The item was bought as a gift. The first one arrived and I wrapped it and gave to my mother and when she opened it and took it out of the box, the item had been used. It was dirty and had "trash" in the suction holder. I sent it back and got another one and the suction does not pick up like the video shows. I was very disappointed in this item. I purchased it for my 73 year old mom so she would not have to bend over to sweep the dust/trash into the dust pan. I was really hoping this item would be a happy solution for not bending over but it was not.Dorie

I purchased this out of a need due to physical challenges. The weight is about 1/2 gallon of milk well made materials. Suction is amazing and easy to operate … no need for push down on device to activate the suction … battery life is amazing . The weight of the broom and thickness of the handle give assurance. My whole family is impressed with this product. Having lower back issues some movements are difficult but consistently bending is my pet p ! No more of that and handle is decided no loosing and slim built to put in area of houseware not bunky … there is so much more to say but I will say it is reasonable price and worth every dollar … good job to the designers ☺️gypsirulez

This is my 2nd machine. I love the ease of using it, as it doesn't hurt my back like mopping with a large mop however it has its drawbacks. I have multiple large dogs and a family that is in the landscaping business so we always have dirt and mud being tracked in. My kitchen floor is vinyl tile and white so everything is easily noticed. The first one I bought lasted about 8 months and then a piece broke off where the water is sucked into so I had to quit using. I bought the 2nd one and made sure to take extra care but I'm experiencing what many on here have stated. It takes me 3 tanks do to my kitchen which is about 300 sq ft. Because I have to go over each area multiple times. Ii don't mind doing this but it's a lit of starts and stops to get the floor cleaned. However once it's done it looks great. I wish there was a way that you could make the brushes scrub harder for the tough spots, and maybe add a heater to keep the water hot so the floor would be cleaned faster. Also because of its size you can't get into the hard to reach places and you would still have to mop those areas. I will continue to use my machine until it breaks down but hopefully their will be improvement soon. Lastly as everyone has stated the machine does leave water trails especially when standing still, I have just learned to clean those up as I go and when I'm done I have to papertowel the last spot to soak up the water.Colleen

I was expecting great things from this particular PowerDash product. But after reading the reviews, it was true, the vacuum didn't pick up the water left on the floor as I was expecting. I called customer service and she said to add some water in the collecting tank but it still didn't pick up much water. I miss the Floormate (sold out). I will wait for that. I like Hoover products. I realize people can be very harsh and critical and say don't buy this but you gain even better ideas from their comments. I don't expect a miracle from any machine. I can't expect a product to miraculously clean the grout of the tile. It's really a blessing that companies such as yours can give us an easier way of living. I had a floormate for 15 years that needed to be replaced. I purchased the PoweDash Hard Floor cleaner in May 2022 The new machine was flimsy and inferior design from the old machine from the onset. Less than six months later, it no longer works. The machine stopped dispersing the liquid onto the floor. My husband, a mechanical engineer, evaluated the machine with no success. I contacted Bed Bath and Beyond and I was instructed to call the manufacturer. That was done and three days later there is still no callback from the message left. Save your money and the headache. Great for quick pickups after young children which is sometimes needed a couple times a day. Lightweight and works fine on low pile rugs and carpet, but definitely better on tile and wood floors. Love that it empties quickly easily and cleanly without filters and complicated disassembly needed. I also notice less dust in the air when emptying than i get with more expensive vacuums that have filters, probably because it doesn’t capture those ultra fine dust particles. Reading the other reviews, I hope it lasts. It’s lightweight and kinda fun to use. In fact my 2 year old LOVES to run it, which means they’re occupied doing something positive AND that actually cleans the house. So that a WIN-WIN situation.expokecouponer

I just wanted something that was mote convenient than a broom without being too bulky and expensive. I didn't want a vacuum, didn’t want anything super loud, just a broom replacement for someone who has too much else to do between really sweeping and mopping, and tbis sucker is perfect. Very easy assembly, just connect the pieces of the handle by pushing them together. Sweeps up everything on the floor and then is easily emptied into the trash can. Last year I bought one for my sister-in-law as a gift and she loves hers, so when my old sweeper battery died, I bought this nice Black and Decker sweeper with a lithium battery that plugs right into the wall to charge, and I love mine.Judy

I bought a Bissell crosswave cordless max last year for Christmas because this was sold out. Originally I wanted this I did a lot of research and thought the Tineco one was far more advanced considering they had come out at the same time. My Bissell broke and again it hasn't even been a year I did not buy the warranty for it because I thought it would at least last a year. But I decided I'd buy my original choice and I'm far from disappointed. The issues I had with the Bissell I don't with this. Bissell was bad at streaking and would leave a puddle of water behind the brush roller was so soft it wouldn't pick up dried messes larger food bits would be pushed in front of the Bissell instead of being picked up. The Tineco one is streak free has a studier brush roller that makes picks up dried messes easily it is an auto mode machine so it distributes water and detects water never leaves a puddle behind large food objects like dog kibble gets picked up easily. I have a fairly high number of animals and a senior dog who doesn't have 100% bladder control so these machines are used day in day out. I recommend this to anyone its perfect for everyday use light to heavy messes.Alysun Lusty

I chose this thanks to the Vacuum Wars youtube channel. We used to have a Bissell Crosswave but it didn't last long at all. It started to smell pretty quickly and got clogged a lot (dog hair gang!) I assumed it was our habits so we bought a second one and the same thing happened again, even with more vacuuming and better Crosswave cleaning habits. This time I decided the extra money would be worth it and so far it definitely has been! The only con so far: the clean water tank really should be larger. We have a medium house, nothing large or fancy, and we can't even get through a full room (kitchen especially) without refilling the tank.Cam

Overall: I really love it! Easy to use, quick and sufficient; Great for daily use & for family with pet. I do list detailed limitations below but it solves my biggest problem (a quick daily cleanning) so I am still happy. Pros: – Battery is sufficient for 800-900 sq.ft – Capture pet (cat) hair, dust, and small trash on floor; great for daily clean; – Its design makes it easy to move; – Less noisy compared to Roomba/regular vacuum (but still not quite; just relatively quieter) ; Limitations: – The clean water tank is kind of small; requires refill if you use max clean mode or have a slower cleanning process; For dirty water tank, it's enough for cleanning process but usually require to dump all dirty water before its self-clean (so it does not over the dirty water limit) – It has clean gap (about 3cm/1.2 in) on the edge that its brush cannot reach so cannot work for near kitchen cabinet cleanning; also its wide brush design makes it hard to go into corners near toilet; – Its brush is designed not to hurt flooring which means it also cannot do deep cleanning (e.g. clean out stains on tile grout) – Cleaning dirty water tank can be nasty if you have pet and long hair;Ali

This is our 4th Electrolux hard surface vacuum, two 12 volt and an 18 volt. We absolutely love this vacuum and were very upset when we couldn't find it anywhere on line. A couple of years ago we bought a Dyson 10 because we couldn't find an 18 volt Electrolux. It is not in any way comparable or even as convenient as the Electrolux. We love the swivel head, the easy recharging stand and removable hand vac, so much easier and simpler than the Dyson. When we tried to buy an Electrolux, we were told it was no longer sold in the USA, but then we found it through Amazon. It cost double the amount of our last 18 volt Electrolux, but we were thrilled to get this vacuum. Please let us know if you come back to the USA, we will definitely buy another one!!!JoeMar

I jumped at buying another ergorapido, the minute I saw they were making them again, and I was pleasantly surprised! It’s well balanced and easy to maneuver. Most of all, it’s suction was far more than I expected, and far superior to the previous models I’ve had. And you can do mats by turning it down to low speed, without worrying about sucking up the end of the mat. Emptying the dust bin was a lot simpler than previous models, too. Oh, and Hair! Hair that winds around the roller cleans off easily with the tap of your foot on the snipper tool. The only thing lacking are the instructions— simply illustrations. A little more detail would be helpful. I would definitely buy this again.Brian406

This is our third Ergorapido. We purchased our first one over ten years ago because I kept tripping on the cord to my corded vacuum. We were so impressed with it that we put away our other vacuums and never use them. It has strong suction, long lasting battery, lighted so you can see under furniture, easy to maneuver, takes up very title space when recharging, has a small hand held version attached to it and it is cordless. We purchased our second one for upstairs. And now we purchased the third one to replace the first one when it dies because we use this handy vacuum daily and don’t want to be without our Ergorapido.Jhgmac

It's very lightweight and works fairly well on my tile floors. It's not good on carpet. There is no suction release so the suction seals on the carpet making it very hard to push back and forth and doesn't pick up very well. It takes 4 hours to charge and the battery only holds for about 15 minutes. Great for light duty only.Trish

Seriously, I couldn't wait to use this thing. I didn't wait for it to charge fully when I got it home, but it still lasted long enough for me to do my entire entryway, alcove, half bath, kitchen, master bath, and walk-in closet. My home isn't enormous, but it's not small either. I didn't time how long it took, but I wasn't rushing…. I have 2 dogs and this thing is going to be a lifesaver! I have a chronic illness, work full-time, and have 2 teenagers, so pulling out the broom and dustpan constantly just wasn't in the cards. I was getting so tired of the tumbleweeds of fur (they pile up after like 3 days) that I contemplated getting rid of my hard floors. But this saved me from that! I can't speak for longevity, because I just bought it tonight… But even if it only lasts a couple years, the $40 was worth it for me. I’ve used these vacs for 8 yrs, they last a good 2 years before battery life begins to diminish. New location of power button makes it easy to turn off by accident and Yes! I agree battery time could last a little longer, Mine is a solid 15 minutes of vacuum time.I use two vacs to do my whole house when I want to take my time under furniture. I gave it 5 stars because where can you find a vacuum that dusts the floor at the same time. I have used my regular vacuum on floor settings and while it does pick up loose dirt/hair it still leaves the dust and dirt on floor and unfortunately will scratch my floor as well. I have beautiful dark hardwood floors and a dog, a swifter without the vac just pushes hair and larger size debris around. This vacuum makes my life so much more easy, even with its flaws I LOVE IT!!! Tip for cleaning: dump loose dirt in trash and use toothbrush to clean filter or reg vacuum house to clean it, your filter and suction power will perform at peak level longer.Mindy

Love this lightweight broom vac! This is the second one i've owned and was difficult to find as Swiffer has discontinued them. It picks up dust, dirt, crumbs and most importantly dog hair! So much easier than sweeping and picking up with a dust pan as it is a vacuum with a bag less container. It also uses a dust cloth as well that traps and picks up hair and small particles the vac may miss. I'be ordered a second one to put up in the garage and save until the day comes that i'll need to replace the current one. Definitely recommend this item to replace a broom and dustpan!HOLLY

I have tile floors and a rabbit. So I use my sweeper several times a day. I love this sweeper its very quiet but powerful, I love that it has a large dust cup so I dont have to empty several times while sweeping my whole house. It works great on tile but even better on area rugs. the only thing I would like to see is a longer handle, but reguardless, I would definately buy again and again it works better than my crosswave pet pro.Haynethansmom

Needed something easy for her to use in the whole house instead of the vacuum (which I use). This quickly allows cleaning the floors (wood and carpet) where our huge Newfy lays and sheds. Yes, the brushes do get long, long, hair wrapped around (but some hair and other floor stuff does go into the waste holder) and it takes a few minutes to remove it (but watching tv and enjoying a coffee makes it a fair time to relax). We have had ours for several years and contemplating either getting a new battery or a second sweeper. Ours has been used more than once every day so feel the battery gave us it's best! Le seul soucis c'est que j'ai du mal a replacer la cuve d eau propre mais je pense que a force ça va venir tout seul sinon rien à redire pour le séchage le temps que je fasses les chambre et sdb ma cuisine et mon salon était déjà sec .je n ai pas de tapis ou moquettes donc je ne peut pas dire si ça fonctionne et pour les marches je ne conseille pas .Le séchage de la brosse est assez long mais il est vendu avec 2 brosses 2 filtres 1 goupillon et 500ml de produit .c'est un vrai gain de temps de laver et aspirer en même temps surtout avec des enfants et animaux niveau bruit pas pire qu un aspirateur basique et la rotation impeccable Niveau négatif je dirais la mise en pause en station debout et dure à mettreGwladys

J'en suis très content. Il est agréable à l'utilisation, dispose d'une autonomie correcte aussi bien batterie que pour l'eau propre et sale. Il est extrêmement simple a utiliser et a nettoyer. Pour le nettoyage des taches du quotidien, il est parfait. Pas de problème pour les poils d'animaux, la terre, la poussière et petit cailloux qu'un animal peut ramener, au les liquides encore frais. It does a good job in all areas. The vacuum holds a charge for about 30 minutes. It has a large, easy to read LED display that shows battery level, vacuum malfunctions, vacuum power level, and the amount of dirt that you are vacuuming up. There is a LED ring on the display that will change from red to blue as the floor is cleaned. It really helps to give you the confidence that the floor is clean. The vacuum can also be connected to your WiFi network through a downloadable phone app for additional diagnostic information about the operation of the vacuum. The vacuum can be put in AUTO mode that adjusts the suction power, based on the amount dirt, dust, and debris that it is vacuuming up. You can also manually set the suction power level, but I typically leave in the AUTO mode because it gives me longer runtimes with good results. It is very easy to clean. You empty the dust bin with the press of one button. There is a removeable washable HEPA filter and it comes with an extra filter that can be used while the other filter is drying after it is washed. Review of Tineco Pure One S15 Flex Smart Stick Vacuum Tineco Pure ONE S15 Series is battery powered, smart and cordless category vacuum. Out of box it is easy to assemble, and start using right away. It doesn’t require major reading of the how to use manual except to understand some details. The package comes with handy number of accessories for different cleaning situation and convenience. For instance, it comes with the charging base where to park the vacuum with the tube or without it. Af for cleaning need, it includes 1. Direct-drive anti-tangle LED power brush 2. Mini power brush 3. 2-in-1 dusting brush 4.Cervice Tool 5.Soft Dusting brush 6. Flexible long service tool 7. Multi-angle folding tube 8. Flexible extension hose 9. Hair cleaning tool Battery Charging: To charge fully the battery, according to the manual it takes 3-4 hours. From the actual charging while the battery had 51%, to fully charge took about 1hour and half approximately to reach 100%. Now while it is charging, the display shows the status, and once fully charged, the screen goes totally off. Vacuuming Hard floor: Using Direct-drive anti tangle LED power brush, vacuuming is not bad, it is light enough to maneuver with one hand without getting tire easy. It can clean corners and edges without issues, and dusts get cleaned easily. The LED light serve as guide and able to notice dust as clean. Now, during hard floor cleaning, it is bit noisy though that comes form the brush side. Vacuuming Capet: It is quite similar to using on Hard Floor from removing dust perspective. The only big difference observed is less noisy with the same brush used for Hard Floor, Direct-drive anti-tangle LED power brush. Note on Direct-drive anti-tangle LED power brush: Vacuumed a spot with lot of hairs, and at least from the usage the hair doesn’t appear tangled, hence avoid spending time removing hearts from the brush. What does well: 1. Remove dust as expected 2. To vacuum, I don’t have to maintain the Power On/Off while working. It is press once to vacuum, preset again to stop. This seems good feature compared to others that need to hold the button while vacuuming adding stress to the hand on top of holding weight of the vacuum while vacuuming. 3. The battery is removal allowing to exchange or have second one ready and exchange. 4. Hair anti-tangle brush; hairs are not tangled helping to save time to remove it. 5. Dust sensor seems quite accurate as it turn red in Loop and becoming blue as clean/ 6. Auto mode seems to work accurately as accelerate where more dust is, and less where doesn’t. What I don’t like: 1. The noise from the brush while vacuuming hard floor 2. The dust bin is very limited capacity. As per its manual, its size is of 0/47L. Hence it is for short vacuuming or high frequency of emptying the bin for large work. 3. Hard to clean the bin as the dustbin cannot be removed or separated from the main vacuum body. Although it has mechanism via Dust Empty Release Button and Dust Empty Tab, there is remaining dust and hair stuck between Mesh Filter and Dustbin which need to cleaned by hand and it is hard to reach. 4.Charging with the base only possible with the tube. The base needs to be used only at the floor and cannot be used on alike table and charge directly form main body of the vacuum. 5. Unable to control the power of suction manually. Its Mode are only Auto, or Manual that only allow minimum 6. As vacuum, the display face toward the downside such hardly readable. The display include indicators and icons but as vacuuming it sort of redundant as hardly be interpreted immediately on the go. 7. While charging, the display face down so the reading of numbers and everything on it is reverse. So need to either remove from charging for correct reading from the vacuum, or from the app but that takes second device to reach out. 8. Using App feels bit redundant as couldn’t find usefulness while not using the vacuum, nor cannot use while vacuuming. In short, it is a handy vacuum for quick work, and good lasting battery for the same purpose with nice to have functions. But its downside I am not sure if justify the price.MigDigital

The Pure One S15 Flex is very quiet and includes all the attachments most will ever need. You have several different configurations to use the vacuum up high, down low. Inside the house and outside in the car. Even a nice weighted base to hold most of the tools and charge the vacuum is included. After assembly and a charge. You will be treated to how extremely quite the S15 is. Even on MAX setting, the vacuum is quieter than any vac I have previously used. I think the Tineco "Auto" iLoop Smart sensor does a great job using the power it needs as it encounters floor debris. Although, Auto setting will yield the quietest and best battery life for all surfaces except carpet. I found the MAX setting was a better choice for thicker carpet. Just be ready as it says in the instructions, battery life on MAX will be about 10 minutes. On Auto I did get almost 24 minutes running around the house easily sucking up dust bunnies on hardwood and tile floors. The overall function of the S15 is very good. Suction is good on AUTO and better on MAX despite the hit to battery power. Its easy to empty and even has a slider to help scrape the interior to keep you from touching dirt. And maybe best of all. You pull the trigger to start the vac and it stays on till you pull the trigger again. Tineco even allows you to easily disassemble the filters and dust bin to rinse all the parts to maintain a near new suction after you start using the vac. Just don't forget to check the filter above the handle (magnetic cap) and not just the filter in the dust bin. While Tineco included every possible dusting brush, crevice tool and secondary brush head, and a weighted base to hold most of it. I hope they give consideration to adding a second battery to the kit. I know the S15 Flex is not meant to replace a full size vacuum. Yet, if you have lots of thicker carpet. The extra battery would be very handy to have on hand. Or double the capacity of the included battery.JinOH

Hair cleaning tool Battery Charging: To charge fully the battery, according to the manual it takes 3-4 hours. From the actual charging while the battery had 51%, to fully charge took about 1hour and half approximately to reach 100%. Now while it is charging, the display shows the status, and once fully charged, the screen goes totally off. Vacuuming Hard floor: Using Direct-drive anti tangle LED power brush, vacuuming is not bad, it is light enough to maneuver with one hand without getting tire easy. It can clean corners and edges without issues, and dusts get cleaned easily. The LED light serve as guide and able to notice dust as clean. Now, during hard floor cleaning, it is bit noisy though that comes form the brush side. Vacuuming Capet: It is quite similar to using on Hard Floor from removing dust perspective. The only big difference observed is less noisy with the same brush used for Hard Floor, Direct-drive anti-tangle LED power brush. Note on Direct-drive anti-tangle LED power brush: Vacuumed a spot with lot of hairs, and at least from the usage the hair doesn’t appear tangled, hence avoid spending time removing hearts from the brush. What does well: 1. Remove dust as expected 2. To vacuum, I don’t have to maintain the Power On/Off while working. It is press once to vacuum, preset again to stop. This seems good feature compared to others that need to hold the button while vacuuming adding stress to the hand on top of holding weight of the vacuum while vacuuming. 3. The battery is removal allowing to exchange or have second one ready and exchange. 4. Hair anti-tangle brush; hairs are not tangled helping to save time to remove it. 5. Dust sensor seems quite accurate as it turn red in Loop and becoming blue as clean/ 6. Auto mode seems to work accurately as accelerate where more dust is, and less where doesn’t. What I don’t like: 1. The noise from the brush while vacuuming hard floor 2. The dust bin is very limited capacity. As per its manual, its size is of 0/47L. Hence it is for short vacuuming or high frequency of emptying the bin for large work. 3. Hard to clean the bin as the dustbin cannot be removed or separated from the main vacuum body. Although it has mechanism via Dust Empty Release Button and Dust Empty Tab, there is remaining dust and hair stuck between Mesh Filter and Dustbin which need to cleaned by hand and it is hard to reach. 4.Charging with the base only possible with the tube. The base needs to be used only at the floor and cannot be used on alike table and charge directly form main body of the vacuum. 5. Unable to control the power of suction manually. Its Mode are only Auto, or Manual that only allow minimum 6. As vacuum, the display face toward the downside such hardly readable. The display include indicators and icons but as vacuuming it sort of redundant as hardly be interpreted immediately on the go. 7. While charging, the display face down so the reading of numbers and everything on it is reverse. So need to either remove from charging for correct reading from the vacuum, or from the app but that takes second device to reach out. 8. Using App feels bit redundant as couldn’t find usefulness while not using the vacuum, nor cannot use while vacuuming. In short, it is a handy vacuum for quick work, and good lasting battery for the same purpose with nice to have functions. But its downside I am not sure if justify the price.MigDigital

The Pure One S15 Flex is very quiet and includes all the attachments most will ever need. You have several different configurations to use the vacuum up high, down low. Inside the house and outside in the car. Even a nice weighted base to hold most of the tools and charge the vacuum is included. After assembly and a charge. You will be treated to how extremely quite the S15 is. Even on MAX setting, the vacuum is quieter than any vac I have previously used. I think the Tineco "Auto" iLoop Smart sensor does a great job using the power it needs as it encounters floor debris. Although, Auto setting will yield the quietest and best battery life for all surfaces except carpet. I found the MAX setting was a better choice for thicker carpet. Just be ready as it says in the instructions, battery life on MAX will be about 10 minutes. On Auto I did get almost 24 minutes running around the house easily sucking up dust bunnies on hardwood and tile floors. The overall function of the S15 is very good. Suction is good on AUTO and better on MAX despite the hit to battery power. Its easy to empty and even has a slider to help scrape the interior to keep you from touching dirt. And maybe best of all. You pull the trigger to start the vac and it stays on till you pull the trigger again. Tineco even allows you to easily disassemble the filters and dust bin to rinse all the parts to maintain a near new suction after you start using the vac. Just don't forget to check the filter above the handle (magnetic cap) and not just the filter in the dust bin. While Tineco included every possible dusting brush, crevice tool and secondary brush head, and a weighted base to hold most of it. I hope they give consideration to adding a second battery to the kit. I know the S15 Flex is not meant to replace a full size vacuum. Yet, if you have lots of thicker carpet. The extra battery would be very handy to have on hand. Or double the capacity of the included battery.JinOH

Nie byłam przekonana czy ten odkurzacz w pełni zastąpi ten klasyczny, z kablem, rurą itd, ale przekonały mnie jego cechy: 1. Wygoda – urządzenie jest ogromnie wygodne. Jeżdżę nim gdzie chcę, kabel się nie ciągnie,rura się nie zagina. Przełączanie długiej rury na krótką jest super łatwe, zmienianie nakładek też. Weszłam do domu z dwoma psami po spacerze, odkurzyłam za sobą korytarz, zajęło to 2 minuty. Minusem jest to, że przy krótkiej rurze i nakładkach używając go jedną ręką to jest ciężko, szczególnie jak się robi coś nad głową (pajęczyny, paprotki, ramki), myślę, że urządzenie nie sprawdzi się tak dobrze osobom starszym. 2. Czas pracy urządzenia jest wystarczalny, aby ze spokojem (i dokładnie) wysprzątać dom o powierzchni około 100m2. Jak bateria się rozładuje, to można ją bardzo szybko naładować za pomocą specjalnej ładowarki dostarczanej w zestawie. Istnieje opcja, aby przykręcić tę ładowarkę do ściany (niezbędne narzędzia są dołączone) co znacząco ułatwia komfort ładowania. Dokonałem zakupu na podstawie opinii produktu, które były pozytywne i potwierdziły się w 100%. Żona od dłuższego czasu stosowała technikę przekazu podprogowego, co jakiś czas sugerowała zakup nowego odkurzacza, najlepiej lekki, bez kabla oraz zajmujący mało miejsca. Łatwa obsługa oraz czyszczenie, dobra filtracja. Sprzątanie to sama przyjemność, bez plątaniny kabli czy wyrwanych gniazdek. Jednym słowem polecam wszystkim, którzy cenią sobie wygodę oraz markowe sprzęty. Cena adekwatna do produktu. Przydatna, szczególnie dla alergików może być baza do opróżniania pojemnika na śmieci. This is probably the most convenient and complete floor care product I have owned. It went together with ease and after the initial seven hour charge it is ready to go and did my entire first floor without using much of the charge at all. I do charge it after doing an entire level of my home but for little jobs like the entry way it is ready to go and used very little of the charge. It goes easily from carpet to hardwood or bare floor with just a step on the button. Emptying it is a snap. Just pops off and with one button empties. It does a great job with dirt, dust and pet hair. It also has a unique handle that allows sweeping under furniture without bending over at all. What a nice feature! Ok so when I took this thing out of the box, my first thought was it was far too light weight and compact that it would be useless in my home. Suprise surprise to me this sweeper (not a full heavy duty vacuum) has taken over on my daily floor cleanings. I still use my regular vacuum once a week to feel like I am getting a deeper clean, but honestly this little sweeper is keeping the floors pretty clean! I do my living room rug, my wood floors, the carpet bedrooms and my tile flooring with it. I like the simple designs throughout, from the buttons on the pole to allow it to bend in half so I can get under my tables with ease. To the simple buttons on the floor unit, that includes the release of the area to empty the dirt out of. Which actually holds all of my fur and dirt per room per day. And I like that I do not have to touch the floor unit at all with my hands. I also like that you can see the roller and clean it extremely easy! All other vacuums I have used you have to remove it or fight to get to the corners etc. The battery life is good also, I only charge mine every other day and have yet to have it die on me. Overall, as I said, this has taken over and making my daily sweeping a total breeze. Only one thing I am not 100% impressed with is I don't think it picks up on the corners/sides as well as I prefer.Lena1

It's okay for what I bought it for – quick everyday cleanups rather than getting out the regular plug-in Shark. The suction is fine but a cordless is never as strong as corded. The motor though sounds like a toy. It's not noisy because it's not very powerful. It sounds like it's going to die as soon as I turn it on. I plug it in for recharging every time I use it. One thing I really don't like is how large the base is. I've been buying Sharks for years and always liked how small the base was enabling getting into small spaces very easy. This one is huge. It does work equally well on carpet and hard floors. But it's definitely too expensive for what it is.Peggy
