I love how the applicator is Cooling, which is perfect for the application of this product. I do store it in my cosmetics refrigerator, which increases the cooling effect. The product does have a slight tint, which adds to the covering up of the dark circle under the eyes. It is nice and smooth in the application and it absorbs beautifully under the eyes. I don't usually feel compelled to write reviews but this time I do. First of all, this claims to be a treatment and instructs you to use morning and night. Let's be clear: this does NOTHING treatment-wise. So, if we take this just as a color corrector, it's just as worthless. The color is yellow, not peach, which does not cancel out purplish undereye circles. You end up just looking like you have dark circles plus jaundice. Personally, I'd rather have just the dark circles, thanks. In addition to *that*, it doesn't even sit well. It's patchy and moves around and looks horrendous under concealer or foundation. I'm so mad at myself for wasting my money on this. Someone said it well, Clinique is an aging brand not ready trying to keep up with the industry in terms of formula integrity. You can buy products now for a fraction of the price that not only contain actives that actually do target dark circles, but also work to color correct and wear nicely under makeup. Listen. I have searched for an eye cream. This is shimmery and tinted. This should be used for a cover up under concealer IF you feel like you need it. This is not for people with DARK under eyes or hereditary circles. You put it on and it covers about as well as a sheer tinted moisturizer for your face would. It's a temp everyday fix. It doesn't have any of the anti aging benefits or moisturizing properties you WANT and NEED in an eye cream. The one thing I can say is that it is not cakey. It's a cream form. I decided to purchase this product after having it recommended by an Ulta employee. I have oily, acne prone skin. This moisturizer did not absorb well into my skin and felt like it sat on top of my skin. It made my skin feel like it couldn't breathe and was uncomfortable. Honestly I am so happy with this moisturizer. The price point is incredible for how long the tube will last because of its thickness. It isn’t the most luxurious texture but I just apply it with wet hands to make it apply well and it doesn’t feel thick or heavy on my skin at all- just fresh and matte! I honestly love the aloe-like texture of it, it doubles as eyebrow gel…for real it works perfect. And my skin has been so much better than with any other product!! I eased into using it because it did feel potent at first and now after a few weeks of using it twice a day my skin texture has improved so much and I haven’t had any blemishes. I received a sample of the original formula and LOVED it. I have combination skin and have always had issues finding a good moisturizer. This one was light and easy to apply evenly. A little bit went a loooong way too. My makeup blended so much better than with any other one I’ve ever tried, and my cheeks didn’t dry out at all like with every other one I’ve tried. I was excited to find a moisturizer that worked so well and was extremely disappointed to learn it was not the same when I purchased the newly formulated moisturizer. This doesn’t do anything more for my skin than a $10 drug store moisturizer has done. I didn’t realize it had been reformulated or else I would not have purchased. If this came in a better designed tube, this product would be my holy grail eye cream. The product works beautifully, my under eyes feel more hydrated and I do feel like the appearance of fine lines under my eyes has noticeably diminished. However, the tube is dumb. The lid screws on pretty tightly and is super slippery, especially when you have the other skincare products you just used on your hands. I have to use my shirt to grip it and unscrew it. Also, the tube itself is made out of some sort of malleable plastic or metal. As the tube empties, it naturally starts to curl where the tube is empty. Where it curls, the edges crack and it leaks any residual product out from those cracks. It’s messy and not a sanitary form of storage for a skincare product that goes on your eyes due to the open holes where the cracks are. The tube is enough of a deal breaker for me that I’m looking around for another product that works as well but has better packaging.samp

I'm shocked Walmart allows counterfeit products to be sold. I should have realized by the low price. And then I should have realized by the amount of time it took to receive the product. But its clearly fake, smells and the packaging is wrong. The front of the tube is a raised ink and blurry typeface. There are no instructions or fine print on the tube at all. There is also no Lot Number which is a federal requirement. The box it comes in seems like a good knockoff…but when comparing with the real product its missing info on one of the sides. I absolutely hate now that Walmart.com has allowed 3rd party vendors to sell on their site. More shocked there is no quality control. I'm not sure I will ever buy from Walmart.com again. I am 36 years old, with fair skin and SUPER sensitive skin. I’ve been searching for an under eye cream that would help hydrate and diminish the appearance of the under eye wrinkles I was starting to get. I’m always so hesitant to try a new product because majority of the time I end up with contact dermatitis and my under eyes make me look like I’m 90 years old. It typically takes weeks for my eyes to get back to normal so trying this product was a huge deal. Let me reiterate I literally have the most sensitive skin ever and nothing seems to ever work. I've used plenty of eye serums and creams to help with fine lines, bags, and dark circles and had none of them work at the level that this one does. I was honestly surprised at how effective it is, but it is important to note that the changes don't occur overnight. While I did have some slight changes within a week or two (slight brightening, a more radiant under eye), it was after almost two months of continuous use that I looked in the mirror and realized how amazing and youthful my eyes looked. It was actually kind of a shocking transformation. The fine lines that I started to notice before use had almost completely gone away. My eye looked so much whiter and brighter all around. And I had a radiance that I haven't seen since I was a 20 year old. This is definitely one of those products you need to have patience with. I received this free and have been using it twice a day for 2 months. I noticed surprisingly quick results – my eye bags and hyperpigmentation got noticeably smaller/ lighter in about 2 weeks. However, I haven't noticed continued improvement. It has a nice smooth, non- oily texture that makeup applies well over – no piling or creasing. I will continue to use it before makeup application until I run out. However, I'll stick with The Inkey List, The Ordinary, and Tree of Life BeautyVitamin C eye creams/ serums once I do because they're less than half the price and work similarly well. The only time I normally use an eye cream/ serum is if my regular serum/ moisturizer is too heavy or too strong for the eye area or if I'm applying eye makeup and concealer and want to ensure there's no interaction between the product and the makeup. No filters were used in my photos / no "selfie mode" enhancements. I'm 38 and have lifelong very sensitive/ reactive skin that often gets hives/ rashes from products and this one didn't cause any sensitivity. Overall it's a nice, luxurious product and if you have the money to spend, I really enjoyed it but I think there are similar products that work as well for much less $ though they don't have as nice packaging or as luxurious of a feel. I was so excited to try this when I received a sample of this in one of my subscription boxes. I just started using it this week and I am so disappointed! I do not have sensitive skin at all but my skin did not agree with this product at all! The first night I applied it my eyes were fine until I woke up the next morning with very puffy under eye area. I didn’t think anything of it at first, just thought I was tired or allergies. That night when I applied it I felt a tingling sensation but just thought it was my skin getting accustomed to a more potent product. Woke up the next morning and same issues with my under eye area. I gave it one more try that night and the reaction was stronger in addition to waking up again with puffy under eye area. I was so disappointed! Nothing I was using was new so I know it was this. I have been using this eye cream day and night for a few days and I can honestly say it is FANTASTIC. My dark circles have noticeably faded, my fine lines have decreased and the skin around my eyes is visibly hydrated as well. I have never had this result with an eye cream before. I have suffered with eczema and very dry flaky skin around my eyes for years and years – some temporary fixes improved this debilitating condition which left me really self-conscious as it's the first thing people see. I could stand there flaking the skin repeatedly as it fell like a snowstorm from around my eyes. I joined Caroline Hirons online and bought her book determined to improve my skin generally. On one post she did a post on Strivectin eye cream – never heard of it before. Quite expensive too, but I was feeling low, fed-up with my eyes and the way I looked; that being 20+years older than my age. In for a penny…. within 2 days I was seeing a noticeable improvement. Within a week I was blown away – the 30 years of damage was receding and a more youthful eye was returning. I was surprised this worked . I got it as a sample gift from Ulta and began using it when my old eye cream ran out . Had no expectation and used it nightly for about three months. I realized it did get rid of some of my finer crows feet lined around the eyes . Now it did nothing for rhe " sunken" look of the eye but it did rid of the thin crows lines. Surprised by it working. Like most products, it works with time. There was no "immediate" fix. It didn't "plump" them temporarily . But fixed the wrinkles in the long run. This product receives a lot of hate but it does some good things. I have been using it for a little over a month now and while I haven’t seen massive results in my hereditary dark circles (nothing works) this product has some positives. I love this brand, I use the Reapir Cream religiously for my body or dry patches on my skin for my night routine. The ingredients are beautiful and so are the results. Same with this eye cream. It does everything it claims (hydrates, reduces dsrk circles, brightens, smooths) the color it is tinted doesn't show up even on my super pale skin, it sinks into the skin right away and doesn't leave you sticky. I've been using this daily for over 2 weeks every single morning and my under eyes have never looked so good. No lines, darkness, redness, dryness or uneven texture AT ALL. the jar packaging gets a bit messy while opening it and applying it on my undereye area. thankfully, there is a little plastic cap that protects the spillage of the product but the eye concentrate gets on the cap as well. there is a bit of a scent which reminds me green/floral notes, but surprisingly the scent doesnt bother me, it can be noticed while applying it, but once applied I cannot notice the scent. the texture of the eye concentrate is like a lotion. it applied nicely , a little goes a long way. the finish that it gives is silky smooth matte which doesnt feel drying. i usually prefer applying my eye creams in PM rather than AM, but this one can be applied in AM because it doesnt feel heavy or it doesnt move around or smudge.anamishu

This eye cream didn't help me with one thing- circles, pigmentation, lines, dryness, anything. In fact, it made my undereyes darker and I needed to use more concealer to cover them up and spend more time on my makeup routine. The worsst part was that it made them swollen and puffy (which could have contributed to the dark shadows). I thought I had an environmental allergy until I stopped using the product and my eyes swelled down right away. The feel of the cream is super light weight, it's almost like water. The scent is strong and I didn't like it- it doesn't smell like La Mer, just something else (more herbal, and I feel it gave me an allergic reaction). For any La Mer product, I recommend getting a sample or a mini size (I got mine in a Holts Beauty Bag that I purchased) as you want to make sure that it works for you before you spend that much on an item. I would honestly give it negative stars as it gave me a worse outcome. I started using this product along with the replenishing oil exfoliator, the concentrate serum, the soft moisturizing lotion, and the creme de la mer a few weeks ago as a new skincare routine. At first, I loved how it made my skin feel and was extremely happy with it. Eventually, I started waking up with my eyes abnormally red and swollen (under eyes and top of my eyelids). Initially, I thought it was just the eye cream so I eliminated that. I then just stuck to the serum and the moisturizing lotions and nothing changed even when I avoided getting the product near my eyes. After that I tried to use just the serum since it's the lightest product and I still was having a reaction. I am so disappointed because I literally cannot use any of the five products because there are so many listen ingredients that it is hard to narrow down what is causing the issue. I see a lot of reviews stating similar experiences. I haven't used any of the products in a while and both of my eyes still a bit red around and peeling. I got this in the 0.5oz size to give it a try after reading the insanely good reviews all over the internet. I'm early 30's with fine lines around my eyes and a WTF line developing between my eyebrows. I also have dark circles that are mostly genetic but also get more extreme with too little sleep or bad diet. I guess the pros for me were that it's a very light gel and settles nicely under concealer and tinted sunscreen without getting pilly or causing settling, the ingredients are mostly clean, and it didn't cause any eye or skin irritation for me. It's also super affordable and a little goes a long way so I've still been using that same 0.5oz tube nightly for nearing 2 months now and I'm just getting to the end. The packaging is sort of pro/con for me. I'm so tired of disposable plastic in my life but I also hate contaminating a glass tub with my fingers so the squeeze tube is convenient and would be good for travel as well. Unfortunately that's pretty much all the good things I have to say about it. I didn't notice any changes at all in my fine lines, dark circles, or morning puffiness after a late night. This eye gel helps to moisturize, goes on smoothly, and absorbs quickly. I purchased with the intention of helping with dark circles, lines and wrinkles, and puffiness. Below I'll review each targeted goal. I use this gel 2 times per day, morning and night, as part of a layered skin care routine. Layers are as follows: toner, hyaluronic acid serum, eye gel, non comedogenic face cream, any spot cream (if needed), then sunscreen for day. During night same steps but without sun screen and with a more moisturizing night cream instead of the non comedogenic face cream (if needed). Dark circles: marked improvement, it does make you look more awake and plumps your eyes. I noticed too that by adding a vitamin K serum first, it dramatically improved the under eye darkness. Lines and wrinkles: I've tried so many products to address those fine lines under my eyes but with negligible results. And while I was happy with how well Baebody Eye Gel performed with puffiness and dark circles, I honestly didn't expect it to do much for my lines. But I have been pleasantly surprised. Over the past month of use, the fine lines under my eyes are appreciably less noticeable. I have to say that the results are the best I've experienced and I've used a lot of anti-aging products, including some that cost well over $100. I occasionally experience irritation around my eyes with certain cosmetics and even some of the hypo-allergenic facial care products. But I have never experienced any irriation wtih Baebody Eye Gel, even at the most sensitive areas at the corner of my eyes. Puffiness: the gel soothes my puffy eyes as effectively and gently as cucumber slices but without all the mess. For a nice soothing and more de-puffing effect, I would also recommend keeping your eye gel in the fridge. Many serums are best kept cold, it makes them last longer, and the cold adds a nice calming feel, and helps with some puffiness. Used a few times, and stopped due to my not keeping up with regimen; nothing wrong with product.Two weeks ago, started using both day and night and immediately noticed that my cheek area which is VERY acne prone (I also suffer from rosacea), had completely cleared up. This is one of those products that I couldn't tell how well it worked until I stopped using it for a while. Before I ran out of it I stopped using it because I didn't think it worked. As always this brand never fails. I originally purchased this for my daughter who has very pale skin that exacerbates dark circles. This doesn't just help with dark circles, it smoothes the entire under eye area. It goes on softly and doesn't ball up if you rub your eyes. I remember many years ago this lady who had beautiful skin and she used Shiseido. So I figured now that I am older why not try it too? Well, the problem is that this eye cream and many of Shiseido's other creams are loaded with silicones (dimethicones) that just dry out my aging skin even more and forms a layer on my skin that does not allow for the other ingredients to soak into my skin. I am 55 and while I have minimal wrinkles around the eyes, I now do have moderate dryness and puffiness, loss of elasticity (particularly under my left eye) and HORRIBLE dark circles, which drive me crazy. I have tried dozens of eye creams and while I had some degree of help from some they all had some issues – caused makeup to separate, balled up on my skin, irritated my skin, eyes, or both, or just did absolutely nothing. This is my new holy grail. I got a sample size of the Sunday Riley Sunday's Superstars with my rewards points and I am sooooo glad I did. I will tell you this is not sufficiently moisturizing (for me) but it does really depuff and minimize my dark circles better than anything else. So, I put on just a dab of this and let it set a few minutes. I then put on a dab of my go-to super moisturizing eye cream (Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Supercharged Complex) – yes during the day and yes under makeup. I mix my color corrector into that, followed by concealer, and after several minutes setting powder. This routine finally makes me far less self-conscious about my undereyes than I have been since this problem started 18 months ago or so. I also love that nothing separates as I am adding layers and my eyes stay looking good at least 8 hours without my make-up creasing. I also have extremely sensitive skin and eyes and this doesn't bother either. Very happy and will be be sure to have a back-fill at all times so that I won't run out of it! This stuff is pretty amazing! I’ve never used Sunday Riley and have now had the pleasure of using 2 of their products and have been very pleased. At 46 years old, waking up with puffy, tired eyes is a fairly common occurrence. In addition to puffy eyes, dark circles seem to be a fairly common issue as well. The first time I woke up after a sleepless night, I used the Auto Correct eye contour cream and was impressed with the immediate feel. Not sure if it’s the caffeine in the cream, or other ingredients, but I could feel the skin under my eyes instantly firming up. The dark circles were gone by the time I went back to apply makeup, which was approximately 30 minutes after applying the cream. It definitely helped with the puffiness as well. I have been using the eye cream almost daily and love the way my eyes feel after applying. It’s definitely a great pick me up in the morning. I haven’t noticed any improvement with fine lines, but all the other benefits make it well worth the price. The packaging is very nice, I have no problem leaving it displayed on my counter. I have received the Sunday Riley Autocorrect Brightening and Depuffing Eye Contour Cream in an advent calendar as well as in a couple of Sunday Riley Kits I have bought. To be quite frank, I don't understand what all the hype about this eye cream is about. It is a fine product, but I don't really notice anything special about it. The caffeine in it does not seem to do anything to depuff my undereye on those rare occasions there is something to depuff. This eye cream has cosmetic ingredients, such as mica, to "brighten" the undereye. Maybe some people like this aspect of it? I’ve been using IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Brightening Eye Cream for about two weeks now. Right away, I loved the blue tint and the consistency of the cream, which has a very luxe feel that feels like a cross between a cream and a salve. It somewhat reminds me of Kiehl’s Avocado Eye Cream and the skin under my eyes feels noticeably moisturized after applying it. I do agree with the product’s claim that it layers well under makeup. I’ve tried other eye creams that pill when I apply concealer but not this one. I also love its “skin-loving” ingredients (hyaluronic acid is one of my favorites). However, at a price point of $49.50 for 0.5 ounces, I’m expecting more. I can't give this product a full five stars, as its heralded blue tint has not improved the dark circles under my eyes, as claimed. It is a good eye cream but for the price you can get cheaper ones that will do the same. It is also very small for the price, this lasted me about 4 months. I noticed it didn’t brighten my dark circles but it has made my eye area more soft, I barely see my fine lines. When applying it also has a cooling effect which is nice and the texture is creamy the perfect balance between not too hydrating but not too dry. I love ItCosmetics skin care. I started using over 6 months ago and have had a major improvement in my skin health of my face. The cream lightens bur just a little tiny bit. It definitely decreased my under eye puffiness and I haven't had dry skin around my eyes since. Doesn't burn or irritate my eyes. Very soft to no scent which I love. I have repurchased this eye cream again and again! So, of course I was super excited when I received a complimentary full size jar of it, along with a brand new eye product from [brand:ole-henriksen] to test out in my latest voxbox from [brand:influenster]! Straight away my number tip to getting the most out of this product is to store it in your refrigerator! Your tired, puffy eyes will thank me later! This joy in a jar really does make me happy! It's a nice weighted jar, the glass is tinted to protect the ingredients from exposure to light, it hydrates, brightens, depuffs, and has a nice fresh, sweet citrusy scent. The tinted color of the cream helps to hide uner eye darkness as well. A little goes a long way, as with most skincare products. I suggest using a little spoon or spatula (easy to fashion one yourself out of leftover plastic inserts) to scoop out a small amount to keep the product inside sanitary, tap between the tips of your ring fingers and gently pat under and around your eyes (your skin is very delicate there, so no rubbing) don't forget between your brows as well, always moving in uowards motions. I also like to bring my product down a bit further onto the tops of my cheeks, and then run the remainder across the top of my lip lines. Just a wonderful product made by a wonderful company! Overall, very overpriced product and not so great for sensitive eyes. Has a slight scent to it and a little bit of sparkle, which wasn't described. If accidentally goes into the eye, it burns. Says it brightens dark circles but hasn't done anything for me… and I've been using it for over a month now. The only good thing is that it's a decent base for makeup and the skin looks fresh. But definitely not worth the money. Better choose Kiehl's avocado eye cream – did wonders for me and is perfect for sensitive eyes!!RasaB

I got a sample of this eye cream from Sephora a few years ago and used it as a part of my morning skincare routine until the sample ran out. I generally have low expectations for eye creams, as my dark circles are genetic and don’t go away no matter how much sleep I get, and so I wasn’t very surprised when this did nothing for me. However — it did work pretty well as a primer before concealer, and helped with creasing and caking on my dry under eyes. I’m not sure if this is actually due to the active ingredients in the cream or just a result of added hydration. Overall, I’m not likely to purchase again. The EltaMD Renew Eye Gel is one of my favorites to use. As, it's a gel and not a rich cream it does not cause milia bumps around my eyes, nor does it irritate my eyes. Within 2 weeks I've seen a notice significant improvements, such as reduced appearance of dark circles, visible fine lines, and puffiness. It's the perfect eye gel in my opinion because of how it's formulated. I have used EltaMD for years. It was recommended from my dermatologist years ago. I do love this Renew Eye Gel from EltaMD. I think it makes a difference on my eyes by taking away the puffines, dark circles and smooths the fine lines. I even have my husband use the product as well and I feel it has had some benefit to his under eyes as well. The nice thing is that it is hypoallergenic. It is not your drug store prices but it reasonable for a recommended product from someone you trust like your dermatologist.shellzup

While I do believe that this product has its benefits. If you have very dry and sensitive skin and it also just happens to be winter I don't recommend using this as the only eye treatment in your daily routine. I started by using this product morning and night. My skin around my eyes started to get dry and flaky. Now that I use a creamy eye cream every other time it has not happened. This is not the first time this has happened and I now know if I have a thinner more gel like eye product I need to off set it ever other time with a creamy one.adrienne .c

The consistency of this product is lovely, it isn’t too rich and blends into the skin seamlessly. It also doesn’t have a strong scent in my opinion – I see other reviews mention that but I didn’t find it to be the case. My issue, however, is whether it works. I haven’t seen any improvement in my skin having incorporated this into my skin routine a month ago. In fact, I have a lot more breakouts since using the skin. Very disappointed as I think I will need to throw the remainder of my (not cheap) pot away or have a face full of acne!Beth

As with all resurfacing creams that I have tried, this comes with a warning not to expose the skin to direct sunlight this is because some of the ingredients make the skin susceptible to UV exposure damage. To offset this, there is an added protection of SPF30 but the best advice is always to be safe rather than sorry.The consistency of this cream is just right it forms peaks as you open the jar and it avoids all the ingredients that my very sensitive skin reacts to the box states that it is free from artificial colours, parabens, SLS, SLES, DEAN and mineral oils.Applying it is a pleasant experience it is easily absorbed and leaves no residue, with a smooth clean feel to the skin when finished.I am a big fan of truffle oil, one of the major ingredients here which I find really hydrates and thankfully there seems to only a very mild fragrance truffles are a very acquired taste as far as their aroma is concerned. The addition of myrtle is a good touch as it has effective but gentle antiseptic effects, which is a good idea for a cream that resurfaces.Raspberry seeds included here are a rich source of linoleic and linolenic oils. Shea butter moisturises, and mimosa bark heals.The presentation is excellent the jar looks good and has a nice heavy feel to it. As it should for the priceThe results will not be instant so I will come back to this review when the jar is finished. Have you heard of PHA before? Nope me neither! It wasn't till after I was introduced to @neostratacanada Restore PHA Daily Moisturizer that I learned about the lovely ingredient. What's PHA? also known as Polyhydroxy acids are chemical exfoliants, and are considered 'cousins' of alpha hydroxy acids, as they are, in fact, second-generation AHAs. Neostrata made this specifically for those who have sensitive skin and also need light exfoliation. This anti-aging cream has a light fragrance and smooths on the skin well. I do like the pump applicator as Im not much of a fan air exposed facial creams. The only thing I did notice while using this was mild peeling around my eyes and lip area for 3 days, while it wasn't bothersome I was surprised that it did that since its meant for sensitive skin types. I have tried this product for over a week now. I'm in my mid-30s and aging has started becoming a priority for me. I have been on the lookout for an eye cream that is hydrating, and that helps with tired and fatigued eye area. This cream addresses these issues. Its hydrating, fragrance free, and hypoallergenic, so my eye area didn't break out into those tiny pimples. I was gifted this product from Bliss to review. It’s a very nice daytime eye cream. I haven’t really been wearing much makeup lately, but I have super intense dark circles. This helps brighten the area and make me look a bit more refreshed. It’s not a miracle worker. It doesn’t add coverage, but it looks really nice with a glowy primer on and nothing else. It’s like your skin, but better. There’s not an intense level or moisture or anything, so you might want something heavier for night. This is nice for daytime. It works well over my sunscreen and under makeup. Highly recommend!Jessica G

This eye cream has a beautiful lightweight texture that goes on very smoothly and feels soft on my skin. After cleaning and toning, I apply this cream on the area around my eyes and tap it gently into my skin for better absorption. The smooth texture spreads easily and absorbs fast and does not leave my skin feeling sticky or greasy. I love that this eye cream feels lightweight on my skin and that it does not irritate my sensitive eyes. The Lancôme Advanced Genifique Yeux: Youth Activating and Light Infusing Eye Cream is packaged in a heavy based glass black pot, with a metallic plastic lid stamped with a rose design. The overall appearance of the container is sleek and elegant; it sits nicely in the palm of my hand when applying the cream to my face. However the lid can get slippery and hard to open especially if you have other skin care product on your hands. On opening the container the eye cream appears white and thick, it has a floral aroma which I found quite calming and it enhanced the overall sensory experience of using the eye cream. However some people may find it quite overpowering. Once applied to the under eye area the cream has a very light weight texture due to this silicone base of cyclohexasiloxane, it leaves the skin velvety and powder smooth. I also experienced a slight cooling sensation once it was applied, soothing my puffy under eye area. The Lancôme Advanced Genifique Yeux: Youth Activating and Light Infusing Eye Cream contains a high percentage of glycerine, a humectant which helps draw water into the skin, this not only helped hydrate and moisturise my under eye area, it smoothed out the appearance of fine lines which I fine more obvious when my skin is dehydrated. After using the eye cream my skin felt amazing, soft and supple. The overall experience of using this eye cream was very enjoyable, it left my skin felling, hydrated and smooth. The product oozes luxury with its floral aroma, sleek packaging and beneficial probiotic ingredients, although it is not a product I would normally purchase due to its hefty price tag ($112.00) it will last a long time as a small amount goes a long way.Rebecca P.

As a 46 year old, I’m of the generation just before Slip Slop Slap SunSmart awareness, and so my skin has paid the price in certain areas. Around my eyes has always been a problem area, and as a shift worker as well who does a lot of long nights, wrinkles and dark circles are my nemesis. I am searching for something that can slow down the ageing effects my lifestyle has had, particularly around my eyes. When I received the Lancôme Advanced Génifique Eye Cream I was pleasantly surprised to find that the packaging box was not excessively large relating to the actual size of the eye cream jar, as so many can be. I always feel a little deceived by this when i open a sizeable box to find a tiny little jar surrounded by excess cardboard. This eye cream packaging straight away brought a smile to my face. The jar itself is nicely manufactured, stylish and sturdy. The cream inside has a very light scent, and is silky to touch. It feels rich, but without feeling greasy. Application would be nicer if a small spatula was included, especially for the price point of this luxury cream, so I didn’t have to dab my finger straight into the cream, but this is easily rectified by using one I already had. A small amount goes a long way, and immediately my under eye area felt hydrated. I didn’t see any plumping of my skin as such, but the surface of my skin felt smoother for some time after application. After using the cream for two weeks, I developed a small pimple type lump under one eye, which could have been related to the eye cream, or just a coincidence, I’m unsure, but I’ve never had this type of thing before. I’d certainly recommend only using the tiniest amount on the skin directly under the eye though because of this. I applied the cream to my under eye, the area where my slight ‘crows feet’ are, and the persistent frown line that is between my eyebrows, to see what effect it would have on the different depths of wrinkles I had. After one month of use, I did not see what I would call significant improvement in the appearance of my lines, but I did notice the texture of my under eye had improved with the added hydration. Overall, I enjoyed using this eye cream, and did see some benefit after time, but I do find the price point to be high in relation to the amount of change it made to my eye area.Bek F.

I am in my mid to late 40's and have oily eyelids but crinkly skin underneath my eyes and "happy" lines around my eyes. I was asked to trial the new Lancôme Advanced Génifique Eye Cream. The eye cream comes in a small 15ml glass jar in a box. It is a white, scented cream but the scent is not obvious once it's been smoothed into my eye area. A small dab on my fingertip is all that is needed, so although it's a small jar, it goes a long way. It's a very light cream and absorbs easily. I have no trouble with applying my makeup or eyeshadow after (with my usual eyeshadow primer). I have been using it in the recommended way, sweeping around my eye area with gentle strokes, 3 times, and then gently tapping around the eye area to help stimulate the skin. I have been using it for almost four weeks. I have not been using moisturiser on my eye area, before or after using the Lancôme Advanced Génifique Eye Cream, also as recommended. In comparison with another eye product, which I have been using on my other eye (I usually do this when trying a new eye cream), the Lancôme product has produced better results. My Lancôme treated eye area is less puffy and a little less crinkly, although I can't see any difference in the appearance of dark circles between the two. I have noticed the appearance of what looks like milia in the last week, which may be coincidental. The ingredients listed include Bifida Ferment Lysate a probiotic that helps with skin damage caused by UV light, hydration and skin immunity. Glycerin is also listed (fourth), and Sodium Hyaluronate (about 19th on the list). Unfortunately, the lovely scent in this cream is an "added" ingredient, which doesn't bother me but I know a lot of skincare aficionado's dislike added fragrance/parfum. It is last on the ingredient list so it may be in minute quantities. I have enjoyed using this product but I do not see this as a Holy Grail product. I'm new to PC. I'm 54 yrs old with combination skin. Oily eyelids. Dark sunken crepey skin under eyes. I used Clinical Ceramide Enriched firming eye cream for a month. I did like the results of how it was plumping the skin under the eye and improving the wrinkles on the eyelid. It did leave my eyes very greasy, so make-up with tricky. I ordered samples and travel sizes, so I ordered more to try. On first application of Omega + Complex Eye Cream, I liked it!! Felt good on the skin. It's definitely not as greasy as Ceramide Enriched Eye Cream. For me, that's great. It absorbed well. Felt cooling and comforting on the skin. The skin still looks shiny, but it's not greasy to the touch. I've only been using it for 3 days, but I'm daring to say, it's doing more for my eyes, than the ceramide. After waking in the morning and looking in the mirror before showering, the eyes look much more like my younger eyes. Very pleased!! There's more elasticity in the eyelids, so wrinkles show less. It's a little easier applying eyeliner with less wrinkles. It hasn't erased all the wrinkles, and I know I can't expect it to, but it has only been 3 days. To see improvements already is interesting. I would absolutely recommend this product to others who are looking for a less heavy oily eye cream. It still has all the healing oomph that the heavy creams claim to have.Lguchi

My under eye skin is very thin, so you can really see all the little veins underneath – which make my dark circles look slightly purple – and I have tear troughs. I've used some pretty expensive eye creams and serums, but this one has actually made a notable difference for me. The way it moisturizes actually plumps the skin and gives it a subtle glow. I look so refreshed. I was very surprised! I don't feel the need to wear concealer anymore and I no longer get the "you look tired" comments. The best part is I don't end up with that under eye chicken skin I've had from other, thicker, creams. I use this as part of my daytime routine and recently I added the RESIST Anti-Aging Eye Cream to my nighttime routine, which only enhanced the hydration and suppleness. The combination really works for me. I don't think my under eyes have ever looked this good. Side note: The Omega+ Complex Serum also gives my skin an amazing glow. Everyone's skin is different, but I hope if you decide to try it you get the same results. Mine were pretty dramatic compared to the long list of other products I've tried.Lauralie

I was introduced to Paula's Choice about six months ago… and it has completely changed my skin. I tell everyone I can about this product line- as it has truly changed my skin, and I feel like I can make more or less changes depending on the products and guidelines through Paula's Choice. I seriously LOVE this skin line. HOWEVER, I have a lot of issues with this eye cream. I wish it was easier to contact customer service, as I would have just returned it. This eye cream STINGS and causes redness. I would not recommend this product. With that being said, please know there are a lot of great products within this line!TT

I used the cream consistently 2x/day (morning and night) for about 1 month, but haven't noticed a meaningful difference in my under-eye area (see pic, though note that in the bottom/after picture, my skin is less pale because I had used Tan-Luxe self-tan drops). I also don’t like the metal application tip—it seemed to just drag against my delicate under-eye skin rather than nicely or smoothly apply the product. No noticeable scent and the cream is a good consistency (not watery or too thick), so no concerns there. The box also mentioned a “gift code” on its interior for a discount from Caudalie (see pic). I’m all for good deals, but this presentation gave me cheap cereal-box-prize vibes. At first, I applied the product generously around my entire eye area (including upper eye lid), and pretty quickly ended up with two stubborn zits below one of my eyebrows. I have oily, acne-prone skin, but never in that area, so I think it was just too moisturizing in that area for my skin type. I would suggest oily-skinned people be careful. That said, when I forgot an application before I had to wear makeup, my makeup did not apply as smoothly and my under-eyes looked more dry/cakey than they did with the cream. So overall, I found that when applied sparingly for my oily skin, the eye cream provided benefits, but applying too much caused problems, and there doesn’t seem to be any longer term improvement in my under-eye area. I am a big fan of Caudalie. I love the precision and care they put into their products; it's clear they make every decision about what to include in each formula very carefully. They take so many factors into consideration, too, so their products are vegan, plant-based, and always 100% cruelty-free! I love that I can trust them not to harm animals just to make me look a little younger. So I was delighted to have the opportunity (#freeproduct) to try two Caudalie products from their new Premeir Cru line: The Cream and Eye Cream. I have been using both products for the last five weeks, and I have to say, I think I'm even more in love with this brand! Both products target the eight most common signs of aging, and claim to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, increase firmness, elasticity, and radiance, brighten dark spots, boost hydration and plump skin overall. And while I can't say that I noticed specific improvements in each of those areas, I certainly have been noticing that my skin looks better, somehow. Clearer, brighter, more hydrated. I like both products, but the Eye Cream is very interesting. It feels very smooth and silky on my skin, and it comes with a unique metal dispenser that stays cold and feels AMAZING around my tired eyes. I use it every morning and also at night. As much as I enjoy the metal tip, it doesn't really help my skin absorb the product, so I still use a fingertip to tap the cream into that delicate skin. It has slowly been erasing my crow's feet and reducing eye puffiness…yay! Both of these products have been a dream to use. Without question, I will continue to use them indefinitely. And something I am really excited about is Caudalie's refill and recycle program. Not only is all Caudalie packaging recyclable, but you can refill your glass jar with a new pod refill. I received this product in the mail through topbox and I tried it day time before I apply my make up and I use it at night time also before I go to bed and it works amazing. I am light completed and have two toddlers who don't fully sleep 8 hours and I have a huge problem with dark circles that looks like I got into a fight all the time. Concealer and foundation don't always cover it up or it will wear off in a couple of hours in the Texas heat and I would have to reapply through out the day. Also being in my late thirties , I started noticing lines under both of my eyes. I would try different creams to try to minimize it and nothing was working. When applying the cream under my eyes I have noticed a huge change the first day. My dark circles are very little to see and the fine lines under my eyes disappear and make me look like I am in my 20s again. I watched reviews on YouTube on how to apply and what people thought of the product and hearing nothing but great results . I also saw one lady put the cream in the freezer for 5 minutes and used the metal part to smooth out the cream under your eyes and helps with puffiness and minimize dark circles. I like that there is no to little scent of the cream so with people who have sensitive skin like me there is no allergic reaction or irritation.
