I bought directly from Karcher on clearance so it was a great value. I was familiar with the brand from commercial truck washing. Not some unidentified Chinese generic. I also like there are dealers in my area. Unit worked well cleaning cars and vinyl siding. Could have used more power when washing concrete drive. Only negative; The hose is crap-plastic but they all are at this price range. Not sure if any better aftermarket hoses are available for Karcher units.Bistco

This power washer works as advertised. I confess that I did replace the pressure hose with another that would not kink as much as advised on You-Tube. I washed my whole two story house including windows, 2 sheds, drive-way and garage floor and it worked as advertised all the way through.The machine is easy to maneuver. The wand is easy to use. I used 15 nozzle and it was strong enough to do all of my cleaning. I did not use soap so have not tried out that part. Safety items like click off pressure nozzle work well too. If this machine works as well next year I will be really pleased.Clean and Happy

I purchased a Ryobi 2300 power washer used. It was only 6 months old. The seller said it was leaking water and the water would not come out of the spray nozzle. I paid $75 for it and took it home. The water was leaking from the water inlet valve. I took the water hose off and found that the seal screen was missing. I put one in and no more leak. Also, you have to make sure your water hose tip is not beat up and that your able to screw it all the way on. Next I saw that the spray want was not the original and that it was small. I change the wand from my other power washer and boom, it worked perfectly. I am a Handyman and have used it over 50 times and it still works perfectly. If you have a problem with your Ryobi, don't be
so quick to return it or bad mouth it. These are machines and some will have problems. I guarantee most of the time you can take care of those problems yourself, just go on google and search for your Unit and the problem your having, and 90% of the time you will get your solution. FrankieF L

After reading so many good reviews, I bought this unit expecting the best. Only my second time using it and the starts and stops every few seconds and then loses power. One of the nozzles is missing the center brass piece, so it's basically like using a hose. The only nozzle that works is the spinning one, which is too bad because it lacks the pressure I want. I've only had the Sun Joe Pressure Washer for about a week now, but so far it's a very effective way to quickly clean up surfaces outdoors . We thought this would be a great tool to clean up our 20+ year old painted redwood porch. It had accumulated a lot of sawdust, oil, leaves, etc. from many of the home projects we work on. Just hooking up the garden hose wasn't going to be enough for this job! I appreciated the clear directions in getting it set up. The unit feels very powerful, fairly quiet and lightweight enough to pull it around easily. I'm looking forward to trying it out on our garage floor and driveway.Hazel21

I purchased an electric sunjoe tiller last year. I started tilling my yard and discovered there was a lot of rock beneath the hard surface and thought for sure I would burn that poor little electric tiller’s motor out. Tiller held up like a champ and tore right through that rough ground with ease. Impressed with the tiller I thought this Spx-2700 power washer would be of the same quality but sadly I was mistaken. Within the first 10 minutes of use the cheaply made plastic wand attachment sprung a leak at the seams. Very disappointed in this machine’s quality. The pressure washer washes nowhere close to the advertised pressure. I have a 1600 pressure washer which washes much better than what this is advertised as 2050 PSI. This is a joke. On top of that SunJoe will not refund my money back even though they advertise a 2 year warranty but only give me a very discounted sale price store credit, minus shipping and taxes based on a thanksgiving sales price. The product is terrible and does not perform as advertised so why would you not give me my money back when its still under warranty. Frustrated with both the product and customer service at SunJoe. I have the original packaging , receipt and product but they want to give me a store credit based on a heavily discounted stale price, minus shipping and taxes but not refund my money back.Product user

Not a bad product, just not what I thought I was getting. I did my research on PSI and what is appropriate for different tasks. In this case, I wanted to clean our driveway, sidewalks, and patios. A website said this product’s PSI would be appropriate. In the end, this product DID its job. However, it was extremely slow and I had to have the nozzle about an inch or two from the pavement. The product states it’s max PSI is 2030, but keep in mind, that PSI is at INITIAL DISCHARGE. In other words, right after that initial spray, it decreases significantly. Additionally, I would venture to guess their testing is done at the tip of the nozzle, meaning you have to have that nozzle right up against what you’re cleaning to get best result. Again, not a bad product, it did its job. Just extremely time consuming. I ended up returning it and getting a gas-powered one at Lowe’s. This thing has double the power/pressure. So, if you’re looking for a quality power washer, I would spend a little more money. However, this thing wasn’t horrible.Alex

This machine pressure washes pretty well. However, the pressure hose is unusual in the fact that it has an m-22 connector for the pressure hose like most other pressure washers. However, the stem size is 15mm for the sun joe and no one makes accessories or hoses to fit this type of m-22 connector with a 15 mm stem because all pressure washers have 14 mm stems except for SumJoe which is absolutely ridiculous. Now I have to get a new pressure washer because this Sun Joe isn’t compatible with any accessories on the market.William Negley

We bought this at the beginning of the summer because we had a big project coming up, which involved powerwashing a lot of lumber to repaint and reassemble a big, complicated pergola. On top of that, we powerwashed decks, washed cars, etc. Looking back on a hard working summer, we believe the SunJoe handled it with aplomb and has deserved its keep. It's a great product, though not amazing. A few tips and notes: 1. One of the hose gaskets gave up the ghost as I was washing the car. Very cheap to procure at our friendly hardware store, and with what we'd put it through already, no hard feelings. 2. Start spraying for a few seconds before engaging the pump; bleed the water out until as dry as possible until turning off the pump. 3. The hose and especially power cord are long and not particularly wieldy; you'll have to design your own system to handle them. It's discouraged me to setup the thing just to wash a car on the driveway, cord management is generally cumbersome. 4. It has two chambers for soap, they work, but they don't work all that well. Glad they're there in a general sense, but you'll want dedicated gear if you want to wash the car each weekend (see above). All in all, a great product at a good price with very good performance – wiped old paint right off lumber as we needed it to. This is why I recommend it to anyone, and would buy it again.Nick

This K5 Premium replaced an old Kaercher pressure washer I have. The old one was a work horse, but I wanted something that I could move more easily around my property. The features of the K5 Premium makes mobility much easier. The large wheels, the hose reel, the hose attachment on the front, the removable detergent bottle, all make setup much faster and easier. I expect this to last the same 20+ years as my older Kaercher.guidon

This is my second Kärcher pressure washer, the first being transported on a hand truck because the wheels broke soon after purchase. The new one broke off the cheap plastic base-foot within a few hours. I think Kärcher needs to spend some time with purchasers and watch their intuitive behavior and design their products to work well in practical use, not just on paper. The power washing unit itself performs extremely well, but that is not enough. I'm disappointed that German engineering was passed to Chinese manufacturers.KLPNYC

Bought the Kärcher K5 Premium about a month ago. It was a little hard to follow the assembly instructions but it’s fairly easy to assemble. We tried the pressure washer on a small area of our patio and first thought it didn’t do much but it was a rainy day so everything was wet. After it dried, I saw the difference 🙂 Even without any cleaning liquid, just water. Since then we did the rest if the patio and our driveway. I highly recommend the Deck and Driveway cleaner for large areas. I tried removing some dirt from the gutters and the siding of the house but not much happened there. Not sure if I was doing something wrong or need a cleaning liquid… The volume of the motor isn’t bad at all. The gas pressure washer of our neighbors is much louder. The standard „heads“ are powerful which was great to blow weeds and moss away. Overall happy with the quality, accessories and results. Would buy again.SusiM

I looked at several reviews and other electric power washers, and decided I would buy Bauer and from the local Harbor Freight store near me as I liked their 2 yr warranty I bought if went wrong. Anyways I changed the hose like others have to a 50 foot Godzilla Flex hose I bought thru Amazon for like $67.00, and I bought the quick hose connector kit from Lowe's for like $29.00, didn't have to but you can really disconnect hoses quickly n easily. Bought it to power wash our vinyl siding on mobile home and shed. This machine is light weight and easy to use, quiet, easy to assemble,etc. The soap container is easy to get at and secure, has a rubber cap with good size opening to pour your approved washer soap in, don't use bleach it can corrode pump parts. I had a couple of older fiberglass step ladders and this thing cleaned the grime right off. Vinyl Siding came out great, green mold from trees came right off, literally looked like brand new white siding. I sprayed it down with the soap using the soap nozzle it comes with and let it sit several minutes. The thing is actually fun to use..lol…I used the hose it came with due to ordering the Godzilla hose online, no one locally had it, and it's okay but as others say it isn't as flexible, if you do try it just have another person hold it n stretch it out like a tug a war, this will lessen it a bit from wanting to coil back up. When finished I used the pump lubricant/ anti freeze I had bought from Harbor Freight, comes in a spray can with a threaded male connector, just follow directions it's easy to use n good for pump, I plan to use it after each use n when storing it. The other thing I did was the vinyl soap tubing that comes from the soap bottle down to the pump I installed a shut off valve I bought from AutoZone, because it doesn't come with one, now I can easily shut off soap when I don't need, about $7.00 for this little plastic inline valve. Overall I like this Bauer Power Washer, it's not quite as powerful as gas but it's really close and has done the job well, far as I'm concerned in my area hiring someone to power was it would have cost me about $400.00, and renting one isn't something I like hauling back n forth, so it really does pay for itself. I even cleaned off our rear deck steps, worked great on that to. Store it right and use the Pump Lubricant/anti freeze and you'll be good.Jerry

If you want to keep your siding clean, blast off the driveway and sidewalks, or just wash the car, this little unit is perfecto! For an electric washer this packs plenty of power. We used to use heavy duty gas washers at the fire station and these are not far behind in performance. Used it to clean my pond while using the narrowest tip and inadvertently gouged a couple of holes in the soft rocks along the waterfall. It has lots of power for anything around the home. Light weight, easy to hang on the wall. The cords are stiff and not very pliable out of the box, I’m hoping this eases up over time and use. The cord reel is made of plastic and though not flimsy, it doesn’t inspire confidence. Reeling the stiff hose in is not easy and I have abandoned using it so far. LONG power cord, huge feature. I purchase a lot of Harbor Freight tools and products for home and work use. I am very disappointed in this one. I like most Bauer products and they are a step up from most of the Warrior products (many of which I will not purchase). This one really disappointed me. First– the pressure hose has a very convenient hose roll to keep it organized. You cannot roll and unroll it without undoing it from the pump. I will not connect and disconnect it each time so this is worthless. Second, the roll is such a small diameter and the hose has enough memory that when I unrolled it, it just coiled up. This means that as you walk around your car to wash it, it just keeps kinking itself off. Third, the soap mixing reservoir does not have an "off" valve. This means that you must use all the soap you put in it before it stops spraying soap. Good luck knowing exactly how much you need. Fourth, the pressure is high but the volume is so low that this is not useful for more than washing a car– and not like using a car wash either. Try a quarter of the pressure/volume at most. I will not be using the hose reel. I currently have the hose pulled straight and tied at both ends to try to remove the memory. I will need to add a very small valve to the soap hose. I will adjust my expectations. It has a return fee so I will keep but I am not very happy. A "warrior" product would have been just as good.Jeremy

I also own a gas pressure washer but find that this washer would be a welcome addition to any household. In the time It would to take to setup and takedown my gas pressure washer, this one will complete most tasks. Its lightweight to carry and is easy to move. It has 2 nozzles for any type of job and is easy to setup and takedown. I appreciate the Velcro strap to keep the hose with the machine. I loved this power washer, for many reasons! It's not my first power washer, it is the first I've owned by Craftsman's though My old one was a standup one not huge but bulky had no real place to wrap the power cord, or store the wands or anything so It was more of a pain to use and put away. What I loved right off the bat with this Craftsman power washer is the size, yes it's small yet powerful. I love that the power cord wraps around the handle, I love that it has to spots on the side for the attachments for the wand. I was not sure what the Velcro strap was for, but it held the wand well enough for me, so I used it as a wand holder. I also liked that the power cable had a red clip on it so when I got to the end of wrapping it I was able to "snap" it to another part of the power cable and it wouldn't unravel, I'm not sure if that was supposed to be used for that purpose or even stay on, but it worked so I'm keeping it until it no longer works, then I'll just get a Velcro strap and use that to keep it all tidy 🙂 I Used it to clean a white plastic 55 gallon barrel that had sat outside for over 8 years, I was turning it into a flower pot for a large tree I have that has to be brought indoors every winter, but didn't want it covered in green gunk. Then I went and used it on part of my siding did an amazing job, then I used it on my sidewalk that has seen better days I've lived here 12 years (I rent) the landlord has never done upkeep on the sidewalk or the front porch, but I was able to get it clean, it is decaying and you can see the stones mixed into the cement, but hey it's clean. Then turned and used it on the concrete steps and part of the wooden porch. I'm in love! I love this power washer! It was very easy for me to assemble. The instructions are simple to follow. I take pride in the appearance of the both the outside and inside of my home. Every Spring, I am very busy cleaning what the winter months have left behind. That includes the siding on my house, the gutters, my driveway and my privacy fence. Craftsman 2,100 max PSI electric pressure washer arrived at my home in a package that was light enough and easy enough to transport into my backyard for assembly. In fact, my wife is the one that moved it to the yard AND assembled it because she was too impatient to wait for me. The setup of the pressure washer was quite simple and all that was needed was a screwdriver. The instructions were very clear and the assembly was a piece of cake; took about a half hour total. The pressure washer was easy to maneuver around my patio and the power cord and water hose were long enough for me to get my entire patio and no extension cord was needed. I love that this is electric so no need to run out for gas and it was not incredibly loud; I could hear my cell phone ringing while using it. So far I have only used it on my concrete patio but I plan to continue to use this to get mold/mildew off the siding of my house, my white vinyl fence and since there is a soap reservoir, I can use it for cleaning the cars in my household as well. There is nothing bad I can say about this pressure washer. If you want a quality, affordable pressure washer, that is easy to setup and effortless to use, I highly recommend this. I have had my SPX3000 for 2+ years and used it extensively and it died just about to the end of the warranty. The great customer service folks (thank you Teresa!) sent me a replacement pronto. I know they say not to write about that, but such a positive thing here I insist on letting folks know. This SPX3500 does have some very nice improvements. It is more heavily bottom weighted so it stays upright better. It is somewhat quieter than the SPX3000, and it's not loud by any means. I love the one 40 oz jug instead of having to fill 2 jugs. Now, lets get to the reality of the pressures. I converted mine to 3/8" quick disconnects (adapters available on well known auction website) and I connected 2 pressure gauges to insure accuracy of readings. The reality is that this pressure washer gets 1700 psi working pressure, which is far better than the 1200 working pressure on the SPX3000. It claims in the specs to get 1900 working pressure which is incorrectly overstated. This unit does far better on washing off the car and gets dirt off from the rims better also. I live on a dirt road which gets ponds when it rains, so cars and concrete driveway get real dirty. I am really happier with the better pressures on this unit. It does very well on driveway, cars, house, most anything that you wish to clean. I do take issue with the proprietary 22mm with 15mm inside bore connections which are NOT standard, but are easy to get adapters for now to remedy this issue. If you ever do need to purchase replacement tips anywhere they do need to be 2.5 orifice or you may damage unit. This is an issue that doesn't get told, only learned with research. I am only 5' 10" and the gun is way to short. They make it fit on the unit, not the user. Very easy to put together the handles and parts on right out of the box to get it running. I did have an issue with the bottom of my box ripping on arrival, but unit was undamaged. Upon further inspection it's not really supported well with enough cardboard to protect from the weight in my opinion. There is a detergent dial variable for the soap dispenser which doesn't seem to do much to vary the flow for me, it's pretty much all or nothing. I just can't seem to get it to vary to take a slower flow without cutting it off completely. Love the 35' power cord and the hanger for it is very handy also. Tip storage on the rear of the unit is super to keep track of your tips and access them when needed. It will be interesting to see if the brushless motor lasts longer than the other type, but regardless it's an improvement. This unit works great, but the draw from the jug using soap tip is dead. I have checked everything, took front apart and verified that the lines are clear, and the variable is working fine blowing air through it, but yet it will not pick up any product from jug. This is a huge let down of this unit. Now lets talk about power. This unit actually gives you 1700 psi at the tip. I converted it to 3/8 quick disconnect and have liquid filled gauges to check this and actually run on the unit full time to monitor pressure. The 15mm inside bore 22mm outside connector to convert to 3/8 quick disconnect is available at a very popular website to eliminate the cheap, short pressure hose with screw on fittings this unit comes with. I put a 100' wall mounted quick disconnect pressure hose in my garage, ran jumper to unit and I NEVER move it – period! With the unit having the inlet in the front and the pressure in the back, combined with the power cord, if you move it very much they all get tangled up constantly. The gun that comes with this sucks, way to short and connector is in front of trigger, which is where you do NOT want it, it needs to be at far rear of trigger. It killed my back to use that trigger as it is so short I had to bend down at such an angle, and I am only 5' 10" tall. The best thing to do is build your own at the length you want with a vented grip which is most comfortable. BTW, the SPX 3000 which I also own will yield you 1200 psi at the tip as I own that one also. You never get anywhere near what the max psi is on any pressure washer so since I know what it truly is I can let you all know as to clarify what to really expect. This has also been compared to more than one gauge so it is totally accurate. The tips work very well, and I bought a turbo nozzle that works well with it. Be careful what you buy for this unit as you need to get correct size nozzle for pressure of unit. l do believe if my memory serves me correctly a 2.25 or 2.5 will work best, but research it to be sure. Overall, a nice unit, but needs work to get it to where it is comfortably usable. It does an awesome job cleaning the house, driveway, washing the car and so on. It will cost some more to get it where you need it, but overall I do recommend this unit.Sharing the info

Appears to be a well built, non-industrial pressure washer. I like the selectable spray nozzles, the removable detergent tank and the storage features for the wand, hose and power cable. However, I have been dissapointed with the soup function. At a 65-psi inlet water pressure , the spray distance is marginal. Further, the adjustment of the detergent mix is not linear with an apparant no difference in suction after the third mark from the closed position. I ran a time test to pull 200ml from the tank over the range of the detergent dial settings with no difference in time after the third mark. My first use of the washer was to clean an extremely dirty pick-up truck using the Sun Joe Heavy Duty Detergent using the soap nozzle followed by the 40-degree nozzle to rinse. I found that I needed to hand-scrub the soaped vehicle before rinsing to reove the dirt. The detergent alone did not lossen the grime. The pre-application mix was 1 part detergent to 5 parts water and the waher detergent dial was on the third mark. Prior to washing the pick-up I contacted Sun Joe tech support to otain clarification on the mix ratios of the detergent dial on the pressure washer and to get clarification whether the Heavy Duty Detergent needed to be pre-mixed when loading the tank. I received no feedback on the mix ratio of the detergent dial and was advised to read and follow the instruction on the detergent bottle.Southern CA Senior

This is my first experience with an electric pressure washer as previously I have exclusively used gasoline powered ones. Thus, I was a little skeptical that this electric unit would perform as well. Well, let me tell you…it didn't take long for this Sun Joe Pressure Washer to convince me it was up to the task. Compared to a gasoline unit, in my opinion, this Sun Joe is quieter and provides a great cleaning experience as my prior gas pressure washer. Even better than a gas one, the Sun Joe has a pump saving and energy reducing shut down feature so that when you're not using it the unit shuts off the motor and pump but instantly starts back up when the trigger is pressed again. It is relatively easy to wheel around and in my opinion lighter and easier to work with than a gas powered unit. The hose length is adequate and it conveniently comes with changeable nozzles that are a breeze to connect and disconnect. The detergent tank is sufficient and easy to add to. So far, I have used it on my siding and driveway and I'm very happy with the cleaning performance. I'm sure this Sun Joe will provide years of trouble-free use.TW990

As the wintry weather is clearing up outdoors, the debris, dirt and other junk has become more visible on the house, steps and porch and in need of a good cleaning. Using Sun Joe’s brushless induction electric pressure washer, I was able to get a lot of dirt that has been sitting there for years off and cleaner that ever before. The set up and getting the washer going was fairly simple and cleaned extremely well, it’s equipped with a 14.9-amp motor, so it packs a punch. Your able to quickly swap nozzles to go from a pencil point jet to a high-pressure hose, which was extremely helpful getting into hard-to-reach areas around my porch perimeter. It does have an electronic ignition and you get 35 ft of cord length with onboarding storage to get your basic cleaning jobs done. The pressure washer includes a detergent tank and a nozzle cleaning tool. Overall, this is a great compact pressure washer that is good on your basic jobs for homeowners, runs 1.8 gallons per/min and has a great motor. I wouldn’t recommend for really tough jobs and anything commercial and use for your residential needs. Highly recommended.Eric78

I am impressed with the cleaning power of this SunJoe pressure washer. I chose the 2350 psi max model. It sprays away dirt and grime effortlessly. It has the ability to add detergent if you really want to meticulously clean something, with an on board detergent tank. We used this to spray salt brine off of our vehicles, from the Wisconsin winter roads. The spray was even and powerful. It only took a few minutes to do a quick spray of the vehicles. It also was great to under flush the vehicles. Using this regularly will prevent the vehicles from rusting. If using this in winter months like we did, I would advise to only use a room temperature hose so you don't have any icing build up. We also drained the water immediately after and brought the machine indoors. We had no issues with icing but did take these precautions to make sure we didn't. We also sprayed greasy grime off our driveway, which also worked great with only water. It also did a fantastic job spraying off our hitch hauler, after a successful hunting season. I have lots of plans for cleaning when spring arrives. I plan to clean our patio, porch, siding and windows using this power washer. It will make it much easier than using a garden hose. It will be helpful to spray our boats off to remove the slimy algae and any invasive species or plants before going to another location. It will be helpful to keep lawn and garden equipment clean and prevent them from rusting. The machine is very easy to use. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver around with large wheels. The cord and hose are nice and long so you can go around an entire vehicle without moving the machine. It comes with 4 spray nozzles of different degrees of spray, for multiple job level requirements. It also has a detergent sprayer nozzle. The machine has the option to control the amount of cleaning solution the job requires.The nozzles attach quickly and also pop right off when you want. The connectors are high quality constructed. The 20 foot hose is steel reinforced. The cord is sturdy with a circuit breaker plug for added safety. I would recommend buying this power washer because it does a super job at spraying away greasy grime. It will help keep the things you own in in great condition.Cher12

Not a bad product, just not what I thought I was getting. I did my research on PSI and what is appropriate for different tasks. In this case, I wanted to clean our driveway, sidewalks, and patios. A website said this product’s PSI would be appropriate. In the end, this product DID its job. However, it was extremely slow and I had to have the nozzle about an inch or two from the pavement. The product states it’s max PSI is 2030, but keep in mind, that PSI is at INITIAL DISCHARGE. In other words, right after that initial spray, it decreases significantly. Additionally, I would venture to guess their testing is done at the tip of the nozzle, meaning you have to have that nozzle right up against what you’re cleaning to get best result. Again, not a bad product, it did its job. Just extremely time consuming. I ended up returning it and getting a gas-powered one at Lowe’s. This thing has double the power/pressure. So, if you’re looking for a quality power washer, I would spend a little more money. However, this thing wasn’t horrible.Alex

This machine pressure washes pretty well. However, the pressure hose is unusual in the fact that it has an m-22 connector for the pressure hose like most other pressure washers. However, the stem size is 15mm for the sun joe and no one makes accessories or hoses to fit this type of m-22 connector with a 15 mm stem because all pressure washers have 14 mm stems except for SumJoe which is absolutely ridiculous. Now I have to get a new pressure washer because this Sun Joe isn’t compatible with any accessories on the market.William Negley

We bought this at the beginning of the summer because we had a big project coming up, which involved powerwashing a lot of lumber to repaint and reassemble a big, complicated pergola. On top of that, we powerwashed decks, washed cars, etc. Looking back on a hard working summer, we believe the SunJoe handled it with aplomb and has deserved its keep. It's a great product, though not amazing. A few tips and notes: 1. One of the hose gaskets gave up the ghost as I was washing the car. Very cheap to procure at our friendly hardware store, and with what we'd put it through already, no hard feelings. 2. Start spraying for a few seconds before engaging the pump; bleed the water out until as dry as possible until turning off the pump. 3. The hose and especially power cord are long and not particularly wieldy; you'll have to design your own system to handle them. It's discouraged me to setup the thing just to wash a car on the driveway, cord management is generally cumbersome. 4. It has two chambers for soap, they work, but they don't work all that well. Glad they're there in a general sense, but you'll want dedicated gear if you want to wash the car each weekend (see above). All in all, a great product at a good price with very good performance – wiped old paint right off lumber as we needed it to. This is why I recommend it to anyone, and would buy it again.Nick

I really wanted to like this thing because of all its features and premium design – adequately reflected in the price point. The wand and trigger gun are outstanding. Although, the odd sizing of the gun's thread does not allow you to turn it into a stubby.The onboard storage is very useful. The hose is stiff and kinks easily – a disappointing pain to handle. Within three uses, the pump stopped relieving pressure after the trigger was released. With the pressure still in the hose and the gun, activating the trigger would require significant pressure on it, immediately followed by an explosion of pressure as the trigger popped suddenly. Returned the unit. Purchased a much cheaper option and decided to spend the difference in updages to the hose, the gun, and a foam cannon.Frédéric

A great little unit for light use. Much more storable, easier to move and quieter than our old gas pressure washer. Nice pump, gun and wand with good basic design. The bad: (1) Turbo nozzle worked great for about 2 hours until it suddenly didn't spin at all. Unfortunately, I cannot unscrew and inspect it for internal damage. Will make a warranty claim. (2) Hose is workable but cheap; retains coiling that tangles and can kink. (3) Does not deliver 2100 PSI. According to a YouTube reviewer, the actual pressure measured is closer to 1500-1800 PSI depending on nozzle used. But who cares about numbers if it does the job. For cleaning car, seems to work pretty well. Cleaned dirt from the house, tile and cement well (so long as the turbo nozzle functions). For very heavy cleaning or paint removal you probably want a more powerful unit. According to the same reviewer, this unit draws over 15 amps so use it on a 20 amp breaker circuit.HoneyDoer

Bought this to wash my deck and vinyl siding. Easy to put together. Nice machine. I was assured the 1600 PSI will be enough for any job. This is correct and I actually took a few wood fibers of the end of a deck plank – keep in mind they were pretty soaked at this point. It does a great job 1 to 2 inches of stubborn stains on concrete and my vinyl siding but that covers/ceans only a small area at the time. Any further away and it emits a "fluffing" water stream. Probably ok to wash your car without stripping paint but so does a regular water hose. I do not have to wash any large concrete area, just one single step and it cleaned it beautifully. The siding is the breaking point. There are some areas higher up that I cannot get close to. I also cannot wash the siding all around holding it holding it 2 inches away – it would take me forever, use tons of water and hydro and cleans a palm size area at the time. My neighbours 2000 PSI machine reaches that height and cleans. As this is my major cleaning project, I have to return it. Otherwise a really recommendable product.Helene

I needed to replace a 15-year-old pressure washer and didn't want to spend a fortune on something that I only use a few times a year. This fit the bill. The parts to fix the old one cost the same as buying this unit. This way, I got a new machine with a warranty instead of having to keep repairing a 15-year machine. The photo looks very similar to the unit that I am using. However, mine is two years old. Long story short, used it today for 3 hours, did 80' of at least 50 year old concrete sidewalks, including city curbs. 2nd year in a row; ran like a charm. Cleaned (without borax pre-soak, etc.) like a charm….might wear a neck brace tonight.Historic District
