I love this product. I am so glad that this deodorant is one that has all natural ingredients. As a woman, some days I apply it twice. I do not exercise much or workout heavily, so I cannot speak to the strength it has in managing body odor in that regard, but for regular daily use, I am super happy with this product. Also, in hot, humid environments, after all day outside – no stink. No irritation whatsoever, even right after shaving. In the past, the natural deodorants would build up on his shirts and the shirts would smell after activating it with his body-heat (even after only wearing it for a couple hours). I found I stayed smelling good all day and never once was worried about sweating through the deodorant. I really like how easily it goes on and that it has a nice light scent to it. I Initially loved these deodorants because they seemed to be helping with BO but immediately noticed it left a sort of residue that did not come off no matter how much I scrubbed and used various soaps. After a few weeks the residue still would not come off and I started noticing BO getting worse so I’d switch to a different scent. Again, the different scent would work for a few weeks only to have the same problem. Eventually none would cover up the BO and the residue would not come off. I recently stopped using this product and after a few days the residue came off and lo and behold no more BO!! This product definitely traps sweat and bacteria that makes you smell worse. I love this deodorant!!!! I’ve been buying it for probably 10 years, and they do last a long time. I love that it’s natural and I find it’s easier to use and works better than the solid crystal rock that you have to wet. I stopped using anti-perspirant years ago and went to natural deodorant, and I’ve never looked back! It feels so much more natural and you never have to worry about getting it on your clothes anyways. The price has been great and I have never found a smell when I’m wearing it. Full disclosure I’m not an excessively heavy sweater but if I was to go no deodorant I would smell like a normal person would, and with this I have absolutely no issues or concerns with ever stinking. It deodorizers but it does not block your sweat glands, which is good for your body however if you find your clothes get marked by perspiration then that would still happen, it just may not smell as much. I’ve never had sweat stains on my clothes so I can’t say how this is for those who struggle with thatfelicity.h
I’ve been using this for years, and it’s worked well for me. The roll on is simple to use, and it doesn’t have any pore clogging ingredients or nasty additives. If you have body odour issues on the heavier side of the scale, this may not work as well for you, or you may need to use it more regularly. it does not prevent sweat but only deodorizes it. I can’t say for sure but it does seem like the formula has changed and isn’t it quite as strong, but it might just be me! I’m still using it, and I had you found any other Crystal roll-on to replace it with. I may go back to the rock in the future though to comparefelicity.h
I think at this point I’ve tried all of the Crystal Body Deodorant scents by now, and Pomegranate is one of my favorite smells by far. The composition is fruity and floral, and personally feels like one of the stronger ones. As for frequency, it is a part of my daily shower routine, and since I don’t have to reapply in the same day, one bottle will get you very far. The package size is substantial for the price, especially when compared with other deodorant brands! It is made with few quality, natural ingredients so no need to worry about harsh chemicals. I have been using this deodorant off and on for about four years. My skin is super sensitive to products with fragrance—even the masking fragrance in Dove Unscented Sensitive deodorant (the American version). While Ban roll on is labeled “unscented” as opposed to “fragrance free”, it truly has no fragrance. It never irritates me. It is soothing and leaves my skin smooth. It is also rated a 1 by the EWG, making it one of the cleanest aluminum-based deodorants out there. The roll on is economical, as it comes in a large container that lasts longer than your standard 2.6 oz deodorants. I am not a heavy sweater and have never really had to contend with underarm, so I can’t really speak about its performance. All I know is it works for me so long as I apply it everyday after I shower. The downsides to this antiperspirant are that it takes a bit to of time to dry down and the packaging is bulky and unappealing. This is probably why I am always on the lookout for a new fragrance free option. The best lip balm around! Leaves a nice shine and lips feel moisturized. I do have to reapply kinda often but I don't mind because I rarely (if ever) find one that lasts and isn't sticky. I HATE sticky lip gloss or balm. I love that this balm has hemp oil and all natural. I did notice a slight change once they started using USA hemp oil but I'll manage. I've tested all sorts of brands of natural deodorant and generally they focus on super potent fragrances to cover up your funk. That stuff triggers my allergies and somehow made me feel sick within 10-20 minutes of applying it so I had to shower and scrub those overly scented junk ones off. I got a stick of this for review and applied it after not having showered or applied deodorant for a couple days just to see and it absolutely did a good job dealing with odor! The only time I could smell my armpit is when I put my nose right to it and it was super super light. No one's gonna smell that. I've been wearing this for a little over a week now and every day I'm surprised that it's natural AND works. I do notice my armpits sweat a little more without the aluminum stuff but it's nothing excessive or embarrassing. It's absolutely worth it to ditch that aluminum junk that your body absorbs and medical experts say can lead to things like dementia. It's not proven but why take a risk when you don't have to? Absolutely love this deodorant and highly recommend it. Sensitive skin/ allergy sufferer and it doesn't set off any of that. It leaves my armpits feeling soft too. Doesn't clump up my armpit hair like others do. This stuff is just amazing all around! My one complaint is the price point. In this time, I've found that I am extremely sensitive to natural deodorants and have had some pretty mad allergic reactions giving me extremely painful rashes. That said, I intentionally took a couple of weeks before writing this review as I wanted to see how my body reacted to the Native Lavender & Rose Deodorant. After using the Native plastic-free Lavender & Rose deodorant, I can say I am quite pleasantly surprised. This is a naturally-derived deodorant with sustainable packaging that is plastic-free yet durable. The packaging is made from sturdy paperboard sourced from responsibly managed forests. The Lavender & Rose deodorant has a great scent that isn't too overpowering. I didn't have any irritation or allergic reaction to the deodorant, and the core ingredients and lack thereof are great. It's made with Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Magnesium Hydroxide, Probiotics, and Baking Soda while being free of Aluminum, Phthalate, and Talc. Without any rigorous activity, I get 12 hours of protection which is quite notable for me without having to reapply. And in all reality, the full count is over 16 hours. Impressive. I love that Native makes products that come with an unscented option. I also like that the ingredients seem to be more natural and have less harsh chemicals than other brands. The Native Unscented Deodorant is great for me. It is unscented and has a clear ingredients list on the back. I don’t know all the ingredients, but they sound fairly simple and I trust Native to use things that are safe to put on my body. It does mention no parabens and aluminum, which I like to avoid in deodorant. I was surprised to see Lactobacillus Acidophilus in the ingredients list. I’ve never seen that on a bodycare product before. Recently, there has been a heatwave, and this deodorant helped keep me smelling fresh. I put it on in the morning and was glad there wasn’t a strong fragrance to it. It went on pretty easily, like other deodorants. I also did not have any skin reactions to it. After lunch, I checked, and I think it did a pretty good job at deodorizing and I didn’t notice any problems. With it being unscented, some may have a hard time knowing whether it’s working or not. Instead of checking for the fragrance, I need to check for lack of bad odors. I think it works well and am glad Native makes this Unscented Deodorant for people like me. When it comes to all things skin care, fragrance free is how I roll. As a result, Almay Fragrance Free deodorant remains in my deodorant rotation. It’s inexpensive, effective, readily accessible, and rates a 1 with the EWG. I tend to use it more in the summer time, as the gel is really cooling and sucks up any moisture. This product can be a bit tricky apply, as a little goes a looong way. I only use about half a click under each arm and make sure I thoroughly rub in the gel with the applicator. I find that this deodorant works 24 hours or more. I can apply it at night, take a shower the next morning, skip applying after and still remain completely odor and sweat free for the entire day. The effectiveness of this deodorant can act as a double-edged sword though. I find that my underarms get a bit too dry after few weeks of regular use and I have to switch to a more moisturizing antiperspirant.nicole.t
This is my favorite antiperspirant. I love that its fragrance free. It doesnt irritate my skin. For years I struggled with bumpy, irritated underarms.. even using “unscented†(which usually means masked fragrance), and breaking down and trying a more “natural†(HEAVILY SCENTED AND IRRITATING) type. It's a very good product, esp. for folks with sensitive skin. It's absolutely hypoallegenic and comfortable. Just a precaution, however. Don't apply too much under those arm pits. You will soil up your t-shirts!! An FYI. Men and women can use it! Fellows, if you're having an allergic reaction to other deodorants/anti-perspirants, this is the one for you! I absolutely love this deodorant. I have been using my Dove stick antiperspirant and find that I get sweaty within a couple hours. I started using this product and I can’t believe the difference. I went on a really long walk and there was no sweat. I did a long and hot day at work and there was very MINIMAL smell of sweat – very minimal. Considering I was wearing a jumper and running round all day, I’d consider that pretty good. The smell is pleasant and not too overpowering. I love the design and how you don’t have to screw off the cap. You can just pull it out and put it right back in when you’re done. It’s small enough to pop in your bag. I am pleasantly surprised with Sanex. It's not a brand I would normally buy, I tend to buy the Dove roll on antiperspirant but this product exceeded my expectations. The bottle is a great design and i love that it's recyclable! Product isn't heavy, rolls on well and works effectively. No aluminum salts which I appreciate. The only complaint I would have is the scent – this is the classic Sanex scent and to me it just smells like baby powder. If they could come out with a coconut or lavender flavour, I would buy this every single time. Overall, really good product and environmentally and health conscious as a brand.CaitM2
I used this during the day and overnight. It protected me throughout and I did not need to top up. The fragrance is fresh and pleasant, quite subtle and not overpowering. I used it after shaving and it did not sting at all which I found surprising. I expected some sensitivity as with other products but it was soothing. The product did not make me itch and did not transfer onto my clothes. I do like roll ons because I can control where the product is applied and it is more direct then a spray. It keeps me feeling clean throughout the day and washes off clean in the shower, too. I am giving it 4 stars because I haven't yet worn it for a workout, but I think it'll be great for that, too. I like the ingredients. I like the scent. I like the texture. I like the overall effectiveness. I wish it were a little bit less expensive but I do think it's worth it considering how many natural deodorants I've tried. I also like the slightly cooling sensation when you first put it on. Definitely worth trying out.

Long time user of MegaBabe products from the Bust Dust and Thigh Rescue. I have tried the other Deos from MegaBabe but they were not strong enough without re-application even though they smelled heavenly and are the smoothest application of any natural deo I have tried. Was so happy when they came out with a baking soda option! Some of the really great things about this product is not only the half amount of baking soda of traditional natural deodorants, so it’s great on sensitive skin but even more is the consistency of the deodorants from MegaBabe are delightful. Some natural deodorants need to “warm” on your skin or they tug! Not MegaBabe these apply like smooth like deodorants we are used to but are not healthy. Ever since my husband was diagnosed with cancer 5 years ago, and I became aware of the toxic burden we put on our bodies just from hygiene products alone. I like the scent of this, however, it has the problem a lot of natural deodorants on the market have; cakey stickiness, and no staying power for body odor. The company should look into using magnesium instead of baking soda for (real, and irritation-free) odor control. They need to reformulate it so the product doesn't come apart like a chalky mess when applied, rather, it should glide onto the skin creating a velvety veil of odor protection, which I'm certain can be done with magnesium (if you don't believe me, I kid you not– go and get some peppermint Mylanta liquid antacid and see how amazing it works for controlling body odor. Magnesium is the real deal for that). Again, I loved the baby powder scent! But this product just doesn't work for body odor. NOTE: I now prefer Ivory deodorants. They are also aluminum-free, but they use magnesium instead of baking soda, so it works powerfully on odor AND it's velvety (not cakey) under the arm, with no white residue.Stacy I.
Best deodorant I have ever used. Found it on a fluke. Forgot deod on vacation and bought some. Within a few days realized I never wanted to be without it so bought more on line. The scent is not overpowering or medicinal. It’s fresh and lovely. No aluminum so no yellow stains on white shirts. Works like a charm. Highly recommend. This goes on very smooth for me. I did have to change my technique otherwise it builds up on the edges of the container but the adjustment is no big deal. I don’t know why people are saying that it’s dry, brittle and chunky. Did they leave the lid off? I’ve been using this for over a year. I love this product. I am so glad that this deodorant is one that has all natural ingredients. As a woman, some days I apply it twice. I do not exercise much or workout heavily, so I cannot speak to the strength it has in managing body odor in that regard, but for regular daily use, I am super happy with this product. Amazing!! First deodorant after twenty attempts that is amazing! Super dry feeling when you put it on- something I haven’t found in other aluminum free deodorants. And it actually lasts all day- I put it on this morning after a shower and now it’s midnight and I can still smell the deodorant and nothing else! Must be the magnesium hydroxide in the formula! It smells like a regular non aluminum free deodorant, which threw me off at first because it wasn’t super earthy smelling like others I’ve tried. I would actually recommend this to everyone, even those who don’t care about it being aluminum free. Crazy it took so long to find this! When I say I’ve tried dozens, I mean I’ve tried dozens… including all target brand aluminum free deodorants, Amazon ones, online ones, Whole Foods ones, everything. This deodorant is awesome! For those who say it does not last, and that you need to keep reapplying to prevent odors, you probably need to give this more time for your body to adjust to the lack of sweat preventing chemicals. When I quit regular anti-perspirants, I switched to coconut oil for a while before discovering this and the first month or so is sweaty and gross smelling as your body purges those chemicals. Now that I have been off the anti-perspirant and just use this natural deodorant, I rarely sweat, even while hiking, and there is no smell either. This deodorant is just that…a pretty scent to cover any slight odors. For those who do not want to let your body sweat naturally, this is not the product for you. It is not an anti-perspirant, therefore it will not prevent sweat from happening. An abrupt switch from anti-perspirant to the Ivory Deodorant is probably not going to yield immediately great results, but give it a few weeks and you won’t look back! Wanted to love it because it smells good. Nice, light fragrance, applies smooth. But it doesn’t work super great. I tested it first on a trip to Miami. I can handle the extra perspiration from being aluminum free, but it didn’t keep me odor free. I had to was my armpits half way through the day because I started to smell bad. When returning to my winter climate home, I thought it would go better. And on day one, it’s is a little better. But I’m usually able to prolong the days between a shower. Love Lavanila! I am convinced that finding a natural deodorant is a personal journey and you just won’t know which ones work for you until you’ve tried them. Lavanila is a winner for me— feels good going on, keeps me dry, smells good, no irritation. Every so often, I need to switch up the formula so I use the sport luxe in summer and switch scents during the other months. Including thoughts on others for those on their natural deodorant journey: Other natural deodorants I’ve tried: Native: have to use sensitive which has fewer scents because regular has irritating baking soda, normal but a little waxy application, works well until it doesn’t— if you get any breakthrough odor, that shirt will never smell good again because it locks in the odor Schmidts: have to use sensitive bc of baking soda, sensitive scents aren’t great, works well, application is like a normal deodorant, leaves white marks if not careful Megababe: doesn’t irritate, wet application that dries quickly, doesn’t work especially well for me unless I apply it regularly through out the day Necessaire: Wet application that feels like I’m rolling alcohol onto my skin, smells fine, doesn’t work well for me unless I apply it regularly throughout the day Raw Sugar: very similar to Native in application, feel, and effect— works very well until it doesn’t. I would choose this over Native because they’re basically the same but this one costs so much less. I think it costs less because the applicator is cardboard and terrible; feels like you’re rolling on a glue stick with worse packaging. Crystal: lots of different application formulas (roller, stick, crystal, etc) this one works well for me if I know I’m not going to be super active that day. This is my absolute favorite deodorant. I always use the Pure Vanilla scent and it smells amazing and leaves my clothes smelling like vanilla. I’ve tried lavender vanilla in another brand and felt like the mix smelled great but didn’t mix with my body chemistry and left me smelling more like bad BO so I have t tried this brand. I like the probiotic one, it’s a little soapy smelling but worked great. The sport Lux works! It does leave like a residue on your skin but whatever that is must help it work in extra sweaty situations. I read thru some of these reviews and was surprised at peoples reaction saying the deodorant stinks. But everyone’s noses are different and body chemistry is different. I've been using this deodorant for about 4 years now and I LOVE it. It is the best aluminum free deodorant I've ever tried. That having been said, there are a lot of tricks I use to make it work for me. There is no doubt that Dove performs better than any natural deodorant on the market (which is what I used before switching), and I'm sure you've already learned that it can take weeks for your body to adjust (your pits will go through an increased stinky period when you first start using ANY aluminum free deodorant) but you have to power through… which is why my first tip is to make the switch in winter when it's cold and less humid… you will sweat less and stink less… My next tip is for those who say this product gives them a rash. It used to give me a rash too (really any natural deodorant I tried would give me a rash) and I finally figured it out… if you apply this to freshly shaved underarms it just seems to irritate the snot out of them… so for a while there I would try and skip deodorant for a day if I'd just shaved, or I would just use my trusty old Dove for that one day. It took some time of bouncing back and forth but I can now wear this DO after shaving without any irritation or "breakouts". That kind of ties into my next time… you really don't have to be "all or nothing" when switching. I still keep a tube of Dove around for days where I really need the sweat protection (mainly for days where I will be spending a lot of time outside around other people… think beach, zoo etc.). Also, natural deodorants don't help with sweat (they aren't meant to… they are meant to help with stink) so if you are a sweaty beast and still want to switch, consider toting around a small thing of wipes in your purse to freshen up, as well as reaplying your deodorant. I know this seems like a lot so why bother but if it is important to you to make this switch then you'll probably have to put some work in. It gets better, it just takes time. P.S. you can find these for half off at TJ Maxx and Marshals. I've paid full price and it's worth it to me, but I also stock up if I can find them for $6 and the discount ones have always been just as good as the ones I've paid full price for.kay.b

I used this deodorant for years. It doesn’t take much to make me sweat and I assumed no deodorant could prevent that, which is why I stuck with Degree for so long. It doesn’t keep you from sweating. All it does is mask your odor with an overwhelming, obnoxious fragrance every time you sweat. I became very self conscious about whether or not other people could smell the fragrance if I perspired in the slightest. I switched to Lady Mitchum Advanced Control Stick a year ago. This deodorant really does what it says.. lasts for over a day and keeps the stink away. Not only does it keep away the stink (it even seriously really works on the stress stink!) But it doesn't linger on your pits in a bad way. Many deodorants I've tried seem to never come off, no matter how much I wash and rewash my pits in the shower. The scent sticks around and leaves a leftover stink of deodorant and BO. But this one while staying on great since application easily comes off in the shower leaving you with fresh pits. The scent is okay, it's a powder clean scent which isn't amazing but not offensive. It can seem strong at first but I got used to it after a week. However it works amazing, so you won't mind the scent for long if it is strong for you. This is a bit drying but after a month of use I'm not experiencing any issues, even with having sensitive skin. I reccomend following the directions (apply on dry pits at night) and you'll be golden. One stick lasted me about one month. I have tried a plethora of natural deodorants over the years and it's been really hard to find one that doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. This one smells lovely and lasts all day. I tried this because I was ISO an aluminum-free deodorant. It smelled good, lady in the store told me it worked well. When I used it in front of one of my girlfriends she warned me a friend of hers broke out really badly because of it. I had liked enough to give it a real try. I was so wrong! About a week after using it I developed an ingrown-like inflammation, just one single which multiplied to five different pustules. My underarms are beet red. I’m in so much pain. Don’t buy this. I’m going to a doctor.

This is an excellent 24 hour deoderant which works very well, even when tested to the limits. It is particularly good with sensitive skin. However it is very expensive. I would not pay for this if I could use normal deoderants at normal prices. Also, I have not found a uK supplier or UK product which surprises me but buying internationally has never been a problem.saltypig32
