This product is great. It puts the Shark steam cleaner to shame. Its very powerful and last quite a long time on just a cup of water. It will give you about 15-20 minutes of continuous usage. However, if you press the trigger sporadically, it can last about 30-45 minutes. The steam blast is loud and packs a punch. I use this thing to clean and sanitize everything from my bathroom to the kitchen (always sanitize the nozzle with bleach or alcohol after use to avoid cross contamination). Another great feature is all the attachments it comes with so you can steam clean almost anything. My only issue is the quality of some of the attachment. The small brushes and scrub pads aren't really reusable. After the first usage, they start to fall apart, especially the scrub pads which are excellent for cleaning your tub and tile. You can buy more attachments online, but its kind expensive costing 10 for 5. One reason I switched to steam cleaning was to save money on cleaning solutions, but if I have to constantly buy the attachments, eventually it will work out to cost more than the cleaning solutions. I bought this tool to clean 1/2 grout tile floor grout. It worked great for the first 10 minutes, and it would great for the process, except it is not designed properly. I has a special small nozzle head, upon which small brush attachments are placed. There are three pieces, brush, nozzle, and nozzle attachment (to hook to hose or hose extension). The nozzle is made of thermoplastic, like the rest of the unit, except the pressure chamber cap, which is brass. The nozzle needed to be made of brass as well. The thermoplastic heats up, and a threaded piece (with o-ring) when at temperature cannot handle GENTLE scrubbing with the brush. (e.g. for the purpose it is made.) The nozzle fitting jumps the threads every time, once it heats up. So the unit is only good to use for about 10 minutes, before the nozzle gets soft from heat, and falls off constantly. If they made the nozzle out of brass, and the end piece (nozzle attach) out of metal, it would work great. But they didn't, so it is pure frustration to CONSTANTLY put the nozzle on again, and again, and again. This gets 1 star. It works great for 10 minutes, then its useless. If used with the larger attachments, it would probably be a great value; but I need it to clean grout. It says it cleans grout, but it really doesn't.MesaGuy
I've only used the MC1275 once to clean shower floor tile grout using the scrub pad attachment. I filled the steam chamber one time with distilled water, and the steam was ready in approximately 5 minutes. It was easy to control, but did a marginal job restoring the whiteness of the grout. The scrub pad itself came loose and separated completely from its plastic base in under 10 minutes. While the steamer worked as advertised, steaming cleaning the grout didn't live up to my expectations, and the scrub pad's durability was a major disappointment. Not to mention almost gave my self third degree burns 10 minutes after letting it cool off. The top says 5 minutes. Basically super heats the greasy material to make it easy to wipe or scrub off and loosen dirt and grime build up. We will see how the seals and plastic parts last over time but it seems solid and I'm a mechanical engineer who has designed plastic and metal parts my whole career. Only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is that it is cumbersome to use at times having to hold the tank in one hand depressing the steam button while scrubbing with the hose end in your other hand, then putting that end down to clean up the residue. A trigger built into the hose end that the attachments connect to would be a game changer freeing up the other hand.

I owed two bissell steam cleaners before getting smart and buying a Hoover that's still going strong after 10 years. I have owned multiple disposable vacuums bi Bissel before getting the Panasonic that I've also owned for about a decade. Why was I so stupid as to think they would have improved since then? This thing can't even take soap scum off of a glass shower *with* one of the scrubbing heads. I even went so far as to turn it on, wait about half an hour, come back, and point it at the same exact part of the glass for a minute straight. A brillo pad works better and faster, but bleach or CLR is near-effortless. A little scrubbing, but it actually works – unlike this miserable disappointment. It's actually very perplexing to see a 4 star rating until you realize that most of the glowing reviews were for a free product. You know your product sucks when you have to effectively give it away just to get a less than perfect review rating. Oh well – not my problem. It's going back to the store tomorrow.Alex
Very Good product, only used it a couple of times so far on kitchen stove, stove hood grease and tile backsplash. Basically super heats the greasy material to make it easy to wipe or scrub off and loosen dirt and grime build up. I still chose to complete the task using a mild cleaner but it definitely made it easier and reduce the total cleaning time. We will see how the seals and plastic parts last over time but it seems solid and I'm a mechanical engineer who has designed plastic and metal parts my whole career. Only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is that it is cumbersome to use at times having to hold the tank in one hand depressing the steam button while scrubbing with the hose end in your other hand, then putting that end down to clean up the residue. A trigger built into the hose end that the attachments connect to would be a game changer freeing up the other hand.
I like to keep my cleaning routine as simple as possible. I am not a fan of needing multiple cleaning products and chemicals which never seem to deeply clean my house, especially my bathroom and kitchen. Then I received the Bissell PowerSteamer Extended Reach courtesy of Stellar Product Testing Panel and I felt I finally had a product that really deep cleaned many surfaces of my house (especially the bathroom)! What I really love about this product is how effective it was without the use of harsh chemicals. I never felt comfortable about having my kids in the bathroom with me while I was cleaning as the products I used to use would leave a thick layer of chemical fog in the air; I could barely stand the smell. With this steam cleaner, no noxious fumes in the air and it worked great at cleaning multiple surfaces including the tile, tub, faucets, and especially the grout. It cleaned the grout so well, it looked new in most areas! Since it doesn't use chemicals, I feel comfortable letting my kids help me clean without worry and they love watching the steam! Also used this for cleaning my gas stove top and got a lot of grease and other stains out again without chemicals. One thing was there was a puddle of water if the cooktop that needed to be wiped up, but was not a big deal. A few things that I would have liked to have was a view on the steamer to see how much water was in the tank of the device as I would not use all the water and did not know how much I should fill it back up. Another thing was once the bristles got gunk in them, they were a bit hard to clean. My last thing was it seems the bristles would bend/get rubbed off if I tried to scrub too hard, especially when trying to reach the grout where the shower tiles met the tub. Overall, I love using this steamer and will be using it for years to come!

The actual steam part works great, no doubt about that. I've tried it for cleaning and steaming clothes, but the unit can be clunky and awkward. The cord can be a problem simply because you have to be near an outlet all the time. The unit is not super steady and balanced, so it sometimes tipped over or tilted forward like it was going to fall. There was no way to tell how much water had been used up or when it was empty until it just stopped producing steam and then you'd have to wait several minutes before you could water in it again, so that was a little annoying. It's not a bad steamer, but it definitely has some design flaws.
This is not much bigger than dollhouse furniture if you ask me. I bought this months ago and if I had actually taken it out to use it before now, I would have returned it. I had no idea the parts were this small! Good for cleaning very very small spaces! Couldn't handle the laundry area at all. Only good for maybe a sink. Not to mention almost gave my self third degree burns 10 minutes after letting it cool off. The top says 5 minutes. I normally love Bissell products but this one I am extremely disappointed with!

Totally disappointed. My tile grout has been getting darker and I saw a video on the Wagner that was quite impressive. There’s no fill line so I had to be careful and measure the water. The nozzle was full of foam so I had to use and air can to unplug nozzle before it would work. Then all I got was a lot of hot water with some steam. I’ve used steam cleaners before and never had to dry up all the water. I had to keep the nozzle on the grout line for about 3 minutes before I saw a tiny bit of cleaning happening. Once the water was empty from the machine, I emptied it and packed it up to send back. I didn’t buy a hot water gun with bonus steam. I expected a high powered steam cleaner. The Wagner 915e On-Demand steamer is easy to use, portable, and has many applications around the house. My wife and I used the 915 on a recent deep clean of our bathrooms and were very happy with the performance. The nylon brushed jet accessories were great for scrubbing shower shelves, around drains, and around the sing and faucet. The straight stream jet nozzle surprisingly blasted away the weird gunk under the rim of the toilet bowl, and cleaned some nasty growth from the tracks of our 20 year old shower. The microfiber covered floor tool, along with a nylon brush tool for the grout took a lot of the grime from our entryway tile with only a single pass. The first time use, cleaning, and storage of the 915 was fairly straight forward. While I thought the 9 minute wait to build steam on the first go was a bit much, that was really the only wait for the entirety of our cleaning. The steam build at the beginning lasted through a full bath, a half bath, and some test spots in the tiled entry way. Once I cooled and prepared to clean the unit after use, I was surprised to find it still had more water left in the 40oz tank. I used this to clean 2 different ovens. The first one came out great. Using this steamer removed all sorts of stubborn stains on inside walls and glass. I even took apart the doors and cleaned both sides of each piece of glass. The results made the oven look new again. The second oven had less fantastic results.. the same process did something to the glass making it have a smokey result where i tried to clean it. The glass felt clean and i tried degreaser and cleaner in combination, but to no avail. Using the steamer is easy but it is critical to follow the directions for safety and longevity of the device. It feels sturdy and well built. No flimsy parts and has lots of attachments. The only issue i ran into was that i couldnt open the water cap after letting it cool for 45 minutes.
