All of the reviews that state this thing works are true. My teenagers were in charge of keeping the litterbox clean because we have two cats. They do an excellent job of keeping up with it in general. They did, however, become a touch sluggish over the break. The smell was so awful that I was practically retching by the time I smelled it from down the hall and told them to clean it. The damage had been done, even with the clean litter, and all I could smell was cat urine. So I came on here and read all the 5-star ratings and decided that even if it only functioned half as well as the reviews said, it would be a success. So when it arrived, I just opened the bottle and poured about a third of the liquid over our laminate floor and sprayed it on the walls surrounding the litterbox. I set it aside for an hour. However, even standing outside the room, we instantly saw a difference. I also brought the litterbox outside and sprayed it with this stuff, but I didn't let it sit, instead wiping it down with baby wipes. After an hour, I washed everything out, replaced the clean litterbox in the room, and went outside to clear my nose to see if I could smell cat urine. I couldn't smell it. My children couldn't either. I invited my MOTHER (who despises cats and is a stickler for cleanliness) over for the grand verdict, and asked her to smell not only the house, but the room as well. She was taken aback by the fact that she couldn't smell anything, and she actually stated it smelled GOOD! It does have a light herbal aroma to it that isn't bad. This is honestly the worst smelling product. I have a rescue dog that had an accident on an area rug. I purchased this to remove the odor. This left an overwhelming perfume scent in a not so good way. I ended up scrubbing my carpet after and used another enzyme product with no heavy smells and odor is now completely gone. My recently neutered cat had a urine accident in our living room carpet and overstuffed chair. The smell was so bad my eyes were watering and lots of sneezes. I called the vet and checked online, and your product kept coming up over and over. I purchased a bottle of the unscented and went to work. We pulled our 8 x 10 area carpet outside along with the chair. We vacuumed everything, and then sprayed the product heavily over both carpet and chair. We used rubber gloves and with our hands rubbed the solution into the carpet fibres and fabric on the chair. We also used a stiff bristled brush and did a little scrub. We then left both items outside for a few hours. We thoroughly vacuumed and washed down the hardwood floor. After a few hrs. we hauled everything back into the living room. The difference is amazing! No more cat scent! The product has lived up to it's claim. It certainly removed the stain and all odours! What a relief. Worth every penny!Adria

She was totally sweet and totally magical–if your idea of magic is the Houdini brand of escaping every single type of dog kennel. In her episodes of separation anxiety, she would have accidents almost everywhere and then track the mess everywhere else. My former tools were not keeping up, and–try as I might–I couldn't seem to ever get all of the spots or get rid of the smell.Enter Angry Orange and the blacklight tool. I used it once, and my carpeted apartment had never smelled better. I was once again confident that I was helping pruppets without screwing over my landlady.The accidents, unfortunately, continued. Never fear, I thought, because I have Angry Orange! However, when I went to use the product a second time, the spray bottle no longer worked. Thinking I had just worn it out with too vigorous use, I transferred the miracle substance to another bottle. Voilá! Once again, my apartment smelled like oranges instead of–you know.Again, though, the next time I tried to use my Angry Orange, the spray bottle no longer worked. I have a small male cat whose age was a little hard for myself and my local vet to pin down in his first few visits. It turns out that although my cat is awfully small, and despite him being cute to where my neighbors think he is a female, he is very much a full grown Tom Cat at this point. He needs to be neutered, but his appointment is still some months away and apparently last month he just decided to become an aggressively territorial little meany and he started spraying anything left unattended whenever he didn't get what he wanted. Mail, packages, a cookie tin (I was also confused at this one), baskets of laundry, a plastic grocery bag, and my entire living room became his primary targets. Up until now I had tried using everything to remove the smell and nothing would work. I'd deep clean the whole apartment, take a walk outside to neutralize my nose, and open my front door again to just be greeted by the same persistent cat spray stench.Cue Angry Orange. I read the reviews and instructions and basically deduced that this should NEVER be used on untreated wood and plastic. Using a little math from the guidelines on the back of the bottle I used 2 Tablespoons (measured with metal measuring spoons) in 16 Ounces of warm water inside of a glass spray bottle ***.it's perfect! I sprayed the carpeted areas I knew for sure that he had targeted heavily and I even sprayed some onto a rag to wipe down nearby hard surfaces and walls that may have been caught in the crossfire. I kid you not it worked almost immediately. Even after initially spraying I smelled the horrendous cat spray stench after a panicked search I found a literal gooey sticky puddle of cat urine that had congealed *retch* under a glass vase. I sprayed the vase and washed it down, plus I sprayed the surface it was sitting on and wiped it clean ***.gone Perfect. Absolutely KILLED the stank.Once the carpets dried I used my carpet shampooer (Hoover PowerDash for Pets) with just warm water and a bit of urine neutralizer and the results are great! Just make sure to fully empty and clean your shampooer afterwards to avoid the plastic destruction other reviews have shown. It's not advisable to use Angry Orange directly in these types of machines as Orange oil/peels are somewhat caustic.H2O

Our cat of 5 years decided to start peeing on the carpet out of no where. I can't be 100% sure why she started doing this, but I assume it's because she's a cat, and I had the nerve to come home after work one day and pet her in a way where she would be forever disgusted with me. (i took her to the vet, nothing wrong medically)It was a fairly small area on the capet, so I decided to dump a gallon of highly rated enzyme cleaner thinking that would for sure do the trick. I shouldn't have expected too much, the enzyme cleaner was only like $50.00. Fast forward a day or two, and the carpet smells like enzyme cleaner and cat pee, which in my opinion, was more offensive than just the cat pee.At this point I can't get the smell of enzyme cat pee out of my nose, so I hire professional carpet cleaners. $308.00 later my carpet looks like the day it was installed , but I also had the brand new carpet / cat pee smell which it didn't when it was first installed.At this point I thought the only solution would be to replace the carpet with wood flooring. I mean, I'm already $1000 in the hole from vet visits, carpet cleaning, cat pee enzyme enhancer, most expensive cat food known to man, thinking that would make her stop being mad at me. And then I stumbled across this little gem as a last resort.I receive the shot glass of angry orange, put some in a spray bottle with some water, and give the carpet 5-6 sprays and go to bed. When I wake up what do I smell, nothing, absolutely nothing. I stick my nose to the carpet and just smell a slight hint of orange, and precisely 4% cat pee. So I get out my trusty spray bottle again, give it a few more sprays, wait 10 minutes, dry the carpet, and only 1% cat pee. I am fairly confident after 1-2 more times I won't even be able to smell it when I bury my nose in the carpet.I'm not sure what wizard made this stuff, but I feel like I should start a go fund me for him, because he saved me several thousand dollars in new floors.Oh, and I case anyone was wondering, my cat did stop peeing on the carpet. ***Update***I have been using this since bringing a (very stubborn) puppy home. Not just for her but also the not so happy cats. I love how it smells and love even more that it works wonderfully on breaking down the urine. I am usually skeptical of these types of products but this really gets the job done! On top of a great product for a not so great problem, the customer service is AMAZING! I had no real issue but when they reached out to see how the product was working, I told them that I had a faulty spray bottle. They sent a new sprayer on the same day. I will be back for more for sure!I love the way the stuff smells it's smells so much better than other products! I wanted to give it five stars all around but the spray bottle leaks and it's super annoying! At first I thought I didn't have it twisted on right but I double checked and that wasn't the case every time I spray I get some on my hand so I feel like it's a huge waste for such an expensive product. Unfixed female cat marking EVERYTHING and Nature's Miracle wasn't stopping her. If we forgot to put up the bathmat, she'd shishi on it. And that was almost every night! I ended up throwing away a brand new memory foam mat because washing it so many times ruined the foam. She did it on the couches, on futons, it was getting ridiculous!This stuff worked like a charm! I sprayed my couch and the bathroom floors and all the bathmats. She hasn't peed on anything since. The only problem I have is the scent. It smells like rotten fruit after a few minutes, and it doesn't go away! I thought it would be like orange essence, like the peel of the orange. No, it smells like orange JUICE that has been sitting for days. I'm haply she stopped marking everything, but the smell is nauseating, especially if you're like me and have a nose like a dog. I found this works well for accidents that my older cat has from time to time. It kills the enzymes that make the urine smell bad and neutralizes the odor before it can set in. It also cleans up the urine spots as well. If you follow the directions on the bottle it will work well. I have used this product for the last couple of years since several of the foster and permanent cats choose not to use any of the 11 different litter boxes all over the house. This works well on furniture, floors and clothing (add to wash and use the presoak cycle) that gets in the way of my problem 4 legged children. The enzymes take care of the odor which is related to elements in skunk spray. Not sure it works as a deterrent as suggested, but the odor is taken care of and replaced by a pleasant scent.Suze

I’ve used this product for years. My kitties have often left fur balls mess on my carpet. All I have to do is blot it with a paper towel to get up excess fluids then spray the spot. I cover up the spot just so someone doesn’t step into it and leave it overnight. No rubbing or scrubbing and the stain and odor are GONE. It’s that easy. I just moved into an apartment with brand new carpeting. I wanted to make sure I had something on hand for the inevitable accidents that come with having two fussy cats. Since this seems to be well-rated for the price on most retailers, I went with it. I liked the idea of a foaming cleaner so I could see where I had sprayed it (and hopefully avoid having cleaner-soaked socks). The next day, my elderly cat was mad about the litter box having a single item in it, so she peed on the carpet just outside of the bathroom. I immediately soaked it up with a towel and then sprayed the area thoroughly and let it sit as recommended. I haven't noticed a stain (though she is good about drinking water, so her urine doesn't have much color to it anyway) or repeat marking. A week later, I haven't noticed a smell. A couple of days after the first incident, I came home to a hairball on the living room carpet. After cleaning it up the best I could with a paper towel, I covered the area with cleaner and let it sit as recommended. The next day there was a stain, so I repeated the process. I am impressed with how well this natural cleaning foam works. I have an adult male cat that has urinary tract issues (kidney stones) and though he is on a prescription diet he will still occasionally leave a urine dribble stain on my duvet cover. This product started working immediately. I saw the stain fade before my eyes. I let it sit for ten minutes, but instead of blotting clean, I threw duvet cover into wash. I am SO pleased with the results. There was not a trace of the stain left and no annoying discolored ring left behind. I have a small pack of chihuahuas & although they are litter box trained, once in a while I find a “puppy puddle” in the house where there shouldn’t be one. I've used Natures Miracle in the past, but never the Advanced version. Not sure if that was what the issue is or what, but it doesn't do anything against the odor. Works amazing against stains. It works really, REALLY well! I use it for all types of stains including wine stains on carpet and all biological stains in our clothes. It does the job, BUT..the fragrance is so overpowering that it almost makes me gag. If I use it on a laundry stain, I set the washer for an extra rinse to attempt to mitigate the smell, but even that doesn't calm it down very much. I hope that they eventually market an unscented version (like they used to do). I can see how it would discourage a cat from marking that territory in the future …the cat would avoid the area to protect its sensitive nose! But, it seems that there must be a better way to eliminate odor and stains, discourage a cat and still save all of our olfactory senses.WineLovingPetOwner

I used this for years and loved it. It didn't have a strong smell, and it worked like a dream. Today, my spray bottle was empty, so I purchased a new refill jug, and discovered that the formula has changed. The product now has a horrible added fragrance that lingers. I might put up with the smell if the product still completely eliminated other odors, as it used to. Unfortunately, it doesn't and I am still left with the smell of urine in addition to the product "fragrance." I will never purchase or recommend this product again.bex_darkartist

There are hundreds of products out there claiming to eliminate cat urine & spray odors. I think i may have tried the mall over the years, plus many various home remedies. Urine-Off is the best one I've experienced at removing the odors AND the urine itself; which is just as, if not more, important. We've turned to it again and again. Our two (female) cats decided to use our office room for a marking war. Well after we found new homes for the cats, we tried almost all the homemade recopies on the net with zero results. So I looked up reviews on products for such, and Urine Off was rated #1. I followed the directions & made sure I used enough to soak the wood underneath, and the next day I could still smell a little bit, so I reapplied in those areas, and now we have a great smelling room again. When we removed our flooring to replace it, we discovered some very old urine stains on both the concrete and the plywood subfloor. this product worked awesome on both sub straights! I bought this product after my kids, who flip houses, raved about how well it worked. Last night my year old dog was sprayed by a skunk point blank. In the process of trying to get him quarantined and deal with the smell, my clothes were saturated with the awful stink. I thought it would be worth trying this product on the horrific smell. Lots of clean up today of dog, tile floor from when I walked back in after catching said dog, and of course, everything I was wearing in addition to his bedding. I mopped with the Urine Destroyer diluted strong in water so house smells good again. I then soaked my clothes and the dog bedding for abut an hour in a bucket with laundry soap and a couple cups of the Urine Destroyer. The smell is gone! I am thrilled at the low cost solution and will have this product on hand to deal with future close encounters of the skunk kind in addition to any pet bathroom accidents.KRAY

Dear Clorox, this product is legit. I have tried to convince my friends and family…well really any household with males about this product, and not one person has heard of it. I really wish it wasn't so hard to find, I live in Columbus, Ohio and have a hard time finding it. I have a cat that my vet calls "the weirdest cat she's ever seen" in her 20 years of practice. Every three years, like clockwork, he has an episode that ends up with him peeing on the bed. This time it was so bad it actually soaked through the mattress protector. I had used the previous iteration of this product the last episode, and so tried this "new" version. Yes, when you open the bottle is smelled horrific. I literally gagged. But I had to get the urine out somehow so I took a chance. I discovered that once you pour it (in my case saturate the area on the mattress), something with the oxidation makes it smell like regular cleaner. It's strong at first, but then fades away. One thing I did differently this time that seemed to make the product work better is to follow their suggestion and after saturation, cover the area with a damp towel. Most importantly, it pulled out all the urine from my mattress and got rid of the smell. It does leave a little discoloration when poured on directly, but that doesn't bother me for the mattress. I also added it to the wash for the sheets/comforter, and it got the pee smell out and there wasn't any discoloration.kadc

They changed the formula, and my guess is it was to save money, due to supply issues with ingredients, or both. Works to get the stain out, does not neutralize the order enough my dog will not continue going in the same place. He's pretty young and learning but this isn't very helpful when people want the product to work as claimed, not a money back guarantee. I want the old product back that works and no hassles due to false claims. Anyone that used the old product knows, you put a new product in the old bottle and didn't so much as ask long time users anything. It also doesn't work on cat urine. Same deal, you changed the formula, now I have to go find something else to deal with either. I just moved into an apartment with brand new carpeting. I wanted to make sure I had something on hand for the inevitable accidents that come with having two fussy cats. Since this seems to be well-rated for the price on most retailers, I went with it. I liked the idea of a foaming cleaner so I could see where I had sprayed it (and hopefully avoid having cleaner-soaked socks). The next day, my elderly cat was mad about the litter box having a single item in it, so she peed on the carpet just outside of the bathroom. I immediately soaked it up with a towel and then sprayed the area thoroughly and let it sit as recommended. I haven't noticed a stain (though she is good about drinking water, so her urine doesn't have much color to it anyway) or repeat marking. A week later, I haven't noticed a smell. A couple of days after the first incident, I came home to a hairball on the living room carpet. After cleaning it up the best I could with a paper towel, I covered the area with cleaner and let it sit as recommended. The next day there was a stain, so I repeated the process. I am impressed with how well this natural cleaning foam works. I have an adult male cat that has urinary tract issues (kidney stones) and though he is on a prescription diet he will still occasionally leave a urine dribble stain on my duvet cover. This product started working immediately. I saw the stain fade before my eyes. I let it sit for ten minutes, but instead of blotting clean, I threw duvet cover into wash. I am SO pleased with the results. There was not a trace of the stain left and no annoying discolored ring left behind.
