    I'm replacing a Waterpik Ultra with the Homegeek unit. I had to replace the wand/hose assembly on the Waterpik because the bracket underneath the unit broke. The new wand/hose assembly broke in short order because I don't believe that it can handle the water pressure. Interesting how the wands are readily available. Maybe they know that they don't last. My new Homegeek unit is quieter than the Waterpik Ultra, the reservoir is just as big or bigger, the pressure is as good or better, it's simple to use, and it's less expensive. It does not have an on/off switch like the Waterpik because it doesn't need one. Just turn the dial and you're good to go. I will see how long it lasts, but so far, I'm impressed.     Unfortunately, I have to write a bad review for the water flosser because it doesn't last very long. After using the flosser for a while, mine stopped working even though I used it correctly and never dropped it. A month or two later, the same thing happened to the flosser I bought for my girlfriend. Things were going well until the water stream pressure of the flosser weakened and then eventually stopped working entirely. The customer service department isn't helpful either. When they emailed me about my issue, they just told me how to use the water flosser – something I already know how to do AND something that's not relevant to my issue. I don't know what the issue is for the flossers to stop working properly and the SDC website and internet searches aren't helping either. I thought this would be a good investment but it seems to be another headache.Riley M.

    I'm so impressed with this flosser! The fact that its chargeable and cordless is amazing! It also holds the charge for so many uses! I've had this for 5 months, use it every night and think I've had to charge it 3 times. Although, when you do recharge you get a stronger flow of water. One water fill usually works to complete all my teeth, sometimes I refill. Does a through job and my teeth and gums feel cleaner! I can't recommend this flosser enough. I'm don't like using dental floss and this is the perfect solution for me! Love the settings and how easy it is to use. If you're in the market for a flosser, you found a really good one.     This flosser's quality and price are ridiculously good, this device helped me a lot. I just point the head between my teeth, click, and move on. Simple as that. I'm finished flossing fast.     I love this flosser! My dentist always tells me I need to floss more, but my teeth are very close together so it is very difficult for me to use dental floss. So, I thought I would try this flosser and I am so glad I did! It works great! I had never used one before so it did take me some time to get the hang of it and figure out what settings I like the most. But now that I have been using it, I love it! Not only does it floss, but I like the way my teeth and gums feel after using it. My teeth feel cleaner and my gums feel massaged. I like that it has two settings for how the water sprays and I like the two settings for control of the water flow. I also like that it has three intensity levels. I love that it is cordless and the water reservoir is large enough for me to floss my entire mouth. I think this is a great flosser and I would highly recommend this product!CB66

    The Oral B water flosser is an easy way to keep up with daily flossing. I have always hated standard flossing because I have sensitive gums. I like that I can control the force and direction of the water. Even with sensitive gums, I prefer using this on the "intense" setting to really get between my teeth and I'm relieved it doesn't hurt. It comes with 2 nozzles and I actually prefer the straight jet nozzle rather than the rotational one. I do like how quiet the device is. It is a little tricky at first to get the hang of flossing while leaning over the sink and leaving your mouth open a bit to continually drain the water. However, within a few days time flossing became as easy as brushing. I only gave this 3 stars because the handle is about 2 times the size of an electric toothbrush. It's clearly made larger to hold the water canister on the back. It's just so bulky on my bathroom sink and I'm hesitant to put it in a drawer as you need to leave the canister door open to air out when not in use. Just wish it wasn't so large.Healthy Mama in WI

    This is one of those items that you wonder how you managed to live without it for so long. I have sensitive gums, and thus regular string flossing is an uncomfortable task that I dread. This water flosser not only is a painless way to floss/ clean between teeth… but it makes your teeth and mouth feel so clean and fresh (akin to how you feel after a dental cleaning). I have been using it for a couple weeks, and I believe I also am seeing improvement in my gums… they even seem less sensitive. This device is beyond easy to use. It essentially is a wand that has a little water tank that you can fill with water from the tap. It has easy to use buttons on the front to both turn the water stream on and off, and also to select your setting. I appreciate that there are three settings that allow you to select the stream that suits your needs, because at first I was on the lowest/ sensitive…. but now I am able to go all the way up (which is one of the reasons I believe my gums have improved). This is an appliance that you plug-in to charge, but then you can use it chord-free. I find the battery holds a charge for many uses. I also appreciate that it is a sleek design that I can just set on my counter without taking-up much space. Overall, I am very pleased.
