Horrible customer service. Forgot to add my tester piece, then tried to pretend the u-clip doesn’t come with a tester piece when everyone on social media receives one. I even emailed you guys and asked and you told me it comes with one. Didn’t even offer me anything for the inconvenience after waiting almost a month for the hair, and the hassle of shipping it back… because of your mistake. I ordered U-clip extension after discussing my requirements with not just one but two of the customer service representatives. They told me that these are not human hair but CAN BE HEAT STYLED. So I confidently ordered them and opened them at the salon on the very day of an important event I wanted to wear them on. The hairstylist put them in my hair and when she tried curling them with curling wand they won't take any shape! My experience with purchasing this was a nightmare. First off the color matching was awful. They insisted toffee was a light brown and the photos it does look a lot darker. With them as experts I trusted them and blindly purchased the hair. Sadly after a long shipping wait I received a light honey blonde color with streaks of brown in it. I was shocked it was nowhere close to my brown hair or even similar to the photos online. With the current policy there is nothing I can do but keep these extensions and buy a new set. The new set thankfully matched, but now I have extensions I will never use sitting at my house. I hate wasting because it is bad for the environment and a waste of money. My suggestion for you is get rid of the online color matching. With this amount of money it cost for the customer to buy INH product it's too risky. Instead, do what other higher end companies do and make swatches for customers. For an example allow a customer to choose what they believe is their color. When they go to check out give an option to send Free-$2.50 per swatch for color matching prior to sending the product out. If they like the color they can email the support team to continue with the color they picked or update the order to match what they like. The customer then can hold onto these swatches for future references. Another option is to allow people to buy swatches of hair only. This is what a lot of companies do already for an example MUDPAINT & APT2B you can order swatches prior to buying their products. Lastly the hair is super heavy I don’t think there is anyway to improve this. Maybe add a note in the discription for people who have a sensitive scalp.Jessica B.

The instructions indicate the hair comes with a protective chemical coat, but if this is 100% human hair, why would you add something that is going to make the hair look, feel and smell like synthetic hair. I'm guessing it's potentially a mix of natural and synthetic hairs. I ordered the Espresso and the hair strands are very thick. If you have fine hair this won't work for you. My hair is thick so it might pass as my own hair. To this company: please stop ruining natural hair with chemical substances and leave it natural (if it's actually 100% human). I bought these for my wedding and to have for special occasions. The color "butterscotch" matched my hair perfectly. They hold style really well and blend with my natural hair. I do agree with another review that they feel almost like Barbie hair versus human hair but for the price and my first set of extensions, I'm satisfied. I've been wearing tape ins for just about 3 years. Had a lot of bad ones, rats nest looking, and clearly not human hair ones. These by far are the best ones yet. Definitely 7A and When left to their own devices you get beachy waves. For about 32 days I wore them while on vacation and they were trouble-free. No tangling, normal shedding, minor breakage where the dye is and taking them out produced a little leftover goo, but a handful of washes got it all out safely.
