s5 Extreme i’m actually looking forward to do it now. I will attach some pictures to see what comes in the box and it’s pretty straight forward plug and play kind of situation as well with some before and after situation. Everything is very intuitive to use but you can check the book or type the name of it on youtube and they have an interactive video in how to use it for first time. It comes with 2 extra brushes and an extra filter that will come in handy when you’ll wash and let dry the ones that you’ll be using first(about 24hrs) they recommended doing that after each use and you’ll want to do that and don’t forget to empty the messy water each time so u prevent bad odors. The design and features are very modern … it has a voice and a screen that will assist you in your cleaning process. To be mentioned here is the feature that senses the proportion of a mess when on auto and turns gradually the blue light into a red one, sign that you should insist in that particular area till becomes completely blue and it’s scary accurate!!! The stand acts like a support and charger (which will take somewhere 3-4hrs for it to be fully juiced up). They also recommend using ONLY Tineco cleaning solution or just plain water. I totally underestimated this machine. When I turned it on, the brush kicked in and almost dragged me acoss the floor! Not really, but I was surprised by how powerful the brush was for such a compact package. This mop is no joke. I'm a busy and stressed-out professional, so lots of housekeeping chores don't get done on a regular basis. I've been meaning to clean the kitchen floor for quite a while — I had food and coffee spills, tracked mud, etc, on the floor in places, and serious grossness under the oven and fridge. I figured that I'd give this machine a workout. It really worked. It took several passes in some areas, but the machine just kept working at the mess until it was all clean. The dirty tank strains out the solid materials to make it easy to dump without clogging your sink. It also uses less water than I would expect, so I didn't have to dump the tank nearly as often as I thought I would have to. The clean tank and the dirty tank have good capacity. One super thoughtful little detail is that both tanks have flat bottoms, so they can be put upright on the counter, and you don't have to lean them against anything like you do with other wet vacuums. I really like how it is as maneuverable as a light vacuum, it does a great job on hard floors and we can also use it on floor mats that aren't too thick. That brush-forward design really gets right up to edges and corners. It is very user-friendly. The display is large, bright and useful, and the voice prompts are really helpful. Even self-cleaning is super easy. I'm just not sure what benefits you get from the app or its wifi connection.Snarltoof

What I have found is that this product works best if you just gently direct it vs. forcing it. What I mean is the spin of the pads isn't the fastest and you may want to force it over the floor faster. Don't do that as it will put unnecessary stress on the unit and the motor. I have 600 sq ft of wood floor that I have been cleaning with this unit. I use a 5% mixture of white vinegar and water to put in the unit to clean the floor. I take the second set of pads and use with warm water to go over the floor a second time to remove the vinegar solution. I rinse the pads during the second pass multiple times. This creates a super clean and streak-less floor. I have dark Brazilian cherry floors that up until now have always showed streaks. And by not forcing the unit, I can complete 2 passes on the floor with 1 battery charge.Barry-VT

Our large dog leaves big paw tracks all over our laminate floors. I love this Elicto-530 cordless mop, because I can add some ready-to-use laminate floor cleaner (Bona brand) to the mop & make quick work restoring our floors to their original luster. For really big jobs, you may prefer the corded model, so you’ve got more than about 20 minutes of power to ‘get ‘er done.Joan

I use mine on my premium vinyl plank flooring. It does a good job; however, the second I unplug it, the charge drops down to one light. I have not run out of battery, but it definitely loses its umph. Emptying the liquid cleaner out of the tank is very cumbersome and difficult. There should be a way easier way to empty the cleaner. The green pads work fine, but they do not get into the ridges between the flooring planks. Pad with a thicker texture would probably work much better but that is not an option. You need to be careful when using it as sometimes it gets away from you and spins out of control. Overall, it's a decent light duty, mop. I still prefer my OXO microfiber mop over this unit.Ch14lady

Having never used a wet vac like this before, all I can say is WOW! I admit, I was a skeptic. We regularly clean our hard floors so I really didn't expect to see any great results. That all went away after the first use. Great product. It makes scrubbing the floors a piece of cake. Starting with the overall looks. It's a really sleek machine. It's not bulky at all and allows you to get into the same places you would be able to with a normal stick vac. The white color is refreshing and adds to it's nice clean look. The charging base is as small as it can be, but even so, some might find it's footprint a bit large. But when you consider the self cleaning feature it offers, it's easy to overlook the size. The handle is very comfortable and the buttons are placed in good locations. All the indications and icons are displayed on the top of the clean water tank in easy view. They light as needed and let you know what you need to know about the state of your machine. To use the machine, you fill the clean water tank and add a cap of the included floor cleaner. When you turn the machine on, it automatically dispenses the water solution and starts the roller spinning. At the same time, it also starts the vacuum, so you basically vacuum up the water before it even soaks your floors. After using it on our laminate wood flooring in the kitchen, I just noticed a sheen after it vacuumed the water up. It was dry in about 30 seconds. If you've ever used a stick mop with a trigger spray feature, they left about the same amount of moisture. The difference was, the water that was collected in the dirty water tank was, well pretty dirty. There are two settings, a standard speed and a max speed. I tried them both but had very good luck with the standard speed so that's generally what I use. Overall, it's pretty quiet. No loud whiny beater bar, just the soft roller on the floor. The battery lasts long enough to clean our entire kitchen, hallway and front entrance area without any issues, and have power to spare. This package comes with an additional roller and HEPA filter. At first I thought they were just “extra” but the idea is, you have one set that's dry, and the set that you use to clean, so you just keep swapping them out. The roller assembly is extremely easy to remove and replace. Like both of the water tanks, it has a snap in place, spring loaded latch. The roller pretty much just pulls right out. The filter is just as easy to replace. Emptying the dirty water tank was as easy as pouring it in the sink and rinsing out any dirt left behind. To use the self clean feature, just fill the clean water tank with fresh water, make sure the dirty water tank is in place and run the cycle with the touch of a button. The package also comes with a brush tool for cleaning out the tanks, and it includes a roller hair/string removal tool. After cleaning the floors I have to say, they really felt clean. No residue or stickiness was left behind. This is a quality machine that has been very well engineered. A few years ago, we got a cordless stick vacuum for our house. We love using it in-between our robot vacuum sweeps but we still end up having to mop the kitchen floor which is linoleum. Since we’re always looking for ways to make tasks more efficient, this wet/dry vacuum seemed like a good option for our family. When you pull the vacuum out of its box, make sure to look through all the packaging because there are additional parts included and I almost threw out the extra dry filter because it was tucked away inside some cardboard. Even though assembly is required, it’s very minimal. You have to attach the handle to the main body of the vacuum, plug the base into power, and then set the unit on the stand. Once the battery is charged, you can start using it. According to the manual, these are the steps you have to take for operation. Prepare for use – includes charging the vacuum for about four hours Press the power button to start the vacuum. It’s in ECO mode by default. There is a “MAXIECO” button that switches between the MAX and ECO modes. Before using the WET function of the vacuum, fill the clean water tank and add one bottle cap of the solution. The vacuum does come with a lot of parts, but some of them are duplicates so that you have your first replacement roller and filter with the original purchase. I always like it when companies provide that first part replacement. As far as operation goes, the vacuum is fairly simple. You press the power button and it turns on. If there the cleaning solution is in the clean water tank, the vacuum will both mop and vacuum simultaneously. If the water tank is empty, the vacuum will still run, but obviously will not provide the mopping function. The roller will still spin, however, so you do get a bit of a deeper dry cleaning than without it. There are two functions that I want to point out – one that I like and one that I don’t. The first is the fact that you don’t have the option to select wet or dry. You have to use both. The only way that I’ve found to vacuum only is to leave the clean water tank empty. The problem there is that you end up with blinking lights on the display, which can get annoying. The function I LOVE is that the vacuum is self-propelled. I was shocked when I turned it on for the first time and the vacuum nearly zoomed out of my grip. I just wasn’t expecting that much power from a cordless vacuum. I haven’t run into a battery problem yet. The manual states that on ECO mode the vacuum should run for 25 minutes. I haven’t had a single cleaning session last that long yet so I don’t know the ‘real’ life of the battery. The battery did have some charge out of the box. I did charge it some before using it the first time, but not the full 4-hours. I have been happy with the suction power of the vacuum and the cleaning ability of the mop, however, I did notice that any sticky spots or heavy stains will not be picked up by this vacuum. I ran the vacuum in our kitchen – moving it back and forth several times on each section of the floor. I noticed that the floor did appear shiny and wet so I know the mopping function was cycling the cleaning solution onto the floor. The floor did dry quickly I did think that it felt a lot cleaner than before I used the vacuum. I did have a couple of spots where something had been spilled and left to dry that the vacuum did not clean up. That said, a couple of lighter stains were removed if I left the vacuum sitting on top of it so that the roller brush could concentrate on that spot. I like the features of this vacuum and its ease of use, but I do wish there were a couple of things added on (a dry/wet option, a heavy stain cleaning option, etc.). I love that a base plate is included because that gives the vacuum a spot to ‘live’ in as well as keeps the roller off the floor as it dries. All in all, I think this is a nice device. Versatile vacuum makes our 90% laminate floor cleaner that it’s ever been. We used to use those “easy” mops that have replaceable wet pads to mop our floors and they worked better than a mop and bucket but this vacuum makes it a piece of cake! The setup and operations were so simple that I thought I was missing something in the suggestions (instructions) but I wasn’t. I normally am the type of person that can pull new electronics out of the box and start using it without help but I had never used a mop/vacuum combo like this before so I read the suggestions. It is so simple, push the power button. If there is liquid in the clean water tank it will mop and vacuum. If that tank is empty it will vacuum only. When you are done just set it on the base and it charges automatically! The vacuum even cleans the brush by itself! There will be a “water drop” icon that lights up which means it needs to clean the brush. Just set it on the base and press the water drop button once and it cleans the brush for you! I am very impressed with the simplicity, power and convenience of this vacuum/mop. I love the base with self-charging so you never pick it up and find that the battery is dead. I bought the corded Spinwave because I needed extended time to clean hardwood floors after removing carpet. It did a great job removing built up padding print on the hardwood floor with the scrub pads. Then after drying, I used the soft pads to apply another hardwood cleaner to help the floors shine. I had to wash the scrub pads frequently because they lifted so much dirt from the floor. I also used it on my hardwood and it really made them shine. Plan to use on a couple more projects with hardwood floors that need some help. Definitely liked using hot water with cleaner as directed and no battery to recharge. Worked smoothly unless pads got off center. Would definitely recommend!Carolyn

Originally I wanted this I did a lot of research and thought the Tineco one was far more advanced considering they had come out at the same time. My Bissell broke and again it hasn't even been a year I did not buy the warranty for it because I thought it would at least last a year. But I decided I'd buy my original choice and I'm far from disappointed. The issues I had with the Bissell I don't with this. Bissell was bad at streaking and would leave a puddle of water behind the brush roller was so soft it wouldn't pick up dried messes larger food bits would be pushed in front of the Bissell instead of being picked up. The Tineco one is streak free has a studier brush roller that makes picks up dried messes easily it is an auto mode machine so it distributes water and detects water never leaves a puddle behind large food objects like dog kibble gets picked up easily. I have a fairly high number of animals and a senior dog who doesn't have 100% bladder control so these machines are used day in day out. I recommend this to anyone its perfect for everyday use light to heavy messes.Alysun Lusty

I assumed it was our habits so we bought a second one and the same thing happened again, even with more vacuuming and better Crosswave cleaning habits. This time I decided the extra money would be worth it and so far it definitely has been! The only con so far: the clean water tank really should be larger. We have a medium house, nothing large or fancy, and we can't even get through a full room (kitchen especially) without refilling the tank.Cam

I do list detailed limitations below but it solves my biggest problem (a quick daily cleanning) so I am still happy. Pros: – Battery is sufficient for 800-900 sq.ft – Capture pet (cat) hair, dust, and small trash on floor; great for daily clean; – Its design makes it easy to move; – Less noisy compared to Roomba/regular vacuum (but still not quite; just relatively quieter) ; Limitations: – The clean water tank is kind of small; requires refill if you use max clean mode or have a slower cleanning process; For dirty water tank, it's enough for cleanning process but usually require to dump all dirty water before its self-clean (so it does not over the dirty water limit) – It has clean gap (about 3cm/1.2 in) on the edge that its brush cannot reach so cannot work for near kitchen cabinet cleanning; also its wide brush design makes it hard to go into corners near toilet; – Its brush is designed not to hurt flooring which means it also cannot do deep cleanning (e.g. clean out stains on tile grout) – Cleaning dirty water tank can be nasty if you have pet and long hair;Ali

I received a brand new Bissell Crosswave HF3 Cordless Multi-Surface hard floor cleaner complimentary from BzzAgent in exchange for my honest review. First off I would like to say how simple this was to assemble. Right out of the box, I just had to firmly snap in the top handle to the bottom of the device until I heard a click. This is something anyone can easily put together quickly. I made sure to read the instructions manual a couple of times. Being cordless, the only downfall I discovered was how long it took to fully charge this device. 4.5 hours to fully charge it, and I got around 30 minutes of use before I had to charge it again. I love how simple it is to switch from low to high mode and the LED lighted indicators. I have hard wood flooring, as well as tile flooring at my house. This is ideal for anyone who doesn't have carpet flooring. The charge dock is very interesting because the device fits perfectly onto the dock and you plug in the adapter go the docking station. Then plug it into any normal outlet. This doesn't take up a lot of space and it makes my floors spotless. It will let me know when the battery is low with a blue flash light. This came with a very handy brush and strainer which makes it much easier and quicker to clean it. Not to mention it has a self cleaning mode. You have to recline the device in order for it to start working. I then select if I want low or high water flow and it automatically dispenses the fluid + water mix. Then I push it forward and backwards to get the job done. Being that this is cordless, I can get into places I normally can't reach unlike other machines I've owned before. Also I don't have to worry about any cords getting tangled or not reaching. For a nice deep clean, I used the high mode which you will see the liquid on the floor. This is suppose to happen. You want to let it soak in for at least five minutes before going over it. For really stuck on stains, I had to repeat this process a few times. This machine is lightweight and easy to maneuver. I definitely would recommend buying this Crosswave by Bissell! I am still learning how to use the machine after having a little over a week and I did watch a few videos on how to remove the brush roll. I also like how you put the solution and water in the top part and the dirty water dispenses on the bottom. I've had zero issues with this leaking. Also if you tend to have a lot of hair on the floor, make sure to check the brush roll so you can cut off any hair that has tangled on the roll. I do wish it came with an extra brush roll but that is ok because I can find parts for this very easily. Do not make the mistake of over filling the top water tank. There are two lines, one for the water and one for the Bissell solution. I love that this comes with a 18 month warranty. Do not forget to fill out the warranty card and mail it out or you won't have any warranty. Bissell has their own support team that you can either email or call with questions or concerns. The price of this machine is a little pricey, but after trying I definitely understand why. It actually works! So far so good.Redhdedgrl

And how cool that it cleans its own roller when you put it back on its base. I also get more time from mine been a lot here have said the average is around 22 minutes. I get close to 35 minutes. this says that this is the item that I purchased, but what I received was one that was briefly released before it was labeled the new model. I get longer battery life. also if you register your product and provide your email address. They mail you a free roller. Which is very handy to have one drying while the other is in use. The price is great, I don't think you will regret your purchase. and just an FYI for those of you who are complaining about how the cleaning machine leaks. I just about bet you're not using the proper cleaning solution. I tried using something with a friend and it foamed up and leaked all over. Now I only use a floor cleaning solution. The Tineco iFloor 2 is an awesome cleaner! Unboxing the iFloor 2 was very easy, and it was packed quite well. It arrived with a partial charge and lasted about 10 minutes before I had to charge it. It's worth mentioning that the device didn't lose suction or roller strength at all during this period, and the device just turned off once there wasn't enough charge remaining. So, you can expect full power up until the battery requires a charge. Once fully charged, I was able to clean the entire house with the iFloor 2, and ran for a full 45 minutes. The power indicator was still solid, indicating there was no need to charge yet. It wouldn't surprise me if a full charge could last for a full hour in some instances! We have tile floors in our kitchen and one bathroom, and hardwood floors throughout the house, and linoleum in another bathroom. The iFloor 2 worked beautifully on our tile and hardwood, removing a ton of dirt, hair, and stains that were left behind after using a steaming mop just a few days ago (see picture for gross dirt water!). Regarding the stains in particular, we have tried many scrubbing techniquest through the years but we were never able to remove them from our tile. The iFloor 2 lightened or removed all the stains on our tile! I suspect repeated uses of the device will remove the stains entirely (here's hoping!). For the hardwood, we've never taken the time to mop and instead just vacuum. The iFloor 2 made short work of the dirt on the hardwood, and even removed a layer of dirty film we didn't even know was present. Our hardwood floors have never looked so good! The bathroom linoleum cleaned up easily too with the iFloor 2, and just "feels" cleaner when walking on it than after using a regular mop. Cleaning the iFloor 2 once the job is complete is really easy too. It has a self-cleaning cycle that takes care of the hard work for you by cleaning and rinsing the roller brush. The resulting water is then collected in the dirty water bin for easy emptying. The only concern I have with the device is the charging port. It uses a standard barrel-type plug-in adapter, and it feels a bit loose in the port on the device. It works perfectly for the time being, but I just wonder how it'll hold up over time after repeated connect and disconnect cycles.Angela40

I have very mixed feelings about this machine. Ultimately I think if you’re looking for something quick and easy to clean up small messes, lightly dust, etc. this would work just fine. The suction is decent, and where it did clean, only with both mop and vacuum, it got some little unnoticed spills up and didn’t streak. The machine is quiet, maneuvers and works efficiently, and really feels nice to use. My two main let-downs with this is that it doesn’t seem to be very pet-hair friendly (despite what Tineco claims), and the machine doesn’t get close enough to baseboards/edges. I wanted to see how well the vacuum part worked without adding water/mopping. Not only was it aggravating that the machine seemed to blow air out and thus dog hair away, I couldn’t go more than a couple of passes before the machine would get clogged; I have a short haired dog and my floors weren’t that bad. It did work a bit better when I started using the water though. Next, I’ll have to go around with perimeter of half my house with my normal broom and mop because the gap of untouched floor is THAT noticeable. the closest you can get to a baseboard is roughly 1/2” on one side, and probably a good 1 1/2” on the other. What’s the point in using this thing if I’m going to have to get the big guns out anyways?Ashtan

I had seen this mop all over TikTok and wanted one for a while. I finally bought one for about $40, couldn't wait to use it and was immediately disappointed. The handle wouldn't stay locked, it kept telescoping which was very frustrating. The next thing I noticed was that when you push forward on the mop, it functions like a mop should. On the backwards motion, the plastic base of the mop that the mophead attaches to just scrapes along the floor. I don't think the fabric of the mop was even touching the floor at all, it almost flips upside down so that only plastic is dragging along the floor. I mopped about 1/8 of my apartment before I had to stop. I cant put myself or my downstairs neighbor through that every time I mop. Terrible, terrible product that was over advertised on TikTok. Luckily you can return within 90 days if you're not satisfied otherwise Id be out the $40 I spent plus the floor cleaner.Emma Haus

Purchased this mop after several people I know said how great it was. While I do like the actual mop head and the spin idea, the handle is garbage. The handle is telescoping for whatever reason and will not stay locked. It constantly comes unlocked while mopping even with essentially no force applied. I honestly don't know why they would design a telescopic handle for a mop I'm the first place, especially considering that even with it extended fully it's still pretty short. My guess would be that it's easier to box and put in shelves, but it also makes the product garbage. They should have went with a screw together design if that was their concern. Also the mop head just king of clicks into the handle. Had they designed it with a traditional screw handle like most mops and brooms have I could have easily just gotten another handle and screwed it onto the mop head. As I said I love the idea of the product and like the was it mops when it actually functions. At this point I'm not sure what options I have to make it work better but will most likely end up having to return it. It is extremely aggravating to be in the middle of mopping and have a handle constantly trying to push in.Justin

This mop bucket with spinner is so easy to put together and use. The instructions for expanding the handle was a sticker attached to the handle so you'll never lose it. The mop head snapped into the handle with no problems. I had my doubts about this product but I am glad that I made this purchase. I used this at a client home and wondered about the quality. The mop did exactly what it was supposed to do. I paired it with Mr. Clean multi surface cleaner. This product cleaned 3 years worth of ground in dirt from bathroom floor tiles. I haven't seen the floor this clean for 3 years. I was using swifter wet jet which didn't even last thru the warranty. I switched to swifter wet floor pads and that didn't clean the groves in the bathroom tiles either. This product does exactly what it says it would do, however, I would not use it on wooden parquet floor because even though you spin the water out of the mop head it is still a little too wet for a wooden floor. 1. I LOVE the long handle. As a tall person, it is hard to find a long enough handle that doesn't hurt my back from having to stoop over to get a decent scrub. 2. The kids like to help now. Even if it just to pump the peddle and spin the mop, so far, they are willing to help. 3. Easy off/on to clean the heads. Pops off, snaps on. I will say that the strings do shrink when you put them in the dryer so air drying may be the best. 4. I bought this for my 84-year-old mother. I didn't have much belief that it would help her mop her kitchen and bathroom as often as she wanted but I was wrong! It is easy for her to use both in set up and after cleaning is done. She is able to get the mop twisted tight enough that the floor doesn't take hours and hours to dry causing possible slip and fall issues for her. I highly recommend this item. I loved this mop when I was sitting on my couch watching the infomercial…and that's where it ended! When I first received my mop I noticed that many features that the infomercial showed did not come with the actual purchased item. For example, the mop strands were nowhere as long as the mop strands shown in the commercial, the mop head did not spin 360 degrees as shown and the bucket did not stay in place when wringing the mop head out…grr! I used it of course but that was my first mistake. I would say about four months into owning it the gear mechanism that made it spin rusted right off thus making it impossible to spin the water out and the pedal started sticking less than a month into owning it, the fibers of the mop head stuck together and matted up making it virtually impossible to clean properly, both on the floor and in the washing machine and so on. The idea of this product was great! The engineering behind the idea was horrible! Cheaply made and for as much money as the consumer has to fork out for this product, some intense restructuring from the manufacturing should be done. In my opinion, this product should be taken off the shelf, consumers offered the purchase price back and compensation for the poor consumers that had to give lengthy testimonials (such as this) so no other poor soul is looped into buying this piece of junk. I usually read reviews before buying things, but I was in Canadian Tire and simply grabbed this, thinking RubberMaid does at least some basic QA of products. I was wrong. As many other reviews mention, the engineering and/or parts in this product are faulty. The spray mechanism broke after the 2nd use, and started leaking. After a while it was simply POURING out so I could not use it. As the spray is built into the mop, you cannot manually remove and spray the bottle either. The item is simply plastic waste, and a lot of it. I was hoping to use it for years. This item has not been removed or from Canadian Tire after a bunch of obviously bad reviews.Red Ranger

Over the last 4 years, I’ve have owned and used 3 Reveal Spray Mops. There are many reasons to love this mop. It is easy to use and light weight. The soft cloth microfiber pad is reusable, washable and does not leave streaks on laminate floors. The refill bottle is convenient to use with your own cleaning solutions, 2-3 tblsp. of a gentle cleaner (no ammonia) with water. With some design modifications, this spray mop would be super great (!). Yes, I would buy a fourth one if available, and be willing to pay more for improvements to the basic design. Problems I’ve encountered: the trigger mechanism in the handle stopped working on 2 of the mops. The warranty replaced these mops. One of the bottles wouldn’t disperse solutions and now a leaking bottle issue has begun on my 3rd mop leaving puddles on the floor. I’ve tried a popular competitor product and find it wanting. Their throw-away mopping pads leave streaks and I had to use 2 pads each time. Their priority solution/bottle doesn’t allow using your own cleaning solution and I think their cleaner is too harsh on my laminate flooring. And you have to use 4 batteries to squirt the solution on the floor. Because of these 3 points, it’s going to be more expensive to continue using. My conclusion, if Rubbermaid were to rethink their Reveal Spray Mop design a little bit, they would have a BIG winner. Nonetheless, the basic design and its usage in my experience earns 4 stars.Carol inventive organizer

After maybe 25 uses, I discovered that the handle of the mop was slowly coming apart. I dismantled the handle, found out what the problem was (cracked plastic dowel) and fixed it with plastic glue and screws. Yesterday the handle broke again and this time I had to fix it with a wooden dowel, plastic glue and screws. My tendency in life is to fix things without having to throw away in the garbage all the time. The mop works fine now but why do you sell such cheaply made product? Rubbermaid could make it much more solid (use metal parts for assembling not plastic) and garantee it for 5 years at least and people would be happy to pay $10 more for a product that would be solid and reliable. Aside from the weakness of the handle at the joint, all other features of that mop work well.Raymond

So I have white tiles and 4 children, we live in the desert. Things get DIRTY FAST. I’ve done it all as far as cleaning the floors including getting on my hands and knees but come On it’s 2020 people, ain’t no need for that! This hard floor cleaner is impressive. Pros: rechargeable and cordless so you’re not limited as to where you can go. The spinning mop rollers and the design of the cleaner allows you to get right up to the baseboard!! This is a first for me and wow. I can’t ever go back. Clean and dirty water tanks are a must. Otherwise what are you cleaning? Aren’t you just swishing around dirty water? The cleaner is strong. I can’t believe 1/4 cap is enough to clean but the dirty water tank is evidence of the grime. My water was black. It is powerful!! The pull on this bad boy was shocking. It just moves for you. This hardwood floor cleaner is absolutely amazing! I love that it easily glides over any hardwood floor surface and the assembly was super fast. It came with a quick start guide that made setup super easy. I love that the water tank is lightweight and easy to clean. I was able to do my entire kitchen, hallways and dining room with one water tank. It left my floors shiny and spotless with no streaks. My floor wasnt sticky and there was no residue.
