Reviews:
I LOVE DYSON. It’s been a love affair for @15 or so years. I had the V-6 and made an excuse that college child needed so I could get the V-11animal. No one in my house were allowed to use. It WAS my baby – empty nester at the time. I bought it shortly after it first came out so it has the screwed in battery. I needed a cordless vacuum that was able to pick up Belgian Malinois Shepard fur from H _ _ _, easy to use, lighter than a full vacuum BUT WORK AS WELL OR BETTER than a full-size – I have chronic back pain and fibromyalgia and numbness… Yes in my crazy perfect vacuum dream world this existed and it DID! Thanks Dyson! It checked EVERY box of my needs, well except price. It was the most I have ever spent on something for me but dang it I deserved it and NEEDED it. It has been absolutely incredible! I would have told you 2 years ago do whatever you need to and buy bc it has incredible suction, awesome holders for tools with wall mount and on pole, adjustable suction on torque floor tool, adjust able power – Eco for low dirt area, Auto and Boost for deeper and stronger suction. So those are PROS. CONS are you need to press trigger to power it so with my neuropathy in hands at times I cannot vac, need to remove any attachments to empty dirt bin, after @8-12 months the bin empty slide started to stick, and then at 2 years (WARRANTY EXPIRED) and @5 months it started to shut off and then turn on. Called customer support and and they did a video troubleshoot and said it’s the battery. Well no battery in stock. Actually ABSOLUTELY ZERO SPARE PARTS for my baby have been in stock for over a month now! A week or so later it stopped more and then shut down. Called again and told it was the cyclone part (a guy on YouTube had same exact issue but his warranty was still active) BUT NO PART available. He told me to call or go to my nearest Dyson service center. Well the nearest in @1.25hrs. away. I do not have a car – getting divorced so I took my Dyson V11 animal and he got our 25 y/o car worth about the same. He fought for my V11 which was honestly a no win – I don’t know what he was thinking. Lol Plus the service center when I finally reached a person said that maybe it’s the trigger and I could mail it in. I still haven’t decided bc why pay to ship something that there’s no parts for? I am very disappointed and very upset bc it was a great machine.Freeme68
I rarely ever leave reviews but this thing is great! This is my first Dyson purchase and I have a German Shepard mix who sheds constantly, this V11 handles his hair with ease. I love the flexibility to use it anywhere with the attachments that are included, my personal favorite is the mini motorized tool. The simple design makes it easy to clean and maintenance. This thing picks up dirt that you don’t even see, especially in carpets and area rugs. I am also one who cares about packaging and this thing is packaged perfectly. The only downside, like all electronics is the battery life. 5 to 6 minutes on boost mode is not enough for a vacuum of this cost. I would like to see Dyson sell an additional king power cord that can be used to power the vacuum directly more like a traditional vacuum if needed for those of us with bigger houses with lots of carpeted areas.Jxustin
After reading these reviews I can't help but think that these machines are designed to last for roughly 2.5 years. My machine did the exact same thing that others have written about. I purchased this machine back in January 2020, about a month ago it started cutting off during use. The cutting off started getting more frequently to the point where the machine stays on for about 2 seconds before cutting off which makes it inoperable. So I call the service center to be told that my machine is out of warranty as of January 2022 and a replacement motor will cost $116. It is really unfortunate that a $700 machine is designed to last 2.5 years before you have to put more money into it. The sad part about it is that most people will pay the $116 because you can not get a new decent vac for that price and secondly, you have already invested $700 in this machine. It is very disheartening, and I wish I would have went with a different brand.Trise

Reviews:
After a short time of use, I was left slightly unimpressed by this vacuum. I own a similar vacuum by a different manufacturer and there are many features it has, that I wish this Samsung Jet vacuum had, such as a telescoping wand, a spare battery, a stand-alone charging stand, and a bottom emptying dust canister. What I loved the most about this vacuum was how extremely lightweight it is, the suction power, and the low profile vacuum head. I was very disappointed with the battery life of this vacuum, and I also found the pet hair tool (mini motorized tool) to be a mostly useless, battery draining tool. The low profile vacuum head and its powerful suction makes for an excellent vacuum on non-carpeted floors and it picks up pet hair really well. Unfortunately, the tiny wheels on the vacuum head made it difficult to vacuum carpet, which is disappointing for my household since it's a mixture of hardwood and carpet. (It just didn’t glide smoothly across carpet, especially at the higher suction settings.) Additionally, while the low profile vacuum head allows for vacuuming of tight spaces, it really limits the debris size that can be vacuumed up. There are three power levels to vacuum at, low, mid, and max. The mid level does ok but I definitely preferred running the vacuum on the max setting. Unfortunately running at the max significantly reduced the runtime of the vacuum to about 7 minutes, and with only one battery included, this means you're out of luck until it recharges. I did like using the vacuum to reach high spots around the house that tend to collect dust and cobwebs. The light weight of the vacuum and the extension crevice tool made it easy to get to those hard to reach areas without having to pull out a step stool. This is where the lightness of the vacuum really shined, as I was able to go around the entire house vacuuming corners and vents without my arm ever getting tired from holding the vacuum up in the air. Overall, after several days of use, I feel that the performance of this vacuum is just ok / average, especially compared to others on the market. There is definitely room for improvement. Pros – super lightweight – good suction / power – quiet – low profile vacuum head (reaches under tight spots) – brush spool (jet fit brush) is easy to remove for cleaning Cons – non-telescoping wand – emptying of canister – battery life – only comes with one battery – no stand option included (only wall mount) – suction head rides really low to the ground making it difficult to vacuum pieces of debris – small brush spool (jet fit brush) allows for hair to quickly get wrapped up around itKMiller
The Samsung Jet 60 Pet Cordless Stick Vacuum is really lightweight and easy to use with only one hand. It comes with lots of accessories making it very versatile. All of the attachments have a button-click system making it very easy to attach or unattach the different accessories on the fly, so there’s no delay in your cleaning. The vacuum has adjustable suction power and decent suction even on lowest setting, but has even more power when you need it. This vacuum is absolutely great for cleaning those hard to reach places both high and low such as corners, under furniture, air vents, ceiling fans, and window blinds. The Jet 60 is convenient for vacuuming your car. For me, the greatest application for the Jet 60 is vacuuming the stairs. Not having to drag a full sized vacuum up and down the stairs is very nice. The product package states that the battery lasts up to 40 minutes. But when I use it on lowest power setting, I get about 24 minutes before the battery gives out. On full suction power, I only get around 6 minutes of charge. The battery charges quite slowly. After a small job of just a few minutes it takes around half an hour to recharge fully and after a job that depletes the battery completely it takes several hours to recharge fully. This means that it’s really not useful for a whole house cleaning, for that you probably need a corded vacuum. But if you had a small apartment or dorm room it might work fine. Otherwise, it’s mainly useful for spot cleaning and small cleanup jobs like vacuuming the stairs or your car. The dust collection bin is a reasonable size given the battery life, you are likely to run down the battery before the bin is full. The bin consists of 3 parts, one of which is a HEPA filter, and is easy to detach, empty, and clean by rinsing with water. There is a jet of air that comes out of both sides of the vacuum. I mention it because I have experienced these jets blowing dust up into the air while cleaning in especially dusty areas or when vacuuming near loose papers, like on a desk, the papers can get blown around. Overall, the Samsun Jet 60 works quite well, but my biggest complaint is the lack of battery life. I’ve owned other cordless vacuums and getting around 24 minutes of charge time is actually pretty good in comparison.Mkru
Samsung really knocked it out of the park with this little guy. Between my wife and I, we actually enjoy vacuuming. We've even had competitions to see who can clean the most before the battery runs down! It's substantially more than I expected for the size of the battery, you can get a few rooms lightly soiled carpeted rooms in! Not just using it at the lowest speed either! (I'm not sure where Samsung gets the "up to 40mins" number, but I think you'd have to be not using any powered attachments, and at the lowest setting to get close to that, caveat aside, it lasts enough for a quick clean on an average house floor or more!) I also was not expecting it would actually pick up much more than an older hand vacuum that happens to have a long wand/sweeper attachment. It actually functions as a "main" vacuum if you're a frequent cleaner, as it handles deeper messes in a carpet that I was not expecting it to even come close to pulling up all the way. (dog and people hair plus some tracked in dirt/sand that was stepped in, took a few passes, but still managed) It's also not excessively loud, my infant daughter is most intrigued by it and watches us intently, whereas she was frightened/we had to put some hearing protecting on her if we wanted to use our "big" corded vacuum. The ONLY downside I have to this vacuum is the charging/mounting unit, which is why I gave it 4/5 instead of 5/5. Some folks do not want to mount a vacuum and just want it hidden in a closet until use, with a battery charger in the corner maybe out of the way. (The charger mount is a neat idea IF you plan on mounting, since you can charge the battery by itself or leave it in the vacuum and charge through the vacuum without removing the battery)GlennT

Reviews:
Having purchased two Dyson handhelds in the past, I thought I would give Hoover a try this time around (as I do own a pull around canister Hoover that I've had since 2007 and its been awesome) . Unfortunately, I am left disappointed. If you want a vacuum that won't suck up the smallest of crumbs but rather push them around and shoot them out in every direction causing you more work, clogs up with little to no dust particles constantly, and then get zero help or back up from their customer support, then this is the vacuum for you! Because the vacuum couldn't be returned to store once it was used, I contacted the company directly. They proceeded to copy and paste their "de-clogging" instructions, and then ignored the rest of my emails. I am capable of reading a manual and this didn't help me what-so-ever. I cannot believe they actually advertise this as a PET model, because I am using it for much less dirty jobs than pet hair and/or litter, etc. and it's essentially useless. The only good thing I have found about it is the dual batteries and the battery life. However, that isn't very helpful alone when the vacuum doesn't do its job properly. Unfortunately due to the lack of support from Hoover itself, I will not be purchasing any more of their products or recommending to anyone else.kmitschke
I am quite impressed with my new vacuum. Every detail of it seems well thought out which means a lot in this day and age. It really seems to be built to last a long time. All the electronic parts are protected. I really appreciate the brushless "digital" motor. Every little detail is engineered like the battery and charger LED animations syncing together. It came with a silent 4-amp fast charger that charges fully in one hour. This is even including that it waits to charge the battery until it is the optimal temp so it doesn't degrade faster. Each battery and the whole vacuum have a three year limited warranty. The batteries have built-in smart BMS's that communicate with the vacuum and charger to make sure the cells are within their optimal ranges. I noticed the wheels are multi-piece with rubber tread unlike other vacuums I've seen. The whole vacuum is quite simple and intuitive. The phone customer service was some of the best I've ever had. The packaging was recyclable, even the plastic bags. The regular mode seems to clean better than our old corded Shark vacuum and the boost mode is crazy and like suctions it to the carpet. It gets a whopping 9 minutes of run time on boost mode though. The brushroll head is like 3/4 the width of the Shark's so you have to do more lines. The brushroll motor stopped many times to cool down today while I was vacuuming our nasty apartment's carpet. I needed to swap batteries a few times. I charged the other battery while I was using the other. I got the second battery for free as a promotion and it's very needed. Being a cordless stick vacuum is really quite nice but while it can go all the way under couches the weight is located where your hand is which makes it feel a lot heavier than it is. The hours of online research I did was definitely worth it. It would've been a five-star review but Hoover/FedEx's communication on the payment and shipping was very non-existent. Hoover's website could use some work. #sweepstakesTimothy
Did lots of research on many different brands/types of battery powered handheld vacuums for auto and coffee cart cleaning. I roast my own coffee, addicted to espresso daily and those things can be a bit messy at times. This vacuum makes very short/efficient work of cleaning everything I put it through. I could tell just by unboxing it that the build quality is outstanding just based on the feel of the materials used, let alone actually charging/using it. The system is very well thought out with every possible attachment needed for all sorts of mild/moderate cleaning jobs. Very compact to get into the most confined areas too. The filtration system is as efficient as advertised as it never loses suction and the actual filter stays spotless due to the design. Super easy to empty the filter container with no mess/inconvenience. Have seen a few complaints in reviews regarding the battery capacity and yes it does fade when being pushed on MAX cleaning, but it does a great/quick job nonetheless. People should understand you simply can't have MAX performance/capacity simultaneously… Both battery packs give good runtime for the use I put it through and charge in a reasonable amount of time and don't experience any sort of low self-discharge when sitting on a shelf unused for any realistic period of time. Nice to have the option to buy more packs as these age as we have had to toss other brands when the battery fades due to it NOT being user serviceable and just dies. Last point I will make is the awesome design of the powered brush roller as it works very well at various angles and being able to remove the brush roller for easy cleaning is ingenious. Most other brands require the debris to be cut/pulled off of that part due to terrible design.Thomas

Reviews:
I bought this particular vacuum because I had used one at a friends's. I ordered mine on June 23rd and received it the next day! I was so excited! Three days later my friend called and said not to get the vacuum because her battery stopped charging and she had only had it for 4 months! Well, I kept mine thinking hers was a fluke but nope! After 4 1/2 months, my battery has stopped charging! I have tried to call the 1-800 number but it keeps saying "due to weather" they are closed and to call back. IF someone has any suggestions about what to do, please let me onow. I reallly liked this vacuum when it worked. Everything about was great….except now, the battery!Sad DRB in Florida
I've had many vacuums over the years and this is the worst. I extensively research items before I buy them to be sure they have the features I'm looking for, which is why I chose this product. If I could send it beck, I would. The dust cup disconnects from the handle regularly and already I've lost suction. It completely disconnects and falls apart with very little handling. It doesn't "prop up" on anything in my house like it says it should. Eureka is a good brand and I've had other stick vacs but this is awful.Jo
When I unpackaged my Eureka Rapid Clean pro, my first thought that it was too light weight and didnt look like it could handle much nor would the battery big long enough to make it around my house. I will say that I own a Kirby, Dyson, and no this Eureka so I have quite a bit to compare it to. Style wise it was similar to my Dyson V6 but not nearly as heavy. Super easy to assemble- I didnt even bother reading the instructions. I charged it up and took it around the house. Lucky for this review we are renovating our home so there is plenty of dust from hanging, texturing, and sanding drywall, 60 year old insulation fluff in and on everything and every corner and much more. I've been using my Dyson primarily before I received this just because its easier to grab- the Eureka Rapid Pro is MUCH lighter and just as easy to cart around. I LOVE that the head of the vacuum seems to sit really low to the ground where my other stick vacuum is a little higher and tends to grab things that are "too big" for it to handle and thus just shoot it out of the back- this Eureka is low enough that it doesnt really grab what it can't handle. I also love the extra wheels on the head allowing for REALLY nice range of motion.. and the LIGHT! Never thought a light on the head of a cordless vacuum would come in so handy but its life changing! I could SEE where the dust was under the bed and go where I needed and be done rather than just aimlessly moving it around and hoping I got what I needed to. Lastly- the battery life was wayyyy longer than my Dyson. I even used it- LET IT UNPLUGGED for a few days, used it again and left it unplugged again and used- that to me is amazing for a small stick vacuum. All in all- this is definitely a little machine with a big presence! Thank you!Anna

Serdecznie polecam. #akcjasamsungjet.magdalena10

Reviews:
I had the original IF200 model that the head unit started making a noise like a grinding. I called Shark and they replaced it under warranty with the new model IF80. I was excited as they replaced the whole unit and very quickly. After first use I was disappointed as it left a lot of my dogs hair on the carpet. I thought maybe I missed something in the instructions, so I re-read them, checked the unit in case I missed packing material. Did not miss anything. My housekeeper stated she didn't like the new vacuum because it wasn't cleaning the carpet. I went and grabbed the old units powered floor cleaner and went over the carpet again and that unit picked everything up like before so whatever they did with the powered floor unit is what is bad. Again great warranty bad vacuum.Bruce
I do not normally write reviews but am making an exception. I love this vacuum. It is very cleverly designed to bend to get under furniture, and also fold up for storage. It is not necessary to use a docking station to charge the unit, which I find helpful since I have no wall space for a docking station, and I can charge the battery and store the unit folded up under a counter. I find the unit to be quite light, compared to others I have looked at. Also, you don't need to hold a trigger to get it to go (a poor feature on the Dysons). It comes with 2 batteries so you can be using one and charging the other. One battery is enough to vacuum most of my house. It is easy to empty the dirt cup.. I find it has good suction, and the "carpets" function is particularly effective. All over I am very happy.Princess Nasturtium
I've had this vacuum for about a month now, and I love it. I currently reside in about a 700 square foot apartment with carpet in the bedroom and walk-in closet and hard surfaces everywhere else. I can do a full, slow, methodical vacuuming of the whole apartment 3 times on 1 battery (not using the ion mode). The different brush speeds work great for switching between hard floor and carpet. I find myself vacuuming at every chance I get just due to the convenience of this unit. The included accessories such as the crevice tool and detail kit make vacuuming anything a breeze. The flex makes vacuuming under coffee tables, chairs, and beds simple. The only minor complaint would be that the dust bin is small, and dust seems to stick to it to the point where you need to reach in and pull it out to empty. That minor concern doesn't really bother me, but it's worth noting. Overall, I would 100% recommend this vacuum.BRIANB

Reviews:
I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review from #bzzagent. The Bissell Poweredge vacuum was easy to put together out of the box. The suction power is good and I like the accessories it comes with. I was really disappointed that this vacuum does not have an LED light! For over $200.00 you would assume it would. That feature alone would not make me want to purchase this. Also I don't like the fact you have to mount the vacuum to the wall to store it. It should have the option to fold in half. I would not recommend this vacuum.Ange46
This Bissell PowerEdge Cordless Vacuum is amazingly very satisfying to use! It has never fail me every time I use it. It cleans up really good, has a great suction and it also gets the edges well. It's lightweight and super easy to maneuver. We have two dogs that sheds a lot and small kids so we have an endless clutter. This cordless vacuum makes cleaning pet hairs, crumbs and everything else like a breeze! It's way better than our old one. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for an easy cleaning champion!Mother of Dragons
I had put off purchasing a cordless vacuum after using a couple big name / expensive cordless vacuums. But I read the reviews and decided to order this one. I wasn't completely sold until I used it and I was pleasantly surprised by the power, the size of the dust cup, attachments, how quiet it is, movability of the swivel head and the overall great job it did!!! I have one large dog and two cats, so it needs to do a good job. Compared to the other brands it is about half the price and twice the machine!!!shunt365

Reviews:
Purchased this vacuum as I appreciate the convenience of a cordless vac and only have my upper level and stairs that are carpeted. I am extremely happy with the performance. Both my Daughter and I have long hair and the self cleaning roller brush is amazing. Picks up everything from my hardwood floors in the first pass. Battery run time is optimal for what I need and hands down it outperforms my cordless Euphy stick vac. I also have a large dog with short hair and it did a fantastic job picking up hair that I couldn’t even see on the floor. Price point was great (bought on sale and Best Buy had the lowest price). Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a great cordless stick vacuum. Would be nice if this had a stand or bracket that I could pop it Into in my pantry, but not a huge deal.Jaemi
Purchased this earlier this year when we got our puppy, and what a life saver! Beat hauling a bigger vacuum out and being limited by electrical outlets, especially with a busy puppy around the house. I saw the reviews about losing suction, but you should be keeping the canister cleaned after each use anyway which is as simple as releasing the bottom into the trash. Any other suction loss is usually due to hair or lint building up in the vacuum head which takes 2 minutes to clear. Works great on floors and carpet, super light to do the stairs and bring up and down the stairs. Charge lasts me about 2-3 days use. No complaints other than it could be “prettier”? Lol. Happy Customer here.BBB Customer
I live in an 800 square foot apartment with hardwood floors and one longhair cat, and I found this vacuum unable to cut it. It comes with a rolling cleaner, a brush attachment and a corner attachment. When packed up to charge, there’s no place to put the brush or corner attachment. The rolling cleaner has two small felt wheels that allow it to roll. On first use, both of the wheels became full of cat hair and locked up. I tried to clean them, but it wasn’t immediately apparent how to do it. Eventually I was able to pry them out, with some slight cosmetic damage to the wheels. I’m used to using a roomba, and don’t mind some light maintenance work to keep a vacuum running well. What’s not acceptable is the difficulty of removing and cleaning those wheels, and that they fully locked up so quickly.Dan

I've been using this vacuum for a few weeks and I don't have a single complaint yet. I really love how it was designed. It is very sturdy, yet light enough to easily maneuver around the house and over any type of floor surface. The vacuum head swivels effortlessly and intuitively. I especially love the headlight feature which really helps with picking up things in small crevices and under furniture. I have a large long-haired dog and this vacuum picks up the hair without any issues! The battery is very compact; the charger takes up no more space than my single-serve coffee maker as shown in the photo. Charging only takes a few hours and delivers ample runtime for me to vacuum all three floors of my house. The dust/waste bin is easy to empty and clean. Also, the extra two nozzle heads come with a holder than conveniently & cleverly snaps onto the neck of the vacuum handle, so you always have what you need to get the job done! Overall, I LOVE this product. It is the best of both worlds between a clunky traditional corded vacuum and the compact but underperforming handheld vacuum.tfunny
Had this vacuum for roughly 18 to 24 months, has worked pretty flawlessly up until I dealt with the dreaded brush head issue I read others similarly having, after a search of google and Craftsman and finding zero real solutions, I DID NOT spend $200 on a "throw away and buy new" appliance, that simply isn't the United States I grew up in. Anyway, after a week of the head turning on only to shut down after 2 or 3 seconds, I started my disassembly quest by removing the head assembly and looking at the bottom, where I found a red tab with arrows pointing up. I then held said tab with one finger while prying the brush head out with a flat head screwdriver. I clean the brush head. We then see a red gear at the end with a tiny screw holding it, take your tiny phillips head scredriver and remove screw. Gear will be reluctant but wiggle it on out with small pliers or maybe flat screwdriver. THAT was where my problem lied as 18 months of tiny carpet fibers had gotten in there to cause enough friction to stop brush head. Remove the foreign matter and (optionally) apply just a drop of 3 in 1 onto the metal surface. Reverse to reassemble and you may have just saved some aggravation dealing with a silly warranty process or quite possibly some money. SBD Craftsman should be paying me for all the ambassador work I do for them as a DIY nobody, I tell ya hwut. Only problem I'm presently having is the weak "standing" mechanism when the vac isn't being used, it can stand on its own for an hour or so before it wants to lean either way and inevitably falls to the side. It is closet kept where I lean it up against the wall so it's not as big of a deal to me. But can be aggravating between breaks. Would definitely reccomend!! Just don't buy from Lowe's, shopping Amazon or Ace comes with ALOT more dignity in supporting an actual hardware store, Thank you.Kazi9
I've been using this stick vac every day for over a week and that's about 6 times more than I used my traditional corded vacuum. The convenience of not being limited by the length of a cord and wall outlet availability makes it a game changer for me. The motor is strong and cleans as well as my 110v corded vac, but with less noise. The ability to disable the brush makes cleaning tile/wood floors a completely different experience. The 3 power settings are perfectly located to cycle between with your thumb so that you don't suck up a floor mat when transitioning from wood/tile to rug/mat. The ability to detach the motor from the stick and use the brush head in a stubby fashion makes cleaning carpeted stairs unbelievably easier than my traditional stick vac. I have used the shorty to clean the couches and used the adapters to clean under the cushions. With the stick attached to the broom head I can reach under furniture much farther than my old stick vacuum, the LED lights also help find all your kids toys that were lost before sucking them up. The vacuum is very low profile and almost lays down flat so you don't have to move furniture around to clean. Very nice and time saving! The broom head pans from side to side while using the vacuum and I found this to be annoying when trying to go fast. I discovered a way to lock the head and am able to maneuver the vacuum more aggressively without the head flopping around. Craftsman should address that in future revisions of the vacuum, I could see someone making a kit as an "upgrade" and selling those… The wheels on the broom head are nice, but I've found them to be a little lacking when it comes to maneuverability. If the wheels were replaced with ball casters then you would have infinite movement in your X and Y axis and could slide the vacuum in any direction to reach around obstructions. I hope this is something that Craftsman would consider for future releases. The battery life is short lived with the included 2 Ah battery, but enough for me to complete about 1,500 sqf. With an additional battery or (4 Ah) you can accomplish more work. I found myself trying to race the battery to get the cleaning done, which opened my eyes to the swiveling head and rigid wheels. Cleaning is easy. Pull the container, push a button (over a garbage can) and empty the contents. The twisty knob agitator cleans fine particles from the filter (much better than banging it on the garbage can or your other hand). I wish there was a vacuum float gauge you could monitor to quickly determine the health of your filter. I've seen welding helmets with clear tubes filled with small plastic balls and graduations on the tube that let you see air flow. This would make replacing the filter more accurate than just throwing it away and buying a new one every 6 months. I really enjoy using this vacuum and find myself looking for reasons to use it. Welcome to the age of the Jetsons. We may not have flying cars yet but you can be cool like Rosie the Robot and run a cordless vacuum! The Tool Man

Perfect for master bed and bathroom quick vacuuming that you do not want to drag out the big vacuum for. Very light weight with a good balance. Not top heavy, like other competitors. Rhymes with Tyson. We have that one too and I like this one much better. Good for hair, short dog fur, fuzzies from dog bed, and light dust. Holds charge well. Stores away nice and small in the closet. Very happy with this purchase.Flower
I have been through so many stick vacs for quick cleanups. They were all terrible in one way or another – or many different ways… This one beats them all in the following ways: -Easy and clean to empty dirt – two filter pieces stay together and come out and go in easy -Stands up reliably without tipping over if bumped -ACTUALLY CLEANS!!! -front roller comes out for easy cleaning of hair and other things that get wrapped around it ALSO has the following that my others have not: -removable hand dust buster – amazing for small spaces with no need to store an extra item -LED lights – never knew I needed them, but they sure are handy -folding handle – just kinda cool space saver -onboard attachments for the dustbuster I have been buying one stick vac after another (probably 10 in total) over the past 12 or so years and they were all terrible. I was about to give up and just find more convenient storage for my big canister vac, but thought I'd give it one last try! I've only had it a month, so not sure about longevity, but certainly a winner based on features!!!molly
Love the idea of the little vacuum. I just don’t understand why black and decker made it sooooo weak. I have to go over one area 2-3 times to pick up everything. I’m not expecting Dyson strength but also not something that makes noise but does not feel like it’s sucking up particles. It almost feels like a toy. B&D if you read reviews please fix this vacuum make it more powerful but with the same design. Every other cordless vacuum out there is top-heavy and it’s so uncomfortable. Your design is perfect. Also the charging plug in is annoying to plug in. It has to be in an exact rotation to be able to be plugged in. Sadly I will have to return it.Dasha

I bought this vacuum in 2018 when my 1st little one arrived. It was great at picking up the crumbs. We used this daily for 2-5 minute intervals around the dinner table. After about 1.5 years the batter on it died. It's not replaceable either which means the unit is junk. I contacted B&D to do a warranty claim and they sent me a "new" replacement. Well guess what's happened again after about 1.5 years of the same use… Battery is dead AGAIN! I tried contacting B&D again and was asked multiple questions about the unit lastly being the inscribed manufactured date on the bottom of the unit. It was from 2018, meaning 1.5 years ago when the 1st vacuum died, they gave me an old, and probably refurbished unit. This date meant that I could no longer receive any type of warranty work, even though when I received the vacuum it sure wasn't in 2018… I will not be purchasing a replacement at this point and will go out of my way to no recommend this product to other.JoeBazooka
I give it 5 out of 5 over all for suction power and the ability to clean out the whole canister in the garbage with just the push of a button. You can actually clean the whole canister and filter with with soap and water let it air dry. The filter is reusable and cleans out very well. It’s unbelievable what things this vacuum actually picks up. I love LED head light lamps on the front of the vacuum you can really see the dirt and hair when the lights are on and off! The real bonus about this vacuum is the cordless feature no cords to worry about. Turn it on and go! The only negative thing that really disappoints me is the battery power only last 5 to 10 mins if your lucky this is super frustrating. I actually end up buying a new Black Decker battery for $77 off of Amazon.ca. This battery last anywhere from 20 to 30 mins longer the vacuum runs like a dream now. I got this model of Bed, Bath and Beyond website. I highly recommend not paying full price for it because what ever money left over you will need a new 20V Max Black Decker Lithium 3.0AH battery they sell on Amazon.ca. #visualeyecandy.r
I loved this vacuum. It was my birthday present and my husband and I drove down to the States to get one that was on sales there. It was easy for me to carry around and the hose helped me get into smaller place. So much better than your typical dust buster. Within a few years the battery became very weak and I only have about 20 seconds of power now. I called around and there is no battery replacement for it. There seems to be nothing else like it on the market. I'm so sad!! 🙁Spider

Reviews:
If you’ve never used a battery powered stick vacuum, you’re working too hard. The Dyson V7 Advanced Origin vacuum Is one of the lightest vacuums I have used. Easy to maneuver around furniture and items with a flick of the wrist and with its thin beater bar, it fits under furniture with ease. The battery provides about 30 minutes of vacuuming. At first, I thought this may not be enough considering how much time I used to spend vacuuming. But it turns out once you eliminate the time spent plugging and unplugging the vacuum, minding the cord so it doesn’t get stuck or knock something over, or moving things to vacuum around or under them, I found I could vacuum the house much faster than I ever could before with much less effort. Not that I have much battery left, it’s just about all used up. I do feel a bit of “Range Anxiety” having just one fixed battery and do rush more. A replaceable battery pack as used on cordless drills and other tools would be a welcome addition. This Dyson comes with a combination tool, the wand/pipe, and a de-tangling motor bar cleaner head. with hair removal vanes that clear long hair and pet hair from the brush bar. The motor bar cleaner head seems to work, no hair or strings got wrapped around the beater brush. Be aware that this model comes with just what is listed in the product description, the combination tool attachment. There is no crevice or other attachments which used to be standard. Nor is there a wall mounted charging dock. If you know you will need the attachments, you should look at other Dyson models that include them or purchase them separately. Not a problem for me replacing a well-used Dyson vacuum that came with the attachments which are all still in excellent condition. Not including the attachments keeps the older ones that are in good shape from going into the landfill and should help keep the price down. This seems to align with the packaging which was all fully recyclable cardboard. No foam, plastic or other environmentally bad packing material was used. Replace the wand with the combination tool and you have a very powerful hand-held vacuum to clean furniture, drapes, the car, or whatever you need one for. The normal/low power setting seems perfectly adequate for hard wood floors and low pile carpet. The High-power mode adds a very noticeable increase in vacuum power and noise. Nice to have when you need it, but I found I rarely did. The Dyson is a well-made vacuum. Very nimble and powerful. Everything fits and functions exceptionally well, which is what I have come to expect of the brand.MrBill250
Up to now we have been very happy with our v10 – great performance and useability. But after 18 months two niggly problems have surfaced as a result of the failure of small plastic pieces that are not sold as replacement parts – you have to replace the whole assembly. 1. The red plastic button that attaches the wand to the body has broken and falls off. 2. The red plastic clip that is supposed to stop the bin sliding off the body has worn away, so that the bin comes off every time you just want to empty it. Both are small plastic pieces that are clearly separate to the main components and should be replaceable – but they are not. I was quoted £121 to replace the wand and the body – that is both extortionate pricing and a total waste of the other parts that are duplicated when you buy the spares. Dyson should do better to support customers and the environment. I will also say that we have a still working V6 (nothing gone wrong) and an old DC04 which has had many parts replaced over its' long life, but it still runs fine and was cheap/easy to fix. I guess that says that they are not built like they used to be. Oh and one more thing – the flexible hose for the V10 also fell apart after a year!Disappointed
I have always been huge Dyson fan as I find their products work well and stand the test of time. This cordless vac reminds me of the one I originally purchased nearly 10 years ago. It is nimble and very well balanced. On a fully charged battery, I have been able to spot clean multiple rooms, multiple times (hard floors with a few small rugs). I have used other cordless vacuums and find them to be unevenly weighted compared to the Dyson. The body of this is somewhat heavy for its sized, but the grip, and overall design are very ergonomic and I feel it conforms to the movement of my hand and wrist seamlessly. This makes the weight less of a concern, which is a factor for me as it determines whether I can effectively use a product or not. I personally wish that the on/off was a switch rather than a sqeeze trigger and that the option for max power was a push button thumb trigger rather than sliding switch on top of the body. Also of note, this model does not include any kind of wall mount kit for storage/charging, where my previous model did. I do find the model to be a bit noisy especially on MAX mode, but it is not intolerable. The beater bar does great job picking up hair without tangling.ArmadaJim

Reviews:
I really loved this vacuum with great features and a decent price point and it worked very well considering I have a dog that sheds a lot. Most of my flooring is hard surface and use(d) this primarily for doing the carpeted stairs, quick clean ups and under furniture. The hose on the power head tore a few months ago and I could not find a replacement for it, unless I purchased the entire power head which is almost as much as I paid for the whole vacuum. So, I used some Goop to glue the holes and it worked for a while but now so many segments are torn that the cannot be glued together anymore; still no replacement hose available. Disappointing.Scott
My husband and I are in our 80s with the usual arthritis and back problems. When we bought this vacuum we thought we had gone to Heaven early. It is so light and flexible and it gets under and around furniture so easily. The suction is terrific and emptying the canister is a snap. So we bought a second one for the other side of the house. The minute it arrived the first one would only run for less than a minute and then shut off. It was fully charged but still refused to work! I feel really let down by a product bearing the Eureka name. Eureka has been the name of choice for over 50 years in our household. Such a shame!Unhappy Senior
I JUST purchased this vacuum and am in love with it!! It worked incredibly!! I couldn't really believe… Like, finally, I just found the BEST for me vacuum. It's lightweight, it swivels, on high mode it kicked butt!! The extensions are so easy to put on/off… THERE IS NO CORD!! YAY!! I could probably say a whole lot more things that I love about this vacuum and the only thing I didn't love was how it doesn't stand up on it's own.. but no biggy, you can lean it somewhere, precariously.. Today I'm sad.. the battery lasted no time at all on the high mode, and having a dog, that was one of my the fav thing. on the medium mode, it's mediocre, seeing as I know what it CAN do.. I'm just recharging now, having to wait to do the last room of the house, the dogs room no doubt, and I'm going to need high mode.. it's just so disappointing I literally just got this thing yesterday, let it charge fully, and then I got to play around with it and all the extensions last night, cleaning my bedroom ceiling, the blinds, etc.. now on DAY 2 it lasted maybe 5 min on high mode.. and it was charged.. it takes a while to charge, don't even know if mine works? The bottom dot just flashes for ever, then after a while I look at it, and no lights are on so i disconnect the charger, put it back in, and nope still a blinking light… I'm so disappointed..Khrista

Reviews:
We’ve had this vacuum for over a year and I love it. -It’s insanely convenient. Quiet (can vacuum during nap time!), works great on our hardwoods and carpet (no need to switch to different modes), thoughtful wall mount with storage for all attachments. I’ve looked at a lot of other vacuums (including other tineco options) and this one seems like the best bang for your buck. Now, this vacuum has its quirks, and after more than a year of daily use, I’ve come to speak its language. But what you might want to know before buying- It requires maintenance. It’s not complicated, but I have to regularly check for blockages, as well as clean and replace filters about once a week. I failed to read the manual and did not do any of that the first couple months I owned it, and got frustrated with performance/battery life. But it was a very simple fix. And now I find I can still get at least 25 minutes of run time out of a fully charged battery- no different than when I first got it a year ago. -The suction does not overly impress my husband and is probably not top of the line. But we have two toddlers and a dog, and it gets the job done. We inherited a bulky (but powerful) bissel and I honestly never find myself needing to use it. I’ve come to seriously love my little tineco!laguinto
We have a small home with birds and a dog. Most floors are laminate with two carpeted areas and one area rug. The price point and reviews online were positive. This stick vac does the job well and is easy to put together, easy to empty and takes very little space. The battery lasts long enough for daily cleaning. We’ve only had the vac for a couple of weeks but are very pleased with it. A video on YouTube helped answer any questions. So far nothing negative to share.Og
Recently purchased the A10 Hero Cordless Stick Vacuum for the upstairs of the house. We have two cats that shed hair here and there so we decided an extra stick vacuum on the upper floor would be so convenient. We already own a Tineco A10 Dash vacuum and use it for our kitchen and main floor hallways and very pleased with it so it was not difficult to decide upon getting another Tineco product. Our new A10 Hero works great on our hardwood floors and comes with numerous useful attachments. My favourite is the mini power brush attachment as it really comes in handy to convert to a handheld vacuum to clean the chair pads and the tops of the beds after our cats finish their naps. This vacuum is lightweight, has a fixed on trigger option and being cordless it really is perfect for us seniors. So glad we bought another one.EmL

Reviews:
I greatly dislike this new model. This vacuum has the heavy motor part on the top so after only a few minutes of vacuuming my hand and arm grew very tired. I had to hold down the on switch the entire time which became painful for my arthritic fingers. It does not stand up alone. I have an old model Eufy which I loved but doesn't hold a charge anymore. It had great features: the heavy part is at the bottom, has a switch to turn on and off, and it stands upright. I wish Eufy would have stayed with that old design because it was 100% better than this new model which I will be returning.Henry
This vacuum is pretty good. I really like that it is small and compact. Its easy to hang out of the way. It has super bright LED lights on it that are great for seeing under tables or darker areas. The head of it swivels very easy to get into tight areas. Its super easy to switch attachments. Its light weight so that makes cleaning higher areas easy. This vacuum was great on my hardwood floors but when I moved to my area rugs and the carpet I wasn't all that impressed. Even thought you are able to control the power I just felt that I didn't get the suction of a normal vacuum. I did however remove a lot of soil so it do its job. The reason for 4 stars is the power button, you have to hold it the entire time you are using the vacuum and because of how you have to hold it the main unit rests on your knuckle and causes a little discomfort after awhile. If you need a vacuum for little messes and hard to reach areas this is perfect for that.Tajjie
I have room for exactly 3 vacuums in my house. An upright, a hand-vac, and a shop-vac. The problem with this setup is that often enough I'm presented with a mess (via kids, dog, or both) that is slightly too big for the hand-vac and not worth the pain of lugging out the upright or shop-vac. I thought this might be a solution that would fit between the two and was pleasantly surprised to find that it not only fit the bill for those larger messes, but, thanks to how easy it is to swap out attachments, also replaced the hand-vac all together. There's a lot to love about this vacuum. – LED lights to clearly indicate battery charge – 3 levels of suction available to conserve power or to make short work of a mess – Easy to empty dust bin – LED lights in the front of the motorized brush tool – Easy to pull power trigger – Wall mount makes for easy storage – Includes 3 attachments to handle a variety of needs The no-hassle packaging was actually pretty impressive on its own. No staples or zip-ties to fight with, just cleverly folded cardboard. It is heavier than my old hand-vac, which is to be expected given the larger battery and motor, but still light enough to use with one hand. It is designed to be comfortable with 2 hands when not using the motorized brush tool, which is how the kids like to hold it.DenGreat

Reviews:
I love the suction power of this little hoover. It's so handy in my job as a childminder to quickly pick up crumbs. The jobs it makes so simple are pvc door frames at the bottom where dirt gets trapped or the cutlery drawer. Using the brush attachment on those jobs cuts the time it takes to complete the tasks. I have to give a mention to Eufy customer support who replaced my hoover after the rubber nozzle stopper was lost. It is a bit of a design fault and renders the hoover useless when it goes missing. Now my whole household are aware of the part we can take care when emptying the dustbin. The exchange was very quick and dealt with efficiently & friendly. Really pleased.
Good little vacuum. Suction isn't great, don't expect it to be anywhere near other cordless levels but it's good for the odd cleanup around the room. Sometimes can have trouble picking up things it's directly pointed at, closer approach to the floor is needed. Filter is good, a little too good because it clogs up with dust frequently. Regular cleaning / emptying required in order to maintain the already limited suction power. Battery was excellent out the box. Now about a month later I can see it depletes within 10 minutes or so. Charging with micro USB is a plus and 2/3 charge bar level can do a decent sized room comfortably. Overall good product; it's lightweight, off button can annoyingly be accidentally hit but no big deal, easy to clean reusable filters are a bonus, brush extension is good but with the extra length you can noticeably tell power is being lost. Nothing that will rival the big boys like Dyson and Shark but it's reflected in the price, great for cars or general dusting in hard to reach places with conventional vacuum tubes. You could look at the lack of suction as a positive; it won't grab objects, instead gently removes the dust. I'd recommend but buying at around £25.
According to the marketing materials and the product manual the filters are washable. The joke is that you can't separate the outside pre-filter from the inside filter as shown in the product manual or the marketing material. The outer filter is supposed to twist on and off (contrary to the manual, page 10, that shows it coming straight off) but it was so tight that I indented and almost broke out the fine mesh of the outer screen in the process. The reassembly process and the small icon on the filter show it twisting on and off. Even so, I had to use a pocket knife to get it loose enough to remove. I have no idea how a person with weak hands could accomplish this. Just another case of a techy designer using a CAD system and never testing it outside of the computer geek world, shoving it into production and screwing the consumer in the process. I won't buy another one.

Reviews:
I received this vacuum for Christmas, and have been using it daily for about three months now. I really wanted to love this vacuum, but I don't. The main issue I have is with the self-cleaning brushroll: Sure it doesn't tangle, but that would require it to actually pick up fur in the first place. This vacuum adamantly refuses to pick up any fur that isn't just sitting loose on the surface of the rug…which is deeply unhelpful. The roll just wipes fur along, without doing anything to agitate the carpet. I have used the entire battery life of this vacuum on my single living room area rug, just to still need to use my rubber broom. For a vacuum that costs >$300, this is extremely disappointing, and considering the vacuum is called the "pet pro," I truly don't understand why this vacuum simply cannot handle fur in any regard. My second problem with this vacuum is that it leaks dust from every single joint and seam the entire time I'm using it. Who wants to be covered in dust from vacuuming? Not I. Additionally, the wand itself clogs constantly in a way that's very difficult to clean out. In fact, most of this vacuum is difficult to clean, outside of changing the filters. I have two cats and a lab mix who sheds like it's his mission on earth, and frankly, this vacuum just does not cut it.LindseyJoy
I've never made a purchase that I've been more disappointed in. The vacuum worked fine the first couple of times now every time is vacuum my house I have to unclog the machine from the many many many potential clog spots. I never once had this problem with our previous dyson vacuum. I have a golden retriever, so yes, having to maybe unload the vacuum is to be expected however for a product that supposedly specializes in pets, it does a TERRIBLE job. I've had to take apart the base of the bottom when that gets clogged, the shaft of the vacuum comes apart and now hair seems to get clogged making the base of the vacuum essentially worthless. I am so so so bummed and wish I would have returned this while I had the chance. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT IF YOU WANT A PRODUCT THAT ACTUALLY PICKS UP DOG HAIR.Megan
I absolutely love that it is cordless. I loved the black friday price… i think it was $159 or $179 something like that . WAY under the price for a dyson. I absolutely love it. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat all whom shed ALOT. I use this vacuum daily, several times a day and have not had any issue with the battery. Keep in mind i mentioned having a little zoo of animals, so the first month i had to take the machine apart to be able to remove clogged hair on the long stick. The instructions dont really tell you how to clean it. There is more than just emptying the basket. To avoid it getting clogged, i now try to blow out all the hair in the tubes Atleast once a week. Only negative i would mention is I wish it was a bit stronger and wish it gave an option on height. For example if there is a leaf on the floor it will not suck it in becase the vacuum in not high off the ground to pick it up. I believe the dyson is a tad stronger but its not worth paying $400, when i can just use this one for under $200. I do not regret purchasing this at all. My house feels cleaner and its super easy to use.If you find it on special buy it!Kelly

Reviews:
First, I will say I really like Shark vacuum cleaners and this one is no exception. The vacuum came well packaged and was easy to open and assemble. The vacuum consists of 3 basic parts the floor nozzle, wand tube and the motor/dust cup. In addition, Shark now has a deodorizing cartridge for this model that you insert into the floor nozzle to keep things smelling fresh. Assembly is easy. Insert the wand into the floor nozzle and then attach the motor/dust cup to the top of the wand. It is recommended to charge the battery fully before using the first time. This process is very easy as the battery is removable and can be charged in or out of the head unit with the included charger. This new shark incorporates Clean Sense IQ which identifies when there is more dirt that needs to be picked up and can adjust the suction of the vacuum and there is a bar readout on the floor nozzle to let you know this is working. It seems to work very well. The floor nozzle uses and unique roller head that is a combination of the soft microfiber roller with rubber fins imbedded into the roller so it works very well on both hardwood floors and carpet and the way the fins are configured virtually eliminates hair tangles. I really like this new roller as I have a lot of hardwood floors. There are also built in LED headlights which is a feature I would never want to do without. The controls are mounted at the top of the unit and consist of the on/off button (you don’t have to hold a trigger) a button that allows you to adjust the suction power between ECO, Clean Sence IQ and boost. There are 2 indicator lights that show the battery level and whether or not the Sense IQ is active. The vacuum comes with 2 attachments that include a brush for cleaning things like furniture and an extendable wand for cleaning along the floor edge or reaching high places. The vacuum is light weight weighing in at a little less than 8 pounds which makes it very maneuverable and easy to handle. It is very well balanced and the head swivels easily and can be laid almost flat for reaching under low furniture and beds. The vacuum does a great job of cleaning both hardwood and carpet and I have been using it in the Sense IQ mode. It has plenty of suction power and picks up great. The dust cup is large and easy to empty. The dust cup is removable and there are two filters inside that Shark recommends you clean on a regular basis by removing them a rinsing under water only (no soap). There is also a HEPA filter in the motor head that can be cleaned. The vacuum comes with a simple 1-page Quick Start Guide that provides enough information for assembling the vacuum and some information on the controls. There is a more complete manual on the Shark website. Battery life varies depending on which suction level you use and whether you are using the floor nozzle or not. These run times seem to vary from about 10 minutes to 45 minutes. I got plenty of battery life to vacuum my house with the floor nozzle without having to re-charge the battery. One new feature on the model is the ability to remove the motor head and with a clip that is positioned low on the wand you can clip the motor head on to the wand and the vacuum will stand upright without having to rest it against a wall. There is no wall mount for this unit so this feature is very convenient. If there was one thing that would be nice to have it would be a second battery but additional batteries are available if you find that you need another one. This is a great vacuum and Shark did a great job incorporating some very useful features and performance. I would highly recommend this vacuum.mrcarnut
This is our second Shark vacuum cleaner that we have gotten from Best Buy. Sadly, I had gotten the last one a little too wet and so it was making some god-awful noise. In my haste to find out why I accidentally broke a few pieces that did not need to be broken. So, it was time for a new one. Luckily it was no time when I had the opportunity for us to get this vacuum. I must say that our previous Shark was insanely more powerful…like slinging the rug across the floor power on the self-propelled wheels, but I can't really complain too terribly much because it still picks up everything that we have needed this one too. I just wish it was a tad more powerful in the self-moving wheels and the suction. If you have never had a Shark or I suppose any upright stick vacuums whether it was this one with the cordless functionality or the previous corded Shark that we had, neither of them would sit upright unless you unhooked the vacuum from the stick. Surely this could be counter-balanced by some weights in the base, but I do not want to have to do this myself when I feel it should be done from the factory. If the manufacturer can solve a) the power of the wheels and the power as far as suction, b) extend the battery life just a bit more and c) solve for the not sitting upright unless disassembled I do not think I would ever move away from the upright stick vacuum or the Shark brand ever again! I have done an extended test to test out the fragrance/odor neutralizing piece that they have on offer for this model. I can say it has lasted almost the entire month I am a few days shy, but it is still going) and that is with us having 2 pets and using it every few days in short durations. Will the fragrance pods be a gimmick like the toilet seats by a certain large company are? Or will it be here to stay? I am not sure…sadly I bought one of those toilet seats, but we ended up going with a heated one not long after (amazing if I must say so myself). Anyway, I digress. So, the vacuum and the fragrance of the pod is holding up strong so far for the better part of almost a month. I was pleasantly surprised & we are all super happy with the Shark Cordless Pro Vacuum so far in my house! All in all, though we are extremely happy & are super pleased with our new vacuum. Thank you to Shark for making such a solid vacuum-it just needs a couple minor changes (in my opinion) to go from great to perfect! But if you can get over those quirks then this is definitely your next vacuum! Oh, and emptying the dust bin is a breeze with a single click of a button! Even easier than our last model!KYTwinsDad
The Shark Cordless Pro with Clean Sense IQ is an excellent vacuum. The latest in a line of lithium ion rechargeable upright vacuums that harken back to the original Shark vacuum. Shark has had some hallmarks that set it apart, and the Pro includes all of them and a slew of its own features that offer a unique offering. So first of all, unboxing the vacuum is easy enough. Inside the box you’ll find the main unit, charger, battery (preinstalled), main tube and vacuum head, and attachments (pet multi-tool, and crevice). Everything is packaged securely and the unit is basically good to go out of the box (after charging of course). There are a lot of little removable stickers that tell you how to exactly use different features of the vacuum. This is appreciated because Shark has so many unique features. There’s even a handy QR code on the main unit that will take you to the digital manual. This cordless vacuum builds on the construction and ideas of Shark’s previous vacuums. You get a detachable main unit and will hook on the main tube for storage. You have a bagless design with an easy to empty latch. You get a small but maneuverable vacuum head. Of course many of these ideas are evolved, honed, and refined to a large extent. For instance, the dust bin is larger, and the filter conic (compared to previous designs which seemed to get wrapped up in hair/fur more often). The battery packs are similar but different from previous models (at least the previous Duo Clean I had). The vacuum head has a load of sensors, etc. Obviously, this vacuum is attempting to appeal to a Pro-sumer (get it?). Several features of this vacuum I really like that seem to be new and unique to Shark. The first is Clean Sense IQ. This uses an infrared sensor to attempt to detect dust and adjust the power of the vacuum dynamically. It gives an indication of how ‘clean’ the floors are. Another thing unique to the vacuum head is the Odor Neutralizer cartridge, which essentially is an air freshener for your vacuum. It keeps the vacuum smelling nice and the air it spews nice as well. Power of the vacuum is interesting. The Clean Sense IQ means that on that Clean Sense setting that it’s always adjusting power to the required level. The idea here is to save battery when you’re doing maintenance cleaning, and then having the vacuum increase power when needed in dirtier areas. For the most part this does pretty well. There is an IR sensor scanning the dirt coming into the vacuum and adjusting the power. A row of LED lights will illuminate indicating the power level being applied and the idea is that it should abate as the carpet/surface is cleaned more thoroughly giving you a visual indicator if the area is clean. Of course you can override the Clean Sense IQ behavior by selecting ‘Eco’ or Boost mode. These settings change the runtime of the vacuum – which is estimated by Shark at 40 minutes in Eco mode. That’s about accurate, and you’ll get a variable amount with Clean Sense, but I was able to do a quick clean (about 3000 sq ft) on a charge. Of course a thorough cleaning would involve taking some breaks. Recharge takes over an hour, so you’ll want to plan out more through cleanings. The brush element is another interesting feature, having silicon fins and microfiber stuffed pretty much everywhere else. It seems to do a pretty good job picking up most debris I’ve thrown at it. I do seem to have trouble with larger pieces like cereal (thanks kids), but it will pick it up. I appreciate that it’s gentle on surfaces like hardwood. The crevice tool has a soft bristle brush that slides out to the edge, great for cleaning corners without leaving marks on the pain. It limits the crevice tool slightly due to it sliding back only about 6” but it shouldn’t be an issue but for those with deep cushioned couches. The pet multi tool is really just a flat brush with a removable soft bristle brush. It works pretty well on my microfiber couches without the bristle attachment. The Order Neutralizer is an interesting feature and I can’t say I've noticed a huge difference (but I have been congested, so subjectively I might be missing it). Cartridges are $15 for 2, and you only get one in the box. I appreciate the idea, but I don’t know how often I’ll be replacing it. Another great feature of this vacuum for those with allergies is the built in HEPA filter. This was hard to find, but luckily companies like Shark have listened to the market and brought .3 micron filters to the masses. The HEPA filter is important to those that suffer from dust, dander, or pollen allergies. Vacuums can exacerbate environmental allergens by picking them up and spewing them out at high speed in the air. Having an appropriate filter to capture these microscopic particles is essential. Also, the filter is washable, which is a huge convenience. Maintenance is pretty simple. The entire container is washable, but you have to remove it by pushing an eject button found on the right side. That will aarondr

Was happy to receive the Shark WV410 Wandvac Power Pet Cordless Hand vacuum as I had areas that I knew it would come in real handy for. It weighs just about 1.5 pounds so was easy on my arm and hand. Upon opening the box it was very simple to put together – basically all in just a couple of minutes. Included is a charging dock, handheld vacuum wand, onboard accessory storage attachment (which you need to slip on the back of wand for stability), a duster crevice tool and a pet tool. The 2 attachments simply sit in their proper places on the storage attachment and it's set up, ready to go. I ran the power cord through the bottom as there is a groove that keeps it in place. I then plugged it in and charged about 4 hours. You can leave this vacuum plugged in continuously so its always charged and ready to use without harming the battery life. There is a round white power button on the wand in front that slowly blinks until its fully charged then turns solid. The on and off switch button is on the handle and a Boost button below that for the Deep Clean mode. When using the Deep Clean mode I found the battery remained charged about 14 minutes, so for longer usage I found the normal Eco mode works perfectly with plenty of adequate suction and has about 1/2 hour run time. I used this to actually dust my house – on tables and other pieces of furniture, picture frames, etc. Especially worked wonders on my carpeted basement steps! No more dragging my heavy corded vacuum around to accomplish that task! It picked up crumbs and other little items of dry cat food without a hitch. You can see when the dust cup is full and ready to be emptied. So after use you will need to empty the dust cup by depressing a yellow switch and holding it over a trash can. I suggest wiping out the cup with a dry cloth to help keep it cleaner inside. When the included filter needs cleaning you have to remove the dust cup and pinching both sides of filter you pivot upward to access it. Place over a trash can and there is a metal ring on top of the filter to help remove from the housing. Just tap it lightly to remove dirt and rinse with water only. Be sure to let the filter air-dry for at least 24 hours or completely dry before reinstalling. I have had no blockage issues whatsoever with mine but if you do notice a noise change while vacuuming check for blockages or objects that might be caught in the vacuum. There are instructions in the owner's manual for this. The manual also has an excellent Troubleshooting section which is most helpful if you need it. Shark made this vacuum so easy to use and future fix so keep that manual just in case! There are other available accessories you can purchase. However for this particular model it seems to be just the wide upholstery tool and a replacement battery. The tools that came with mine are sufficient and overall I am very pleased with its performance. It's not the quietest hand vacuum around but it sure does a great job of picking up things I need it to. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this very useful small household vacuum and love the fact its cordless. Worked awesome cleaning inside my car too!!Mizshutterbug
The Sharp Wandvac WV410 is the 2nd iteration of the portable handheld vacuum that has been quite popular. This new version has a lot of improvements over the older one and makes it a more versatile compact unit. The first thing I noticed when I got this vacuum is how light, small, and consequently ergonomic the design is. Like all shark vacuums, the build quality is superb even though the whole unit is made with plastic. The material is sturdy and seemed to withstand the regular rough handling when trying to vacuum some weird crevice. I never felt it’ll get damaged, which is not the case with a lot of these handheld vacuums. The unit comes with 2 attachments, however there’s no powered attachment. A charging base, which also acts like an attachment holder, is included and importantly has a small footprint. This helped me to set it up in a convenient location, and made sure the unit is getting charged after stow. Another good feature which I found quite significant is the use of detachable battery. Thus if the battery fails after it’s charge cycle has been used up, I don’t need to throw away the vacuum. Also if I need to use it more frequently, I can get a second battery (and charger) to swap on the job. I really love this feature. In terms of performance, I never thought this will replace my larger, corded units – you can only do so much with a small cordless unit – but I’m definitely impressed. Being a pet owner, I am constantly cleaning up dog hair and scattered food stuff all over the house, and for that purpose this has been working perfectly. The unit storage for dust and debri is small due to the form factor, but the hinge design for dumping these made it a breeze, and moreover it’s almost a no-touch solution. Thus, it’s quite easy to clean which again is something I miss in some of my other handheld vacuums. The vacuum is not the noisient out there, and the suction power is not extraordinary, but for the size and useability they are more than adequate. Overall I’m quite impressed what Shark is delivering with the WV401 and I’m using it practically everyday. Without going overboard with features and design, the Wandvac provides provides the one thing I look for in a handheld vacuum – ease of use. The only wish I had is the inclusion of a powered attachment.Jack
There is a simplicity to this little vacuum that I really appreciate. It has two buttons, one for power, and the other a toggle for boost mode. Last it has a latch for unlocking the dust trap on the underside to dump out the contents it picked up. There are two included attachments, one for a wider area with a brush at the end, and the other is an extension of the end of the vacuum with a flip up brush at its tip. The two extra parts have little mounting points on the charging station that the handheld drops into for storage and charging, and once you find a suitable place for it all it is very compact and unassuming. The vacuum itself is shockingly lightweight yet very powerful for its size. It is well balanced making it easy to hold and maneuver into tight spaces. That is the strong point for it is tight spaces like in your car or corners of stairs or furniture. Being so small it does not have much room to store the debris so you either must plan on emptying it often or using it sparingly for the small areas a larger vacuum could not easily get to. I have been able to get it around and under the seats of my vehicles and use it regularly for cleaning up the nooks of my stairs where my dogs leave hair all the time. It is so easy to grab off the dock and get to work that it makes me feel more inclined to do so for even the smallest and quickest messes. I store it right next to my larger stick vacuum so it’s easy for me to get to and keeps everything of similar jobs in the same place. Battery life is great I typically have to empty the reservoir many times long before being at risk of running out of battery life. And when I am done just drop it back onto the dock so it's always ready to go. With the wide head attachment, it works great for clearing couches and other furniture of dog hair, and the smaller attachment gets into the small spaces like my stairs. It is also very quiet especially considering its suction power. I am very impressed with how well it works and how easy it is to use. For pet owners who need to get hair and dust out of all their corners or anyone who wants to be able to clean small spaces quickly and easily this is a must have and I highly recommend it.Josh

I’m so glad that I decided to get me a new vacuum, always knew I’d get me another Dyson but I really didn’t think that there would be a huge difference between the Dyson I have and the Dyson I bought me. I absolutely love my new V12 slim and very pleased with my purchased. Just blown away,am so impressed! Thank youTncj
That is all I need to say. The button will last. Triggers break in half—nothing better for product improvement.PSR1952
I tried upgrading to this from the v10 Animal + but the smaller dirt chamber was tiny, the laser was cool but not necessary at all. after trying this for a month I went back to v10 animal+ , just purchase with caution. the info screen is cool but again not necessary or really too helpful in the cleaning process. you would think for the price it would be a step forward but not in this case.edub
