Okay, aside from the price (I know it’s steep but real gold flakes!!!!), this palette is phenomenal!!!! The shades are divine, the shade with real gold flakes literally shines like a diamond. I’ve been using the liquid colors to create a liner look and a cut crease and then blend out (trying new tiktok trends) and they’ve blended better than I would expect. I love the peachy tones and the tye dye purple gold shade on my lid for work time. This palette can just go everywhere with you and transfer from day to night and not have to also travel with liners. I know it’s pricey but I would buy this! Also, there’s no scent to it which I like. I hate when they add perfume to eye palettes. There are SO many eyeshadows in market right now, but this is most definitely something I haven't seen with the different textures and pigments. Like the shade manifest it, feels like this… gel…silicone… glossy feel that I thought would look weird on the eye but its SO beautiful and pigmented. OH! the pigment, lord the pigment. Its INSANELY pigmented yet also very easy to blend without having crazy fall out of the shadows. I was very excited to try out the gel eyeliner shadow hybrid and its not a replacement to your gel eyeliner for sure – but gives you that smoked out gel liner look (hence the gel liner and shadow hybrid). I have many eyeshadow palettes, but I would always find myself going to different palettes for different shades but I haven't been doing that since getting this palette. My most favourite eyeshadow palette used to be Mercury retrograde and this has def taken over #1 spot. I highly recommend if you are thinking about getting it for yourself or as a gift, you won't go wrong with it. That’s not my first Huda Beauty palette, so I’m not a stranger for the quality of the brand’s shadows, how pigment they are or how easy to blend them. One of the things that I absolutely love about this palette is the packaging, it’s stunning and luxurious. Also there is braille writing on the package which is impressive how Huda Beauty is taking actual steps for more inclusive beauty community. Lastly the shadows are stunning from the different colors to the different textures, you can definitely create a wide range of looks with it both for day looks and more Smokey night looks. I love this bronzer. It is my absolute favorite out there. I try to steer clear of powders as I start to get fine lines, but this never accentuates any texture on my face. It seems to have a matte texture but when you swatch it and really build it up, you can see that there is the slightest of sheens. It doesn’t show up upon application, but I suspect that light sheen helps to keep the skin from looking matte and heavy. It is matte powder, absolutely no shimmer! But still, a skin-like sheen. I love wearing this alone on my face or even as an eyeshadow. It isn’t orangey at all. It leans warm but in a way that still manages to look neutral. I purchased this product on a whim.. I decided I wanted to stop using liquids for bronzers and get into powders so I opted for another brand and hated it. I then saw this product on sale through my Sephora app and decided what did I have to lose. Here’s the truth: I LOVE This bronzer. I don’t know how I allowed my pasty light skinned self to skimp by without this beautiful chocolate smelling – perfect tone/color in my life. Seriously.. this bronzer is made up with real cocoa alongside other ingredients and it’s really delightful. It’s so silky smooth and fragrant and gives a nice sun-kissed tone to the face in such a brilliant way. I guess I’m a sucker for great products without the orange underlying tones which I despise. Lol! I noticed this brand and formula as well as color blended nicely with my Laura Mercier translucent powder for a seamless appearance. I highly recommend the Too Faced brand because of all the love they put into their products. Overall, my skin can sometimes be dry, but this stuff never gets muddy-looking. The white gold has a beautiful shimmer that blends nicely to create a lovely shade that is complimentary to even light skin tones. I was initially hesitant to purchase this set because of how dark both products looked but decided to try it out when it was on sale for $19.50USD. The #LipInjectionLipGloss is called “Christmas Cocoa” and looks like a dark brown.. but it is somewhat sheer and can be lightened—or darkened—to your preferred shade. Additionally, this one doesn’t make my mouth break out into a weird (temporary) red rash like the clear one does! For being a Makeup By Mario product I would expect a 60 dollar eyeshadow pallet of this small size to be of good quality and condition. Reading reviews I had seen mixed reactions, some regarding the dirty condition the brand new pallet came in. Regardless of the few negative reviews I bit the bullet and bought the pallet. As you can see, the pallet comes dusted/smudged in eyeshadow fallout or pigment all on the outside of the pallet and the black cardboard the pallet comes packaged in. The inside of the pallet was full of fallout, and multiple pans of shadow are wiggling and falling out! This is not professional quality, maybe the batch of shadows being sold are slightly faulty or get damaged in shipping, but from what I’ve seen this production issue has been going on for months. I’m personally willing to overlook the issue if the performance of the shadow impresses me; if not I’ll be returning. I love Makeup by Mario but am not thrilled with this palette. I tried various application methods (finger, brush, even a sponge tip since sometimes sparkle shades work well with them), both wet and dry, and I am not impressed. It’s not horrible, but it’s not great. I found the neutrals applied better than the richer color shades, but good neutrals are easy to find. I wish the teal and green shades were better because those were the selling points for me. Many colors were hard to pick up and they applied uneven. I’ve had worse, but overall I don’t think this is worth it. It's too bad, because it’s a good size and has a nice color variety. I absolutely love the matte palette so I was pretty disappointed with this. For metallics and shimmers, I will stick to Natasha Denona and Pat McGrath. Listen, I am normally a shimmer and glitter girl. But sometimes that can be a bit much, especially at work (for my profession). I've never owned a palette of just matte shadows before. This is a banger! It has helped me improve my placement to accentuate my eyes best. I used this without a primer, and it lasted all day in 90 degree weather. And I didn't even have to pack on shadow with I can just imagine how it can pop even more with primer. Now I understand when MUAs say you need one good palette of just mattes. It has a lot of range: from "no make-up" make-up, to soft glam and smoky eye. I still love me some shimmer, but I can do some gorgeous eye looks with or without the bells and whistles. Just okay overall. The mattress are soft and pigmented. The shimmers are disappointing. They're packed hard so next to impossible to pick up with a brush. You have to use your fingers and sword a few times to build up the shadow. These are also very warm toned so if you're a cool toned girl or are looking for sobering cool toned or neutral, this probably isn't for you, though the colors are pretty. Please are that is inexpensive, doesn't crease as badly as other shadows without a primer, and smells like cocoa.sevvie.n
This is such a cute little palette! It’s such a convenience to have. It makes a great stocking stuffer or travel palette. It’s also a bare minimum and basic beginner way into makeup. It has your mattes for a basic look. It also has shimmery ones to liven up the look. I know it’s not a serious pop of vibrant color but it’s enough to start getting into colors. This blends smoothly and effortlessly. It’s a neutral palette that provides the right amount of variety without being overwhelming. In my opinion it’s a realistic palette to travel with if you’re not experimental with makeup. They’re the perfect daytime colors. I can’t stress enough how perfect this is for people who want to own eyeshadows but don’t want whole palettes or know which colors to get.

I've always LOVED ColourPop shadows, and this palette is pigmented and awesome as usual. All the greens are so pretty! Since my skin tone is quite yellow – I can either apply them directly (they'd show up grey-ish) for a lowkey smoky look, or apply them on top of primer and let the green POP (kinda like the 00s makeup). "Precious Cargo" (top left) might have a different, more gel-like formulation, thus giving a more subtle shine, but it's still very cute. "Just Like a Tatooine" (top right) is a beautiful colour, but it's too close to my actual skin colour so I don't use it as much with the rest of this palette. The embedded mirror is absolutely adorable! Get it if you like baby Yoda. Get it if you're looking for olive green. Also get it if you want to go for a luxurious or cottage-core vibe.Wisteria H.
Cutest palette and color scheme. However, I go to use it for the first time for a wedding and one of the shades falls right out. You can tell it is very cheaply made even though it is a “special edition collaboration” and costs more. I don’t know how they are able to continue to collaborate with concepts I’d they are making palettes like these. I have had 2 issues with Colourpop palettes previously. One shade came crumbled in one. And in a blush palette, one came shattered and was already all over the place and mixed into all the other shades. What is this? My review is actually for @colourpop That's Taupe, but I can't find it on here and I can't find any way to list it, but I figured that anyone interested in purples might like this, too. So taupe is a bit of brown mixed with grey, making it the perfect neutral for everyone, but especially those of us who are cool or neutral toned. I can't wear brown, it washes me out. But I like having a neutral option, especially given my love of red lipstick. This finally was the perfect thing and it's inexpensive. The glitters aren't remotely the quality of Huda, but they'll work, especially with a dot of concealer. Two shades have a dab of pink, so that's nice. I'm not a fan of mattes, but I can blend in a shimmer. I would have preferred one of the top ones to have been an ivory shimmer, tbh, as this got a little monotonous, but eventually I'll use 90% of this up. The bottom center glitter was also a tad redundant and I'd have probably preferred another lighter glitter or a midtone shimmer in a soft pink maybe there, but in all, I'm happy to get that deep slate shade. That's the all star shade. This could be reworked as one of the world's best quads or something. At any rate, for the price, this is a must have for those of us who can't do warmer browns.sarah.j

I originally bought the palette because I was looking for a good nude palette for tan/olive skin types that was also on the portable side, and I heard a lot of good things about Juvia's Place. Unfortunately I have mixed thoughts about his palette. The pan size is slightly larger than the average palette pan size (which is more for your money) and shadows swatched well, but they didn't apply the same. The mattes barely showed up on my eyes (ironically that's what I was looking for in my nude palette) and weren't pigmented, but can be built up. They also acted as good transition colors to use as a base. The darkest matte can be used to create some depth (not a lot) when built up. However, the shimmers were so pressed into the palette that I could barely get any shadow on my brush. In the end, I had to use a finger application in order to apply the shimmers, which still wasn't pigmented. I ended up having to dig into the pan with my finger multiple in order to get anything to show up on my lids. Only the peach-toned shimmer was able to be built up to become a good inner corner highlighter. The other shimmers barely showed up.Kristin
I am obsessed with the formula JP uses for their eyeshadow! The Violets palette is no exception. It contains 6 large pans of purple variants that are extremely pigmented, easy to use, and last all day long! With 2 matte and 4 shimmer shades, The Violets palette allows you to make a wide variety of purple eyeshadow looks easily and within a budget friendly price range! The swatches are without primer and I still had to use makeup remover to get it off—you can expect this eyeshadow to last through a long work day, a night out, or everyday wear. Well, let's start from the pros: this palette is very compact and easy to use. 6 out of 8 shades are relatively easy to blend and match. The color story is consistent, you can create quite a few different looks. Now, to cons: You need a primer! Without the primer all the colors would be gone within 2 hours. Two darkest shades are difficult to blend, they are patchy and messy. All shades have fallout, not too much though. Even with the primer the eye look won't last the whole day! For $27 you can find a better palette. I got it with 40% discount and still regret the purchase.

I received the Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Luxury Palette courtesy of Influenster and Charlotte Tilbury in exchange for my honest review. I am no stranger to CT products. I have a collection full of things that I love from the brand. CT is a luxury brand so the price does reflect that. I personally have no issue paying a higher price tag for a product if the quality is there. The 4 eyeshadows in this quad definitely are high quality. They are smooth, easily blendable, pigmented, and easy to work with even on my mature eyes. The packaging is elegant and does look luxurious. It is not bulky and would be travel friendly for those that travel. It is easy to create several different looks with the 4 eyeshadows included. I found myself using the bottom 2 the most. Sometimes I find rosy shades can make me look sickly, but these shades had enough warmth that they looked good with my brown eyes and tan skin. I like the palette size. I do not regularly use more than 2 eyeshadows for my day to day looks. I am knocking off one star because although Pillow Talk is iconic in the makeup industry- the eyeshadow shades are not truly unique. Since I have an extensive makeup collection I can duplicate the shades. With CT being at a higher price point you could find these shades at a lower cost. If you want the CT luxury experience and these shades speak to you I would highly recommend this palette as well as many other CT products. The Pillow Talk Luxury Palette offers a beautiful quad of rosy neutrals with an extra touch of sparkle. It was such fun to be gifted with this so that I could play with the palette and create a look for you all. The shimmery champagne with pink undertones is terrific to apply all over the lid or can be used to highlight the brow bone and inner corner. The top right shade is a light beige pink with matte finish and serves as a stunning transition color for the crease line. The bottom right shade is a medium rosy brown with matte finish and warm undertone. I would recommend using this for emphasizing the outer corner and it also is beautiful to use along the lower lash line. The bottom left shade is a lush pop of rose gold glitter, perfect for placing on the very center of the lid. It’s very easy to apply and blend out the shadows. The coverage runs more on the sheer side. If you are looking to do a dramatic eye then I suggest to add brown liquid liner in the top water line and as well as using an angle brush to line the top lashes pushing the bottom right shade into the lash roots. I was provided the Charlotte Tilbury eyeshadow palette free for review purposes. This breathtakingly beautiful eyeshadow palette quad is the definition of romantic glam. I felt different in this palette- confident, ethereal and empowered. That for me is truly the power of great makeup in uplifting your perspective. You can wear this for an everyday eye look or really create drama by adding liner and lashes. This is the epitome of feminine versatility. The muted pinks highlighted with vibrant shimmer play beautifully against the deeper mauve/brown shades. The shades are neutral in color palette but can be built up or faded to diversify your look. There are two matte shades in this palette on the right and two shimmer shades on the left. The matte shadows apply beautifully with a full fluffy brush or flat eyeshadow brush. I typically utilize my fingers to apply shimmer shades to really bring out their opulent vibrancy on my eyelids. As with all shimmer shades you need to use a good base and set your makeup or you will have fallout. I don’t mind with such finely milled product because it is not glitter pieces but a shimmering highlighter effect. I loved that these shadows felt almost saturated in the pan. If you have ever utilized a chalky eyeshadow, where a hardened texture forms over the top, you understand the difference in product ingredients. The quality is here to backup the price tag. This palette does retail for $53 (after pay/installments are available on brand website). This is a higher end product that I will definitely get full use out of in my collection. I'm not a makeup expert but I do like experimenting with makeup sometimes. I enjoyed the Milani UnGiled mattes eyeshadow palette. It had pigmented shades and the names were cute like "smell the roses". I liked the mixture of nude shades. I tend to go to earthy or brown shades so this was perfect for me. I absolutely love the wide mirror that comes with the palette. I would recommend using a eyeshadow primer cause some of the vibrant color can fade when blending. I wish it had one shimmer shade but it was great practice for me for blending. Honestly I'm just happy to find a new nude palette to replace my old expired nyx one.
You will pry my Morphe shadows from my cold, dead hands, but after reading a few reviews on Influenster, I couldn’t pass up the after seeing it was on sale at Ulta. This is only a preliminary review after swatching, so I’ll update if I have other opinions after using it on my eyes. I’m a sucker for mattes, so this gets a full star purely for that. Another star for price point. The color story is really lovely if you’re wanting something reminiscent of autumn (my happy place!) so that makes it 3 stars. As for the product itself, I couldn’t go full five stars, as Smell the Roses and No Plum Intended are pretty similar on the skin, and the texture doesn’t seem as soft as my Morphe shadows (drier by my estimation). I was fairly impressed with the amount of pigment in this little test, but I can’t speak to fallout or longevity just yet. All in all, I am definitely not mad at this palette! Update: Keeping this at a solid 4 stars. There was little to no fallout and these shadows stayed in place all day. The only minus I’ve found is that they don’t blend as well as I’d like. All in all, very solid palette!
This palette is a great mix of colors that really fit with my light/medium skin tone and brown eyes. I tend to prefer matte shadows and found myself trying most of the shades this week. Pros: They blend really nicely and it's really hard to overdo it. Great shade options for a natural look. All the shades are really beautiful and I could see myself using every one. Kind of inspired me to experiment with the orange ones I normally wouldn't buy. I also like that the palette packaging isn't massive like some others. Cons: They aren't super pigmented, so I wouldn't recommend this for a super dark or dramatic look, but I never wear dark eyeshadow anyway so it's fine for me. I do wish the lightest shade was a little lighter to use as a highlighting inner corner/brow bone shade. If I were paler, it really wouldn't do that much for me but would be fine for darker skin tones. The packaging is also sort of big for someone who likes to pack a small makeup bag. Ultimately a really pretty palette and I love every color. Will definitely get full use out of this and I recommend it for someone looking to get out of a boring nude eyeshadow rut.

I've been a Milani customer for a long time now. These shadows are very soft and creamy – yet are a touch powdery upon application. There is a bit of kick-up in the pan, but nothing too major. They wear decently, although nowhere near the longevity of higher-end shadows….they are definitely on par with most other shadows from the brand. They are a great bang-for-your-buck product though! I tried the Milani Most Wanted Eyeshadow Palette in the shades "Partners In Crime". I like the assortment of earth tones in this six shadow palette. I can't seem to stay away from the browns as they are my favorite color shadows. This palette applies to the lid with a silky smooth, matte finish. I'm new to matte shadow as I'm use to wearing a metallic or shimmery finish. I've tried this with a brush and also applying with my finger as recommended for a more intense look. The finger gives more color put out than a brush. My favorite look is shadow number 4 all over the lid with shadow number 5 in the crease and shadow number 1 below the brow bone. I find this palette to give me a nice, natural everyday look. I like the color scheme and feel of this shadow, just wish it was a little more pigmented. Too Faced went from being my FAVORITE brand (I'm a collector) to me actually returning this palette, which is something I NEVER do. There was just no reason to keep it. The quality has gone down consistently since Jerrod sold to Este Lauder and I don't see how it could be anything but intentional. These palettes used to be much more scented and had a sweet taste to them. All the ones in the Chocolate Bar packaging did until the takeover. Now they barely smell. Too Faced gets a lot of criticism (at least on Insta) for palettes that look too similar and possible repeat colors. I usually agree with the criticism, but still went and spent my hard-earned money on this simply because I love pumpkin spice everything and go hardcore every fall. No change in TF eyeshadow formula, good pigmentation, little fall out, lasts all day with a good primer. Most of the shades do look more orange-pigmented on me than in the pan, but I find that quite a bit. I also did side-by-side comparisons with the first PSL palette for your convenience. People were also complaining about the packaging on this (cardboard vs tin). If it keeps costs down, I could care less, and it's possible that this could be a more eco-friendly option regarding recycling and less carbon footprint. Overall, love the palette.McKayla

I order this off of I ordered 3 Super Shock Shadows The Truly Madly Deeply palette. This was a present for my daughter who just had her 1st baby boy on May 19th. This isn’t about Colourpop’s shipping it’s about ’s shipping. I recieved this broken a SSS as well. It was packaged really poorly came broken. I understand things happen, but with everything going on I can’t just pick up and take back to which is about 40 mins or more away. I would’ve had to ship this back with my own money to either receive my money back or a replacement. Now if I had ordered off of [brand:colourpop] I would’ve gotten a replacement like I had in the past. You just send them a picture and receipt and they just replace without the hassle of sending the items back. I love [brand:colourpop] if you want this palette or anything else I’d recommend ordering off the [brand:colourpop] website. As far as this palette goes my daughter does love it looks absolutely gorgeous in these tones. I personally thought she wouldn’t like the pressed glitter bc I personally don’t but she does. i went through a period of time where i wore this every day. i since stopped wearing makeup that often, but this palette is amazing! the colors are pigmented and blend well. the shimmers/glitters are my favorite part. the super shock shimmer shadow in here is beautiful and not too much but still sparkles. the two glitters work so well when paired with the nyx glitter glue. they stay on for hours. i did an eye look with this pallet to go to a hockey game and about 11-12 hours later it was still intact. i wanted this pallet since it first came out and when i finally got it i was NOT disappointed.m
The is such a beautiful palette! I love the peachy, pink, and brown color story. The super shock topper is stunning and really makes any look pop! The mattes are pigmented and blend nicely. The shimmers are beautiful and really pop when applied with a finger or wet brush. Im not a big fan of glitter on my eyes, but every so often I will sprinkle some in my hair for some fun! The art on the packaging is stunning!! I will be repurchasing this palette and recommending it to anyone looking for a similar color story. I have this 16 color palette in the rainbow shades. They have a few different shade options of this palette, but from what I understand…the formula in these palettes are the same, and I’ve heard that they all are great, and super pigmented. I actually purchased this palette after seeing several ladies on Instagram raving about these. I have a lot of nude eyeshadows, so the rainbow one spoke to me. It is so so good! I was actually shocked. LA Colors eyeshadows are hit and miss a lot of times. Well, this one is a hit!! Super soft, and pigmented. I’m not sure about the other palettes, but I know the rainbow palette is all shimmers. There are no matte shades in that one. I cannot speak on the other ones. I've seen these palettes at Dollar General and for the longest time I was adamant about not buying them because they look cheap and unlike other brands of makeup. Then, one day, I watched JuicyJas on Youtube do a video using La Colors makeup in one of her tutorials. To my surprise, they were very pigmented and she looked amazing. Love 💓 this pallet. It has a mix of shimmer and colors no shimmer. My eye color is Hazel I love anything with glitter and shimmer in it. Picked up another Ultimate Utopia palette this past weekend. On sale with a digital coupon. Too bad they only had one in the color story I like at [brand:cvs] , but I still needed at least one since the glitters were empty on my last palette. I go through the glitters the most. Love both the golds and the light green one. There's a little fallout, even if you use a primer and setting spray, but I'm attached to the glitters and the fallout is only noticeable if you get super close to my face. Wish the smaller version of this palette had all of the glitters and shimmers I like. Despite not using all the mattes, I think this palette is worth all of my repurchases. Recommended if you are looking to play with some fun colors and pretty shimmers and glitters. I used the palest matte from the top row and the charcoal-undertoned gold on the bottom row over it in my pic. So this isn't the palette I intended to buy in the first place, I was in a rush and added the wrong saved palette to my order. Customer service wasn't any help, so my feelings toward this palette may have already been soured. The colors are pretty, but different than advertised. There are not any true reds, but orange and pink toned ones. That works for me, I would prefer those anyways lol. the pigment is okay, a bit blotchy without a good base. The main problem I have is more than HALF of the palette consists of "pressed powders", and when reading the back of the palette it says that pressed powder CANNOT be used on or around eyes. Half of those being the colors I was most excited to use on my eyes! I would of never even saved this palette had I known that, so unless you want 9 colors you can't use on your eyes, then don't even bother with this. I expected so much better from NYX.Bek
I was very disappointed with this palette! I thought it looked really cute in the store and swatched decent enough that I felt confident enough to work with them. I was mistaken. Quite a few of the colors were hard to work with. The gold one would not catch for anything, no matter what I used (hands, brush, sponge). Even when I got some on the lid, it would disappear after a short while. A lot of the colors are like that. They (most of the shimmers and some of the mattes) go on really light and you have to build them up, but they disappear after a while being on your lids. I have used primer at times, none at others, and that did not make a difference. Just so disappointed, I threw it away instead of having someone else go through that. They blend kind of good, but like disappear as you are blending them (again, not all, but a lot of the colors perform like this, at least the palette I had).
