I like this concealer. This is a full coverage concealer and It does cover dark circles completley, very little goes very long way. It's a littke thicker formula but easy to blend. It's a little drier formula than I am use to so I don't powder it because I have dry skin but it's a great concealer it lasts longer than others and it goes linger before it starts to crease. It does not oxidize which is wonderful. Unlike other concealers can it does not get cakey It's also doesn't transfer as bad as some others. No fragrance which is great. I noticed if I put just a tiny bit to much it definitely will crease but it does last all day long. It's not to drying I just have dry skin bit I did easily fix the issue with a great under eye cream.. This concealer does brighten my under eyes and it's smoothing I love how smoothing this is. I can use this concealer as my f oundation also as long as I moisturize rely well and I have some texture and it is smooth over my te ture it also brightens my face and full covers any redness or te ture or anything it smooths. It doesn't crease and stays all day long, it doesn't get patchy oily or dry. Not cakey and it is surprisingly ve r y comftorable on my face even though it is a full coverage formula it doesn't feel like a thick heavy full cover formula it feels comfy on my skin and no breakouts! I don't powder because of my dry skin if I powder it's just a dusting of compact translucent powder. The Good: I've been using this concealer since it first dropped and got it's initial hype and this is one of the only products in recent history that has truly and wholeheartedly deserved it's fan rage. I will continue buying this and always compare concealers to this holy grail product, most of them do not measure up. The matte version of this concealer is a nice creamy-liquid formula that is quite hydrating when it first meets the skin, however once blended out and dried it showcases it's mattifying effects. The regular (matte) version of shape tape is truly a MATTE concealer and is perfect for oily, acne-prone skin. I especially enjoy this concealer in the summer when my combo skin leans oily and find that it's lasting powers always outweigh whatever foundation I'm wearing (especially on a particularly hot day), therefore in the summer I've used this as a foundation as well. When I really need something to stay put on my face, this is truly my go-to most reached for all around concealer. The shade rage is stunning (I own it in 3 shades) and no matter how pale or tan my skin is throughout the yearly changes I always can find my exact match. This is also a truly high coverage concealer, this covers any redness or dark spots flawlessly. I absolutely love this stuff and will continue to re-buy. The Bad: I tend to not use this in my under eye area unless I really need the intense pigment payoff from this because it's quite mattifying which can accentuate any kind of fine lines or wrinkles. The Ugly/Honest: The price of this has been continuously rising and it was already a pricey product. I run through this in the summer time and it comes with a hefty price. The applicator is super large for a concealer which makes it hard to control the amount of product used in one area and is overall unnecessarily large. I'm 47 and just learned about how to contour my face. I've had a lot of problems finding a product that works with my paler skin tone and also doesn't crease or highlight wrinkles. I've tried the famous 6-powder pallet by Anastasia and another one by NYX, and a cream pallet by MAC. Even though they're all the lighter versions, they're all still way too dark for my skin, and too orangey, and the powder ones are completely awful for fine lines. The dark contour colors make me look like a zombie. Someone told me to just try concealer in a light shade a couple of shades lighter than my skin tone and a medium shade of the same – in neutral undertones. I am fair skinned but not THAT fair (I have brown hair); usually wear a light sand foundation. So I picked Light Neutral for highlight and Medium-Tan Neutral for contour. Could not be more perfect. First I moisturize my skin and then I "patch apply" (with a sponge) a thin layer of foundation just where I need it. THEN I do the contour and blend with a thick brush. This way they blend easily and don't crease. I don't put ANYTHING on the outer edges of my eye because absolutely everything highlights wrinkles there but other than that I have not noticed any settling or creasing at all. This concealer was just awful on my skin. I do the same morning routine and skin prep every morning, and for some reason, trying to use this concealer with my daily routine was just a mess. It's patchy, and just doesn't stick to my skin, regardless of using my usual primer. It's like the more I blend it out, the more it slides across my skin and reveals my skin underneath the concealer. It clings to every little dry patch on my face, regardless of moisturizing beforehand, emphasizing dry patches I didn't even know I had. It just looked so textured and awful, my skin looked so bad. I even tried to layer my usual concealer on top of it as a last ditch effort and it just made my usual concealer look awful. This concealer sincerely made my skin look just plain gross. I had to wipe off everything with a makeup wipe, it was bad enough where I just couldn't fathom leaving the house like that. I'm very fair skinned. Often find consealers hard to match to ny complexion. I went for Light Sand. When testing on my hand, it seem to have a yellow tinge to it. However, once blended in and warmed into the skin, this becomes less yellow and well blended to match. As a pale, neutral tonne to my skin i found this shade very qell matched. Good wear to the product, however less is more. Adding to much will leave a creppy dry look so add a small amount then add if necessary but spreads well creamy, easy to blend, good wear and great size product for cost. I used a beauty consealer blender to apply and blend consealer. You may find foundation then consealer for under eye if you have creppy skin already or consealer then foundation for dark circles. I picked this up because I have been in between concealers and my current has been out of stock. This one came recommended as a really good option at the drugstore price point. I don't think I've ever panicked when trying to blend concealer, until today. I used a small amount on the inner corners of my eyes to start, the color was pretty atrocious, just gross. It highlighted my dark circles and they ended up greenish and still dark. It also was patchy and cakey. It would not diffuse at all. It was so awful I immediately washed it off. I thought maybe I'd just try it again with a fresher face, so I cleaned off all my makeup added a little extra eye cream to maybe help the product move more… however it was exactly as horrible as before. I have pretty sensitive combination skin. I would say under my eyes are maybe on the oily side, this product dried them out. This concealer is very natural looking but still provides lots of coverage for both the undereyes and blemishes. I would improve this by offering more shades. All of the shades run very yellow and it would be nice to have something more neutral. It is long lasting on oily skin. It has a radiant finish which i prefer in a concealer because it looks natural but still covering. The packaging is decent but it does sort of leak the concealer around the rim after a while which gets annoying. It shouldn't be that hard to get a decent package. Wasn't sure of my shade so bought a few different colours to try, managed to find a good match. Its not a very thick concealer so not good for covering spots but works well on under eye circles. I was hoping this would be a good dupe for Clinique line smoothing concealer which covers better but sadly has been discontinued. I was super impressed with this concealer. I was excited to try it and hoped I would like it because I like the foundation so much. I was right. I do. I have been using it daily since I got it. I mainly use it under my eyes. But is great for spot concealing as well. I got 2 shades. One closer to my skin tone color and the other a little lighter. I think the thing that is modt impressive go me is that when I use this concealer I feel like you can just see me. My face. It's so natural. The Age Rewind Concealer is a makeup product made by the makeup brand Maybelline, its purpose is to “erase” dark circles making your eye look fresh and radiant. I found out about this product through an ad in a social media app called Tik Tok, in which the content creator created a makeup look with it. The main strengths of this product it’s its small and convenient package and the variety of color shades. I really like the container because it resembles a lipstick making it convenient and easier to carry and take around with you without taking a lot of space. The way the product pours into the small sponge at your own liking makes it much safer to have around without having to worry about if it breaks or spills in your bag. Maybelline has always been great at serving a variety of different shades for many different skin colors unlike other brands. I think specially on concealers it is such an important detail to have to fully serve the purpose of the product. The main weakness of this product is the sponge applicator. After purchasing it and using it for my everyday makeup I realized no matter how much little product I try twisting out of the collar there is always product left behind. Leaving product behind is totally understandable due to the sponge applicator but it is very unpleasant to see how dirty the cap and sides get because of the sponge. Also, I find it very unsanitary because sometimes you don’t wish to wear makeup and the left residue being applied close to your eyes after days of not using it can cause bacteria or not have that “fresh” and “radiant” look. I was very skeptical about this because of the spongy tip. I've tried others with similar applicators and was very disappointed. However I was very happy with the way this applied. It was exactly the opposite of my other experiences. It applied very smooth, blended well and had good coverage. Plus it felt really good on my skin. However, I was a little disappointed in the end because I gave it some time to settle in and I went back and looked in the mirror and saw the same problem I've been having with other makeup lately. My skin was very scaly and dry where I applied the concealer. I recently received the Vanish Airbrush Concealer. I am always looking for a concealer particularly for my under eye area which is dark and has a prominent vein under the left eye. I try to balance the concealer not being too light (where it doesn’t at all camouflage) and being too dark (where it doesn’t “brighten up” the under eye area or just looks like an awkward shade which doesn’t match the rest of my face). This is particularly tricky online when colors don’t necessary reflect the in-person shade. There is a “how to find your shade” section to assist in choosing your concealer shade, so I used this. Honestly, I didn’t know if the shade recommended would be best, but upon receiving it and trying it, it’s quite good. With just a dab, it did a nice job of blurring my prominent vein, while also blending nicely with my skin tone of the rest of my face. It dries fairly quickly which I prefer, so I can get my makeup done quicker. I make sure to moisturize the area (which I typically do anyway) to help it not feel dry or encourage creasing. I love this concealer! I originally bought a mini size to try it out and immediately went back and purchased full sizes! I use birch and crème for my skin tone/color. A LITTLE bit goes a LONG way, seriously you need the TINIEST dot of this concealer because it is very pigmented and spreads out really well. You have to work with it fast because it will dry down almost immediately after application. I use a concealer brush to stamp it in the areas where I need the most coverage and blend out, I then go in with my BB to fully blend it all seamlessly into my skin (dry workers better than damp most of the times but I like it both ways depending on how much coverage I want/need that day). It has been my go-to ever since I got it and will repurchase both shades when I run out. Even with trying out new concealers all the time, (I collect and buy/try new beauty products as a hobby and side passion) this is still the concealer I go back to on a daily basis for my everyday/realistic makeup looks. If you had issues with it creasing- try using a much smaller amount and then setting it very slightly with your favorite under eye power or setting powder. I really like the CT flawless powder under my eyes or the LM under eye brightening powder is great. I really love the HG Vanish loose setting powder with concealer too and found they work beautifully together. A great drug store option is the No. 7 brightening powder (you can find this at Target) it’s a pretty great dupe for the CT powder and like $12! OK, I have tried probably 30 different concealers at this point, from drugstore to high-end, & never have I found one that I immediately thought "I hope they never stop making this stuff"! In fact, I'm fuming because it's SO GOOD but so expensive! But I will have to repurchase it! I do plan to try a darker shade like Cedar or Apricot so I can get an exact match to my foundation shade, but for now I've got the shade Silk & it gives a beautiful, lit-from-within brightening effect to my undereye. As I approach 40, I've definitely got fine lines and this stuff does not accentuate them at all – it totally blurs them! It's long wearing, not drying, & crease-proof. Seriously, skip spending the money searching for the perfect concealer and just get this one! I am in my 30's now and accepted the fact that my skin is different. A lot of foundations that might have worked for me back then, don't now. I have also turned to a make up minimalist and went from make up artist to I just need to look alive touch and go. The consistency of this concealer is thicker but not as thick as tarte's shape tape. It is similar to Nars creamy concealer. I was surprised by the shades. I was color matched in person. I am a light-medium with olive undertones, but the 11c looked a lot better on my skin. So be careful when selecting your shade. A little goes a long way. I applied with my fingers and felt that if I put too much it was hard to blend. Also it does dry down pretty fast, but that is why I dot a bit and blend. Dot and blend. I have very dry skin, I moisturize with my squalane face oil and my first aid beauty face cream. It seemed to have worked. If you have dry skin, make sure to moisturize. I feel that if you have oily prone skin this may work better on oily skin types because the formulation is a bit drying. Due to the formulation, I feel that if you have dark circles with fine lines, this may set into your fine lines or cling onto dry patches. It is an okay concealer. I am still on a hunt. After returning and exchanging products and spending maybe 2 hours at Sephora trying on countless different concealers, I finally decided to ask an employee for help (shout out to Fabrice at the Burlington mall!). She matched me to the shade 6C in this concealer. I thought this concealer might be good for me because of its moisturizing ingredients, and boy was I right! I tried it on in store and it looked pretty good, so I bought it. Later at home, I wanted to test this concealer so I washed my face and applied a small dot of this concealer without moisturizer or primer. I was SHOCKED. It's hard to tell in the pic, but there was NO caking or patchiness, and that little amount was able to cover up that much! I think the product will end up creasing a bit after wearing for a few hours without powder or setting spray; but in my case I'm only using it on the darkness of my under eyes. I STRONGLY recommend this for people who are looking to only cover up under eye dark circles, whether you apply makeup to the rest of your face or keep the rest of your face bare. I'm a concealer fanatic; sometimes I just apply a bit of concealer and forgo foundation so I'm always excited to try new ones. This concealer from Milk Makeup is a welcome addition to my concealer collection! The formula is great; very lightweight and medium to full coverage and doesn't crease. It does a fantastic job of covering my blemishes while brightening up my undereyes. I selected the shade 13W – Medium with warm undertones, it's a close match, a tad lighter than my complexions and I tend to prefer a perfect match. I’ve worn 50C Honey Beige Cover Crème (used to be Chroma 3 Honey Beige) for 30 years. I was interested in the “Cover care full coverage concealer” for a couple of reasons. I like the manner of application (using an applicator) instead of rubbing my finger or a sponge down in the little pot and smearing it on to my face. I also like that once it dries it is no longer creamy (which, even with setting powder, will always smear). It’s all good – except the color. After going through the painstaking “Shade finder tool” process, and looking at the minute swatches on multiple monitors, I ordered what seemed to be the closest match, 50W. It could not BE more ORANGE. It makes the 50C cover cream look gray by comparison. I can still use it- but I have to go BACK and cover it with the cover cream to correct the color. So what’s the point? I like the product, but need to find a color that would work. It appears that the darker the shade, the more orange it gets I don’t need a darker color, or a lighter color. I need a less ORANGE color. I would be willing to try a lighter shade (maybe 40W?) and mix 2 together. But honestly, at $28 a pop, it’s a pretty pricey crapshoot.DBbahboo
Product is terrible. Doesn't blend well, always separates and becomes flaky and patchy. Doesn't matter if I blend it with my fingers, a brush, or a sponge. Doesn't matter if I put it over or under my foundation (Dermablend brand.) If I use it with, or without primer. (Dermablend Brand, or other brands) or even just on bare skin. Sometimes it happens immediately, sometimes over the course of a few hours. I've been using dermablend for almost a decade, but I can't use this concealer without ruining my makeup for the day.JessAR
I purchased this on a whim; not sure I was going to like it. I was intending to use it to cover eczema scarring on my arms. Well, I did use it for that purpose but found I really liked it to cover circles under my eyes too! It’s not super heavy (like I worried it might be) and feels comfortable and not heavy or cakey. I don’t wear makeup at all so I usually do not like foundation or concealers either. I have Type 1 Rosacea and dry skin plagued by eczema that flares up regularly, so finding foundation and concealer products that cover redness without accentuating flaky skin is super challenging. I try to follow a less-is-more philosophy with my makeup, so I like my concealer to do double-duty where possible. When I opened one of the two tubes of Dermablend Cover Care (color 5C), the fat doefoot applicator pulled off and I had to fish it out with my tweezers. I popped it back on but and have treated it carefully since, and it didn't happen again. The large applicator is really convenient because it holds a lot of product, so you aren't dipping back in the container over and over. For my face, I used my regular skincare products. My moisturizer doubles as a primer. Working on one side of my face only, I dabbed the Dermablend on my undereye, in the nasolabial fold, and around my mouth. I also applied it to some patches of broken blood vessels on my cheek. I then used a damp microfiber blending sponge and blended the concealer out so that I had a sheer layer over my whole face. I also used a bit on the red places on my decolletage, and blended that as well. The results were great! Even when blended, the concealer did a FANTASTIC job of covering everything and evening out my skin color. I don't generally use setting powder and I didn't feel like I needed any. Overall I think this is a great product for spot applications, used along with a regular all-over foundation. It is truly opaque and will cover skin discolorations from dark under-eyes to rosacea. I did notice that it didn't work well with the flaky skin near my nostrils, which is a trouble spot of mine. This concealer does feel a bit drying and, due to its opacity, "sits" on the surface of your skin. It's not translucent at all. It blends with a damp sponge but not with fingertips, it seems to "grip" and dry down quickly on the skin; this is probably what helps it resist smudging. I did notice the results created a kind of flat effect on my skin, so next time I will go in with a bit of contouring and some highlighter, maybe even blush.Giannarama
This is a creamy, lightweight, hydrating concealer. This has great coverage with one coat. It is long wear. It’s also waterproof and transfer resistant. Everything it claims it is. It give a nice natural matte finish. It covers redness and doesn’t enhance scars or fine lines. I’m extremely fair skinned so I did go to a darker shade than I normally would from this brand, the N6 but honestly I should have went darker. It’s a lot lighter than the foundation N6. An everyday makeup bag essential !! I have Warm Undertones in my skin & often find it difficult to find a concealer that gives good coverage without too much Orange in it. I received this Complimentary Concealer in the Shade Cool Walnut with the intentions of using it as a bronzer / contour shade and it is absolutely perfect. I tested out the wear for a couple of days to see how well she held up and was honestly super impressed. The Overall Consistency was surprisingly light weight & thin but the Coverage is Medium to Full and buildable, best part is she lasted all day with no touch ups needed!! I already love Bobbi Brown correctors (I have the stick one & 2 in the little pans), but I was looking for a full-coverage concealer for days when my dark circles aren’t that evident or I just need a bit of brightening under my eyes. This concealer is definitely full coverage (see photos) with just one light coating, & blends into the skin like a dream – I use a small dense brush & just tap it in. I don’t even need corrector with this! I set my undereye with a basic setting powder on a puff & this lasts all day, does not cake or crease, & does not slide or melt in the humid weather we’re having. The applicator was weird at first – I was like, what the heck? But, it’s actually great for controlling the amount you use! Use the side with the little hollow for applying a big swipe, the folded back side for a small amount, or the pointed tip for really precise application. I think it’s genius!! Love this formula & it blends seamlessly into my makeup look with a great brightening effect. I was previously using the BB Instant Full Cover Concealer in Beige which did crease on me, but only a little. I purchased this new concealer in Beige and the colour match was perfect. For me it gives medium coverage as I cannot use a lot of concealer due to my dry skin. I have used this with and without the BB corrector underneath. I prefer using a corrector underneath for more coverage. I have never found a Concealer that has not creased on me. And I was so happy to discover this concealer did not crease on me. However, because it settles down to a matte finish, it does make my under eye area look dehydrated. My eye area is dry as the desert, so I always make sure I prep and moisturise my eye area extremely well. I'm appreciate BB made this available in the 2ml size so I could test first without having to spend money on the full size. I think this is a really good concealer, but it's just not 100% right for me due to the dehydration issue.Neety

The concealer is super great for everyday wear and truly lasts, it did for me even after an active day and a concert at night! It's my new favorite to say the least😍! Bottle:The concealer bottle is durable (accidently dropped it haha). The color on outside the bottle is pretty accurate to tone when worn. Application: Light enough for everyday coverage but not full coverage on one layer. Applies smoothly and a little does go a long way I was able to use one dip for my entire face for a natural look! The applicator is super soft and carries a lot of product so makes sense there's less need to continuously replenish the amount on the applicator, if at all dependent on the coverage type you want! I had purchased the Super Stay stick foundation on my own and loved the results so I was super excited to get to try their Super Stay Active Wear cream concealer. Like their stick foundation, this concealer is definitely one that’s going to STAY put in my makeup routine. I like how nicely this concealer blended into my skin. I used both a makeup sponge and a brush and both times it blended seamlessly! I loved that this concealer left a nice natural finish with the option to layer; The first couple of times I used just one layer for a more natural finish but on some days when I wanted a heavier look I was able to add more layers without it looking to cakey. I also like the fact that you could use this concealer with other formulas. Sometimes I like to mix a stick concealer along with cream and this blended in perfectly with the cream and did not separate. And my favorite pro of this concealer is that it LASTED! I put my makeup on very early in the morning and sometimes it’s on for more than eight hours. I love the fact that my under eye looked perfect from early in the morning until it was time for me to take my makeup off later on at night. I received this product for free to try from Butterly. When I received this product, I'll be honest I was a little disheartened as the colour I was sent (colour #70) is too dark to use under my eye. When I thought about it some more I was able to use it to contour my cheeks. The doe foot wand made it easy to be really precise about wear you place the product. A little goes a looooong way and the coverage is fantastic. I can see how it would be great under the eye. It is also more on the watery side which makes it easier to blend, but move quickly because it sets quickly. It blends out so nicely into a natural look and stays put all day, even on those super hot days. We had a heat wave over the last couple weeks and my skin tends to sweat and get a little oily in warmer temperatures. I did not notice any fading or bleeding. As a makeup artist for over 13 years, I am always looking for the best concealers to have in my kit. I am definitely adding Covergirl Outlast Extreme Wear Concealer. First and foremost, I love a product that works and doesn’t hurt my wallet—the price of this product is perfect. Second, I love having a concealer that is long lasting and transfer proof because (depending on the client) it may be used instead of foundation and still provide a flawless finish. I wanted to really test all the abilities of this concealer, so I wore it to bed. Obviously, I do not recommend this but I was surprised to see that I did not have noticeable creases in my smile lines usually caused by dried out, cake like concealers. It was really great to see that this product looks fresh when you first put it on and when you have worn it for over 12 hours. I thought this blended really well with my skin and with my foundation. As an esthetician for almost 20 years I love everything skincare, makeup and hair care related. I was given this Covergirl Outlast 3-in-1 Full Coverage Foundation to try. First off I am a big drugstore makeup girl. I have high end products but I always strive to find drugstore variations for myself and my clients. I have combo skin and can be prone to breakouts. I am in an area that is quite cold right now. The first few days wearing this it was not very cold here and the foundation was amazing. Definitely full coverage but not heavy at all. It does work well as a foundation, primer and concealer in one. Under the eyes though it can be too drying for clients with fine line concerns. As the weather grew colder I did find this drying which did accentuate my fine lines. I did change my moisturizer for the colder weather and decided to apply the foundation to dewy skin with a beauty sponge and set it with a spray vs powder. I also applied it with a hydrating primer and this does help as well. The sponge application makes a huge difference and does allow me to wear this when my skin is dryer. At the end of the day it was a little dry but nothing that would stop me from using it. It is transfer resistant and did great through my workouts. This is now one of my favorite foundations and will probably be what I wear all the time in the warmer months. Covergirl does have a good shade range so that's a positive when recommending to my clients. I have been a cosmetologist for over 25 years in a make up artist. I have tried a lot of make up and products in my years. I was sent Covergirl Outlast Extreme Wear 3-in-1 Full Coverage Liquid Foundation as a testing promotion and was pleasantly surprised. I don’t ever wear foundation but the older I get as I approach 50 I have many sunspots and imperfections that I would like a little more coverage that would last all day. I was impressed that I got that coverage I wanted at the end of my long workday. I applied concealer and then the foundation and then a powder and I applied it at 6 AM and did not take my makeup off until 9 PM. My make up still looked fresh and had full coverage. The good thing about this one is it’s three and one waterproof, SPF 18, and sweat proof. I have definitely out of this to my makeup regimen on a daily basis and I’m very pleased with this product. I highly recommend it if you were looking for some thing that offers more coverage than just a pressed powder and some concealer. I have heard amazing reviews about this concealer but was reluctant to try it as i generally have bad experiences with concealers including very highly rated ones. I am in my early 30s, I have extremely dry skin with texture and lines from dryness. Most concealers tends to look like dried powder on my skin after it settles because of how dry my skin is and it emphasizes lines and texture so I have really struggled finding a nice hydrating concealer that works well with my dry skin and provide coverage that lasts. I recently purchased this concealer and I have used it every single day. Its creamy, hydrating, not oily looking at all and I am able to use it over my entire face and it sits beautifully on my textured dry skin. For me it cover blemishes beautifully and wears so well under masks and throughout the day, I truly am so glad I tried this. It wears very natural and radiant. i honestly wanted to love this concealer and i still do for some reasons. this is my second kosas concealer bc the first one i got was too light for me (works well for around the face but not under eyes). anyways my main issue with this is it’s super yellow/olive no matter what shade you get. 6.8W which is my most recent purchase was described as peach undertoned however it’s superrr yellow underneath the eyes. now this isn’t an issue for the rest of my face since my natural undertones are olive so it works well for spot concealing. however if you have rlly dark circles that r brown / green veins slightly visible then babes do yourself a favour and skip on this bc it will only emphasize the dark circles. i’m sure a very high coverage peach colour corrector might work but since it leans olive – it’s just gonna counteract that corrector, so no point. its unfortunate bc its such a beautiful formula and makes the skin look so radiant. it’s also clean which is why i love it. if you don’t have dark circles or need a yellow / olive undertone concealer then def try this out otherwise if u have the same issues as mentioned above then skip hopefully they come out w shades that don’t lean yellow/olive in the futureShreen11
When it comes to concealer I tend to be a bit particular in terms of what I am looking for based off of my particular problem areas, etc. For me, I prefer a full coverage concealer that’s more yellow based to cover up my dark circles. In terms of finish, I do like my concealers to be somewhat matte as I do have oily skin and tend to like a uniform matte look throughout. After trying and testing this complimentary concealer however, I am still on the fence with it. While I do think the coverage on this concealer is pretty decent, unfortunately, I tried a shade that was a bit too cool for my warm skin tone and didn’t give me the brightening I was looking for and I needed to layer it with another concealer closer to my shade range. I also wasn’t crazy about the finish as it was a bit creamier and “radiant” for my liking. I think if you are looking for something for a natural, glowy look and feel this concealer is perfect. I am constantly looking for a concealer that will hide my very dark circles without looking dry and cakey. This one does the trick if you use the tiniest bit. Too much and it fails, so I apply pin dots with an eyeliner brush. I gave it four stars instead of five, because the color match is not great–just a bit too light and could be peachier. Great natural skin like finish which is why I love KGD. However, I wish they had a shade lighter. It's a bit dark for very fair/porcelain skin. Plus lighter concealers go better over dark pigmentation and under foundation. I will say lasting power is not as strong though either. That said, I live where the heat/humidity is strong.

It's been many years since I have used a concealer as part of my casual makeup routine due to the fear of creasing. For the longest time, I would opt for patting in an extra bit of full coverage foundation to cover up imperfection. I was surprised to find that this Camo Concealer had good coverage with very little creasing, better than most of the cream and liquid concealers that I have tried. It's not as full coverage as some cream products, but it's powerful enough on most days. And the ease of use and versatility is a good compromise. A little goes a long way. The product stays in place pretty well even in the summer with a very thin layer of powder. The key is to start with a very small amount in places where the skin doesn't move when you squint then pat it out. Add more only if you really need it, so there is less product to sink into those creases over time. If you want even more coverage, let it sit on your skin for a few seconds before patting it out. I only do that for very specific, corrective type of contouring that requires a lot of pigment in a tiny area.snoopyip2009
I'm very fair skinned. Often find consealers hard to match to ny complexion. I went for Light Sand. When testing on my hand, it seem to have a yellow tinge to it. However, once blended in and warmed into the skin, this becomes less yellow and well blended to match. As a pale, neutral tonne to my skin i found this shade very qell matched. Good wear to the product, however less is more. Adding to much will leave a creppy dry look so add a small amount then add if necessary but spreads well creamy, easy to blend, good wear and great size product for cost. I used a beauty consealer blender to apply and blend consealer. You may find foundation then consealer for under eye if you have creppy skin already or consealer then foundation for dark circles. This covers my dark under eye area on its own with no colour correction and it does not budge. This is RECORD breaking for me – my dark areas are terrible. It's lost a star for the following reasons… It's so matte and must be applied quickly. I have to pat it down a lot for the perfect finish before it sets otherwise it disturbs and goes a bit cloudy/cakey. It doesn't like too much building as it sets so quickly. I'll be honest, it can go slightly wrong texture wise sometimes even with these tips but it still looks utterly flawless. If I go wrong on application, it's only mid natural light that you can see any texture issues and even then it will look flawless unless you're about 20cm away from my face. I'm rarely that close to someone unless it's a quick hug or a night out where there's music then it's usually dark so that light level isn't an issue. It also doesn't like going directly under my eyes on my fine lines – it creases. It's only used on my very dark areas in the inner corner where there are no creases. I use a different radiant concealer further over where my creases are. This concealer is perfect for what I need it for and has 100% increased my under eye confidence even on a bad application day. I really wanted to love this concealer. I really love Bobbi Brown products and swear by the foundation, eye products and most recently the face and eye base. My skin color has changed due to a medical condition and I and taking a new look at products to see what I can use with my existing products to make them work. I chatted with one of the representatives and they suggested the Full Cover Concealer in Golden for my under eyes. I've used the dark circle eraser, but not the concealer. I was also very interested in the Eye Base since I'm in love with the Face Base. I purchased it and now that my skin is clear, I tried it. This was my first time opening it, and the first thing I noticed was a stringy thing hanging off the end of the brush. No problem, I wiped it off and continued. The concealer applied well and looked great when I set it …… for about an hour. It settled into every line that exists under my eye. I'm so disappointed. I wish look fantastic sold the porcelain bisque shade in this product. For my skin the porcelain shade is not bright enough under my eyes. It is definitely as described ‘instant full coverage’ but not in a positive way because it just feels too heavy and it does not sit well on my skin. I have to add a bit of moisturiser to this product as I apply it because it highlights fine lines and I can see it’s residue on areas of my face even after blending. I have tried different ways of applying but it is the same regardless. I miss Bobbi Brown’s tinted eye brightener, it was just the perfect consistency, even as a concealor. I prefer the Bobbi Brown corrector, under eye concealor and the Bobbi Brown intensive skin serum concealer but again wished that Look Fantastic sold the porcelain bisque shade because I always have to go elsewhere. I went on a hunt not long ago to find my perfect concealer. 1st, I tried the cult favs. 2nd, the YouTuber/Influencer recs. Finally, I stopped listening to what worked beautifully for everyone else, & did my research. I tried several based upon what I learned. This was one. I'm still using it, alternating/combining w/another. I love this concealer's application, coverage, pigmentation & the formula. The ingredients are great, the smell is lovely. It doesn't arrive in an overdose of wasted packaging that takes up 1/4 of the trash can either, nor w/annoying box 'fillers' that I have found for quite some time here & there. There's a decent range of shade choices, & it mixes well w/other products. I have nothing con/negative to say, I only use a 2nd concealer for a little additional coverage/slight shade difference, & only in certain areas. I'm a fan of the E.L.F brand by itself simply because its affordable and it works better than most drug store brands in the same price range. I have freckles and get breakout here and there so I'm always looking for a good concealer or foundation. I ran across this one not long after it came out so I had to try it out! I paid $8 for it from a CVS. The coverage was pretty good and I really liked that about it of course, but the shade I picked out was way more yellow toned than I care for. Im pale and I'm in between neutral and cool toned when it comes to my complexion shade so the yellow in it really made my skin look bad, but I later tried a different shade and it matched well. As far as being 16 hours worth of coverage, that's a negative. I live in the South so needless to say it stay hot af pretty much all the time….this only lasted about 5 hours in the weather I live in. But If you're like me in the sense of color tones and want something thats full coverage then definitely try this one out!jessica.p
Prior to discovering the Elf Camo Concealer, I was using Tarte Shape Tape which at that time was my favorite concealer ever, but I didn't love the price point. When I heard that the ELF Camo concealer was similar in formula I just had to try it. It's been over a year now that I've been using ELF instead and really I do feel like I get the same results as I did with shape tape. My main reason for using concealer is to cover my genetic dark under-eye circles and occasional acne, and this does a great job of covering both of these skin issues and has great lasting power throughout the day's activities. I'm also impressed with the longevity of wear – I do a ton of dancing as a hobby and this concealer lasts well despite the sweating. I'm very fair skinned. Often find consealers hard to match to ny complexion. I went for Light Sand. When testing on my hand, it seem to have a yellow tinge to it. However, once blended in and warmed into the skin, this becomes less yellow and well blended to match. As a pale, neutral tonne to my skin i found this shade very qell matched. Good wear to the product, however less is more. Adding to much will leave a creppy dry look so add a small amount then add if necessary but spreads well creamy, easy to blend, good wear and great size product for cost. I used a beauty consealer blender to apply and blend consealer. You may find foundation then consealer for under eye if you have creppy skin already or consealer then foundation for dark circles.
