It's so weird. I originally bought this product a month or two ago in the shade Light. I'm usually NC15 and it looked like a good match for me online. I got it, and it was darker than I thought but not outrageously so, just enough that it bothered me. However, the formula and coverage itself was wonderful and became my every day foundation even if the shade wasn't the match I wanted. So then I went ahead and bought the Fair, hoping it'd be a better match, and even if it was too pale, it's almost winter time anyway. The color match was better this time with the Fair. I am 60 years old, with dry, sensitive, post-menopausal skin. I have fine lines, redness and enlarged pores to consider, when using complexion products. My skin is light with pink tones. I look for clean formulas without chemical sunscreen. I just could not find a medium-coverage foundation that is not matte (looks dry and settles in lines) and not dewy (transfers easily and emphasizes pores). I have tried so many products, have read all the reviews, and have heeded store employees' advice. And yet, my holy grail foundation remained out of reach. Until I tried the IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Foundation. PROS: This formula grips to my primer without mottling and is not drying nor dewy. It is comfortable on the skin and protects my skin without irritation. The wear is very good, providing a skin-like finish that can handle the occasional hot flash. CONS: This product is only offered at Ulta and the brand website, so I worry about the company discontinuing it for lack of volume sales. I'll start off by saying I was NOT a fan of It's original cc cream… It was too heavy, but worse still, were the shades. I'm usually a "light" or "light/medium" and their "light" is a hideous yellow color with a very GRAY cast to it. Their "medium" is just pumpkin orange on me. So I could never find a match. On a whim, I tried their "Bye Bye" foundation in the shade light/medium though. And to my shock, this shade was pretty much a PERFECT match. So my advice is, IGNORE what they say the "undertones" are… The light/medium is NOT cool toned. If anything it is warm/neutral. And I'd look at the newer shades they make because I honestly think they are much better and more realistic looking. Also, the formula of this foundation is incredible. It is literally the ONLY thing I've ever found to replace my beloved and very expensive, Chantecaille "Future Skin" foundation. It doesn't settle into fine lines AT ALL and it looks great all day. And when I do a "half and half" test (meaning put the "bye bye" foundation on one half of my face vs. another foundation) it wins EVERY TIME! The ONLY downside is how difficult this foundation is to get out of things. It sticks in makeup brushes like I've never seen and is murder to wash out. Other than that though, this is perfection. It pairs PERFECTLY with their "bye bye" illuminating concealer. I tried their "illuminating" cc cream too and it was a glittery disaster!! But just like their illuminating concealer which has NO glitter, the "Bye Bye" foundation ALSO has no glitter– just diamond powder in it. I had been looking for a light to medium coverage foundation that feels weightless, lasts all day, and actually matches my skin tone for so long before finding this!! So underrated. This foundation has a thin consistency, so a little goes a long way and a bottle lasts a long time. I use a drugstore, non-tacky primer (personal preference), then this foundation, concealer, drugstore pressed powder to lightly help set and blend out on neck, ears and around hairline, then powder bronzer, blush and highlighter. Because I use so many powder products with dry skin, I have struggled in the past with weird textures. Not any longer!! Everything blends so smoothly. ALSO: no creasing in mouth lines or near my nose!! I've really been enjoying this foundation. I use it with YSL primer, IT concealer, & Airspun powder. No setting spray. The foundation is long lasting, doesn't make me look greasy. (I have oily skin) & the finish product is beautiful. I am very pale with some slight redness in my face, some days I have dark under eyes, and I still have red spots on my cheeks from my face mask acne. This foundation covers it all with minimal product. I feel like the makeup looks like a light weight Kardashian approved finish while also covering my imperfections. I fell asleep on the couch with this foundation on today and it didn't get on my throw pillow or couch. My make up still looks flawless with no smudges. I really love the CC+ cream and thought I'd try this for a change. A mistake. It was very watery and hardly gave any cover. I thought there must have been something wrong with it as I have tried many foundations over the years but never one like this. Although it was an online purchase, I called into the nearest Boots with an it cosmetics counter explaining about the odd texture and asked if they would be willing to exchange it for the CC+ cream. Despite a Manager getting involved, they wouldn't exchange it and unbelievably I was offered a demonstration on how to use it correctly and a suggestion to contact it cosmetics directly. This is a wonderful light to medium coverage foundation! I have been using bb creams or tinted moisturizers the last few years. I loved elf’s BB cream because it was enough to cover/blend dark spots and acne scars, but also let my real skin shine through a bit. I also like moisturized/dewy VS. Matte. Now that my favorite bb cream is never in stock, I asked for a rec from a friend and she suggested this one. Needless to say, it’s a big price jump. But I do really love this! Coverage is just what I want, I still spot conceal any stubborn acne but it covers any scars or pigmentation. It stays all day (ALL DAY), and blends without any lines or oxidation. You do need to moisturize well or use something dewy (glossier futuredew for me) to really get that glow, but it definitely isn’t harshe matte by itself. Picking a shade was tough Online because I’m not used to so many undertone options. I’m pretty fair, couldn’t decide my undertone, so I went to store for shade matching. Even though I could probably get away with a few different shades, matching in store with the matching technology confirmed the one I was leaning toward. If you're a person of color looking for a new foundation look no further, this foundatoion is absolutely amazing. I have a neutral warm golden undertone and having both undertones I do not have a lot of perfect shade matches in other brands. The shades are either too warm or too olive but this is such a perfect match to my skin. This a medium coverage foundation without looking cakey, it looks like skin. This foundation makes your skin so luminous and dewy without looking greasy, I use MAC Strobe Cream to make it even more luminous. The shade range is amazing and is a very good option for women of color and women with with a neutral or olive undertone, especially Indian women looking for a new foundation. This is my new holy grail and my forever foundation, its also very beginner friendly. The price tag on this foundation is worth it trust me you will not regret getting it and you will not find anything like it. Saw this on a friend – she looked amazing! Yet so natural! Just had to try it for myself. I moisturized and primed my face beforehand and then used my finger to dab some onto my head, cheeks, and nose, and using a beauty blender I started to blend it outwards until it disappeared into my skin. I have to say it blended really well and melted into my skin straight away, without settling into any fine lines. Although I find the formula to be quite thick and pigmented, it isn't heavy on the skin and I only required a small amount to cover any slight redness and uneven areas. The result? Airbrushed but natural. My face was very uniform-looking, and there was a slight glow which I liked and was not expecting. This is a silicone-heavy formula which ultimately I would not be able to use daily, I will definitely be using it on special occasions, as it provides a good amount of coverage that still leaves you looking natural. One little oddity I did come across was 'Alcohol Denat' as the 5th ingredient, but as someone not planning on using this often, I'm not overly concerned about this. I'm the type of person who likes a medium to full coverage foundation that won't dry out my skin. I used to wear Estée Lauder double wear until I found this gem!!! I absolutely love it. I have dry skin and many brands don't wear well throughout the day that aren't drying.I find this last from morning to night with very little change. I didn't particularly enjoy this product. I purchased it because I have numerous overly dark foundations that need to be mixed with something else so I can wear them. What attracted me to this specific one is the cheap price for the quantity and also the fact that it's an illuminating foundation, which normally is my cup of tea. As mentionned, it's dewy/glowy but the problem is that it never really dries down. I have a few other products that are staying a bit tacky but this was more than just a bit. If I have to blow my nose of scratch my face I'm majorly screwed. The normal solution would be to set it but I found that whenever I was mixing this with a foundation, it looked kind if heavy in certain areas of my face and especially between my brows. Sometimes I set my face, although it's very rare and I would've with this whitener had it not make my foundation look heavy. If I add powder I know it'll be a cakefest on my face. And I know I'd have to put quite a bit of it for the tackyness to go. In the end I had to use other products I own like the in order to lighten my foundations. This one unfortunately just didn't work out on my skin. Some people with different skin types than mine might love it but as for me it's a dud.sarah.l

It is literally the ONLY thing I've ever found to replace my beloved and very expensive, Chantecaille "Future Skin" foundation. It doesn't settle into fine lines AT ALL and it looks great all day. And when I do a "half and half" test (meaning put the "bye bye" foundation on one half of my face vs. another foundation) it wins EVERY TIME! The ONLY downside is how difficult this foundation is to get out of things. It sticks in makeup brushes like I've never seen and is murder to wash out. Other than that though, this is perfection. I’ve been searching for a new foundation to be my go-to since the Peach Perfect Matte foundation I love has been discontinued. Now I’m so happy because if they hadn’t discontinued I would never have tried this! My new holy grail hands down. My skin has loads of texture from scarring and goes slick with oil by the end of the day, but not while wearing this. I find my skin can breathe so much better with this foundation and it looks like… skin! Literally it dries down so beautifully, no mask transfer AND if I touch my face with all my makeup on it feels just like soft clean skin. Even my husband noticed a different. I can wear through a whole work day without any oil poking through and no touch ups needed. If you’re on the fence with this, just buy it! So I'm new to buying expensive foundation and didn't know which to try. I have combo skin (oily t-zone, dry everywhere else) so I looked into Foundations that were supposed full coverage & were good for dry, combo skin. I usually wear drug store foundation but as i do makeup on social media like ig & tiktok (Guerita_Rdgz, mostly eyeshadow bot other makeup mini tutorials) figured i needed to try out some expensive foundations. After going through hundreds of reviews not knowing which to choose and feeling somewhat overwhelmed by so many foundation options but not wanting to spend a crap ton I purchased, Anastasia Beverly hills, Patrick Starr, both nars (this one & the luminating foundation) & kosas! I actually waited abt a month giving all the foundations an equal shot with the same primers to see what worked best for me. Out of all 5 Foundations the best ones that were truly full coverage and made my makeup look great, lasted all day. didnt make me oily considering i didnt get a matte foundation, and worked well with moisturizing spf, and 2 diff primers on top of my skin was this Nars foundation & the Patrick Starr foundation. Abh was a good runner up. I didn't care much for the other two, as they seemed more like a skin tent. If you don't want full coverage I'm sure those work fine but i wanted full coverage. I will repurchase this one again, I usually wear drug store and I can say some of those were better than the other two Foundations for a third of the price (wet & wild photo focus, milani conceal & perfect, revlon colorstay, Maybelline super stay, Maybelline fit me, elf flawless finish) Overall this particular foundation is one of my favorites to use, I don't get oily with this foundation as others have stated it makes them oily I didn't find that to be an issue for me & I have a really oily t-zone as long as I used a setting spray right after applying my foundation & then i used a good setting powderGueritaRdgz
Been wearing this for a few days in the colour Vienna. When I put it on my skin in the morning, its full coverage that gives my skin a beautiful glow without looking greasy. I don't like the bottle as there is no pump and a little difficult to get the foundation out of the small top. However, after 5-6 hours the foundation oxides SO BADLY and the colour turns very orange and looks greasy. Unlike other foundations I have used I can dab at my face with tissue, and it will remove the oil without removing the foundation which is good- but I don't really want to look like a greaseball in the first place- especially when I put powder on before. I wont be buying this again but I will use the rest of the bottle for when I am going out for short periods. PROS: Initially a beautiful finish, non drying, non cakey, full coverage, no scent, non-transferable. CONS: Expensive, oxides into orange, SUPER greasy after 5-6 hours, creases in lines, no pump.Tia

I decided to try this recently when I saw it for the first time. I like neutrogena products, and when I saw it had Hyaluronic Acid in it, purchased it. The applicator brush took a little getting used to. Dabbed a couple spots on each side of the face with applicator, and then spread it with a make-up sponge. It applies incredibly smooth and creamy, and evenly. Kind of feels like whipped cream. You don't need to put much on, and the coverage is excellent. It is not heavy or cakey, but light. You don't feel like you have any make-up on. Doesn't settle into lines or wrinkles. It minimizes them, and works on them while you are wearing it. It makes your skin look better. I like foundation colors with a little pink in them so I chose the soft beige (5O) and it was the right match for my complexion. This is now my go to everyday foundation when I am not going outside for a prolonged time I use neutrogena healthy skin foundation with sunscreen it when I will be outside in the sun doing an activity.yvonne973
At first, I strongly disliked this. It didn’t go into my skin but kind of congealed on top of it. I do use moisturizer first, always have, because my skin is very dry. Decided to try a different moisturizer after 3 days. (I was using body moisturizer because of my extremely dry skin) I bought a facial moisturizer. That did the trick. When I use this facial moisturizer, the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hydrating Tint Foundation glides on effortlessly and blends into my skin perfectly. It gives a radiant sheen, not as dewy as I thought, but definitely not matte on me. And the color nude was matched to me on their website. It actually is the perfect blend for me. No lines where the make up ends. It’s like it was made specifically for my skin tone. I’m light olive complected, neutral yellow/pink undertones. I don’t have a problem with the sponge applicator – I put the makeup on it, then the back of my wrist and use my fingers to blend it into my face. I do use the sponge applicator for under my eyes and finger blend. FWIW ; I could never wear makeup under my eyes. They would tear. I don’t have that issue with this makeup. There’s no scent to it. Not hydrating at all. I got it because so many tik tok bloggers advertising it, and it was last time when I’m buying something after such promotions like “foundation will age you, this tint will not”, the true is – THIS TINT WILL. And I don’t even have dry skin. First I really hate its smell, usually I’m okay with scents of almost any cosmetic products, but this one stinks like alabaster, or something chemical/artificial or glue. Texture not buildable at all and on the skin it looks flaky, even on top of very strong moisturizer Atopalm. Tried apply with many brushes and sponges and then it’s became just spotty or flaky. 2 stars for shade, colors are nice in this line, but package would be better with pump especially having such texture, it’s all stays on walls inside of this bottle. Maybelline Fit Me line has been around for quite some time now. I have owned the Dewy version and the Matte version of this foundation. They are both pretty good foundations. Especially for the price point! The coverage of this foundation is medium to full coverage as it layers very well without causing noticeable or patchy areas. Especially for the price point! The coverage of this foundation is medium to full coverage as it layers very well without causing noticeable or patchy areas. I received a small tube of this in my Ipsy glam bag back in February and INSTANTLY fell in love. I have very sensitive skin that has negative reactions to almost everything so naturally, I almost gave this product to my mom but decided to try it out for myself first. I was completely mesmerized the first day of wearing this foundation. I was concerned with the shade because I am usually a porcelain shade, but Shade#21 was surprisingly perfect and did not make me look orange! I have mixed feelings about this foundation… I have combination skin and tried this foundation with and without primers, powder or setting spray result was pretty much the same… Pros: 1. Shade is perfect for me, 2. Feels nice on the skin when applied, don't feel like I'm wearing foundation… And that's about it. Cons: 1. It doesn't stay! Touch your face and you'll have visable fingerprints on your face-no joke! (and nooo! I did not use to much foundation!) 2. It'll transfer easily on to your face mask in no time, 3. My pores are ENORMOUS even on my forehead where I've not even knew I have pores of this size, 3. It creases in the finelines pretty badly, even if I'll set it with a bit of powder, 4. It creates strange dry patches on my skin, 5. after couple of hours wear it starts looking cakey, skin looks oily and you can see that it's breaking 6. if you'll try to fix it or even touch it up it'll make things even worst. Concept was great and I really hoped it'll work but for me unfortunately it's a fail. Shade is perfect for my skin tone but that's about it. I had 010 cool cashmere, firstly shades run lighter than they appear, even after oxidising. I also have shade 044 cool chai so I can mix the two when I wear tan or use as a bronzer, and that too was lighter than expected, so I would say go a shade darker than you think or go try in a shop first. I tried this because of Tati as she is closer so my age I thought I'd give it a go. It is full coverage and a lot does go a long way. You have to dab to blend, no rubbing at all or it will look awful. It is long wearing too and to me, looks better on the skin after an hour or 2. However it does make my lines look worse and I do have to ammend that. The smell isn't great. At all. Does smell like they mixed in some plasticine. For the price its a very good foundation however I probably wouldn't buy again because I am on a journey of finding a foundation I love rather than like. The coverage is not all there, at some points it feels sheer so you have to really build up. I use shade "fair beige", it isnt listed as an option on influenster though. This is one of my favorite foundations! I have pretty bad acne scars and foundations/concealer that can actually cover my problem spots are really hard to find. Catrice works very well. The bottle itself is nice, had an eyedropper top which makes getting the product out super easy. I put it on the back of my hand before blending onto my face. The foundation has an interesting scent, almost baby powder or luvs diaper type scent. Not unpleasant. Foundation blends well and a little goes a long way. Medium to full coverage and buildable. Feels like you aren't wearing makeup at all once it has been set with powder, and leaves a matte finish with staying power. This lasts all day. Also VERY affordable, order from amazon! I think in theory this is a great foundation. It’s definitely more medium-full coverage which is great for my acne prone skin. The first day I tried it I didn’t use a primer, which was a mistake. It clung to my dry patches (combination skin) and ended up looking really oily by the end of the day. The second day I tried it with the Hard Candy Hydrogrip primer, which helped a lot. I only had to touch up with a little powder later in the day. My biggest complaint with this foundation is that it oxidizes. It looks fabulous going on, but a couple hours later looks too dark for my skin tone. If I had known this in advance, I would have bought a shade lighter. The shade I did buy, however, will look great in the summertime. Overall, this is a great foundation for the price. Why did I wait to try this! I think it took me a few years to wean off matte only foundation , when I realized the beauty of some glow on the skin. This is a great foundation.. honestly I've never been disappointed with loreal foundations! I have 2 shades in this and it wears fairly well on my combo skin. My fave way to wear this now is mixed with the loreal 24hr foundation, gives just the right amount of glow. I hardly use my Charlotte Tisbury flawless filter now. I purchased this based on a review I saw on youtube and oh.my. gosh. It's so worth the $38. I have dry skin and this doesn't cling to any dry patches. It makes my skin look smooth and hydrated and doesn't show any sort of texture. It covers all my acne scars and the light discoloration I have from old acne scars. I've applied this with a beauty blender sponge as well as a brush and both ways gave me great coverage and it was very easy to blend. I do prefer the sponge better but I usually always do. I like that it's got SPF 25 in it so I don't have to worry about applying sunscreen before hand ( I always forget). It's not completely transfer proof but I would say it's one of the more mask friendly foundations I've used lately without feeling really heavy on my face. I've always disliked liquid foundations in the past, but this Dewy Photofocus from WetnWild is the one exception. I have large pores and combination/acne-prone skin, a fair complexion, and in late 30s. I really can't find any flaws with this foundation. I mean, it doesn't contain spf, which would be nice, but it doesn't matter because it's that good! I love this stuff. It is so easy to apply with a blending brush and a damp sponge. I bought the wrong shade at first, but corrected that immediately. I suppose the shades could be improved. Shell Ivory which is described as a "Fair Neutral" is anything but neutral. The undertone is heavily reddish. Anyway, went with Porcelain ("Fair Warm") which is a perfect match on my skin and undertone. If you are any more pale as in "Very Fair" or Fair Cool, you probably won't find your shade, at least until they might add some more. This foundation is way better than expected. In fact, the Dewy part is really just "hydrating" and it actually dries and sets without looking cracked, creased, or greasy. It has a beautiful finish, just normal and healthy. I don't use a primer or moisturizer as I don't need to with it. Although, I do consistently maintain and prep my problematic skin with proper cleansing, masks, and exfoliation before and/or after wear. I can add that it definitely evens out any redness or discoloration. It will also provide medium buildable coverage, and I always set it with a finely-milled, hydrating transluscent powder. I have 52 year old aging skin with rosacea, large pores and wrinkles and this foundation is absolutely incredible. It does not crease, fall or look patchy throughout the day and I don’t even wear primer or setting power. I promise it doesn’t need it. It blends incredibly and the color choices work – I am pale and have neutral skin. I was getting so depressed because I couldn’t find anything (yes, I have tried them all and am currently and Estée Lauder user) that worked to make me look natural and not made up or splotchy. This product is definitely a new favorite of mine! I am used to primarily using only high-end brands for foundation but this one may change that for me. The best things about this foundations are the incredibly beautiful finish, the buildable coverage, and the wear. Two things I do not love are the plastic paddle applicator and the smell. Upon application, the smell is a strong paint-like scent, however, it dissipates within a few minutes. Coverage is medium with one layer but can be built up to full coverage. I tried everything to make this foundation work. I changed my moisturizer, my primer… everything to make this work, but no matter what you do this foundation sits on your skin really weird. Once it sits on your face for 2 hrs, it begins to separate and clump around the mouth area and my skin isn't even dry. It does have a blurring effect on your pores, but it emphasizes dryness and texture everywhere else. It also DRIES DOWN IMMEDIATELY. I swear after you dot it on your face, then go to blend it out, it won't budge and it leads to unblended splotches of foundation all over the face. I'm really good with base makeup but after using this my skin just looked bad. I also got told I looked orange so this oxidizes a lot, for all my brown girls, I don't recommend.[brand:no7]adella.l

If I don't love a foundation, I'll only get about 1/4 through the bottle before giving up on it.. I can usually tell after the first application, but I often give them more tries than I should. And if/when I get through an entire bottle, even if I really liked it, I love trying new brands instead of repurchasing a previous one. You never know what you're going to discover! But this just might be one of the few that I repurchase (it's only ever happened one other time with bareMinerals, so the fact that I want to restock this is shocking and very telling for me). I have the shade Calico (normally fair/light/porcelain – depending on the brand and time of year), and Fair in the matching concealer (normally fair/light). Both are far more perfect matches than I expected, and this foundation blends really well. I have combination skin, and two things I don't much care for with liquid foundations are how heavy and/or oily some feel, but I haven't experienced that at all with this one. So far I've only worn it in the winter (anywhere from 20 degrees to 60 degrees), so I can't speak for how well it holds up in the humid NC summer weather, but I'm loving it so far. This is me with a full face of makeup, so it's not just the foundation you're seeing, but I love it!stevi.m
