This Elixir has been a game changer for me. As skeptical as I was I'm so glad I gave it a chance. About two years ago my hair completely stopped growing and it was always dry and unmanageable. My curls were lifeless and my hair was simply falling apart. I decided to get a half weave sewned into my hair so that I can have some length and add a little life to my dull awful curls. I realized their was magic in this product so I ordered the shampoo, conditioner, and leave in conditioner and that's when I REALLY started noticing the difference!! My curls feel so soft and moisturized and I have definitely noticed hair growth and yes bald spots are gone! My then thinning dull hair has come to life with nourished, fuller, and healthy bouncy curls. My favorite is the leave in conditioner. My hair is always always moist and soft. I received this product for free from Influenster and Dr. Berg Haircare in exchange for my honest review of the product. I tried using the product several times, alternating how much of the serum I used each time. I did not like the feeling of the serum in my hair, and it seemed difficult to get wash out. The serum felt very oily and greasy feeling while in my hair and it took several washes to get it out. The instructions say to massage it into your scalp for 10-15 minutes. I’m not sure about others, but there was no way I was going to spend 10-15 minutes massaging it in. I have used other serums and never had to massage it in for that long. I recently had issues with low vitamin D levels which caused my usually thick, long, healthy hair to become lifeless, dry, and caused lots of hair loss so was excited to recieve this product to try. First off I love the smell of rosemary and it smells so fresh in also like that it has vitamins D E which is much needed especially with the issues that I'm dealing with. I've been using this product for around a month or so and noticed my hair is much shinier and been having less hair loss than before. Okay so first off, the directions are a bit of a turn off. Massage it for 10-15 mins on your scalp? That’s a long time. I did maybe 3 and that was enough for me. Next the scent, not my favorite but bearable. The feel, well…. It’s oil so I expected it to feel oily but this coated my skin and I had to wash my hands twice pretty thoroughly and they still felt a bit oily afterwards. Didn’t really sink in, just sits on top. My hair did look nice and shiny the next day and my scalp felt good and I didn’t see any flakes so it did it’s job. Would I repurchase myself? I am truly a fan of this product! The uses for this product are endless when it comes to giving your body a bit of TCL. The consistency is super thick so I highly recommend using a carrier oil. I use Tropic Isle Living Jamaican Black Castor Oil for almost all of my DIY products from my whipped moisturizer down to my scalp oil. However I hadn’t considered using this product on my lashes. Number 1, I really like that this product doesn't make my scalp greasy when I apply it. It soaks right in. It has a nice peppermint smell to it that makes my scalp tingle in a pleasant way. I love this. My daughter's curls are 3a-c. Sometimes when doing my daughter's hair, especially when combing to braid up/or for braids, it can get very dry during the process. A little bit of this oil, not much at all, just a pea sized amount, helped tremendously! I will ALWAYS choose this over unnatural, synthetic, over fake fragranced oils! There are so many fake, silicone, paraben filled products, parabens are not good for you. I feel confident choosing this. I love this oil so much, I am leaving my other "moisture" brand. Usually when i braid my daughter's hair, she has an itchy scalp before the end of the night, even after using dandruff shampoo and leave in. So far she has had no itching for 24 hours. I suggest while braiding the hair, look for the flakey spots after washing well, then add dime sized amounts to the spot. Me? I added while combing, then added some over the braids. Braids can look dry sometimes, lackluster, and this oil I think would be great for that. I am caucasian, my daughter is biracial, and I have been doing her hair for 13 years. I know good product when I feel it. This is a great oil for braid days when you want to protect the hair and let that oil soak up! You gotta try it. I had a hair emergency….I was using head and shoulders for awhile for my dandruff and I was experiencing extreme fall out and scalp sores. Very happy with the ingredients, texture and smell. I would not advise using this every day prior to styling your hair because it is mostly comprised of oil. It is going to be greasy so what I found effective is applying it with grow gorgeous hair density serum to the scalp. I mix them together and massage my scalp for a minute. Then I take about a nickel size of this oil by itself all the way down thru the rest of the hair brushing from scalp to tip. If you are curly or wavy you obviously can leave out the brushing part and rely on your hands to evenly distribute the product. I put it up in a bun overnight and wash in the morning. I do this twice a week the night before I wash and condition my hair. I do a double wash to ensure I rinse out all the oil. I learned the hard way the first time. I've only been doing this for a couple months but my hair feels and styles nicely afterward so I'll continue on. I have fine stranded medium to thick density hair. I've dreamed of a super thick pony but I'm thankful for having a lot of hair albeit baby fine.Product Lover

I've been searching for a good shampoo for my wavy/curly (2c-3a) hair for so long. All of the others either dried out my hair or left my roots feeling greasy. I bought this for my boyfriend who has very long curly hair. It is dry and he has dandruff. Before giving it to him I experimented on my very healthy virgin hair. The smell was so strong I couldn't breathe and I had to wash it immediately! It left my hair dry and lackluster. My boyfriend liked the smell but his curls were left straight and very very dry after 3 days of not washing his hair the extreme mint scent went away leaving a rancid smell to him. I bought this shampoo to help with hair shedding. Not sure what it did as far as shedding and hair growth but it definitely detoxed my scalp which is amazing. The scent is very herbal which I am not a fan of. The shampoo doesn't lather that well so I found myself using a lot of product and for the price point I didnt like that. This spray is very nice and smells quite pretty too. Since I have been using it, my hair has been falling out less, which is great as I used to struggle a lot with hair Loss. I started using a really expensive cosmetic castor oil product to grow fuller eyebrows. I know you are supposed to give a product about 2-3 months to work because of the eyebrow growth cycle, but about a month in I decided to try this product. The other product came with an agitator brush to stimulate brow growth so I use the brush with this product as well. I like the other brand too, but I will switch to this one for eyebrows. The applicator on this product is better than the other brand. I also use this product overnight on my lashes, and my lashes seem plumper under my mascara the next day. When I get dry ends from styling tools, I use a little bit of this product and massage it into the ends. A little goes a long way, and if you use just enough your ends will get soft without being greasy. Was excited to try this, the ingredients are phenomenal and I loveee the smell. Unfortunately, after using as directed for about 4 weeks, my hair started to actually thin out and fall out. My scalp became very red and sensitive after leaving this on for more than a couple hours. I think this is clearly not for thinner & finer curls, but for hair with low porosity. This is the first time I buy a Camille Rose product and I am very satisfied. The oils contained are all natural and are renown for beautifying the hair. I apply every night on my scalp and then I massage in circular motion to help the serum penetrate the follicles and work its magic. It is too early for me to comment on its efficacy in terms of hair growth, but surely it leaves my long, curly, untreated hair shinier and healthier looking. It is a little more expensive than other serums available on iHerb, but I believe it is worth the money because it only contains natural oils (no mineral oils, parabens etc..). Also I like its light, sweet scent which is very unobtrusive. I am planning to try the other Camille Rose products available on iHerb. Omg, this oil is the bees's knees! Holy heavens, it smells like cherry cream soda and is good enough to eat, coming from someone who is extremely sensitive to smells! It is amazing with Ayurvedic, organic ingredients, lightweight and suitable for daily use as a leave in during nightly scalp massages, weekly hot oil treatments or added to a deep conditioning mask. It actually soaks into my low porosity hair type, instead of just staying on the surface and making it oily, which is huge!
