I am literally without words because I am eating mine after seeing an advertisement for this hair brush on FB. I thought, “yeah right. Let the hairbrush meet my kid.” She has Autism and Epilepsy. I am using this brush in my daughter's hair which is long and wavy. It is amazing to painlessly get out the knots. This is the only place online I could get it in pink. I have tried the Popular mix in her hair but I could not detangle with that. I also tried the wide comb but it was time consuming and painful. This is such a cute and sturdy brush. My head is very sensitive and I absolutely hate brushing my hair and even more so when it’s dry. I have 3b type hair and I don’t normally use brushes with bristles like these anymore, but I decided to try it on my dry and tangled hair and I have to say that I like it. This thing is amazing. My friend had a wet brush and suggested I buy one and I am so glad I did. I don’t normally brush my hair because it’s extremely curly. But that’s not good for your hair. I promise you if you take your normal hair brush and brush one side of your head, then brush the other side with a Wet ‘N Wild Dry brush you will notice a big difference. I actually was recommended this brush for static. I have TONS of fine hair and in the winter it gets really staticy. So many brushes make it worse (so called 'anti static' ones never work and in fact they tend to be the worst offenders. Weird right?!) Would I say this neccesarily smooths ALL my hair down? Not really. I still have to use products before I blow dry for that. However this does seem to help a lot with static and not create any. I still have a bit of static in my hair depending on the air quality but dryer sheets help with that to a degree. I also use it on wet hair and to distribute hair products before blow drying and heat styling.

In my experience, it works better than my wet brush did because it doesn’t pull at my hair. I’ve had less breakage and smoother brushing. The only reason I gave it a four is that although it is beautiful, it does feel a bit cheap due to the plastic body of the brush. This makes it light and easy to work with but I wish it was a bit more durable.ICrystal
Prior to purchasing this, I was using a wide tooth comb in my hair while in the shower but recently it’s been more tangled than usual so I was looking for something different. I read the reviews on this and decided to give it a shot and was VERY DISAPPOINTED. Upon taking it out of the packaging, the first thing I noticed was that it was very lightweight and made out of a very cheap dollar store-like plastic (if you feel it, you will know what I mean). The handle is made out of the same plastic and is hollow. I had to go back and look at the packaging because I thought maybe this was meant to be for kids or a toy for doll hair. For the price, quality is severely lacking. Next, I will mention that I have thicker hair (nothing too thick, but since it’s wavy it’s on the thicker side) and although the packaging says for all hair types, I would disagree. The bristles are EXTREMELY fine and I noticed that my hair wasn’t even going through the brush – the bristles would bend on contact with my hair and the hair would glide along the surface but the bristles wouldn’t actually run through my hair since they were so thin. I had to part my hair in very small sections and monitor each time to see if the brush was even going through my hair. Since I have more volume up top, the brush wouldn’t run through there either so I had to comb through the hair near my scalp with my tangle teezer. The bristles should have been thicker and sturdier, especially since they are meant to work on wet/damp hair which is heavier than dry hair. Shocked to see all these 5 star reviews and not one person agrees with my sentiments. I’d say this brush is good for kids or people with fine hair but you have curly/wavy hair or thick hair, do your research and find a brush that’s actually worth your moneyzeee
Wanted to love this brush and it worked great for a little while but eventually the bristles (like 1/4) started going into the cushioned portion of the brush so the bristles don’t run through my hair at all. Some of the bristles have also started to come out completely when removing hair from the brush. I bought multiple so it’s a real bummer!HCarm
