Looking at some reviews for this color, and your team replies. Need to be clear on this and any of your EPXERT EYES colors on what is a MATTE, PEARL, or SHMMMER. Seashell is NOT A MATTE. You really need to call this out for customers with sensitive eyes, older skin, contacts, etc. The ingredients and descriptions posted online do not clearly call this out, and the packaging in store does not either. This type of information should be included for all eyeshadows as a minimum standard for customer safety.
I got this eyeshadow in the kacki camo color. So I can speak for the other shades. I'll start with what I liked. The pigmentation is lovely better than I remember from Maybelline. A little goes a long way and the color is lovely. A gorgeous tan with green in it. What I didn't like however was that the shade goes on a LOT darker than you would guess looking at it in the pan. It's still pretty but it's not what I planned on buying. Additionally the pigment that is used stains. I'm lucky I did a Swatch test on my arm first, because there was still color on my arm even after breaking out the rubbing alcohol to try and get it off. *Note using a eyelid primer does seem to solve this problem. Finally while there's great pigment it seems to wear off easily. I was using several eyeshadows for my look and I noticed I had to keep touching this color up in particular. In short it's pretty and the formula is really silky but I'm not planning on purchasing any more of the shades.Rolad

Listen, it’s a luxurious lovely lovely texture! I got Body Heat btw. BUT! Returned it only due to the fact that the bottom 2 shades looked pretty much identical once applied on the eyes. For the price, i would have liked to see a difference. I soooo wanted to love this. I got Leopard Sun as a gift and while the shades are nice, I wanted something more sultry hence getting body heat. Gave it 4 stars for the packaging, the experience, how you feel when implying the shadows (bougie AF) and I did like the quality but had to take away 1 for the lack of originality in the current selection of quads. Bought as a splurge/curiosity. The colours are very nice, fairly pigmented, easy to blend, and smooth. The brown isn’t as deep as I would like it to be. I find when I blend it with the pink/mauve shade, it doesn’t do much even after building up quite a bit. I think the pink/mauve and brown should be used separately as deepening shades. The top left is a topper/glitter and is very pretty. It’s good for a basic shimmery eye. 4 stars because I like the formula and the colours, but there are good quality palettes with similar shades for a better price.cutelyne

This shadow is $4.99 in Target. Beautiful quality and so cheap! It's a lovely pigmented matte cool taupe shade that makes the whites of my eyes look extremely white and overall makes my green eyes come alive. It has an almost creamy texture but yet it drys to a powder. Lasts all day over foundation and powder without any creasing. I use Cafe Au Lait on my lid and into the crease along with Paris Beach on the browbone. It's a classic look that works perfectly with my green eyes and NW20 skin. I got two shades (Paris Beach 200 and Pain Au Chocolat 207) in a Vox Box a while back, and I am split on them. I am giving them 4 stars strictly because of Paris Beach. I like this as a base for my eye makeup or for a natural look. However, I LOVE it as a brow bone highlight. I will be buying this just for that when I run out of the one that was sent to me. I personally don't have any issues with the formula on this one or find it chalky. Pain Au Chocolat is another story. I was so excited because the color looked SO pretty, but it has no pigmentation. I have to pretty much stab my brush into it to even get anything on the brush, and when I go to apply it basically blends out to nothing. I like these trios because the colors are suited to your specific eye color, but you can also get whatever shades you want. I have brown eyes so I went the safe route and got the trio for brown eyes. These are very pigmented and are beautiful shades. I do wish there was at least a matte in this palette though to balance the shimmers. The lid shade in this palette is a beautiful bronze and it really makes my eyes pop. I like the purple shade in this as well, but it can be a little messy because it has a lot of glitter fall out that will get all over the eye area and face. I would recommend using this product before you do your foundation, that way you can wipe away any fall out. I want to try out another one of these trios and see how it works with my eye colors. I got this a long time ago, and when I recently went through all my make up to move it to a case because, let's be real…who the hell has all that bathroom counter space for all this? Anyway, while sorting my make up I found this very old, very expired palette. I tossed it out for obvious reasons, but it reminded me of how much I didn't care for it in the first place. This was one of those palettes that there are different colors based on your eye color that you're supposed to use. I chose mine based on that (blue/green hazel) and applying it was a night are. It was so light that it took layer, after layer, after layer, after application, after application just to get any actual color out of it. I never used it again after that first use and tossed it in the back of my bathroom drawer, only to be thrown away 5 years later while cleaning out old makeup. This is my favorite matte neutral eyeshadow, in shade Coconut. It's a perfect match to my skin tone. Love it. I wear it over the Ulta brand matte eyeshadow primer in nude, which is my favorite primer out of many brands I've tried, including prestige brands. It can even be worn alone which I love. Anyways back to the eyeshadows, I also like the color Petite for a more pinky neutral shade. Also Say What and Plum Pop are great. I prefer the mattes. They go on well and don't crease. I've tried many other colors and I like them too, but I found that some of the lighter shimmer colors (like Sunshine, Water Color, and Under the Sea) aren't very pigmented and don't look like the color they are supposed to be. I'm typically not a fan of glitter so I haven't tried many of those. I love that there are a good variety of colors and they aren't expensive. The mattes are just as good as the prestige brands in my opinion. I was bummed years back when Ulta changed their eyeshadow singles and made them smaller, and discontinued/changed colors. But I'm happy that I've found ones that work for me, and I use one of my favorite go-to's every day.JM
I have a bunch of the eyeshadow singles. Coconuts is great as a brow bone shadow. Most colors have good pigmentation and moderately good staying power when worn with a primer. I wish there were more basic colors. They used to make a pale light gray that was my daily shadow but they discontinued it and never brought anything like it back. I've lost count of how many times I've purchased Ulta's single eyeshadow in the color "Coconut". I wear it almost every day. I also have "Pure as Snow" and "Suede". All three shadows are matte, and I love the colors and the formula – smooth, pigmented and long-lasting. I have tried some of the shimmers, but in my opinion, they are not as spectacular. Shimmer eyeshadows somehow end up making my eyes red. This has never happened with the matte shadows. Please, Ulta, if you are taking requests, add more MATTE colors to the collection. I purchased Grape, Burgundy, and a few other shades (can't recall their names at the moment). Test the MUFE shade you're interested in buying in Sephora (if possible) to make sure it blends the way you want. Burgundy and Grape both shift from purple-tones to more of a warm brown when blended out. I think it looks absolutely beautiful, but some people may not necessarily want that. As for the product itself, it is certainly pigmented and doesn't have issues blending. However I do think a good brush makes all the difference with getting these shadows to blend. (I'm a Wayne Goss junkie and his brushes give impeccable performance with these.) These have long wear time as long as you prime your eyelids beforehand, as well as placing a layer of skin-tone eyeshadow on your lids before colors. But that helps them blend better anyway, so why not do that. 🙂 As for fallout, the mattes have minimal fallout but the shimmers have a tiny bit. Nothing you can't clean off your face, but if you're doing a darker color (like Grape) perhaps do your eyes first and then face. I discovered MUFE at Sephora and love a matte light shade for my all over base. So I decided to purchased 6 shades for a palette. Sooo disappointed. The shadow simply does not blend well. I have tried a soft brush, a stiff brush, a small brush, a large brush…. it goes on splotchy and does not blend. I am so disappointed. I think after buying this palette I will never need to buy glitters again. Honestly, glitters aren't really my thing; however, I thought I might need something glitzy for stage/performance makeup, so I picked up this palette after I saw it gaining popularity. #4 is very cool-tone friendly, and the three matte shades are my current daily go-to's. The glitters are very pretty and work great for glam makeup looks. The pallette is super pretty with various forms of glitter, although I feel like some would be better categorized as shimmers. The chunky glitters are gritty, but I wouldn't say that they are sharp. They do NOT feel like a Vaseline base and adhere nicely. There are a few duochrome shades with shifts as well. The palette is a little small with pans about the size of a nickel, but you don't need a lot.
I bought the Rose palette and the Peach-ade palettes. Rose: I love this palette; it comes with a variety of glitters that you don't normally have as much access to in the West. Please remember that Western and Eastern beauty have different levels of pigmentation due to the trends, Westerners tend to prefer more pigment. However, the pigment on this is really buildable and the dark browns add a nice, subtle compliment to the pretty shimmers. It's nice for every season! This eyeshadow quad is really versatile in that you can use it wet or dry. I used it both ways and both applications work well. The wet gives a deeper, intense, bolder look and the dry is a traditional, still nicely saturated sweep of color; just let it dry for a couple of minutes if wetting it before adding any other color or liner. The palette I’m wearing “Clap Back” has a beautiful violet/blue along with rose and sand tones; perfect for a smokey eye. This does have a wavy appearance but that’s strictly a marketing gimmick as it adds nothing as far as performance but it’s still different and unique visually. There are other palette choices available in the prismatic line which is nice. Overall a good, solid performing eyeshadow palette that is long wearing and pretty. I have # 961 which is a dark brown, beige, gold, and rose gold pallete. The colors are beautiful, and even the cashier at the drugstore liked them. I wanted this palette to do Korean style eye looks which are minimal and shade the lash lines above and below. Unfortunately, I noticed after many days testing that this eyeshadow does not last at all. It fades out after a few hours and disappears by the end of a workday. I have a Wet n Wild palette and the awesome Docolor palettes I bought off AliExpress that last all day compared to the Revlon So Fierce palette. It's at the point now that I am thinking of getting rid of the Revlon palette. I think applying this palette with the fingers would have better results, except that it's hard to line your eyes with shadow by finger. I did try cotton buds but it resulted in powder fallout and uneven application. Brushes work ok with this palette but the shadow doesn't seem to grip to the skin. I think this pallete could be suitable for short term wear of a few hours applied with the fingers, primer, and setting spray haha.true.r
I first purchased the cool-toned “That’s a Dub” palette when these first came out. It’s stunning, but the palest colour quickly disintegrated and made the other colours all smeary. I had to pick it all out and wipe it clean, leaving me with the three darker colours. No biggie, that’s why I purchased it anyway. The metallics in these palettes are better than high-end ones that I already have. They have a much lighter base than you would think judging by appearance, and they are so smooth and blendable, you can apply them in a subtle, sheer layer for work, and build them perfectly for an evening look. I have recently purchased a backup and the “Tantrum” palette, and it’s amazing too. Once again, the colours pull differently than they would appear. The coral colour is softer when applied with a light hand and multi chrome gold when built. The gold/bronze pulls cooler and slightly greener. I didn’t think I’d love this as much as I do. I’ve had this about a week and already the first two shades, while intact, have become entirely loose in the pan. I love that these palettes are so well-curated and quads like this mean that there are no redundant shades. While I reach for these over my high-end palettes on a daily basis and I intend to buy the other two palettes, I wouldn’t ever travel with them or carry them in my handbag as they are so very fragile.Justilou

I love trying out new eye makeup, so when I saw this eyeshadow palette, I knew I had to try it! I chose the natural color palette, but I think all of the palettes are beautiful! I like that you can mix and match different shades and blend them. The shades in this palette are shimmery and very soft. I almost find them a little too soft dry, so I apply them wet. I have also used these as a brow filler and they work great! I don't use the applicator that comes with the palette though, as I prefer to use a brush to apply eye shadow. Overall, I definitely recommend trying out this palette! I will also add that luckily none of my eye shadows arrived broken, however, I would second the recommendation 5o buy this palette in the store due to the nature of the eye shadows.MnM20072010
The Almay Palette Pops Eye Shadow, Naturalista provides nine shades that can be applied wet or dry. The dry application gives more of an earthy, natural coverage and the wet application provides a more intense color. This product leaves a long-lasting look, so a quick application in the morning and you are set for the day. I love the color palatte, but was not impressed with the applicators included. One double-ended applicator was included for the nine shades of color. This did not allow for clean application for each shade. I like to apply my eyeshadow with a brush, rather than a sponge tip. I have also applied this shadow with my fingertip. I liked the silky texture of the eye shadow and would recommend this product. Okay, way to go Almay, definitely stepping up your game!! Love this palette, I got the Naturlista one and wow. I usually never use drugstore level eyeshadow because it's not usually good, but this Almay palette is another level! They blend effortlessly and are pigmented! The shades are beautiful and I just love it! The shadows are very buttery, and they blend like a dream. I enjoy the shade selection, and you can go from a more natural look to a going out look in seconds. This eyeshadow lasted without creasing or fading all day without an eyelid primer, and that is extremely impressive. The shadows are not the most pigmented shadows, but I enjoy this because it makes it easier to blend and to create a softer look. The shadows can appear deeper if you use them wet. Also, this eyeshadow did not bother my eyes at all, and it did not create a lot of fallout on my face when I was applying it.jengee

L’Oreal Paris came out with this liquid eyeshadow which I am in heaven with. Absolutely love the packaging because it’s super cute although it could’ve been packaged a little bit better like so I can know what’s in it and stuff but that’s beside the point. It was easy to use and I like that I could take it on the go and like reapply if it starts to doll but it doesn’t doll as much as I thought it would. I think I put two layers on and it stayed on majority of my night and I loved it. It’s a great pigmentation so I didn’t need to mix it with any other eyeshadow but of course I always could just a touch up my look. I also think it’s great because you can pair with light and dark colors like if you just want a little bit of sparkle on a smoky or if you wanted like just a really light playful look you can use it either or anything take it on the go just to touch it up if you’re eyeshadow starts to fade. I honestly felt like you could use it as a lipgloss as well that’s just me but you don’t want to do that but honestly would be a great beautiful color as well there are other repurposes Ford I think you could use other than eyeshadow but overall I was obsessed with it and I loved it I loved everything that I got from this whole voxbox from L’Oreal Paris.yohanna.w
The Loreal Paris Brilliant Eyes Liquid Eyeshadow is by far my absolute favorite. The eyeshadow shade gorgeous. It looked beautiful on the lid. I like wearing it as an all over shade and I also like layering it. I have a couple of these eyeshadows and they all compliment my light skin tone complexion perfectly. They go on wet and dry quickly when applied. Once the liquid eyeshadow dries, it doesn’t budge. The eyeshadow stays in place all day and it doesn’t fade, smudge, transfer or crease. The shades in the brilliant eyes collection are very wearable. I was able to create plenty of eye looks to wear during the day and night. I love that this eyeshadow because it has plenty of shimmer and no fall out whatsoever. I’ve tried other shimmer eyeshadows in the past but none can compare to the Loreal’s Brilliant Eyes. This eyeshadow is just so long lasting and don’t crease on my oily eyelids like other eyeshadows I’ve tried before. The eyeshadow feels very light weight and is extremely blendable. I have this 16 color palette in the rainbow shades. They have a few different shade options of this palette, but from what I understand…the formula in these palettes are the same, and I’ve heard that they all are great, and super pigmented. I actually purchased this palette after seeing several ladies on Instagram raving about these. I have a lot of nude eyeshadows, so the rainbow one spoke to me. It is so so good! The Beauty Industry, when I was growing up, only manufactured VERY limited shades of colors. Inclusive colors for all Beauties of Color🖌 really didn't exist. Juvia is a brand for all women which makes this Warrior palette special, it's a perfect blend of earth tone shades & glimmers to contour & highlight your eyes & face….The 9 extra large pans of pigments are compatible with my neutral light to medium skin. The only critique I would offer is the palette doesn't have a mirror, but that is fixable. I found this eye shadow very eclectic. Each shadow can be used with a very light brush, which allows one to look fairly natural and not like a vampire. I like lightly colored eye shadows (I have hazel eyes) that I can apply without looking garish. Go easy on the deeper colors. One can get the similar effect using a brush and a light hand! The two colors that can ruin your look are the Black and Black Metallic. One can change into Vampire within 5 minutes. Glad to see Sephora finally has the Jungle palette. I got mine last year (before they were carrying it) at another retailer and it's a perfect example of how great Dior shadows can be when they get it "right". This is a divine neutral palette for autumn, with its tarnished green/gold stand-out shade and its earthy browns and coppery colours. It's a warm palette but not warm in the sense that it's loaded with (for me) unwearable orange and red shadows. This Couleurs Couture release and the formulas of the shadows are really, really good! I think Jungle and New Look are the best of this selection but that's influenced partly by my personal tastes.dancingdream99
I have New Look and I use the outer 4 shades and mostly ignore the middle. I put most of these on with my fingers; I feel like you get pretty good payoff with shimmers when applying with fingers as opposed to fluffing it all out with a brush. I just do end up loving the way my makeup turns out after laying down any cream shadow and throwing one of the metallic shades on top. The color is definitely there, but it's also the finish that's stunning (a fine, almost "glossy" shimmer finish) and the way they blend out, even just with a finger. If you aren't getting the payoff you want try ditching the brushes. I'll get one more of these in a different color but based on the comments some seem to be better than others.ericayourface

This is one the best Juvias Place palettes in my opinion. I have tried a few, not all and this is my favorite color curation. I love the mix of warm and cool tones and easy to create a beautiful smokey eye or wear it everyday. The shadows in this brand are amazing quality at this price point.
