Oh my god I love this! Feel so lucky to find a 1) fragrance free 2)body moisturiser that 3) contains retinol, and 4)that retinol is encapsulated! It’s beautifully moisturising, nice and thick but not greasy, leaves my eczematic skin nice and protected. On top of that, my skin LOVES retinoids, and this helped my eczema flair around my belly button clear a little more quickly (beware those who are new to retinoids though this will not be your experience AT FIRST). Love the ingredients, in fact if this had ceramides in it, it’d basically be MY perfect body product haha. The retinol is encapsulated, stabilising it and making it more effective at penetrating the skin barrier while also making it gentler! This is also a great priced product which makes all of this even more exciting to me. Only ding I have is the pump! It’s terrible lol, and mine basically stopped working with 3/4 of the tub full! The moisturiser, while perfect for my skin, is too thick for the pump, so I ended up opening the lid to scoop it with my hands which… is hard when I’m wet after a shower! Plus I get nervous adding moisture to my tub products, worried that it might overwhelm the preservatives and lead to microbe growth. That was disappointing bc my second fav body moisturiser (CeraVe) has the same problem. I was having trouble with acne because, as I discovered later, my skin was too dry. I got a professional facial and the esthetician used this moisturizer on me. She gave me a sample to take home and said not to use it more than a couple times a week. I started using it daily and within about 5-7 days of consistent use, 90% of my acne was gone. I also changed my cleanser to something milder, which helped. I use .01% Retin A every night and this moisturizer helps a lot with the dryness. It’s not expensive either. I am a big fan of EltaMD products and have been really enjoying this Moisturizer. I purchased the one in the tube and I love how easy it is to get the product out and that it is more sanitary. I generally do not like skincare products in tubs so this is a great alternative to those containers. I apply an occlusive layer after my moisturizer to lock in moisture and find that my dry, irritated skin is much happier when I do. This product is one of the best moisturizers I have used in a very long time. I've been using it at night, but also a few times a week in the mornings and then just wiping it off like a mask product. It is amazing how dewy your skin feels and looks after using EltaMD Intense Moisturizer. Oh and it says it melts – it sure does! A little goes a long way and I'm even using it on my lips. The product has thick texture and small amount is required to cover the area. Back during my Isotretinoin days this was a life-saver. I'd been doing fine with Laneige Water Bank and the sleeping mask, but it got to the point where my skin just feel constantly tight and dried out, no matter how much of those I used or layered. I picked up Cetaphil for quite a bargain. It seemed like a simple enough basic moisturizer – nothing fancy in there apart from some Avocado oil, Vit B5 and Vit E and a few other additions. My biggest fear was this would somehow break me out. It felt quite rich to me, I can recall the first time I applied it was just a very tiny amount. Over the following days I applied more and more liberally as I began to realize my skin was soaking up the moisture and had no issues with Cetaphil's ingredients or heaviness. I used this twice a day and ended up going through 2 bottles of this before switching to something a bit richer. I have extremely sensitive skin and the Jergen's Original has always done good for me. I decided to try this one because the smell is AMAZING! It's very light and fresh. I loved how fast it soaked into the skin. It does amazing for my body, except for my legs. I have pretty bad KP on my legs and this broke me out so bad. The rest of my body is perfect though. I LOVE this lotion because it doesn’t feel too heavy. I see some reviews saying that it’s not hydrating or is drying. I have a suggestion to try to use this product to the full effectiveness. Since the main ingredient is this is a hyaluronic acid complex (and not shea butter, glycerin, etc), you must use this like a hyaluronic acid serum. HA is fantastic at retaining water but does not have any water itself. Therefore, you must make sure you skin has some water present to make sure the HA is working. I would suggest using this straight out of the shower while moisture is still present on your skin. Or how I do it, I use a fine mist water bottle and spray it on my skin before using. Can this extra step be annoying? Yes, but I still think it’s worth it for how moisturized your skin can get and not feel heavy like other lotions. The only downside is how fast I go through this because of how light the lotion is but it’s totally worth it to me. This is my forever hot weather lotion!Tg
This is THE perfect moisturizer. I have very dry skin that drives me crazy itching at night after I shower and I have tried so many lotions to help battle that. I bought this and it was the last one – the sales clerk asked me to make sure that I reviewed it. First the smell is not something I like – but actually I think that the moisturizer DOES work – a bit. I have crepeness mostly on my arms – making wearing sleeveless tops difficult – so I was really looking for something to minimize the look of the crepey look! I've used MANY night creams that are high-end skin care lines throughout the years. I've also used reasonably priced skin care lines that were also good. I discovered this line at a Plastic Surgeons office as samples and it's truly the best thing I have used. After that I bought the full sizes of the Serum, Nourishing cream, Eye cream and Replenishing facial Cream. The Serum and eye cream were excellent but felt there were other comparable products in the market. However, the replenishing cream and especially the Intensive Nourishing cream was a holy grail, can't live without product. I am 53 with dry skin and if you're looking to wake up with the "dewy' glow this is it! It's not inexpensive but I could not be without the intensive nourishing cream! It's the best I've ever used.

This is probably my number one favorite lotion. It scores 5 stars in every category whether it be scent, absorption, ingredient choices, or simply how it feels on your skin. If your looking for a do it all moisturizer this is it and I can use it on my body and face. I have oily/acne skin and this is so light but still so hydrating. The scent is non-irritating but still smells good. The smell is a clean natural coconut scent but I have such sensitive skin and this doesn't cause any itch or flare ups. All my sister's have this lotion and we still fight over it! There is also a bar soap of this product and its all my mom and sister use on there face. Its actually one of the only soaps I have found that doesn't leave that tight soft stripped feeling. This is also a cruelty free brand so no animal testing! One of the best daily moisturizers I’ve used to date. I’ve gone through many a bottle of this over the years. Consistency: it’s on the liquidy side of things. A ton will come out if you squeeze the bottle too hard. Spreads very easily. Absorption: quickly and effectively Fragrance: a light coconut fragrance, that lasts! Even at the end of the day you can still smell it. My boyfriend says it smells like cake! Irritation: mildly— I haven’t had issues in the past but recently it’s been causing a small flare up causing my pore to get red. It’s always been a running joke in my family that my name came from the lotion. So, inevitably every year (or sometimes every other year) I’m gifted a giant bottle of this lotion for my birthday. I have to use it on my legs (and generally only in the cooler months when I’m wearing long pants regularly) because the second ingredient is mineral oil and I reeeeeeally hate how it feels on my hands. The package says this will remove fine lines in 2 weeks with instructions to use am and pm daily. I don’t believe this amount of usage is hydrating. I’ve been using retinol for a year now and this roc formula left my skin dry irritated and rough. Not good for retinol beginners. I would say use sparingly and maybe once or twice a week before bed. I didn’t come into the store looking to purchase this product. I have to be honest, it was the packaging that drew me in. I was looking for a new body lotion and thought I would give it a try. Well I have been pleasantly surprised. Within two weeks there was a change. Now after a month people make comments about my skin all the time and a lot of the comments are over video calls because we live in a virtual world now! My legs feel amazing and with short season full on this body lotion goes above and beyond. Here is the big transformation, my neck and chest. My skin is so smooth and looks so even now. And I am going to admit I use a tiny bit on my face and my skin is sooo smooth. Today I am ordering the Vitamin C face cleanser and lotion. Great product and great price. What I noticed as special/new feature about this lotion is the ability to use ALL OVER the body, instead of just designed for the hands and face, which are more sensitive areas. When I saw this was an all-over-the-body lotion, my first impression was impressed, as I've been looking for a lotion that I can use immediately after I step out of the shower, that will be hydrating, keep my skin moisturized without getting all over my clothing as I get dressed. I tried this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. Olay has long been a trusted name in the beauty world, so when the chance arose to try their Revitalizing & Hydrating Hand & Body Lotion, I was all in. The lotion promises to "penetrate skin up to 10 layers deep" without leaving a greasy residue. It also contains vitamin B3, which helps skin to "hold on to water, so it can become it's own moisturizer", along with vitamin C. I use a lot of skin lotion. I keep it in my car, my work bag, my purse and in several rooms of my house. I have a mild case of psoriasis on my elbows and rely on lotion to keep it moisturized throughout the day. Most of the time I use a heavy, greasy lotion because I in the past, have found that to be the best, longest lasting solution. With the amount of hand washing I do, the skin on my hands is frequently dry and I couln't help but think it would be nice to find a product that I could rely on to keep my elbows and hands moisturized for longer. Olay's Revitalizing lotion has a pleasant smell. It's light, a bit sweet, and reminds me of the sort of fragrance you might find at a nice hotel. It absorbs into the skin very quickly and indeed, is non-greasy. For me, the true test, though, was when I applied it to my elbows, just before heading out to work a 5 hour shift. I would normally get into my car after work and immediately re-apply lotion to my elbows. This lotion kept them nicely hydrated and I was able to wait several more hours before re-applying it. I did use it on my hands throughout the day. I like the way this lotion feels and it's hydrating properties are wonderful. The only thing I might change is that the fragrance doesn't fit in with the scents I normally wear. I ltend to ean towards essential oil based fragrances. so I am an absolute skincare fiend. i have high end and low end and have probably tried every product you can imagine. i have acne prone, oily skin so I am REALLY picky about my moisturizers especially (because most cause me to break out). I was using the cerave one (it was the only thing that seemed to not break out my skin) but I got this as part of a trial set for the meet the minis and then again when I bought one of drunk elephants holiday sets. I was honestly unbothered by this and was only going to use it because I got it in these kits. Oh. My. God. I am not someone who believes in buying such an expensive product for something like moisturizer but wow. I was using this under makeup and at night just to use it up and my skin has been SO SMOOTH since I started using this. I sorted out my acne for the most part about two years ago but I still gets small bumps that aren’t really acne. However when I tell you my face has had NO TEXTURE since using this cream I am literally stunned. This has been the only thing I’ve been using consistently that is new and I am really pleasantly surprised. I dont know why it took me so long to try Drunk Elephant's Protini. Initially I think it was hard to get hold of before it launched on SpaceNK.After launching, the price seemed a bit high so I gave it miss. Then of course there was the DE scandal so I forgot about their products for a bit. Further to this I had really been enjoying other high end moisturisers but when they began running out I decided to try this one. Wow . I am annoyed it took me so long!This is a wonderful product and my combo skin loves it ! It has a medium thick gel like consistency , not too sticky or messy and applies wonderfully to the skin.It offers instant hydration and when paired with a hyaluronic acid serum is unstoppable. Your skin will instantly become more plump and more luminous (without becoming shiny ) Compared to other higher end moisturisers it is much more reasonable in price . I already have a backup and cat wait for the next sale so I can stock up again !AllyCC
This is a nice fragrance free white-ish gel-creme texture mid-weight moisturiser that worked well for my combo skin. I used some samples and a full size jar prior to reviewing. Seemed to provide needed moisture without getting me greasy. It felt calming, absorbed well, and caused no irritation or milia. Texture and weight reminds me of CeraVe PM, which I also really like for the moisture and comforting feel. Drawbacks of the Protini is the price – which is rather high and the dispenser. In theory the wide press-down pump dispenser is good because it keeps everything air tight until used. However in reality, the large dispensing area that you have to swipe across to wipe up the product sometimes can get goopy with dried product. Hard to describe, but I don't feel it's always the most hygienic due to potential for product residue to build up on the surface of the dispenser. Would prefer a pump bottle, rather than the squat pump jar. I do like it enough to repurchase at some point, but will save money by using the very similar feeling/acting CeraVe PM if possible.pooja.s

The second thing is the color, I love the yellow color it feels fresh, distinctive. The smell OH amazing, it smells like a japanese garden, and it stays on my body like I sprayed a perfume. The content, it has quartz Crystals to scrub and exfoliate and its very rich and gentle, it also has rice powder wich polish skin and brighten it, also it has acids to renew the skin and take all the dead skin. This is a lovely texture cream. Not too heavy a consistency and with a pleasant but subtle fragrance. My inner arm skin is loose and as I’ve aged, has developed a crepey look which isn’t nice, so I thought I would give this a go. I’ve been applying twice daily now for approx 3 weeks and there is a definite improvement in the crepyness. I don’t use loads, just enough to be able to rub into my upper arms, concentrating on the crepey skin. Not sure they are more toned from using this, but I do exercise daily so this is more likely to be helping the tone. I wanted the crepey look to reduce and I do feel it has definitely helped. I love the Crepe Control TIghtening Body Cream. You don't need much. My skin must have been thirstier than I realized. I saw a difference even after the first use. The crepe texture is becoming less apparent with frequent use. I don't expect my arms to look like they did in my 20's but any improvement is a win. I have used Gene’s Vitamin E cream for 10 years prior to the pandemic and it has hands down been the MOST nourishing cream I’ve ever used on my skin. When it disappeared during the pandemic, I called the number on the back of the jar and found that so many people called in to find out when it would be back on the shelves that they left a voice greeting stating that they were no longer shipping the product and asked that we please stop leaving voicemail messages! But this is just a testament to how great the product was! And since Sam’s doesn’t own Panco (the company that makes the cream) there’s no sense in begging Sam’s to bring back a product that they don’t make. The only thing we can do is wait and hope that Panco will still have an interest and access to the ingredients to start supplying it again.
Sooooo disappointed they are not making this again until 2023. It’s the ONLY lotion I like for my face and body. I am so particular with scents and textures and this is amazing. My daughter with sensitive skin can even use it. Please bring it back sooner! I am almost out and keeping what I have to use on my face until I find something similar which I have not been able to. I am so distraught. Darn covid even ruining my lotion😩
I have been buying this cream from Sam's Club for over 10 years. Currently I can not find it anywhere. PLEASE bring it back. I honestly credit this product for helping me stay young looking. I'm 63 and usually when I tell people that… they are shocked. This cream keeps my skin hydrated. I use it for daytime, but get the best results from using it at night time on my face, hands, arms and chest. Best moisturizer if have ever purchased.Cheryl
