I was excited to see that Vitacost was carrying NOW products and usually I like their products very well. I ordered this tea expecting it to be like the other dandelion tea that I drink and they taste nothing alike. Traditional Medicinals is a very smooth substitute for coffee, and I was expecting the same with this product. It has very grassy tasting and not very enjoyable to me and there was a lot of sediment at the bottom of the cup. I will drink it since I purchased it, hopefully I will acquire a taste for it. I do like it is non-GMO verified and dandelion is good for the liver. But I will return to the other product when I finish this.jojothedodo

I'm a herbal tea lover. Drink tea all day long. And….Dandelion Root Tea is one of my all time favorite teas. Great substitute for coffee. (note: does not taste like coffee, but is a great substitute) Anyway, my favorites are TraditionalMedicinals and Choice makes a great one with a touch of Spearmint/Bergamot. They're great. I've tried others off and on through the years and they're generally like coffee. Some better….however, at the end of the day, all are dandelion root tea, and that's a good thing. NOW, I get (no pun intended) this "Now" tea which is insipid, bitter. IT IS SO WEAK you can barely taste the bitter, but bitter is about all I get. I would compare Dandelion Cleansing Herbal Tea b NOW Real Tea with TraMed tea strength-wise only as having to have 4 or 5 NOW tea bags to equal ONE of the TraMed bags. But forget the weakness. You do not want it any stronger! The stuff is so bitter, literally – I could not finish the cup. I actually poured it down the drain. Never again. This tea has a great flavor. The teabags are individually wrapped, very neat. I don't like my tea too strong, so I steep a single tea-bag in about 400ml of hot boiling water in a little glass pot. I love the mild aroma.This dandelion tea sure does what it promises – DETOX! I steep one teabag everyday and drink it after breakfast while at work in the office. I would purchase this again. I tried this product per its recommendation by a certain influencer, and because every product I've tried in the past to jumpstart my slow-to-process, sensitive digestive tract has failed pretty miserably. Both liquid- and pill-form digestive aids have always made me feel uncomfortable with little to no results. Enter the Oxy-Powder—wow! I followed the instructions on the back of the bottle to a T and have had the same successful results each and every time. I didn't buy it from GNC but my buddy did for me. I've used other detox drinks and on a separate occasion with a DIFFERENT detox drink I took the 8oz beverage and followed it with 32 ounces of water. I didn't come up negative but came up diluted on a lap test using a DIFFERENT detox drink. I used the qcarbo16 and followed it with 32 ounces of water and WAS NOT diluted but negative. It does work but you have to know how to use these drinks properly.John

Was a skeptic of this last week. One month ago I used this but did not follow the instructions at all and not only failed miserably but my piss was green. Last week, decided to try again but specifically, did so correctly as it’s said your supposed to do. I’m 5’9 and weigh 151Lbs. Drank the 16oz than once I finished the drink in about 15 min filled the bottle back up with water 4 times and drank within 2 hours. Only peed once after the first cup of water. Finally started to pee more. About 15 min after I drank the 4th cup of water I only peed 3 times the way piss was supposed to come out. Thought I was gonna fail Bc on my 3rd real piss it was straight green. I’m on federal probation and was there to drop and chose to do so assuming I was bad for the slime green color. Prior to dropping I used at home test and dipped it in the second and 3rd green piss with results saying I was positive. However, that 4th piss that I ended up using for my test did not come out green at all. It came out as a slightly off color yellow and clear water like look. I was only able to tell the difference of color Bc I knew what I was pissing. If I hadn’t known I had qcarbo in my system, I never would’ve noticed the color change of my urine. So as far as color wise, passable. Results? After I left probation Bc if ur on federal probation they do not check ur urine there opposed to how state probation does it. The feds make u piss in a cup than they make u label and seal it than placed in a bag and tossed in a fridge and sent to a lab. Not feeling confident due to the two tests I used on my second and 3rd green pee that said positive at first was no longer positive and both tests showed up as a negative result. Once I was able to piss again after I pissed for probation I tested myself again. Urine had more of an almost diluted water color to it with a light yellow tint to it. Results? Negative. As far as the lab test went, if it would’ve came back positive are flagged due to dilution my probation officer would’ve called to inform me about it. However, pissed last week on Monday with the carb and as of today, I was not informed about a positive urine or a rejected sample due to trying to beat a test. I been reading all the negative reviews and I can tell each person why they failed based off how they consumed the drink. Without pointing out to specific individuals and calling each one of them extremely bad, I’m gonna tell u why ur piss was still green got a failed sample. Two reasons why. U did not drink enough water along with not allowing ur body to piss out the detox drink itself. U even claimed u dropped on ur second try if I’m not mistaken. As u consume the proper amount of water “not to much, not enough” the fluids start to work it’s majic and it starts to flush itself out as u continue to urinate. N I’m not talking about the one or two pisses where only a few drops or a very small amount of urine comes out as you’ll see green. U need to pee no less than 3 real pisses as if ur pissing like ur at the bar drunk. The first 2 real pisses will come out slime green. On ur 3rd piss it’s still gonna be a green color but not as bright. I would recommend pissing on the 5th time to be safe but if not, the 4th piss is fine. 4th piss was a pass for me. It was just a slightly off color to be real piss if u notice it. Next time I use this drink I’m going in confident to drop on my 5th piss. Why,? Bc not only is ur urine clean but there’s no off color. The piss looks like all u drink is water so it’s more clear but there’s still yellow. And when I’m out in the sun all day drinking nothing but water my urine looks to be the identical color that my 5th urine drop looked like with qcarb. Also, once u consume the drink it only gives u a small window frame to where it gives u clean piss. U don’t drink it the day before. U don’t drink 2 bottles theuput the day thinking the next day ur clean. If y’all ppl who got failed results like I had gotten the first time I tried it Bc I did not do what it said to do than it’s Bc of u as the person and not the drink. Learn how to read directions Bc the directions that I read were clear and simple as day. Only someone wouldn’t understand the very basic and really easy instructions the company provides us with. N I can bet money with everyone who got a failed result that if u was to do exactly what the instructions say and how to consume both drink itself along with the water, I guarantee the next test u take would show y’all a negative for results. Lmao. It’s not rocket science. Follow directions instead of listening to other ppl and you won’t be having to write negative reviews. You MUST follow the instructions AND it has to be done on the same day as ur urine test. Within a few hours of the test. Not the day before or few days early. It only allows the window of opportunity for you to pass within a few hours after finishing the product. This only dilutes your urine it DOES NOT clear your system completely or t…c. My mother was diagnosed with a fast spreading malignant melanoma on the bottom of her foot. We were worried because it took almost 6 months from the time she noticed the lump until surgery (mostly because of the insurance company!). When she finally told me, I started researching supplements. For about 8 days before surgery, I had her taking Flor Essence Liquid as well as VPS® Coriolus Versicolor by Mushroom Science. Most other supplements I wanted to give her were not allowed because they were blood thinners (e.g., garlic, Ubiquinol, curcumin). During surgery, the doctor removed a few lymph nodes to test, and the cancer had not spread! He said the lump must not have been as deep as the biopsy indicated, but we feel that Flor Essence Liquid and Coriolus mushrooms really helped. I was super excited to try these patches after reading the reviews but ended up highly dissatisfied! They did nothing to curb my smoking and I didn't even get that "Queasy" feeling from smoking with the patch on (which you are not supposed to do). I purchase this for an elderly friend, at her request, who doesn't have a computer or know how to order it for herself. She is a diabetic and has some other health issues. So I'm still learning with this product. The taste sucks but I just take 1 fl oz of it and chase it with a sip of kombucha. I have been putting it on my face every night and it seems to work with moisture and softening but I'm not sure. I will probably change to aloe vera juice for using topically and drinking. But for my hair? This is probably one of the best natural products you could ever have and it is so simple. And what's great is this works for all hair types, all skin types, and doesn't require much effort. As someone with extremely curly hair, I try my best to find natural products that are simple and clean. I mix this with clay for a simple hair and skin detox mask (works best with red Moroccan clay). For my an aloe mist, I mix about 1/2 aloe gel and 1/2 distilled water in a spray bottle that I keep in the fridge. It must stay refrigerated unless you put a preservative in it to keep it outside the fridge. After I cleanse my hair, I apply my deep conditioner (Shea Moisture 10-in-1 Renewal System hair mask) and then I spray this on my scalp and hair. The moment I spray this on top of the deep conditioner, finger detangling becomes such a breeze and I get so much slip. Then I sit under my steamer with this mixture and my hair has become even softer than it already was and my scalp never really itches anymore. When I'm going to refresh whatever style I have, I spray this and apply oil on top. This also works as a prepoo for those of you who want to protect the moisture in your hair while shampooing. Just spray this on your hair and apply a mixture of coconut and olive oil. My hair becomes SO SOFT. I recommend this for anyone who wants softer hair and a better detangling experience. As for using it topically on your face, I think it's great but I'm sure a fresh aloe plant might be better since it doesn't have anything else in it. Get it, try it, tell us your thoughts! The product works great. I take two daily at night and the next morning it’s like clockwork. It cleanses me out since I go about two to three times. I used to take another supplement but these seem to work much better. The previous product I took, I think my body got used to it because it wasn’t as effective as it was the first time I took it. This stuff is amazing. I’ve had a bowel movement every day for the last month which is insane for me. This has never happened. Sometimes I have 2-3 in a day and I wonder if it’s too much but that’s when I take 3 at night before bed. When I cut down to 2 capsules it has a little leas of an impact but still successful. I like all Garden of life's products and I was really excited to try some detox for a long time. I searched after ordering and read about some of the herbs which can interfere with contraceptive pill and got worried – So I called my GP for an advise as it is not clear how much grams is needed to be true. Doctor said this supplement can actually affect birth control pill and so not recommending to use. It was disappointing as I would expect this information to be written on box. I found it hard to find a detox supplement or adaptogens which would be safe to use in combination with CCP and worry to use them. Otherwise I am sure it is a great product.Mila
