The item was bought as a gift. The first one arrived and I wrapped it and gave to my mother and when she opened it and took it out of the box, the item had been used. It was dirty and had "trash" in the suction holder. I sent it back and got another one and the suction does not pick up like the video shows. I was very disappointed in this item. I purchased it for my 73 year old mom so she would not have to bend over to sweep the dust/trash into the dust pan. I was really hoping this item would be a happy solution for not bending over but it was not.Dorie

I purchased this out of a need due to physical challenges. The weight is about 1/2 gallon of milk well made materials. Suction is amazing and easy to operate … no need for push down on device to activate the suction … battery life is amazing . The weight of the broom and thickness of the handle give assurance. My whole family is impressed with this product. Having lower back issues some movements are difficult but consistently bending is my pet p ! No more of that and handle is decided no loosing and slim built to put in area of houseware not bunky … there is so much more to say but I will say it is reasonable price and worth every dollar … good job to the designers ☺️gypsirulez

The power of this stick vacuum took me by surprise. I cleaned my area rug of dog hair. The removable parts make for a quick clean on the steps or hard to reach place. My original plan was to put this in my camper, but it's so nice I am leaving it in my house! It is powerful enough to suck all loose dirt up, and it's easy to empty the cup after your done. The battery lasts a long time, I haven't used it enough yet to recharge it but vacuumed for over a half hour and it's still going strong. I love all the nooks and crannies I'm getting in that I used to have to move furniture to get to with my regular vacuum. We have a dog and it did really well sucking up all the dog hair. We have mostly hard floors and some rugs, which this would be preferable for, I wouldn't recommend it if you had a lot of carpet, that needs the extra suction power of a regular vacuum. This is a pretty cool vacuum! I have two cats in the house and they shed an awful lot. This vacuum is great for every day use to pick up their hair. I also like that you can remove the top part of the vacuum and use it as a handheld. It comes with an attachment which makes it easy to reach high places, great to clean up spider webs. I like that the front of the vacuum has a night on it so you can see all the dirt on the floor that's getting picked up. The only downfall is the suction could be better, but it works great for what I use it for.Jen

Absolutely love my first cordless stick vac! It has every accessory that i would need and especially like the “duster” as seen in the pic. The brushes extend or retract depending on the job. This is when the variable power sensor really shines, and on lower power its extremely quiet for a vacuum! I use for dusting around furniture tops, behind computer monitor and at the front door where if someone stomped a lot of dirt off it automatically cranks up. The soft rollers on the floor attachment get every spec of dust and dirt up. I was amazed at how much was in the canister from a “clean looking” floor. It does bog down a bit on carpet/rugs but is still effective. Out of the box, the LED headlights were not working properly and an easy call to Tineco and a new head was sent in a couple of days. I just bought this yesterday and I love it so far. This package came with a lot of attachments and I'm glad the floor stand was offered with it at time of purchase. It is a bit of a puzzle but all the attachments fit on the floor stand! PROS: Super quiet. Quieter than any vacuum I have ever used and quieter than most kitchen appliances and fans in the house. I could vacuum in the TV room and the TV at normal volume could still be heard. Dog didn't find it loud. Battery Life as quoted: I used the hard floor attachment and various dusting attachments to vacuum about 1500 sq ft. I did use both batteries but I got a lot of dirt and probably got about 40 min on each battery. Light weight and cordless: With 4 staircases in my house and many small rooms cordless is so much better than lugging around a canister. Lots of great attachments Easy to clean filters Coloured Lights indicate how dirty the area you are vacuuming is. Keep vacuuming until the loop is all blue! Picks up hair and fine dust – hair didn't clog. CONS: The only negative is the size of the dustbin. It is small and I had to empty it multiple times. It also is a little messy to empty but better than emptying the similar size dustbin on the Milwaukee hand vac we have. I will need to design a special tool belt to carry attachments or keep the vacuum stand in an easy to access location so I can run back and get the attachments I need. For me this is just a slight inconvenience that I prefer to lugging around a corded canister. This will change the way I vacuum. Instead of waiting until the house is messy enough to lug out the canister vac, I can now vacuum regularly and keep the house clean all the time. Instead of sweeping, I can now vacuum the high traffic, high mess areas daily which will prevent the dirt and dust from building up. That's my plan anyway. This vacuum makes me want to vacuum. So far the Tineco Pure ONE S12 has been one of the best purchases of my life. Features I especially love: it comes with two batteries (I tend to use 1.5) and two filters (with filter cleaning tool), the soft roller is great for solid timber floors, the lights definitely help you to see all the dust and pet hairs, the trigger hold is fantastic and the LED display is genuinely useful, it transitions from stick to handheld with ease and comes with all the attachments you could want, and compared to the bulky old Dyson Cinetic ball vac it replaces it is delightfully quiet. I was also amazed (and a little grossed out) by how much more it picked up from a pre-vacuumed bedroom carpet. The Tineco has been very versatile for a house with solid timber living areas, carpeted bedrooms and tiled wet areas, and also couches and cars (we have pets). The Tineco Pure One S15 Flex stick vacuum is a good, everyday, household vacuum. It is lightweight and the suction power is good. It is versatile and very quiet. It will lay flat to clean under beds, sofas, and other furniture. It can be converted into a handheld vacuum with the included attachment tools and brushes to clean above floor surfaces, furniture, and car interiors. It has a nice looking, weighted base that charges the vacuum and holds the attachments. I have used it on our hardwood floors, carpets, and the tiles floors in our kitchen. It does a good job in all areas. The vacuum holds a charge for about 30 minutes. It has a large, easy to read LED display that shows battery level, vacuum malfunctions, vacuum power level, and the amount of dirt that you are vacuuming up. There is a LED ring on the display that will change from red to blue as the floor is cleaned. It really helps to give you the confidence that the floor is clean. The vacuum can also be connected to your WiFi network through a downloadable phone app for additional diagnostic information about the operation of the vacuum. The vacuum can be put in AUTO mode that adjusts the suction power, based on the amount dirt, dust, and debris that it is vacuuming up. You can also manually set the suction power level, but I typically leave in the AUTO mode because it gives me longer runtimes with good results. It is very easy to clean. You empty the dust bin with the press of one button. There is a removeable washable HEPA filter and it comes with an extra filter that can be used while the other filter is drying after it is washed. It has a LED lighted, no tangle brush head that doesn’t get built up with long hair. Overall, it is a really nice vacuum with many modern features. Review of Tineco Pure One S15 Flex Smart Stick Vacuum Tineco Pure ONE S15 Series is battery powered, smart and cordless category vacuum. Out of box it is easy to assemble, and start using right away. It doesn’t require major reading of the how to use manual except to understand some details. The package comes with handy number of accessories for different cleaning situation and convenience. For instance, it comes with the charging base where to park the vacuum with the tube or without it. Af for cleaning need, it includes 1. Direct-drive anti-tangle LED power brush 2. Mini power brush 3. 2-in-1 dusting brush 4.Cervice Tool 5.Soft Dusting brush 6. Flexible long service tool 7. Multi-angle folding tube 8. Flexible extension hose 9. Hair cleaning tool Battery Charging: To charge fully the battery, according to the manual it takes 3-4 hours. From the actual charging while the battery had 51%, to fully charge took about 1hour and half approximately to reach 100%. Now while it is charging, the display shows the status, and once fully charged, the screen goes totally off. Vacuuming Hard floor: Using Direct-drive anti tangle LED power brush, vacuuming is not bad, it is light enough to maneuver with one hand without getting tire easy. It can clean corners and edges without issues, and dusts get cleaned easily. The LED light serve as guide and able to notice dust as clean. Now, during hard floor cleaning, it is bit noisy though that comes form the brush side. Vacuuming Capet: It is quite similar to using on Hard Floor from removing dust perspective. The only big difference observed is less noisy with the same brush used for Hard Floor, Direct-drive anti-tangle LED power brush. Note on Direct-drive anti-tangle LED power brush: Vacuumed a spot with lot of hairs, and at least from the usage the hair doesn’t appear tangled, hence avoid spending time removing hearts from the brush. What does well: 1. Remove dust as expected 2. To vacuum, I don’t have to maintain the Power On/Off while working. It is press once to vacuum, preset again to stop. This seems good feature compared to others that need to hold the button while vacuuming adding stress to the hand on top of holding weight of the vacuum while vacuuming. 3. The battery is removal allowing to exchange or have second one ready and exchange. 4. Hair anti-tangle brush; hairs are not tangled helping to save time to remove it. 5. Dust sensor seems quite accurate as it turn red in Loop and becoming blue as clean/ 6. Auto mode seems to work accurately as accelerate where more dust is, and less where doesn’t. What I don’t like: 1. The noise from the brush while vacuuming hard floor 2. The dust bin is very limited capacity. As per its manual, its size is of 0/47L. Hence it is for short vacuuming or high frequency of emptying the bin for large work. 3. Hard to clean the bin as the dustbin cannot be removed or separated from the main vacuum body. Although it has mechanism via Dust Empty Release Button and Dust Empty Tab, there is remaining dust and hair stuck between Mesh Filter and Dustbin which need to cleaned by hand and it is hard to reach. 4.Charging with the base only possible with the tube. The base needs to be used only at the floor and cannot be used on alike table and charge directly form main body of the vacuum. 5. Unable to control the power of suction manually. Its Mode are only Auto, or Manual that only allow minimum 6. As vacuum, the display face toward the downside such hardly readable. The display include indicators and icons but as vacuuming it sort of redundant as hardly be interpreted immediately on the go. 7. While charging, the display face down so the reading of numbers and everything on it is reverse. So need to either remove from charging for correct reading from the vacuum, or from the app but that takes second device to reach out. 8. Using App feels bit redundant as couldn’t find usefulness while not using the vacuum, nor cannot use while vacuuming. In short, it is a handy vacuum for quick work, and good lasting battery for the same purpose with nice to have functions. But its downside I am not sure if justify the price.MigDigital

The Pure One S15 Flex is very quiet and includes all the attachments most will ever need. You have several different configurations to use the vacuum up high, down low. Inside the house and outside in the car. Even a nice weighted base to hold most of the tools and charge the vacuum is included. After assembly and a charge. You will be treated to how extremely quite the S15 is. Even on MAX setting, the vacuum is quieter than any vac I have previously used. I think the Tineco "Auto" iLoop Smart sensor does a great job using the power it needs as it encounters floor debris. Although, Auto setting will yield the quietest and best battery life for all surfaces except carpet. I found the MAX setting was a better choice for thicker carpet. Just be ready as it says in the instructions, battery life on MAX will be about 10 minutes. On Auto I did get almost 24 minutes running around the house easily sucking up dust bunnies on hardwood and tile floors. The overall function of the S15 is very good. Suction is good on AUTO and better on MAX despite the hit to battery power. Its easy to empty and even has a slider to help scrape the interior to keep you from touching dirt. And maybe best of all. You pull the trigger to start the vac and it stays on till you pull the trigger again. Tineco even allows you to easily disassemble the filters and dust bin to rinse all the parts to maintain a near new suction after you start using the vac. Just don't forget to check the filter above the handle (magnetic cap) and not just the filter in the dust bin. While Tineco included every possible dusting brush, crevice tool and secondary brush head, and a weighted base to hold most of it. I hope they give consideration to adding a second battery to the kit. I know the S15 Flex is not meant to replace a full size vacuum. Yet, if you have lots of thicker carpet. I bought this to replace our old Dyson V6 Animal Cordless. I read many reviews videos for research. I had a Shark Navigator Pro before and I know Shark makes a good vacuum, so I was excited to try this. It seemed great. It went together easily and the crevice tool did well between the couch cushions and around the edges of the house. I liked the flexible arm that let the vacuum bend to get really far under furniture like my tables and sideboards. It was easy to empty the canister and easy to use. After using the vacuum about 30 minutes, a clog developed in the first joint where dirt from the head goes into the tube to take it up to the canister. This clog (half of which is pictured) was so big it extended from the opening of the vacuum suction hole on the bottom of the head, all the way up to where the head attached to the main long arm. After looking into the vacuum head's mechanics, I found that there are three "lock screws" on the underneath that allow you to take off the bottom guard piece to access the suction tube, which means Shark knew this was a problem and they "fixed" it by giving the consumer more work. I was able to use a cat wand toy to shove through the bottom to push the clog out the other side. This mess pictured on my couch was the result. As someone who has severe dust and environmental allergies, I don't exactly want to play with clogs of my allergens in order to get my vacuum running. I also have a large house, two long haired Siberian cats, four teenagers, and a job. The LAST THING I have time for is housework and messing around with crappy vacuums. For the price point, I'd expect this vacuum to actually work properly, and not take a ton of work to use it. The entire thing felt wobbly when fully connected and used to vacuum floors, so I didn't see the expected excellent quality of materials or workmanship for the price point either. Furthermore, as several reviewers stated the vacuum did shock me multiple times with static electricity buildup, which was annoying. Another con to this vacuum is that when I was vacuuming my couch where the cats lay, it wouldn't pick up all the cat fur regardless of how many passes I made. The suction just wasn't powerful enough, or maybe the static buildup offset the suction, gluing the cat hair to the couch in dreadlocked strands. Besides all this, the vacuum was very heavy and bulky. This thing will be going back tomorrow, and I'll be placing my order for the Dyson V11 Animal. I'd rather pay twice as much and know for a fact that my vacuum will work when I need it to, how I need it to. Save yourself the headache and don't get this Shark Vertex Cordless vacuum.MandieSue76

I purchased the Shark Vertex Cordless Stick Vacuum to use primarily to clean the floor near and around my bird cage. Every morning I let my parrot out of her cage, where she sits on the Playtop, and also on a perch mounted outside the cage. She creates quite a mess because seeds drop onto the floor, and some feathers. Getting my corded vacuum out just to cleanup around her cage was a bit of work, so I decided that a cordless vacuum would be the perfect solution. What I love about this vacuum is that it folds down for easy storage, and I can fit it in the room close by the cage. It's very easy to operate, and easy to empty the dust cup. The swivel powerhead with lights works great. It comes with several attachment tools, however, when you remove the power head to use the attachments, the suction power is not as strong. For my use, having this cordless vacuum is still the perfect solution, but I will still be using my corded vacuum for whole house cleaning.DianaNaples

I bought the Shark because I have a corded one downstairs. I needed a vacuum upstairs for my 2 floors, that was light weight and can maneuver pretty well. First off I want to say the "Shark" name is good. This cordless vacuum does not do well with pets. I have 8 cats and cat sand everywhere, the only thing it does is spit the sand out from the back, Has a very difficult time picking up fur as well. You know when you see a piece of fur and the vacuum front just has to go near it to suck it up. This vacuum does not, It just makes it tumble farther. Good for light clean ups but for every week vacuuming, I strongly recommended getting the corded one. It was more power for suction and spot clean ups if you spill rice or oats on floor. To bad because for the price you think it would be worth it. This vacuum is now on our 1st floor where there is very little traffic and pets. Perfect for a formal dinning room or front room that no ones goes in and you need a quick spruce up. Also if you have cats and cat sand, clean filter ever ytime you use it, the dust seems to bog down the performance as well.jsepulvida

I received this vacuum for Christmas, and have been using it daily for about three months now. I really wanted to love this vacuum, but I don't. The main issue I have is with the self-cleaning brushroll: Sure it doesn't tangle, but that would require it to actually pick up fur in the first place. This vacuum adamantly refuses to pick up any fur that isn't just sitting loose on the surface of the rug…which is deeply unhelpful. The roll just wipes fur along, without doing anything to agitate the carpet. I have used the entire battery life of this vacuum on my single living room area rug, just to still need to use my rubber broom. For a vacuum that costs >$300, this is extremely disappointing, and considering the vacuum is called the "pet pro," I truly don't understand why this vacuum simply cannot handle fur in any regard. My second problem with this vacuum is that it leaks dust from every single joint and seam the entire time I'm using it. Who wants to be covered in dust from vacuuming? Not I. Additionally, the wand itself clogs constantly in a way that's very difficult to clean out. In fact, most of this vacuum is difficult to clean, outside of changing the filters. I've never made a purchase that I've been more disappointed in. The vacuum worked fine the first couple of times now every time is vacuum my house I have to unclog the machine from the many many many potential clog spots. I never once had this problem with our previous dyson vacuum. I have a golden retriever, so yes, having to maybe unload the vacuum is to be expected however for a product that supposedly specializes in pets, it does a TERRIBLE job. I've had to take apart the base of the bottom when that gets clogged, the shaft of the vacuum comes apart and now hair seems to get clogged making the base of the vacuum essentially worthless. I absolutely love that it is cordless. I loved the black friday price… i think it was $159 or $179 something like that . WAY under the price for a dyson. I absolutely love it. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat all whom shed ALOT. I use this vacuum daily, several times a day and have not had any issue with the battery. Keep in mind i mentioned having a little zoo of animals, so the first month i had to take the machine apart to be able to remove clogged hair on the long stick. The instructions dont really tell you how to clean it. There is more than just emptying the basket. To avoid it getting clogged, i now try to blow out all the hair in the tubes Atleast once a week. Only negative i would mention is I wish it was a bit stronger and wish it gave an option on height. For example if there is a leaf on the floor it will not suck it in becase the vacuum in not high off the ground to pick it up. I believe the dyson is a tad stronger but its not worth paying $400, when i can just use this one for under $200. I do not regret purchasing this at all. I own a similar vacuum by a different manufacturer and there are many features it has, that I wish this Samsung Jet vacuum had, such as a telescoping wand, a spare battery, a stand-alone charging stand, and a bottom emptying dust canister. What I loved the most about this vacuum was how extremely lightweight it is, the suction power, and the low profile vacuum head. I was very disappointed with the battery life of this vacuum, and I also found the pet hair tool (mini motorized tool) to be a mostly useless, battery draining tool. The low profile vacuum head and its powerful suction makes for an excellent vacuum on non-carpeted floors and it picks up pet hair really well. Unfortunately, the tiny wheels on the vacuum head made it difficult to vacuum carpet, which is disappointing for my household since it's a mixture of hardwood and carpet. (It just didn’t glide smoothly across carpet, especially at the higher suction settings.) Additionally, while the low profile vacuum head allows for vacuuming of tight spaces, it really limits the debris size that can be vacuumed up. There are three power levels to vacuum at, low, mid, and max. The mid level does ok but I definitely preferred running the vacuum on the max setting. Unfortunately running at the max significantly reduced the runtime of the vacuum to about 7 minutes, and with only one battery included, this means you're out of luck until it recharges. I did like using the vacuum to reach high spots around the house that tend to collect dust and cobwebs. The light weight of the vacuum and the extension crevice tool made it easy to get to those hard to reach areas without having to pull out a step stool. This is where the lightness of the vacuum really shined, as I was able to go around the entire house vacuuming corners and vents without my arm ever getting tired from holding the vacuum up in the air. Overall, after several days of use, I feel that the performance of this vacuum is just ok / average, especially compared to others on the market. There is definitely room for improvement. The Samsung Jet 60 Pet Cordless Stick Vacuum is really lightweight and easy to use with only one hand. It comes with lots of accessories making it very versatile. All of the attachments have a button-click system making it very easy to attach or unattach the different accessories on the fly, so there’s no delay in your cleaning. The vacuum has adjustable suction power and decent suction even on lowest setting, but has even more power when you need it. This vacuum is absolutely great for cleaning those hard to reach places both high and low such as corners, under furniture, air vents, ceiling fans, and window blinds. The Jet 60 is convenient for vacuuming your car. For me, the greatest application for the Jet 60 is vacuuming the stairs. Not having to drag a full sized vacuum up and down the stairs is very nice. The product package states that the battery lasts up to 40 minutes. But when I use it on lowest power setting, I get about 24 minutes before the battery gives out. On full suction power, I only get around 6 minutes of charge. The battery charges quite slowly. After a small job of just a few minutes it takes around half an hour to recharge fully and after a job that depletes the battery completely it takes several hours to recharge fully. This means that it’s really not useful for a whole house cleaning, for that you probably need a corded vacuum. But if you had a small apartment or dorm room it might work fine. Otherwise, it’s mainly useful for spot cleaning and small cleanup jobs like vacuuming the stairs or your car. The dust collection bin is a reasonable size given the battery life, you are likely to run down the battery before the bin is full. The bin consists of 3 parts, one of which is a HEPA filter, and is easy to detach, empty, and clean by rinsing with water. There is a jet of air that comes out of both sides of the vacuum. I mention it because I have experienced these jets blowing dust up into the air while cleaning in especially dusty areas or when vacuuming near loose papers, like on a desk, the papers can get blown around. Overall, the Samsun Jet 60 works quite well, but my biggest complaint is the lack of battery life. I’ve owned other cordless vacuums and getting around 24 minutes of charge time is actually pretty good in comparison.Mkru

Samsung really knocked it out of the park with this little guy. Between my wife and I, we actually enjoy vacuuming. We've even had competitions to see who can clean the most before the battery runs down! It's substantially more than I expected for the size of the battery, you can get a few rooms lightly soiled carpeted rooms in! Not just using it at the lowest speed either! (I'm not sure where Samsung gets the "up to 40mins" number, but I think you'd have to be not using any powered attachments, and at the lowest setting to get close to that, caveat aside, it lasts enough for a quick clean on an average house floor or more!) I also was not expecting it would actually pick up much more than an older hand vacuum that happens to have a long wand/sweeper attachment. It actually functions as a "main" vacuum if you're a frequent cleaner, as it handles deeper messes in a carpet that I was not expecting it to even come close to pulling up all the way. (dog and people hair plus some tracked in dirt/sand that was stepped in, took a few passes, but still managed) It's also not excessively loud, my infant daughter is most intrigued by it and watches us intently, whereas she was frightened/we had to put some hearing protecting on her if we wanted to use our "big" corded vacuum. The ONLY downside I have to this vacuum is the charging/mounting unit, which is why I gave it 4/5 instead of 5/5. Some folks do not want to mount a vacuum and just want it hidden in a closet until use, with a battery charger in the corner maybe out of the way. (The charger mount is a neat idea IF you plan on mounting, since you can charge the battery by itself or leave it in the vacuum and charge through the vacuum without removing the battery)GlennT

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review from #bzzagent. The Bissell Poweredge vacuum was easy to put together out of the box. The suction power is good and I like the accessories it comes with. I was really disappointed that this vacuum does not have an LED light! For over $200.00 you would assume it would. That feature alone would not make me want to purchase this. Also I don't like the fact you have to mount the vacuum to the wall to store it. It should have the option to fold in half. This Bissell PowerEdge Cordless Vacuum is amazingly very satisfying to use! It has never fail me every time I use it. It cleans up really good, has a great suction and it also gets the edges well. It's lightweight and super easy to maneuver. We have two dogs that sheds a lot and small kids so we have an endless clutter. I had put off purchasing a cordless vacuum after using a couple big name / expensive cordless vacuums. But I read the reviews and decided to order this one. I wasn't completely sold until I used it and I was pleasantly surprised by the power, the size of the dust cup, attachments, how quiet it is, movability of the swivel head and the overall great job it did!!! Je trouve cet aspirateur efficace. Il accomplit le travail que l'on attend de lui. Il est robuste, a un beau design. J'aime beaucoup sa couleur rouge. J'apprécie également beaucoup l'éclairage au bout de la brosse. Aucune poussière ne lui échappe grâce à cet éclairage. Autre avantage : il ne faut pas maintenir la gâchette enfoncée lors de l'utilisation de l'aspirateur. Il suffit d'appuyer une fois dessus et d'appuyer une nouvelle fois pour l'éteindre. Je le trouve un peu lourd et je trouve que la mini-brosse électrique n'aspire pas bien du tout les poils de chats sur le canapé en velours. Les autres accessoires sont bien utiles, en particulier le suceur flexible XXL. Je recommanderai volontiers cet aspirateur à mon entourage. Son seul défaut est son poids. J’apprécie particulièrement la bonne tenue en main de cet aspirateur. Il n’est pas trop lourd, et est facilement manœuvrable. Sa brosse pivote bien et permet d’aller aspirer les endroits étroits. Ce qui est très pratique, ce sont les lampes au niveau de la brosse. Elles permettent de bien voir la poussière et d’éclairer les endroits sombres comme le dessous de l’escalier ou en dessous des meubles. La batterie a une autonomie moyenne de 45 minutes, selon le mode utilisé. Les petites brosses additionnelles permettent un usage varié de l’aspirateur comme par exemple sur un fauteuil ou aspirer les poils de chat sur un manteau. Le tuyau peut être retiré pour faire de l’aspirateur un aspirateur à mains pour ramasser des miettes sur la table. Le bac à poussière est pratique à enlever et nettoyer. Peut-être un point un peu négatif, c'est que la brosse a du mal sur les tapis… Je n’aime en général pas faire les poussières mais je le fais plus volontiers avec ce type d’aspirateur balai car il est vraiment très maniable.MJRO

Bobsweep is definitely like a child and needs constant watch. He is like a child in there terrible twos, always needing watching to make sure they don’t damage anything. He has no clue where he is ever going, many times just going in circles and cleaning over the same area. He is not smart and takes a long time to return to his charging base. Bob is louder then expected and considering the high price, I would have expected more features and better hardware. For the deal of the day price, bob definitely works but not ever at the full price. After only one hour of use, bob already had surface scratches all over the top of the unit from going under the furniture and getting stuck and not moving away but would just return to the same spot again. The remote for bob is huge and outdated looking for todays times. Bob does a good job at getting the little crumbs and pet hair but I would not recommend for someone who wants a vacuum to clean when they are away. I would never trust this to clean when not home as I fear it would do something stupid or get stuck and rip the carpet or just go back and forth over the same spots.Reviewer2020

I have had bob for over a year now and in that time I have had the battery replaced once. Other than that I love bob. He cleans up pet hair very thoroughly and saves me the hassle of having to do it. HE does some times get stuck but that's either because he's the perfect height to go under counters or the fact I have lips going into or from the kitchen. Haven't used the mop feature but his brushes work well. Sometimes he slams into objects but that's to be expected. He isn't perfect but definitely does a good job cleaning up pet hair. Customer service was great when I had to get the battery replaced. No complaints other than he gets stuck and sometimes can't find his charger.sweatyyetti

I've had Bob about 2 months now and i do not recommend this product. Bob has a programmable remote, but he only works when he feels like it, i have him programmed to run every afternoon Monday- Friday and he has yet to work everyday. You need to be home when he is running because he will get stuck and need redirected. Bob has no pattern, and I swear everytime he sees a pile of cat fur on the ground he turns away from it. Also he cannot get over even the slightest carpet hump. Bob never finds his way back to his charging port and he cannot even sweep my entire living room on one charge (about 45 minutes). Bob is also loud like a regular vaccuum, so he cannot run in the middle of the night for he would wake you up. Overall I do not recommend this product.sugarsnap39

This lives in my kitchen and helps me several times a day for quick pick-ups from spilled sugar to cleaning the produce drawer in the fridge, to cleaning the oven ( loosen debris with a razor blade first)! The floor attachment works very well on the floor as well as the short-napped kitchen runner carpet. I also take this outside to clean the lawn furniture and it is just perfect for cleaning the car! I've been decently happy with this stick vacuum. It was originally a gift that was returned to me. I happily started using it as a secondary stick vacuum. It works well although I'm not impressed with its operating time, but will make do. The stick accessory leaves much to the imagination; more awkward than anything. Recently, the plastic connector clip between the metal tubes broke (photos on the website are misleading; photos make it appear as one when it's actually two) and I can no longer use it as such. Vacuum worked in steaks so you have to run it over the same spot over and over to get the whole even just a small area. The pet hair attachment broke pretty quickly after purchase. The accordion tubing connecting the arm tore in multiple places, we had to tape it repeatedly to retain suction because it kept breaking in different places. We have two huskies and vacuum like 2-3 times a week so it’s not like we used it incessantly. The final straw was another broken spot in the tubing which then kept disconnecting from the handheld attachment. Overall, did not stand up to any normal wear and tear, not sustainable for the price. You will be amazed how much your previous vacuum has missed once you start using this wonder. We have two cats and three dogs-a golden retriever and border collie who are shed machines-and I seemed to be constantly chasing hair tumbleweeds. The first time I used the vacuum on my 9x7rug, I had to empty the canister twice. That would have been two bags with the last vacuum. I love this stick vac. It's light, quiet and really does a good job. This is truly a great value. It's a great machine for an amazing price. The wall mount was easy, and the attachments are easy on/easy off. This makes vacuuming the stairs SO MUCH EASIER. Highly recommend. The head of the vacuum is a little loose (ie going in a straight line is hard, because it will turn on its own), but it's nothing that would prevent me from recommending or using this vacuum. Normally when I try out one of these light-weight battery-powered vacuums, the primary issue is power. I am happy to report that the HomeVac S11 Lite is perhaps the most powerful of these vacuums I've tried. It's even proved pretty effective at pulling stuff out of my carpet. There's a button on the top that lets you switch the suction to overdrive, and I didn't even realize it was there for days because the normal power was enough for everyday situations. The engineering of this thing is delightfully elegant. The handle is like a pistol grip, very easy to control, and by rotating the handle I can maneuver the vacuum head easily around chair and table legs. It comes with three nozzles that are simple to pop on and off, emptying the dust tray is a breeze, overall am I impressed by just how well the whole thing comes together. This is now my go-to vacuum.cgtm

This vacuum is great! There are so many little things that they didn’t have to do but make it that much better. There is a small light on the vacuum which helps to see everything on the floor! There is a strip of rubber on the front that helps to not bang up your floor boards. The vacuum comes with a couple different pieces so you can use it for multiple things. It is very easy to mount on the wall and to clean something up very quick! I love how portable and adjustable it is with different pieces. Con: The only con I have is that you cannot see the battery life on the battery unless you turn the vacuum on. (This is being a little picky)Alana

I bought this vacuum in 2018 when my 1st little one arrived. It was great at picking up the crumbs. We used this daily for 2-5 minute intervals around the dinner table. After about 1.5 years the batter on it died. It's not replaceable either which means the unit is junk. I contacted B&D to do a warranty claim and they sent me a "new" replacement. Well guess what's happened again after about 1.5 years of the same use… Battery is dead AGAIN! I tried contacting B&D again and was asked multiple questions about the unit lastly being the inscribed manufactured date on the bottom of the unit. It was from 2018, meaning 1.5 years ago when the 1st vacuum died, they gave me an old, and probably refurbished unit. This date meant that I could no longer receive any type of warranty work, even though when I received the vacuum it sure wasn't in 2018… I will not be purchasing a replacement at this point and will go out of my way to no recommend this product to other.JoeBazooka

I give it 5 out of 5 over all for suction power and the ability to clean out the whole canister in the garbage with just the push of a button. You can actually clean the whole canister and filter with with soap and water let it air dry. The filter is reusable and cleans out very well. It’s unbelievable what things this vacuum actually picks up. I love LED head light lamps on the front of the vacuum you can really see the dirt and hair when the lights are on and off! The real bonus about this vacuum is the cordless feature no cords to worry about. Turn it on and go! The only negative thing that really disappoints me is the battery power only last 5 to 10 mins if your lucky this is super frustrating. I actually end up buying a new Black Decker battery for $77 off of Amazon.ca. This battery last anywhere from 20 to 30 mins longer the vacuum runs like a dream now. I got this model of Bed, Bath and Beyond website. I highly recommend not paying full price for it because what ever money left over you will need a new 20V Max Black Decker Lithium 3.0AH battery they sell on Amazon.ca. #visualeyecandy.r

I loved this vacuum. It was my birthday present and my husband and I drove down to the States to get one that was on sales there. It was easy for me to carry around and the hose helped me get into smaller place. So much better than your typical dust buster. Within a few years the battery became very weak and I only have about 20 seconds of power now. I called around and there is no battery replacement for it. We have had a MooSooXL-618 cordless stick vac for over a year, purchased on Amazon, and it has been reliable and convenient. I sometimes wished for stronger suction when I had to go over & over. I decided to look for another MooSoo, a bit stronger but no heavier, and when I could not find you on Amazon, I thought MooSoo was gone. I purchased another brand on Amazon, but returned it. Then I searched and located your MooSoo website, selling directly! But I did find your website difficult to navigate, or compare products, or hunt for particular features. It seems kinda jumbled, and lacking information important to me. So I called and spoke with a very helpful, professional representative. My needs: 1. as light-weight as possible because I am about 5' tall, 100 pounds with little muscle, and a painful back. Could not find weight info on your site. 2. more suction than our current XL-618. We have 2 kittens, and they scatter litter. I vacuum at least twice a day. Nice to have:- able to stand up, and not fall over. The rep enthusiastically recommended your K17F, which he said weighs 2.8 pounds (less than our XL618A, which he said weighs in at 3.3 lbs.) But it FEELS heavier. Suction is better (but I had to push on the rug). One disappointment is that there is no regular power cord that plugs directly from the vacuum into the wall outlet. I find the plug/base gizmo annoying. I do not want to mount that gizmo on our wall, so it the unit must be stretched across a bench with the head removed for access to the plug. Plus sometimes I bring it upstairs and want to charge it there in order to be ready to use up there. Bottom line – it's a good vacuum (and I have some customer confidence in MooSoo; I even hunted you down after I had thought you had disappeared!). Worked great the first few day but feels very cheap. The brush seems like it won’t last very long it was missing bristles after the first use. Battery runs down quick on high but it works good enough on low for a quick pickup of dog hair. My low review is due to the fact it doesn’t stand up by itself and it fell over one time on carpet and now the extended attachment feels like it’s rubbing metal on metal I can’t even use it anymore because it’s like nails on a chalkboard to me. I did love it at first but a very cheaply made product which I expected but I didn’t expect the tube to break so quickly.LarryT

Shipping was delayed a week from original delivery date but that wasn’t a factor. The packaging was excellent. The battery had a short charge so I used it as soon as I got it together. Much quieter than I thought it would be. Vacuum power was really good. After charging it overnight I installed the charging port; four screws and five wall anchors were included. It doesn’t say which size drill bit to use but you can figure it out by looking at the screws. I bought this cordless to use primarily in the upstairs bonus room and stairs which have new carpet. My Riccar upright is an awesome vacuum but too heavy to drag up and down stairs. I vacuumed on the high setting the entire room in about 10 minutes and it worked beautifully. I hated vacuum cleaning because the appliance that my mother had was heavy, huge and generally did not work at all. During my teenage years, I was sweating every sunday morning, fighting with that crap, and promised myself that I will never ever have a vacuum cleaner in my life. Since than I had a weird connection with hovers: generally hated all of them, and basically did not use any because I wanted to avoid hovering so I did not have any carpets or pets at all, and hired a cleaning lady. But as my son started crawling and eating normal food (and many of the bites land on the floor) and covid made sure that the cleaning lady can't enter the house I quickly realised I will need to invest in a proper hover. I wached many videos and after 2 nights it was clear that Lupe has all features I need, so I ordered it. (side note: In my parents house we have 1 vcleaner for carpets, 1 regular one and roughly 6 different stick vacuum cleaners -none of them working properly) My parents thought I am crazy, and they were really excited as well for Lupe, because they did not believe me that this will be a totally different league of v.cleaners. So as Lupe arrived, I quickly assembled it and started vacuuming the carpet that me, and my mother DID vacuum a day before. I WAS LITERALLY SHOCKED, AND MY MOTHER DID NOT BELIEVE HER EYES – NEITHER DID I. The tank was almost full. I actually asked my mother if it is possible that the tank was used before, and someone else's dust remained in it…I could not find any other explanation for the amount of dust… On the first week, I visited all my realtives and vacuumed their whole house, presenting the dust they have, and we were shocked every time. Attaching the hose back onto the main body is awkward. It requires you to turn the hose around which takes time. Hair on brush is difficult to remove Hair builds up on the sides of the head while sweeping instead of being sucked in. NO light Attachment holder just gets in the way Cannot get under low furniture like V11 or my corded vacuum. Amazingly simple unboxing experience! The packaging was just enough to protect the vacuum and is easily removed. A big plus for me is being able to package it quickly for transportation, without the use of additional repackaging instructions. Although Id prefer having those included in the package.I love the removable batteryits quite practical I can charge it outside the vacuum. Unfortunately, batteries are not available for sale at this moment. For a vacuum of roughly 730 Id also expect a second battery to be included.The attachments are very useful and I dont miss anything. If you compare the Lupe with the Dyson system, its a minimalistic set, which I prefer over dozens of slightly varying attachments.The vacuum stands on its own, even though it is a bit wonky, so better be careful not to topple it over. Im sort of clumsy and wouldnt deduct any points here.The Lupe performs well on the high setting, but I often find it a bit weak on the low/regular setting. Battery life isnt great on high intensity, but this is not different from other cordless vacuums of similar size and price. Im not entirely convinced by its performance when it comes to vacuuming corners or just along the wall. The cleaner heads design doesnt allow for air intake at the front/the sides. So, youve got to use the crevice tool to be able to clean closer to the wall. Something my cost-efficient corded Miele can do effortlessly. I wish Lupe offered an alternative cleaner head, perhaps this will become an option in the future.I also wish the hose were differentless likely to spring back to its original shape as well as slightly longer. I find myself quite limited by its length when using the attachments; having to lift the vacuum while trying to get into a corner/tight spot is not ideal.Lastly, the customer service is very responsive and has been helpful when I contacted them for an RMA. I decided to give the vacuum another chance though, so hopefully Ill grow to love it. I really wanted to love this vac Pros: – Excellent for floors; gets most corner and crevice dirt with just the brush head; even gets up dust well (5 stars for floor cleaning) – Decent suction on carpet @ med speed; doesn’t always feel like it’s picking up, but it is (don’t expect vacuum lines though) – Brush head is small enough for steps – Extremely lightweight – Came with a wall mount kit, crevice tool and a combo brush tool – Can stand on its own when positioned correctly, so no need to lay the vac down first to pick up something off the floor (I wouldn’t store it that way around kids or pets as it doesn’t “lock” in an upright position) Cons: – Battery life: decent on floors, so so when vacuuming large area rugs, and terrible on carpet @ med speed (@ turbo, the timer goes so fast, you feel like you’re disarming bombs in the movie Die Hard) – You need backup batteries to vacuum a small fully carpeted apartment or detail a car – Combo brush wouldn’t stay fully extended in brush mode – Takes too long to charge (total “minute man”) – Need to maneuver the control unit to make sure the brush head stays flat when vacuuming under beds – Even if the brush head can fit under furniture, you may not be able to vacuum under the item as the brush head may be stopped by how it’s designed (to connect to the stick) – Owner’s manual would be better if it gave tips and trips for usage to save battery life while cleaning Overall: My whole downstairs is hardwood, so I got this vac for my floors, carpeted steps, and car. It’s vacuums floors very well and you can do most of the cleaning with just the regular brush head. I only used the combo brush and crevice tool for small or awkward spaces for floors. For carpet, you need the crevice tool for baseboards. Note: the slightest bump makes the combo brush tool disengage from brush position, which gets extremely annoying. It doesn’t get under the furniture that I hoped it would due to the design of the brush head; it would be stopped. When vacuuming under something, you will need to maneuver the top to make sure the brush head stays flat (I had to lay on the floor while vacuuming under my bed to keep it in the right position). I wouldn’t use this on carpet when I’m deep cleaning my home; just for quick cleaning. It picks up well enough on carpet @ med speed, however turbo gives a deeper clean but you couldn’t get more than a large area rug done at that speed before the battery died. (see pic – it took around 11 mins to vacuum my avg sized main bdrm – including under the king sized bed – @ med speed (actually dropped to 32 mins but I had to turn it on to take pic and it actually lost 4 mins, due to turning off and on, in the 30 secs I took to position correctly for a couple of pics bc I took the first one upside down). This unit is perfect for dorm rooms, or small apartments with more way more hardwood than carpet. Outside of that, if you stick to using it on floors, you won’t be disappointed. For now, I’ll keep using my plug in stick vac for carpet and area rugs. Note: I didn’t try it on curtains or upholstery bc I was too frustrated with the combo brush tool collapsing.vbcrawford

1. A 2nd Battery should be Included with the intial purchase. High power suction is rarely USEFUL as it drains the Battery run-time MUCH TOO FAST to clean more than A VERY SMALL surface area. 2. The floor tool LEDs, are very "bright" to our eyes but only "Dimly & barely" light up more than even a few inches of floor. Those tool lights are placed too low, their lighting is too unfocused, and that also leaves the other tools with no lighting. Solution: 2a. Leave the LEDs ON the floor tool but also ADD a circular ring of LEDs to the main body of the vacuum. 2b. Use a lens to spot-focus ALL of the lights. Space them so the edges of each of their lighting areas slightly overlap. 2c. That would create high & low, mini-LED spotlights, with focused, overlapping lighting coverage, that is usable with every attachment & also more effective w/the floor tool. 3. Include a lights On/Off option. LEDs ARE efficient but, battery-run-time WILL be longer if the lights aren't needed & can be turned off. 3. Can that white filter be water rinsed & air dried? If not, Then, 3a. Publicize the cleaning steps necessary to re-clean it. 3b. Engineer a future, purchasable filter replacement that IS eithet water rinse-able & air dry-able OR, easily re-cleanable. (The following is a product Feature Request, for a future version of this vacuum. It is NOT a Criticism.) 4.Can future iterations/versions of this vacuum include 4a. additional internal sensors that would trigger the Wyze app to issue the following notifications via our (the customers) choice of Phone/Alexa/Google: 4b. "Replace Vacuum Battery!" (Rechargeable Battery capacity has dropped below "XY" Percent of Original 100% recharge capacity!) 4c. "Clean or Replace the White/HEPA Vacuum Filter!" (HEPA Filtration efficiency has dropped below HEPA standards!" If cleaning the filter eliminates this warmini-spotlights reducing avoidable waste. 5. Wyze has the opportunity to not only do good but, to also do well by, 5a. reducing their replacement item cost & enhancing their top line profit, thru the savings realized from 5b. Recycling ♻️ & Recovering ♻️ the reusuable parts of the returned batteries' chemicals via 5c. The returned HEPA filters' frames & paper coming back in thru the Mailers. That concludes my thoughts/review on the Wyze floor vacuum. If any other reviewers agree then PLEASE Like/Upvote/etc. this review.
