Just got this and it doesn't work. I tried multiple outlets and even tried a different cord, but it doesn't work. \nIn all fairness, this just happened and I am about to contact the seller. We shall see if they make good on it. \nJust frustrated to have spent so much for something that doesn't work.
Just used the pen one time so far. There are no real I did find helpful info and demo vid instructions in the method for using the pen, frequency, how to sterilize the needles, whether or not the needle head is single use or can be used more than once. The product itself is okay, but you have to go online to find information on the actual use of dermaneedling as there is nothing with the product.
First treatment went well on 12 needle tips for acne scars. Seems like a good quality machine. The depth chart that comes with the machine is perfect. I only did .5 to 1 and the area that I treated is still pink at day three and that tells me I got a good treatment. Great value so far!

I've used this device once so far and really like it. Looking forward to the results with continued use. The reason I gave only 3 stars is because the nano attachment is pointless. It doesn't penetrate the skin at all. There aren't needles on the end, just little bumps. I have only used once and WOW the results are incredible thus far. Used only on my stomach for stretch marks and loose skin (2 years Postpartum) my stomach never recovered from. One treatment in and my skin has tightened dramatically, stretch marks less noticeable, and it only took a few days for the redness to go away. Highly recommend this!! I wish I had used this sooner.
