If I could give this product more stars, I would. I have two cats, a short hair and a long hair. The shedding is so bad that a regular vacuum doesn’t do the job. I bought this out of desperation because I’m disabled and need an easy way to maintain shedding. I used it in a small part of my carpet and I couldn’t believe the amount of hair and dirt came up! Not only did it gather up the hair, but it deep cleaned the area as well!! I use the bristle part to loosen up the hair and the squeegee part to gather the hair and dirt together. The product works the same on hardwood flooring as well! It actually pulled the hair out of hard to reach places to make cleaning easier on me. Product does the same for tile. The handle is height adjustable and durable for intended use. I HIGHLY recommend this product! I have tried several different products and diy methods to get the dog hairs out of my car carpets and upholstery, but this is the only one that has actually worked. I have dog hair embedded in the rear section of my estate car, difficult to get out even with tweezers !! the Lilly brush just scrapes them up, you need to work in 2 or 3 different directions (and it does take a bit of time compared to say hoovering) but it eventually removes all the dog hairs. It does seem quite small at first but when I started using it I found that the size was just about right for corners and seats and angled areas in the car. Its a very a simple item but it really does work. I got mine from eBay for 18, very happy with it and would recommend 100% to anyone trying to keep the dog hairs out of their car.nicnac46

If you have static electricity, simply spritz item to be cleaned with water from a spray bottle. It doesn't pick up the hair, but it piles it up making it simple to vacuum one spot! Eh, just works okay. I got this to pick cat hair up off my bed sheets. Mediocre results at best, and my cat's hair is just average sized (not long). It did work, but it took a lot of swipes to get it all off. A good old fashioned lint roller is much more effective. Pros: It picks up the cat hair, lint, and gets cleaned after put into the container. Cons: It only picks up one direction when held the right way. It's hard to pull brush back out of container. You can angle the handle, however, when you don't need to angle it, the handle won't stay straight, so I end up holding the brush, instead of handle (annoying). Also, you won't be able to clean the container by just opening the bottom to where the hair, etc, just drops out because it's all stuck to the inner part brush, that cleans the handled brush. I guess once it's completely full, you will be able to just grab it, and pull it out. Lastly, it's not an actual brush, therefore will only pick up a thin layer. If this brush ever breaks/wears out, I will not get another one, and go back to using the lint brush you use on clothing. I had serious doubts this would work. The bar was set pretty low…we have two corgis who have literally killed a Roomba, and gone through a Bissell vacuum. We have used COUNTLESS little sheets of tape (lint rollers) to try to de-fur our clothes. The lint screen in our dryer could probably be classified as a fire hazard, and the inside of our cars look like the inside of snowglobes. I've ditched the sticky rollers and all that waste for this beautifully crafted wood lint brush. It works GREAT on furniture and pet beds. While it may take a little more elbow grease and time, I find it to be much more effective that the sticky rollers. What would have taken me 20+ sticky rollers to clean my cat's bed took this product, a little bit of time, and zero waste. A lot more of the hair came up than I normally would have been able to get with a roller. This is supposed to pick up hair already shed with one side, and the other side is for brushing the dog or cat to get the hair before it ends up on the furniture. Neither side does much of anything, used on dog, cat or sofa. It just sort of slides across the pets' fur and I haven't come up with anything for clothes or furniture. We have three cats, so I was excited to try the Fur Wizard. It works great as far as removing the fur. Maybe this is not common but the problem I had is after returning the tool to its holder, it would get stuck and was nearly impossible to pull back out. I ended up taking the holder apart so the two pieces can still be used to clean the fur off the remover. Seriously this is THE BEST! I have a white cat and a lot of dark clothing and am fighting cat hair daily. This isnt awesome in clothes, but, your couch, chairs, bed, etc it is the bomb! Seriously, I have 3 cats and 1 dog & all but 1 cat have white hair, different lengths and all 3 she'd like crazy! To be honest that wasn't even a thought when I bought this but what a wonderful bonus! The 4-5 rolls of fabric tape scattered throughout my house are, in my book, now useless! The lint part is worth the price alone! After I saw what It did to a sweater of my daughters I immediately posted it on Facebook and went back to BB&B to buy a few more for gifts! I was super excited to try this, as we have SEVEN animals in our home. That excitement quickly faded while unboxing this. It's poorly made. The battery compartment was hard to take out and put back in, after installing the batteries. The piece on the handle that should slide out to hang it, didn't want to come out and broke off when I used tweezers to pull it out. I followed the instructions exactly as written with a quick back and forth motion and all it did was pick up a few dust particles. Not a single strand of fur was lifted off any of the five different surfaces I tried it on. When I pushed the button to release the compartment to empty the contents, it didn't want to close back properly. The light is okay but not a huge loss if It doesn't work or the batteries die. It only makes a difference if you need to use it in a dark room, but it's not even that bright. I found zero benefits to using this. It was a total waste of time.AMOmomOF3
With a lot of fur-babies, I was really excited to get this. It's very cheap plastic. Like other reviewers, I couldn't understand the necessity of the batteries or the light and I still don't. I thought perhaps the roller rolls but it doesn't or at least mine doesn't. I had to scrape off the fur from the lint brush or it fell on the floor. It certainly didn't go inside the collector area as it shows on the instructions. One portion of the brush kept falling out of the roller and this was on the first attempt at using it on a simple side chair. In addition to that, I found my thumb kept naturally going to where the on/off button in a grip and it would turn it off. This is something you should be able to purchase at a dollar store. As my title says it does technically work, but it's not a wow and I didn't find it saved me any time over a regular roller brush or even a bathroom squeegee which I have used in the past for this type of thing. I purchased this thinking it would be better than using the sticky tape strips to get the pet hair off of the bedspread & furniture. First of all, the body (plastic) is very flimsy. Not sure why you put batteries in it, all the batteries do is turn a little light on & it makes this little vibration sound. Guess it’s to make you think that this powerful thing is supposed to shake all that hair up to the surface!! After using this useless tool one time the lint material has come unglued. In my opinion, $20 for this item is a total rip off!! The only thing of value in it is the 2 AA batteries that you have to provide!!
