This is not the same product as I have used for years. I wished I had seen others comments before I bought 3 of the light brown. The bottles are almost empty. You have to bang and bang them to get anything out. When it comes out it is a different consistency kind of like chocolate powder. You have to look very close to see the difference in packaging. The ingredient list is slightly different and these say packaged by spencer something and the real xfusion does not. Do not be fooled this is fraudulent. I purchased both the white and the grey as my hair is salt and pepper. I had hoped the white would brighten up the right side of the hair closest to my face. Y’know, these hair products are varied and it takes time and trials to find just the right product for you. This product works great for me. My hair is very fine but very dense. By that I mean each hair is silky and fine but there are tons of them. The liquid version of this is good too but gives a firmer result. I often combine them a bit. I used to love this product and I've used it for years. Like another customer review on here, I also think the product has changed and for the worse, unfortunately. The other review was from the UK, but I'm in the USA and I'm seeing a change as well. I've tried two different retailers and both purchases had the same quality issues. This is my first time using this type of product so I really don’t have anything to compare to but there’s no need to try any other. This works great, matches my hair well, looks natural and is lightweight and doesn’t leave my hair stiff. There’s a variety of shades available to help you match your natural hair color. It’s better to match closer to your root if you normally color your hair. It’s applied by shaking it on thinning areas and then patting to disperse and distribute the fibers. It should be used on completely dry hair. I had a virus with high fever for days and about 6 weeks later, I started losing my hair by the handfuls. I lost about 60% of my hair. I had thinning throughout my entire scalp but it was especially noticeable around my temples/hairline at my forehead. I was frustrated and to the point of almost shaving my head because I was embarrassed. I wore hats and turbans to cover my balding spots. A person in my support group recommended Toppik. Aging and prescribed medications have caused my hair to thin out, leaving my scalp way too noticeable for my liking. I have tried several different products, but none were as effective or natural looking as Toppik. Application is so simple that I was able to cover the bare spots in less than a minute. The top of the container has super tiny holes, making it simple to sprinkle as little or as much product needed to camouflage the balding areas. At first I was skeptical that it would come out when I brushed my hair, but my concern was unfounded. No matter how many times I brushed my hair, Toppik remained in place. I even rubbed my head with a white paper towel to see if the light brown color of the fibers would bleed. I am happy to say there was absolutely none of the product on the paper towel. Thin haired female here. After a lot of trial and error with different products and clip-on hair (ouch), I finally decided to give Febron a try. This is an update review. I have now used this and OMG IT IS GREAT!!!! I have bald spots due to an allergic reaction to anesthesia. I will no longer need to wear a hair piece nor a wig. I ordered the 18 g size ("trial size") but will be ordering the large economy size next time. For all of you complaining about the fibers on your clothes and in the sink and everywhere else, the simple solution is hair spray. Spray your bald spots and let it get sticky, it will not work if the spray is wet. Then sprinkle the fibers. DO NOT SHAKE THE JAR. Hold the jar on it's side and tap the jar. A few fibers will come out. Pretend you are putting cinnamon on toast. Gently tap the jar. Then have someone look at it. Does it need more? If not, then spray again, then comb or brush your hair into position and SPRAY AGAIN. I used this Wednesday and today is Friday and it still looks great. You cannot tell where my hair ends and Hair Illusion begins. LOVE THIS STUFF. BTW I have not been compensated for this review, although I wish I was.
And it came out amazing. 3 days later nobody knew and I added I shape my on beard and hair line and was rushing for an event and messed my lime up! Next thing I knew my line was so high. It looked normal to others but I knew It was messed up so I decided to try this product. And it came out amazing. 3 days later nobody knew and I added hair illusion (which is made from human hair) look at how great it looks.. I also purchased the pump and the adhesive products. I gave it 4 starts because this stuff is price as heck. But look how great it made my beard (thank God I have good shaping and blending skills) the results will vary according to your talents I recommend watching YouTube videos. Step1: apply hair illusion adhesive. Step2: apply fibers. (And my) Step3: apply Spritz (which is a hair hold for regular head hair) to the face. I notices if u used the hair illusion adhesive it leaves a white crust if u put too much and spritz doesn't do that. GOOD LUCK!
This stuff works. It really does. You do have to get the trick of applying it correctly though. If you use holding spray, wait 45 seconds, then apply, either with the original applicator or (my preference) buy the spritzer thing and don't go crazy. Check often with a handheld mirror, apply just a spray or two of the hold spray again, and finish the application. Put a towel around your shoulders because some will fall onto your clothes if you don't. Prepare to wipe some excess from your forehead and behind your ears, finish with some more spray and go. My wife says she can't tell it's not real and wouldn't dream of letting me leave the house looking like a fool so I plan on continuing as long as I can before it's finally time to shave it all off.

Frankly, I was a sceptic, but sometimes when you have an issue or problem, you try anything. I had a small balding spot occuring at the side of my head and it became more prominent when I'd wear a ponytail. I'd seen numerous "fiber" fill-in hair products and thought it was worth a shot. It actually does work! No need for a brush-type applicator, I just sprinkled a bit over my spot and to my amazement, it didn't show anymore.
