I am obsessed with the rosemary oil great smell! It’s so fresh and relaxing! I have serious allergy issues and cannot tolerate most oils in the market but this calming and relaxing oil works for me with no backlash. It is one high grade essential oil that is great for face, body and home care. A few drops of this pleasantly fragrant oil to a spray bottle containing water or a few drops in the diffuser cleanses the air and combats mental fatigue. It seems to relieve sinus pressure as well. It helps with fading pigmentation, reducing acne scars and improving the appearance of stretchmarks. I massage a few drops on clean, dry face and neck in the evening before applying my night time anti-wrinkle cream. I also use it after showering to hydrate elbows, knees and any rough patches of skin. It leaves my skin glowing, hydrated and I haven't experienced any negative reactions so far. This oil is easily absorbed and doesn't leave any greasy film on the skin – but, as I mentioned above , I only use few drops to achieve the desired effect. Life-flo Rosehip Seed oil has a distinctive scent which I like, a beautiful amber-like colour and it is pure. The dark glass bottle ensure the content is preserved and I like the fact that it is available in this 118ml size which I find very convenient. I really like this oil. Great for my mature acne prone skin, and also ideal for my teens oilier skin. This is a great oil for acne prone skin – I like it better than squalane which is often recommended for acne prone skin. Absorbs into the skin nicely without excessive oily feel – though I only use this at night (as any oil used in the morning will make me look like an oil slick). I use this on its own, and alternately mix a couple of drops into other moisturizer to enhance absorption. My teens also add a couple drops into their oil free moisturizer for a boost at night. It does not break us out, but we do also use BHAs and AHAs to avoid clogged pores. If we do have a breakout, rosehip helps to quicken healing of red marks (PIE). As others have noted, this does not smell like roses. Has a slight herbal medicinal smell that is not offensive and does fade after time. Give it a try, especially when iHerb offers sitewide sale. I have this product in the Top 8 100% Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils. The 8 essential oils include Lavender, Tea Tree, Peppermint, Rosemary, Orange, Eucalyptus, Lemongrass, and Frankincense. I did a lot of research and can confirm a lot of the benefits of jojoba oil use. It does NOT take very much to get a super smooth sleek shine to your hair. Stay away from the roots otherwise it may be too "heavy" if you want volume. It is super moisturizing for me and my kids super dry hands and chapped lips without any of the "burn". It is non-acnegenic, meaning it can be applied to the face without clogging your pores and causing acne. It is actually deters microbes! Anyone who has ever been to a dermatologist for acne knows "moisturize, moisturize, moisturize". I bought this bottle off of Amazon for around $9 and I cannot say enough good things about it. Tea tree oil is a natural anti fungal/mold, etc and can be used for so many things it's ridiculous. Here's just some I know of: 1. Mix with water and spray your window and door frames to keep bugs out. 2. Make candles with it for all natural bug repellent outside. 3. Use for fungal nail treatment (I've done this and it clears it up quick!). 4. Use in sugar lip scrubs to keep the sugar from growing mold or going bad. 5. Use in your laundry machine to clean and sanitize, naturally cleans out mold and mildew. 6. Mixed in natural cleaning products for showers, etc 7. For aromatherapy and stress relief. I liked the pretty blue bottle, and the dropper was nice for a less messy application. I bought this lavender oil to help me sleep (to replace a small bottle of another brand that I had used up), but this lavender oil had a very medicinal almost camphor smell with heavy notes of cinnamon. It was very harsh and wasn't calming or soothing for sleep at all. I really wanted to like this lavender oil though, so I researched various ways to use it. I put 2 drops in with my face cream to help with acne, since lavender oil has antibacterial properties, but after a few days of this, it only made my skin burn on application and didn't help my acne. I then mixed it with witch hazel for a homemade natural bug spray, but it was still really strong and I got 2 mosquito bites in one day after being outside. I then put a few drops on a microwaveable neck wrap I have (which originally was infused with lavender oil but had since worn away). This lavender oil was good for that, as heating the neck wrap seemed to break down the heavy cinnamon and camphor scent notes. But the neck wrap will only need to have the scent refreshed every few months, so it's not really worth the price of this lavender oil. Just not what I was looking for.Erin G.
My husband has been using this on his toes and they are looking great and he wants to continue to use it , worried that the fungus will come back. He had been to several Podiatrist and taken oral medications to which none cured his horrible rotten toe nails , they were gross , falling off , stinky, terrible fungus and nothing helped UNTIL , I read about this Brand of Tea tree oil and had him start to use it daily on clean dry feet/ toes and he could immediately feel a difference and after about a couple weeks he could see an improvement , with continued use his toe nails are normal and he wants to keep them that way. I bought this bottle off of Amazon for around $9 and I cannot say enough good things about it. Tea tree oil is a natural anti fungal/mold, etc and can be used for so many things it's ridiculous. Here's just some I know of: 1. Mix with water and spray your window and door frames to keep bugs out. 2. Make candles with it for all natural bug repellent outside. 3. Use for fungal nail treatment (I've done this and it clears it up quick!). 4. Use in sugar lip scrubs to keep the sugar from growing mold or going bad. 5. Use in your laundry machine to clean and sanitize, naturally cleans out mold and mildew. 6. Mixed in natural cleaning products for showers, etc 7. For aromatherapy and stress relief. And the list goes on and on! I am always amazed by how many uses it has and how well it performs in each one! Plus a little goes a long way. Ive had this bottle 6 months and I'm not even 1/4 of the way through.valerie.m
I liked the pretty blue bottle, and the dropper was nice for a less messy application. I bought this lavender oil to help me sleep (to replace a small bottle of another brand that I had used up), but this lavender oil had a very medicinal almost camphor smell with heavy notes of cinnamon. It was very harsh and wasn't calming or soothing for sleep at all. I really wanted to like this lavender oil though, so I researched various ways to use it. I put 2 drops in with my face cream to help with acne, since lavender oil has antibacterial properties, but after a few days of this, it only made my skin burn on application and didn't help my acne. I then mixed it with witch hazel for a homemade natural bug spray, but it was still really strong and I got 2 mosquito bites in one day after being outside. I then put a few drops on a microwaveable neck wrap I have (which originally was infused with lavender oil but had since worn away). This lavender oil was good for that, as heating the neck wrap seemed to break down the heavy cinnamon and camphor scent notes. But the neck wrap will only need to have the scent refreshed every few months, so it's not really worth the price of this lavender oil. Just not what I was looking for.Erin G.
My husband has been using this on his toes and they are looking great and he wants to continue to use it , worried that the fungus will come back. He had been to several Podiatrist and taken oral medications to which none cured his horrible rotten toe nails , they were gross , falling off , stinky, terrible fungus and nothing helped UNTIL , I read about this Brand of Tea tree oil and had him start to use it daily on clean dry feet/ toes and he could immediately feel a difference and after about a couple weeks he could see an improvement , with continued use his toe nails are normal and he wants to keep them that way. We don't schlepp the garbage can up to the curb – only the garbage bag. We live in a wooded area and have had animals break into garbage bags during the night. I now sprinkle bag with this oil inside and just a bit on the outside and haven't had issues with the animals wanting to explore contents. This is also handy for sprinkling a few drops into toilet before use – no air freshner spray needed! Be careful when unwrapping! This got delivered the other day and as I was just about done unwrapping the honeycombed brown paper from the jar I bobbled my grip and the jar dropped – the entire contents spilled onto floor! There’s been multiple studies showing the positive effects of Rosemary on hair growth. There’s even one comparing its effects to minoxidil 2%. Search Pubmed rosemary hair growth and you’ll find the studies. I add drops to my shampoo before shampooing (make sure you are not allergic to rosemary) and massage it into my scalp, leaving it on at least 5 minutes. Rosemary infused water is also great and has been helping a lot of people. Make sure your hair loss is not caused by medical issues such a thyroid disorders. I decided to purchase this because I saw of one of my favorite YouTubers @TaylorWynn said she used it and it helped her skin tremendously. Since I am much older than her and have more sun damage, hyperpigmentation, and some acne scarring I decided to try it to see if my skin would benefit as well. I have very oily skin, so I tend to use this oil at night after washing my face. I use one and a half pumps for my entire face. I do not use a lot since my face is already oily, yet in the morning when I wake up my face does not feel slick or oily. It feels smooth and rejuvenated. Sometimes I will use it before my moisturizer depending on how my skin is behaving, other times, this is all I use. I have noticed a marked difference in the way my skin is looking. I had been using the blue tansy night oil and loved it, so I wanted to try the rosehip oil. Unfortunately it made my skin break out. There was no question it was the oil, because I stopped using it, let me skin clear up, and tried it again a couple of times, with the same effect each time. While I think this is a nice product and would probably work well for some people, it didn't for me. I'm over 50 so my skin is "mature" but I have always used sun protection so it is in pretty good shape. I've also always had oily skin. I've tried my fair share of rosehip oils, ranging from affordable brands like The Ordinary to pricier brands like Trilogy – Acure is my favourite! It has your standard rosehip oil smell (kinda earthy) and is a slightly heavier oil, but it doesn't feel sticky or clogging on the skin. It sinks in and leaves the skin soft, plump, and dewy. (Though it does take some time to fully absorb so I apply it only at night and wake up with radiant skin!) Though this oil isn't an "active," I have found it to help to keep the tone and texture of my skin bright and even. It mixes well with face lotions, night creams, and even sleeping masks to add an extra boost of moisture and can also be used as the final layer of your routine as an occlusive to "lock" and seal in all the moisture and good stuff you put in before. It never irritates my skin, even when it's sensitized from over-exfoliation or tretinoin. I love this product and will continue to repurchase – it's a staple of mine and is amazing quality at an amazing price! PS: major points for the packaging. The pump is hygienic and easier to handle than a dropper (like The Ordinary or Trilogy) when my hands are slippery, and the glass bottle feels weighty and high-quality. I bought this about a month ago in particular because another review said it smelled very lavender-y. I found this was not true. It actually does smell like rose, though it's fairly subtle and while I'm not usually a rose kind of person this scent is mild and not overpowering at all. I think this product would be better for someone with dry skin, but it doesn't make me break out even if my skin is a little too oily-feeling. I stopped using it on my forehead for this reason. I love this frankincense essential oil by Parador. Yes it has a strong woody spicy aroma. I love that it fills up the room when I put it in my diffuser.I purchased this sent because I was told it is good for asthma indigestion. My son suffers from asthma and I thought this would help him some. This essential oil has a deliciously sweet orange smell. I've been experimenting with making my own beauty products this past year of staying home all the time. I just had my 69th birthday last week. After years of being very sick I looked every bit my age. Especially around my mouth and nose, known as laugh lines. Each time I looked in the mirror it was no laughing matter, believe me. I will say without hesitation that after only less than a month of using this product, the difference is amazing! I could actually see a difference in the sofening in ten days. The lines, the depth of lines has softened and decreased dramaticaly. I have used so many different products claiming to do this over the years and have NEVER seen this much difference in such a short time. The roll-on bottle had leaked inside the packaging due to a large break in the bottle where the lid screws on. So, not happy with only receiving approximately 1/3 of the oil paid for. As for the product, I am very happy with it so far. My skin is smoother and clearer since using the oil. No allergic reactions or breakouts. I kind of like the fragrance. To me it has a clean smell. It is absorbed quickly and does not leave a greasy feeling. Makeup goes on nicely over the oil. Again, the mess on arrival is my only complaint and I remember that several other customers had this same problem when their order arrived. Got my Sacred arrow and Chakra bracelets last week. My Fiance made statement that he could tell a difference in me. Said I was more relaxed and calm. I do notice that I am calmer and I'm sleeping better. I'm using Inner Peace essential oil. My Fiance does not like strong smells and perfumes but says he doesn't smell this. I do smell the cloves. I don’t pretend to have much expertise with essential oils. I have added a few drops of this to my washing. It makes it smell nice when wet but once it’s dried you can’t smell it. I don’t think this is a flaw of the oil though. My little buy uses it to boost the scent of his dried lavender, which he likes to keep in his room and have a sniff of. I don’t use it for any homeopathic purposes or apply topically etc so can’t offer anything there. All I can say is it smells nice and seems good quality.iHerb Customer

At 52 years old, I've have a few decades of skin care under my belt. I've always avoided the chemically ones (sorry Chanel and Clinique), as I look at the ingredients and it is pretty clear that they can't be good for you…so I've found quality product sources or made my own. About 2 years ago, I came across the Skin Care blend by RMO. I ordered it along with carrot, helichrysum, cucumber and fractionated coconut carrier oil (also from RMO), then put the bottle of Skin Care blend and Helichrysum, along with about 4mls each of carrot and cucumber in a 100 ml bottle, then filled the rest with the coconut oil. I gentle shook it then let it set for a couple of days. I've been using this blend on my face every day since and I have no plans on changing my skin care regime ever again. It is like a magic elixir. Even on stressful days…even when stressful days turn into stressful weeks, with little sleep, jetlag, or one too many glasses of champagne at a wedding, this blend keeps my skin fresh, and hydrated. The initial investment wasn't cheap, but you only need a few drops a day, so it lasts a long time. I've now introduced many friends to this blend, and they all feel the same way I do. I use Skin Care, Baby Skin and Skin Tone blended together. I'm completely amazed at how my skin looks and feels after using these blends. I have never gotten results like this using face creams, serums and treatments. The products I've used over the years include some of the best. I just went through shingles and at first I used separately tea tree and lavender, and did find relief. When I added Skin Care with MY treatment it worked well for pain management and took down the blisters' inflammation and I'm seeing minimal scaring.
