I have 3B curls, processed hair that I highlight and color purple. I’m a hairstylist, so I take care of my curls. I need a curl cream with enough definition and hold to carry me through day 2, and possibly day 3. I used to love the original It’s a 10 styling cream as my go to curl cream. Nothing compared, and I tried many different products. So I was devastated when they discontinued it, I saw this and decided to give it a try. I love it so far, my curls are soft, defined, good hold, and smell great! I only wish they had a bigger size of this cream!Alicia V.

This is my new favorite hair product. As someone with a lot of hair, but very fine hair, it’s hard to find a product that doesn’t weigh me down- this allows for my hair to have shape and volume that lasts. The best results I’ve had came from using a denman brush to curl my hair, smoothing the roots over once. This method achieved beautiful formed waves for three days after. Verb is much less expensive than other curl products I’ve tried and it out performs all of them. I would highly recommend this to anyone with loose curls or waves, especially those with fine frizz prone hair like me. For reference I use this after I wash my hair with a kevin murphy cowash. Wow, I love this! I was hesitant because I see a lot of influencers use it and I always worry that that over hype things. But it really does reduce frizz and hold curl. A little goes a very long way, so it is easy to overdo it. My hair is 2C/3A and I live in a pretty dry climate and this was the perfect balance. I will say it did seem to "weigh down" my hair a bit more than other products, however, I'll take slightly less volume to have non-frizzy and light curls. I love Verb products. This one was new to me, but I had to try it. Glad I did! My tired, frizzy, permed curls were dying quickly. I needed a pick- me- up for them and this did the trick. A little, tiny bit goes a long way – all of Verb is like this. I love that because the product lasts, which means I'm not spending a fortune on hair, but getting a good, quality product. Also, the curl lasted all day until the next shower. It's not greasy, smells nice and not like a bunch of grocery store chemicals. It actually lifts my curls and gives a bit of volume without weighing them down like some creams can do. There's movement and the styling is natural, but stays in place.GuenX

I have loved just about everything I've used from Paul Mitchell. The product seems to do what it is designed to do, only tried it once. However, I would like to know how this product passed quality control due to the smell?!! It literally smells like the bottom of a litter box with 4 Male cats. I had to spray body spray in my hair because I was afraid other people would think I had on dirty clothes. I haven't decided if I will return it since my hair seems to like it (fine loose curls). It's super easy to apply and I was looking for something that not only added moisture to my hair but would help bring my dry damaged curls back to life and this product has been very good so far! It's soften my hair and I can see the hydration by how well my hair stayed together it didn't feel coarse, and controlled my frizz. My wavy curls have definitely improved in bounce. I've only been using it for about a week now but I noticed how well the product was on the first try! Definitely recommend it and will continue to repurchase!Kay

Forgive me if I go into too many details about my haircare regimen, but I know the curly girls out there that need to know for this review. I use leave-in conditioner, curl cream/definer, followed by gel for my curls, then scrunch with serum once it's dry and set. I used the Pacifica Curl Definitely Defining cream as my second step product, and it worked well, better than other brands of similar price point. My hair had good definition and volume for a few days. But my real issue with it, is why does it come in such a small container. WHY?? Anyone who has curly hair knows they use a lot of product. I'm mad about it. 4 oz?! That's two weeks of product for me. So I use this as my travel curl cream, but I do not use this on a daily basis because frankly I'm mad about it.Kathleen

I am always hesitant about curl creams and them being to heavy and weighing down my curls, but I absolutely love this one. I started with the smaller size in case I didn’t like it and I quickly had to get the full size because I loved it so much. My curls don’t get frizzy with just stepping out the front door in the FL heat anymore. It’s does a great job with keeping my curls clumped while keeping it still feeling like hair. I LOVE this hair cream!! I found it "by accident" when I was on vacation and forgot my hair gel. I bought a travel-sized one at the health food store there and was NOT disappointed! I was so excited to find a Pacifica product, as they are my favorite. I've been using the Salty Beach Waves hair balm for over 2 years, and now this Pineapple Swirl is right up there with it. I had to buy a regular size. I have a lot of curl in my hair and this really defines and amplifies the curls! It also cuts down the frizz. A little goes a long way, too! I put about a dime-sized of it in my hair when it's almost dry and I'm good to go! I love the natural ingredients and the smell is divine and not at all overbearing. I have long, fine, curly hair that can be a bit unruly and loves to frizz out in the summer humidity. I try to wash it only two times a week so I was excited to try the curl reactivator to see if it helps revive my curls. It works great in tandem with other curl products like the curl mousse. However, if it's the sole product you are using on your hair I will say that it's not enough to combat frizz, for me at least. That being said, it definitely does what says, it revives curls, especially ones that are 2+ days old. It doesn't weigh down the hair and make it greasy. My hair feels really soft after using. Really nice lightweight product that is perfect for wave/curl touch ups. If I’m honest, this isn’t too much different in performance to a watered down hair conditioner, but I love the convenience and that they got the ratio right. I have thinning hair and I love that this product doesn’t weigh my hair down or make it oily/greasy at all. To get the most out of this product, I like to slightly dampen with water and then go in with this. Not necessary to take that added step, but it helps stretch out the product more. It has a nice light scent that doesn’t overpower any fragrance you decide to wear that day. Also a huge plus in my book!betablinx85

I got this at the store today because I am trying to embrace my wavy hair for the summer and put less heat on it. I originally went to get the lightweight curl cream and figured I would get both. I tried this today on day 2 hair and I’m pretty impressed. It reformed my curls and took the frizz away. The only reason I deducted a star is because I felt like I needed to spray my hair with water to get the full effect. I was hoping this alone would do the trick. I will still continue to use this though and maybe on day 3,4,5 I can use without water. I have hair extensions as well and it works on them too. I have fine hair and so far I don’t think it’s made my hair greasy. Good product if you’re staring to embrace your natural hair like me.ajb5146

I am about 1 year into my CGM journey, and at this point – I rarely find products that work as well as my hair's natural oils. Even though I try to avoid shampoo, when I do use it (before hot tools or after about 3-4 weeks of conditioner rinses) I need to add a bit of moisture to make up for what I've rid my curls of. I tried this product after a wash day. It is one of the only products I've tried recently that actually feels natural in my hair. It helps to define curls and rid frizz. It dries with a light cast, but just enough for my hair to clump not enough to leave a waxy/dry texture like other competing products. I rarely feel comfortable using only one product. It's either a natural look sans products, or a mix of products (leave-in, oil, cream, maybe gel and spray etc., Depending on the style). This product is a mix of both worlds; leaves my hair natural looking without being too fluffy, yet offers enough moisture and oil for clumping without being heavy. Love the shine it adds. Ouai Curl Crème saves time for me since it's a cream + oil + hydrator + styling product. Great for traveling with. Easy to refresh dry hair with or style wet hair with. The scent is so luxuriously floral yet sweet, the packaging looks elegantly simple, and the bit about the "ex" on the packaging gave me a good chuckle. Ouai Curl Crème has my curls screaming, "oui, oui!" I have natural roots, ends relaxed and dyed (damaged), mix of curl textures (2b-3c), long length. Great on my husband's beard, 2a hair, and my son's 2b-3a hair. My hair is high density, low porosity.Amber

This product is clearly a creme that is not shy to define, and give your hair a subtle yet noticeable shine. IMMEDIATELY after drenching my hair in water, and applying the product, I barely had to touch my hair, and the definition was VERY apparent. Y'all, when I say, I was shook… I have never in all of my 21 years of life had a product instantly define my hair upon application. I barely had to finger comb. It for sure provides a nice element of moisture as well, and I find that the more I've used it these past couple of weeks, the softer my hair is getting. I'm not 100% sure if it's this product, or some of the other products that I've been using in my hair for the time being, but I do know that this is clearly the moisture and defining agent in the squad of hair products I've been using. This product has chia & linseed oil, babassu oil, and coconut oil in it, which are clearly carrying the product and running so that it doesn't even have to jog on it's own. Babassu oil is known as an oil that promotes high moisture retention, which seals the moisture into your hair shaft (ideal for high porosity hair types), and you know lack of moisture retaining products in your haircare routine is one of the #1 causes for breakage. Chia seeds are rich in fatty acids which work to not only penetrate your hair shaft (great for low porosity hair types), but seal in the moisture as well. Linseed oil is the same as flaxseed oil, which is high in vitamin E, and not only treats hair loss, but promotes growth. For my dry scalp peeps, flaxseed oil also can be used to prevent dandruff, and can provide relief. If you have damaged hair, or chemically processed hair, this is very ideal, since it has great moisture retaining properties, and it seals damaged cuticles. I have pretty curly hair but it's very fine and I was worried this cream would be too heavy but that is not the case at all! I use this on my hair while it's wet by section with a denman brush and my curls look incredible. if you diffuse, it creates a great mask for the curls that you can brush out after. my curls seriously last 3 days through workouts, sleep (I plop/pineapple my hair without a bonnet and they stay!) DC humidity, all of it. I use it with the OUAI medium shampoo and conditoner, and it's smells great! not perfumy or overwhelming. cannot recommend this more! in my pictures the one in the green shirt is day 3 curls, the other one is day one.larklewis

I had high hopes for this product because I genuinely love all the other tea tree products from Paul Mitchell. I didn't realize that one of the ingredients had apricot in it. This is my mistake, I own up to it. I should have just read the label before applying it but i was so excited, i had completely forgotten to until my scalp started getting itchy. I’m a 62 yr old woman with naturally curly hair past my waist. My hair, not extensions. I don’t blow-dry my hair or use curling implements. Every once in a long while (like 5years) I will use my ceramic flat iron just to have a different look for an occasion. But I’m a wash-and-wear woman. I live in Florida, and had not yet found a product that kept my hair from frizzing. I’ve used PM products in the past and liked them. Especially the Super Skinny Serum. So when I came across this product at a salon I decided to give it a try. It keeps my hair smooth without weighing down the curls. Once dry it can be a bit “crunchy” like a lot of leave in products. But i’ve found that gently scrunching my dry curls breaks it up, and leaves my hair soft, shiny, and curly. Unfortunately, as with other reviewers, I find small chunks of white in my hair after applying, even with pumping it into one of my palms and then vigorously rubbing my palms together to warm and emulsify the product. With as much hair as I have, combing through my wet curls and picking out the chunks is tedious. Will it keep me from using the product? Doubtful. Simply because it really makes my hair look lovely. However I may have to resort to using it only for special occasions, until the problem is solved.Wash&Wear Woman

I have 2c mid back length hair. I tried this product alone without any other products. It smelled good while applying but left no other scent once dry. I scrunched this in and allowed to air dry. Once my hair was completely dry there was no defined curls. It wasn't crunchy. It seemed to weigh my hair down. I tried using less the next time and still no results I was looking for. I use this daily on my curly hair. It doesn't leave my hair greasy feeling or looking like some of the other products I've used over the years, and I like the light coconut scent. As others have commented, it is a thick product and difficult to get out of the bottle, but my solution for that is to use a pump top from another product (like Mrs. Meyers hand soap) cut to the length needed for the SheaMoisture bottle. I save the screw-on top and use it toward the end of the bottle when the pump won't get out the last bit. Then I turn the bottle upside down, and when that doesn't work any more, I get a plastic knife and scrape the rest out. It's too good to leave any behind!!Barbara C.

I have received Shea Moisture Coconut & Hibiscus Curl & Style milk in exchange from topbox my honest review. I have curly and very dry hair and the tangles are my challenge. This product worked awesome on my tangles and I loved the Coconut smell. It is sulfate-free, paraben-free. Also cruelty free and fair trade. Ingredient list is great. It is super thick, so thick that hard to get out of bottle. It would be even better if it had a pump on the top of the bottle. Other than that it was super amazing. My hair kept the style so long. Anybody with type 4 hair please buy this. I used this for the first time with the curl souffle and my only gripe is that I didn't try this a lot sooner. Super moisturising and lush on the hair. Gorgeous. My hair feels completely nourished and this is just on the first use. I would recommend if you are a thick type 4 you be quite generous when you use it because a fair amount works a long way if you are a tighter texture.Anna

I was looking for a product like this for months. This product did everything that is shown in the description. It was lightweight and gave my hair body for over two days. It wasn't crunchy at all and got rid of all most all the frizz. They do need to change the pump situation gets clogged easily.Melanie

In conjunction with the Brazilian foam, this works wonders for my curls. It doesn’t take much application. It also doesn’t make my hair feel dry. This curl cream was one of my first purchases from Mielle! I was very excited to use it, it actually worked great for my curly hair at first. My hair actually started growing out thicker. I was also using the avocado moisturizer with this curl cream. Unfortunately, I noticed that with or without the moisturizer, my hair still looked like dry curls! This is my favorite curl cream from their collection and keeps my hair looking amazing for like 3 days after I initially applied it. I usually use gel after curl cream but with this product I don’t have to. My hair texture is 3C and I recommend this if you have the same hair type. I have long, straight, black, glassy hair. My partner, however, has bleached, frizzy hair (naturally light brown hair to platinum. ALSO, since he is super impatient he doesn't let me bleach his hair *properly* so it ends up damaging his hair like crazy. He also hates upkeep that takes longer than 5 minutes lol) Enter DREAM COAT. It has a special polymer (fancy word for plastic) and that's why it's heat-activated. If you let your hair air-dry and use it before heat-styling, you'll still see a fantastic difference, but it truly makes the most difference when you use it as directed. I won't say the air drying is useless, for sure. So this is his hair BEFORE, with partial air drying, then AFTER spraying and using a flat iron. It looks and feels AMAZING. I usually follow up with the Mist-Ical Shine Spray (also an AMAZING product) but this time I didn't and it STILL looks and feels so soft! The ONLY reason I put 4 stars is becahse the price. It's a teeeeeny bit ridiculous, but obviously worth it or else I wouldn't keep buying it. Hair Chemist has a dupe at Sally Beauty that is almost HALF the price (and 2 more oz) However, its scent is heavier and it is ever-so-slightly not as good in performance, but a great buy if you can't come to terms spending $30 a month on this stuff. Dream Coat's scent is very mild, like a mix of water and chamomile tea. Hair Chemist smells nice, but most definitely a stronger scent. I would show you MY hair, but my partner's transformation is way, way more drastic, clearly. It completely changes his hair. Also, it says it lasts through 3 shampoos? I don't trust that lol. AND try not to use extra products or a conditioner that leaves a film, otherwise the color wow will just slip off. P.s. Let me start by saying this is a great product however there is a but… When worked into wet hair & then activated by heat, which in my case is normally a hair dry with my dyson air wrap & closely followed by either the curling tool on the air wrap or my GHD straighteners depending on the days hair goals. The product really brings my hair to life… for the day, max two days. It does leave my hair less frizzy (my GHD’s do that too mind you!) & the shine it gives my hair is stunning, I’ve had many compliments however I am one of those lucky humans who only normally needs to wash their hair once a week. This product does however make my hair appear increasingly greasy. Sometimes I can get away with using it & not washing my hair until day three after use but I often find that by the night of day two my hair looks greasy. Perhaps I am over doing it? I am not sure. I have tried using more, tried using less but it always seems the same. So I think it’s one of those products I will whip out on the day of an important event to make my hair pop but not one I will use religiously because well I’m lazy when it comes to my hair & unless my scalp psoriasis is having a flare up I do not wish to be washing my hair every other day. Even if the shine almost…almost makes it worth it. So for that reason I have given three stars. If I didn’t have the grease issue then it would be five stars hands down. I bought the small size of this to try first as I saw mixed reviews on it online. I have long, fine, non-colour treated hair, and this product worked AMAZING for me. I didn’t get a “glassy” look, but it definitely increased shine for me after 1 application. It reduces frizz SIGNIFICANTLY, and I washed my hair for the first time since adding it and it definitely still has an effect (so it worked well for first application and after my first wash after using it, so far). I am curious to see if it will actually last a full 3-4 washes. I am 40 years old and currently trying to heal my hair from damage from wearing it up all the time (ponytail, buns, messy buns, alllllll the time). This product DEFINTIELY makes it easier to wear my hair down more often because it looks great, my hair is texturally beautiful, and I don’t get the hair static to my neck that I hate, or my hair looking stringy and gross. It just does a beautiful job and does exactly what it says. I will definitely be upgrading to the big bottle when my little one runs out!! This cream is hands down my favorite of all time! I had been ordering it every time it came available through Ipsy, but was so excited to find it at ULTA with a whole family of Cake products at such a good price! I absolutely love this product. It smells great, but isn’t overpowering. It works great on my hair, tames the frizz, defines my curls and makes my hair look and feel super soft. No stiffness! I had high hopes for this product since I love their hair spray so much, but it leaves way too much icky residue on my waves. I have fine high-porosity 2B hair down to my mid-back, and only used a quarter-sized blob on lengths before air-drying (I don't use gel or mousse on top when it's just casual styling). Once my hair is detangled with a Denman-type brush and the waves are formed, I don't touch it so as not to disturb the curl clumps (that's the secret for pretty mermaid waves) I was very disappointed and surprised to feel how sticky my hair was after it was dried. There was so much icky product residue I could feel it on my hands, I literally had to wash my hands every time I touched my hair. I tried using even smaller amounts but it felt the same. My waves came out nice, but I just can't handle sticky residue when other products can hold my waves just as well without the stickiness. Maybe it's because I have fine hair, and the product would be better suited for thick/coarse hair? It's possible. I don't usually leave reviews for beauty products, but I have to say that I finally found hair products that work for my fine, frizzy, curly hair. I was skeptical but decided to give the Cake product line a try because it wasn't too expensive and Ulta was having a sale. I used DevaCurl for a long time, but recently noticed changes to their products. As a result, I started looking for replacement products and have tried Aveda, Quidad, Curlsmith, Not Your Mothers and a ton of other curly hair products that either didn't have enough hold or had too much hold. I have been searching for products that define my curls without frizz and this curl cream along with the Cake mousse is perfect! I style my hair right out of the shower. I start with Cake's leave-in conditioner spray. I use the Cake mousse to give my hair hold and volume and style with the curl cream using the styling techniques I learned from watching #manesbymell. I am pretty sensitive when it comes to smell and all of the products consistently smell the same, which is good when you using several at a time. The smell is sweet, but it is not overpowering. I ran out of my preferred gel that I get from my hair stylist. I was putting together my Ulta order, hadn't heard back from stylist about availability for product pick up, so I decided to sub for this product instead. I do the plop method, before I put my hair into an old t-shirt, I put in hair moisturizer and gel. This worked absolutely perfect for my previous gel (which is not sold on Ulta). Using the Mixed Chicks Curl Sculptor was disappointing. To be fair, I didn't realize it elongated curls, I love how coily my curls are, and it was disappointing to see them stretched out. That's on me, not MC. However, there was white residue throughout my hair in the morning and throughout the day until after I'd slept on between wash days. I have had dandruff before, and this was definitely the product, not my scalp. Most of the residue was towards the ends of my hair and stuck to my curls. My hair was also pretty sticky, too, and clumped together in a way that let many curls tangle faster than they usually would for my normal daily routine. I'm not buying this again, but maybe it works better for someone who doesn't do the plop method or mix in other products.Von

Im shocked by all the negative reviews. This was gifted to my by a friend and I didnt expect much from it since I had never tried the brand before, but its left my curls so beautiful. I use the SheaMoisture yogurt and manuka honey leave in spray and then scrunch this into sections of my hair and brush it through with a denman brush. My hair dries WAY faster when I use this and is defined yet still voluminous and lasts all week. I havent noticed it drying out my hair or anything (My hair gets really dry easily) but I use a hair mask once a week so maybe thats why. Also some people complained about the smell but tbh unless you hold it right up to your nose you really dont smell anythingKianny

I used the product after washing my hair. I used the Mixed Chicks shampoo and leave in conditioner before applying this product. It made my hair stiff and it left my hair flaky. I had little flakes of product in my hair. I prefer a cream that will make it soft.Missy

This is hands down the best curly hair gel on the market. I use 2-3 pumps for my whole head and scrunch it in after applying a leave in conditioner to very wet hair. It starts by drying hard but then as the day goes on, your hair looks and feels so soft and the curls are still in place. If i’m looking for a stronger hold because of a slick-back ponytail or something, I usually opt for a stronger gel like Not Your Mother’s. However, I still use Uncle Funky’s Daughter every single day and it’s been excellent for my 3b hair! And CGM approved!!! Worth every penny and lasts long.Natalie

I branched out a year ago to try new products for my wavy hair and I stumbled on this one. I wasn’t sure at first because it’s a weird texture. Kinda like a watery gel. I wasn’t 100% sure it would help my hair. Omg. I was so wrong to be skeptical. This stuff is in my everyday hair arsenal. I scrunch this into my wet hair after a shower. Sometimes it’s all I use and it leaves my hair soft and gently defined. If I want stronger definition, I add in Marc Anthony’s curly mousse right after this and scrunch it in with a t-shirt then let air dry. Once dry, I scrunch with my hands or a t-shirt to get the “crunch” out and my hair looks so good after. It holds the waves in nicely all day long and strong.kelly.w

Feels just like snot!! And gets the job DONE! So just so that you know, I’m a lazy 4C natural. Meaning I do bare minimum to maintain a few strands of hair on my non-chemically treated hair. I literally do not use styling products, partially out of laziness but even more so out of fear of breakage and dryness etc. I took a chance, and for the first tome in years, I tried a styling product, and this was it. It’s a gel with the exact consistency of snot. First wash your hair, condition, leave in condition or whatever, and then while your hair is still soaking wet, apply a GENEROUS amount. Finger detangle/shingle/whatever you to that usually gets a little more definition in your hair and boom. Soft not crunchy curls. Such an amazing hold without feeling like your hair is going to fall out. No flaking. When I tell you I’m the perfect guinea pig for stuff like this because I am truly so prone to messing stuff up..GIRL. Listen to me. This spray does give your hair a boost that probably couldn’t be achieved otherwise. It is in liquid form that you spray on your roots and let it do it’s magic. The reason I am giving it three stars is the condition it leaves your hair of the areas the product was applied to. It feels like it has been back combed. I like my hair to feel natural, regardless of which products are used. When wearing this, I am unable to run my fingers through my hair for instance. This stuff is pure MAGIC! You only need a tiny spritz on the roots. This product is tricky, here is how I recommend using it. On clean wet hair, spray in your leave in conditioner/ moisturizing products first, then rough Blowdry your hair to about 60% dry, then as you Blowdry your hair, use this product on your roots section by section at the root. A little goes a long way so you don’t need to spray it all over, one spray at the root is enough per section to give you volume and hold that will last for days. If you spray too much, your hair will be hard to manage and hard to put a brush through so just a small spritz is enough! This product Can last you forever!!!! This is the only gel that makes me hair curly/ wavy after I put it on, I don’t need to scrunch my hair to see results, it just starts to curl. After that of course I scrunch it to my desire of curliness* but this is in my top 5 of gels. I don’t like gels bc they contain a lot of harsh stuff that can damage and dry out your hair but this here is the best! You won’t go wrong and the smell is like.. in between masculine and feminine. I can’t describe the smell but in my opinion is smells great. Definitely not fruity, it’s smells woodsy I guess but again I’m not good at describing this. This is the best curl cream i have ever used! I tried so many creams and all kinds of mouse and they would be heavy and weighing down my hair or leave my hair crunchy which i hate so much i used about a dime size amount ( my hair is to the middle of my back) and i put it on my semi damp hair and now my hair is so soft and the best curls I've had in a while. I have fine curly hair that misbehaves between cuts, especially if I’m trying to grow it out. A combination of this product and the REDKEN CURVACEOUS RINGLET works really well as leave in conditioning products. I adjust the balance as my hair grows. If I need more weight I use slightly more of this product. If my hair is long enough and has good weight and needs definition or fly away management, I use the other.Donna T

I’m particular about my products, but this is one I keep on hand. It really does soften the hair without being too greasy. I love. How it leaves my hair very manageable and smooth. At first I was apprehensive about this product, but I ended up really liking it. The reason I was apprehensive was because of the scent and texture. It smells faintly of rose, which I’m not a fan of. I put it on damp hair and when my hair dried down, I couldn’t smell the rose anymore. The best way I can describe the texture is: loose gel. When my hair dried down all the way, my hair feels suuupperrrr soft, shiny, and hydrated, which is exactly what the product said it will do! I have very fine, high porosity (very absorbent), blonde curly hair. I don't have the best of luck with styling creams, some work and some weigh my hair down, some feel very crispy, some make my hair look instantly greasy. This stuff works! I wash and condition (sun bum regular or Pacifica pineapple curls) and then put a little of this styling cream into my wet but not sopping wet hair. Then I sleep on it and in the morning my hair is good to go. Nice natural looking and feeling curls that stay in. It detangles my hair also, which is great because the only time I dare brush my hair is right before a shower. Can't even use a pick on it, fingers only 😐Curly white girl

As someone who has stick straight hair, I love this product. A disclaimer, my hair is not capable of getting that cute scrunched look. If I want curls, heat is my only option. I shower, add the styling cream (smells amazing), air dry overnight, and then curl in the morning. This is the only product that I have used that will help my hair hold the curls in all weather and all day. I also use very minimal hairspray after curling. This truly is a magic cream for super straight hair that doesn’t hold a curl!becka

My hair is living her best life with this curl cream!! I've been Garnier-loyal for over 10 years, but after one use of this cream, I was sold. I have 3 different textures of hair: the front/sides are soft, tight spirals, the back is frizzy, tight spirals, and the underneath is soft and wavy at most. This curl cream brings out the best in all 3 textures and makes all of my hair wildly soft!! I've been a huge fan of Sun Bum for a few years now, so I was amped when I saw that they made special curly hair products! This costs about twice as much as my old curl cream, however, I use about 1/2 to 2/3 what I used to use, and my hair is 10 times as happy. Plus, I trust Sun Bum's commitment to loving the ocean, which is an important factor to consider when choosing your products. I've also been using it with shampoo/conditioners other than Sun Bum's until I finish my old stockpile, and this cream is a stand-alone master. I received a sample of this shampoo and conditioner and was impressed enough to order both. The shampoo is extremely concentrated. It cleans well without stripping my hair and leaves it very soft. The curl conditioner is also concentrated. It makes my hair easy to comb, gives me well defined curls like nothing else and lots of body.
