Holy smokes does this thing curl! I've been staying away from T3 products because years ago Id purchased the flat iron and blow dryer and both were horrible! I couldn't give those things away. I really love how the 1.25 barrel can create texture and volume with my long hair. This iron does a nice job making an effortless wavy look. The long barrel allows me to wrap my entire hair length to evenly distribute heat. I found my hair to glide smoothly across the surface of the barrel. I appreciate the 5 heat settings especially as I like to use lower heat with my finer hair around my face and higher heat with my courser hair in the back. The spray function is awful. I thought trading it over to a continuous spray bottle would work. I tried three different bottles and they all sprayed like a jet instead of a mist. Weird. Now I use this in the shower on soaking wet hair or diluted 50/50 in a continuous spray bottle on dry hair for refreshing. Works great this way. For low-porosity hair, it's way too heavy of a product to put on dry hair without diluting it this way.

I have straight fine hair but it is very thick in certain areas, and gets very frizzy and puffy without a serum and without being blow dried. This is the first product I've used from this brand and not only would I repurchase, I will look into buying other products because this one works so well. It makes my hair sleek and exceptionally shiny without drying it out (the only other product that makes my hair gleam like this is BioSilk which really dries out my hair), it's soft and polished and my frizz and flyaways are very well controlled, even in humid weather. I mix it with a lighter, more fluid oil to make it more viscous and easier to apply throughout my damp hair before I blow dry-brush it and I look like I've come from the salon every single time I use this. I also really like that it is a heat protectant too so I don't have to use multiple products in my hair. I had blond balayage done to my hair and that damaged it. I read the reviews about this product, most good and a mixture of bad. When I saw the bad reviews talking about hair snapping off, I thought it was just due to the persons hair being so damaged and thought I'd give it a try. Well my hair started snapping off, every single day, some pieces long and ranging to tiny specks of hair. I have had my hair damaged horribly in the past to the point it took forever to dry and leaving burnt coarse ends. My hair did have a few areas of burnt ends but not as severe as previous experiences. So I kept using the treatment products and it kept raining pieces of my hair throughout the day. I've never had this happen even with extremely damaged hair. Sure pieces broke off but nothing like this. When the pieces snapped initially I thought it was due to the damaged ends. But then it never stopped. Smooth bits about a quarter inch kept shedding off. I couldn't wear dark shirts without constantly wiping hair bits off of it. After about a month I believed the reviews and stopped using the products. My hair slowly started snapping off less and less but I'm not sure if it was because the majority was already gone. So now my hair is varied lengths and extremely thinned out due to the different lengths it broke off. I'm not saying this product isn't good or bad because a lot of people love it but I strongly suggest not using this product if you have bleach damage without consulting your hair stylist first or having a treatment of some type done professionally. Before getting my hair to the shade it is now, I had several appointments slowly lightening my hair over roughly 6 months with hair treatments in between to maintain the health. I was someone who used to think that nothing could actually repair the bonds of your hair from the inside, especially because it went against everything I ever learned in cosmetology school, but that was 30 years ago and technology has changed, the proof is in the chemistry. I completely clarified my hair and then started using only Olaplex products exclusively. I used the entire line as recommended for damaged hair for 4 months, including number one in my hair color touch ups, and now I am a firm believer that it really does repair bonds as they claim because there is no other explanation for the positive change in my mid back length, color treated, and highlighted hair. I went from dull hair that was always tangled and broke so easily, to much healthier, shiny, soft, full hair. Despite having a lot of hair, it's very fine and before Olaplex, I could never achieve fullness without using a ton of product which was counterproductive. Usually conditioners, treatments, and masks, would weigh my hair down, but not Olaplex, it gives me the natural fullness I want without any styling product or weighing my hair down. And their purple shampoo, I can't say enough good things about it either! It is super concentrated so you need only the tiniest bit for the best results and the fact that the other products help color last longer, you don't need to use it as often as other toning shampoos, but when they say leave it on no more than two minutes, they mean it! If you use too much or leave it in too long, it will tint your hair rather than just tone it. The only Olaplaex product I don't use is the oil. Other than that, they would have to pry Olaplex from my hands. I highly recommend the entire line and starting with completely clarified hair prior to starting and use Olaplex exclusively for a few months to achieve the best results. So, I decided to take the plunge and see if the rumors in the form of reviews were correct. After 1-2-3 long months of hooking up with Olaplex No.3. on consistent weekly tea dates, where we played charades, sipped mimosas and shared stories of our personal hair journey's, I noticed my hair looking like a thick scrumptious meal! We were living it up to the fullest, every Friday evening. Traveling, watching the sunset, bars; there was that one magical time in The Gulf of Mexico when Ola met this handsome French foreign exchange student…anyway, let's just move on, some things are best left unsaid. Everything went out with the Gulf stream after that. I became jealous of Ola spending way too much time with Frenchy, & I began to notice his hair, it was longer & fuller, all in a span of a month. I wasn't having any of it. I questioned Ola and I was told that Ola is for everyone, not just me, not just my split ends, dull strands and long-suffering tresses. But I know Ola's secret, Ola was running low, & I could no longer afford to keep up with the fast lifestyle Ola demanded, as deserving as Ola is, I just could no longer keep up. In the instructions of how to use this oil, it says to work it though hair after a blowout. Very often, I blow out my hair with the Dyson Airwrap round brush and self-grip rollers. Self-grip rollers have a tendency to pull at the hair and break off small strands. I definitely think this oil is great at smoothing those strands after the blow out. You don’t even have to use a full pump for the oil to do that job. With either 1 full pump or less, the oil smooths the hair without ruining the blow out or making it greasy. My hair gets greasy QUICKLY after washing, so I really enjoy that I can use this oil for blow outs & it doesn’t affect the time in which my hair usually starts getting greasy. Also in the instructions, it says you can use this oil in your hair before washing. I’ve done this a handful of times now. I find the oil dries down in a fair amount of time, so I like that I can douse my hair with multiple pumps, put it in a pony tail, and after about an hour, it looks normal enough to do do things that I don’t have to look really impressive for (ex: errands). However, I notice when I completely oiling my hair up with this, it’s rather drying in comparison to other oils. For instance, I also use the Shea Moisture 100% Argan Oil, which is much cheaper, and it gives my hair that smooth oily feel that I aim for prior to washing. With this oil, I find that myself going back and re-oiling my hair due to the dry feeling. Again, I’ve only used it as a prewash a handful of times, so I have NOT noticed yet that the dryness is a lasting affect after I wash. I haven’t tried this yet on wet hair. Overall, it’s great for blow outs since a small pump goes far and it is light weight. When using larger amounts, I notice the hair feels more than dry than oily, and I worry this will eventually affect the dryness of my hair. This was so extremely disappointing, I even tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and used up the entire thing before giving my review. I honestly love so many Ouai hair products, their detox shampoo and scalp scrub are some of my absolute favorites! Unfortunately this was such a dud, I honestly cannot believe how many positive reviews this has received. First thing, the smell is atrocious. I like nice smelling products, and even if its unscented or a mild scent I usually don't mind but THIS! I could not get over the scent, its a very woody/herb/patchouli scent and its STRONG. Next issue I had with this is that it didn't really hydrate my hair, if anything it felt more dry after, it didn't really absorb and just sat on the hair looking wet/oily. i got this in a free gift set of a lot of minis & samples and i didnt expect much from it at all; i have used many different hair oils before and never really "clicked" with any of them. i also didn't expect to even remember half the items i got in this sample kit because there were so many. this stood out enough for me to take a picture of the little sachet before throwing it out. i thought i accidentally used too much but even with me using a lot it didn't weigh my hair down at all. in fact it actually gave me more volume, somehow, and my hair usually gets flat & greasy quite quickly. it smells so nice and the scent is subtle but lingers all day. it made my hair look so glossy & thick. i will definitely be purchasing the full size soon.aj

Holy smokes does this thing curl! I've been staying away from T3 products because years ago Id purchased the flat iron and blow dryer and both were horrible! I couldn't give those things away. Fast forward to now and I needed a 1.5 " curling iron which GHD does not sell. I've had this for over a week and i literally have not used my GHD curling wand, flat iron or 1.25 curling iron. Why? Because this rivals GHD and my curls are smooth and effortless. Now with that being said, the curls do not last until the next morning, but they never did on my thick coarse wavy hair anyway. I really love how the 1.25 barrel can create texture and volume with my long hair. This iron does a nice job making an effortless wavy look. The long barrel allows me to wrap my entire hair length to evenly distribute heat. I found my hair to glide smoothly across the surface of the barrel. I appreciate the 5 heat settings especially as I like to use lower heat with my finer hair around my face and higher heat with my courser hair in the back. Love that you can get curls/waves with one pass. I also really appreciate the swivel cord and 1 hour auto shut off. I have been using this same curling iron for many years. The las two or three I have bought have been very disappointing. They won’t turn on until you push the button over and over again. Sometimes they never come on, so I have to keep a backup. Now the one I’m using goes off in the middle of my curling, so I have to keep watching the light. I bought a Revlon as a backup but I don’t like it as well. However I’m losing faith in your product.Karen

Originally when I picked the color off the lime crime website it looked more like a tan neutral almost with subtle hints of peach close to nude color, and then when it arrived and the I swatched it – it was so far from what it looked like on the website? Hence why I usually don’t like purchasing make up mostly “lipsticks” online. However, I was extremely surprised how beautiful it was with little to no make up on and just very light mascara and lashes and how beautiful it went with my pale skin it wasn’t too dark and it wasn’t too late it’s the perfect shade for any occasion. I wouldn’t say it’s a nude color, I guess it could be placed in the nude category but I’ve found it had more hues of browns grays purples almost like a very dry it out purple with subtle and when I say subtle I mean very subtle hints of pinks and peaches and just all sorts of colors that I can’t quite point my finger on may be a little bit of a gray but mix those all together and you get this beautiful cashmere color that goes on smooth! I love that it’s a liquid lipstick aka VELVETINE matte (so I know it won’t be coming off on my teeth, clothes, drinks or even when I’m eating greasy foods – THIS HAS STAYED PUT!) I’ll even go as far as saying it lasted one very long passionate date night with my husband 🙊🙈😂 (insert blushing emoji here)  This was actually my second time purchasing this shade, and I would definitely purchase it again and again! Limecrime has great sales from time to time so make sure to look out for that! I think they’ve rebranded their website at showing the exact color on different skin tones and even have multiple lips pictured so you have a better idea how it will look, from when it was just the same pair of lips that was always pictured in every shade! I would NEVER recommend this dye to anyone. It only gets a star because it smelled nice. I got Sea Witch and it has dyed every surface my hair touches that color if the strand is wet. As soon as any water hits my hair, the color just starts running everywhere. I just put a little gel in my hair so I could braid it and my scalp has turned green again and so are my hands. My hair has been falling out more than usual after using this dye and all my towels, pillow cases, every surface in my bathroom, the sink at work, they are all covered in little hair strands that turn the counter top green. It’s infuriating. I get that washing your hair means color will come out, but I’ve NEVER had any other brand wash out like this or turn every surface it touches that color. I will never be buying it again and I’m probably going to take this color out of my hair soon. I’ve dealt with this for almost 2 weeks and it’s only getting worse. I love this brand so much. I’ve used maybe five of their colors, but the jello and chocolate Cherry are my absolute favorite ones. First off, the color penetration is excellent. If anyone out there is looking for tips, try rinsing your hair with cool water every time you wash it. Keeps the color longer and stays vibrant. The smell is a plus!!! And the price isn’t bad considering you’re getting over two more ounces of color compared to Manic Panic. I’ve been doing my hair funky colors for about twenty years now, I’ve tried literally every brand out there. I even put myself through beauty school and experimented with top notch dye, yet I still come back to this brand. I love it! I received this product complimentary from Bumble and bumble. This is such a wonderful oil that is perfect for my long, wavy and frizzy hair. I spray a small amount onto my damp or dry hair and work it with my fingers into my hair. It has such nice clear smooth texture and a beautiful clean scent. It absorbs quickly into my hair without weighing my hair down. I then style my hair. After just one use my frizzy hair that is prone to damage, split ends and breakage looked so much better. It makes my hair feel silky soft and it does not leave any buildup or a greasy feeling. My hair is easy to style and has such a beautiful shine and looks healthy. It really tames my frizz. I love this hair oil! I have extremely bleached and colored hair, so hair oil is my everyday essential. I have been using one of the big brands for years and never met any oil that can replace it until I found this Bb Invisible Oil. I like that its plumped design so it's easy to use without making a mess. The scent is light coconut. After applying to my damp hair, it's not greasy at all and absorbs fast, and layers very well just with a few drops. My hair instantly feels hydrated, soft, and smooth. I definitely feel that it has strong heat protection and that my hair remains hydrated after drying.Ali
I love this product, it's the only hair oil I have used that doesn't make my hair look greasy, it's really lightweight and I love the smell. My first bottle has lasted me over a year as a little goes a long way (I only use on wet hair, usually every other day), so although it's not cheap I think the price is good considering how often I'll be replacing it! I do think it reduces frizz, it doesn't 100% get rid of it for me, but it's definitely better with this oil rather than without and it gives my hair a healthy shine. My only criticism is that I wish there was a lid, when I travel with it I have to put it in a sandwich bag as I have previously left it loose in my wash bag only to have everything covered in oil as the pump has accidentally been pushed down whilst in the bag. I just ordered a new bottle and some has even leaked into the package it came in, not a lot, but this would be completely solved if it had a lid. I love the oil so this won't stop me from buying it, but it annoys me enough that I've given it 4 stars instead of 5.Em95

The design of these irons is meant to be used by professionals, meaning pointed away from the person holding it toward someone sitting in front of them. It's difficult to explain without seeing it, but while with a traditional spring iron, flipping the iron around to use on your own hair doesn't really matter, with a marcel, it requires you to hold the iron completely backward from how it's designed. There are a lot of other things that make a marcel tricky to use, but this means it's even harder to use on yourself than on someone else. So when people complain about the difficulty, they're not exaggerating. I was able to figure out how to use it reasonably well the first time I used it, but it took me at least a week of daily use to be fairly comfortable with it. I've been using it for months now. For a while I thought it was a good iron, but I didn't really know if it was any better than a standard iron. That's until I forgot it while on a trip and had to borrow an old school iron from a friend. The difference is huge. First, a spring iron is actually a lot of work to use after getting used to a marcel. Second, the control and quality of curl with this iron is so much better. It's definitely worth the cost. If you don't curl your hair a lot or aren't comfortable with a normal iron, a marcel might not be worth it. But if you curl your hair regularly and have decent coordination and hand dexterity, this is a great iron.heather.w
This is a must have in my arsenal of hair products/accessories. It's lightning fast to heat up, makes a natural looking curl which stays for hours, sometimes into the next day if a shampoo isn't needed. I’ve used Pert on and off for many years, I’ve always loved this product as it was a thick formula that made my thick hair soft and manageable. Something was definitely wrong with this pump bottle I ordered online from Walmart. Received with the cap partially unscrewed and about 1/4 product spilled out in the box. Used the product that night and it was so watered down, took 8 pumps of shampoo to wash my hair. No lather at all! I put it aside for a few weeks and used another brand, which I decided I will stick with from now on, and tried out the Pert again tonight, even shook the bottle. Still watery. Done with Pert. It gets the job done and would probably be good For like vacation. However my husband complains it makes his hair greasy faster. I have oily hair and didnt notice any unusual greasiness in fact I think it made my hair less greasy. Its hard to tell. It seems adequately detangling to me and its easy to brush through wet hair after however I think it does leave the hair either dry or with a residue because my hair gets more unmanageable when using this.C.E.
I'm a budget minded person so I always start cheap. It went from Dollar Tree dandruff shampoo to the Equate dandruff shampoo. None of them worked and I tried almost everything. I was about to actually try Head and Shoulders or Selsum Blue until I see this shampoo at the very bottom and to the far right of all the shampoos. Green is my favorite color so since it was the only other shampoo I haven't tried I gave it a shot and I am so glad I did. I started noticing less flakes after about 3 days and I was flake free in about a week. When I tell you I cried tears of joy I am not lying. I've been embarrassed of getting haircuts or taking my baseball cap in public and wearing black shirts which are my favorite. I have used this shampoo for over a month now and there's still more than 3/4 left. That's how little you have to use. I finally got a haircut and my barber asked if I used the shampoo he recommended which was 2x the price and 3x smaller. Highly recommend!Customer

I have thick wavy/frizzy hair (no curls) with highlight/low light to help deal with growing out grays. Paul Mitchell Straight Works is perfect for my hair. This stuff is thick so I use it sparingly in sections and comb it through, I then lightly spray Kenra Platinum Blow Dry all over to protect from blow dryer. Works great together. This does not have heat protectant (as stated on bottle). If you use heat tools you should use a heat protectant with this. I love it!Klea36
One of the best straightening products I have ever used but not much of a heavy fragrance so, no parfume clashing I personally love the lack of fragrances but if you love a heavy perfume smell in your hair products this isnt for you. Its not greasy at all but not drying. My hair is very thick, confused wanna be curly and frizzy and this worked incredibly well and kept my hair smooth for 2 days. It worked better than I expected and my hair felt wonderfully soft and was incredibly straight. I did add the product, blow dryed it straight with my larger round brush, add a little more of the product evenly throught my hair a send time, then I straightened with my flat iron. Thats how I chose to do it bec ause its the only process Ive has work on my Hermione Granger 1st year type of hair. Also a liitle of this cream and Paul Mitchell Round Trip and let it dry naturally, works to calm gross and curls if youre in a rush. Ill post and add pictures soon.Anonymous
I do not recommend this product not only did it dry my hair, but it did absolutely nothing. My hair is curly and frizzy so I was really excited to try this product unfortunately it was a pure disappointment. Thank Paul Mitchel my hair hates me more than ever. I will never use this product again, it said to put a little bit, but it did not work so I put more shocker shocker nothing happened. Bottom line is do not waste your money on a product that does nothing and the cheery on top breaks my hair and dries it out. Do not tell me I did not warn you.Maybae

I was skeptical at first after doing my research because I know everyone does not have the same results. With that being said I went ahead and made the purchase I am glad I did. my hair is thicker, and longer I didn't do any measurements its not that serious to me. But one of my biggest satisfaction is I notice my hair is a lot softer. I have been natural for five years and I notice the change right away. I notice a difference in my waist line as well, but I also work out 6 days a week so I believe with that contributing factor is what helped. I have a mix of 4A/4B curls, but my edges are a 4C. They’re incredibly thick and will curl with gels like . I bought this because so many of friends raved about it! I watched countless girls slay and lay their edges with this on YouTube. Unfortunately, this edge control did not work for me. My edges instantly curled up and there was a bit of residue leftover. Super disappointing as this edge control is a little on higher side price wise. Even though this did not work for me, it may work for you! Especially if you have thinner edges that are not as kinky. The value is well worth the price though—there’s a lot of gel in this container!kareen.j
