I give 2 stars because the package arrived day late but during this pandemic I I understand. The product packaged well inside another box however the actual box of the clipper and trimmer was another story. It was opened, seal was opened like someone cut into it. The bag to hold the items was ok, the parts are loosely placed not secure in place. I opened the clipper and trimmer to my surprise found hair inside. Product was used so I returned to Walmart. Walmart customer service understands and refund my money. Time to look for another one. Look out for whom sold the product bc it was not shipped from Walmart.Maily

Great set of guard sizes for both the clippers and trimmer. Makes cutting my own hair and my son's easy and quick. As much as I like the cordless trimmer, running on AA batteries feels under powered compared to my old wired Wahl bullet but it is still fine for home use. Keep everything clean and oiled and it should last for years. Paid for itself after a couple haircuts.bwholladay123

This is a really nice set of clippers. I like that the battery powered set uses 2 AA batteries to give it more power. They sound and feel like the clippers used at the barber shop. My wife cut my hair for the first time and did a pretty good job. She watched several YouTube videos and then had at it. The clippers will pay for themselves after just 4 haircuts. I'm glad we went down this path of cutting our own hair.troywilly

i ordered this item because it had a picture of big and small clippers. in the box there was only the big clippers. if i knew it was only going to be the big ones i would have bought a cheaper pair. i used the clippers. they are relatively quiet and worked perfect. just sissapointed on not getting the smaller pair of clipper/trimmers.nyla

Took me a few minutes because this is bigger and a little heavier than my last WAHL trimmer, but it does a great job! Love the additional neck trimmer. My husband does too. Shaves the neck so smooth without "pinching" the skin. Has so many attachments that we won't use, but sure could have used the eyebrow trimmer attachment.That would have been great! But I used my smaller WAHL with the #1 attachment and it workd well.owlbecker

i Purchase 2 of these items and receive this item Friday 2, October 2020 Now i have to return them because they don't work as advertised As a long time user of Wahl Clipper, I was able to use their clipper to trim my beard, mustache, and sideburns, this is my 8th clipper for the last 20 years, so to the point these clippers are terrible, they can't even trim my forearm hair or toilet tissue with and without the trimming attach, they have some power issue when you attach the hair adapter, it would stop the blade from moving; if the blades stop they can burn the hair clipper. it looks like they're getting worst and the gimmick doesn't work, sometimes simple is best. by the way, the trimmer feature stops working as soon as I try to trim forearm hair. I forgot to review the negative review before purchasing it. Anyway am return these items am quite disappointed and I was going to give Wahl the benefit of doubt, but i see they don't need itelio

I was really excited to try this because I hate having to pack my curling iron and straightener when I travel. Having one that does both seems awesome. Also I love my conair infitipro curling iron so I was hoping this would be s good fit for me. I have thick long hair that is naturally pretty straight. The straightener function is really awesome. You can pick the temperature and it heats up quickly. When straightening it doesn’t take a lot of passes on your hair and leaves no frizz; however, when I tried to use the curling function I was really disappointed. I first tried to lock it (it has a switch at the bottom to lock it shut or allow it to open like a straightener) and use it as a curling wand, but it doesn’t get hot enough on the outside to curl (at least not for my hair), so then I read the directions- not something I would expect to have to do for a hair product!- and tried to curl it as suggested. I had no luck. If you are used to “curling” your hair with a straightener to make waves you would probably like this function because it does heat up on the outside more than a typical straightener; however, if you’re hoping to replace your curling iron you probably won’t be happy. I use a straigtener to curl my super straight hair almost daily, so I was super excited to try this out! The rounded edges are great for getting close to the scalp and help guard against kink-marks if you slow down at all while making a curl. The removable "cool tips" are likely great if you want to use this like a wand instead of a straightener-curler ( I didn't do that, but did leave them on while using to see if they were an issue, which they weren't). The highest heat setting is 400, which is a little lower than I'm used to using but the external heated plates were a nice addition that I think helped offset the lower heat setting. Curls were the perfect size and held up to a full day of holiday shopping and still looked great at the end of the day. I do wish the plates were tourmaline (my favorite!) as I did get a bit of frizz compared to my current tourmaline straightener, but that is a personal preference and in no way takes away from the functionality. Overall, this is a great way to reduce the number of products you have since it is a 2-in-1 and is a fantastic way to get acquainted with using a straightener to curl your hair if you are new to the process, or just want a refresh on your curling iron. I love this 2 in one styler Infiniti pro by conair. I live the slick design , the chrome with the hot pink is nice. It comes in a secure box , inside you have directions and an insulated thermal glove, which is nice but since this iron heats up to 265 on the outside I didn't have to use the glove. The inner plates heat up to 400. It does not take very long to heat up!! You will be ready to do your style in under 5 minutes. In 30 seconds to be exact. It has five heat settings, I used the 340 which was the second settings. I was very surprised , because with other irons I have to use high settings and use the iron two to three times to get my hair silky straight. But not with this one !! I was very impressed!! I was able to run the iron through my hair once and I received a nice silky straight !! This saves me a lot of time when straightening my hair. The 1 1/8 inch size styler gets the job done the ion generator helps eliminate the frizz. So hair gets straight with one try I really love this!!!, I would recommend this styler to anyone who wants to look great and style their hair in less time. PLEASE be aware that this has a chemical called ethanalomine in it. A corrosive and dangerous substitute to ammonia. No harsh chemicals? Bah! I have lost 75% of my hair since I started using this product during the pandemic last year. I have been through rounds of steroids injections to try to bring it back. It has ruined my life. Came out way, way darker than expected. I would describe the color as “soft black” and definitely not “medium brown”. I had to pay a stylist to fix it. I also have been experiencing a significant amount of hair shedding since using this. My stylist confirmed that my hair definitely looks thinner. A bit of Google searching confirmed that this is a common problem and there is even a class action lawsuit in NY over it. Just pay a stylist or use another brand. The home perm is very good.I have used this brand for over 20 years. But this time the delivery packaging was too poor, liquid things were sent in plastic bags. I bought this to perm my mother's hair. She has complained for a while now that her hair has gotten thinner. So I googled how to perm hair, ordered this perm and some rods, and got to work. The worst part was that it took so long to roll the hair on the rods. As you can see from the picture the curls turned out very well and really lasted a long time. I liked it so much that I ordered one and permed my own hair. This is the first perm I've had in several years! Mine also did well and I have so much more body. There was no noticeable damage to our hair. Mine is color treated, my mother's is not. I should note, too, that we both have thyroid issues but there was no problem with this perm "taking". This is packaged for shipping with inadequate padding. I have ordered several times recently and the boxes inside the shipping package are crushed, torn and damp from the permanent wave solution leaking. When I ordered this product before this was never a problem. Also the perm is excellent, when you get the kit in good condition.Sue

I have medium length and someone thin hair. I found this shampoo to be very lightweight and while it did add shine, moisture, and smoothness, I didn’t find a difference between this shampoo vs drug store brand. My hair is not dyed and already very hydrated so unfortunately I didn’t see any difference. It does smell nice and my scalp wasn’t dry. The ends of my hair were smooth and didn’t look dry. My husband also used it as he has dry scalp and he felt that it was helpful in keeping his scalp moisturized. On days where I blew dry my hair, it was silky smooth. On days where I air dried, it was fluffy and smooth. My hair was not oily after 4 days without any products. I rarely touch my hair to avoid transferring oils. For the price, I wished it was a bigger bottle. I did use the IGK Dream Hair Conditioner after shampooing. I got this product in a FabFitFun box. I’ll start off saying that the actual product is great. It lathers nicely, smells great and my hair feels awesome after using it. 5/5 for the product itself. Where it loses points is the packaging. It gives hardcore dollar store vibes. The bottles are not opaque or at least have an opaque line to see the product and how much is left. Due to the font size and style and busyness of the label and also the above comment, it’s really really difficult to tell which is the shampoo and conditioner. I got this product for free in exchange of my honest review. First off packaging is pretty, price wise I say it’s a bit steeped for a regular sized shampoo bottle. Of course I know it’s a vegan product so a lot of work went into production I would say? The product consistency is thick and once I lathered onto my med length hair I find that I needed to pour more so I can get the lather I need for my hair. It felt a bit stripping but I liked the feeling of it being really cleaned. Smell is nice not too fragrantly. I decided to try this product. I have black hair, which I have dyed with black hair dye to cover grays. I knew that this will lighten my hair and pull out the red. Now it's too brassy. I have medium brunette hair and this kit turned my hair orange. It says that people with brunette to black hair can use this product. I have used many highlighting kits by L’Oréal and had wonderful honey blonde highlighting results. I also regularly color my roots with L’Oréal, so I am not new to coloring. Love It. I've now used this 3 times. The first at the tips, the second up on the mids and the third was to add highlights. I used a highlighting cap and use blue conditioner every few weeks. It did not damage my hair in the slightest. I got a lot of compliments. I have natural dark brown hair and it came out an ashy/caramel color and not the slightest bit orange. I will mention that my hair was 100% virgin. There was no color on my hair when I used this…that may affect the results.Kristen

I had blond balayage done to my hair and that damaged it. I read the reviews about this product, most good and a mixture of bad. When I saw the bad reviews talking about hair snapping off, I thought it was just due to the persons hair being so damaged and thought I'd give it a try. Well my hair started snapping off, every single day, some pieces long and ranging to tiny specks of hair. I have had my hair damaged horribly in the past to the point it took forever to dry and leaving burnt coarse ends. My hair did have a few areas of burnt ends but not as severe as previous experiences. So I kept using the treatment products and it kept raining pieces of my hair throughout the day. I've never had this happen even with extremely damaged hair. Sure pieces broke off but nothing like this. When the pieces snapped initially I thought it was due to the damaged ends. But then it never stopped. Smooth bits about a quarter inch kept shedding off. I couldn't wear dark shirts without constantly wiping hair bits off of it. After about a month I believed the reviews and stopped using the products. My hair slowly started snapping off less and less but I'm not sure if it was because the majority was already gone. So now my hair is varied lengths and extremely thinned out due to the different lengths it broke off. I'm not saying this product isn't good or bad because a lot of people love it but I strongly suggest not using this product if you have bleach damage without consulting your hair stylist first or having a treatment of some type done professionally. Before getting my hair to the shade it is now, I had several appointments slowly lightening my hair over roughly 6 months with hair treatments in between to maintain the health. I will never use this product again. And the snapping people comment about is real and with extreme hair thinning.Lisa R

I was someone who used to think that nothing could actually repair the bonds of your hair from the inside, especially because it went against everything I ever learned in cosmetology school, but that was 30 years ago and technology has changed, the proof is in the chemistry. I completely clarified my hair and then started using only Olaplex products exclusively. I used the entire line as recommended for damaged hair for 4 months, including number one in my hair color touch ups, and now I am a firm believer that it really does repair bonds as they claim because there is no other explanation for the positive change in my mid back length, color treated, and highlighted hair. I went from dull hair that was always tangled and broke so easily, to much healthier, shiny, soft, full hair. Despite having a lot of hair, it's very fine and before Olaplex, I could never achieve fullness without using a ton of product which was counterproductive. Usually conditioners, treatments, and masks, would weigh my hair down, but not Olaplex, it gives me the natural fullness I want without any styling product or weighing my hair down. And their purple shampoo, I can't say enough good things about it either! It is super concentrated so you need only the tiniest bit for the best results and the fact that the other products help color last longer, you don't need to use it as often as other toning shampoos, but when they say leave it on no more than two minutes, they mean it! If you use too much or leave it in too long, it will tint your hair rather than just tone it. The only Olaplaex product I don't use is the oil. Other than that, they would have to pry Olaplex from my hands. I highly recommend the entire line and starting with completely clarified hair prior to starting and use Olaplex exclusively for a few months to achieve the best results. I'd been looking for the right combination to get a natural looking red/auburn (I CANNOT pull off ginger much to my chagrin) for almost a year and was afraid to go red again after my last experience with red (well orange) but I can't talk enough about how good this product is. I had mousy, light brown hair that is, at this point after 5 or so years of frowning it out, virgin hair. I also don't use heat on my hair so it's rather resistant to most temporary, semi- or Demi permanent color, which leads to a LOT of transfer. I have little to no transfer even with day 3-4 hair or after the shower as long as I rinse until the water is clear. I mix the merlot and copper shades 50/50 and use it every other wash in the place of my normal cleansing conditioner which equals about 1x a week for me with my curly girl routine. I've found this maintains the color without having to wait extended periods of time with goop on your head. I only do that every 4-5 washes depending on how my color is holding up. I get so many compliments on the color (it's been described to me as Irish setter red if you want a visual aid). People are shocked when I say it's dyed which is crazy to me but definitely welcome! I have very few gripes about the product, only really two minor things. Unfortunately, like almost every other non-permanent due on the market, it does have silicones, it just comes with the territory but I find that the shampooing with the color keeps my hair from getting too limp or messing with my curl pattern (3A). I don't like silicones but it's a trade-off I find worth it, especially given that I can stop using the product if it's weighing my hair down and messing with the curls. In addition to that, because I have to mix the colors and red is notorious for staining, my hands, my bathroom and tub have become Peach Bellini or red tinted on more than one occasion but that's more me not being careful enough than the product being bad. I've been buying the smaller bottles for 2 years and then last year there was a 50% off sale so i bought 3 of these huge bottles. i lost 2 of the bottles during moving (😭😭😭 i mourned these and ripped apart everything trying to find them) but the big bottle i did get to try, lasted over 6 months, it definitely replaced my use of shampoo AND conditioner bc it DID feel cleaner without having to using a shampoo n i felt like not using a shampoo at all was better. it DOES stain ur tub n shower if u dont wipe it off immediately if it does splatter but honestly worth it. its not AS staining as some other color depositing conditioners ive used, it smells great, and the color DOES last. fyi tho if u scratch ur scalp like i do when im thinking, the color will show up under ur fingernails tho 🤡 you can check my insta n quite literally see how long its lasted me since hair salon color. after using it once touching up roots n overall hair dye at the hair salon, the color literally never faded except for the times i didnt use the clenditioner. i also think it made my hair softer n healthier too. idk ab these hair loss claims but my hair was already losing hair bc of my continuous 4+ years long hair color journey of repeatedly dying it pink for 4 or so years without a break so maybe the hair loss claims are just ab the bleach? or some other environmental factor? i dont think its made it more hair loss-y tho. the color is rosegold however u can see a bit of lilac/lavender colors in there too so ig just be aware? i dont mind it all tho cause i love the pink, rose gold, and lilac/lavender hues i hope they have the 50% off sale again bc if i buy another 3 bottles–im pretty sure itll last 3 years(at least for me) i use to have shoulder length hair but now more like bust length hair. This review is for maintaining fashion color that was done professionally. I had purple and pink rainbow hair. My stylist recommended using this product as directed every other wash. I mixed the pink with a small amount of purple to make a dark pink. It really seemed to revive both colors. I applied to wet hair, used in place of shampoo and conditioner, left in for the rest of my shower, and then rinsed with cool water. Afterwards I applied olaplex hair perfector and a few drops of olaplex oil. Every time my hair was left perfectly soft and clean. I easily made it 3 months between color appointments. The bottle does say to test the product before each use. I imagine there must be some allergic reactions that can result, which I think is supported by several reviews stating they had hair loss. I would recommend being careful about trying to use this as a dye or for extended time on dry hair. This product does not work on my natural brunette growth. Lastly, this can stain your hands, but it won't for long. I just rinse my hands after every segment of hair that I work it into. I also have a scalp scrubber and wide tooth comb that I use to gently distribute so I'm not just using my hands. Rinse the product off of the shower walls and tub or it can stain, but bleach spray takes it right out.B

Holy smokes does this thing curl! I've been staying away from T3 products because years ago Id purchased the flat iron and blow dryer and both were horrible! I couldn't give those things away. Fast forward to now and I needed a 1.5 " curling iron which GHD does not sell. I've had this for over a week and i literally have not used my GHD curling wand, flat iron or 1.25 curling iron. Why? Because this rivals GHD and my curls are smooth and effortless. Now with that being said, the curls do not last until the next morning, but they never did on my thick coarse wavy hair anyway. Another plus is that if I don't have time to curl my hair, I can just run it thru with a slight uplifting curl at the bottom. Looks super cute. I'm impressed.Fresca

I really love how the 1.25 barrel can create texture and volume with my long hair. This iron does a nice job making an effortless wavy look. The long barrel allows me to wrap my entire hair length to evenly distribute heat. I found my hair to glide smoothly across the surface of the barrel. I appreciate the 5 heat settings especially as I like to use lower heat with my finer hair around my face and higher heat with my courser hair in the back. Love that you can get curls/waves with one pass. I also really appreciate the swivel cord and 1 hour auto shut off. I’ve been using this line of hair products for a while, and it is a great moisture lock for 4b/4c hair! I highly recommend using this product with your favorite leave in-conditioner, as it mixes well with just about any! I paired this grease with after I washed my hair and performed a twist based protective style on my hair, and after few days, my hair is still moisturized!! The only cons to this product is that if you solely use it on your hair, it will be extremely greasy and it does have a slight smell to it. After you get done rubbing it into your hair, the surrounding area will smell like the grease, haha. To alleviate the smell, don’t just use this on your hair alone. Also, if you happen to pat or scratch your hair, there will be some residue on your hands. To yield the best results, pair it with another product!!ace.r

I received this product and was eager to trial it. There’s nothing quite like a colour touch up to make you feel a little more refreshed and energised! The product was super easy to use and everything needed was contained in one compact box. I followed the directions with ease and all progressed to plan. The end result was reasonably true to the desired colour although my hair did end up more orange than I had anticipated. I accept this can happen with hair colours because there are so many factors that contribute to the end result. The hair colour did address my primary concern – covering the dreaded greys! The smell was not offensive as can happen with some brands and I liked the fuss free application process. A major benefit is the convenience of doing this at home at a time that suits me and a cost that is budget friendly! I have had my colour now for a week and the colour at this stage is still looking fresh with great coverage. I would suggest that anyone with thick hair or very long hair should invest in two packets and not chance a dye disaster!! I have long hair but it is very thin so one packet for me was sufficient. I received this hair dye to trial as part of the Beauty Review Crew. I have used this brand of hair dye a few times over the past couple years. In particular, I have used the shade 'Darkest brown' which is the same shade I'm trialing today. The shade has always been is a lovely vibrant colour and the colour result is similar to my natural hair colour. The dye promises to 100% grey hair coverage and it lives up to its promise. Preparing the dye for application is nice and easy. After applying the gloves that are included in the packaging, you pour the colour formula into the bottle of developer before placing the lid back on and shaking the bottle until completely mixed. It's that easy! Then starting at the roots, you evenly apply the dye. The dye goes on smoothly and, surprisingly, the dye scent isn't as strong as other brands. Other brands tend to have a strong chemical smell which makes my eyes water and nose tingle when breathing it in. Clairol have done a great job at producing a hair product with a low scent. One of the best things about Clairol's nice n' easy hair dyes is the short processing times. Unlike other brands that have a processing time of upwards to an hour to reach your desired shade, these dye have an average processing time of just 25 minutes. The short processing time means you can dye your hair during your lunch break, before a night out, or before a date, without it taking up too much of your time. The rinsing process is also quite a smooth and easy process. After applying some warm water, give your hear/head a little massage and then rinse until the water runs clear from all the dye. It normally takes around two minutes for the water to run clear. Then using the conditioning Clairol conditioning treatment that comes with the hair dye, you apply from roots to tips and leave for a couple minutes before rinsing. The conditioning treatment has a lovely scent and is nice and thick. It's almost like applying a luxurious hair mask. It glides onto the hair smoothly and evenly. After rinsing the conditioning treatment you can instantly feel how hydrated you hair feels. Dying your hair often dehydrates it and your hair can feel a little worse for wear. Clairol's hair dyes are gentle on your hair and the conditioning treatment prevents damage and keeps your hair hydrated and feeling lovely. After towel-drying my hair, I blow-dried my hair until was dry. Looking in the mirror you could instantly see how vibrant and lovely the hair colour result was, and it looked and felt really healthy. As my hair grows fairly quickly, I use this product every 2-3 months to help cover grey hairs. Despite dying my hair so regularly, my hair has remained healthy and manageable, and hasn't compromised my hair in any way. The only downside I can mention is that the dye stains your skin. Normally hair spray or acetone on a cotton ball or cotton pad helps remove hair dyes from skin but I found this dye to be lot stronger and barely budged from the skin. I also tried scrubbing with soap and dishwashing detergent but the dye only faded slightly. It took a few days of scubbing before the dye faded completely. Staff Review by BC's Tamara I'm not going to lie – I have greys. Lots of them. But the Clairol Nice'n Easy Permanent Hair Dye did a mighty fine job of making them disappear! I have actually used this dye in the past, and can't recommend it enough. The range of colours on offer is wonderful as there is something there for everyone. I have dull brown hair, so usually opt for a warm shade to brighten my colour – I used the Medium Chestnut Brown 5RB. The instructions are clear and easy to follow and after spending 10 mins applying the product as thoroughly as I could, it took a simple 25 minutes to penetrate before washing it out and conditioning. The colour completely covered my greys (which was my main objective), but overall my hair looks so much healthier as it is shiny and the colour has more life to it. My favourite thing about this dye is that the colour brings out the natural highlights I have and it looks really natural. Really impressed with this. I bought 7 Dark Blonde after a particularly bad 'balayage' job (mostly awful white/yellow highlights) and the colour has come out exactly as it's shown on the box. I still had my natural light brown roots and this has blended really well after being on for 20 minutes. It's obviously not the colour I wanted when I set out trying to be lighter with the initial balayage attempt, but it has rescued my hair from that disaster, and at least I can leave the house again without a hat! It's in no way very dark, and as it's a semi dye it will fade and the lighter colours will come through again a bit more in time. If you're despairing about a terrible blonde dye job and want to get back to a dark blonde/lighter brown then this is for you. I did use a purple shampoo on my hair a few days before I used the dye, although I'm not sure how much difference it made to this outcome. This dye seems to have redder tones to it after application which might freak you out initially, but it settles and blends. It does give good coverage, and the blonde comes through with subtle tones, so don't use it if you want to still be mainly a light blonde colour, you will most likely be the colour on the box. If you're looking for something to just tone down yellow brassiness then I don't think this will be for you, as I think it will initially cover your blonde. As ever, it's good to do a patch test if you're not sure you'll like the final results.Anna

I have been using this brand haircolor for years, trying different shades. I recently went through chemo therapy and lost all my hair. Since it’s grown back in its come in with a lot of grey. I have naturally medium brown hair. It is in excellent condition and thought I would color it with this new formula. So many reviews state the new formula is not as good as the old, I love the new formula. No burning on application, no hot roots, more even coverage. Many reviews also stated that the sheets are much darker than reflected on the box. For this reason I purchased suede light brown. It is so dark! Thankfully I don’t mind dark hair on myself. This is the only negative. My hair feels so soft and fluffy. And it was great at covering my greys! I will definitely purchase again. I used to color my hair with Clairol Natural Instincts about 10 years ago and never had an issue. With a special event coming up I decided to freshen my hair up with some color. Upon reading the instructions it seemed as if the product had improved since I last used it. I bought two packages, but one bottle covered my shoulder-length hair just fine. However, after applying and rinsing out the product as instructed, I noticed that my hair didn't feel very good. Back in the day it used to leave my hair super silky and soft, like a model in a shampoo commercial. But the real horror happened after I dried my hair and realized that the color I got was NOT the color on the box! I selected #4 dark brown to get a Hersheys dark chocolate color. Instead my hair came out looking like kona coffee grounds in water (aka, almost black). It looks completely unnatural and now I'm trying to desperately get it to wash out early. (In the shower for the first wash since coloring, my hair felt like even more of a bird's nest than when I rinsed the dye out. Bleh!) I have now sworn off hair dye for the rest of my life. Hopefully by the time I get to the special event this weekend some of it will have washed out.Amanda

Originally when I picked the color off the lime crime website it looked more like a tan neutral almost with subtle hints of peach close to nude color, and then when it arrived and the I swatched it – it was so far from what it looked like on the website? Hence why I usually don’t like purchasing make up mostly “lipsticks” online. However, I was extremely surprised how beautiful it was with little to no make up on and just very light mascara and lashes and how beautiful it went with my pale skin it wasn’t too dark and it wasn’t too late it’s the perfect shade for any occasion. I wouldn’t say it’s a nude color, I guess it could be placed in the nude category but I’ve found it had more hues of browns grays purples almost like a very dry it out purple with subtle and when I say subtle I mean very subtle hints of pinks and peaches and just all sorts of colors that I can’t quite point my finger on may be a little bit of a gray but mix those all together and you get this beautiful cashmere color that goes on smooth! I love that it’s a liquid lipstick aka VELVETINE matte (so I know it won’t be coming off on my teeth, clothes, drinks or even when I’m eating greasy foods – THIS HAS STAYED PUT!) I’ll even go as far as saying it lasted one very long passionate date night with my husband 🙊🙈😂 (insert blushing emoji here)  This was actually my second time purchasing this shade, and I would definitely purchase it again and again! Limecrime has great sales from time to time so make sure to look out for that! I think they’ve rebranded their website at showing the exact color on different skin tones and even have multiple lips pictured so you have a better idea how it will look, from when it was just the same pair of lips that was always pictured in every shade! I recommend any of limecrime’s liquid velvetines as they are soft on the lips and go on very smoothly.chantal .v

I would NEVER recommend this dye to anyone. It only gets a star because it smelled nice. I got Sea Witch and it has dyed every surface my hair touches that color if the strand is wet. As soon as any water hits my hair, the color just starts running everywhere. I just put a little gel in my hair so I could braid it and my scalp has turned green again and so are my hands. My hair has been falling out more than usual after using this dye and all my towels, pillow cases, every surface in my bathroom, the sink at work, they are all covered in little hair strands that turn the counter top green. It’s infuriating. I get that washing your hair means color will come out, but I’ve NEVER had any other brand wash out like this or turn every surface it touches that color. I will never be buying it again and I’m probably going to take this color out of my hair soon. I’ve dealt with this for almost 2 weeks and it’s only getting worse. I would not recommend this dye to ANYONE And to put my review up, I have to choose if the product is fair, good, or great and it’s none of those thingsAngie24

I love this brand so much. I’ve used maybe five of their colors, but the jello and chocolate Cherry are my absolute favorite ones. First off, the color penetration is excellent. If anyone out there is looking for tips, try rinsing your hair with cool water every time you wash it. Keeps the color longer and stays vibrant. The smell is a plus!!! And the price isn’t bad considering you’re getting over two more ounces of color compared to Manic Panic. I’ve been doing my hair funky colors for about twenty years now, I’ve tried literally every brand out there. I even put myself through beauty school and experimented with top notch dye, yet I still come back to this brand. I love it! I’ve got jello and cherry in my hair but I’m looking forward to trying Mochi soon, I’m excited about the grey/purple/bluish look it has. My rule of thumb is go darker and enjoy the fading process. I received Schwarzkopf Keratin Color in 8.0 Medium Blonde from Influenster in return for my honest review. I have used boxed colors in the past but for the past 5 years I have been mixing my own hair color using products from Sally's. My hair was in need of color, so this trial came at a good time. I have never used a color that had a pretreatment for your ends. It was easy to use but I didn't see that it made any difference honestly. I liked the texture of the color itself being a cream instead of liquid like some colors. It had an odor but not strong like many blonde colors. It took a bit to wash it out. I found it odd that I had to towel dry my hair and then put on the conditioner, then wait 3 minutes to wash it out. Overall the color came out nicely but still a little brassy despite the brassy correction conditioner. It did leave my hair a little frizzy and the ends aren't as nice as usual. For a box color it is good though.jessica .b

I received a box of Schwarzkopf Keratin Color Cream for True Blondes and was very pleased with the results! Pre-pandemic I was in the salon for color every two months and never thought I could get good color at home. Schwarzkopf Keratin Color Cream made getting great color at home easy, virtually mess free, and from start to finish, it took about an hour. The instructions are easy to follow and required just a bit of mixing. My hair is a darker blonde with some of red. I used Dark Ash Blonde color and and the color came out great leaving a nice wash of color with no brassiness. My hair was left really shinny and had great dimension. The conditioner packet in the box was an amazing addition because it left my hair feeling really silky and smelling great. I would have loved a slightly larger tube of conditioner since my hair is very long and I only got one use out of it. I can't wait to see how long the color lasts but I would definitely use this Schwarzkopf Keratin Color Cream again.keely.n

Well I'm not a huge fan of the Schwarzkopf Keratin Color 9.1 Light Ash Blonde .😔 I normally keep my hair platinum blonde sometimes I might add another color just for fun. My hair is dry brittle from all the bleaching throughout the years but I've never had any problems with it falling out or frying until now. 😮 I thought it was interesting this kit contained a hair Serum to apply before coloring but other than that, the process isn't any different from the other coloring kits. I applied the Serum and mixed applied the color. I left it on roughly 35 minutes. After I washed it out, I towel dried and added toner . I left the toner on another 2 min. I noticed my hair was unbelievable dry . I added some Nexus conditioner let it set for a few then rinsed. While blow drying, I realized I was gonna have to cut a couple inches off my ends. So that's what I did. I personally am not a fan of this color because it's too gray for me plus there are some purple spots . I also noticed it didn't have a real bad ammonia smell like other color kits or highlighting kits I've had in the past.amanda.h

I went from a medium copper red to dark auburn brown with the shade Milano Brown – 5NAC. Picking a shade on the Ulta app wasn't the easiest process and going to the Madison Reed website only helped a little in that their quiz matched me to the same shade I was leaning toward based on the photos here. The shade may be a touch too dark for me, but I just dyed it today so I think it'll grow on me. The sites, both Ulta and Madison Reed, list Milano as a "dark chocolate brown," but the actual box clearly says Dark Auburn. I'm mostly okay with that as I love red, but I was actually aiming for a browner brown. While there aren't highlights in this formula, it does have some vibrancy and shine to keep it from being mousy. It is, at least on me, definitely a dark red brown. The kit is a very good and complete kit. I love that it has 2 pairs of gloves, a barrier and wipe to keep you from dying your skin and there's plenty of dye for a full application. I don't know how I feel about the shower cap as I did start to feel a little warm in it. It achieved a full color application, though, so I'm pleased. My hair feels a little textured after dying it, but it doesn't look dry or damaged in any way. It's honestly like I used I volumizing spray or mousse, but I didn't. Maybe there is something like that in the conditioner because my hair does look fuller. I have very fine, straight hair so it looks very good to me after the complete process. That whole process, for a full head application on hair that hasn't been dyed in months, took me a little over an hour start to finish. Every step was easy to complete for someone used to dying their own hair and the instructions are clear for any level of experience. I worried a little that the price meant it might be too advanced for me, but it's like all the other kits that I've tried with a few nice extras. The price and difficulty finding my right shade are why this gets 4 stars instead of the full 5. The kit is a 5 star and then some kind of kit, but not being able to tell if you're picking the right shade is a big problem when buying online. $30 for something I've never tried before when I'm used to paying around $3 for Revlon ColorSilk was a risk. I wanted something different, though, and this absolutely delivered. I'm very likely to try it again in the future. I'll be looking at a different shade and hoping for a sale.Adele S

I used this hair color religiously for 2 years, thinking it was a safer option than other box dyes. The color is good, it's easy enough to use, and the amount per kit was fine, even for my super long hair. However, I would notice more hair loss after coloring, and over the course of 2 years, I would have several episodes of hair loss. I thought it was due to stress, hormones, etc. But I researched and came across other reviewers and encounters of hair loss like mine from various Madison Reed color kit users. Madison Reed claims to be free of the traditional "harsh chemicals" found in hair dye, but fail to mention they simply replaced the usual suspects with harsh alternatives: ammonia is subbed out with ethanolamine, which is known to cause skin irritation and can also cause hair loss!!! There is a new class action lawsuit against Madison Reed for this very reason, as per Feb 2022 (NY), and I am certain there will be many more. My advice: think twice before using this product.Chemically Blonde

I'm 49 so hair overall has changed. I've been using this color for a couple of years now. It's overpriced, and the last 3 times I've colored my hair within less than 2 weeks grays are shining! After 5-6 washes I am still having grayish black colored water. I can't attribute this to one specific thing but I purchased about 6-8 boxes when it was BOGO these are all from the same timeframe. I only color it every 6 weeks if I can help it but it honestly needs it after 2.5-3 weeks. I have a few boxes left but unfortunately I won't be using it. I went back to mixing my own. The black doesn't seem like real black either… it's like a reddish tint after a few washes. I don't mind that so much, BUT I do mind seeing color wash out after 5-6 washes literally up until I color again I am still washing out color. It's been very drying as well. It just seems the entire formula has changed since the first time I used it.Fkpe1973

So I want to start by saying I live in the desert and have super thin dry hair, so I was SUPER excited to try this product (I used all four products – shampoo, conditioner, mask, and leave in condition together). I used all four products for this account: At first I was only going to give this a 3 because on day one of hair being washed, I feel like my hair still ends of feeling and looking really dry (especially the tips – see photos). BUT day two my hair looked/felt better, and day three my EVEN better! I showered all three days, it only used the products the first day, so you can see the progress of how my hair softened, my curls came out, AND I LOVED how my hair felt day 3/4. Normally with silicone products day 3 I HAVE to wash my hair again because the product is so heavy at my roots, whereas I LOVED how these products made my hair feel several days later. I still took off a star because of how dry my hair feels on day one. I have to suffer through one day of my hair bit feeling so great to get to better hair days, and I don’t really love that aspect. But overall I would definitely recommend to others. Perhaps slightly ticker hair wouldn’t have as much problem on day one – mine is just so very thin.rebecca.d

I've used this product intermittently for 15+ years. Over the last 5 or so it's become my go-to. I have fine, type 3 curls, low/medium porosity and medium density. I can't even begin to tell you how many different shampoos/conditioners I've tried, and I always come back to this set or the Ultra Hydrasource. I've never experienced any hair loss whatsoever, in fact, I have with other brands and once I go back to this it stops. The smell is absolutely amazing also! I wash my 1-2x a week with this, and in between I use a co-wash from Curlsmith. I always start with using the detangling solution from this line and brush through in the shower with my wet brush. I rinse, shampoo with this, then use the Hydrasource conditioner or a deep conditioner. I comb that through and let sit for several minutes and rinse. Even with very dark natural hair and having bleached highlights (touch ups every 3-6 months), my hairdresser brags about how healthy my hair is! I get a trim every 8 weeks, and she always tells me I don't even need it because of how healthy my ends are, even during post-COVID hair issues I was experiencing (loss and thinning). My husband also started using this when he ran out of his Redken Brews and his hair is VERY fine and thin, and he said he couldn't believe how much better his hair looked and felt (he's also a curly guy, only getting his hair cut/shaved 2-3x year). I absolutely recommend this, and won't ever change from it! I've been using it exclusively for the last 2 years.curlstar

⭐️First of all let’s get this out of the way, I was incentivized. I received these samples for free from Influenster and matrix for my honest opinion⭐️ Now that’s out of the way… Oh my hair is loving me right now… I waited until shampoo day and it was well worth it! After using the amazing shampoo I was a little skeptical that my hair would take to this conditioner because it’s so damaged and after I wash it I usually have to put a million and one conditioning products in it just to make it manageable!!! Well let me tell you this is not the case! After issuing a decent size dollop I ran it through my hair starting at the ends and working my way up to the root. Then I added a little bit of water to make it activate a little bit and VIOLA! I let it sit in my hair for about 5 to 10 minutes and then I rinse with lukewarm water. I gently towel dry my hair afterwards and went to come through with a white tooth comb. This is the first time that the comb actually ran through my hair because my hair is so damaged. I literally want to cry. If your hair is out of control and it’s breaking to no end you should really try this and give it a little time and you will see such a difference. I want to wash my hair so badly again but I know I have to wait till it’s actually dirty! The smell is so lovely and it doesn’t fade away but it’s also not overbearing. Give it a try it!! I've been using Clariol T & T in lightest blonde for the past 25yrs. I absolutely love this color. Over time the scent of the conditioner changed. Original scent smelled better but it does what it's suppose to. Moisturizes well, hair is soft and manageable. So many peoples ask me how I got me hair the color it is, I tell them time, achieving this color didn't happen over night! Best hair color product for women of color, not harsh on the hair like other products on the market. Prior to going natural (8yrs) I was using kiddie perms (Just For Me) 2 or 3xs a year and continued to dye my hair. This color requires daily maintenance for moisture and keeping ends trimmed. This was a complicated child for me, much less a child. First off, after struggling to get this toy together, you will NEVER get the hair as long as shown on box. required multiple reloads of dough, which would then get stuck. We gave up but that required cleaning to put away – another problem. Very hard to clean. We won't be playing with this one again. Worst Christmas toy this year: Hard to assemble. Impossible for a 3 year old to operate to extrude clay. Difficult for a 43 year old to open the scalp part. No tools to help clean the crevices and there are MANY. The red straps and curlers – not played with. At least it comes with lots of dough.
