If you are wondering how Teleties compare to other name brand coil hair ties, these are MUCH better. Teleties grip better. I have fine low density hair and usually only wrap a small teletie twice for a messy bun and it stays put all day, even during my workouts. Other brands needed to to wrapped 3 times. Teleties also maintain their shape better. Other brands quickly get stretched out and start twisting. No amount of hot water fixes the problem. Teleties start shrinking back on their own and running them under hot water for a second makes them look brand-new. I haven't noticed any twisting in them yet either. Also, as a fine haired low density person, I really appreciate the different sizes offered,and of course the range of colors is beautiful.
