This conditioner is moisturizing, leaves my hair smooth, frizz-free and combined with the shampoo its a great experience; my hair loves it. Light aroma, white in color (important for gray hair). It's definitely in my top premium picks. One star off because it comes in a smaller bottle than the matching shampoo; I don't know why. I purchased this after receiving a sample when the timing could not have been better. I have wavy curly, but thin hair, that is highlighted regularly. So I want to start by saying I live in the desert and have super thin dry hair, so I was SUPER excited to try this product (I used all four products – shampoo, conditioner, mask, and leave in condition together). I used all four products for this account: At first I was only going to give this a 3 because on day one of hair being washed, I feel like my hair still ends of feeling and looking really dry (especially the tips – see photos). BUT day two my hair looked/felt better, and day three my EVEN better! I showered all three days, it only used the products the first day, so you can see the progress of how my hair softened, my curls came out, AND I LOVED how my hair felt day 3/4. Normally with silicone products day 3 I HAVE to wash my hair again because the product is so heavy at my roots, whereas I LOVED how these products made my hair feel several days later. This was a lovely surprise to trial. I have used many deep treatments since colouring my hair and this is definitely a favourite. I love the packaging and how eco friendly it is. Another excellent part of the packaging is being able to squeeze the last few drops of of the pouch- AMAZING! No wastage! When using this I loved the added hydrating benefits of plant-based emollients, the strengthening aloe and spirulina extracts too. They did everything I wanted by leaving my hair feeling strong, soft and manageable EVERY SINGLE TIME. I was super excited about this Vox Box! I have extremely dry and damaged hair from a few too many bleaches too close together to go from magenta to bright turquoise colored hair in a short period of time! The ingredients are ingredients. I'm not one who is super concerned with ingredients; I'm more of a "does it work?" kind of person. The smell of the treatment is similar to the conditioner but not as strong with floral perfume notes. The consistency is exactly what I expected it to be and was like a slightly thicker conditioner. I really liked the pouch it was in! I feel like it fit nicely in-between my other bottles. A little bit went a long way when applying. I would do my hair first so that the deep treatment would have as much time as possible. Immediately after the treatment, my hair was much softer and had fewer flyaways than on days without the treatment. The instructions are to use it once a week but I used it every 5 days or so. I received a sample of this shampoo and conditioner and was impressed enough to order both. The shampoo is extremely concentrated. It cleans well without stripping my hair and leaves it very soft. The curl conditioner is also concentrated. It makes my hair easy to comb, gives me well defined curls like nothing else and lots of body. The conditioner is amazing. Perfect for my flaky itchy scalp since their is no perfume in it..it is like a paste semi clear with small beads in it which brings immediate result to a smooth and shiny hair. I have natural curly thin hair. My hair tends to get frizzy. I have mixed white/black, curly hair (texture closer to the white side), so moisturizing is a daily must for my long, curly hair. I love the formula of the product. The product sprays out in a mist, which dispenses a bit more fine than previous leave in conditioners I have used. Due to that, I have found myself over spraying. I found out once brushing that the spray conditioner actually let out a good amount. However, I have since adjusted – takes a minute to get used to. The bottle itself is not my favorite. Although very pretty, the push top to spray the product is rather tough to push down with one finger. The top also spins so while attempting to spray the product it twists in a direction that does not spray on the hair. My hair feels moisturized and soft when using this product. I bought this product for $30, really excited to try and revive my frizzy, dry, straight hair. I feel like this product may work for people with fine hair, but it personally didn’t work for my thick and wirey strands. In addition to this, I live in a pretty humid place so that could also be why it’s not helping. The smell is also strange and reminds me of a public bathroom? My hair is curly and gets frizzy when it drys. I have frizzy split ends too. I love this hair mask! It really does moisturize and reduce the frizz. I leave the mask in my hair for the full 10 minutes, sometimes I'll go a little longer before I rinse, and I am always satisfied with the results. I bought this at the recommendation of my colorist, and if a professional recommended it, you know it's good. At first I was hesitant to replace the conditioner that I've been using for the last 3 years – I regularly get my hair bleached and toned to silver (from naturally black hair) so aftercare is extremely important. I have a pretty strict hair regimen that I follow to keep my hair moisturized, and tangle and split end free. This conditioner went beyond my expectations. It is ultra hydrating, smells great (it has a citrus scent), and more importantly the results last. When I apply it to my hair, it immediately makes it slick and easy to detangle with my fingers. I then leave it on for 3-5 minutes and do the rest of my shower routine. After my shower, my hair is soft and easy to brush through. What's even more surprising is that my hair actually retains the moisture from this conditioner over time. I only wash my hair 2-3x a week and normally it starts feeling dry on the second or third day and I need to use hair oil, but with this conditioner my hair has continued to be manageable and hydrated even after time has passed. This stuff is absolutely amazing. I've used entire tubs of 60 dollar hair masks, 30 dollar conditioners for 4 ounces, and many conditioners at or around the price point of this conditioner for less ounces. This conditioner is 28 USD for 8 oz. I spent years basically torturing my hair. I dyed it weekly and bleached it often constantly putting color in and bleaching it out. I used ethnic hair relaxers that literally melted my hair because of the lye. So the last 3 years i did highlights or lowlights twice a year if that. I washed my hair the day after my roots got too oily to manage which was every 4 to 6 days. But I have extremely thick and curly hair that I blow dry and flat iron on wash day and flat iron or curl or crimp on every day in between. There was nothing i could do about that as I hate my curls more than the damage and the curl pattern was beyond broken anyway from the years of flat ironing daily. Despite all of the conditioning treatments, heat protectants, smoothing treatments, and styling products used my hair had a ton of breakage and split ends and when I washed my hair it knotted up and without two rounds of a lot of conditioner there would be no coming back from it. Idk why this was as I trimmed my hair and did everything right but nothing changed. That is until now. 1 week and 3 uses later my hair was not knotted in the shower and after one use it was shiny and actually healthy looking. It was and continues to be amazing. I am a fair-skinned redhead with fine, very curly hair (corkscrew curls, pencil to Sharpie diameter). I bought the Pattern 3-conditioner sampler, so I could see what works best for me. My hair has been dry lately, due to hypothyroidism, and I wash it more in the summer. So I need good hydration! Anyway… If you have fine hair, do not be afraid to try the "Intensive" conditioner!! Even though this is an intensive conditioner — kind of like a "hair mask" — it is not too heavy for my fine hair. I find that it hydrates beautifully, and after being rinsed out and then paired with a curl-defining leave-in cream, my curls are very defined, shiny, bouncy (not at all weighed-down), and frizz-resistant… even in hot, humid, rainy Maryland summer weather. I'm very happy with this, and can't wait to try the Heavy and Medium conditioners. My hair has different needs depending on the time of year, weather, and my activities. So it will be interesting to experiment with all three. I also look forward to trying the leave-in curl cream. Another important note: I am very sensitive to perfumey, over-fragranced products. Call me pleasantly surprised because what started as an "error" turned out to be the favorite! I had purchased the Intensive Conditioner in the past and thought it was the one I selected. After purchasing it however I realized I had selected the Heavy Conditioner but I figured I'd try it. WOW! It was actually BETTER than I expected! I mean peep the before and after photos! The cream left my hair feeling exactly how it's advertised, lucious, juicy and smooth! The best part? It doesn't leave my hair feeling heavy and sticky. As for the quality? Ok, let's get some things straight about this product. It says Heavy Conditioner for Coily hair. I read several comments of dissatisfaction of this product. My daughter has Coily/curly hair. I have tried Several.. Products which would nourish/hydrate and detangle her hair altogether. Nothing worked, until I tried Pattern Heavy conditioner for Coily hair. Yes, it is a thick conditioner, that's why it's labeled Heavy. After applying this conditioner to my daughters hair as instructed, my daughters hair is so much easier to manage, comb and detangle. I do not have to struggle to comb out her tangles like before using Pattern. If you do not have Coily/Curly hair, this product is not for you. I am using several of the Pattern products for my self and my daughter and they all work perfectly. My hair is curly and my daughter has Coily/Curly, there is a difference in our hair pattern, so therefore we use different kind of Pattern products. I just bought this today 15 March 2022 I have that hair , when you blow dry it , it fall apart by the you done. However , i did wore my hair natural for a year ( wash , out in a leave in Conditioner) no heat. I was shocked last December when I went for a trim at the salon how long my hair was. I had neck length hair , and it grew to the middle of my back. Yeah me ! It was my first time with a flat iron at the salon . Love it but I personally don't have a flat iron and don't flat iron my hair. Very tight long thick curls when it's wet , when it dries it dries like the dessert , when I get up in the morning , Lord , have mercy, I bring out everything , to detangle it, and then I just put it in the ponytail or let it just Air dry and put everything on hair to keep it moist. .. I tried the shampoo and conditioner today , I am very happy about the results , my hair didn't fall apart and my ends was not dry , because I have thick hair , it didn't weigh my hair down , i like that my roots feels smooth and no fly always. I've never ever blow dry my hair at a salon as they always wants to use a flat iron. I did it once and that's it. I do have grey roots ,and I use box root color . I switched from Redken Extreme and Hydra Conditioner, which helps repair and nourish my bleached fine hair, to purchase this one because it was available at a good discount and I'm sadly disappointed. From first use, I noticed an unpleasant smell – I would compare it to baby lotion, which isn't terrible by itself, but not a scent I love for my hair. Despite the smell, I continued using since I bought the liter size and wanted my money's worth and after about two weeks or so of use, I can tell my fine hair stays greasy at the top and doesn't have the body it usually has – it seems weighed down by this formula, which if anything positive does reduce frizz. I'm still using the remainder of my tried and true Redken Extreme Length Shampoo, but it doesn't seem to combat the cons of the conditioner. I have fine, oily, wavy hair. I use this shampoo every day, or every 2-3 days with dry shampoo in between. First off, I love this brand and set. I have tried so many other products and I always come back to Keraphix. It is not a clarifying conditioner, it does weigh my hair down, and can leave my roots oily… HOWEVER, the Pros far outweigh the cons. I rather have HEALTHY hair that GROWS and have to wash it more often. The alternative, is dry hair that is prone to breakage, dry/split ends, dull color. This set keeps my hair so healthy that it can actually grow longer. The KEY is to get a different clarifying shampoo to use periodically or on ROOTS only to prevent the oily scalp. I plan on buying VERB Reset Shampoo and to use it with my Nexxus line. I use a dry shampoo powder in my roots and bangs after my hair dries and I have no further problems with weighed down/oily hair. As for the reviewers saying it can leave hair crunchy – I attribute this to build up and a hair cast forming around my curls. Again, a periodic clarifying shampoo should resolve this. Anyway! I have thick, long, heavy and frizzy hair which used to be very difficult to deal with. I intended to purchase the shampoo in order to try and make it less frizzy but accidentally added the conditioner to my cart. Turns out this conditioner is just enough to fix 90% of the problems I have with my hair! Been using the 2chic for fine hair for several years and love it. The ultra sleek came up at a bargain price so thought Id try it. Probably like it even more. I have shoulder length highlighted very fine hair which does frizz in some weather. Was a bit concerned it would be too rich for fine hair, neednt have worried its wonderful and smells gorgeous and coconuty. Have also bought the cherry blossom shampoo and conditioner but havent tried that yet, but smells divine. This is my second product from Mielle: I bought the hair growth oil before and I’m still using it with good results in terms of greater hair density and thickness. So I decided to try their strengthening mask and I like it so much! It’s creamy and has a light mint scent which is really pleasant for me. I could not recommend this product enough!!!! It's amazing. Sometimes I use it instead of conditioner and it hydrates your hair, makes it shiny, no more dry ugly ends, is easy to detangle when brushing it and smells great. You can also use it on your roots as it does not weigh your hair down. My hair is long and very straight naturally but based on other reviews, I've noticed that it works on a lot of different hair types. I've never been able to use a hair masque because usually they are too heavy or oddly drying. Even picking a conditioner can be tricky. But this masque is really great. My daughter loves it, too. I have fine, wavy-curly low porosity hair. Since less is usually more with my hair, and also since I do always have much time, I use a small dollop and only leave in for 2-5 minutes. For me that's plenty to still get benefits. My hair is soft and curls are more defined with more shine. It feels healing for my hair. I like the scent since I prefer more herbal smells than perfumes. This conditions hair as it's namesake suggests however this is not a rinse out conditioner. It's a leave in conditioner that really hydrates and softens/detangles hair! I use it as a leave in conditioner after washing, and as a curl/style refresher. I will apply it straight out of the bottle to condition my hair and I use it in a mister with distilled water as a refresher. It has the appearance of a gel, but when you rub it in, it has slip and is thicker than expected. Its like a emulsified hair gel cream as far as consistency that spreads easily on my hair and just melts. If applied heavily this can be sticky and dries leaving flakes or residue/white-ish cast – leaving the hair looking dull. This has slip but its not really emollient. Although I think that most, if not all hair types, can find some use for this, I do think it is GREAT if you have fine/limp hair. I know its a stretch for ethnic beauties to believe me especially when this product line is heavily aimed towards the non-ethnic market. For thicker, porous and/or more textured hair types, I recommend sealing this with an oil, cream or butter in order to lock in that moisture. I personally seal it with a butter, pudding or cream if I have time but I have worn it by itself. Even though, its not emoillent because its contains no oils, waxes or butters – it does leave a buttery/slippery texture to the hair that I suspect is from the glycerin content and pH balancing qualities which smoothes the hair strand. I just find that the moisture lasts longer when sealed and can offset any potential dullness when used excessively or over time. Ive used it alone for twist outs, paired up with a gel for a wash and go( didnt pill). Its really multi purpose. The smell is really a spa-like signature scent. Has a unisex cologne scent that is refreshing but not off-putting. Definitely synthetic but pleasant. It contains no protein nor any thermal protection qualities. so its just a general fuss-free conditioner.Breezy

I've been using this leave-in for almost 10 years (since my mid-20's) and I absolutely love it. I have long hair that comes down to about the small of my back, and although I have a lot of it it's pretty fine. Before using this leave in I used to know it was time for a hair cut because of the amount of split ends I had – my hair was like an indicator toothbrush; the bottom 2 inches would air-dry immediately after a shower and get weirdly fluffy because it was so split/dry. In the Canadian winter I would have a halo of constantly waving hair stands because of the dry air and static electricity, brushing it was a battle. As soon as I started using this all issues went away. No more static, brushing is ridiculously simple, and when I get into the hair dressers about once every 6 moths they're constantly surprised at how healthy my hair is (in particular because of how long it is and the almost complete lack of split ends). For as long as I can find it I will keep using this stuff. The extra bonus, which is also a major factor in my books, is that it's not scented. Especially relevant given the amount I have to use due to how much hair I have. I can use it without worrying that I'm going to smell like chemicals, flowers or baked goods. Because it has no scent it doesn't clash with all of the other things on my body that do (scent left over from shampoo as well as deodorant). I have thick strand, wavy, red, frizzy coarse hair.. and a lot of it. So it's basically dry feeling all the time. It often just shatters at the ends despite my best efforts and avoiding heat. This leave in, along with the Awapuhi has literally changed my hair. It's soft and manageable and sooooooooo healthy! My hairdresser asked if I'd gone somewhere else for a haircut between appointments because my ends looked so good. The length I gained was shocking(no more breakage, doesn't actually increase growth) I think the trick to avoid greasiness is to use a SMALL amount. My length is about mid shoulder, and thick.. I use slightly more than nickel size amount and rub it between my hands to emulsify until it turns white and looks like lotion. Apply a very quick small swipe to my crown/bangs where my frizz goes wild then work the rest through the length. My only complaint is the smell. It's not really pleasant, not bad. It reminds me of old men's aftershave smell or some sort of beauty products my grandmas used. Thankfully it fades very quickly and I never notice it during the day. I keep a minimum of 3 bottles of this on hand at all times! I have one in the shower and one bottle in each of the other bathrooms. I use it to keep my curly hair from looking frizzy. So after I get out of the shower and also on my dry hair, I will put about the size of a quarter dollap of this condtioner in my left hand, then rub my hands together and work the conditioner into every strand I can ! The OG, my first experience with deep conditioner, still one of the only drugstore conditioners I feel safe defaulting to! I'm going to try to write this review without crying… the entire [brand:aussie] hair care line caused my hair to fall out and irritated my scalp so bad I scratched till I bled.. it got to the point where I needed my drs help because I was embarrassed, thought maybe alopecia. At first my dr. thought it was just a pregnancy symptom however when it continued after pregnancy he made me bring in my entire face,skin, body and hair routine to find out that the entire [brand:aussie] line contained an ingredient called dm dm hydantion which causes irritations and hair loss. BEWARE online the ingredient lists DO NOT SHOW this ingredient but it is on the bottle's ingredient list itself. Everything except for the hairspray was destroying my head…It smells really good thoshannon.l

I really like using these products and how my hair feels after using them. I ordered the whole set during the flash sale and when I received the products the shampoo, conditioning spray, and the conditioner weren't closed properly so most of the product was in the bottom of the box. I sent an email about the issue but I received another email for a link that doesn't work to open a ticket. No one has reached out to me and I have been sent the same link twice. My previous order the pumps on the bottles were broken. I just chalked that up to shipping but when the products are sent to you already opened, that's a whole other issue.Marcia W.

This is one of my top five shampoos for people who have a four c hair texture! The smell is amazing. It definitely gives off hints of pomegranate and honey which is the perfect snow combination. It provides a thick rich and full leather without having to use 17 pumps of shampoo. I Projects like that mielle products are parabens and sulfates paraffins and mineral oil all free. I will be the first to say that being that I have for sea hair this is not a detangling product. Moisturizing absolutely. Cleaning your hair it also removes all the impurities. I was a little disappointed when I received my black Friday package from Mielle. I have ordered before and have been pleased but this time it was like everything was thrown in a box and shipped. The box was so beat up its like the products could have came out and almost would have im certain had it been tossed around any more and I know that part wasn't so much their fault but I figured it would have been put into another box to ship to prevent that problem. The products had no confetti at least to soften how its thrown around everything was so greasy i thought for sure a product or 3 were leaking and also nothing was wrapped at least in bubble wrap considering how it was boxed up. Literally just thrown in the box any kind of way. Just disappointed because I know it could have been done better and what if my products would have all been leaking from how the order is being handled by the carrier.Yashica H.

This is great, it’s not oily or greasy, it hasn’t been making my hair flyaway and it certainly hasn’t affected how often I wash my hair so win win! I get KBB, this brand being SLS, paraben free is perfect for maintaining that, yet I don’t often use leave in conditioner so hasn’t tried this before. I will however repurchase going forwards, as my bleached blonde hair smells great, seems more conditioned and shinier – all things I want! Definitely recommendLaura

I have coloured copper hair, so it goes through ALOT! I’ve only used this once so far and it seemed to really help hydrate the hair, my hair is sooooo shiny and feels amazing after I used it. I love that it smells so gorgeous and also helps protect my hair whilst on. Think this will be a firm favourite and into my haircare routine from now on.Sherridon

This is my first time using this and honestly I only bought it because my usual brand wasn't and stock and I love this so much more! It smells great if you like sweet scents (kinda smells like candy) and although it comes in a smaller size and lower quantity for the same price as my usual brand, I find this to be a lot more effective and will be switching over to this going forward! I typically use this after my castor oil hair mask, which is notoriously thick and gooey making it very different to wash out. After a few washes my hair tends to get very tangled and this smoothens everything out! I am so amazed with the results, my hair feels great, smooth and very moisturised after.iHerb Customer

I love this product! I gave it a 4/5 because my hair is still frizzy after using it, while it claims to take frizziness fly away hairs. To be fair, it’s also the middle of summer very hot I have damaged hair. It definitely takes it down a little, but not enough. I have also only used it for about 2 weeks. I also don’t like the smell of the product while in the container, but it’s a pre-wash mask so the smell fades a bit making it smell slightly like vanilla cake. This smells AMAZING!! It is very thick and creamy. And kind of feels like you put a good lotion on your hands after using it. I’m very bad about just air drying my hair, and it doesn’t work well like that. Putting on before you blow dry however it works wonders. I normally have lots of little hairs pointing everywhere (even if I blow dry with other products ) yet with this I had none. It held them all into place! The crazy thing is later that night when I took my hair down and tried to comb through it there was no problem. I’ll never use hairspray again. Will definitely buy more and make this a must have. I had to purchase this trial size last time I bought my cream rinse because ULTA did not have the full size bottle. I do wish these Wild Ginger products came sold in the salon sized mega bottles! The original Detangler Conditioner changed my life back in the early 90s as I have very long thick hair, that tangles easily. If you need moisture in your hair, and have long hair, I can't recommend this line enough!Andie

I have normal Asian hair. I found that after using the matching shampoo and this conditioner for about two weeks to a month, my hair felt super dry and crunchy. As soon as I changed to a different brand my hair felt better. I am usually sensitive to fragrance but this product didn't make me sneeze. I would describe awapuhi as a funky ginger scent. I feel like they could dial it back on the amount of fragrance though.fooult

This conditioner smells great, but it's really for people who have straight hair or hair that doesn't need a lot of conditioner. The consistency is runnier, so I need a lot to coat my hair. I can see myself using this conditioner if my hair wasn't permed and was in its naturally super straight (can't hold any style) form. For me to get my hair smooth, I had to condition twice, leaving it in for 5 minutes each time. The first time penetrated some, so my hair was still not smooth, but with the second round of conditioning, this got the rest and my hair feels healthy. In the end, if you have straight hair that doesn't tangle easily, this is probably a great conditioner for you, but if you have hair that tangles easily, is treated, or has texture, this is definitely not for you (as it's not for me).Mizu

Wow the difference is unreal. I’ve been growing out my hair for as long as I’ve been working from home (almost 2years). It’s so long that it almost reaches my buttocks but it’s also started splitting and breaking. Tried this for the first time and I can’t stop playing with my hair. My hair stays nice longer, don’t have to wash and style it as often and even my bangs need less maintenance. Can’t remember the last time I woke up with my bangs looking good but now it happens all the time. Getting lots of compliments especially from my man who is long distance and calls me in the mornings to wake me up. “Wow your hair looks beautiful. Did you change it?” Would highly recommended but would also advise that Keratin treatments are not for every hair type… mine is long and thick and it did wonders on it.Chelsea H

Been using these packets for years. You have to use a small amount on your hair, you cannot use the entire packet at once or else your hair will be flat & greasy looking. I have dark shoulder length thick wavy frizzy hair & I usually use a dime sized to a quarter sized amount into my hand & I only use it on the ends of my hair. One packet can last me approximately 3 to 5 washes. Never put this on the crown or above the ends or it will make your hair flat. Rinse it out, then air dry your hair & when it's still damp but almost dry use an ionic hair dryer while your head is flipped upside down to give it body. Once my hair is dry I then use a flat iron on it as I have a shoulder length "lob" hairdo. Everyone has different hair types but for my hair it works good as long as I do not use too much.AngieO

This product is a staple in my haircare regimen. I have very dry coarse hair that tends to be frizzy. This product really works! There is a very noticeable difference in my hair it makes it smooth, shiny, and very healthy looking. I try to use it as often as possible. The consistency is very thick and creamy so a little goes a long way but it does not seem to weigh my hair down and make it feel greasy. Also has a very pleasant scent. I definitely recommend this product if you have damaged, frizzy, dry or color treated hair or even if you just want to add a little shine.jackie.m

I am so glad I am not the only one who has noticed a change in the quality and value of this conditioner. I've been strictly using Humectress conditioner for 20 years, it's been the only conditioner I've found that works perfectly for my thin curly hair. The "Ultimate Moisture" formula is thin, grainy, and leaves my hair feeling dry and brittle. I'm still trying to find a replacement conditioner, but haven't found one yet. The ones I use now are still better than the Ultimate Moisture. I will NEVER use this one again, complete waste of money.ME1234

I have struggled with my hair tangling REALLY easily and because of my curl type, I can’t really brush my hair or it will frizz. So, I’ve always had to wash my hair everyday just to brush the knots out. I was out of my regular shampoo and conditioner at the store so I got this instead and I am SO GLAD I DID!!! I have not had a single knot like I usually do. I even tried sleeping with a bonnet, saying pillow cases, braiding my hair, etc. And nothing helped. BUT THIS PRODUCT CHANGED EVERYTHING!!! This is a classic bait and switch tactic, use the picture of the bottle that all Nexxus Humectress lovers search for, and then send the new formula version instead. I don’t recall the warning “packing may differ” on this product when I ordered, but I now see why it is said on so many sites. Nexxus Humectress’ formula changed and since then people search high and low for the version that comes in THIS bottle. The one with the white lid is nothing like the original and sad to say I got duped by Bed Bath and Beyond. This is a subpar product being passed off as the product pictured. I've been using both this shampoo and conditioner for a couple years now and I must say I love these products!! They smell great. This is such a great product! I had box dye in my hair, ehivh greatly damaged my virgin hair into being frizzy and dull and dry. Instantly, I applied 2 quarter sized amounts of this conditioner into my hair after using a regular shampoo and I doubted it at first, but after letting it dry in my towel, my hair brushed out so smoothly without any knots in my hair as usual. My hair feels soo soft and wow does it already feel much healthier and restored! Do not see as much frizz, and even smells good! Does the job and worth your money! Trust !!Ninel

I love the CHI serums and hair straightening hot tools, but I have to say that this Keratin Conditioner was awful on my hair. I was shocked since I am a fan of other CHI products. I have curly/somewhat textured hair. This conditioner left my scalp greasy and my ends horribly dry and not smooth at all. Ends also felt brittle and just looked damaged overall. I am not buying this product again. This does not happen when I use my other typical conditioners, like "Shea Moisture" or the "Not Your Mother's" Line.Alyssa
