We got this dust mop for our floors and getting under low furniture. The mop comes detached from the handle, the handle clicks on easy. The handle stays clicked in too. It is easy to do quick a sweep of the floor now. One thing to note and I think it's a good thing, the mop looks a bit more than 12 inches. I recently used my new Rejuvenate Microfiber Mop Kit With Reusable Microfiber Pads – Clean, Dust & Restore Set. I love it! It's super easy to use and light weight. The pads are super easy on and off. I was a little confused at first because it didn't come with instructions. I always read instructions to make sure I'm doing things right. So, once I passed that hurdle I was very happy with how easy the product is. I like that the head has a lot of motion to help navigate hard to reach places. The fact I can just wash the pads in my laundry when I am done is awesome. My toddler wants to help me clean. OMG… How awesome is that. I’ve had this Rejuvenate microfiber mood for a a few weeks now. I am in love with it! Having laminate floors with 2 boys and 2 dogs means dusting and mopping daily. Having to drag the vacuum out daily was taking a toll on my time and energy. The dusting pad glides easily across both laminate and tile flooring. I had ordered another mop sweeper before getting this one. The other one was terrible. I absolutely love this mop. I am very impressed with the way it cleans the floor. It does a nice job. It also doesn't leave the floor soaking wet. The floor dries very quickly. I really like the fact that you can fill the reservoir with your own cleaning agent. My biggest concern about this product is that the functionality of the mop is completely useless. The Velcro that is used to attach the mop heads to the device has ripped off after only a couple of months of light usage. I've tried super gluing the Velcro To no end and so every time I try to remove the mop pads I end up pulling the Velcro off with it….additionally because the product is not very weighted where the mop attaches to the device you get an uneven clean. there is more pressure on the center of the pad than there is on the edges so its kind of a light gloss over the floor… so you end up taking more time to get a more even clean. You can just tell when you remove the map pads that the the sides of the mop pad are never quite as dirty as the center is. I tried with bona I really did but I give up at this point time to upgrade to something better.Shay

This dust mop covers a much wider area than my previous O-Cedar dust mop. The bending feature is quite nice for my baseboards. However, there is much more dust in the air when using this dust mop which is not good for someone with allergies. Have bare floors throughout my entire home. I bought this for my 84-year-old mother. I didn't have much belief that it would help her mop her kitchen and bathroom as often as she wanted but I was wrong! It is easy for her to use both in set up and after cleaning is done. I loved this mop when I was sitting on my couch watching the infomercial…and that's where it ended! When I first received my mop I noticed that many features that the infomercial showed did not come with the actual purchased item. For example, the mop strands were nowhere as long as the mop strands shown in the commercial, the mop head did not spin 360 degrees as shown and the bucket did not stay in place when wringing the mop head out…grr! I used it of course but that was my first mistake. I would say about four months into owning it the gear mechanism that made it spin rusted right off thus making it impossible to spin the water out and the pedal started sticking less than a month into owning it, the fibers of the mop head stuck together and matted up making it virtually impossible to clean properly, both on the floor and in the washing machine and so on. The idea of this product was great! The engineering behind the idea was horrible! Cheaply made and for as much money as the consumer has to fork out for this product, some intense restructuring from the manufacturing should be done. In my opinion, this product should be taken off the shelf, consumers offered the purchase price back and compensation for the poor consumers that had to give lengthy testimonials (such as this) so no other poor soul is looped into buying this piece of junk. I usually read reviews before buying things, but I was in Canadian Tire and simply grabbed this, thinking RubberMaid does at least some basic QA of products. I was wrong. As many other reviews mention, the engineering and/or parts in this product are faulty. The spray mechanism broke after the 2nd use, and started leaking. After a while it was simply POURING out so I could not use it. As the spray is built into the mop, you cannot manually remove and spray the bottle either. The item is simply plastic waste, and a lot of it. I was hoping to use it for years. This item has not been removed or from Canadian Tire after a bunch of obviously bad reviews.Red Ranger
Over the last 4 years, I’ve have owned and used 3 Reveal Spray Mops. There are many reasons to love this mop. It is easy to use and light weight. The soft cloth microfiber pad is reusable, washable and does not leave streaks on laminate floors. The refill bottle is convenient to use with your own cleaning solutions, 2-3 tblsp. of a gentle cleaner (no ammonia) with water. With some design modifications, this spray mop would be super great (!). Yes, I would buy a fourth one if available, and be willing to pay more for improvements to the basic design. Problems I’ve encountered: the trigger mechanism in the handle stopped working on 2 of the mops. The warranty replaced these mops. One of the bottles wouldn’t disperse solutions and now a leaking bottle issue has begun on my 3rd mop leaving puddles on the floor. I’ve tried a popular competitor product and find it wanting. Their throw-away mopping pads leave streaks and I had to use 2 pads each time. Their priority solution/bottle doesn’t allow using your own cleaning solution and I think their cleaner is too harsh on my laminate flooring. And you have to use 4 batteries to squirt the solution on the floor. Because of these 3 points, it’s going to be more expensive to continue using. My conclusion, if Rubbermaid were to rethink their Reveal Spray Mop design a little bit, they would have a BIG winner. After maybe 25 uses, I discovered that the handle of the mop was slowly coming apart. I dismantled the handle, found out what the problem was (cracked plastic dowel) and fixed it with plastic glue and screws. Yesterday the handle broke again and this time I had to fix it with a wooden dowel, plastic glue and screws. My tendency in life is to fix things without having to throw away in the garbage all the time. The mop works fine now but why do you sell such cheaply made product? Rubbermaid could make it much more solid (use metal parts for assembling not plastic) and garantee it for 5 years at least and people would be happy to pay $10 more for a product that would be solid and reliable. Aside from the weakness of the handle at the joint, all other features of that mop work well.Raymond

I purchased this item and also ordered a replacement head for it, as well. I was very excited for it to come as I use a mop daily due to an elderly dog who is having accidents. Within a week the head of the mop started to become floppy (the best way that I can describe it) and almost seem to disintegrate. I thought that it might be because I was using a cleaner with bleach in it. Within days, I had stretched out to the point that I could not wring it out. I put the replacement head on and used a different cleaner that was a famous brand, lemon scent and more mild. Also, within a week, the very same thing happened. I cannot begin to describe my disappointment. Never have I written a bad review of a product. I have only written ones if a product was wonderful and I wanted to tell others. I bought the Libman Nitty Grtitty Roller Sponge Mop and maybe used it 5 times and the sponge tore loose and started falling apart. YES, I let it dry thoroughly between usages. I then bought a Libman replacement sponge roller head and put it on correctly. On my first use the roller head came loose 2 times without me moving the release on the handle. It will only stay in place if I just lightly touch the floor. The tiniest bit of pressure on the mop and the roller head comes loose. This is such a disaster and a waste of money for a senior citizen on a very tight budget.Sunny

I usually clean any floor surfaces by hand but as I've gotten older the thought of my hands, knees and back being sore for days appeals less and less and I dilike using regular.mops and buckets as the water has to be changed every few wipes making it seem like a even bigger chore.. I decided to spring for one of these wetjets just so I could do a touch-up clean weekly without scrubbing on my hands and knees Firstly it's so quick and eassy to set up and you slide your bottle of wet jet solution into the hole for the mix untill it clicks and you are ready to go! I usually pre sweep twice as I have 2 cats, a dog and 2 budgies so fur and feathers are my pet peeve when mopping. Any heavy dried food spills I'll pretreat with a regular spray so it's damp and easier to remove once I use the wet jet. Firstly I usually splurge for the heavy duty cleaning pads by wetjets a pack of these runs about 6-7 dollars I prefer these as they have a scourer type line for any stubborn messes. I'll clean in sections across the kitchen working my way towards the lounge and edging of my kitchen. The spray comes out of two spots covering a large area that you hit a button with by the handle and slowly mop. I usually find to get a good clean I have to use two pads one for the dirty first clean then 2nd for a quick wipe over.to make sure all dirt is removed. While it cleans and cleans most messes well the wet jet doesn't get as close to the edge as I would like. And it isn't as good as a hand scrub clean. This is ideal for those who just want to make the floors.cleaner and quickly without hours of work. The spray dries quickly and most say my kitchen smells lovely, I alternate between the purple bottle with febreeze and the white bottle that is Mr clean endorsed. I bought this product as a kit several years back. Initially, I thaught it would make my life a little easier. Instead of having to mop my floor with a traditional mop and the bucket of soapy warm water not to mention the clean up after of the mop itself and dirty water bucket. This seemed like a dream come true at first as an all in one solution. The idea of having both the disposable mop pads and cleansing solution all in one system sounds so convenient.but …remember the old saying “ if it’s sounds too good to be true, it probably is”; …after using it for some time I can honestly say the ease of use is great however, it does not come close the deep clean you get with a traditional mop. In my experience it barely even cleanses the surface and I have have to physically push and exert myself with the wet jet for just that. Perhaps they redesigned it over the last year or two and it works better but in my opinion it does not clean your floors as good as it should. Also taking into consideration the expensive refills of both the solution and pads, is it really worth it? This is a good mop I have tried so far. The cleaning surface on mop is approx 15inch length & 8.5 inch wide. The handle is well made plastic & can be kept straight on floor with a place behind mop surface to snap it on for storing or can be kept upright in a corner space. It is a breeze to clean a larger area with this mop as the surface head is big & the handle moves very smoothly. I have used it couple of times in a week & I like it. The mop cloth is made of microfiber & I have used it on damp floor with water & all purpose cleaner as well. Firstly, my floor is not very dirty or sticky by any means so using this cleaned my floor very well & I could also see all the hair stick to it when i finished cleaning too. I washed the mop & it still stands in good shape. Only thing to be careful while using water for cleaning is as it is microfiber the water is not fully absorbed & I used fan for fast drying of the floor. I read online that the refill mops are available, I haven’t needed it yet. Looks like the mop can be used for longer time as it holds up good after washing. I used on my vinyl floor, hardwood area & tile area. Everything cleaned excellent. Unfortunately the minuses outnumber the pluses on the O'Cedar Microfiber Hardwood Floor 'N More all surface mop. The pluses include that fact that it is very lightweight, easy to store, came already assembled, when used as a dry mop it is easily pushed around the floor and picks up dust and hairs and when used as a damp mop it seemed to collect the surface dirt on the pad (or at least the pad turned from white to grey – See picture). The minuses are as follows: Dry Mop 1. Pushes bigger pieces of debris around the floor instead of picking them up. After using the dry mop, I would still have to vacuum the floor to pick up the bigger pieces. See picture. 2. Can not go into the many small places and corners in my kitchen. 3. Could not apply enough pressure on the edges of the pad to clean the edges of the floor around the baseboards. Damp mop 1. Once you wet the mop, it takes a lot of strength to push it over the floor. 2. Although the damp mop did pick up some of the bigger pieces of dirt that the dry mop left behind, it did not pick up everything. 3. There were some gooey spots and water mark spots that the damp mop did not remove. In conclusion, I liked the damp mop better than the dry mop. I will vacuum my floor first and just use the damp mop as a floor cleaner even though it did not loosen dried on dirt like it advertised. I will still need to use my scrubber sponge to remove the gooey stuff.Susan
I acquired this mop through the Walmart Spark Reviewer Program, and I am happy I did. I am using it on my laminate flooring, and it cleans great, wet or dry. It boasts a large cleaning surface…which I measured as approximately 9"x16". The microfiber offers an effective, but easy to clean, fleece mop head, which can easily be removed for cleaning. An important concern for me is that water does not "puddle" on my laminate flooring, and I can easily wring the mop head, to avoid "overwetting" my floor. and I can minimize using cleaners, since they tend to leave a film on laminate. The "wicking" ability will make my cleaning a lot easier. I think many of the same principles apply to hardwood floors, too. The removable mop head is also machine washable, but with the warming weather in my area, I prefer to rinse it, then hang it outside. This mop, with its' generous cleaning surface, really does make cleaning easier! The cleanable, reusable mop head is made very sturdily, but I think I want to order a spare, because it is well under 10 dollars, and I want backup, since I want to use the mop for many years ahead. I was so excited to move to a reusable pad system. On first cleaning, I noticed that even though I used 3 pads, my floors didn’t feel as clean as when I use the popular throw away wet pad system. The head also came off a couple of times when at a low angle. No biggie, though I did notice the plastic where it connects was showing signs of stress/lightening like it was weakening/had been pulled at the joint. But on my second time using it (after avoiding it to use the disposable system a couple of times), the spray trigger stopped working while I was spraying the floor. I was hoping I’d have a different experience than other reviewers. I’m was careful with it, stored the liquid container separate, etc. But it seems like most built in spray mops have issues, based on the reviews I’ve read. I returned it for a refund. I think this is a good alternative to other quick cleaning mops. What I like is that the tank is refillable. You can purchase more cleaning solution by Bona or add a different solution that you prefer. When the included solution ran out, I replaced the bona solution with another cleaning agent. The mop is very lightweight and easy to use. It has good maneuverability where I can get into more difficult spaces or use the mop on surfaces that are vertical to the floor. A few minor issues is that the tank can be a little tricky to pull out of the socket (I could just be weak) but it takes a little strength. The cap on the refillable tank took me a minute to figure out and again took some strength for me to open. The pad is reusable so I just wash after each use. The floors dry quick and they look pretty clean without streaks or cloudiness. A few times it has not done well lifting some real tough spots but for quick cleaning and disinfecting it’s great.stacy.s
This is initially a great mop! It sprays a good amount, is easy to use and I love that the cleaning solution is unscented and doesn't seem to leave a lot of residue. It's a fun mop to use! Also the solution doesn't leak out like another brand mop I bought a couple years back. The problem is it breaks quickly. I am still on the first bottle of cleaner, maybe half way through, and it's having a problem where the bottle disengages slightly so it barely barely sprays any cleaning solution. If you pop it out and snap it back in, it works great for one or two sprays, then goes back to almost nothing. So if you are mopping a whole room, it's incredibly frustrating to keep having to pop it out and snap it back in. Also the velcro holding the cleaning pad in place is ripping off of the mop. Keep in mind, I have barely used this thing. So for design, 5 out of 5, but I'm incredibly disappointed in the construction and durability, especially for the price.Rinea

the flip my is my favorite mop to wash my floors. Easy to use, remove and wash three or four times each time i use it, but I never use the drop mop side because i prefer to use a broom and a cotton dust mop. I believe cotton picks up dirt better. I don't like having to wash the heavier dust mop side at the same time. I'd prefer a mop with a two sided wash head. I love the flip mop design!! And it stores flat in a corner, but I've had to add a little wire in the loop on the handle so I can hang it flat behind a door also.judy
Let me start out with saying unlike these other paid "spark" reviews, mine is not paid for. I received nothing to make this review. Now my credentials, I am a small business owner. We are formally known as a "Building Maintenance Contractor." We clean offices, restaurants, banks and some medical facilities. I saw this mop at my local Walmart last night and saw the price tag, it was very affordable for just about anybody, coming in at a little lower than $12.00 before taxes with replacement heads approximately $7.00. I took it for a test run and immediately found out why it is so affordable. The sweeping dry mop is a good residential solution, it picked up every micro particle you could imagine. It was very difficult to get corners, under floor trim, against sides of walls and under appliances though. We ended up finishing the sweeping with a regular broom. The real issue is with the application of the liquid for the damp mop. They first of all recommend using water only, no disinfectant, which is NOT a sanitary solution. Secondly, after your first mop application the dry mop is now rendered absolutely useless as the fabic acts as a sponge and gets the dry mop wet. Thirdly, this mop is very hard to move over linoleum. The damp mop portion should "glide" whilst instead "sticks" to the surface. Overall, our solution remains with Rubbermaid QuickConnect and has for many years for wet mopping and any dry mopping is done with any janitorial green dry mop.MikeP
Two thirds of our home is Laid with hardwood floors and the rest is tile. I love our floors but unlike carpet it does not hiding any dirt! In fact every piece of lint, hair or whatever shows! But, when it’s clean you know your floors are clean! I love this mop, it’s part of what keeps my floors clean! It works well for what it was designed for. It is one of the tools used in the regular regiment of my cleaning. All floors are dust mopped, vacuumed then steam mopped. But, my steam mop doesn’t fit under my beds so I use a clean pad that I put into my sink where I have warm water mixed with a little cleaner, then gently wring it out and place it on the mop head and mop under the beds until I have the clean I want. The materials the mop pad itself is made from is plush and seems to be of good quality. it has held up pretty well. The only real issues that keeps me from giving this little fiber mop the 5 stars that it should deserve are two things. The mops head ‘closures’ that are supposed to hold the pad tightly on the mop head are made out of lesser than good quality material!! They wore out after about 25-30 machine washings. And, I have the Sensor LG Front loader Set so there were no agitators that caused the problem. The closures completely quit working on both pads! The other issue I have is the rudeness of the replies by OCedars Customer towards people who were just trying to get a simple question answered! There’s a question an answer section so why should we have to call in? I ask a question then read all the questions and answers or lack of! The same simple question was asked multiple times but was never answered! One person ask how wide it was (either referring to the mop head or pad) they got answered correctly or close enough it would be easy to figure out. But, when others ask how long it was instead of giving the (mop head or pad length) they were given the pole length. That same answer was repeated! I’m sorry but we don’t care about the pole length. Since you make more than one size mop, when we are buying these mops we need to know the mop head or replacement pad size so we can buy extra pads! I have two long haired cats. In my kitchen near the stove I had a lot grease buildup from cooking. Lately I stated to notice my cats hair was shredding and the loose hair was now getting in the grease. I ordererorderer the H20 Mop because I really needed some help. I RATE MOP -100 percent! TERRIBLE! Honestly I would not give this mop 1 star but I had to to tell you how awful this mop is! It has bled blue dye in all white seal of my tile floors which are tan in color. Floor looks nasty, filthy dirty! I can’t seem to bleach this away. I can’t tell you how disappointed and angry I am. I’m older and can’t get down to scrub on it. Looks like I may end up having to have it resealed. Very expensive becuz of a stupid mop! 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Terrible! There are other blue mops out there that have never done this before. You should not have it if it’s gonna leave this dye all over my floor. I have a small business cleaning homes and some commercial properties. This is the mop i have used for years. It works great and it's much easier to use than any other twister mop i have tried. I used to but 10 at a time from Walmart when they had them but no longer carry them. I never bought replacement heads, because the pole was rusted and it was difficult to remove without breaking the mop. I still love this mop and have tried the microfiber one similar to this by rubbermaid. But they break very quickly because they hold more water than the cotton one. The last microfiber one i bought broke after one use. Junk in my opinion…. So i will continue to buy these because they are easy on your back and much user friendly
I live this mop!!!!! I have my own residential /commercial cleaning services and use only this mop. Have tried others and they don't stand up to the use and abuse that my business puts a mop through. This mop performance is outstanding! I have been using them for over 15 years and I agree that over time it has been more difficult to find in stores. So, I order online for in store pick up. I also feel the instructions need to be more detailed. Explaining that if the mop slips off the racheting sleeve at the top, it should be manually pulled back up and fitted back on the teeth of the sleeve. For the blue lint issue, take head off and wash it in the washer with white vinegar and extra rinse. I have had all issues described in these reviews however, it is mostly user error, unfortunately. I am now in the process of ordering due to a broken clip, but the clip on this mop is about 5 years old so I'm not complaining…I got my $15.00 worth. .. For a broken clip, find something plastic to stick through and your good to go until you can replace it. …it's worth it to me. …and hey. ..I've gotten a dud before. ..take it back before 2 weeks is up. Most of my house is slate/tile and I have a dog. I have used erase type products on kitchen/bath but never on floor. It leaves the floor really clean. In kitchen I add little vinegar to hot water. I have a rectangle plastic container with hot water that I clean out mop in. I have a replacement top waiting in cupboard. However mop is wearing well. Don't let naysayers get you down. This is a great product and time saver. My dog was allergic to chemicals in wet jet swifter stuff. Yucky.Nana diane

Purchased this product as an update to an original FloorMate, model # H2800, that I've had for many, many years. Have much more floor to wash now and am much older. Wanted the rotating spin-scrub brushes and the much larger wash solution tank which are an improvement over the original model. Am disappointed. The old FloorMate out-performs this newer model in the wet vacuum mode, by far, plus the newer model leaks significantly more wash solution than the older model when stationary. The tank is properly seated so that is not the problem. Thought for sure that Hoover would've gotten a handle on this issue on updated models. While the FloorMate remains a great concept, the performance of this new model is not acceptable to me. Will resort to using my original FloorMate and resign myself to filling the wash solution tank 8-10 times as opposed to 3 times but the flooring will be almost instantly dry. Will 'gift' my sister-in-law with this new model so she can wash her back porch floor with ease as she does not require the same level of almost instant dryness that I prefer.Reenie
This is my 4th floor mate, my last one the brush would not stay attached, This one I'm having a problem with the clear cover staying on. But all in all this is a good concept for cleaning and then rinsing the floor. I wash my floor and then suck up the water, then put clean water in the tank and re rinse the floor. I have 2 old doxie who pee, and this machine really helps with the clean up. I also use it on the rubber mats at my back door during the winter and rainy season. Until summer when I can take my mates outside for a go pressure washing. The company just needs to look at a better design for the brush and now the clear cover.LINDA
I bought this specifically to clean my laminate floors after a basement remodel that left a layer of Sheetrock dust is n the textured laminate. We scrubbed, mopped and everything else to try and clean the laminate, but couldn't get this layer of dirt off the floors. Bought this vac to try since we'd already tried everything else. Mixed the cleaner with a cap full of vinegar and tried an area. Couldn't believe the dirt I emptied out of the container after one pass. After this we decided to move all the furniture and do one whole room. Not only did it get all the dirt out of the distressed floors, it scrubbed the laminate back to looking new. We'll to say the least we ended up doing every room in the house because the dust had come up through all the vents. The heavy traffic areas we did twice and still were able to pull additional dirt off the floors. I read a lot of reviews and did a lot of research before buying and the main reason I decided on this one was because of the rotating brushes. They scrub the floors in both directions and suck up the water when pulling it back. I live this vac and have also used on my tile floors. It does not clean the grout, but I wouldn't expect it to, but does an amazing job on the tile. I will be making another quick pass to n all the floors again just to see how much additional dirt I can get off. Great purchase, don't be scared by the other reviews. The vac will leak a little when water is in the cleaning container and you leave it in one spot, so if storing with water in the tank, our a towel under it.Doug

I like and dislike this item. The quality can be much better for money you pay for it or you can add some money and get a good quality steam mop. This mop system feels a little cheap. The mop leaves my floors so wet and it takes about 20 minutes to let them dry with is not good if you have a some tipe of hardwood floor. It's pretty hard to change pads and mop is to small if I compare it with my old one. The mop makes some squeaky plastic sounds while you mop wich is a little annoying. Good sides: it's so easy to use, mop is light and thin enough to mop under your furniture. Floors look clean after I mop.Anna

So, the ONLY thing I'm impressed with is the suction defiantly has a lot of suction HOWEVER doesn't stand on its own it falls nowhere to put the accessories i e the mop head and crevice tool and it doesn't roll on very short carpet very well at all I'm very disappointed!!!Elizabeth R
