I’m pleasantly surprised by this cream. It’s so inexpensive so I didn’t expect much. I bought this cream because I use a lot of products that have glycolic acid or retinol in it. I wanted one moisturizer that didn’t because too much of those ingredients can irritate your skin. I use this at night only. It’s too heavy for daytime use & doesn’t have any spf in it. I slather it on but if you don’t want it too heavy only use a small amount. A little goes a long way. I’ve used this product for a couple of months and I will continue. My face looks and feels soft in the morning. It smells nice and I do think it has helped soften my forehead lines. For reference, I’m in my early 30s, have adult acne, combination skin & fine lines & some wrinkles. It has not made me breakout at all which is awesome.Target customer
I started using filler creams to reduce the fine lines I am getting from aging. I have tried this and the RoC filler. I like this one way better. This one is super moist and keeps my skin hydrated throughout the night. Where as when I use the RoC filler I always feel like I have to use a moisturizer on top. This has helped immensely with KP on upper arms, bumps on my knees, and both back and chest acne. I've tried Amlactin, Vi derm, Neostrata and many other AHA lotions in the past but never a AHA/BHA combination. I have that skin condition where your hair follicles make to much protein which causes the skin to be bumpy. I’ve been using an acne body wash for years now and noticed a huge difference compared to no treatment in college/teens. I’ve been using this lotion in conjunction with acne body wash for about a week and it has made such a HUGE difference. My skin is sooooo smooth! I still have some areas where I can feel some bumps but with use longer than 7 days I’m sure my entire arms and legs will be smooth. I'll admit that this one took me little off guard. I bought this mostly because I have issues with hyperpigmentation and because I have some acne scarring on my left cheek. I'm a little confused as to how this is even possible, but I SWEAR that I'm seeing noticeable results after just one application. Like, my skin has never been this even in its life. I received this face cream complimentary from #TopBox in exchange for my honest review. I was so happy to receive this product and read that it is fragrance free; which is very important for my sensitive acne prone skin. I received this product when we were having very cold wintery weather here in Toronto Ontario so I was able to put the moisture affect to use. My skin has felt so well hydrated and any dry spots I had were gone after the first use! With continued use every morning, my skin is more glowy and smooth. I haven’t noticed much help in my fine lines but it helps diminish them due to hydration alone. I feel the collagen does it’s work in this product! I didn’t give this cream a 5 star just because I find it a bit heavy for my skin; it’s almost like a creamy-salve type consistency. You don’t need much product to coat your whole face and to feel the instant moisture. I do also prefer a pump for sanitary reasons, but the packaging is pretty in the glass jar, and can be reused for other things in the future. Overall a really great cream which I would recommend to anyone with dryer/aging skin types as well as people who are issuing harsh ingredients like retinols, heavy acne treatments etc. This creates a really nice moisturizing barrier on your skin without breaking you out or causing reactions! I bought this because I felt that my skin needed a little plumping, and this had the word "Collagen" on the jar. It only cost about $10, so I wasn't expecting much; just something to use until I found something better. I'm now on my third pot of this, and have 2 others in the closet because I found them for sale on Amazon at ~$9 a pot. I love this stuff! It makes my skin feel/look amazing. Soft. Plump. Wrinkles? What wrinkles? It has made the skin on my face and neck feel and look so much softer and younger that I've started using at night on my hands before bed. It's super thick, but a little goes a long way (I can go through a jar in a month, but I'm also occassionally using it on my elbows, feet, and hands, in addition to using it nightly on my face and neck). I lightly rub my finger over the cream in the pot to get a tiny bit on my finger. Then I smooth that on some part of my face; repeat until every part has been covered. My first time using this, I made the mistake of scooping some out with my finger, and then having a lot left over after I'd finished with my face and neck. It doesn't feel heavy on my skin. It hasn't clogged my pores, made my skin break out, or irritated my skin in any way. I only use it at night. My normal nightly routine is: hyaluronic acid serum, retinol or vitamin C (alternating days) cream for face and eyes, collagen moisturizer. Sometimes I add something if I have a breakout, use a face mask before, use a toner or rose face spray, or some Bio Oil. If it's late or I'm incredibly exhausted, I just use this cream (even on my eyes). Despite the other things I use, I can tell when I have not used this. It comes in scented or fragrance-free; I've only ordered the scented one, and I don't actually notice much of a scent at all. I have dry skin (and we're in winter here – hello, hot dry air heating 🤬), prone to redness, my pores seem to clog easily, am about to turn 50 so I'm starting to see crow's feet and some wrinkling starting under my eyes. This stuff has made my skin feel soft and well moisturized without irritating it, causing breakouts, or feeling heavy. My nighttime routine kept my skin looking good for the most part, but adding this has really worked wonders! My dry skin is gone, it's plumper and the emerging wrinkles have filled it, and it's just more radiant than it was before. I like to try different potions and creams of all different price ranges, but I keep coming back to this. It's just a really great cream. This moisturizer is fantastic! I recently started a new topical acne medication that was drying my skin out to the point that my normal, lightweight, every day moisturizer just was not curing it. Enter Collagen Moisture Filler! This has a rich, thick, creamy consistency and a little goes a long way. Extrenely moisturizing, can feel and see the difference immediately. I like the packaging as well, it is easy to get the product out and has a lovely blue top. Has a faint, clean sort of hand cream smell, not unpleasant or overpowering. I do wish the cream absorbed/ dried a little quicker, but considering the rich quality of it, it is to be expected. After using IT secret sauce exclusively for a few weeks I find that is a product that I may need to keep on my rotation. The best thing about this product that is so smooth and creamy, went on on like butter and hydrated my skin. And unlike many other moisturizers it did not irritate my skin when applying. I’ve been using this moisturizer every morning and evening after my serums for over a week now. A couple things I liked: No scent but also no weird fragrance-free scent! Just smells like nothing This gets absorbed very quickly into the skin and does not leave a greasy residue I do notice my skin looks smoother and more plump (specifically, my forehead wrinkles are smoother, I’m in my ears 30’s for reference) I didn’t love the packaging, it felt cheap. BUT, I would rather pay for a great formula over paying for a mediocre formula and great packaging. Also, for the winter I would prefer something more moisturizing. This moisturiser is deeply hydrating, I love it. It contains oat oil which is gentle and soothing and vitamin E which I love for my sensitive skin and it’s a great moisturiser for winter. It is fragrance free which again is great for sensitive skin as it causes no irritation. The pump bottle makes it easy to use, so handy to pump out what I need and makes no mess. I like to buy this in the largest bottle size as it’s more economical and I love to generously slather the lotion on. I used to have eczema and pityriasis all over my body. I have tried loads of different lotions, moisturizers and so on but nothing has been beneficial to me. Until i tried this product… voila! I ordered in here in iHerb and the package always comes faster than the estimated day. Scent is fragrance-free so its definitely so gentle especially with sensitive skin. I have found a great product that works on my crepey skin. This product does work great on my skin. It leaves my skin soft and SMOOTH. The crepey is 99% gone. I just started using it. I purchased this cream on 8/23/2022 from Walmart for $11.97. I was really hoping that someone finally developed such a cream at an affordable price that all women could use. It stated that you would have "visible" improvement in just 2 days. After religiously using the product for 2 weeks, it has changed absolutely nothing. My skin is still the same. I would have been somewhat satisfied if there was some improvement but there was NONE. If anything I found the cream to be too thick and filmy – it was not being absorbed well by the skin cells. I am truly amazed that this Gold Bond Crepe Corrector works! I will be 52 later this year and my hands look older than my face. I have bony, veiny hands. This started about 5 years ago but my hands were always thin-skinned, so now they have lost their elasticity and were looking crepey. I had only used the product on my hands and forearms a total of 3 times when I started noticing the skin tightening up. The tightening helps to hide the veins and boniness, but it's not completely hidden. It has made a noticeable difference. Now I'm using the lotion on my neck and any areas that concern me to help tighten those areas. I came to the Walmart site to make a purchase of 2 of these just in case they discontinue it. That happens to me so much when I love a product. I know writing an honest review can help keep this miracle worker on the store shelves. It is quite thick but it absorbs nicely. I love the scent of every other Dionis lotion I've tried (probably 6-7 at this point), and this seasonal sounded so promising. However, there's a heady, off-putting stale donut smell included in this fragrance, something very akin to maple, that I find unappealing (maybe it's their concept of 'caramel'). I hope Dionis can rework the scent to exclude that element. It's still moisturizing but does not have the pumpkin pie-cinnamon-nutmeg quality I was expecting … if they reformed it to that it would be off the charts amazing. I’ve never tried this brand before but I wish I had! This body lotion is rich, creamy (although not super thick) and smells divine! The Jasmine scent really stands out but then you get the hint of vanilla. This hydrates and smooths my skin without a greasy residual. Even after you get your skin wet, it still feels moisturized. This winter has been havoc on my skin with the dry cold weather of my region of Northern Canada. I have found that Lotion is a must. I have been using Vaseline lotions for years. I really like the smell of Vaseline Aging skin Rescue. My skin is noticeably softer after using. It does take a very long time to absorb into my skin tho which is annoying. I use this lotion at bedtime and I have found it much better this way. It is a great deep hydrated lotion and makes my skin not only softer but nicer looking, if not healthier. I would highly recommend this product for night time lotion more than a multi use though out the day kind. I used to use "Paula's Choice Weightless Body Treatment 2% BHA," but at $28, it was a little pricey. As an experiment, I put AmLactin on one arm and Paula's Choice on the other. It was clear that Paula's Choice was the initial winner. It went on smooth, smelled great, and left my skin softer, quicker. However, because of the more affordable price, I kept using AmLactin, and I'm glad I did. While AmLactin may take more time to work, I noticed that my skin is getting softer–and staying that way for longer. And while they're not a true apples to apples comparison because AHAs and BHAs do offer different benefits, they also have some important overlap that I'm looking for–and I'm getting those benefits with AmLactin at a much cheaper price. This lotion I have been using it only on my elbows for now to see how sensitive I am to this new product. Since I have allergies I am just careful. So far so good. My elbows are soft and very moister . Doesn’t smell which is great for me. The size of the bottle is big for a sample. I am happy with Cetaphil in general because it meets my expectations. Definitely recommend and happy to try.
My job is really hard on my hands. The work in general along with lots of hand washing leads to extremely dry skin. In the winter my finger tips and knuckles crack open and my hands get really sore. I suffer from eczema too, and that tends to flare up in the winter months. I'm hoping with regular use of the lotion, I can keep my hands in good shape this winter! It is unscented and gentle on sensitive skin like mine. It helps protect the skin from weakness, dryness, roughness, tightness, and irritation. It absorbs quickly and soothes skin. The active ingredient Dimethicone protects skin. I prefer the balm over the lotion for the thickness factor. The lotion is a little runnier, for lack of a better descriptor. It's still really moisturizing though! Both formulas are hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic, and fragrance free. This lotion has a thinner consistency when it comes out of the bottle. It doesn’t have much of a scent. One thing I noticed is that for a few minutes after first applying this lotion, it left my skin feeling a little greasy. I know people who have used it even on severe skin conditions and had improvement with just this lotion alone. It’s not at all expensive. I'm seriously impressed by this lotion! I always apply it to my arms after showering and over the last few months I've definitely seen a reduction in my KP bumps. I suffer from very dry, irritated, red cheeks especially in the winter. Absolutely nothing I’ve bought has soothed them or made the redness go away… until this! Usually when the weather is changing it tends to really act up and itch really bad and get flaky. My elbows are the absolute worst. I look like a lizard or snake shedding it's skin. I will say right up front that this product does pill. It even pills when it’s the only product in my face or body. When I wake up in the morning after using this on my face, I find some bits of it rolled up on the sides of my face where my cheek touched the pillow. Anything with shea butter usually does this. This truly isn’t a dealbreaker for me; I rinse my face off in the morning and go about my routine which includes a less dense day time moisturizer. For the evening, this is SUCH a wonderful moisturizer for dry or sensitive skin. It’s been game changing for me, as it’s made regular use of retinol tolerable for my dry and very sensitive skin. Niacinamide is at a low concentration that is doesn’t irritate, but rather calms the skin down. Glycerin draws water into the skin and a whole gang of occlusives keep it there. Silicone, shea butter, mineral oil, beeswax— this stuff is LOCKING the moisture down, 23 hours, in the box!!! If you try to use this for day time wear, expect to be greasy and pilly and sad. I used Vaseline Clinical care Dark spot rescue Moisturizing hand cream for 2 weeks and I like it! The texture is very smooth and not thin. I need only one dub to apply on bothers hands. The aroma is pleasant. After applying this cream my skin was silky soft for several hours. I don’t have dark spots on the hand so I’m not aware of the reducing appearance of dark spots in 4 week but this cream contains vitamin B3 to reduce the signs of aging. If you care about your health and skin, do not use this product because it contains harmful ingredients, some of which promote cancer. The first ingredient I'm going to explain about is one that is found in lots of products from hand sanitizer to deodorants and even dog food. It is called Propylene Glycol, this is a chemical you don't want to put on any part of your body because it's the active ingredient in Prestone Anti-Freeze. You heard me correct, it's anti-freeze that you put in your car's radiator. If you've ever used hand sanitizer, you may have noticed that when the stuff hits your hand from the pump bottle, it's cold but did not come from a refrigerator, it was sitting on a counter or came from a wall dispenser. That's the anti-freeze in the stuff you think is cleaning your hands.The next ingredient is Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, this is in most bath soaps you buy from the markets and if you google this ingredient you will find that it's a cancer causing substance. I have atopic eczema with dry skin on my arms, and dry skin patches with severe itching on my legs during the winter months. I have tried other remedies, including Gold Bond, and I have found none that work as well as Queen Helene. Gratefully, my search for a remedy has ended. At the first sign of dry, patchy skin, or excessive itching, I apply a liberal dose of Cocoa Butter cream or liquid and the problem becomes temporary.dogbreath14
✨Queen Helene Cocoa Butter Hand Body Lotion✨ This is something I have used on off for years. You get a ton of product for a very cheap price. I really like the smell. It's a very light cocoa butter smell it's not a strong, overwhelming scent like many cocoa butter products. What little scent it does have, fades quickly so this has never clashed with other lotions or perfumes I apply in addition. The texture is on the thin side but it always makes my skin feel very soft smooth but not greasy. I like this as a hand body lotion (especially after shaving) I even have used this on my face when I ran out of shea butter.
