The item was bought as a gift. The first one arrived and I wrapped it and gave to my mother and when she opened it and took it out of the box, the item had been used. It was dirty and had "trash" in the suction holder. I sent it back and got another one and the suction does not pick up like the video shows. I was very disappointed in this item. I purchased it for my 73 year old mom so she would not have to bend over to sweep the dust/trash into the dust pan. I was really hoping this item would be a happy solution for not bending over but it was not.Dorie

Well, the suction is a little shoot off side of broom very awkwardly placed and it only suctions if you push down really hard on the shoot and suctions only that little dime sized section at a time. IT RUINED MY FLOORING tiles PUTTING AN INDENTED DART INTO IT! THIS IS A HORRIBLY DESIGNED PRODUCT. Positive: the broom sweeps like any $5 broom. DO NOT RECOMMEND! I purchased this out of a need due to physical challenges. The weight is about 1/2 gallon of milk well made materials. Suction is amazing and easy to operate … no need for push down on device to activate the suction … battery life is amazing . The weight of the broom and thickness of the handle give assurance. My whole family is impressed with this product. Having lower back issues some movements are difficult but consistently bending is my pet p ! No more of that and handle is decided no loosing and slim built to put in area of houseware not bunky … there is so much more to say but I will say it is reasonable price and worth every dollar … good job to the designers ☺️gypsirulez

I bought a Bissell crosswave cordless max last year for Christmas because this was sold out. Originally I wanted this I did a lot of research and thought the Tineco one was far more advanced considering they had come out at the same time. My Bissell broke and again it hasn't even been a year I did not buy the warranty for it because I thought it would at least last a year. But I decided I'd buy my original choice and I'm far from disappointed. The issues I had with the Bissell I don't with this. Bissell was bad at streaking and would leave a puddle of water behind the brush roller was so soft it wouldn't pick up dried messes larger food bits would be pushed in front of the Bissell instead of being picked up. The Tineco one is streak free has a studier brush roller that makes picks up dried messes easily it is an auto mode machine so it distributes water and detects water never leaves a puddle behind large food objects like dog kibble gets picked up easily. I have a fairly high number of animals and a senior dog who doesn't have 100% bladder control so these machines are used day in day out. I recommend this to anyone its perfect for everyday use light to heavy messes.Alysun Lusty

I chose this thanks to the Vacuum Wars youtube channel. We used to have a Bissell Crosswave but it didn't last long at all. It started to smell pretty quickly and got clogged a lot (dog hair gang!) I assumed it was our habits so we bought a second one and the same thing happened again, even with more vacuuming and better Crosswave cleaning habits. This time I decided the extra money would be worth it and so far it definitely has been! The only con so far: the clean water tank really should be larger. We have a medium house, nothing large or fancy, and we can't even get through a full room (kitchen especially) without refilling the tank.Cam

Overall: I really love it! Easy to use, quick and sufficient; Great for daily use & for family with pet. I do list detailed limitations below but it solves my biggest problem (a quick daily cleanning) so I am still happy. Pros: – Battery is sufficient for 800-900 sq.ft – Capture pet (cat) hair, dust, and small trash on floor; great for daily clean; – Its design makes it easy to move; – Less noisy compared to Roomba/regular vacuum (but still not quite; just relatively quieter) ; Limitations: – The clean water tank is kind of small; requires refill if you use max clean mode or have a slower cleanning process; For dirty water tank, it's enough for cleanning process but usually require to dump all dirty water before its self-clean (so it does not over the dirty water limit) – It has clean gap (about 3cm/1.2 in) on the edge that its brush cannot reach so cannot work for near kitchen cabinet cleanning; also its wide brush design makes it hard to go into corners near toilet; – Its brush is designed not to hurt flooring which means it also cannot do deep cleanning (e.g. clean out stains on tile grout) – Cleaning dirty water tank can be nasty if you have pet and long hair;Ali

This is my 2nd machine. I love the ease of using it, as it doesn't hurt my back like mopping with a large mop however it has its drawbacks. I have multiple large dogs and a family that is in the landscaping business so we always have dirt and mud being tracked in. My kitchen floor is vinyl tile and white so everything is easily noticed. The first one I bought lasted about 8 months and then a piece broke off where the water is sucked into so I had to quit using. I bought the 2nd one and made sure to take extra care but I'm experiencing what many on here have stated. It takes me 3 tanks do to my kitchen which is about 300 sq ft. Because I have to go over each area multiple times. Ii don't mind doing this but it's a lit of starts and stops to get the floor cleaned. However once it's done it looks great. I wish there was a way that you could make the brushes scrub harder for the tough spots, and maybe add a heater to keep the water hot so the floor would be cleaned faster. Also because of its size you can't get into the hard to reach places and you would still have to mop those areas. I will continue to use my machine until it breaks down but hopefully their will be improvement soon. Lastly as everyone has stated the machine does leave water trails especially when standing still, I have just learned to clean those up as I go and when I'm done I have to papertowel the last spot to soak up the water.Colleen

I was expecting great things from this particular PowerDash product. But after reading the reviews, it was true, the vacuum didn't pick up the water left on the floor as I was expecting. I called customer service and she said to add some water in the collecting tank but it still didn't pick up much water. I miss the Floormate (sold out). I will wait for that. I like Hoover products. I realize people can be very harsh and critical and say don't buy this but you gain even better ideas from their comments. I don't expect a miracle from any machine. I can't expect a product to miraculously clean the grout of the tile. It's really a blessing that companies such as yours can give us an easier way of living. I had a floormate for 15 years that needed to be replaced. I purchased the PoweDash Hard Floor cleaner in May 2022 The new machine was flimsy and inferior design from the old machine from the onset. Less than six months later, it no longer works. The machine stopped dispersing the liquid onto the floor. My husband, a mechanical engineer, evaluated the machine with no success. I contacted Bed Bath and Beyond and I was instructed to call the manufacturer. That was done and three days later there is still no callback from the message left. Save your money and the headache. Great for quick pickups after young children which is sometimes needed a couple times a day. Lightweight and works fine on low pile rugs and carpet, but definitely better on tile and wood floors. Love that it empties quickly easily and cleanly without filters and complicated disassembly needed. I also notice less dust in the air when emptying than i get with more expensive vacuums that have filters, probably because it doesn’t capture those ultra fine dust particles. Reading the other reviews, I hope it lasts. It’s lightweight and kinda fun to use. I just wanted something that was mote convenient than a broom without being too bulky and expensive. I didn't want a vacuum, didn’t want anything super loud, just a broom replacement for someone who has too much else to do between really sweeping and mopping, and tbis sucker is perfect. Very easy assembly, just connect the pieces of the handle by pushing them together. Sweeps up everything on the floor and then is easily emptied into the trash can. Last year I bought one for my sister-in-law as a gift and she loves hers, so when my old sweeper battery died, I bought this nice Black and Decker sweeper with a lithium battery that plugs right into the wall to charge, and I love mine.Judy

This is an extremely lightweight machine. Not just in actual weight, but in the job it does. The motor is not powerful, the spinner is not fast. You do NOT save time using this over mopping. You must go SLOOW, back and forth, several times, over each area on even the lightest of soiled flooring. You must clean as instructed, the spinner, screens, and filter after only a few minutes of use or it will stop working completely. It doesn't do well on tile unless there are nearly flat grout lines. What is it good for? Linoleum, very lightly soiled. Probably to have it charged and ready for a small spill in the kitchen while cooking, then set it aside and know you WILL have to disassemble and clean it before you use it again, even after only a minute or two of use. This thing is terrible. I wanted a shark cross wave but they’re expensive. I looked through the description and the reviews and thought this may be a less expensive alternative. You get what you pay for. We use it 2 X on hardwood floors. We don’t have carpets. The cleaner started spitting out nasty, dirty, smelly water all over the place. It left my house smelling like a septic tank. Yes, we have a puppy that has accidents and we used it to clean up. Aren’t these things designed to clean up messes? We have disassembled it just like the directions instructed. We cleaned every item that was disassembled with soap and water and even a tiny bit of bleach on the roller. We put it back together, turned it on and once again it starting spitting out sewage water. I haven’t touched it since. I was just going to eat the price and use the swifter but the more I thought about it. No, I’m sick of buying things that work maybe once then I end up with expensive junk I’m never going to use. So i bought this yesterday i been eyeing this mop for awhile and read alot of reviews. I was so excited to finally get it as the reveiw were so great. I been useing a reuseable spray mop so wanted to up grade as the mop head gets dirty so quick as a single mom i wanted something more convenient but that is not what i got. I was so disappointed in this mop vacuum. I have real hardwood floor and laminate in my kitchen. This did not clean i had dirty spots on my floor that my mop would have got in 2 seconds. But this thing did not clean and at first im like i must be doing something wrong so i read the book with it like 5 times going yes im doing it right. At first the floor wasnt even getting wet but after holding the button down felt like forever it finally got wet. I had to go over spots so many time for it to even get clean. Went to clean my kitchen and that was even worst i kept going over a spot over and over and nothing. So i got out my spot mop sprayed it with just water and it came up as soon as i went over it. So it wasnt a hard spot to clean but the vacuum did not clean it. only good part of the vacuum is that it sucks up the water nice and leaves your floor pretty much dry. It didnt leave streaks but the worst thing of it is when you turn it on its so powerful that it moves the vacuum forward so hard that your fighting it to go backward to suck up the water. For $200 this is not worth it at all my $30 stray mop does so much better ( but hate that it leaves my floors so wet). Oh also this doesnt not get your floor wet or clean a inch away from the wall or your rugs so couldnt get on the side of floors clean.Amber

It is so convenient. Just charge it and sweep. It works great on our carpet and floors. The charge lasts longer than expected. And the grandchildren love it. So, now my carpet is always clean!Digna

Firstly, it’s extremely frustrating to put together. Does not work on carpet which is fine but I used it on my laminate floors which there’s almost nothing on except maybe a little dirt from walking in and out. I have a dog that sheds quite a bit. It literally just flings the hairs out the back and doesn’t pick up any of it. It made a ton of noise and made more of a mess than anything. And it flashes red every three steps for “motor blockade” for literally nothing there. Just the floor. Waste of money. 100% do not recommend. It will not pick up on heavy bulky carpet but, if you have area rugs and low pilled carpet it does the job. But remember it runs on a battery and if you have a bad back it is a whole lot easier than using a broom on the kitchen floor. I just like my purchase. Almost 200 less than the Cordless Bissell! great that you don't have to sweep your floor before you love your floor with this Little Gem! And how cool that it cleans its own roller when you put it back on its base. I also get more time from mine been a lot here have said the average is around 22 minutes. I get close to 35 minutes. this says that this is the item that I purchased, but what I received was one that was briefly released before it was labeled the new model. I get longer battery life. also if you register your product and provide your email address. They mail you a free roller. Which is very handy to have one drying while the other is in use. The price is great, I don't think you will regret your purchase. and just an FYI for those of you who are complaining about how the cleaning machine leaks. I just about bet you're not using the proper cleaning solution. I tried using something with a friend and it foamed up and leaked all over. Now I only use a floor cleaning solution. The Tineco iFloor 2 is an awesome cleaner! Unboxing the iFloor 2 was very easy, and it was packed quite well. It arrived with a partial charge and lasted about 10 minutes before I had to charge it. It's worth mentioning that the device didn't lose suction or roller strength at all during this period, and the device just turned off once there wasn't enough charge remaining. So, you can expect full power up until the battery requires a charge. Once fully charged, I was able to clean the entire house with the iFloor 2, and ran for a full 45 minutes. The power indicator was still solid, indicating there was no need to charge yet. It wouldn't surprise me if a full charge could last for a full hour in some instances! We have tile floors in our kitchen and one bathroom, and hardwood floors throughout the house, and linoleum in another bathroom. The iFloor 2 worked beautifully on our tile and hardwood, removing a ton of dirt, hair, and stains that were left behind after using a steaming mop just a few days ago (see picture for gross dirt water!). Regarding the stains in particular, we have tried many scrubbing techniquest through the years but we were never able to remove them from our tile. The iFloor 2 lightened or removed all the stains on our tile! I suspect repeated uses of the device will remove the stains entirely (here's hoping!). For the hardwood, we've never taken the time to mop and instead just vacuum. The iFloor 2 made short work of the dirt on the hardwood, and even removed a layer of dirty film we didn't even know was present. Our hardwood floors have never looked so good! The bathroom linoleum cleaned up easily too with the iFloor 2, and just "feels" cleaner when walking on it than after using a regular mop. Cleaning the iFloor 2 once the job is complete is really easy too. It has a self-cleaning cycle that takes care of the hard work for you by cleaning and rinsing the roller brush. The resulting water is then collected in the dirty water bin for easy emptying. The only concern I have with the device is the charging port. It uses a standard barrel-type plug-in adapter, and it feels a bit loose in the port on the device. It works perfectly for the time being, but I just wonder how it'll hold up over time after repeated connect and disconnect cycles.Angela40

I have very mixed feelings about this machine. Ultimately I think if you’re looking for something quick and easy to clean up small messes, lightly dust, etc. this would work just fine. The suction is decent, and where it did clean, only with both mop and vacuum, it got some little unnoticed spills up and didn’t streak. The machine is quiet, maneuvers and works efficiently, and really feels nice to use. My two main let-downs with this is that it doesn’t seem to be very pet-hair friendly (despite what Tineco claims), and the machine doesn’t get close enough to baseboards/edges. I wanted to see how well the vacuum part worked without adding water/mopping. Not only was it aggravating that the machine seemed to blow air out and thus dog hair away, I couldn’t go more than a couple of passes before the machine would get clogged; I have a short haired dog and my floors weren’t that bad. It did work a bit better when I started using the water though. Next, I’ll have to go around with perimeter of half my house with my normal broom and mop because the gap of untouched floor is THAT noticeable. the closest you can get to a baseboard is roughly 1/2” on one side, and probably a good 1 1/2” on the other. What’s the point in using this thing if I’m going to have to get the big guns out anyways?Ashtan

I bought this as part of a Black & Decker combo pack; a trimmer (for grass & weeds) and a leaf blower. I mostly wanted the trimmer, but the combo price ($80) was too hard to pass up, so I thought I'd give them a try. I used the trimmer multiple times throughout the summer and it was okay; not great, but good enough to do what trimming I needed around my small house. (I have one bone to pick with the trimmer… but I'll save that for the trimmer's review.) Now that summer's over and the leaves are falling, I pulled out the leave blower and put it together. (If you haven't figured it out by now, the same batteries can be used with both devices, which is nice.) Simply put, the 20-volt battery can't supply enough power to get enough air going in the leaf blower to push even a modest amount of leaves around with any significant force. After 4 batteries worth of leaf blowing (2 batteries, each charged twice), I've still just barely made a dent in my front yard… and I have a very small front yard. That's pretty pathetic in my opinion. I can't deny that the batteries may eventually wear out, but so far I've charged my two batteries multiple times this year with no negative effects so far. (We'll have to see if they're still working next spring.) In the end, I gave the leaf blower a 3-star rating (perhaps more than it warrants) because… Well, you really do get what you pay for. If you want something really nice, you're simply going to have to pay more money for it.DConway

Had mine for about three years. This year the first failure was the string base. Easy fix. Now the trigger isn't engaging. It started acting up earlier this year where once in a while it wouldn't start, release the lock and try again. Now nothing.TimRock

I bought this one to replace a previous B&D trimmer when the batteries died – remember the one that took NINE HOURS to charge the battery? The reviews on this one said the battery life was better, and the charging time was a couple of hours, so I got one. Took it back after a couple of uses because the adjustable handle would "slip" to the next higher position during use. Guess what? The replacement did the SAME THING! Rather than deal with the return hassle, I kept it. Worked decent until last summer, when the EasyFeed feature became the ought-to-feed feature. I don't think it's the spools, because replacing the spool didn't fix the problem. While I really like my other B&D tools, I'm done with their trimmers.Lars

I love this mop/vac! Its quick to set up and use then it self cleans, minus the roller and empting and cleaming out bins. The only thing that I did not like was if a floor really dirty, you ha e to stop refill and empty a few times and if its on auto max it uses the battery faster. But if your using it daily its amazing! I have cats and they throw litter everywhere so I use a little dust buster and get the majority of the litter then it takes care of the rest!monica

Love it! I have a dog a baby. It really really clean the floors and dust! I suggest to vacuum first tho! Absolutely love this and should have gotten this earlier , it’s the best invention! The reviews that I read led me to believe I was getting a top notch item. I only needed it for a tiled kitchen. Unfortunately I had to go over simple dirt spots several times and fill the clean water and empty the dirty water multiple times. Seriously, I couldn't wait to use this thing. I didn't wait for it to charge fully when I got it home, but it still lasted long enough for me to do my entire entryway, alcove, half bath, kitchen, master bath, and walk-in closet. My home isn't enormous, but it's not small either. I didn't time how long it took, but I wasn't rushing…. I have 2 dogs and this thing is going to be a lifesaver! I have a chronic illness, work full-time, and have 2 teenagers, so pulling out the broom and dustpan constantly just wasn't in the cards. I was getting so tired of the tumbleweeds of fur (they pile up after like 3 days) that I contemplated getting rid of my hard floors. But this saved me from that! I’ve used these vacs for 8 yrs, they last a good 2 years before battery life begins to diminish. New location of power button makes it easy to turn off by accident and Yes! I agree battery time could last a little longer, Mine is a solid 15 minutes of vacuum time.I use two vacs to do my whole house when I want to take my time under furniture. I gave it 5 stars because where can you find a vacuum that dusts the floor at the same time. I have used my regular vacuum on floor settings and while it does pick up loose dirt/hair it still leaves the dust and dirt on floor and unfortunately will scratch my floor as well. I have beautiful dark hardwood floors and a dog, a swifter without the vac just pushes hair and larger size debris around. This vacuum makes my life so much more easy, even with its flaws I LOVE IT!!! Tip for cleaning: dump loose dirt in trash and use toothbrush to clean filter or reg vacuum house to clean it, your filter and suction power will perform at peak level longer.Mindy

Love this lightweight broom vac! This is the second one i've owned and was difficult to find as Swiffer has discontinued them. It picks up dust, dirt, crumbs and most importantly dog hair! So much easier than sweeping and picking up with a dust pan as it is a vacuum with a bag less container. It also uses a dust cloth as well that traps and picks up hair and small particles the vac may miss. I'be ordered a second one to put up in the garage and save until the day comes that i'll need to replace the current one. Definitely recommend this item to replace a broom and dustpan!HOLLY

Having never used a wet vac like this before, all I can say is WOW! I admit, I was a skeptic. We regularly clean our hard floors so I really didn't expect to see any great results. That all went away after the first use. Great product. It makes scrubbing the floors a piece of cake. Starting with the overall looks. It's a really sleek machine. It's not bulky at all and allows you to get into the same places you would be able to with a normal stick vac. The white color is refreshing and adds to it's nice clean look. The charging base is as small as it can be, but even so, some might find it's footprint a bit large. But when you consider the self cleaning feature it offers, it's easy to overlook the size. They light as needed and let you know what you need to know about the state of your machine. To use the machine, you fill the clean water tank and add a cap of the included floor cleaner. When you turn the machine on, it automatically dispenses the water solution and starts the roller spinning. At the same time, it also starts the vacuum, so you basically vacuum up the water before it even soaks your floors. After using it on our laminate wood flooring in the kitchen, I just noticed a sheen after it vacuumed the water up. It was dry in about 30 seconds. If you've ever used a stick mop with a trigger spray feature, they left about the same amount of moisture. The difference was, the water that was collected in the dirty water tank was, well pretty dirty. There are two settings, a standard speed and a max speed. I tried them both but had very good luck with the standard speed so that's generally what I use. Overall, it's pretty quiet. No loud whiny beater bar, just the soft roller on the floor. The battery lasts long enough to clean our entire kitchen, hallway and front entrance area without any issues, and have power to spare. This package comes with an additional roller and HEPA filter. At first I thought they were just “extra” but the idea is, you have one set that's dry, and the set that you use to clean, so you just keep swapping them out. The roller assembly is extremely easy to remove and replace. Like both of the water tanks, it has a snap in place, spring loaded latch. The roller pretty much just pulls right out. The filter is just as easy to replace. Emptying the dirty water tank was as easy as pouring it in the sink and rinsing out any dirt left behind. To use the self clean feature, just fill the clean water tank with fresh water, make sure the dirty water tank is in place and run the cycle with the touch of a button. The package also comes with a brush tool for cleaning out the tanks, and it includes a roller hair/string removal tool. After cleaning the floors I have to say, they really felt clean. A few years ago, we got a cordless stick vacuum for our house. We love using it in-between our robot vacuum sweeps but we still end up having to mop the kitchen floor which is linoleum. Since we’re always looking for ways to make tasks more efficient, this wet/dry vacuum seemed like a good option for our family. When you pull the vacuum out of its box, make sure to look through all the packaging because there are additional parts included and I almost threw out the extra dry filter because it was tucked away inside some cardboard. Even though assembly is required, it’s very minimal. You have to attach the handle to the main body of the vacuum, plug the base into power, and then set the unit on the stand. Once the battery is charged, you can start using it. According to the manual, these are the steps you have to take for operation. Prepare for use – includes charging the vacuum for about four hours Press the power button to start the vacuum. It’s in ECO mode by default. There is a “MAXIECO” button that switches between the MAX and ECO modes. Before using the WET function of the vacuum, fill the clean water tank and add one bottle cap of the solution. The floor did dry quickly I did think that it felt a lot cleaner than before I used the vacuum. I did have a couple of spots where something had been spilled and left to dry that the vacuum did not clean up. That said, a couple of lighter stains were removed if I left the vacuum sitting on top of it so that the roller brush could concentrate on that spot. I like the features of this vacuum and its ease of use, but I do wish there were a couple of things added on (a dry/wet option, a heavy stain cleaning option, etc.). I love that a base plate is included because that gives the vacuum a spot to ‘live’ in as well as keeps the roller off the floor as it dries. All in all, I think this is a nice device. Versatile vacuum makes our 90% laminate floor cleaner that it’s ever been. We used to use those “easy” mops that have replaceable wet pads to mop our floors and they worked better than a mop and bucket but this vacuum makes it a piece of cake! The setup and operations were so simple that I thought I was missing something in the suggestions (instructions) but I wasn’t. I normally am the type of person that can pull new electronics out of the box and start using it without help but I had never used a mop/vacuum combo like this before so I read the suggestions. It is so simple, push the power button. If there is liquid in the clean water tank it will mop and vacuum. If that tank is empty it will vacuum only. When you are done just set it on the base and it charges automatically! The vacuum even cleans the brush by itself! There will be a “water drop” icon that lights up which means it needs to clean the brush. Just set it on the base and press the water drop button once and it cleans the brush for you! I am very impressed with the simplicity, power and convenience of this vacuum/mop. I love the base with self-charging so you never pick it up and find that the battery is dead. Having never used a wet vac like this before, all I can say is WOW! I admit, I was a skeptic. We regularly clean our hard floors so I really didn't expect to see any great results. I have LVT flooring throughout most of my downstairs, and with two teenagers, two cats, and a big dog, I struggled to keep the floor clean. I used to vacuum with my stick vacuum several times a day, but hated to see the footprints left on the floor from wet feet and paws (we also have a lot of snow that gets tracked in). I love using the Karcher floor cleaner because it’s so easy to set up and can clean the paw prints my dog leaves all over the house after she goes outside in the snow. It’s also very satisfying to empty out the dirty water receptacle! The machine is very well made and solid. I’m really happy that I bought this and am grateful that I no longer have a mop and bucket sitting in the middle of my kitchen every day.Nebbes

I purchased this item in 2020 and was initially very pleased. Unfortunately, as I used it the performance degraded quickly and drastically. I only used it maybe 6 or 7 times before it became unusable. There are plastic gears in it that wear very quickly and make the appliance unusable. There are additional reports of this issue on the internet. It has been sitting unusable in my closet for most of the last 2 years!!! Very disappointed in the manufacturer. I will never purchase another one of their products again! Really this item should not have ever been sold. Unfortunately I have to give it one star. It really deserves less than 0.Eric

This is probably the most convenient and complete floor care product I have owned. It went together with ease and after the initial seven hour charge it is ready to go and did my entire first floor without using much of the charge at all. I do charge it after doing an entire level of my home but for little jobs like the entry way it is ready to go and used very little of the charge. It goes easily from carpet to hardwood or bare floor with just a step on the button. Emptying it is a snap. Just pops off and with one button empties. It does a great job with dirt, dust and pet hair. It also has a unique handle that allows sweeping under furniture without bending over at all. What a nice feature! It is well made and I expect it will last for some time.cintikath

Ok so when I took this thing out of the box, my first thought was it was far too light weight and compact that it would be useless in my home. Suprise surprise to me this sweeper (not a full heavy duty vacuum) has taken over on my daily floor cleanings. I still use my regular vacuum once a week to feel like I am getting a deeper clean, but honestly this little sweeper is keeping the floors pretty clean! I do my living room rug, my wood floors, the carpet bedrooms and my tile flooring with it. I like the simple designs throughout, from the buttons on the pole to allow it to bend in half so I can get under my tables with ease. To the simple buttons on the floor unit, that includes the release of the area to empty the dirt out of. Which actually holds all of my fur and dirt per room per day. And I like that I do not have to touch the floor unit at all with my hands. I also like that you can see the roller and clean it extremely easy! All other vacuums I have used you have to remove it or fight to get to the corners etc. The battery life is good also, I only charge mine every other day and have yet to have it die on me. Overall, as I said, this has taken over and making my daily sweeping a total breeze. Only one thing I am not 100% impressed with is I don't think it picks up on the corners/sides as well as I prefer.Lena1

It's okay for what I bought it for – quick everyday cleanups rather than getting out the regular plug-in Shark. The suction is fine but a cordless is never as strong as corded. The motor though sounds like a toy. It's not noisy because it's not very powerful. It sounds like it's going to die as soon as I turn it on. I plug it in for recharging every time I use it. One thing I really don't like is how large the base is. I've been buying Sharks for years and always liked how small the base was enabling getting into small spaces very easy. This one is huge. It does work equally well on carpet and hard floors. But it's definitely too expensive for what it is.Peggy

I have tile floors and a rabbit. So I use my sweeper several times a day. I love this sweeper its very quiet but powerful, I love that it has a large dust cup so I dont have to empty several times while sweeping my whole house. It works great on tile but even better on area rugs. the only thing I would like to see is a longer handle, but reguardless, I would definately buy again and again it works better than my crosswave pet pro.Haynethansmom

Needed something easy for her to use in the whole house instead of the vacuum (which I use). This quickly allows cleaning the floors (wood and carpet) where our huge Newfy lays and sheds. Yes, the brushes do get long, long, hair wrapped around (but some hair and other floor stuff does go into the waste holder) and it takes a few minutes to remove it (but watching tv and enjoying a coffee makes it a fair time to relax). We have had ours for several years and contemplating either getting a new battery or a second sweeper. Ours has been used more than once every day so feel the battery gave us it's best! Easy to use. It's an old-fashioned carpet sweeper and it does the job with no fuss. Not perfect but great for sweep-ups of messes, go over rugs for tracked on stuff and LOTS of cat hair. So much easier than dragging out a heavy vacuum and plugging it in. Lightweight and doesn't take up much storage space at all. We had one Bissell that we had for years until the brushes just got tired and just bought 2 more — one for upstairs and one for downstairs. And Big Lots price is amazing value. I bought this to help clean up the mess left behind on the carpet late at night after I've been sewing or crafting. Does a great, quiet job of quickly tidying up and especially at getting pieces of thread that otherwise were clogging up the vacuum. My biggest surprise was when I used it in the rest of the house after we ran the vacuum. The amount of pet hair that this picked up was astounding (see photo below) and it was able to get at that hair the vacuum was unable to.Erin
